- 0:08Speaker 1: Terrible advice shot. Hello, welcome to the Naughty but Night Show.
- 0:16Speaker 1: I'm your host, Rob Shooter, and it is Wednesday, which
- 0:19Speaker 1: means I to your friend Donny, meet jam John says, Hey,
- 0:21Speaker 1: Dontie are you there? Hello? A low A low Wednesdays
- 0:25Speaker 1: my favorite day of the week. I just love seeing
- 0:28Speaker 1: your beautiful face talking to the natiasew Thank you, Darling.
- 0:31Speaker 1: We love love having you. It's been a couple of
- 0:34Speaker 1: years now, Donnie, we've been doing this. I look forward
- 0:36Speaker 1: to our Wednesday mornings together. I missed you terribly when
- 0:39Speaker 1: you left New York and moved to l A. But
- 0:41Speaker 1: now getting you at least one day a week is
- 0:44Speaker 1: it's delicious and we get to catch up. We do
- 0:46Speaker 1: a bit of gossam and have a few laughs. So
- 0:48Speaker 1: let's jump into the show. What time is it? My friends?
- 0:50Speaker 1: It is story at the top of the show where
- 0:54Speaker 1: Netflix wants Harry and Began to do a reality show.
- 0:58Speaker 1: After all the drama would spare, so Harry and Began
- 1:01Speaker 1: have got out of their way to say that their
- 1:03Speaker 1: net Flix special. I think it was six parts, what's that?
- 1:07Speaker 1: Six hours? It was an holy just a lot, it
- 1:10Speaker 1: was a lot. I watched every second it was a lot,
- 1:13Speaker 1: so they have got out of their way to say
- 1:15Speaker 1: it is a docuserius, it is not a reality show.
- 1:18Speaker 1: And when Andy Cohen referred to it as a reality show,
- 1:22Speaker 1: Gail King snapped at him and said, no, it's not
- 1:24Speaker 1: a reality show. Well, after all these interviews, after that
- 1:28Speaker 1: books come out, I think now we can clearly say
- 1:31Speaker 1: Harry is quite happy talking about stuff that would be
- 1:34Speaker 1: on a reality show. So the difference between Cheese Teresa
- 1:37Speaker 1: Judici and and Harry he's talking about people that live
- 1:40Speaker 1: in an actual palace. He is talking about people in
- 1:43Speaker 1: the Jersey palace. So Netflix has now said to the couple,
- 1:47Speaker 1: we would love to do a show. The Sun is
- 1:50Speaker 1: reporting that powers that'd be at Netflix saw the landscape
- 1:55Speaker 1: post Spare and think it's the perfect opportunity to do
- 1:58Speaker 1: a fly on the walls, keeping up with the Kardashian
- 2:02Speaker 1: style show, are keeping up with the successes. So quote
- 2:08Speaker 1: Harry's memoir has certainly been a talking point, I would say,
- 2:11Speaker 1: And while many think that executives would be annoyed with
- 2:15Speaker 1: the amount of revelations that he held for the book
- 2:18Speaker 1: rather than the Netflix special, in fact the opposite is true.
- 2:22Speaker 1: The executives at Netflix are now really excited because really
- 2:26Speaker 1: have to telling all the secrets. Harry and Megan don't
- 2:29Speaker 1: have that excuse for why they don't want to do
- 2:31Speaker 1: a reality show. What do you think, Dunny? Part of
- 2:34Speaker 1: me is like, oh, this is just awful, and part
- 2:37Speaker 1: of me it's like, yes please. I think this is
- 2:41Speaker 1: why I think the term reality show it sounds cheap,
- 2:45Speaker 1: Do you know what I'm saying. I think that that
- 2:46Speaker 1: might be what they're trying to steer away from of like,
- 2:49Speaker 1: we're doing a reality show. They think how people think housewives.
- 2:52Speaker 1: People they know Snooky and Jay Wow, take Miami. People
- 2:56Speaker 1: think stuff like that. What do you think of reality shows?
- 3:01Speaker 1: Are trying to make it sound like, oh, we're doing
- 3:03Speaker 1: it a docky series. But at the end of the day,
- 3:07Speaker 1: is there an audience for a reality show that is
- 3:10Speaker 1: not somebody flipping tables, that is not somebody cussing about
- 3:15Speaker 1: their their brother's fiance, Like, is there a reality show
- 3:18Speaker 1: for that? Maybe? Although I would argue that the basis
- 3:21Speaker 1: of the Real Housewives of New York is really talking
- 3:23Speaker 1: about your family and talking about the other ladies, and
- 3:25Speaker 1: Harry and Meghan have proven that they're happier to do that.
- 3:29Speaker 1: I really was thinking about this and the content in
- 3:31Speaker 1: the book. If you read the book, I loved it.
- 3:33Speaker 1: It's delicious. It's a reality show. The content in the
- 3:36Speaker 1: book could be pulled straight from the Real Housewives of
- 3:39Speaker 1: New York or Beverly Hills. It really could. It's that
- 3:42Speaker 1: sort of Scaddler's habitut when his brother throws him to
- 3:45Speaker 1: the floor and they cracked the dog bowl. There's so
- 3:48Speaker 1: much stuff in there that is reality TV. The difference
- 3:51Speaker 1: is is that the other characters, his brother, the King, Camilla, Kate,
- 3:57Speaker 1: they wouldn't be part of this. So I think the
- 3:59Speaker 1: show I want is the Real Housewives of Windsor and
- 4:03Speaker 1: all the family to do the reality show. If you
- 4:05Speaker 1: only get the two of them to do it, I
- 4:07Speaker 1: don't know if it works. It's like pulling out to
- 4:10Speaker 1: people they're going to do this. Actually, we've got we've
- 4:12Speaker 1: got a good example of this happening. Luanne and Sonya
- 4:15Speaker 1: have been pulled out of the Real Housewives of New York,
- 4:18Speaker 1: although technically I think they've been fired, but they're gonna
- 4:20Speaker 1: have a spin off show. Will the show with just
- 4:23Speaker 1: two characters be as much fun as with ten characters?
- 4:26Speaker 1: Probably not so will the show with Harry and Megan
- 4:29Speaker 1: be as fun as the whole family. No, and the
- 4:31Speaker 1: family is certainly not doing this. But it is an
- 4:34Speaker 1: interesting thought. And you're right exactly, Donnie, about words are important.
- 4:39Speaker 1: You know, not so long ago, three or four years ago,
- 4:42Speaker 1: people use the word podcast. As I put you down,
- 4:45Speaker 1: it was like having a blog rather than a website.
- 4:48Speaker 1: And you had a podcast because you couldn't. You weren't
- 4:50Speaker 1: good enough to have a radio show. Words change, and
- 4:53Speaker 1: I think we've seen that with reality TV. It's still
- 4:56Speaker 1: has a stigma. Let's be honest. And when you go
- 4:58Speaker 1: out to Hollywood, Donnie, you are there now people look
- 5:01Speaker 1: down there knows at it. If you go to the Oscars,
- 5:04Speaker 1: you're not going to see reality stars invited to the
- 5:06Speaker 1: Oscars or even the parties. It really is sort of
- 5:09Speaker 1: looked down upon. I remember every year here in New
- 5:11Speaker 1: York the met Benefit Anna Winter's Big Ball at the
- 5:15Speaker 1: Metropolitan Museum. They don't allow the Real Housewives. But Donnie,
- 5:19Speaker 1: ten years ago they didn't allow the Kardashians. Said, things
- 5:23Speaker 1: do change. One day they might even allow you, Donny
- 5:26Speaker 1: too much. I mean, I think we joke about it,
- 5:29Speaker 1: but there was a time not long ago. Well, people
- 5:31Speaker 1: would look at what we did and say, oh, we're
- 5:33Speaker 1: not journalists. Yes, but at the end of the day,
- 5:36Speaker 1: I say, no, we fact check, we do hard. This
- 5:39Speaker 1: were really really you know, there's still like Let's that
- 5:42Speaker 1: would look down their notes, like sixty Minutes would listen
- 5:44Speaker 1: to this as rubbish. They would. But when I watched
- 5:47Speaker 1: sixty minutes, Helley, I see you talking to celebrities, Anderson Cooper,
- 5:51Speaker 1: I see you with Prince Harry Anderson Cooper ain't too
- 5:53Speaker 1: much different to what we're doing. So I think in
- 5:56Speaker 1: the world of smoking mirrors and we all live in
- 5:59Speaker 1: this world, I think Harry and Megan could do a
- 6:01Speaker 1: reality show. They'll definitely call it something else. I don't
- 6:04Speaker 1: think docuserious is going to drag us in. Maybe just
- 6:08Speaker 1: serious or maybe a movie or something. I don't know
- 6:11Speaker 1: about this one, but I want to know what you
- 6:13Speaker 1: think about this Netflix really one Harry and Megan to
- 6:17Speaker 1: do a reality show, not that's six our thing they
- 6:22Speaker 1: did for Netflix. What's that a docuserius? Or it was
- 6:25Speaker 1: long had the history of the world in it to
- 6:29Speaker 1: all the way back to British history. Oh it was.
- 6:31Speaker 1: It was like a school class it was a lot
- 6:34Speaker 1: very important stuff they were they were talking about. I
- 6:37Speaker 1: should be clear, but even so, it wasn't the housewives.
- 6:40Speaker 1: Should they do a housewive type reality show which Netflix
- 6:45Speaker 1: really wants? Yes or no? Go out on actualitter page
- 6:48Speaker 1: at Naughty Nice rob Facebook page is already gossip. You
- 6:51Speaker 1: can leave a comment there and the show to check
- 6:53Speaker 1: back tomorrow to hear your results. Dannie Love let you
- 6:57Speaker 1: working on well. T J Holmes is the strange dwife.
- 7:00Speaker 1: Merrily she shared a message talking about talking to worried
- 7:05Speaker 1: children amid the two of them divorced, so her soon
- 7:09Speaker 1: to be ex husband t J. Holmes, which we all
- 7:11Speaker 1: know caught up in this a fair situation with Amy Robock,
- 7:16Speaker 1: which ABC is still just sitting around hasn't made any
- 7:18Speaker 1: decisions yet, but we will not go there, so Merrily
- 7:22Speaker 1: posted on Instagram she kind of re shared an image
- 7:25Speaker 1: from the organization Save the Children, which read what to
- 7:28Speaker 1: do when a Child is Worried. The message, which she
- 7:31Speaker 1: posted on Instagram story, was an accompanied by a drawing
- 7:33Speaker 1: of a child looking distressed. It's that children may not
- 7:36Speaker 1: share all of their concerns because they do not want
- 7:39Speaker 1: to upset you. There was other sides, and they're giving
- 7:42Speaker 1: tips on how to talk to children, saying, take the
- 7:45Speaker 1: time to listen to them. So Merrily and t J
- 7:47Speaker 1: share a ten year old daughter, Sabine. Now you have
- 7:50Speaker 1: to think Sabine to see and what's going on. She
- 7:53Speaker 1: sees that daddy's not around. She's got to have questions.
- 7:56Speaker 1: This is so sloppy and so mess and you forget
- 8:01Speaker 1: there are children involved. Ten years old, Donnie, that's her
- 8:04Speaker 1: names have been ten years old and ten years old.
- 8:07Speaker 1: You know what's going on? Your friends? Now, what's going on?
- 8:09Speaker 1: Their parents? Now? What's going on? I guess I saw
- 8:11Speaker 1: yesterday running down the west Side Highway, Amy row back
- 8:14Speaker 1: and I were Amy girl. Normally she stops and says hello.
- 8:18Speaker 1: This one she ran faster away, Donny, I've never seen
- 8:20Speaker 1: the speed gone. I having no Normally she does say,
- 8:24Speaker 1: I know we talk a little bit. Wes hello. How
- 8:29Speaker 1: she looked at the other way running towards me, so
- 8:32Speaker 1: we were going to meet at a point and eyes
- 8:35Speaker 1: met and then she looked to the left as if
- 8:37Speaker 1: she was trying to find a picture or something. Jumped
- 8:39Speaker 1: in the river hardly her feet. She was like flow.
- 8:43Speaker 1: Joe shot the west Side highway. I want to post
- 8:46Speaker 1: the picture. By the time I got my camera out,
- 8:49Speaker 1: put my password in, pulled up, she was halfway. God,
- 8:52Speaker 1: I know. It just shows you have faster because normally,
- 8:54Speaker 1: when I see somebody takes me a minute to get
- 8:57Speaker 1: it all together to take a picture. I never get
- 8:58Speaker 1: the face. I only ever get the bottom because they're
- 9:00Speaker 1: running away and so but this, but normally they're within
- 9:04Speaker 1: what what ten fet this one? Oh? She flew? I
- 9:08Speaker 1: stud want to talk to about But there are children
- 9:10Speaker 1: involved here, aren't they. I also think his wife knows
- 9:13Speaker 1: what's going on on, Marley. He's probably very upset about all.
- 9:16Speaker 1: This is embarrassing, isn't it? All this going on, and
- 9:18Speaker 1: so she wants a voice. She didn't have to post this.
- 9:21Speaker 1: She knew what she was doing. She's not stupid, so
- 9:23Speaker 1: she wanted this too. And I feel for her. I'm
- 9:25Speaker 1: sure this is her way of lashing out. And bet
- 9:28Speaker 1: she's really really angry. He's not just blew up their marriage,
- 9:33Speaker 1: he's blew up the family. I get it, I really
- 9:37Speaker 1: get it. I hate when I see parents use the
- 9:40Speaker 1: kids are involved, the kids, But I think this is
- 9:43Speaker 1: a CounterPunch to be in humiliated. Hey, moving along this
- 9:47Speaker 1: story is unbelievable. So Ali Baldwin is going to continue
- 9:50Speaker 1: resume filming rust impending he's involuntary manslaughter charges. So the
- 9:57Speaker 1: increased legal battles surrounding Alec is not going to stop
- 10:00Speaker 1: him from going back and finishing the movie. The production
- 10:04Speaker 1: company attorney put out a statement saying it's back on
- 10:07Speaker 1: track and Alec is going to be the lead. Also
- 10:10Speaker 1: to the director who Alex shot as well is returning.
- 10:15Speaker 1: It's the most crazy thing I've ever I've ever heard her.
- 10:18Speaker 1: The The attorney is also saying there's going to be
- 10:21Speaker 1: onset safety supervisors I should hope so, and a member
- 10:24Speaker 1: of the union is going to be there too to
- 10:25Speaker 1: work on weapons and ammunition. Last, for all, the Hutchins
- 10:29Speaker 1: family settled a lawsuits Hello Darby, my dog is barking
- 10:33Speaker 1: a lawsuit against producers and agreed to restart the filming.
- 10:37Speaker 1: He's going to be an executive producer now. Helena's husband, Matthew, Oh,
- 10:41Speaker 1: it feels so Gordy. It's not not doesn't feel right.
- 10:45Speaker 1: Who's gonna want to watch this movie? My question is
- 10:48Speaker 1: is who's pushing for the film to resume? Is it
- 10:50Speaker 1: the production company? Because they're afraid throughout money or is
- 10:54Speaker 1: it the crew who's saying, we'd like to get paid
- 10:56Speaker 1: and we'd like to make this movie happen that. If
- 10:59Speaker 1: it's the crew, go, you know what, we deserve to
- 11:01Speaker 1: have this movie made, I'm for it. If it's a
- 11:03Speaker 1: production company going, we're out millions of dollars. We need
- 11:06Speaker 1: to finish money back. I don't like so clever, Donnie,
- 11:10Speaker 1: I never thought about that. Oh, the whole thing. And
- 11:13Speaker 1: then when the movie is released, is that scene in
- 11:15Speaker 1: the chapel where Helena gets shot going to be in
- 11:18Speaker 1: the film. You have to cut it out, Julish, it's ghoulish.
- 11:22Speaker 1: I think it's gonna it's gonna turn into a horror movie.
- 11:24Speaker 1: The type of people that are going on seeing this
- 11:26Speaker 1: movie and not good. It is not good. Hey, what's
- 11:30Speaker 1: going on with Kanye West? We talked about his new
- 11:32Speaker 1: wife slash sort of wife, not legal wife. What's going
- 11:36Speaker 1: on that? Well, Kanye West took his wife, which quotation
- 11:40Speaker 1: marks because they're not legally married. There's no paperwork, files
- 11:43Speaker 1: or anything. Bianca Censori and daughter Northwest out to dinner.
- 11:48Speaker 1: They were in Malibu. They went out to dinner, so
- 11:51Speaker 1: obviously he's meeting, He's introducing the kids to this woman.
- 11:54Speaker 1: Now this is maybe a serious relationship. I'm very confused
- 11:58Speaker 1: by what is happening because obviously she's worked with him
- 12:02Speaker 1: forever on Yeasy, so the family might have known her before.
- 12:05Speaker 1: This is he's saying to Northwest, Hey, this is my wife,
- 12:09Speaker 1: or this is this is Bianco who's worked with me
- 12:11Speaker 1: all these years. Well, if it's your wife, that means
- 12:13Speaker 1: she's my stepmom, like it's it's it's once again, it's
- 12:17Speaker 1: these celebrities that are not thinking about the children at all,
- 12:20Speaker 1: like bringing north along to me, the is one thing,
- 12:24Speaker 1: but to me, your new mother, your step mother, and
- 12:29Speaker 1: to not include Kim in these conversations. And we did
- 12:32Speaker 1: a story on the podcast that the Kardashians are completely
- 12:34Speaker 1: confused and bewildered by this because ultimately this is gonna
- 12:38Speaker 1: affect the children. If Kanye is married, there is a
- 12:41Speaker 1: new woman in their life and they know her. She's
- 12:43Speaker 1: been around a long time. She's a designer that has
- 12:46Speaker 1: worked for Kanye. And apparently Kim does not like her.
- 12:48Speaker 1: The family do not like her, and now she's going
- 12:51Speaker 1: to be the step mom to my kids, And how
- 12:53Speaker 1: is this going to work, and Kim I think has
- 12:55Speaker 1: them about eight percent of the time and Kanye twenty. Legally,
- 12:59Speaker 1: I think it's so if the new wife wants the
- 13:02Speaker 1: kids more. Is that it is such a mind field
- 13:08Speaker 1: of questions, no answers. It's tricky. Except first sight, I thought, oh,
- 13:12Speaker 1: that's so sweet. They should meet their news step mom.
- 13:15Speaker 1: But with Kanye and is it legal or does that
- 13:19Speaker 1: not even matter? Is that the fact they're wearing wedding rings.
- 13:22Speaker 1: Do you need a piece of paper to technically be married? Well, yes,
- 13:26Speaker 1: technically you do, but it doesn't mean you don't love
- 13:29Speaker 1: somebody because you're not married. As Game, and I think
- 13:31Speaker 1: we can talk about this quite a lot, Donnie, because
- 13:33Speaker 1: often our friends don't get married. Gay marriage, thankfully is
- 13:36Speaker 1: now allowed the law of the land, they stay that way.
- 13:40Speaker 1: But I think as Game and we can really figure
- 13:42Speaker 1: this out. Like if you were dating someone but you're
- 13:44Speaker 1: going to marry them when you introduce them to your kids,
- 13:47Speaker 1: don't it would have to be years down the road
- 13:50Speaker 1: because it's like I need to know that this person
- 13:53Speaker 1: is going to stick around. Yes, because it's just it
- 13:57Speaker 1: is confusing. I had two different stepdads, My mom had
- 14:00Speaker 1: boyfriends and but introducing these people. She just introduced me
- 14:04Speaker 1: to some you know, one night stand like that she
- 14:07Speaker 1: looked up with because you wouldn't do that. It's confusing,
- 14:11Speaker 1: isn't it. Well, we remain confused. We're going to take
- 14:14Speaker 1: a quick break and we will be right back to
- 14:18Speaker 1: the naughty, but have diffriend Johnny Micham, Hey, Dolly, let's
- 14:21Speaker 1: get to the polls. So last how we talked about
- 14:25Speaker 1: so extra We talked about Megan Markle, who turned down
- 14:29Speaker 1: the Queen's offer to continue acting. She said she didn't
- 14:32Speaker 1: want to do that, but she wanted to put all
- 14:34Speaker 1: her all her attention into the Commonwealth. The Commonwealth, which
- 14:38Speaker 1: is very important, was very important to the Queen. Megan
- 14:41Speaker 1: said that comes first. Well, Queen Elizabeth was just overjoyed
- 14:44Speaker 1: with this, so happy about this. Obviously it did not
- 14:47Speaker 1: quite work out like that question was was Megan playing
- 14:51Speaker 1: the queen? Oh it's a naughty in the naughty naughty question?
- 14:55Speaker 1: Let's have that a look. This is so interested and
- 14:59Speaker 1: that blaines Megan Markel and the royals and this podcast
- 15:03Speaker 1: and how we tread carefully and sometimes not carefully enough
- 15:07Speaker 1: at all. It explains everything. People are split down the middle,
- 15:12Speaker 1: where it comes to Megan Markle. I think I could
- 15:14Speaker 1: argue that she is the most divisive celebrity of the moment.
- 15:20Speaker 1: You love her, you hate her. There's hardly anybody in
- 15:24Speaker 1: the middle. Don't I'm telling you mark my words. Later
- 15:28Speaker 1: this season, we're going to see a Megan Marco daytime
- 15:32Speaker 1: talk show. You've got it on tape. We've got it
- 15:36Speaker 1: on tape. Don't forget to vote. You can do that
- 15:38Speaker 1: by going to a Twitter page at Naughty Nice Rabba
- 15:41Speaker 1: at Facebook page Naughty Gossip, and be sure to check
- 15:44Speaker 1: back tomorrow to hear your results are Now it's time
- 15:48Speaker 1: for a really fun and cheeky and I love the
- 15:51Speaker 1: sense of humor of the day. Well. Sam Smith is
- 15:56Speaker 1: addressing the fact that people think they are Adele and Drag.
- 16:03Speaker 1: It just makes me gickle because when you look at
- 16:06Speaker 1: him side by side, you go, you know what I
- 16:08Speaker 1: could possibly see that it SIPs with what I to say,
- 16:12Speaker 1: because we've never been seen in the same room together,
- 16:15Speaker 1: and if you slow down her voice, it sounds maybe
- 16:17Speaker 1: a bit like mine, So people think that we're the
- 16:20Speaker 1: same person and I'm just in a drag now, But no,
- 16:24Speaker 1: Sam Smith is not Adele and drag. They are two
- 16:27Speaker 1: very different people. The two very different people voice, I'd
- 16:30Speaker 1: love people to think I was Lisa bid Ellie. Who
- 16:33Speaker 1: would you pick? Dolly Parton? Don who I love to be?
- 16:36Speaker 1: Love people to think you could be you could be
- 16:40Speaker 1: nicest o the day? And now I noticed the day?
- 16:41Speaker 1: Oh do has gonna have something to say about it?
- 16:43Speaker 1: So Todd Recall has pent an open letter after his
- 16:47Speaker 1: new reality show, The Real Friends of we Hope premiered.
- 16:50Speaker 1: So before the show even premiered, there was backlash on
- 16:52Speaker 1: the internet. People were really hating this show. Immediately following
- 16:56Speaker 1: the premier, cast member Todd red Hall posted a ten
- 17:00Speaker 1: page letter to his Instagram a can saying he had
- 17:05Speaker 1: to mentally prepare himself for the hate that was coming
- 17:07Speaker 1: his way. The letter continues claiming that the gay community
- 17:11Speaker 1: has given more pushback on this show than than any
- 17:14Speaker 1: other community. Then he returned with a four page lifter
- 17:17Speaker 1: because ten is not enough, saying, quote, we don't want
- 17:21Speaker 1: to see a bunch of rich, entitled, privileged gay men.
- 17:25Speaker 1: He wrote back, Well, that begs the question why are
- 17:28Speaker 1: you're thrilled to watch the Kardashians or the Real Housewives.
- 17:32Speaker 1: Good point there, however, I think Tandrick's letter has just
- 17:35Speaker 1: blown up a volatile situation even more. Did you watch
- 17:38Speaker 1: the show, Donnie, What do you think? What do you
- 17:40Speaker 1: think of Toddrick's controversial very I did not watch this show.
- 17:44Speaker 1: For context, for people out there, the show tanked. Yeah,
- 17:48Speaker 1: Rupada Grace scores about eight hundred thousand live viewers. This
- 17:52Speaker 1: show got not even a hundred thousand lives. Very mean,
- 17:55Speaker 1: you drastically dropped off reading, and they cut half an
- 17:58Speaker 1: hour from RuPaul to to the show. She was going
- 18:01Speaker 1: to be a nineteen minutes It's always nineteen minutes, and
- 18:03Speaker 1: now it's an hour. So those fools at MTV they
- 18:06Speaker 1: cut nineteen minutes of RuPaul's massive ratings for an hour
- 18:10Speaker 1: of this. Yeah. And the thing is that I I
- 18:12Speaker 1: am very firm in the fact that we need inclusive television,
- 18:16Speaker 1: we need gay shows out there. But the problem I
- 18:18Speaker 1: have with this is I live in West Hollywood. I
- 18:21Speaker 1: know these people. These five guys are not real friends.
- 18:25Speaker 1: That is the problem. You picked five guys who are
- 18:27Speaker 1: pseudo celebrities. You throw them into No Boo, which no
- 18:31Speaker 1: respectable gay man actually hangs out in, and you make
- 18:34Speaker 1: up these false narratives and put they can say this.
- 18:37Speaker 1: They're scared to say that. They don't want this, and
- 18:39Speaker 1: they come out, that's not real television. You can tell
- 18:43Speaker 1: it's not authenticacy. And even though The Housewives is somewhat
- 18:45Speaker 1: scripted and storyboard and we get it the Kardashians too,
- 18:48Speaker 1: it is based really on reality. The Kardashians are a family.
- 18:51Speaker 1: You can't they're not. They are brothers and sisters, they
- 18:54Speaker 1: are related. They are a family. And the Housewives have
- 18:57Speaker 1: at least grown to know each other. They might not
- 18:59Speaker 1: have been best friend in the beginning. This felt totally
- 19:02Speaker 1: phony to me. I watched about ten minutes of it done.
- 19:04Speaker 1: It's not good, and I think to trick the problem
- 19:07Speaker 1: here is not to beat up people for not watching it,
- 19:10Speaker 1: but really talk to your producers about making it better.
- 19:13Speaker 1: It's just not very good. And notice the day. Let's
- 19:16Speaker 1: end with the moment of Robbie. Robbie Robieta. Rob We've
- 19:18Speaker 1: been talking about jealousy on our weekend podcast every weekend. Now, Donnie,
- 19:23Speaker 1: we're doing a ten fifteen minutes podcast with all the
- 19:26Speaker 1: highlights from my book The Forward Answer. We've been talking
- 19:29Speaker 1: about jealousy, and I want to let everybody know that
- 19:33Speaker 1: jealous feelings are not a bad thing. They're actually a
- 19:35Speaker 1: powerful map showing you where you really want to go
- 19:38Speaker 1: in life. So set up and pay attention to them,
- 19:41Speaker 1: and the next time you're jealous of somebody, you'll have
- 19:43Speaker 1: those jealous feelings. They're actually teaching you something about yourself,
- 19:48Speaker 1: not anybody else. Follow those jealous feelings like our compass,
- 19:53Speaker 1: because they will show you where you want to be
- 19:57Speaker 1: in life. It's such a lesson, Annie, I'm not jealous anymore.
- 20:01Speaker 1: I do. I still have the jealous feelings, but instead
- 20:03Speaker 1: of saying I'm jealous, I say I'm enlightened. A compass
- 20:07Speaker 1: has hit me in the head, so I just use
- 20:09Speaker 1: a different word. It's the same feelings. My heart races
- 20:11Speaker 1: a little bit, I get a little sweaty, like a
- 20:14Speaker 1: little short of breath. I feel like, oh. But then
- 20:16Speaker 1: I realized, that's not jealousy. That's a lighthouse showing me
- 20:21Speaker 1: what I want in my life. And the same is
- 20:24Speaker 1: true for you. That is it for today. Thank you
- 20:27Speaker 1: so much for listening to Not Even Nice with Rob
- 20:29Speaker 1: and Donnie Show, a production of I Heart Radio. Don't
- 20:32Speaker 1: forget to subscribe on the I Heart Radio app, Apple
- 20:35Speaker 1: podcast or wherever you listen. I popped my head onto
- 20:38Speaker 1: the chance. Yesterday we're beating people's podcast. Look at that.
- 20:43Speaker 1: It's all because of you naughties. Thank you, thank you,
- 20:45Speaker 1: thank you. Leave a review if you can, only a
- 20:47Speaker 1: nice one. It's so easy to leave bad reviews. I
- 20:50Speaker 1: get it. I do it and yell, but I do
- 20:52Speaker 1: it in restaurants. If you can leave a nice one,
- 20:54Speaker 1: I promise they really do help and we do appreciate them.
- 20:57Speaker 1: And remember altogether. Now, if you go into the water,
- 21:00Speaker 1: you've got to be nice. Take care, everybody. Take It's
- 21:07Speaker 1: not even nice with bro
