- 0:01SPEAKER_00: Welcome to the Create Love, Create Freedom Podcast.
- 0:07SPEAKER_00: This podcast explores feminine psychology, relationships, and what begins to shift when a woman lives from her own center rather than from expectation or conditioning.
- 0:22SPEAKER_00: My name is Alison Fisher, and my work centers on internal authority and relational clarity across seasons of life.
- 0:33SPEAKER_00: As you listen, there is nothing you need to force here.
- 0:38SPEAKER_00: We're simply noticing what's already present and allowing things to become clearer over time.
- 0:46SPEAKER_00: On today's episode, we are going to be looking at female friendship while also bringing in Lilith and Hakate.
- 1:00SPEAKER_00: Let's begin.
- 1:02SPEAKER_00: There's a moment that I don't think we talk about enough.
- 1:07SPEAKER_00: It's often not dramatic, it's not explosive, nothing necessarily happens, but something shifts.
- 1:17SPEAKER_00: You're sitting across from someone you've known for years, or you're texting them, or maybe you're just thinking about the relationship, and you realize this doesn't feel the same anymore.
- 1:31SPEAKER_00: Not because they did something terrible, not because there was a betrayal or a fight, but because something in you has changed.
- 1:42SPEAKER_00: And suddenly the way you've been relating to them, the way you've been showing up, the level of energy you've been giving doesn't feel clean anymore.
- 1:53SPEAKER_00: It feels like you're managing the relationship instead of resting inside it.
- 2:00SPEAKER_00: And this is the part where most women get confused.
- 2:04SPEAKER_00: Because you still care.
- 2:06SPEAKER_00: There's a history, there are good moments, there's familiarity.
- 2:12SPEAKER_00: So you start asking yourself Am I being too harsh?
- 2:17SPEAKER_00: Am I expecting too much?
- 2:20SPEAKER_00: Should I just be a better friend?
- 2:23SPEAKER_00: But underneath those questions, there's something much quieter, much more honest.
- 2:30SPEAKER_00: Why does this feel like work now?
- 2:35SPEAKER_00: And if you're someone who has done a significant amount of internal work on yourself, if you've taken responsibility for your life, if you've built something, changed something, moved forward in a real way, you'll start to notice something very specific.
- 2:56SPEAKER_00: There are relationships that were built in an earlier version of your life that don't quite fit the version of you that exists now.
- 3:10SPEAKER_00: And that's where this gets nuanced because outgrowing someone doesn't mean they're wrong.
- 3:18SPEAKER_00: It doesn't mean they're a bad person.
- 3:20SPEAKER_00: It doesn't mean you need to cut them off or create a dramatic ending.
- 3:25SPEAKER_00: But it does mean that the way you've been relating to them is no longer aligned.
- 3:33SPEAKER_00: And in my experience, there are two archetypal forces that show up at this exact moment, not in a mystical or abstract way, but in a very real, lived and psychological way.
- 3:50SPEAKER_00: This is the part of you that recognizes the truth.
- 3:54SPEAKER_00: I cannot continue showing up like this without betraying myself.
- 4:01SPEAKER_00: And the other is the part of you that understands if that's true, then something about how I engage has to change.
- 4:13SPEAKER_00: And today I want to talk about those two forces.
- 4:17SPEAKER_00: Because when they come online together, you're no longer in confusion.
- 4:24SPEAKER_00: You are at a crossroads.
- 4:27SPEAKER_00: We are going to talk about on today's episode what it actually means to outgrow a friendship, why so many women stay in relationships that quietly drain them, and what it looks like to move through that shift, without drama, without over explaining, and without abandoning yourself in the process.
- 4:55SPEAKER_00: Let's start by discussing the hidden dynamic most women miss.
- 5:04SPEAKER_00: So we're going to talk about the part that most women miss when they start to feel this shift in a friendship.
- 5:13SPEAKER_00: Because the default narrative is usually something like something feels off, maybe I'm being too critical, maybe I just need to be more understanding of her.
- 5:26SPEAKER_00: And what often happens is you stay focused on the feeling, but this isn't actually a feeling problem.
- 5:36SPEAKER_00: It is a structural mismatch.
- 5:40SPEAKER_00: What I mean by that is at a certain point in your life, the way you relate to yourself changes.
- 5:50SPEAKER_00: You start taking responsibility for things you didn't used to take responsibility for.
- 5:56SPEAKER_00: You start building things you didn't used to build.
- 6:00SPEAKER_00: You start making decisions that are grounded in reality, not just preference or emotion.
- 6:08SPEAKER_00: And that creates a shift, not just internally, but relationally.
- 6:17SPEAKER_00: Because now when you're in conversation with someone, you're just you're not just listening to what they say.
- 6:26SPEAKER_00: You're noticing how they orient you their life.
- 6:31SPEAKER_00: And this is where the real divergence starts to happen.
- 6:36SPEAKER_00: These are people who operate from I don't know how to get what I want, so I guess I can't.
- 6:45SPEAKER_00: And there are people who operate from I don't know how yet to get the life I want, but I'll figure it out.
- 6:56SPEAKER_00: On the surface, those two sound very familiar and very similar, I should say, but structurally they are completely different.
- 7:09SPEAKER_00: One is externally oriented, the other is self-responsibility oriented.
- 7:18SPEAKER_00: And if you're someone who has crossed into that second orientation, you will start to feel a very specific kind of friction in relationships where the other person hasn't.
- 7:32SPEAKER_00: Because you're no longer just exchanging time or conversation.
- 7:37SPEAKER_00: You're exchanging frameworks for how life works.
- 7:42SPEAKER_00: So let me make this really concrete.
- 7:46SPEAKER_00: Let's say someone says, gosh, that would be my dream job, but I don't know how to get something like that.
- 7:53SPEAKER_00: Most people hear that and think, oh, they're just expressing a desire.
- 7:58SPEAKER_00: She's just sharing her dream.
- 8:02SPEAKER_00: But if you're paying attention structurally, what you're hearing is from your friend, I want a different life, but I don't see myself as the one who creates it.
- 8:17SPEAKER_00: And over time, if that pattern repeats, it creates a dynamic, not a moment, a dynamic.
- 8:30SPEAKER_00: Because you're the woman who has become sovereign, and she has not.
- 8:38SPEAKER_00: Because you're now in a relationship with someone who is expressing desire without movement, naming problems without ownership, and wanting change without building it.
- 8:57SPEAKER_00: And if you're not conscious, you'll start to feel that gap.
- 9:02SPEAKER_00: You will offer ideas, reframe her thinking, encourage her, check in on her, and try to stabilize the emotional experience.
- 9:15SPEAKER_00: And none of that is malicious.
- 9:18SPEAKER_00: It actually comes from being a woman who is capable, thoughtful, and aware, but over time it creates something very specific.
- 9:31SPEAKER_00: It creates unequal energetic responsibility.
- 9:37SPEAKER_00: You become the one who holds the perspective, holds the possibility, holds the structure, and she remains in a position of reacting, feeling, and wanting.
- 9:53SPEAKER_00: And this is where the relationship starts to feel off.
- 9:58SPEAKER_00: Not because anything bad has happened, but because you are no longer relating as equals in how you move through life.
- 10:10SPEAKER_00: Now, here's where most women get tripped up.
- 10:13SPEAKER_00: They think, well, everyone moves at different speeds.
- 10:17SPEAKER_00: Not everyone is in the same place.
- 10:20SPEAKER_00: I should just be more compassionate.
- 10:23SPEAKER_00: And yes, that's true, but compassion does not require participation in a dynamic that drains you.
- 10:34SPEAKER_00: This is the distinction.
- 10:37SPEAKER_00: You can understand someone without structuring your relationship with them in a way that costs you.
- 10:49SPEAKER_00: And if we go one layer deeper, what actually creates the exhaustion is not that the other person is struggling.
- 10:58SPEAKER_00: That's not the issue.
- 11:00SPEAKER_00: It's that you are overfunctioning in response to it.
- 11:07SPEAKER_00: You are checking in more than you want to, holding space more than feels natural, adjusting your expectations and managing the tone of the interaction.
- 11:22SPEAKER_00: So even when time together with her is nice, you leave feeling like I was on the whole time.
- 11:32SPEAKER_00: I was the one who had to hold a lot of our interaction.
- 11:38SPEAKER_00: And that is the signal.
- 11:41SPEAKER_00: That is the moment when you have to stop asking is this friendship good or bad?
- 11:48SPEAKER_00: And start asking, what role am I playing in this relationship?
- 11:55SPEAKER_00: Because if your role is regulator, encourager, stabilizer, or problem solver at a high level, consistently, almost all the time, then you are not just a friend.
- 12:16SPEAKER_00: You are carrying part of her life structure.
- 12:22SPEAKER_00: And again, this doesn't make her wrong, but it does mean the relationship is built on a different level of responsibility than you're now operating at.
- 12:36SPEAKER_00: So what happens?
- 12:38SPEAKER_00: You start to feel irritated, a little resentful, less interested in engaging, and more aware of the gap.
- 12:49SPEAKER_00: And then you question yourself because you think why am I feeling this way?
- 12:56SPEAKER_00: Nothing is actually wrong.
- 12:58SPEAKER_00: Something is wrong, not morally, but structurally.
- 13:04SPEAKER_00: The relationship was built on a version of you that had more capacity for that role, or didn't yet see the imbalance, or was operating at a different level of awareness.
- 13:20SPEAKER_00: And you've changed.
- 13:22SPEAKER_00: You're building something.
- 13:24SPEAKER_00: You're building a life.
- 13:26SPEAKER_00: You're making decisions that have weight.
- 13:30SPEAKER_00: You're organizing your life around reality, not just preference.
- 13:36SPEAKER_00: And that changes what feels good.
- 13:38SPEAKER_00: It changes what feels sustainable.
- 13:42SPEAKER_00: It changes what feels like actual connection.
- 13:47SPEAKER_00: Because connection at a certain level is not just we like each other.
- 13:53SPEAKER_00: It is we relate to life in a way that creates multiple respect excuse me, mutual respect and ease.
- 14:05SPEAKER_00: And when that's missing, you don't always get conflict.
- 14:11SPEAKER_00: Sometimes you just get distance or fatigue or this quiet sense of I don't think this fits anymore.
- 14:21SPEAKER_00: And that's the moment we're talking about in this episode.
- 14:26SPEAKER_00: Not the ending, not the confrontation, but the recognition that the way I've been participating in this friendship no longer matches who I am.
- 14:41SPEAKER_00: And once you see that, you can't unsee it.
- 14:45SPEAKER_00: And that is where everything begins to change.
- 14:52SPEAKER_00: Next we're going to examine Lilith.
- 14:58SPEAKER_00: So once you've seen the dynamic, once you've recognized that something about the relationship no longer feels clean, there's a very specific threshold that you cross.
- 15:11SPEAKER_00: And this is where most women either override themselves or begin to change in a way they don't fully understand yet.
- 15:22SPEAKER_00: This is where we need to talk about Lilith.
- 15:25SPEAKER_00: Not as a myth, not as a symbol, but as a very real lived experience inside your own psychology.
- 15:35SPEAKER_00: Because Lilith is not actually about rebellion.
- 15:39SPEAKER_00: She's not about pushing people away.
- 15:42SPEAKER_00: She's not about becoming pulled or detached.
- 15:46SPEAKER_00: Lilith is the moment where something inside you says, I cannot continue like this.
- 15:53SPEAKER_00: And what's important about that moment is that it's not emotional in the way that you expect.
- 16:12SPEAKER_00: You just know if I keep showing up in this way, in this friendship with her, I'm going to be out of alignment with myself.
- 16:26SPEAKER_00: And this is where the real shift begins.
- 16:29SPEAKER_00: Because up until this point, you've had flexibility.
- 16:35SPEAKER_00: You've been able to adjust, accommodate, give a little more, and explain things away.
- 16:45SPEAKER_00: But when Lilith comes online, that flexibility disappears.
- 16:50SPEAKER_00: Not because you're rigid, but because you've seen the cost.
- 16:56SPEAKER_00: And this is the part most people don't understand.
- 17:00SPEAKER_00: The reason it feels different now is not because the other person changed.
- 17:07SPEAKER_00: It's because you can now see the energetic cost of your participation.
- 17:14SPEAKER_00: You can feel it in real time when you check in again, even though you don't want to.
- 17:22SPEAKER_00: Stay on the phone longer than feels natural.
- 17:26SPEAKER_00: Offer support that wasn't actually asked for, or soften something that you know is true.
- 17:35SPEAKER_00: There's a moment, a very small moment where you feel misalignment.
- 17:43SPEAKER_00: And before you would have passed it, you would have moved past it.
- 17:49SPEAKER_00: Now you can't.
- 17:52SPEAKER_00: That's Lilith.
- 17:54SPEAKER_00: She doesn't create the misalignment.
- 17:57SPEAKER_00: She reveals it.
- 17:59SPEAKER_00: And more specifically, she reveals where you are participating in your own self-betrayal.
- 18:08SPEAKER_00: And I want to be very clear about this word, because it can sound extreme.
- 18:15SPEAKER_00: But in this context, self-betrayal doesn't mean that you're doing something terrible or that you're being inauthentic in a dramatic way.
- 18:27SPEAKER_00: It means you are acting in a way that does not match what you know to be true.
- 18:35SPEAKER_00: And in relationships and friendships, this often looks like giving more than you actually want to give, staying engaged longer than feels natural, holding emotional space that isn't yours to hold, and continuing a dynamic that no longer feels reciprocal.
- 19:03SPEAKER_00: And again, none of this is malicious.
- 19:07SPEAKER_00: In fact, most of it comes from being thoughtful, aware, capable, and emotionally intelligent.
- 19:18SPEAKER_00: The problem is those qualities, when unbounded, turn into overfunctioning.
- 19:27SPEAKER_00: And overfunctioning feels like I'll just handle this, I'll check in again, I'll just make sure they're okay.
- 19:37SPEAKER_00: And over time it creates a dynamic where you are carrying more of the relationship than the other person is.
- 19:48SPEAKER_00: Now here's where Lilith becomes very precise.
- 19:52SPEAKER_00: She doesn't ask is this a good is this person good or bad?
- 19:58SPEAKER_00: Should you cut them off?
- 20:00SPEAKER_00: Should you have a conversation?
- 20:04SPEAKER_00: She asks one thing.
- 20:06SPEAKER_00: Are you willing to continue betraying yourself to maintain this connection?
- 20:13SPEAKER_00: And if your answer is no, then something has to change.
- 20:18SPEAKER_00: Not necessarily the relationship itself, but your participation in it.
- 20:26SPEAKER_00: And this is where a lot of women get uncomfortable because they think, well, if I stop doing all the things that I've been doing, am I being a bad friend?
- 20:37SPEAKER_00: And the answer is no.
- 20:39SPEAKER_00: You're being an accurate friend.
- 20:42SPEAKER_00: Because friendship is not meant to be sustained by one person carrying the emotional weight, one person stabilizing the dynamic, and one person over functioning to keep it intact.
- 20:57SPEAKER_00: It's not connection.
- 20:59SPEAKER_00: That's compensation.
- 21:02SPEAKER_00: And Lilith removes the ability to compensate.
- 21:07SPEAKER_00: She doesn't do it harshly, she doesn't do it dramatically, she simply removes your willingness.
- 21:16SPEAKER_00: So when you go to check in again, extend the conversation or offer more than you have, there's a pause, and in that pause you feel I don't actually want to do this.
- 21:31SPEAKER_00: And that's the moment.
- 21:33SPEAKER_00: Not the big conversation, not the ending, the small internal refusal.
- 21:41SPEAKER_00: Now here's the important part.
- 21:45SPEAKER_00: Lilith does not require you to confront the person, explain everything you've realized, or justify your change.
- 21:56SPEAKER_00: That's actually where women go wrong.
- 22:00SPEAKER_00: They think, I need to communicate this clearly.
- 22:03SPEAKER_00: But often what they're really doing is trying to soften the shift, trying to manage the other person's reaction, or trying to avoid discomfort.
- 22:16SPEAKER_00: And Lilith is not interested in that.
- 22:19SPEAKER_00: She's interested in alignment.
- 22:23SPEAKER_00: So instead of asking, what should I say?
- 22:27SPEAKER_00: The more accurate question becomes what am I no longer available for?
- 22:34SPEAKER_00: And this is where your behavior starts to change quietly.
- 22:40SPEAKER_00: You don't reach out as often.
- 22:43SPEAKER_00: You don't stay engaged as long.
- 22:46SPEAKER_00: You don't solve what isn't yours to solve, and you don't carry what isn't yours to carry.
- 22:54SPEAKER_00: You also don't make a big deal out of it.
- 22:58SPEAKER_00: Because this isn't about them.
- 23:01SPEAKER_00: It's about you returning to a version of yourself that is no longer willing to override her own knowing.
- 23:12SPEAKER_00: Now I want to acknowledge something here, because this is the part that can feel uncomfortable.
- 23:19SPEAKER_00: When you stop over functioning in a relationship, the relationship often changes.
- 23:26SPEAKER_00: Sometimes it becomes lighter, it can become more neutral, it can become less intense, and sometimes it becomes more distant.
- 23:37SPEAKER_00: And that's where the fear comes in.
- 23:40SPEAKER_00: Because there's a part of you that will wonder, if I stop being this version of myself, will I lose this relationship?
- 23:50SPEAKER_00: And the honest answer is maybe.
- 23:54SPEAKER_00: But what you're actually losing is the version of the relationship that required you to abandon yourself.
- 24:02SPEAKER_00: And what you're making space for are relationships that don't require that.
- 24:09SPEAKER_00: So Lilith is not taking something from you.
- 24:13SPEAKER_00: She's removing the cost you were paying to maintain something that no longer fits.
- 24:22SPEAKER_00: And once the cost and that cost is visible, once you felt it in your body, in your energy, and in your time, you can't go back.
- 24:34SPEAKER_00: Not because you don't care, because you're no longer willing to participate in something that isn't true.
- 24:43SPEAKER_00: And that's the threshold.
- 24:45SPEAKER_00: That's the moment where self-betrayal is no longer an option.
- 24:51SPEAKER_00: And from that place, everything else begins to reorganize.
- 25:02SPEAKER_00: Next we're going to look at Hikate.
- 25:07SPEAKER_00: So once that internal shift has happened, once you've crossed that threshold where you realize I'm no longer available to show up like this, there's a natural question that follows.
- 25:23SPEAKER_00: And it's not always spoken out loud, but you feel it.
- 25:28SPEAKER_00: Okay, so what now?
- 25:31SPEAKER_00: Because this is the part that doesn't get talked about enough.
- 25:35SPEAKER_00: People will tell you to set boundaries, have hard conversations, and communicate clearly.
- 25:43SPEAKER_00: But what they don't address is this.
- 25:46SPEAKER_00: What do you actually do when your internal alignment has changed?
- 25:52SPEAKER_00: But the friendship still exists.
- 25:56SPEAKER_00: This is where Hakate comes in.
- 25:59SPEAKER_00: And again, I'm not talking about a symbolic talking about her, I should say, in a symbolic or abstract way.
- 26:10SPEAKER_00: I'm talking about a very real psychological experience.
- 26:15SPEAKER_00: Hakate is the moment where you see your options clearly, and you realize you have to choose how to move forward.
- 26:26SPEAKER_00: Not emotionally, not reactively, but directionally.
- 26:32SPEAKER_00: And what's important here is that kate doesn't show up when you're confused.
- 26:39SPEAKER_00: She shows up when you're clear.
- 26:42SPEAKER_00: You already know what feels off, what no longer works, what you're no longer available for.
- 26:51SPEAKER_00: So the question is no longer is this a problem?
- 26:56SPEAKER_00: The question becomes how am I going to move differently inside this?
- 27:02SPEAKER_00: Ins friendship.
- 27:05SPEAKER_00: And this is where most women hesitate because they think choosing a path means making a big decision, having a difficult conversation, or ending the relationship.
- 27:18SPEAKER_00: But that's not actually what this moment requires.
- 27:23SPEAKER_00: What it requires is something much more subtle and much more powerful.
- 27:29SPEAKER_00: It requires you to choose a different pattern of behavior.
- 27:35SPEAKER_00: Because here's the truth.
- 27:37SPEAKER_00: Relationships and friendships are not sustained by what you say.
- 27:42SPEAKER_00: They're sustained by how you consistently show up.
- 27:48SPEAKER_00: So if your internal reality has shifted, but your behavior stays the same, the relationship doesn't actually change.
- 27:58SPEAKER_00: You just feel more and more misaligned inside it.
- 28:03SPEAKER_00: So Hakate asks you to do something very specific.
- 28:08SPEAKER_00: Choose a direction and let your behavior follow that choice.
- 28:14SPEAKER_00: Now when you're at this kind of crossroad, there are usually three paths available.
- 28:22SPEAKER_00: The first is the path of continuation.
- 28:26SPEAKER_00: This is where you say, I'm just going to keep things as they are.
- 28:31SPEAKER_00: You resume the same level of contact, the same level of emotional support, and the same level of flexibility.
- 28:40SPEAKER_00: And on the surface, nothing changes.
- 28:43SPEAKER_00: But internally, you feel the cost because now you're aware of the misalignment.
- 28:51SPEAKER_00: The second path is confrontation.
- 28:54SPEAKER_00: This is where you name everything, explain what you've been feeling, and try to restructure the relationship through conversation.
- 29:06SPEAKER_00: And this can be appropriate in certain friendships, especially when both people have the capacity for that level of dialogue and the willingness to meet each other there.
- 29:20SPEAKER_00: But not every friendship is built for that kind of restructuring.
- 29:25SPEAKER_00: And if it's not, that conversation doesn't create alignment, it creates more friction, which brings us to the third path.
- 29:35SPEAKER_00: And this is the path that Hakate most often invites.
- 29:41SPEAKER_00: Not because it's easier, but because it's more accurate.
- 29:45SPEAKER_00: This is the path of quiet reorientation.
- 29:50SPEAKER_00: And when that and what that means is you don't force a conversation, you don't make a dramatic shift.
- 30:00SPEAKER_00: You simply begin to move differently.
- 30:03SPEAKER_00: You stop initiating at the same frequency.
- 30:07SPEAKER_00: You stop extending yourself beyond what feels natural.
- 30:12SPEAKER_00: You stop rearranging your schedule to maintain the connection.
- 30:17SPEAKER_00: And you stop carrying the emotional weight of the dynamic.
- 30:24SPEAKER_00: And you let the relationship respond to that.
- 30:29SPEAKER_00: Now this is where most people get uncomfortable because it can feel like am I being too passive?
- 30:36SPEAKER_00: Am I avoiding something?
- 30:38SPEAKER_00: But there's a difference between avoidance and direction.
- 30:43SPEAKER_00: Avoidance is I don't want to deal with this, so I'm going to disappear.
- 30:49SPEAKER_00: Direction is I see this friendship clearly, and I'm choosing to engage in a way that reflects that clarity.
- 30:59SPEAKER_00: You're not withdrawing out of fear, you're recalibrating out of truth.
- 31:05SPEAKER_00: And this is the part that requires trust because when you change your behavior, you no longer control the outcome of the friendship.
- 31:18SPEAKER_00: You no longer hold it together, stabilize it, or make sure it continues in the same way.
- 31:28SPEAKER_00: You're allowing it to become what it actually is without your extra effort sustaining it.
- 31:36SPEAKER_00: And that can feel uncertain because there's a part of you that might wonder, what if it fades?
- 31:42SPEAKER_00: What if it changes?
- 31:44SPEAKER_00: What if we're not as close?
- 31:47SPEAKER_00: And the answer is it might.
- 31:51SPEAKER_00: But what you're actually allowing is the relationship to exist in its true form.
- 31:58SPEAKER_00: Not the version that requires you to overfunction, over give, or override yourself.
- 32:07SPEAKER_00: Now here's something important.
- 32:09SPEAKER_00: Choosing a direction does not mean deciding the entire future of the friendship, of the relationship.
- 32:20SPEAKER_00: It also does not mean labeling it as over or not over, or forcing clarity where it doesn't yet exist.
- 32:31SPEAKER_00: It simply means you're no longer moving in a way that contradicts what you know.
- 32:39SPEAKER_00: And this shows up in very small moments when you don't send the extra text, don't extend the conversation, don't offer the solution to your friend, and you don't rearrange your plans to meet her expectations.
- 32:59SPEAKER_00: Those moments might seem insignificant, but they are directional.
- 33:06SPEAKER_00: And direction over time becomes reality.
- 33:10SPEAKER_00: So instead of asking what should I do about the friendship?
- 33:15SPEAKER_00: The more accurate question becomes what direction am I choosing to move in?
- 33:22SPEAKER_00: And what and does my behavior reflect that?
- 33:27SPEAKER_00: Because once you choose a direction, even quietly, everything begins to reorganize around it.
- 33:35SPEAKER_00: Your energy changes, your availability changes, your standards become visible, not through what you say, through what you no longer do.
- 33:48SPEAKER_00: And from there, the relationship will do one of three things.
- 33:53SPEAKER_00: It will recalibrate to meet you, become lighter and more dis and more distant, or naturally fall away.
- 34:04SPEAKER_00: And here's the thing none of those outcomes require force.
- 34:09SPEAKER_00: They simply require that you walk the path you've already seen.
- 34:16SPEAKER_00: Because that's what Akate governs, not the decision itself, but the willingness to honor it through movement.
- 34:26SPEAKER_00: And once you start walking, you don't need to keep questioning the path.
- 34:32SPEAKER_00: You just keep going.
- 34:37SPEAKER_00: Next we're going to examine Lilith and Hakate together.
- 34:42SPEAKER_00: This is really threshold integration.
- 34:48SPEAKER_00: So when you bring these two forces together, something very specific happens.
- 34:55SPEAKER_00: Individually, they're powerful.
- 34:57SPEAKER_00: Lilith shows you truth, Hakate asks you to choose a direction, but together they remove your ability to pretend you don't see what you see or continue participating in a way that contradicts it.
- 35:17SPEAKER_00: And this is the threshold.
- 35:20SPEAKER_00: Not the moment where everything changes externally, but the moment where something has already changed internally, and now your life has to catch up to it.
- 35:33SPEAKER_00: Because here's what happens.
- 35:35SPEAKER_00: First you recognize the dynamic.
- 35:38SPEAKER_00: You see the imbalance, the overfunctioning, the way you've been showing up.
- 35:44SPEAKER_00: And for a moment you might still think, okay, I see it, but I can probably keep things the same.
- 35:52SPEAKER_00: But something but then something else sets in.
- 35:56SPEAKER_00: You feel the cost.
- 35:59SPEAKER_00: You feel it when you go to send the extra message, stay on the call longer than you want to, and when you offer more than feels natural.
- 36:15SPEAKER_00: And there's a moment where you pause.
- 36:18SPEAKER_00: And in that pause, there's a very quiet awareness.
- 36:23SPEAKER_00: If I do this, I'm choosing to override myself.
- 36:27SPEAKER_00: That's Lilith.
- 36:29SPEAKER_00: Once you feel that, once you've experienced that moment even once, you can't go back to doing it unconsciously.
- 36:40SPEAKER_00: Now every time you engage in the old pattern, you're aware of it.
- 36:45SPEAKER_00: And that awareness creates pressure, not external pressure, internal pressure.
- 36:53SPEAKER_00: Because now your behavior and your truth are no longer aligned.
- 36:59SPEAKER_00: And that's where Hakate comes in.
- 37:02SPEAKER_00: Because once that misalignment is visible, you're faced with a choice, not a dramatic one, not a one time decision, but a series of small directional movements and moments.
- 37:20SPEAKER_00: Moments where you can either return to the old pattern or move in alignment with what you now know.
- 37:29SPEAKER_00: And this is where most people get stuck.
- 37:32SPEAKER_00: They think, I just need to figure out the right decision.
- 37:37SPEAKER_00: But this isn't about a single decision.
- 37:40SPEAKER_00: It's about whether your behavior will reflect your awareness.
- 37:46SPEAKER_00: Because that's the real threshold.
- 37:50SPEAKER_00: Not do I keep this friendship or not?
- 37:54SPEAKER_00: But am I willing to act in a way that I know is not true for me?
- 38:01SPEAKER_00: And when Lilith and Hakate are both active, the question becomes very difficult to avoid.
- 38:11SPEAKER_00: Because you've already answered it internally.
- 38:14SPEAKER_00: The only thing left is whether you'll live it.
- 38:19SPEAKER_00: Now I want to say something here that might feel uncomfortable, but it's important.
- 38:26SPEAKER_00: Once you see the truth in a relationship or in a friendship, then you continue to act against it.
- 38:36SPEAKER_00: You don't just feel drained, you start to feel misaligned with yourself.
- 38:43SPEAKER_00: And over time that turns into irritation, frustration, and quiet resentment.
- 38:51SPEAKER_00: Not necessarily towards the other person, but towards the situation, and underneath that, towards yourself.
- 39:01SPEAKER_00: Because there's part of you that now knows I'm choosing this.
- 39:07SPEAKER_00: And that's why this moment matters.
- 39:11SPEAKER_00: Because Lilith and Hakate together don't force an outcome, they force integrity.
- 39:20SPEAKER_00: They bring you to a place where what you see and how you move need to match.
- 39:28SPEAKER_00: And the shift itself is not dramatic.
- 39:32SPEAKER_00: It doesn't look like big conversation, a clear ending, or a defined boundary.
- 39:39SPEAKER_00: It looks like something much quieter.
- 39:42SPEAKER_00: It looks like you stop doing what you used to do.
- 39:48SPEAKER_00: You don't send the extra message, extend the interaction, carry the emotional weight, or rearrange your life to maintain the connection.
- 40:00SPEAKER_00: And you don't replace it with something else.
- 40:04SPEAKER_00: You just simply don't do it.
- 40:08SPEAKER_00: You stop doing it.
- 40:11SPEAKER_00: And that absence of overfunctioning is what creates space for reality to show itself.
- 40:19SPEAKER_00: Because now the relationship is no longer being held together by your effort.
- 40:25SPEAKER_00: It's standing on what's actually there.
- 40:29SPEAKER_00: And that's where things begin to clarify.
- 40:32SPEAKER_00: Sometimes the relationship adjusts.
- 40:35SPEAKER_00: It becomes lighter, more neutral, more sustainable.
- 40:40SPEAKER_00: Sometimes it becomes more distant.
- 40:43SPEAKER_00: And sometimes it quietly dissolves.
- 40:46SPEAKER_00: But whatever happens, it's real.
- 40:49SPEAKER_00: Not maintained, not managed, not artificially sustained.
- 40:54SPEAKER_00: And that's the point.
- 40:56SPEAKER_00: Because there is because this is not about losing people.
- 41:03SPEAKER_00: It's about no longer maintaining dynamics that require you to lose yourself.
- 41:11SPEAKER_00: And once you've crossed this threshold, once you've felt the difference between acting from truth and acting from habit, you don't really go back.
- 41:23SPEAKER_00: Not because you're trying to change your life, but because you become someone who can no longer ignore what's true.
- 41:31SPEAKER_00: And from that place, your relationships begin to reorganize.
- 41:36SPEAKER_00: Not through force, not through control, but through alignment.
- 41:42SPEAKER_00: And that's where this moment, and that's what this moment actually is.
- 41:48SPEAKER_00: Not an ending, but a reordering of your life around what is real.
- 41:58SPEAKER_00: Let's look at what happens next in the relationship.
- 42:04SPEAKER_00: Once you stop overfunctioning, the relationship becomes clear, not the version maintained through effort, the real one.
- 42:15SPEAKER_00: And it will move in one of three directions.
- 42:19SPEAKER_00: It recalibrates and becomes more balanced, it becomes more distant, or it quietly fades.
- 42:26SPEAKER_00: All three are clean, because they're based in reality and on reality, not maintenance.
- 42:36SPEAKER_00: The only place women get stuck here is when they try to correct what happens next.
- 42:42SPEAKER_00: They reach back in to restore closeness, to manage the outcome, or to bring it back to what it was.
- 42:51SPEAKER_00: But if it only works, if the friendship only works when you are overfunctioning, it doesn't actually work.
- 43:01SPEAKER_00: So instead of managing the relationship, you observe it, and you let it show you what it actually is.
- 43:11SPEAKER_00: There is a sovereign shift that also happens.
- 43:16SPEAKER_00: The shift is simpler than what most women expect.
- 43:21SPEAKER_00: You don't need to end the relationship, you need to stop overfunctioning inside it.
- 43:28SPEAKER_00: That's the difference.
- 43:30SPEAKER_00: So instead of checking in more than you want to, solving what isn't yours, and carrying emotional weight that doesn't belong to you, you stop quietly.
- 43:43SPEAKER_00: You don't announce it, you don't explain it, you don't make it a conversation.
- 43:50SPEAKER_00: You just begin to move differently.
- 43:54SPEAKER_00: You reach out when you actually want to, you listen without taking risks.
- 44:00SPEAKER_00: Responsibility and you make decisions based on what works for you.
- 44:08SPEAKER_00: And you let that be enough.
- 44:12SPEAKER_00: Because connection that requires constant maintenance is not actually stable.
- 44:21SPEAKER_00: So instead of holding the relationship together, you allow it to stand on its own.
- 44:30SPEAKER_00: So if you take anything from this episode, let it be this.
- 44:36SPEAKER_00: There are going to be moments in your life where something doesn't end, but it also no longer fits.
- 44:44SPEAKER_00: And those moments can be confusing because there's no clear event, no obvious reason, no single point you can point to and say, That's what changed.
- 44:56SPEAKER_00: That's when it changed.
- 44:59SPEAKER_00: But something did.
- 45:01SPEAKER_00: You did.
- 45:02SPEAKER_00: And when that happens, you're not being asked to force an ending, create a confrontation, or justify your shift.
- 45:11SPEAKER_00: You're being asked to do something much simpler and much more honest.
- 45:16SPEAKER_00: And that is to stop participating in what no longer feels true.
- 45:23SPEAKER_00: That's it.
- 45:24SPEAKER_00: Not dramatically, not all at once.
- 45:29SPEAKER_00: But in the small, consistent ways that actually shape your life.
- 45:35SPEAKER_00: In the messages you don't send, the energy you don't extend, and the responsibility for another person that you don't take on.
- 45:46SPEAKER_00: Those moments matter because that's where your life reorganizes.
- 45:51SPEAKER_00: And I want to say this clearly as we end today.
- 45:56SPEAKER_00: You are not a better friend because you give more than is true for you.
- 46:02SPEAKER_00: You are not more loyal because you stay in dynamics that drain you.
- 46:09SPEAKER_00: And you are not obligated to maintain a friendship and a relationship in the same form just because it has existed for a long time.
- 46:23SPEAKER_00: Relationships are allowed to evolve, they're allowed to change, they're allowed to become something different, or to no longer be a part of your daily life.
- 46:34SPEAKER_00: And none of that requires blame, judgment, or a dramatic ending.
- 46:41SPEAKER_00: Sometimes it simply requires that you become more honest about what aligns with you now.
- 46:49SPEAKER_00: And when you do that, something very natural happens.
- 46:54SPEAKER_00: Your friendships begin to reflect your standards, your energy, and your level of self-responsibility.
- 47:02SPEAKER_00: Not because you demand it, but because you stopped distorting yourself to maintain what wasn't aligned.
- 47:12SPEAKER_00: And from that place, you don't have to chase connection.
- 47:15SPEAKER_00: You don't have to hold it together.
- 47:18SPEAKER_00: You don't have to wonder, am I doing enough?
- 47:22SPEAKER_00: Because the friendships that remain are the ones that can meet you where you actually are.
- 47:29SPEAKER_00: So if you're in this space right now where something feels different, where something feels off, where you can feel yourself pulling back, I want you to trust that.
- 47:42SPEAKER_00: Not as a reaction, not as something you need to act on immediately, but as information.
- 47:48SPEAKER_00: Because your system is very good at telling you what is aligned and what is no longer yours to carry.
- 47:56SPEAKER_00: And you don't need to force clarity, you just need to stop overriding it.
- 48:03SPEAKER_00: So let this be simple.
- 48:05SPEAKER_00: You don't need to decide the future of every relationship today.
- 48:10SPEAKER_00: You just need to move in a way that feels true right now and let it be enough because it is.
- 48:20SPEAKER_00: Thank you for being here.
- 48:22SPEAKER_00: Let what was ever let whatever was useful settle in its own time.
- 48:29SPEAKER_00: Clarity, I have found, tends to unfold naturally when we give it space.
- 48:36SPEAKER_00: Until next time, stay rooted, stay sovereign, and stay true to your feminine path.
