- 0:00SPEAKER_00: I've done a couple videos about this, so you don't know what to do.
- 0:03SPEAKER_00: We're still kind of doing that same habit every day.
- 0:08SPEAKER_00: I gotta tell you, that first thing is changing something that you've never done before.
- 0:13SPEAKER_00: And if you're sitting at home and you've your life has become video games and living in that virtual world, and your life has become whatever what other habits you might have, the vaping and these sorts of things, it's time to maybe move on, especially if you're late teens, early 20s, and you don't really have a plan, this video really is for you.
- 0:38SPEAKER_00: I'm not your dad, I'm not your mom, obviously, but I would suggest that you start to change one thing.
- 0:48SPEAKER_00: You don't gotta go out there and hit a home run.
- 0:51SPEAKER_00: You just gotta change a little bit.
- 0:53SPEAKER_00: So if normally you get up and you have a particular routine, whatever that may be, you first grab your phone, you go to the bathroom, brush your teeth, you know, then you get you sit in front of your computer in your chair with your drink or whatever it is, and you start your day, maybe switch that up a little bit.
- 1:12SPEAKER_00: And I know it's winter time right now as I'm doing this.
- 1:16SPEAKER_00: We're ending out January 2025, but maybe some kind of physical activity.
- 1:22SPEAKER_00: And not because it's going to make you into Schwarzenegger or make you drop off whatever fat that you have carrying on you.
- 1:29SPEAKER_00: But maybe it'll excite you.
- 1:31SPEAKER_00: Breathing that air outside is kind of important.
- 1:34SPEAKER_00: So why don't you try that?
- 1:35SPEAKER_00: And again, it doesn't have to be long.
- 1:37SPEAKER_00: You could even walk out in front of your house and take a few deep breaths.
- 1:41SPEAKER_00: Just do something different.
- 1:43SPEAKER_00: You might see something out there that's interesting.
- 1:47SPEAKER_00: You might actually make a connection with the world besides what's in the box that you're watching.
- 1:53SPEAKER_00: My suggestion, whether you want it or not, because you're watching this, is try to do something different.
- 2:00SPEAKER_00: Don't have to hit a roll run.
- 2:02SPEAKER_00: Don't have to go jump into a group.
- 2:04SPEAKER_00: You don't have to go to your parents and say, gee, I'm really sorry, I'm not moving, or I'm not moving quicker.
- 2:10SPEAKER_00: You're probably scared because the world is a mean and nasty place.
- 2:15SPEAKER_00: And with the world, when you get out there, it's gonna how well you perform is gonna depend on how well you can get knocked down and how good you can get back up.
- 2:26SPEAKER_00: That's where your mindset needs to be.
- 2:29SPEAKER_00: Nobody's gonna do it for you.
- 2:31SPEAKER_00: Nobody's gonna care enough about you to offer anything.
- 2:34SPEAKER_00: Everybody's gonna have their hand out, and their other hand's gonna be in your pocket.
- 2:38SPEAKER_00: So you've got to watch out for other people, but that is no reason not to play the game.
- 2:43SPEAKER_00: If you're good at the online games, then get good at the other game, the real life game, because there's a huge benefit from that.
- 2:52SPEAKER_00: I'm Connor.
- 2:53SPEAKER_00: We'll see you in the next one.
