GIANTS POSTCAST: RARE SERIES WIN for Giants as Devers Goes Deep Again, Molina Saves the Day
The San Francisco Giants picked up their first series win in the month of August today as they beat the Cincinnati Reds 3-1 at Oracle Park. Rafael Devers swatted his second home run of the series, and the offense capitalized on early mistakes and walks to jump out to a 3-0 lead. Adrian Houser got the start today but only lasted 1.2 innings before leaving with an injury. With Carson Whisenhunt's injury yesterday, this is truly the last thing the team needs at this point in the season. At least they got the win tonight.
