A $200,000 settlement has been finalized in the wrongful death case of 31-year-old Tyrone Mason, who died in a crash on Capital Boulevard after being pursued by Trooper Garrett Macario for speeding. Macario backed off the chase just before Mason lost control, and both he and another trooper were fired despite no criminal charges being filed.
