- 0:13Speaker 1: Well, first go yesterday.
- 0:16Speaker 2: I have five spots for you. I wrote them down here.
- 0:19Speaker 2: I'll get them to you right after this. So let's
- 0:21Speaker 2: pick up where we left off.
- 0:22Speaker 3: You mentioned two goals.
- 0:25Speaker 2: One, moving into your apartment. So we'll start there.
- 0:29Speaker 1: Yep. Literally, what was yesterday? Tuesday?
- 0:31Speaker 4: Yes, I just finished moving in. The mattress came in
- 0:33Speaker 4: yesterday and the rug for the living room. The recliner
- 0:36Speaker 4: and couch was already there. So, yeah, I moved in now,
- 0:39Speaker 4: out the hotel.
- 0:40Speaker 1: It was kind of sad.
- 0:41Speaker 4: You know, I've been there for a minute now.
- 0:43Speaker 1: Stress-free. Yeah, stress-free. It was good to sleep in my
- 0:46Speaker 1: own bed, you know, for the first time. So it
- 0:47Speaker 1: was nice.
- 0:48Speaker 3: And then the on-field portion, I believe you said you
- 0:50Speaker 3: were going to hone in on your footwork.
- 0:52Speaker 1: Yes, sir.
- 0:52Speaker 2: How did that go for you?
- 0:53Speaker 4: Today, I felt like it did good. Obviously, it started
- 0:56Speaker 4: with Indy. It starts with Coach Koop. with my first
- 1:02Speaker 4: two steps, getting into the ground. That's really the start.
- 1:04Speaker 4: The first two steps sets.
- 1:06Speaker 1: Up the whole game plan.
- 1:06Speaker 4: You get the first two steps in with power. Power
- 1:08Speaker 4: comes from the ground up. So just make sure those
- 1:11Speaker 4: first two steps are there by the time you make contact.
- 1:13Speaker 4: And then just after that, just do what I was taught,
- 1:16Speaker 4: hands inside, bring your feet, eyes up, be able to
- 1:17Speaker 4: see the backer. If you're working with the center or tackle,
- 1:21Speaker 4: depending on the combination, or if you've got yourself, catch
- 1:23Speaker 4: hand reach, just.
- 1:24Speaker 1: Move them Sunday.
- 1:29Speaker 2: What were your impressions overall?
- 1:31Speaker 4: It was surreal. You know, just seeing it packed out,
- 1:34Speaker 4: seeing the fans go crazy. Obviously, the first touchdown and
- 1:39Speaker 4: then the stop at the end whenever.
- 1:41Speaker 1: Muro, the two-point conversion whenever Muro made the stop to
- 1:45Speaker 1: steal the game, essentially. It was awesome. It was fun.
- 1:48Speaker 1: It was everything I could imagine the more, you know, actually.
- 1:50Speaker 4: Being there and just seeing the guys that I learned from,
- 1:53Speaker 4: all the older guys, all the starters and people that
- 1:55Speaker 4: were able to play and contribute to the team, just
- 1:57Speaker 4: seeing them go out there and make plays, you know,
- 1:58Speaker 4: it was just.
- 1:59Speaker 1: Happy, very happy.
- 2:01Speaker 2: Do you have a pregame routine?
- 2:04Speaker 4: I guess the day, well, I can start late. I
- 2:06Speaker 4: guess I really eat a light breakfast, maybe like eggs, grits.
- 2:11Speaker 1: Grits aren't really a big thing up here, but, you know,
- 2:12Speaker 1: in the South, grits are a big thing.
- 2:13Speaker 4: I love grits.
- 2:14Speaker 1: Okay, good.
- 2:14Speaker 2: I've been grits, man.
- 2:15Speaker 1: Yeah, okay, okay, yeah.
- 2:16Speaker 4: So I do, like, a little grit bowl with, like,
- 2:19Speaker 4: eggs and usually chicken sauce with turkey bacon, one of
- 2:21Speaker 4: the two, and some spinach in there.
- 2:22Speaker 1: Got to try to get the greens when I can.
- 2:24Speaker 4: Then I have, like, a big pasta before. Then that
- 2:27Speaker 4: would be, like, the main pregame is pasta. I usually
- 2:29Speaker 4: go chicken, sausage, and shrimp with the Alfredo and meat
- 2:32Speaker 4: sauce mix. With either the bow tie or the whole
- 2:36Speaker 4: grain noodles, depending on how I'm feeling. I'm feeling a
- 2:38Speaker 4: little heavy. I'll get the whole grain to be a
- 2:40Speaker 4: little healthier. No, I'll just get the bow tie and
- 2:42Speaker 4: swag it up. Yeah, that's good.
- 2:45Speaker 2: Do you get out to the field at a certain point?
- 2:47Speaker 1: I go out there with the O-line.
- 2:49Speaker 4: It's about 40 minutes before the– sorry, an hour 40 before.
- 2:53Speaker 1: I go out there.
- 2:54Speaker 4: I do my hip flexes first, then low back, ankle mobility, stance.
- 3:00Speaker 4: Just get comfortable sitting in my stance for about– 45
- 3:04Speaker 4: seconds at a time, you know, because that's the longest
- 3:06Speaker 4: a play, a shot clock can be, you know, 40.
- 3:08Speaker 4: So just sitting there, get comfortable in it, just let
- 3:10Speaker 4: the move around a little bit, just adjust a little bit,
- 3:12Speaker 4: just get comfortable. That's the position you got to be.
- 3:15Speaker 4: able to sit in there all day as long as
- 3:16Speaker 4: it takes. So get comfortable in that. Then I do
- 3:18Speaker 4: my kicks.
- 3:18Speaker 1: Then I'll do kicks and kick and react, post and react.
- 3:23Speaker 4: Then I'll do my individual hand punch, double hand punch, slides, combos.
- 3:27Speaker 4: And then whenever the older guys come out, as they
- 3:29Speaker 4: come out, they need a look.
- 3:30Speaker 1: I try to get my work done before they come
- 3:32Speaker 1: out so.
- 3:32Speaker 4: I'm ready to aid them, whatever they need, roll the bag,
- 3:35Speaker 4: be a defender for them.
- 3:36Speaker 2: You got to see the game from a different perspective
- 3:38Speaker 2: on the sideline. What was your role?
- 3:41Speaker 3: Were you kind of talking to them about what you
- 3:43Speaker 3: were seeing? Were you kind of just letting them do
- 3:45Speaker 3: their thing, watching?
- 3:46Speaker 1: For the most part, I was letting them do their thing.
- 3:48Speaker 4: Obviously, I was watching while they were in, but if
- 3:51Speaker 4: they asked me a question or two, obviously, at the
- 3:52Speaker 4: end of the day, I was watching them. But just
- 3:54Speaker 4: letting them do their thing, trying to learn from them,
- 3:56Speaker 4: see how they react. I mean, it's kind of like
- 3:59Speaker 4: a George.
- 3:59Speaker 1: They're smooth. The highs aren't too highs. The lows aren't
- 4:03Speaker 1: too lows. They're just consistent. That's one thing. They're all professionals, obviously,
- 4:07Speaker 1: but elite, elite, elite, elite, elite.
- 4:11Speaker 4: No matter what point in the game it was, they
- 4:13Speaker 4: were the same, I'll be honest with you.
- 4:14Speaker 1: So it was good to see. It was respectable for sure.

- 6:56Speaker 5: Camden Apothecary, top quality cannabis, great prices, and an experience
- 7:01Speaker 5: made for Philly fans 21 and up. Hey, I'm somebody
- 7:05Speaker 5: who likes to work out. I get to the gym
- 7:07Speaker 5: at least three times a week. I try to focus
- 7:09Speaker 5: on certain muscle groups, my arms, my legs. And it
- 7:12Speaker 5: used to be really frustrating for me to find jeans
- 7:15Speaker 5: that fit someone like myself who likes to work out.
- 7:19Speaker 5: Sometimes those jeans can be awkward and tight and you're
- 7:22Speaker 5: sitting in a chair and you're constantly pulling at your jeans,
- 7:25Speaker 5: trying to get them to fit you. Sometimes it feels
- 7:28Speaker 5: like you have to buy jeans that make you choose
- 7:30Speaker 5: between your waist or your thighs. But thankfully I found
- 7:34Speaker 5: the perfect jean. It's different from all other jean companies
- 7:38Speaker 5: out especially for guys with athletic builds. They actually let
- 7:41Speaker 5: me move like a normal human being. I can bend
- 7:44Speaker 5: down and tie my shoes. I can squat to pick
- 7:46Speaker 5: up something without feeling restricted. I can actually do a
- 7:49Speaker 5: full squat, you know, bending down to pick something up
- 7:53Speaker 5: without feeling like I'm about to blow a seam. You know,
- 7:56Speaker 5: the old standard jean sizing, it wasn't designed to fit
- 7:58Speaker 5: guys who squat or deadlift, play sports, or just do
- 8:01Speaker 5: anything that actually builds your legs. But the perfect jean
- 8:05Speaker 5: Thank you. Google The Perfect Gene and use code BIRDS15

- 8:39Speaker 5: use code BIRDS15 for 15% off.
- 8:41Speaker 3: Tough news this week with Landon going on IR, but
- 8:46Speaker 3: what's the biggest lesson or something that you've learned from
- 8:49Speaker 3: him that you've been able to apply to your game?
- 8:52Speaker 4: I guess the biggest lesson is, you know, Be aware
- 8:57Speaker 4: of your own power, because that's one of the things
- 8:59Speaker 4: that he taught me about, you know, just seeing me
- 9:01Speaker 4: in the weight room and working out and stuff. Obviously,
- 9:04Speaker 4: you know, I'm powerful, but sometimes it's like I don't
- 9:06Speaker 4: realize how powerful I am. And then just honing it
- 9:09Speaker 4: on technique, kind of to go back to what we
- 9:10Speaker 4: talked about last week with Coach Coop, acknowledging the same thing,
- 9:13Speaker 4: just he understands the power that I have, like the strength.
- 9:19Speaker 4: good and great i could really be and just hearing
- 9:22Speaker 4: it from a player like that you know all.
- 9:24Speaker 1: Pro pro ball future hall of famer type player.
- 9:27Speaker 4: You know see that within me it's like very inspiring
- 9:30Speaker 4: and motivational it keeps me going because like i said
- 9:32Speaker 4: it's a it's a change for me you know i'm
- 9:34Speaker 4: so used to playing but just learning from them and
- 9:36Speaker 4: them being in a position they have they don't have
- 9:38Speaker 4: to pour into me or tell me these things because
- 9:40Speaker 4: they got it you know so just hearing that from
- 9:42Speaker 4: them is.
- 9:43Speaker 3: It's And I was talking to Willie last week about
- 9:48Speaker 3: the young offensive lineman and the camaraderie, kind of like
- 9:50Speaker 3: what we talked about. And he mentioned when he got
- 9:53Speaker 3: to you, he said, man, raw strength. He goes, when
- 9:55Speaker 3: he would punch during drills, he goes, he goes it
- 9:58Speaker 3: hurt i said you gotta stop uh so do you
- 10:01Speaker 3: agree with that and is that like what are some
- 10:04Speaker 3: of your uh your weightlifter numbers when it comes to
- 10:06Speaker 3: that uh.
- 10:09Speaker 4: I guess this is how to go back to I
- 10:12Speaker 4: don't have to stick on college too much, but at Georgia,
- 10:14Speaker 4: we had this thing called the Platinum Club, and you
- 10:16Speaker 4: got to do, like, I think 180s each arm on
- 10:19Speaker 4: dumbbell for, I think, four to five reps. You got
- 10:22Speaker 4: to do two sets of it, and I was the
- 10:24Speaker 4: first person to do it at 180, and then I
- 10:26Speaker 4: got my name on there, the first person ever to
- 10:29Speaker 4: join the club, and I think I did 190s this
- 10:33Speaker 4: past summer, so my name's on there twice for that,
- 10:35Speaker 4: so I was the first one and only person to
- 10:37Speaker 4: do it twice for that as far as power, but
- 10:39Speaker 4: I mean... At the same time, it's more so, like, just,
- 10:42Speaker 4: I've been doing it for so long, like, I would
- 10:44Speaker 4: come home from school, and my dad would be out
- 10:46Speaker 4: there in the garage, put your book bag down, just
- 10:49Speaker 4: doing curls, just doing push-ups, just working out at such
- 10:51Speaker 4: a young age, it's, like, second nature to me, like,
- 10:53Speaker 4: I just love working out in general.
- 10:55Speaker 2: Did you ever consider doing, like, powerlifting, like, like Jalen, or?
- 10:59Speaker 4: I probably want to do powerlifting. You know that raw
- 11:01Speaker 4: power they talk about? Sometimes it's just, it don't look
- 11:04Speaker 4: as pretty. So they might not count it on those
- 11:06Speaker 4: bench press numbers. I'm trying to get it up off me.
- 11:07Speaker 1: I ain't going down slow.
- 11:08Speaker 4: I'm getting it on my chest and getting it off me.
- 11:11Speaker 3: The Eagles obviously really prioritize player development. I know it's early,
- 11:16Speaker 3: but what are some of those early returns that you've
- 11:18Speaker 3: noticed and how it's benefited you?
- 11:20Speaker 1: The main thing was my stance.
- 11:21Speaker 4: I felt like if you look at my film from
- 11:23Speaker 4: Georgia to the beginning of rookie minicamp slash.
- 11:34Speaker 4: I'm just more hunched over and a leaner and a
- 11:36Speaker 4: grabber now i feel like i'm more with the base
- 11:39Speaker 4: eyes i'll be able to see more and strike and
- 11:40Speaker 4: pass off twists and things of that nature.
- 11:42Speaker 3: How about the impact that connor and patrick have have
- 11:45Speaker 3: made uh on.
- 11:46Speaker 4: You and oh they've made they've made a huge impact
- 11:48Speaker 4: uh coach coach coach pay and coach connor have both
- 11:51Speaker 4: reported so much you know because they've they've been at
- 11:54Speaker 4: the top for so long and they know what it
- 11:55Speaker 4: looks like they know what it takes and they they
- 11:57Speaker 4: see the traits that i that i have and they
- 11:59Speaker 4: know what the result can.
- 12:00Speaker 1: Be and.
- 12:03Speaker 4: Especially with the uh like i was speaking on you
- 12:05Speaker 4: know just the technical things because they know i got
- 12:07Speaker 4: the power they know i got the guy got the
- 12:09Speaker 4: ability to just bring it out of me and you
- 12:11Speaker 4: know correcting the the technique that'll produce i don't want
- 12:16Speaker 4: to say that uh correcting the technique that'll result in
- 12:19Speaker 4: a better.
- 12:19Speaker 2: Outcome for me there you go besides football what.
- 12:22Speaker 4: Are your off-field interests movies um we know i've got
- 12:25Speaker 4: i've got into uh Legos, actually. I got my second Batmobile.
- 12:30Speaker 4: The first one I did was from the Dark Knight Rises,
- 12:31Speaker 4: and then I got... I ordered one yesterday. Well, two
- 12:33Speaker 4: days ago on Amazon.
- 12:34Speaker 1: I got it here yesterday. I'm gonna do that tonight.
- 12:35Speaker 1: It's from the Batman vs.
- 12:36Speaker 4: Superman, and it comes with the bulky Batman Lego set.
- 12:39Speaker 4: So I'm looking forward to that one. So yeah, just
- 12:42Speaker 4: making Legos. And then the new Wolverine game just came
- 12:44Speaker 4: out yesterday, too, so.
- 12:45Speaker 1: I'm only, like, level one of that. It's fun, though. But, yeah. So,
- 12:49Speaker 1: video games, movies, Legos.
- 12:51Speaker 3: Well, we'll get to movies because I watched one that
- 12:53Speaker 3: you recommended to me.
- 12:54Speaker 2: But we'll get to that.
- 12:55Speaker 3: But who are one or two individuals that you really
- 12:57Speaker 3: credit helping you get to where you are right now?
- 13:00Speaker 1: All time? Yeah.
- 13:02Speaker 2: I'm sure it's not just one.
- 13:03Speaker 4: It would be my dad and my Uncle Kevin. We
- 13:06Speaker 4: had a saying when I was younger. There's no traffic
- 13:08Speaker 4: at 6 a.m. That was back when I was, I
- 13:10Speaker 4: kid you not, 10, 11 years old. We would go
- 13:12Speaker 4: to the rec. Now, mind you, my dad, before he
- 13:14Speaker 4: started working... On the naval base in Camden, he worked
- 13:17Speaker 4: security for the naval base, but he worked the night shift.
- 13:20Speaker 1: So by the time he would get home, it would
- 13:22Speaker 1: be 5 a.m.
- 13:23Speaker 4: He wouldn't go to sleep until he had worked me out,
- 13:26Speaker 4: took me to go work out, took me to go run,
- 13:28Speaker 4: just push-ups on the track, just.
- 13:29Speaker 1: Run, do anything, just building that in me at such
- 13:32Speaker 1: a young age.
- 13:33Speaker 4: Getting up early, having a work ethic, that is from him,
- 13:36Speaker 4: that was a trait that was given to me and
- 13:38Speaker 4: passed on from him, and just the way he goes
- 13:40Speaker 4: about life, I've never heard my dad complain one time
- 13:43Speaker 4: about anything in my entire life, anytime I ask him
- 13:45Speaker 4: how's it going, he's never said he's had a bad day,
- 13:47Speaker 4: and I know he's had a bad day, I'm human,
- 13:49Speaker 4: I'm old enough now, I.
- 13:50Speaker 1: Know he's had a bad day, but even to this day.
- 13:52Speaker 4: And I've talked about it before, even to this day,
- 13:54Speaker 4: he's something that would've liked to be a man, he
- 13:58Speaker 4: really has, and then Uncle Kevin, he was the first, like,
- 14:02Speaker 4: I guess like he was the old lineman in the
- 14:04Speaker 4: family growing up.
- 14:04Speaker 1: He was, he was the bigger guy.
- 14:06Speaker 4: Uh, so definitely, you know, the old line part, uh,
- 14:08Speaker 4: definitely learned that from him. You know, he was the
- 14:10Speaker 4: first one out there holding the bags for me. Things
- 14:12Speaker 4: might have to start getting rid of my dad. He
- 14:14Speaker 4: would be, uh, setting up the drills for me then
- 14:16Speaker 4: with the bag work and kicking on the cones and
- 14:18Speaker 4: the footwork and things like that.
- 14:19Speaker 1: So definitely.
- 14:21Speaker 4: Without them building that building that base the pyramid would
- 14:24Speaker 4: have never started so definitely those two.
- 14:26Speaker 3: And your father if i'm correct on this is the
- 14:28Speaker 3: one who got you into football at five years old.
- 14:29Speaker 1: Absolutely five and six flag football yes sir oh wow
- 14:32Speaker 1: i was.
- 14:32Speaker 4: A quarterback back then now he's run triple option oh
- 14:34Speaker 4: okay i was all right.
- 14:35Speaker 3: I was all right how often do you speak to
- 14:38Speaker 3: your father uh these days i know you're really busy
- 14:40Speaker 3: but i imagine with the relationship.
- 14:42Speaker 4: That you have i talk to him every day uh
- 14:43Speaker 4: in the days i don't talk to him we uh
- 14:45Speaker 4: We like to send little funny memes on Instagram or
- 14:48Speaker 4: YouTube Shorts back and forth.
- 14:49Speaker 1: So we communicate every day. Same as my mom. We
- 14:52Speaker 1: got a family group chat. We talk every day.
- 14:53Speaker 3: I know you're from Camden County, Georgia.
- 14:56Speaker 4: Yes, sir.
- 14:57Speaker 2: I'm sure football was really a primary.
- 15:00Speaker 3: Yeah, so what was it like growing up in Camden County, Georgia,
- 15:04Speaker 3: and how competitive was football as you were coming up?
- 15:06Speaker 1: It was amazing.
- 15:07Speaker 4: When I was coming up, they went to state championship,
- 15:09Speaker 4: I think, five times before I got to high school
- 15:11Speaker 4: and won. They won in 03, and then they went
- 15:14Speaker 4: back-to-back in 08 and 09. So they've been there five times,
- 15:17Speaker 4: won three in my childhood growing up. So they set
- 15:20Speaker 4: the standard for great football, and even.
- 15:22Speaker 1: To this day.
- 15:23Speaker 4: You get near the high school, you see them blue
- 15:24Speaker 4: paw prints, and then you'll see a sign that says,
- 15:27Speaker 4: Respect All, Fear None, Welcome to Wildcat Country. To this day,
- 15:30Speaker 4: I was born, I'm sure. So, yeah, football's always been
- 15:33Speaker 4: a big part of my life, especially where I'm from
- 15:35Speaker 4: in Canada.
- 15:35Speaker 1: Football's real.
- 15:37Speaker 3: You silently committed to Georgia, I believe, when you were
- 15:40Speaker 3: 15 years old.
- 15:41Speaker 1: Yes, sir.
- 15:41Speaker 3: At what point in your formative years did it click
- 15:44Speaker 3: for you that playing professionally was going to be a reality?
- 15:49Speaker 2: Hmm.
- 15:53Speaker 1: Might sound crazy. I don't know.
- 15:58Speaker 4: Really, when I got drafted, because I was hearing things of,
- 16:03Speaker 4: just being honest, I was going to get picked earlier
- 16:04Speaker 4: than I did. So doubt crept in even then. But
- 16:08Speaker 4: once I got my foot in the door, all I
- 16:11Speaker 4: needed was an opportunity. And then I thought back to Georgia.
- 16:13Speaker 4: Same thing I had the first time I met with
- 16:15Speaker 4: Coach Smart. I just needed an opportunity.
- 16:16Speaker 1: I'm here to work. I'm committed to you. I'm not
- 16:19Speaker 1: going nowhere.
- 16:19Speaker 4: And I stood on that, stood ten toes on that.
- 16:26Speaker 1: But it worked out. It worked out for me.
- 16:28Speaker 3: Set the scene for me in the offensive line room.
- 16:30Speaker 2: Where do you sit?
- 16:33Speaker 4: Rooks sit up front. Me and Cale sit up front.
- 16:36Speaker 4: The older guys sit in the back. Well, most of
- 16:38Speaker 4: the tour is in the back.
- 16:39Speaker 1: I mean, whatever they want, really.
- 16:40Speaker 4: But the rooks sit up front. And then we usually
- 16:43Speaker 4: got to tell a joke. So you got to have
- 16:44Speaker 4: a joke on you. Yeah, I mean, that's pretty much
- 16:48Speaker 4: the thing. Coach is sitting up front with us, and
- 16:50Speaker 4: he goes over the presentation. It's like a normal meeting.
- 16:52Speaker 1: Nothing crazy.
- 16:52Speaker 2: Are you a heavy note-taker?
- 16:54Speaker 1: Yeah, I got to. I got to.
- 16:55Speaker 4: I've ran through four notebooks, I think. They told me
- 16:58Speaker 4: to start working on a tablet, but I'm so used
- 17:00Speaker 4: to handwriting it.
- 17:01Speaker 1: I don't know. I might have to switch. I've ran
- 17:03Speaker 1: through four notebooks.
- 17:04Speaker 3: So have you gotten around to trying any of the
- 17:07Speaker 3: food spots in Philly?
- 17:08Speaker 2: Well, you mentioned one.
- 17:08Speaker 1: Yeah, I went to Del Frisco yesterday.
- 17:10Speaker 4: They had, like, On Tuesdays, they had like the little
- 17:12Speaker 4: sample things.
- 17:13Speaker 1: Like 70 bucks.
- 17:14Speaker 4: You get to try like three entrees, three appetizers.
- 17:16Speaker 1: It's like little small pieces of it. So I tried that.
- 17:19Speaker 3: It was good.
- 17:19Speaker 1: It was good. I had Kobe steak for the first time.
- 17:22Speaker 1: That was fire.
- 17:23Speaker 2: Oh, Kobe steak's awesome.
- 17:24Speaker 1: That was my first time having that. I get it now.
- 17:26Speaker 1: I get it.
- 17:27Speaker 4: I wasn't really a believer, and I was like, this
- 17:30Speaker 4: is going to taste normal. But no, it was crazy.
- 17:32Speaker 2: Every once in a while, I'll treat myself to something
- 17:34Speaker 2: like that.
- 17:34Speaker 1: I got you.
- 17:35Speaker 3: So some of the places that I have written down
- 17:37Speaker 3: here will have that.
- 17:38Speaker 1: Oh, okay.
- 17:41Speaker 2: I got around to seeing By Any Means. I saw
- 17:43Speaker 2: it last Saturday.
- 17:44Speaker 4: Okay.
- 17:45Speaker 2: That was awesome. So what's next on your list?
- 17:49Speaker 1: Probably Doomsday unless something catches my eye. Probably Doomsday. I've
- 17:53Speaker 1: been re-watching the Marvel movies too, getting ready for it.
- 17:56Speaker 4: Okay.
- 17:56Speaker 1: I'm back up to the newest Fantastic Four.
- 17:59Speaker 4: So then I think I've just got to watch the
- 18:02Speaker 4: new Avengers again.
- 18:04Speaker 1: And then I've.
- 18:06Speaker 4: Seen Spider-Man three times in the past two months. watch
- 18:10Speaker 4: the new Avengers again, then that's it. And then I
- 18:12Speaker 4: got to watch Loki season two because that has.
- 18:14Speaker 1: To do with the time variance. So yeah, I'll do that.
- 18:16Speaker 3: So for an alternate career path, it said that you
- 18:19Speaker 3: would do, you would own a bus or a trucking
- 18:22Speaker 3: company to help be more efficient with the traffic in
- 18:26Speaker 3: Camden County.
- 18:28Speaker 2: What makes it inefficient?
- 18:29Speaker 4: I would say inefficient is more so every, all the
- 18:34Speaker 4: charter buses from Jacksonville. So they have to go to
- 18:36Speaker 4: Florida just to get a charter bus when We can
- 18:40Speaker 4: have one in Camden.
- 18:41Speaker 1: All we need is two or three charter.
- 18:42Speaker 4: Buses, and we can have it and give money back
- 18:45Speaker 4: to our own community, hire drivers in our own community.
- 18:48Speaker 4: The same people who drive our buses, our school buses
- 18:50Speaker 4: on the weekends when we go to games or after,
- 18:51Speaker 4: they can drive those charter buses.
- 18:53Speaker 1: In my eyes, it makes sense to me. I don't know.
- 18:54Speaker 4: It's just more so a way to bring revenue into
- 18:57Speaker 4: the city. And I feel like, God willing, I have
- 19:02Speaker 4: a solid career. I'll be able to do that and
- 19:04Speaker 4: give back to the city and the youth specifically and
- 19:06Speaker 4: the athletes. Myself being an athlete, I feel like that's
- 19:08Speaker 4: the greatest gift I give them besides knowledge and wisdom
- 19:11Speaker 4: that I'll learn in my time. But just being able
- 19:13Speaker 4: to provide them with a system of transportation to where
- 19:16Speaker 4: it's less stressful. We don't have to worry about how
- 19:18Speaker 4: we're going to get there because we know we have
- 19:20Speaker 4: this such system from our alumni who did his thing
- 19:24Speaker 4: in college, made it to the NFL, and came back
- 19:27Speaker 4: to the city.
- 19:29Speaker 1: Be perfect for a candle.
- 19:31Speaker 2: Awesome.
- 19:31Speaker 5: As I've gotten older, I've really tried to concentrate on
- 19:34Speaker 5: my physical health, my body, making sure I'm putting the
- 19:38Speaker 5: right things in and the healthiest things in. I've always
- 19:40Speaker 5: heard about creatine, but I wasn't really sure about using
- 19:44Speaker 5: creatine supplements until I did the research to find out
- 19:47Speaker 5: what it was really all about. That's when I found Momentous,
- 19:51Speaker 5: which created Signature Spec Creatine, their most advanced creatine ever,
- 19:56Speaker 5: setting a new standard for creatine quality. It's one of
- 20:00Speaker 5: the only creatines to be manufactured in a pharmaceutical facility
- 20:03Speaker 5: using reverse osmosis water purification and verified through an expanded
- 20:08Speaker 5: six-stage testing process with four independent agencies. They've improved the
- 20:13Speaker 5: product experience with ultra fine powder that mixes effortlessly with
- 20:18Speaker 5: no grit or clumping. Hey, look, I like a good
- 20:21Speaker 5: creatine shake in the afternoon and it's got to taste
- 20:24Speaker 5: good and be smooth. The benefits of creatine are very real.
- 20:27Speaker 5: It supports strength, power, lean muscle growth, recovery, and even
- 20:32Speaker 5: improve cognitive performance. And as I get older, all of
- 20:35Speaker 5: those things are so much more important to me than
- 20:38Speaker 5: They used to be. If you want to try.

- 20:59Speaker 5: Nobody loves grilling more than me. It could be 30
- 21:02Speaker 5: degrees and I'll be out there grilling burgers and steaks.
- 21:05Speaker 5: But the one thing that I really can't stand is
- 21:07Speaker 5: losing my fish and my veggies because they just can't
- 21:11Speaker 5: grill without falling through. That's why I've been using Hexclad's
- 21:15Speaker 5: BBQ Collection. It's bringing hybrid technology outdoors with products specifically

- 21:48Speaker 5: Last week, I grilled the best surf and turf my style,
- 21:52Speaker 5: which is salmon and ribs, and lost none of it
- 21:55Speaker 5: because I used Hexclad's BBQ Collection. With over 1 million

- 22:40Speaker 2: Any family coming out to Nashville for the game this weekend?
- 22:42Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 22:44Speaker 4: I know my parents are coming. I think my auntie
- 22:49Speaker 4: and uncle are coming too.
- 22:51Speaker 2: Awesome. Last one for you.
- 22:52Speaker 3: What's one or two things, could be football related, could
- 22:54Speaker 3: be off the field, that you're working to achieve this week?
- 22:58Speaker 1: This week?
- 23:00Speaker 4: Continuing to get my second step down in the run
- 23:02Speaker 4: game because they're.
- 23:03Speaker 1: Stout defensive line. So my number's called. I've got to
- 23:06Speaker 1: be ready. They're elite defensive line.
- 23:07Speaker 4: So I've got to focus on getting those first two
- 23:10Speaker 4: steps down in the pass game. And then outside of that,
- 23:14Speaker 4: I've got some end tables coming today.
- 23:15Speaker 1: So setting that up.
- 23:16Speaker 4: And then hopefully I'll have my Lego set done by
- 23:20Speaker 4: the next time I talk to you.
- 23:21Speaker 1: And I'll take a picture of it.
- 23:21Speaker 4: Yeah, do that.
- 23:22Speaker 2: Absolutely. Awesome. I appreciate your time, Michael.
- 23:25Speaker 1: I appreciate you.
