- 0:18Speaker 3: of your life. Please buckle up and hold on tightly.
- 0:21Speaker 3: This station is not responsible for injuries. This is Wayne
- 0:25Speaker 3: Allen Root, direct from the entertainment capital of the world,
- 0:28Speaker 3: Las Vegas.
- 0:29Speaker 1: What time is it? It's time for War! Here's your host,
- 0:36Speaker 1: 100% raw truth, 100% American made, the warrior, Wayne Allen Root.
- 0:56Speaker 3: All right.
- 0:56Speaker 2: Way down the route. I am finally back. I'm live.
- 0:58Speaker 2: It's not Memorex. Yesterday was a best of Wayne.
- 1:01Speaker 4: The day before was the great Lee Elsie as my
- 1:03Speaker 4: guest host.
- 1:04Speaker 2: Loved Lee. Guest host.
- 1:05Speaker 4: He always does a great job. I never have to worry.
- 1:07Speaker 4: I don't even have to think about it. I know
- 1:09Speaker 4: that my set is in great hands. Radio and TV
- 1:12Speaker 4: around the country.
- 1:12Speaker 2: My simulcast. is in great hands. Thank you, Lee. If
- 1:15Speaker 2: my eyes look a little bit red and a little
- 1:17Speaker 2: bit puffy, I'm exhausted. I'm burned out. I have a
- 1:19Speaker 2: little bit of a cold.
- 1:20Speaker 4: On and off airplanes, 36 hours back and forth to Washington, D.C.
- 1:25Speaker 4: for the White House Christmas party, and I am just
- 1:28Speaker 4: raw and exhausted, but I am here. Most important thing
- 1:31Speaker 4: was no sleep. I left on Sunday. Flight was supposed
- 1:33Speaker 4: to leave at 1.30 in the afternoon. It left at 7.30
- 1:36Speaker 4: at night. You know, a nine-hour delay or something like that, eight-and-a-half,
- 1:39Speaker 4: nine-hour delay. And so we were supposed to get in
- 1:44Speaker 4: at 830 at night and we got in at three
- 1:46Speaker 4: o'clock in the morning, got to the airport, got to
- 1:50Speaker 4: the hotel at four o'clock in the morning, got to
- 1:52Speaker 4: sleep at five o'clock in the morning, slept for about
- 1:55Speaker 4: three hours and then began a busy day. And then
- 1:57Speaker 4: the White House Christmas party and that then a big
- 1:59Speaker 4: dinner afterwards with some great people, including Governor Rod. I
- 2:03Speaker 4: call him Blago, Rod Blagojevich. And got in at 1
- 2:06Speaker 4: in the morning, went to bed at 2, got up
- 2:08Speaker 4: at 4 for a 7 o'clock flight. Got to the
- 2:11Speaker 4: airport and found out that 7 o'clock flight was now
- 2:14Speaker 4: stalled until 9 o'clock.
- 2:15Speaker 2: So it's been two days of no sleep. I'm exhausted.
- 2:20Speaker 4: My eyes are watering and puffy and tired and red.
- 2:24Speaker 2: But I'm here. I'm here.
- 2:26Speaker 4: I missed yesterday's show because the flight got in late
- 2:28Speaker 4: and I was in a state of exhaustion.
- 2:30Speaker 2: And I got a little bit of sleep last night,
- 2:32Speaker 2: so I feel a little bit better. So let me
- 2:35Speaker 2: tell you, before I get to all.
- 2:37Speaker 4: The news, there's plenty of news, let me talk about
- 2:39Speaker 4: my day in Washington, D.C. It was wonderful. The White
- 2:44Speaker 4: House Christmas party was wonderful. The actual White House was beautiful.
- 2:49Speaker 4: What an honor every time to be in the White
- 2:51Speaker 4: House of the United States of America. The party was amazing.
- 2:55Speaker 4: The food, you're not going to believe it, was amazing.
- 2:56Speaker 4: I always hate the food at parties.
- 2:58Speaker 2: I never eat. I'm the only guy in the world.
- 3:00Speaker 2: Everyone I know goes to parties.
- 3:01Speaker 4: You had rich people and they stuff themselves at the
- 3:03Speaker 4: party because they're getting free food.
- 3:05Speaker 2: I go to parties.
- 3:06Speaker 4: I talk to people and I leave and I go
- 3:09Speaker 4: to dinner. I never eat at a party, but I
- 3:11Speaker 4: actually had the steak at the White House and it
- 3:15Speaker 4: was good. And then I went to dinner anyway. But
- 3:20Speaker 4: it's just an incredible.
- 3:21Speaker 2: Experience to be at the White House.
- 3:23Speaker 4: Remember, I was just there for my first Oval Office
- 3:25Speaker 4: visit in October and And now I saw the White
- 3:28Speaker 4: House decorated for Christmas.
- 3:30Speaker 2: And it was amazing. Absolutely amazing. I've got some photos. David,
- 3:35Speaker 2: did you get them all? Can we put them up?
- 3:36Speaker 2: There we go.
- 3:37Speaker 4: So there's me and my beautiful wife, Cindy, with Don
- 3:39Speaker 4: Trump Jr., Oh, and the big thing was Don Trump Jr.
- 3:43Speaker 4: announced on the spot at the White House Christmas party
- 3:48Speaker 4: that he just got on his knees that day to
- 3:50Speaker 4: ask his girlfriend to marry him, and he's going to
- 3:52Speaker 4: be married again. And he brought her up on the stage,
- 3:55Speaker 4: and they each talked a little bit to the crowd,
- 3:58Speaker 4: talked about their future. They hoped that... They'll have a
- 4:01Speaker 4: wonderful long future together, and they're about.
- 4:03Speaker 2: To be married. So Todd Jr.
- 4:05Speaker 4: Shared that with the audience on the night I was
- 4:07Speaker 4: at the White House Christmas party.
- 4:09Speaker 2: So very cool. Next photo. Who have we got?
- 4:11Speaker 4: That's my wife Cindy and I with Kash Patel, the
- 4:16Speaker 4: director of the FBI, and his beautiful country music girlfriend.
- 4:22Speaker 4: Kash Patel is a Vegas guy. He said, isn't it wonderful?
- 4:24Speaker 4: In one corner of the White House are two Vegas guys.
- 4:29Speaker 4: And this is my beautiful wife Cindy. So thank you,
- 4:32Speaker 4: Kash Patel, Mr.
- 4:33Speaker 2: FBI. That's me and Cindy in front.
- 4:35Speaker 4: Of the White House as we're about to, I think
- 4:37Speaker 4: we were arriving at that point as opposed to leaving.
- 4:40Speaker 2: That was our arrival photo heading into the White House.
- 4:44Speaker 2: Next photo. um we've got me in front of the
- 4:48Speaker 2: famous pose.
- 4:49Speaker 4: Of president trump saying fight fight fight i had to
- 4:53Speaker 4: get that picture come on in the past i've had
- 4:55Speaker 4: pictures in front of the uh paintings of washington and
- 5:00Speaker 4: lincoln and uh and and john f kennedy but this
- 5:03Speaker 4: was a photo uh with fight fight fight of president
- 5:07Speaker 4: donald j trump i think it it It trumps, excuse
- 5:11Speaker 4: the pun, Washington and Lincoln.
- 5:13Speaker 2: The three amigos.
- 5:15Speaker 4: There's me and Governor Rod Blagojevich, former governor of Illinois,
- 5:18Speaker 4: who's become a really close friend of mine. And he
- 5:21Speaker 4: was railroaded and persecuted by Obama and put in prison
- 5:25Speaker 4: for no reason. And he's a great guy. And I
- 5:27Speaker 4: found out the whole story when I sat at dinner.
- 5:30Speaker 2: There was.
- 5:31Speaker 4: They put him in prison for what they said was
- 5:33Speaker 4: basically asking for a bribe for a Senate seat.
- 5:36Speaker 2: You know who was asking for the Senate seat and
- 5:38Speaker 2: offering the bribe? Barack Obama. The end result was it
- 5:42Speaker 2: was either going to be Obama or.
- 5:45Speaker 4: rod who went to prison and obama turned evidence first
- 5:49Speaker 4: and ratted on rod and made sure that rod got
- 5:52Speaker 4: blamed for everything even though he's the one that made
- 5:55Speaker 4: the phone call and asked for the senate seat to
- 5:57Speaker 4: be given to a specific person no money ever changed
- 6:00Speaker 4: hands there was no bribery but someone was going to
- 6:03Speaker 4: jail and it could have been obama instead he went
- 6:05Speaker 4: to the presidency and rod blagojevich went to prison Obama
- 6:09Speaker 4: is a piece of garbage.
- 6:10Speaker 2: What else can I say?
- 6:11Speaker 4: But it's me, Governor Rod Blagojevich Blago, and Dr. Oz,
- 6:16Speaker 4: who's in charge of Medicare and Medicaid for the United
- 6:18Speaker 4: States of America. And, of course, before that was a
- 6:20Speaker 4: huge TV star with his own talk show.
- 6:22Speaker 5: Next.
- 6:24Speaker 4: There's me and Roger Stone, always impeccably dressed. I just
- 6:27Speaker 4: bought a suit and a jacket and I think seven
- 6:29Speaker 4: shirts for the Roger Stone collection. So he told me
- 6:33Speaker 4: that Scott Besant, the Treasury Secretary, just bought like eight
- 6:36Speaker 4: suits for his collection. Of course, I'm not a billionaire.
- 6:39Speaker 4: Scott Besant is a billionaire. So he could buy eight suits.
- 6:41Speaker 4: I bought one suit, one jacket for the Roger Stone collection.
- 6:45Speaker 4: But he is a great dresser. He's in charge of
- 6:47Speaker 4: the world's best-dressed men list. He put me on it
- 6:50Speaker 4: two years ago, and I hope to be on it again,
- 6:53Speaker 4: and Roger Stone and I.
- 6:54Speaker 2: There's me and Cindy.
- 6:56Speaker 4: That's the shot, because that just represents the White House.
- 7:00Speaker 2: Again, I know this show is a simulcast. Some of
- 7:02Speaker 2: you are listening on the radio. I can't help it.
- 7:04Speaker 4: You ought to switch to the TV version of the show.
- 7:07Speaker 4: Go to Rumble.com. Go to TheGatewayPundit.com right at the top.
- 7:12Speaker 4: Click on it and watch.
- 7:13Speaker 2: Go to Patriot.TV. I always want to say Liberty TV.
- 7:19Speaker 2: I don't know why.
- 7:20Speaker 4: Patriot.TV or go to RootForAmerica.com and at the top it
- 7:24Speaker 4: says watch Wayne on TV or watch Wayne's podcast.
- 7:27Speaker 2: Shows you all the ways to connect.
- 7:28Speaker 4: But I'm trying to be as graphic as I can
- 7:30Speaker 4: so even on radio you can enjoy it. That's me
- 7:32Speaker 4: and Cindy in the shot that represents the White House
- 7:35Speaker 4: at Christmas the most. So I love that shot. Maybe
- 7:38Speaker 4: we'll put that on our Christmas card. There's me and
- 7:41Speaker 4: Cindy as we say goodbye for the night from the
- 7:43Speaker 4: White House. Just, it was a wonderful time. We had
- 7:46Speaker 4: a great trip. I don't know, were there other photos
- 7:48Speaker 4: as well?
- 7:49Speaker 2: There's Cindy with Dr.
- 7:50Speaker 4: Oz.
- 7:50Speaker 2: Dr. Oz is a ladies' man. He loves Cindy. He
- 7:52Speaker 2: thinks Cindy's beautiful. You know something?
- 7:54Speaker 4: There's something in common with all the men at the
- 7:55Speaker 4: White House. Rod Blagojevich, Wayne Roode, Dr. Oz, Donald Trump,
- 8:00Speaker 4: Bobby Kennedy.
- 8:01Speaker 2: We all are ladies' men. We love beautiful women. You
- 8:04Speaker 2: know what that makes us?
- 8:05Speaker 4: Normal all-american men as opposed to everyone the Obama administration
- 8:10Speaker 4: menu like men men who like themselves to be women
- 8:14Speaker 4: I the weirdest people the world in the Obama administration
- 8:18Speaker 4: in this administration we're all normal healthy all-american man doctor
- 8:22Speaker 4: as loves to be photos with Cindy I next photo
- 8:25Speaker 4: anything else we are we cut out of them me
- 8:27Speaker 4: with our with rod Blagojevich blog oh We went to
- 8:30Speaker 4: dinner afterwards. He got to know Cindy and I really well.
- 8:34Speaker 4: We think of ourselves as good friends, but we'd only
- 8:36Speaker 4: seen each other on the TV show. That was the
- 8:38Speaker 4: first time I ever met him in person, and we
- 8:40Speaker 4: both said the same thing. We felt like we'd been
- 8:42Speaker 4: friends our entire lives. It was so weird that we'd
- 8:45Speaker 4: never actually met in person. And there were other photos, too.
- 8:50Speaker 4: That did not go through. I sent a couple more
- 8:52Speaker 4: to David and they both said did not go through.
- 8:54Speaker 4: And that's why you never saw anymore. It was me
- 8:56Speaker 4: with Terrence Williams, the comedian. He's a black conservative comedian.
- 9:00Speaker 2: He's fantastic. And it was me. What was the last one?
- 9:02Speaker 4: It was me, me, me, me, me, me with I
- 9:05Speaker 4: cannot remember who there was one more really good one.
- 9:08Speaker 4: And I can't remember who it was. I tried to
- 9:10Speaker 4: send it through, but it didn't go through.
- 9:11Speaker 2: Oh, oh, me with Laura Loomer. That's what it was.
- 9:14Speaker 2: Me with Laura Loomer.
- 9:16Speaker 4: President Trump introduced to the crowd his entire cabinet. And
- 9:20Speaker 4: then he introduced Wayne Allyn Root. You have that video
- 9:24Speaker 4: of President Trump introducing Wayne Allyn Root. Wayne Allen Newt,
- 9:30Speaker 4: he's from Las Vegas.
- 9:32Speaker 5: He's a real power in terms of the media, and
- 9:36Speaker 5: he's never spent a bad day criticizing me.
- 9:39Speaker 1: I wonder who you are, Wayne.
- 9:41Speaker 2: Nice to see you.
- 9:42Speaker 4: You've got a good location, huh?
- 9:45Speaker 6: We love the guys.
- 9:46Speaker 2: From day one, you've been with me, Wayne.
- 9:49Speaker 6: I appreciate it.
- 9:50Speaker 2: We'll forget it.
- 9:53Speaker 3: All right.
- 9:53Speaker 2: What an honor.
- 9:54Speaker 4: I mean, he always introduces me at Trump rallies in
- 9:56Speaker 4: Las Vegas, but he's never introduced me at the White
- 9:59Speaker 4: House with. his cabinet in attendance and all his biggest
- 10:03Speaker 4: supporters and donors in attendance. It was the most star-studded
- 10:06Speaker 4: crowd you've ever seen. Bobby Kennedy was there, and the
- 10:10Speaker 4: Attorney General of the United States was there, Pam Bondi,
- 10:13Speaker 4: and the FBI Director, as you saw, was there and
- 10:16Speaker 4: kibitzing with me. And just everybody that was anybody there.
- 10:20Speaker 2: Don Trump Jr.
- 10:21Speaker 4: Was there announcing his engagement, but he's never introduced me
- 10:24Speaker 4: at the White House of the United States of America.
- 10:26Speaker 2: And what a great honor. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
- 10:29Speaker 2: He also introduced.
- 10:30Speaker 4: Laura Loomer, by the way, who's been a great advisor
- 10:32Speaker 4: to him, just like I have. And Laura Loomer, he
- 10:35Speaker 4: introduced her as just getting engaged and her boyfriend about
- 10:38Speaker 4: to be her husband was with her.
- 10:40Speaker 2: So he wished her well. So congratulations, Laura Loomer. So
- 10:43Speaker 2: it was a great day at the White House.
- 10:45Speaker 4: And let me let me go over just real quick
- 10:48Speaker 4: what he said about me.
- 10:49Speaker 2: That matters to me. First of all, he said a
- 10:51Speaker 2: powerhouse in the media. That's a wonderful thing to hear.
- 10:54Speaker 2: Thank you. I'm honored, Mr.
- 10:55Speaker 4: President.
- 10:55Speaker 2: But more important, he talks about loyalty.
- 10:58Speaker 4: That's the most important thing to him. He said, you know,
- 11:00Speaker 4: you've been with me for the first day. Actually, before
- 11:03Speaker 4: the first day, I was going to recommend that he
- 11:04Speaker 4: run for president. and encouraged him to run for president.
- 11:07Speaker 4: He said, I'll remember it forever. I never forget those things.
- 11:09Speaker 4: So thank you, President Trump. He also said, you got
- 11:12Speaker 4: some good real estate there.
- 11:12Speaker 2: I got in the front. That was smart. I moved
- 11:15Speaker 2: right to the front. Dr.
- 11:16Speaker 4: Oz and Bobby Kennedy were so far in the back,
- 11:18Speaker 4: you couldn't even see them. They raised their hands.
- 11:19Speaker 2: He's like, where are you? Oh, my God, you're way
- 11:21Speaker 2: in the back. Wade Root, you got great real estate.
- 11:23Speaker 2: I was right there in front. I knew the right
- 11:25Speaker 2: spot to stand.
- 11:26Speaker 4: So it was a great, great night at the White House,
- 11:29Speaker 4: but I'm burned out as could be and jet lagged
- 11:31Speaker 4: as could be.
- 11:32Speaker 2: But I'm here.
- 11:33Speaker 4: I'm here on War Zone, the official podcast of the
- 11:37Speaker 4: Gateway Pundit. Now I'll talk about all the news of
- 11:39Speaker 4: the day when we get back.
- 11:40Speaker 2: So don't go anywhere. Wade Root, RootForAmerica.com. WayneRoot at gmail.com.

- 15:10Speaker 3: All right.
- 15:11Speaker 2: Way down the route. The funniest story of the day.
- 15:12Speaker 2: This is War Raw.
- 15:14Speaker 4: This is the daily podcast, official podcast of the Gateway Pundit, thegatewaypundit.com,
- 15:19Speaker 4: over 2.5 million views. Daily unique readers as well as
- 15:23Speaker 4: over a billion page views for the second year in
- 15:26Speaker 4: a row. Headed for, I don't know, 1.2, 1.3 billion
- 15:29Speaker 4: page views this year.
- 15:30Speaker 2: Way up over last year.
- 15:32Speaker 4: Just keeps growing even though Google and all these other
- 15:34Speaker 4: companies are shadow banning and cutting off all access to
- 15:38Speaker 4: the Gateway Pundit and to Wayne Root. That's why I've
- 15:42Speaker 4: got a $ 100 million lawsuit against Google, $ 100 million lawsuit
- 15:44Speaker 4: against Stanford University to coordinate it all. $ 100 million lawsuit
- 15:48Speaker 4: against all the big players in social media.
- 15:52Speaker 2: This is the funniest story.
- 15:53Speaker 4: White House installs plaques under the presidential portraits on the
- 15:58Speaker 4: White House Walk of Fame. And they roast Joe Biden
- 16:02Speaker 4: and Barack Obama. Because what they've done, it's the Walk
- 16:05Speaker 4: of Fame in the White House Rose Garden with portraits
- 16:09Speaker 4: of all 47 presidents displayed. And he replaced the photo,
- 16:15Speaker 4: 45 is Trump, 47 is Trump, 46 is supposed to
- 16:20Speaker 4: be Joe Biden, but it's just a photo of an
- 16:22Speaker 4: auto pen. And he decided to not just leave it
- 16:27Speaker 4: at that.
- 16:28Speaker 2: He actually, they just, the White House reporters.
- 16:31Speaker 4: Noted this morning, that he's placed plaques under the photographs
- 16:36Speaker 4: with his own twist on the biographies of the presidents.
- 16:40Speaker 4: And under Biden, he puts sleepy Joe Biden, by far
- 16:44Speaker 4: the worst president in America's history. And under Obama, he
- 16:48Speaker 4: highlights the word Hussein, Barack Hussein Obama. He highlights Hussein
- 16:55Speaker 4: and he says, one of the most divisive political figures
- 16:59Speaker 4: in America's history.
- 17:01Speaker 2: So he's got his own twist on everything.
- 17:04Speaker 4: He also mentions the stolen 2020 election.
- 17:08Speaker 2: He also says Biden's got severe mental decline.
- 17:16Speaker 4: And then just says, despite it all, President Trump would
- 17:19Speaker 4: get reelected in a landslide and save America.
- 17:23Speaker 2: Trump is funny. He is funny. If you don't appreciate
- 17:27Speaker 2: his humor, you're You're just out in left field. Left field, see?
- 17:30Speaker 4: You're a left winger. Here is the craziest story of
- 17:35Speaker 4: the day. An Obama judge lavishly praises an illegal alien
- 17:43Speaker 4: who raped and sodomized a helpless woman with cerebral palsy.
- 17:49Speaker 4: cerebral palsy and refuses to add more years to his sentence.
- 17:55Speaker 4: A wicked judge. I mean, these are sick people. She
- 17:59Speaker 4: might as well ride in on a broom. So the
- 18:03Speaker 4: Detroit News reported Friday that a violent illegal alien from
- 18:07Speaker 4: Honduras who sexually assaulted a woman with cerebral palsy in
- 18:10Speaker 4: a Michigan laundry room will be released from prison as
- 18:13Speaker 4: early as July 2028, less than three years from now,
- 18:17Speaker 4: thanks to a federal judge appointed by Barack Obama. The
- 18:20Speaker 4: guy's name is Edis Renan Membrano Diaz, illegal 30-year-old, previously
- 18:26Speaker 4: caught sneaking into the USA seven times since 2019, pleaded
- 18:31Speaker 4: guilty in 2022 to sexually assaulting the woman, sentenced by
- 18:34Speaker 4: Judge Judith Levy in August 2024 to time served.
- 18:38Speaker 2: She had the opportunity to serve two more.
- 18:40Speaker 4: Years, I should say to add two more years to
- 18:43Speaker 4: a sentence, but declined to do so.
- 18:46Speaker 2: But not only did Levy.
- 18:49Speaker 2: I'm Jewish, so I can say this. A liberal Jewish witch.
- 18:54Speaker 4: Not only did a mentally ill liberal Jewish witch probably
- 18:57Speaker 4: went to an Ivy League school.
- 18:58Speaker 2: Nothing worse.
- 18:59Speaker 4: See, I love Jewish people. I can't stand liberal Ivy
- 19:04Speaker 4: League Jewish communists. That's what this woman is. Not only
- 19:07Speaker 4: did Levy refuse to add more years to Dia's sentence,
- 19:10Speaker 4: but she openly praised him. Batari raped and sodomized a
- 19:15Speaker 4: woman with cerebral palsy. She openly praised him for being
- 19:18Speaker 4: an ambassador for living up to our immigration restrictions and
- 19:23Speaker 4: for his family devotion and willingness to perform work that
- 19:27Speaker 4: Americans find undesirable.
- 19:30Speaker 2: I know I can't say this out loud. What the F?
- 19:34Speaker 2: I'd love to say the word. What the F? Are
- 19:37Speaker 2: these people insane? Insane?
- 19:40Speaker 4: And Assistant Homeland Security Secretary Tricia McLaughlin on Saturday called
- 19:44Speaker 4: the decision unspeakable depravity and truly wicked. This judge is
- 19:51Speaker 4: a piece of garbage and should be sent to Gitmo
- 19:54Speaker 4: in chains. Sponsor of this podcast is Energized Health. They

- 22:51Speaker 4: So I just got back from the White House where
- 22:54Speaker 4: I was at the White House Christmas party. And who's
- 22:57Speaker 4: a friend of President Trump? Peter Tickton is a friend.
- 23:00Speaker 4: He's a former classmate of President Trump.
- 23:02Speaker 2: They went to military academy together. He is my guest
- 23:05Speaker 2: in this segment.
- 23:06Speaker 4: I do want to mention, though, quickly, before I get
- 23:08Speaker 4: to Peter, the sponsor of this segment of the show,
- 23:12Speaker 4: it's VRA, which is Vertical Research Advisory. VRA is a
- 23:16Speaker 4: global investment and economic newsletter. It's the best in the business.
- 23:21Speaker 4: I'm a witness for 22 years now that it's the
- 23:23Speaker 4: best since he started it in 2003. His Kip Herridge
- 23:28Speaker 4: started in 2003. His top performing recommendations have beaten the
- 23:32Speaker 4: market 18 out of 21 years.
- 23:34Speaker 2: And this year, with just two weeks to go, we
- 23:36Speaker 2: can officially.
- 23:37Speaker 4: Say now 19 out of 22 years, almost 90% of
- 23:39Speaker 4: the time he beats the market.
- 23:43Speaker 2: Nobody can say that.
- 23:44Speaker 4: There was an article in, I believe it was Barron's,
- 23:47Speaker 4: 90% of all money market managers lose to the stock market.
- 23:50Speaker 4: This guy beats the market 90% of the time. That
- 23:53Speaker 4: means he beats money market managers 100% of the time.
- 23:56Speaker 4: His portfolio as of the end of the third quarter
- 23:59Speaker 4: was up 41.8% this year. I'm a witness for all
- 24:02Speaker 4: these 22 years. It's like this all the time. He
- 24:05Speaker 4: is amazing. He is like a guy with a crystal ball.
- 24:08Speaker 4: Kip Herridge, and you can get it for free for
- 24:11Speaker 4: two weeks. You can judge for yourself. It comes every
- 24:13Speaker 4: morning in your email. I read it every morning. First
- 24:16Speaker 4: thing I do, I get up, my eyes open. I
- 24:18Speaker 4: read his VRA newsletter to find out what the stock
- 24:20Speaker 4: market's going to do today and what we should invest in.
- 24:24Speaker 4: My whole portfolio is built around his picks, and I
- 24:27Speaker 4: was up 41 plus percent as of the end of
- 24:30Speaker 4: the third quarter. We'll see what it ends up for
- 24:31Speaker 4: the year. Your free two-week membership is waiting at VRAinsider.com. VRAinsider.com.

- 24:40Speaker 4: and you also get his best-selling book, The Big Bribe,
- 24:42Speaker 4: for free as well. VRAinsider.com. Okay, now we've got President
- 24:48Speaker 4: Trump's friend, Peter Tickton, who's an attorney and founder of
- 24:51Speaker 4: Tickton Law Group. His website is LegalBrains.com. LegalBrains.com. He's the
- 24:59Speaker 4: author of What Makes Trump Tick. I wrote the book
- 25:02Speaker 4: Trump Rules. We seem to be running in equal circles.
- 25:05Speaker 4: He's a good man, and I believe, if I'm not mistaken,
- 25:08Speaker 4: we come from the same place, and we went to
- 25:09Speaker 4: the same college, and we got a lot of things
- 25:11Speaker 4: in common.
- 25:12Speaker 2: He's a good man. Peter Tickton, we also have in common.
- 25:14Speaker 4: That I'm a big fan of Tina Peters, and you're
- 25:16Speaker 4: her attorney, who's doing a great job.
- 25:19Speaker 2: Welcome to the show. Thank you.
- 25:20Speaker 6: Thank you so much. It's a pleasure being here.
- 25:23Speaker 2: We have weird things. We run in weird circles.
- 25:25Speaker 4: You've been on a few times now, and I'm always
- 25:28Speaker 4: amazed that we have so many things in common. So
- 25:31Speaker 4: I just, for no particular reason, last week I just
- 25:35Speaker 4: decided to write a column about Tina Peters and say,
- 25:37Speaker 4: President Trump, you've got to do something now.
- 25:40Speaker 2: The woman could die in prison. I know you've worked
- 25:42Speaker 2: on this. You've spoken to him so many times.
- 25:44Speaker 4: And you've made the case, and I made the case,
- 25:47Speaker 4: and I sent it to him last Thursday. And later
- 25:49Speaker 4: that day, he came out and said, I've pardoned Tina Peters.
- 25:53Speaker 4: The problem is, I don't know, you know, certainly they
- 25:57Speaker 4: don't believe that a federal pardon applies to a state crime,
- 26:01Speaker 4: a state conviction.
- 26:02Speaker 2: So I don't think Trump's pardon is going to mean anything.
- 26:06Speaker 2: As of now, it doesn't. Do you think the.
- 26:08Speaker 4: DOJ could make the case that a federal pardon does
- 26:12Speaker 4: apply to a state crime?
- 26:15Speaker 6: Well, it's not going to be up to the DOJ
- 26:18Speaker 6: to do that.
- 26:19Speaker 7: It's going to be up to my legal team and
- 26:22Speaker 7: me or Dana Peters to do that. And, you know,
- 26:27Speaker 7: we've got quite a team. I mean, we've got Patrick McSweeney,
- 26:29Speaker 7: you know, Bob Sincar, John Case, Stephanie Lambert and myself,
- 26:35Speaker 7: you know, as the team leader.
- 26:41Speaker 6: Good case for it because it's true.
- 26:43Speaker 7: You know, and it's kind of funny because a month ago,
- 26:47Speaker 7: I would have said the same thing that they're saying.
- 26:51Speaker 6: Because when you read the Constitution, we're.
- 26:53Speaker 7: Talking about Article 2, Section 2, Paragraph 1. The Constitution
- 26:57Speaker 7: basically says that he, meaning the president, can issue a
- 27:02Speaker 7: pardon for offenses against the United States. So the What
- 27:07Speaker 7: does that mean to you? What does it mean to
- 27:09Speaker 7: anybody in the 21st century? The United States is a
- 27:16Speaker 7: great country. And we think of the country. We think
- 27:20Speaker 7: of the federal aspect of the United States when we
- 27:23Speaker 7: think of the United States. So if I were to
- 27:28Speaker 7: talk about the United States, I'd say it is a
- 27:31Speaker 7: great country because I'm talking about the federal aspects of it.
- 27:34Speaker 6: I'm talking about the country.
- 27:37Speaker 7: But before the Civil War, and even through it, that's
- 27:42Speaker 7: not the way people thought of the United States. You know,
- 27:46Speaker 7: a state, a nation, country, they're all synonymous, those words.
- 27:51Speaker 7: So we could have been called the United Nations, we
- 27:53Speaker 7: could have been called the United States as.
- 27:56Speaker 6: We were, or the United Countries.
- 27:59Speaker 7: And if you were to think of, you know, put
- 28:01Speaker 7: yourself in the mentality of how it must have been
- 28:04Speaker 7: for our founders. at the time that they wrote the
- 28:08Speaker 7: Constitution and decided that the leader of the country should
- 28:13Speaker 7: have the right to make pardons. At that time, there
- 28:16Speaker 7: were no federal laws to pardon, except one was created
- 28:22Speaker 7: in the Article 3, Section 3, in regard to treason.
- 28:27Speaker 7: But even there, when they're talking about it, they spoke differently.
- 28:30Speaker 7: They didn't speak of the United States as an itch.
- 28:33Speaker 7: It spoke of the United States and their enemies, not
- 28:40Speaker 7: its enemies. And this distinction in terms of these pronouns
- 28:45Speaker 7: are really important because they really show what we're talking about. Before,
- 28:51Speaker 7: you know, the Civil War was a horrendous war. 750,000
- 28:54Speaker 7: lives were taken. You know, we used to think it
- 28:56Speaker 7: was 600,000 or 600,000. that somehow in the last years.
- 29:03Speaker 7: And it's 750,000 lives.
- 29:05Speaker 4: People don't realize, Peter, that's the most in history, much
- 29:07Speaker 4: more than World War II for American lives.
- 29:10Speaker 6: Much more.
- 29:12Speaker 7: Much more than World War II, much more than World
- 29:14Speaker 7: War I, much more. Vietnam was 58,000 lives. So, you know,
- 29:19Speaker 7: when you put these numbers together, I don't think there
- 29:21Speaker 7: were more than that in World War I, World War II, and.
- 29:25Speaker 6: Vietnam all together.
- 29:26Speaker 2: Combined, yeah.
- 29:27Speaker 6: Combined.
- 29:29Speaker 7: And also we're talking about out of a population that
- 29:32Speaker 7: was much smaller.
- 29:33Speaker 6: We were only 100 million at the time.
- 29:35Speaker 4: So if I understand this argument, Peter, what you're really
- 29:37Speaker 4: saying is when the founders came up with this idea,
- 29:39Speaker 4: of the pardon, they weren't seeing the United States as
- 29:43Speaker 4: the country, the United States of America. They were saying
- 29:45Speaker 4: the United States, meaning these states, these colonies together, right?
- 29:50Speaker 2: Exactly.
- 29:51Speaker 6: That's what it meant.
- 29:52Speaker 7: So if I were to read it the way it
- 29:54Speaker 7: was meant and put in a word just to make
- 29:57Speaker 7: it make sense, It's, you know, that he has the
- 30:00Speaker 7: right to pardon all of the offenses against any or.
- 30:06Speaker 6: All of the states in the United States. In other words.
- 30:11Speaker 7: You know, let's just say, you know, there was a
- 30:12Speaker 7: new country that started Bolivia and Ecuador. And let's say
- 30:16Speaker 7: four countries in South America decided to get together and
- 30:20Speaker 7: call themselves the United Countries of South America.
- 30:23Speaker 2: Right.
- 30:24Speaker 7: And the president had the right to pardon anyone in
- 30:28Speaker 7: the United Countries of South America. You'd be thinking at
- 30:32Speaker 7: that time of the countries because the countries were all countries.
- 30:36Speaker 7: At the time of the Revolutionary War, right after the
- 30:40Speaker 7: Revolutionary War, we changed. We were colonies. And each colony
- 30:48Speaker 7: turned into a state, into a nation in its own right.
- 30:52Speaker 2: You're going to have to make that argument. I get it.
- 30:54Speaker 2: I get it.
- 30:55Speaker 4: But I mean, the question is, will we be arguing
- 30:56Speaker 4: in front of liberal judges in Colorado who don't care
- 30:59Speaker 4: how good your argument is?
- 31:00Speaker 2: They're going to just say no, no, no, no, no.
- 31:02Speaker 2: You know, that's the problem.
- 31:03Speaker 3: Exactly.
- 31:04Speaker 6: Exactly.
- 31:04Speaker 7: And that's what I'm anticipating. And our whole team has
- 31:08Speaker 7: gone through this whole analysis as to what we need
- 31:11Speaker 7: to do and what we're doing.
- 31:13Speaker 6: Is we're we're. We have two prongs.
- 31:18Speaker 7: We're going to commence an action, hopefully this week, in
- 31:23Speaker 7: the federal court in Denver for declaratory relief so that
- 31:29Speaker 7: the court will be able to rule as to the
- 31:31Speaker 7: fact that that pardon is a good pardon or not.
- 31:35Speaker 6: It doesn't matter what they say.
- 31:37Speaker 7: Whoever loses is definitely going to appeal to the 10th
- 31:39Speaker 7: Circuit Court of Appeals. And it doesn't matter what they
- 31:42Speaker 7: say because we're actually going to have to take this
- 31:44Speaker 7: to the Supreme Court.
- 31:46Speaker 2: Of course.
- 31:46Speaker 7: But the thing that's good about it, it's only a
- 31:48Speaker 7: legal argument. There's no facts that need to be proven.
- 31:51Speaker 7: So we'll be able to make this thing happen with
- 31:54Speaker 7: either a motion for judgment on the pleadings or a
- 31:57Speaker 7: motion for summary judgment. One way or the other, we'll
- 32:00Speaker 7: be able to move this thing very quickly. And at
- 32:03Speaker 7: the same time, we have an appeal that we're supposed
- 32:06Speaker 7: to argue in the state court in Colorado. But with
- 32:10Speaker 7: us saying that there are no charges that are outstanding
- 32:13Speaker 7: at this time, and the state of Colorado saying, oh, yes,
- 32:18Speaker 7: there are because the pardon doesn't mean anything. What we
- 32:22Speaker 7: have now is is an appellate court. The Court of
- 32:25Speaker 7: Appeals in Colorado is going to have to decide whether
- 32:27Speaker 7: they have an appeal to hear the argument on or
- 32:31Speaker 7: whether there is no appeal left because the charges are
- 32:33Speaker 7: gone because of the pardon.
- 32:35Speaker 6: So, you know, so that's the better way to go.
- 32:39Speaker 2: Hey, Peter, let me ask you a question. Let me
- 32:41Speaker 2: ask you a question.
- 32:41Speaker 4: First of all, do you have time to wait through
- 32:43Speaker 4: the break and come back for another segment? Because I'd
- 32:45Speaker 4: like to go into a whole bunch of other. Tina
- 32:47Speaker 4: Peters legal talk. There's a bunch of legal questions I've
- 32:51Speaker 4: got for you that I think are kind of interesting.
- 32:53Speaker 4: Do you have another five minutes or so to give
- 32:56Speaker 4: me another segment?
- 32:56Speaker 3: Yes?
- 32:58Speaker 6: Absolutely.
- 32:59Speaker 4: So wait through the break, but be ready to answer
- 33:01Speaker 4: this question. Let me pose it to you. Why can't
- 33:05Speaker 4: President Trump and his DOJ say that the 2020 election
- 33:08Speaker 4: we believe was stolen and she was a witness to
- 33:10Speaker 4: the stolen election, thereby making her a member of WITSEC,
- 33:14Speaker 4: of the Witness Protection Program of the federal government, and
- 33:17Speaker 4: we want her right now. She's a witness protected by
- 33:20Speaker 4: the federal government. We want Tina Peters out of that
- 33:23Speaker 4: prison right now.
- 33:25Speaker 2: Answer that when we get back. Wayne Allyn Root with
- 33:27Speaker 2: Peter Tickton. We'll be right back talking about Tina Peters.
- 33:36Speaker 4: All right, Wayne Allen Root here with Alan Pariser, an
- 33:38Speaker 4: advocate for GreatPatriotStore.com. What a great company, great American company,
- 33:43Speaker 4: an alternative to wokeness run by pro-American conservatives just voted

- 37:50Speaker 2: That's great. patriotstore.com.
- 37:53Speaker 4: All right, back with Peter Tickton representing Tina Peters with
- 37:57Speaker 4: kind of an O.J. Simpson all-star lineup of great lawyers.
- 38:01Speaker 4: Sounds fabulous.
- 38:04Speaker 2: So answer that question for me.
- 38:06Speaker 4: Why couldn't she be in WITSEC? Why couldn't Trump declare
- 38:09Speaker 4: that tomorrow or Trump's D.O.J. declare tomorrow, Pam Bondi declare tomorrow,
- 38:14Speaker 4: and we get her out of that prison and out
- 38:15Speaker 4: of Colorado's hands?
- 38:18Speaker 6: Well, they can't.
- 38:20Speaker 7: You know, the fact is that the prison isn't necessarily
- 38:22Speaker 7: going to cooperate with anything that they do.
- 38:25Speaker 6: So then what do they do?
- 38:27Speaker 7: You know, they don't want to put themselves into a
- 38:28Speaker 7: box where they can look weak or where they can
- 38:32Speaker 7: lose out.
- 38:33Speaker 6: I mean, ultimately, we know we're going to get her
- 38:35Speaker 6: out one way or the other.
- 38:38Speaker 7: Because she's not just that she's not guilty because there's
- 38:41Speaker 7: plenty of guilt of innocent people in the prisons. But
- 38:46Speaker 7: because we have a very good, viable appeal.
- 38:49Speaker 6: I mean, this judge.
- 38:50Speaker 7: Didn't let her even have her defenses heard.
- 38:54Speaker 6: But you're right. I mean, I would love to see that.
- 38:58Speaker 6: I mean, would I ever love to see the president.
- 39:01Speaker 7: Make her or his DOJ make her a witness in
- 39:06Speaker 7: the witness protection program where they then have every right
- 39:09Speaker 7: to go in there and get her out?
- 39:13Speaker 2: Could they turn that down in Colorado? The prison could
- 39:15Speaker 2: turn that down, too?
- 39:16Speaker 4: I mean, in all the years I watched Law & Order,
- 39:18Speaker 4: they always get mad when someone's declared WITSEC because he's
- 39:21Speaker 4: a 12-time murderer, but he's going up against a mafia boss.
- 39:25Speaker 2: They have to let him out, and they get mad. Right?
- 39:28Speaker 4: They get mad, but they do it. You mean they
- 39:30Speaker 4: wouldn't do it if Trump did that? They wouldn't even
- 39:33Speaker 4: cooperate and let her go?
- 39:37Speaker 6: You know, Colorado is a fallen state.
- 39:40Speaker 7: It is a state that's being run by the people
- 39:43Speaker 7: that have the crooked elections. I mean, look at what
- 39:46Speaker 7: you're talking about. You're talking about a lady that's What's
- 39:50Speaker 7: her crime? That she imaged the hard drive of a
- 39:53Speaker 7: computer to preserve evidence? So she's preserving the truth? And
- 39:58Speaker 7: the people that put her in there are hiding. Basically,
- 40:02Speaker 7: they're hiding the truth. They want to destroy the evidence.
- 40:05Speaker 7: I mean, we know that.
- 40:06Speaker 6: That's what she did.
- 40:08Speaker 2: You know I'm Jewish, right? They call it Jewish guilt.
- 40:11Speaker 2: I'm living a great life, right? It's Christmas. It's Hanukkah.
- 40:15Speaker 4: I'm out here fighting for Trump, fighting for America. You're
- 40:18Speaker 4: fighting for Trump. You're fighting for America. We are living
- 40:21Speaker 4: a great life, and she's rotting away in a prison.
- 40:23Speaker 4: I feel such sorrow and guilt about it.
- 40:26Speaker 2: I really do.
- 40:28Speaker 6: Oh, it's worse than that.
- 40:29Speaker 7: She's in solitary confinement now.
- 40:31Speaker 1: Terrible.
- 40:32Speaker 6: She can die.
- 40:35Speaker 7: These people are just horrible. Horrible people. And look at
- 40:39Speaker 7: who they are. I mean, look at what they're doing.
- 40:41Speaker 4: Right.
- 40:42Speaker 6: Who is the real criminal?
- 40:43Speaker 3: Right.
- 40:43Speaker 7: The one that wiped out the data out of the machines.
- 40:47Speaker 7: You know, Janet Griswold, she is a criminal.
- 40:51Speaker 2: The Attorney General of Colorado.
- 40:52Speaker 7: She violated federal laws. She needs to be not only
- 40:56Speaker 7: investigated— She needs to be charged.
- 40:59Speaker 6: Yeah, it's like the mafia.
- 41:00Speaker 2: This is the mafia. It's the communist mafia of Colorado.
- 41:05Speaker 7: Well, together with Dominion Machines, because don't forget, it was
- 41:08Speaker 7: actually Dominion Machines that told her to charge Tina Peters.
- 41:15Speaker 6: So I didn't know that these emails.
- 41:17Speaker 2: I didn't even know that.
- 41:18Speaker 7: Incredible.
- 41:19Speaker 2: Incredible.
- 41:20Speaker 4: So, I mean, is there anything that you wish President
- 41:24Speaker 4: Trump could do?
- 41:25Speaker 2: You know, I don't know. You maybe talk to him
- 41:26Speaker 2: more than I do. I don't know. But I send
- 41:28Speaker 2: him all my columns. I send him all my letters.
- 41:30Speaker 2: And he reads everything.
- 41:32Speaker 3: I know.
- 41:32Speaker 6: Anything I can ask him for.
- 41:34Speaker 7: I can't quite do that yet. But, you know, the
- 41:36Speaker 7: fact is, you know, you're, you know, I'm You have
- 41:43Speaker 7: tremendous access.
- 41:44Speaker 2: I've got a pipeline to him.
- 41:45Speaker 4: Is there anything I can say on her behalf or
- 41:48Speaker 4: your behalf that you want me to say to him?
- 41:50Speaker 2: Because I'll send the letter this afternoon, tonight. Send it
- 41:54Speaker 2: to me.
- 41:55Speaker 7: One thing we know about Donald Trump is he has
- 41:57Speaker 7: the courage of his convictions. If he decides he wants
- 42:01Speaker 7: to do something, he's going to do it. And you've
- 42:03Speaker 7: got no leader in this world that doesn't at least
- 42:06Speaker 7: have to think twice or three times before saying no
- 42:09Speaker 7: to Donald Trump. You know, people don't say no to
- 42:13Speaker 7: Donald Trump. You've got this pipsqueak of a governor who's
- 42:16Speaker 7: in there, you know, in an illegal government.
- 42:18Speaker 2: And he just did. Colorado just said no to President Trump.
- 42:22Speaker 2: The leaders of the world don't say no, and he
- 42:24Speaker 2: said no.
- 42:25Speaker 6: I understand.
- 42:27Speaker 2: Look, Peter, here's the deal.
- 42:29Speaker 4: It's WayneRoot at gmail.com, and I think you've got my
- 42:32Speaker 4: cell phone, too.
- 42:33Speaker 2: You can text me.
- 42:34Speaker 4: Whatever message you want me to get to President Trump,
- 42:37Speaker 4: I will send.
- 42:38Speaker 6: It whenever you want.
- 42:40Speaker 7: I appreciate that. No, I do have a direct line
- 42:42Speaker 7: to the president. We're on the run.
- 42:43Speaker 2: We're going out. Time constraints in this business. Whatever you need,
- 42:47Speaker 2: I will help you in any way.
- 42:48Speaker 4: Tell Peter I love her. Tina Peters, I love her
- 42:50Speaker 4: and I appreciate her. And I want to get her out.
- 42:53Speaker 4: I can help in any way I can. Peter Tickton
- 42:55Speaker 4: is fighting with this and running a legal dream team
- 42:59Speaker 4: like the OJ dream team to get Tina out of prison.
- 43:02Speaker 2: Except OJ was a murderer and Tina never did anything wrong.
- 43:05Speaker 4: I'm Wade Allyn Root. By the way, you can find
- 43:07Speaker 4: him at LegalBrains.com. LegalBrains.com.
