- 0:04Speaker 1: Help you to another episode of Not on a Lot
- 0:06Speaker 1: of Football podcast with myself, Simon Donley and the Man
- 0:09Speaker 1: May And we're delighted to say our next guest as
- 0:14Speaker 1: my mother and comedian and actor Darren Cornell.
- 0:17Speaker 2: How are you doing it?
- 0:18Speaker 3: Thank you very much lads the left that you can
- 0:21Speaker 3: be here. How does it feel being in our room?
- 0:24Speaker 3: Fairly greatness? You stoked to ten And I've done a
- 0:27Speaker 3: panto in Dundee. What pan I can't even know. It
- 0:32Speaker 3: was so long ago. I think it was snow white,
- 0:35Speaker 3: all right, being in a few of them? Is that
- 0:38Speaker 3: been there about three or four? It was odd Dundee,
- 0:40Speaker 3: Dundee plane was at the garden.
- 0:42Speaker 1: And it was a good laugh. I think we'll be being
- 0:45Speaker 1: Dundee recently. It was the name of the place we sharer.
- 0:51Speaker 1: It's called the Center and I were your actors now
- 0:54Speaker 1: as well. You know, I don't know a wee better?
- 0:56Speaker 1: You know the singing amabile? Yeah, tim thing, yes, I
- 1:00Speaker 1: don't know how mistake into it.
- 1:02Speaker 2: But we have. We were at Dundee recently.
- 1:04Speaker 4: But panel done a few panels in Dundee, you know?
- 1:09Speaker 4: Have you every second Saturday?
- 1:14Speaker 1: So a comedy? How did you get into that, obviously.
- 1:19Speaker 1: I think it's I was thinking about it Ella probably
- 1:21Speaker 1: one of the most in my opinion, difficult performing arts.
- 1:25Speaker 1: You're out there and you're put on that stage and
- 1:27Speaker 1: you have to make folk laugh. How did was that
- 1:29Speaker 1: always been within you?
- 1:32Speaker 3: I've been doing it, somebody asked us the other day.
- 1:34Speaker 3: I've done my first ever gig in two thousand and
- 1:37Speaker 3: six when Celtic Or playing Ben Faker and Kenny Miller
- 1:42Speaker 3: scored to ta goals. So that's how long ago that was.
- 1:45Speaker 3: I was eighteen and at the Stand Comedy Club, and
- 1:49Speaker 3: I've always been I started off as a hobby and
- 1:51Speaker 3: I was doing it for a hobby for years, and
- 1:55Speaker 3: I never had a k yeer or a proper job.
- 1:58Speaker 3: And I noticed one day when I started to get paid,
- 2:02Speaker 3: I was getting more paid comedy gigs than being a job,
- 2:06Speaker 3: and I just thought, I need to go for it
- 2:08Speaker 3: at eighteen. Well, I've done my first ever gig when
- 2:11Speaker 3: I was eighteen, and it was that bad. I've ever
- 2:13Speaker 3: done it again until I was twenty twenty four. It
- 2:18Speaker 3: was terrible.
- 2:19Speaker 2: So where do you where do you find that within yourself?
- 2:22Speaker 3: Though?
- 2:22Speaker 1: Because I mean so you see, I think it's a
- 2:24Speaker 1: huge pressure having got there, and obviously.
- 2:27Speaker 2: If you flop or if you've got hecklos, how do
- 2:30Speaker 2: you deal with that?
- 2:32Speaker 3: Well? I enjoy getting he coed now. I do a
- 2:35Speaker 3: lot of crowd work shows. That's kind of why I
- 2:38Speaker 3: think I'm doing well right now, a lot of crowd
- 2:40Speaker 3: work shows on TikTok.
- 2:41Speaker 2: Right.
- 2:42Speaker 3: I really enjoy getting hecked. I think it's good fun.
- 2:45Speaker 3: Back in the day, I took it really badly. I
- 2:48Speaker 3: used to be like, what do you mean by that?
- 2:51Speaker 3: Going to shop mate? But now I take it well
- 2:54Speaker 3: and they have lines that face.
- 2:57Speaker 2: Is it all off the cuff? Are you quick thinking that?
- 3:00Speaker 2: I may have to be.
- 3:02Speaker 3: I don't know if I'm quick thinking, but nothing surprises me.
- 3:05Speaker 3: I've never been heckled, and I've been shocked by it.
- 3:08Speaker 3: It's a kind of same stuff. It's always like specky
- 3:11Speaker 3: or something. I can deal with that. I'm all right
- 3:14Speaker 3: with that.
- 3:15Speaker 2: And what have you got? Have you get stuff lined up?
- 3:17Speaker 2: Just now?
- 3:17Speaker 1: I've seen you've got something come up In June obviously
- 3:21Speaker 1: invited me to the comedy club, which I couldn't get to,
- 3:24Speaker 1: which I was gutted.
- 3:25Speaker 2: Hopefully we can do that in the future.
- 3:26Speaker 3: But if lined up eyes are always welcome. A day
- 3:29Speaker 3: crowd work shows at Blackfriars. I was doing one in
- 3:33Speaker 3: the thirty first of May and we've been lucky to
- 3:36Speaker 3: sell that out. And the next one is the fourteenth
- 3:40Speaker 3: of June, and I think there's ten tickets left and
- 3:43Speaker 3: then we're going to see what else has happened.
- 3:46Speaker 2: You tour? You toured at different times away.
- 3:49Speaker 3: Yeah, I've done a couple of tools and stuff, but
- 3:51Speaker 3: it's never been quite I've been quite unlucky. I mean,
- 3:55Speaker 3: I'm maybe us of experienced the same. It's always dodgy.
- 3:58Speaker 3: Promoters are people prom seeing you stuff, and it just
- 4:01Speaker 3: always falls through and stuff. Recently I canceled a tour,
- 4:06Speaker 3: but it was nothing sinister. It was just a music
- 4:09Speaker 3: production trying to do comedy and we canny. We just
- 4:13Speaker 3: kildn't make it work. I was asking for we venues
- 4:16Speaker 3: and Harris and Wick and they were like booking, make
- 4:19Speaker 3: eight hundred seaters and it just wasn't happening. So I'm
- 4:23Speaker 3: just going to continue today the crowd work, my podcasts
- 4:26Speaker 3: and then maybe the a tour next year.
- 4:29Speaker 5: Do you prefer the small venues then the more intimate, Yeah,
- 4:38Speaker 5: I like like Blackfriars as one hundred and fifty, the
- 4:41Speaker 5: stands two hundred.
- 4:42Speaker 3: They're good. I've done big venues before and bigger crowds,
- 4:46Speaker 3: but the wee ones are all right.
- 4:49Speaker 4: In terms of getting gigs, have you got an agent
- 4:52Speaker 4: yourself or used to it all yourself?
- 4:54Speaker 3: Recently? I've just been doing it myself. I've I mean,
- 4:58Speaker 3: you could say I'm a veteran. That feels weird. I've
- 5:00Speaker 3: been doing us for twenty years.
- 5:02Speaker 1: Sexing Wikipedia, you're looking for sex?
- 5:07Speaker 3: Do you know how Peter Smicho has been getting slacked
- 5:09Speaker 3: for his wet And I'm like, man, that's my target. Wet,
- 5:14Speaker 3: Like trying to slack a guy like that is my
- 5:16Speaker 3: end goal. It's like Peter Smikeo's wet. So if I'm
- 5:19Speaker 3: like that, when i'm fact, I think I'm older than him.
- 5:23Speaker 3: Wait did you see all right?
- 5:25Speaker 4: Ses Peter.
- 5:30Speaker 3: Sex there. I've had an agent and stuff, but same
- 5:36Speaker 3: again the one they're really doing what I wanted. So
- 5:39Speaker 3: I don't have an agent right now. I've got somebody
- 5:42Speaker 3: helping me with my social media and podcasts, and I'm
- 5:45Speaker 3: just kind of honestly, I'm kind of just wringing it.
- 5:48Speaker 3: But I'm then all right, I'm not really complaining. I've
- 5:52Speaker 3: had a lot of work since I ditched my agent. Actually,
- 5:54Speaker 3: I've had more work coming on, which.
- 5:57Speaker 2: Is Blackfriers Venues.
- 5:59Speaker 1: What is what is your kind of favorite of that
- 6:02Speaker 1: kind of Have you got a relationship with black Friers
- 6:05Speaker 1: because it was Black Fries you were going to I
- 6:07Speaker 1: was going to come and see you.
- 6:08Speaker 3: Black Friars is really good. Chris Blackfriars is very fair
- 6:13Speaker 3: on the comedians. He doesn't he take a cut of
- 6:15Speaker 3: the door, so I mean where most of us are
- 6:20Speaker 3: all working class comedians, so like no, taking a cut
- 6:23Speaker 3: of the door is literally keeping some of you as
- 6:26Speaker 3: like a flowing They keep the bar, we keep the door,
- 6:30Speaker 3: which is really fair. I mean I've been some of
- 6:34Speaker 3: the deals throughout the years just been shocking. So I
- 6:38Speaker 3: like Black Friars for that reason because they're they go
- 6:41Speaker 3: in favor of the comedian. But also Chris just loves comedy.
- 6:46Speaker 2: I work.
- 6:47Speaker 3: I don't know if you have for her being in
- 6:50Speaker 3: that situation where you work with people that just hate
- 6:52Speaker 3: football and you're like, why are you even then, I've
- 6:55Speaker 3: worked with so many people that hate comedy, they hate comedians,
- 6:59Speaker 3: and I'm like, why you be Chas actually loves comedy
- 7:04Speaker 3: and when you go to Blackfriars you can you can
- 7:06Speaker 3: feel the.
- 7:07Speaker 4: Recent wam Cowen to Charity Night with Tom Cown doing
- 7:11Speaker 4: there I comedy as well. Actually he was really good, Tom,
- 7:17Speaker 4: it was really good. You're mad to do it and
- 7:19Speaker 4: you pulled it and set down Jackson take your Yeah.
- 7:25Speaker 3: I so.
- 7:28Speaker 2: We obviously leaned to wad a wee bit of football
- 7:29Speaker 2: on the podcast as well. Our guests.
- 7:33Speaker 1: People out there will be saying we are slightly biased,
- 7:35Speaker 1: but they've been leaning towards the game and white with
- 7:38Speaker 1: Jonathan Watson who was trying to even up the equilibrium.
- 7:42Speaker 1: But you're a Celtic man.
- 7:43Speaker 3: Yes, I'm a Celtic fan. I'm actually quite nervous accent. Yeah.
- 7:49Speaker 1: What's your first So you're a bit younger than us,
- 7:52Speaker 1: which your first memories?
- 7:53Speaker 2: Then?
- 7:53Speaker 1: Did you go to the games back as a kid?
- 7:55Speaker 1: You know a few spring Buns which just up the road.
- 7:57Speaker 3: I didn't have a season ticket, but I went to
- 7:59Speaker 3: game with my brother and I actually remember going. I
- 8:02Speaker 3: can't even remember which game it was, but my brother
- 8:04Speaker 3: took me to a game and I remember you scoring
- 8:07Speaker 3: a penalty park Heid once. But I just I have
- 8:10Speaker 3: nay of the opponent and when I was at because
- 8:17Speaker 3: I'll just be honest, Celtic one is really that good.
- 8:19Speaker 3: When I was a kid, so watching football with my
- 8:21Speaker 3: family when they're all devastated watching it as a kid,
- 8:25Speaker 3: I just didn't enjoy it. So I kind of went
- 8:27Speaker 3: to movies and I loved wrestling and stuff. And then
- 8:31Speaker 3: when the ten get stopped and Larsen came in, that's
- 8:34Speaker 3: when I was kind of gone back to Celtic Eye.
- 8:38Speaker 3: But I remember my dad was a coach. She'd done
- 8:40Speaker 3: Celtic Boys Club, and I remember going to the stadium
- 8:43Speaker 3: when the stadium was getting like bult and that's when
- 8:48Speaker 3: I joined it. It was good.
- 8:51Speaker 1: This episode is sponsored by Rosa Mcguilds and Cable Roig.
- 8:54Speaker 1: We're going to be there at Celtic Supporters Festival from
- 8:57Speaker 1: June the fourth to the seventh, myself, who else.
- 9:01Speaker 4: Peter Grant, Joe Miller, Alan Thompson and Tommy Johnson and yeah,
- 9:08Speaker 4: the link is in a description and back to the
- 9:12Speaker 4: episode said.
- 9:14Speaker 3: And I don't always remember. I think it was Peter Grant.
- 9:19Speaker 3: Peter Grant came and spoke to the boys, and I
- 9:22Speaker 3: always remember them being like really nice and I just
- 9:25Speaker 3: always stuck with me. I was like that guy was
- 9:27Speaker 3: like really brand new too, like gey G's time for
- 9:31Speaker 3: all these kids.
- 9:33Speaker 1: It's funny as well, but it's probably him and mixed
- 9:38Speaker 1: stable the two. When I first kind of broke into that,
- 9:40Speaker 1: that first team that kind of looked at for the
- 9:42Speaker 1: young boys. They'd obviously came through that before themselves, so
- 9:46Speaker 1: they kind of knew it was all about. Yeah, but
- 9:47Speaker 1: the is just as you said, the Earlily two stick
- 9:49Speaker 1: in my head make you feel welcome coming into the
- 9:53Speaker 1: first team environment. So obviously that time, and then there's
- 9:57Speaker 1: been better periods in recent years as well. Moving through this,
- 10:01Speaker 1: which your favorite games? Have you get games that stick
- 10:04Speaker 1: out for your players?
- 10:07Speaker 3: Oh, it's tough and I think no. No, I would
- 10:10Speaker 3: say Celtic fans have been spoiled recently. I think it
- 10:16Speaker 3: is like kind of playing FIFA on cheak code at times,
- 10:18Speaker 3: because you kind of just won every single game. I
- 10:22Speaker 3: like players. I know people would go with like Larson
- 10:27Speaker 3: and Jota and stuff, but I like I like Ralston.
- 10:33Speaker 3: I like that type of player that's just he's no
- 10:37Speaker 3: attend out of ten, but he's never bad either. He
- 10:40Speaker 3: just always puts on a shift, loves Celtic and that's
- 10:44Speaker 3: my tape player. I really liked Mattoreley as well. I
- 10:49Speaker 3: thought he was unbelievable and it was quite a shame
- 10:52Speaker 3: as well, because when you see these guys just turn good,
- 10:54Speaker 3: you like he's you know, he's getting punted obviously. Tilney
- 11:01Speaker 3: tell me I coming back games, Oh man, that is tough.
- 11:07Speaker 3: The Cup final when Roddick Tom scored the one and
- 11:13Speaker 3: Golf I was. I was at that game, actually busted great.
- 11:17Speaker 2: The trebles was quadruple treble, I can't remember.
- 11:21Speaker 3: That was amazing. Finished in the game, unbelievable. I remember
- 11:25Speaker 3: going going about an hour early and I was just like,
- 11:29Speaker 3: I'm going to take this in and get a coffee.
- 11:31Speaker 3: And when he scored actually busted Green, I was like,
- 11:33Speaker 3: this is unbelievable. The best day of my life. But
- 11:36Speaker 3: I remember I've had good moments like watching Celtic when
- 11:39Speaker 3: Celtic have been really bad. I remember taking my mum
- 11:42Speaker 3: to park Head when we played was it PSG the
- 11:45Speaker 3: Celtic gid like.
- 11:46Speaker 1: Six now or something three now three and it was
- 11:49Speaker 1: but it was I doing it felt I played in
- 11:51Speaker 1: the game. No sorry Brendan or the name of think
- 11:59Speaker 1: it was Brendan and it was six now, so I've
- 12:02Speaker 1: never been to a game of my man.
- 12:03Speaker 3: I was like that, we'll make this a special night
- 12:06Speaker 3: and stuff and then see where it goes to four. Now.
- 12:09Speaker 3: My mom was like, you might to just go.
- 12:12Speaker 2: I was like a right.
- 12:13Speaker 3: As soon as the fifth go went down, I was like, yeah, I'll.
- 12:15Speaker 2: Take it up. It was tough. I was at that
- 12:17Speaker 2: game as well. Watch tough.
- 12:20Speaker 3: It was still nice though. It was good to be
- 12:22Speaker 3: there with my maass. We still enjoyed it. And we've
- 12:24Speaker 3: seen the funny. We've seen the funny. Madness are just
- 12:28Speaker 3: getting leveled, absolutely done.
- 12:33Speaker 2: At that time? Is that before messy name?
- 12:35Speaker 4: I was there, money, I was there ridiculous.
- 12:39Speaker 1: But the one that I thought you were talking about
- 12:41Speaker 1: there we played them in ninety five ninety six and
- 12:43Speaker 1: they battled us as well. We actually get a we
- 12:47Speaker 1: got a one now. I think it was just after
- 12:48Speaker 1: you said what you couldn't play.
- 12:51Speaker 4: I was. I just signed the week before. I was
- 12:53Speaker 4: nearly to play in the game and.
- 12:55Speaker 2: They get beat one. Now there big one.
- 12:56Speaker 1: Hoy Donk says he had a chance and they get
- 13:00Speaker 1: lost the ball in the flood heights and they kind
- 13:02Speaker 1: of kidded ourselves, or we will lull down into a
- 13:05Speaker 1: false sense of we've got a chance here it bars
- 13:10Speaker 1: it Yeah, local, get two local Yeah, and they went on,
- 13:16Speaker 1: they went on to one at that.
- 13:17Speaker 4: Yeah. But they're a good side bad bad.
- 13:24Speaker 1: So music wise as well. Obviously you're in that performing
- 13:29Speaker 1: arts world.
- 13:31Speaker 2: Yes, yeah, music.
- 13:32Speaker 3: Man, Yes, you're you're more comedy and then your music
- 13:36Speaker 3: and you love.
- 13:38Speaker 4: Your gigstare I love I love comedy. That's his music.
- 13:42Speaker 4: He actually introduced me to a lot of music over
- 13:44Speaker 4: the years that dm as went and see that recently,
- 13:47Speaker 4: But mine has always been about comedy. Yeah, I like
- 13:50Speaker 4: going in a happy place.
- 13:53Speaker 2: If you've attempted, you've wrote, you've wrote about Yeah.
- 13:58Speaker 4: It was good fun. But it was at the time,
- 14:01Speaker 4: I mean, in today's society with different afflictions and different
- 14:08Speaker 4: things going on. But I thought, I'm just going to
- 14:12Speaker 4: do it. Everybody everybody says I'm going to do this.
- 14:14Speaker 4: I've got to do that. I was and the big
- 14:18Speaker 4: Franco Hoolyly food. It was instilled game, yes, and quite
- 14:21Speaker 4: a few River City. I'd met him the chance of
- 14:24Speaker 4: a family friend and we sat down and done quite
- 14:28Speaker 4: a few together and I think addressing room is a funny,
- 14:34Speaker 4: funny place to be. The different characters, different stories. But
- 14:39Speaker 4: so we used to write all these different bits down.
- 14:42Speaker 4: It's more like a fly on the wall. Yeah, and
- 14:44Speaker 4: put all the different characters in there. Mayb one be
- 14:47Speaker 4: two or four guys in. And we filmed a pilot
- 14:52Speaker 4: in Folk Stadium just before I started managing, because before
- 14:57Speaker 4: you started, I was a bit of side in management,
- 15:00Speaker 4: see when it was a really bad winter just before
- 15:04Speaker 4: I was. I started before that, and then we filmed
- 15:07Speaker 4: it when I started managing at Thistle. In the material
- 15:12Speaker 4: since then, the characters you're the only as a manager, yeah,
- 15:16Speaker 4: you know, as a player you guys in the addressing room.
- 15:19Speaker 4: But it was such a therapeutic thing you do you
- 15:24Speaker 4: know upose you've done a little biography as well. But
- 15:27Speaker 4: these stories that happened in the change room. But he
- 15:29Speaker 4: use different characters and what they say. But today, you know,
- 15:33Speaker 4: a guy with a speech impediment. It's difficult to put
- 15:36Speaker 4: these things out now because you're upsetting the woke generation.
- 15:40Speaker 4: Can you say certain things? You can'd of call anybody.
- 15:43Speaker 4: And then but the managers that we dealt with when
- 15:45Speaker 4: we were younger, wouldn't get away with stuff today in
- 15:49Speaker 4: the society. It's a bit like comments a lot of
- 15:52Speaker 4: things you'll you can you say. I think Ricky Gervas
- 15:56Speaker 4: is one of the best putting things out there, seeing
- 15:59Speaker 4: them sell, you know, and extras and as all the
- 16:04Speaker 4: all the different comedies of Watch You Stand Up. You know,
- 16:08Speaker 4: it's the Life's Too Short? We Warrick Davis.
- 16:10Speaker 3: Have you seen that?
- 16:11Speaker 4: It's so funny but it's so out wrong as well. Yeah,
- 16:16Speaker 4: he's an agent for Dwarfs, which you know, the whole.
- 16:20Speaker 4: But I just think that, you know, I think it's
- 16:23Speaker 4: good to laugh, and it's good to obviously a lot
- 16:25Speaker 4: of times that somebody else's expense, but I think it's
- 16:29Speaker 4: hard not to.
- 16:30Speaker 3: Yeah, but I think there's a there's a there's an
- 16:33Speaker 3: art form to it in there, because if you don't
- 16:36Speaker 3: like what Warwick like, if if you if you're part
- 16:41Speaker 3: of the joke, we Warwick, then it's funny. But if
- 16:44Speaker 3: you're making Warwick the punchline, then it's offensive. If you
- 16:48Speaker 3: make yourself the joke. You can say anything. You can
- 16:50Speaker 3: get away with anything. I've said some when I was
- 16:53Speaker 3: younger and silly, I used to say some really stupid
- 16:56Speaker 3: things on stage, but then you flip it and I
- 16:58Speaker 3: make myself the joke, and I'm like, if you make
- 17:01Speaker 3: yourself the joke, you can literally say anything.
- 17:06Speaker 2: Your stuff.
- 17:07Speaker 1: Obviously, you do your own material for that, likes of
- 17:10Speaker 1: plays and things like that, or a comedy series of
- 17:12Speaker 1: you have I thought of it.
- 17:14Speaker 3: I've not done. I've done sketches recently. The most recent
- 17:19Speaker 3: thing I did there was a Channel four short called
- 17:21Speaker 3: Rest Easy Jerry Boy, and it was a it was
- 17:25Speaker 3: a three day no it was a two day shoot
- 17:28Speaker 3: and it was based on my family and it was
- 17:31Speaker 3: a true story. Obviously like we're major comedy injected into it,
- 17:36Speaker 3: but it was based on my uncle Jerry, who was
- 17:39Speaker 3: my uncle in real life. And I played my mum,
- 17:43Speaker 3: my dad, myself, and it was my uncle that passed
- 17:48Speaker 3: away and he had awake in the living room and
- 17:51Speaker 3: it was just me playing all the characters. So that's
- 17:53Speaker 3: the most recent thing I did, and it was, I
- 17:56Speaker 3: would say, the proudest thing I've done. And it was
- 17:58Speaker 3: so much pressure and just couldn't he believe some of
- 18:03Speaker 3: the cameras and I was just like, was that guy called?
- 18:07Speaker 3: And they were just like, he's the assistant like grip
- 18:10Speaker 3: and I was like, I don't even know what that is,
- 18:12Speaker 3: but we managed to make it, and I'm really happy.
- 18:15Speaker 3: Wait how it gets made? It never get made. There
- 18:19Speaker 3: was nothing that came out of it. Yeah, I get
- 18:22Speaker 3: told that nothing would come out of it. It was
- 18:24Speaker 3: a one off kind of filming thing, and I was
- 18:27Speaker 3: really proud. But in terms of writing other things, I've
- 18:32Speaker 3: always loved horror movies. I love vigilante movies as well,
- 18:36Speaker 3: and I've I've always kind of thought I'd maybe like
- 18:38Speaker 3: to tell.
- 18:39Speaker 2: You something like that can make something right.
- 18:41Speaker 3: I don't know if i'd be in it. I'm really sixteen,
- 18:44Speaker 3: so I'm getting on. But I'd definitely like to maybe
- 18:49Speaker 3: write a horror or something down the line. But I
- 18:52Speaker 3: love comedy.
- 18:53Speaker 2: And I loved the social media.
- 18:57Speaker 1: Now it's a lot easier for you guys to stick
- 18:59Speaker 1: stuff because there's a lot of guys rapped floor in
- 19:03Speaker 1: different boys like that, just continuously putting content out.
- 19:06Speaker 2: Is that easier?
- 19:07Speaker 1: Has that made your job easier? You know with all
- 19:10Speaker 1: that stuff Instagram and that I fall you on instagramming?
- 19:13Speaker 3: Yeah, absolutely so accessible. I was kind of late to
- 19:16Speaker 3: the game with TikTok, and I don't know why. I
- 19:18Speaker 3: think I was probably lazy and just no good way technology. Yeah,
- 19:23Speaker 3: and I found myself being like, how come I'm not
- 19:26Speaker 3: getting these chances? And how come everybody else is doing
- 19:29Speaker 3: this and I'm not getting anything. Yeah, it's because I
- 19:31Speaker 3: was needing. I was needing it. I was new. I
- 19:35Speaker 3: was sitting back expecting to get work. Well, no, actually
- 19:38Speaker 3: do anything. And I just went down the road of
- 19:42Speaker 3: what everybody else has done, like Gary Folds and Gary
- 19:46Speaker 3: Miko Mark Jennings, and just started putting work class. I
- 19:52Speaker 3: mean some of the crowd work clips. I mean one
- 19:55Speaker 3: of them got three million views, and I'm like, that
- 19:57Speaker 3: is just a off the cuff comment I'm made to somebody,
- 20:01Speaker 3: And it is like life changing. Now me doing my
- 20:04Speaker 3: own thing and doing more own podcasts and all that's
- 20:06Speaker 3: took away the desperation of being like how come the
- 20:09Speaker 3: BBC or no then this and asking me this I've
- 20:14Speaker 3: not been I used to chap their door and be
- 20:17Speaker 3: like how come that door never gets opened? And I
- 20:20Speaker 3: don't need to chap the door anymore. I've got my
- 20:24Speaker 3: everything there. I remember actually watching a bit of you
- 20:28Speaker 3: in lockdown. Did you get in from some guy confront
- 20:32Speaker 3: you in the street. Can you remember that?
- 20:34Speaker 2: I can't remember.
- 20:35Speaker 1: In lockdown, I was you must have been obviously, we're
- 20:38Speaker 1: all locked up for certain periods of the day and
- 20:41Speaker 1: you were out and somebody's I think somebody confronted in
- 20:45Speaker 1: spring On or something.
- 20:47Speaker 3: No recollection, cannot remember that. That's a daily, like daily,
- 20:53Speaker 3: probably my dad.
- 20:55Speaker 2: So get back music then bands.
- 21:01Speaker 3: I used to love, like' see before I've done comedy,
- 21:04Speaker 3: I was. I used to love gigs all the time.
- 21:06Speaker 3: Me and my pals used to just randomly go into
- 21:09Speaker 3: Ticket Scotland under the bridge in the turn and just
- 21:12Speaker 3: be like, let's go whatever, whenever, let's pick. I was
- 21:16Speaker 3: looking at I've got a shoe box full of my tickets,
- 21:19Speaker 3: and I was looking at some of my tickets. I mean,
- 21:21Speaker 3: it's literally like Bob Dylan, who was terrible by the
- 21:25Speaker 3: way Live started, who was that SEC years ago? Bob
- 21:33Speaker 3: Dylan just my dad. I mean, he's amazing, but just
- 21:37Speaker 3: live his voice is no break. It was rough music, brilliant.
- 21:42Speaker 3: I've seen Bruce Springsteen. I mean, I've even seen like
- 21:46Speaker 3: fifty cent Beastie Boys. Beasta Boys were amazing at the
- 21:50Speaker 3: SEC before one of the band members passed away. It
- 21:53Speaker 3: was amazing. I love James. I've got a soft spot
- 21:56Speaker 3: for James. I've seen James about thirteen times or something.
- 21:59Speaker 2: Played last week. I've seen I Want About? Did you
- 22:02Speaker 2: Want about?
- 22:02Speaker 4: The Idol?
- 22:03Speaker 3: I love James. I really like their old stuff and
- 22:09Speaker 3: recently what have I been. I've got a soft spot
- 22:13Speaker 3: for Colin Hay. I've took some tunes down because you
- 22:17Speaker 3: just gave me homework. But Colin Hay, Van Morrison. I
- 22:22Speaker 3: used to hate Van Morrison when I was younger. My
- 22:24Speaker 3: dad used to love them, and I was just like,
- 22:27Speaker 3: that's terrible, and then when you get older you like that.
- 22:30Speaker 2: It's actually.
- 22:34Speaker 3: But I could find myself sitting listening to I've got
- 22:37Speaker 3: a strange playlist. I could literally I love movie soundtracks,
- 22:42Speaker 3: so I could listen to Hans Zimmer or Daft Punk.
- 22:48Speaker 3: I could listen to I went to an orchestra one
- 22:51Speaker 3: night myself. I've only recently started to enjoy Oasis as well.
- 22:56Speaker 3: It wasn't a fan of Oasis. I don't know why.
- 23:00Speaker 3: On the Vibe last Yeah, when they came back and
- 23:03Speaker 3: I was watching the clips, I was like, that's good.
- 23:07Speaker 3: But I tried to do I went to some good
- 23:09Speaker 3: gigs when I was younger. I went to see the
- 23:12Speaker 3: Libertines at the Barravans and Pete Dockerty and iver Ton
- 23:16Speaker 3: up no show, but the show went on, the show
- 23:21Speaker 3: went on amazing. I so I've had some good gigs,
- 23:26Speaker 3: no as much recently because of day comedy, but it's
- 23:29Speaker 3: good to kend I go back. You're a mad Oasis fan.
- 23:33Speaker 1: I was Oasis back and well when I was back
- 23:37Speaker 1: playing really was Celtic. I spoke about it in a
- 23:41Speaker 1: podcast before that. I had a friend that was at
- 23:44Speaker 1: the record label. It was a mad Celtic fan, so
- 23:47Speaker 1: we kind of swop tickets. So I was fortunate enough
- 23:50Speaker 1: to go everywhere.
- 23:50Speaker 2: I went to.
- 23:52Speaker 1: Was a loch Woman both days, which was just amazing.
- 23:55Speaker 1: They're probably the best I've been, but I was getting down.
- 23:59Speaker 1: I went at Earl's Court, we played we played Mother
- 24:03Speaker 1: through It for Park. I scored that day and I
- 24:06Speaker 1: got a flight down that night to go to ELL's Court.
- 24:09Speaker 2: So I was going everywhere.
- 24:10Speaker 1: Well, it's just and then obviously everything that happened with
- 24:13Speaker 1: them and I think two thousand and nine, so last
- 24:15Speaker 1: year it was just it was amazing, amazing, amazing, just
- 24:18Speaker 1: to go through I went through to Murdyfield and it
- 24:21Speaker 1: was just one big lover and there was no because
- 24:23Speaker 1: sometimes at these concerts in the past folk that there
- 24:27Speaker 1: could be a bit of bother.
- 24:28Speaker 2: There was nothing. It was. It was really good.
- 24:30Speaker 1: And then I was fortunate enough I went over to
- 24:33Speaker 1: Dublin on the Saturday twice amazing.
- 24:37Speaker 3: Some of the clubs looked really good and then polished
- 24:41Speaker 3: and they look they look great. And I think William
- 24:44Speaker 3: was in his best behavior. And also I think he'd
- 24:46Speaker 3: been told right, get through.
- 24:48Speaker 1: This speed professionally, which I don't think they were too
- 24:51Speaker 1: much back in the day, but I think they nailed it.
- 24:53Speaker 2: Yeah, they were. They were pretty special cool.
- 24:58Speaker 3: Did you ever have any see if he's ever scored
- 25:00Speaker 3: a goal? Did yous ever have any light songs? Rituals?
- 25:05Speaker 4: It's just that one ninety ninety eight member. It was
- 25:09Speaker 4: Tallboy I scored at time Castle. Yeah during the bench
- 25:13Speaker 4: I've run away like that. Who's when Dey gets oder million?
- 25:17Speaker 2: Hate the couple.
- 25:18Speaker 4: I love Phils and Hove for comedies, Filds and horses.
- 25:20Speaker 4: But when Dell they win the money or the they
- 25:26Speaker 4: get the watch, didn't they maybe clock it gets a
- 25:28Speaker 4: six million or something and he goes in back into
- 25:31Speaker 4: the knag's head and he's like to them all. So
- 25:34Speaker 4: I was like, I'm going to use that. And then
- 25:36Speaker 4: I scored a time castle and having Jack over on
- 25:39Speaker 4: the bench, it was like today. I think when I
- 25:43Speaker 4: scored it was just a surprise anyway, I mean, because
- 25:48Speaker 4: didn't score very often a few Chris Stton, I celebrated
- 25:54Speaker 4: away a string ra in the Scottish Cup and he
- 25:57Speaker 4: fucking hamored me after the game. He's like, oh, well done,
- 26:01Speaker 4: get you celebrating scoring against Tora. I was like, well,
- 26:07Speaker 4: actually scored in the semi against Dundee and eighted and
- 26:10Speaker 4: I scored in the final against Hibbs that season, you know,
- 26:14Speaker 4: and every one I was like, surprise because it doesn't happen.
- 26:19Speaker 4: But he took the piss at me for celebrating. Again,
- 26:24Speaker 4: that's the kind of character he was in the changing room.
- 26:26Speaker 4: You know, anybody else who they would just rate on
- 26:29Speaker 4: you and took away in my moment, Yeah, scored in
- 26:36Speaker 4: the Cup final, exactly did that?
- 26:38Speaker 3: You were a great player, man. I think that's why
- 26:40Speaker 3: you followed me, because I think I tweeted I was
- 26:43Speaker 3: absolutely couldn't get my heapron the fact that you was
- 26:47Speaker 3: stoked to ten, but that that seems like I couldn't
- 26:51Speaker 3: believe like Larson was in that and it just seems like, oh,
- 26:57Speaker 3: that seems like old Celtic to me. And how how
- 27:01Speaker 3: when the ten gets stalked and just how the stadium
- 27:06Speaker 3: changed and stuff. It just seemed so close together and
- 27:09Speaker 3: I just couldn't get it.
- 27:10Speaker 1: A weird period. Somebody actually I put up somebody posted
- 27:16Speaker 1: a great thing about social media. They put up on
- 27:18Speaker 1: this day, but it's getting longer and longer now. It's
- 27:20Speaker 1: like on this day thirty years ago and the like
- 27:22Speaker 1: fucking ill was the years. But it was my first
- 27:24Speaker 1: goal for the club against Ray Roval, so I've kind
- 27:27Speaker 1: of re put it out there. And somebody had said
- 27:30Speaker 1: in one of the comments that I'd almost played it
- 27:34Speaker 1: Celtic in three different eras because when I'd come in
- 27:37Speaker 1: it was at that team you're talking about. They hadny
- 27:40Speaker 1: won for six years. I hadn't won anything since eighty
- 27:43Speaker 1: nine to we won the Cup ninety five. Then there
- 27:47Speaker 1: was the next period obviously the Henrik when we won
- 27:51Speaker 1: the league, and then when I left in ninety nine,
- 27:54Speaker 1: i'd played the Lobo. So I played with certain players
- 27:57Speaker 1: over a period of time I'd almost been there that
- 28:00Speaker 1: three different years.
- 28:00Speaker 2: I thought it was quite a good way they put up.
- 28:03Speaker 1: Yeah, but that is that is kind of old Celtic,
- 28:05Speaker 1: and then people say that was the little platform to
- 28:08Speaker 1: build on the success. Obviously Douglashan Barns wasn't a gait success.
- 28:13Speaker 1: But then Martin came in the following year and they
- 28:16Speaker 1: took off.
- 28:16Speaker 2: That was a hell of a team.
- 28:18Speaker 4: I brought on Martin and top players, but characters, you know,
- 28:23Speaker 4: I mean something entire arts and Thompson's, you know, Lennon's,
- 28:28Speaker 4: these guys were I just took the club again into
- 28:31Speaker 4: the level mentality more than anything, and Martin Martin was
- 28:36Speaker 4: so I was quite fortunate. It's just Sime said. They
- 28:38Speaker 4: won the Cup ninety five just before I joined. And
- 28:41Speaker 4: then but Tommy's for me, pluably one started the whole
- 28:44Speaker 4: thing off. You know, the stadium was half finished when
- 28:48Speaker 4: I joined, and then you were watching the whole stadium
- 28:50Speaker 4: getting finished. You're kind of growing with the carpet at
- 28:52Speaker 4: that point in that ten years and then they change
- 28:57Speaker 4: on and off the park and you look at Celtic
- 28:59Speaker 4: Park day, you know, even the the big the Celtic
- 29:04Speaker 4: Way up to all the stuff there, it's happened at
- 29:06Speaker 4: the stadium. It's just day, the whole, the whole place,
- 29:10Speaker 4: and the success is way over the last you know,
- 29:14Speaker 4: number of years. Really, it's not brilliant at the moment,
- 29:18Speaker 4: you know, the divide between the fans and the board
- 29:22Speaker 4: and where we all think the club should be on
- 29:26Speaker 4: the pitch. But I think this year has been a
- 29:27Speaker 4: leetle bit frustrating.
- 29:30Speaker 1: It's been perfect, It's been a mental season the COVID year.
- 29:34Speaker 1: Hopefully it doesn't he finish that way, simmilar. What brings
- 29:38Speaker 1: me on to this year? Which I'll we're asking everybody
- 29:42Speaker 1: on this podcast. Nobody's got a clue how it's going
- 29:44Speaker 1: to finish. What's your thoughts?
- 29:47Speaker 2: Which ill your heart?
- 29:49Speaker 4: Tell me?
- 29:50Speaker 3: My heart wants to go Celtic it ald times and
- 29:54Speaker 3: I just I just I'm struggling to see it. I
- 30:00Speaker 3: no Celtic car.
- 30:01Speaker 2: See.
- 30:01Speaker 3: The thing is that martinonial is a genius. I think
- 30:05Speaker 3: he could get a result at any team. But I
- 30:08Speaker 3: just think we're really struggling and we seem to be
- 30:10Speaker 3: running on fumes and I feel like there's a lot
- 30:13Speaker 3: of things that just annoying me. Like I love Calvin McGregor,
- 30:16Speaker 3: but I feel like he's been played too much and
- 30:20Speaker 3: he needs be carrying to be injury and he just
- 30:22Speaker 3: needs some type of rest, like we need another and
- 30:25Speaker 3: it's not difficult.
- 30:26Speaker 1: With that, but with the importance of the games left
- 30:28Speaker 1: as well, your captain, I get you, you're sitting there
- 30:31Speaker 1: about running on fumes.
- 30:32Speaker 2: I totally.
- 30:33Speaker 1: I covered the game at the weekend and that's a
- 30:35Speaker 1: perfect Celtic off to a really good start. You know,
- 30:38Speaker 1: I go in the first ten to fifteen minutes, you think,
- 30:42Speaker 1: you know, get the energy, but there was nothing coming
- 30:44Speaker 1: and it was.
- 30:44Speaker 2: It was a real hard watch.
- 30:46Speaker 4: I think that's been the case for even Wi Wilfred
- 30:50Speaker 4: came in. You know, the first half, they blow them
- 30:52Speaker 4: out of the water, and they don't get a second
- 30:56Speaker 4: or third or fourth goal, and suddenly you know, the
- 30:59Speaker 4: Rangel game Dundee un hated. It's as a partner there
- 31:02Speaker 4: and they can't sustain it, you know, and you go
- 31:05Speaker 4: back to brain this team or Andrew's team before that,
- 31:09Speaker 4: he will go help for a leather for sixty and
- 31:11Speaker 4: make five four or five subs sixty minutes. Probably have
- 31:14Speaker 4: your team.
- 31:15Speaker 2: You probably have the game week play then as well,
- 31:17Speaker 2: with the goals in this team and you.
- 31:18Speaker 4: See them pulling up sixty minutes. You know he's going
- 31:20Speaker 4: to make the changes, you know. But I just think
- 31:23Speaker 4: today I think it's hard to make five changes to
- 31:27Speaker 4: improve them. When he's making changes, there's not been a
- 31:29Speaker 4: lot of difference in his team, you know what I mean.
- 31:32Speaker 4: It's I think that's been the you know, off cards
- 31:35Speaker 4: to play. Obviously they're missing a number of players. I
- 31:38Speaker 4: think Keler Vickers has been one of the biggest losses
- 31:42Speaker 4: for me, goalkeeping being obviously Schmike O his injury, which
- 31:48Speaker 4: I think has been going on longer and what Yeah,
- 31:50Speaker 4: you could see that he was diving for things he's
- 31:53Speaker 4: not to protect his shoulder and right through the spine
- 31:56Speaker 4: of the team, the striking department. It's been I think
- 32:00Speaker 4: that's been the main, the main issue.
- 32:02Speaker 2: Lack of goals.
- 32:03Speaker 1: I think, I mean, you look at Rangels get six
- 32:05Speaker 1: at the weekend, auble first half you would have said
- 32:08Speaker 1: Rangers would get one goal scored towards the stroke of halftime.
- 32:13Speaker 1: Hats are finding goals. Celtic have struggle this year. I'd
- 32:16Speaker 1: said that the weekend. Normally in years we're going to buy.
- 32:19Speaker 1: In recent times you did that front three all in
- 32:22Speaker 1: double figures and then you do the next three one.
- 32:25Speaker 1: I'd be touching that as well. They'd be goals for everywhere.
- 32:28Speaker 1: And they're lying on Negering and there they're lying on
- 32:31Speaker 1: him to it's a second striker goal. So waiting forward
- 32:35Speaker 1: for the midfield and.
- 32:35Speaker 2: Said that it's still there for them. It's still there
- 32:37Speaker 2: to go and grab it.
- 32:39Speaker 3: You can never rule anything out in football. It's a strange,
- 32:42Speaker 3: strange game. I'm just going to be honest. I just
- 32:44Speaker 3: don't want Rangers to I'm not going to lie tell
- 32:48Speaker 3: you like fans that lie. I don't watch a football
- 32:52Speaker 3: and all that. I watched Rangers as soon as they
- 32:54Speaker 3: start getting pumped, as soon as they start winning, that
- 32:57Speaker 3: turn it air.
- 32:57Speaker 4: Yeah, they went physical in January. You know they are
- 33:00Speaker 4: a big physical side. Now yeah, you know he's he
- 33:03Speaker 4: has them organizing. They're not bait on the eye at times,
- 33:08Speaker 4: but he's they get they get, they get the wins.
- 33:11Speaker 4: You know, the first and first half foot fall were excellent.
- 33:15Speaker 4: Then when we change in the.
- 33:16Speaker 2: Game, It's incredible how the game changed.
- 33:18Speaker 4: I set pieces, but a lot of a lot of
- 33:20Speaker 4: height and a lot of power. Yeah, don't try to
- 33:23Speaker 4: dominate the ball. But it's say it's interesting into the season.
- 33:29Speaker 2: Nervy, I would say nervy.
- 33:30Speaker 1: I mean I go back to the year that the
- 33:34Speaker 1: only time I won the league was we didn't know
- 33:37Speaker 1: where it was going till fifteen minutes from the end
- 33:40Speaker 1: of the season when Brat back at the second goal.
- 33:43Speaker 1: I wouldn't be surprised if it finishes that way this year.
- 33:47Speaker 2: And I'm no.
- 33:48Speaker 1: Invisted the boys because it was it was nerve wracking
- 33:51Speaker 1: leading up to it. I'm filming the week before and
- 33:53Speaker 1: then Saint Johnson that last day and it's the nerves
- 33:57Speaker 1: creeping Ada fans as well. It's going to be a
- 34:00Speaker 1: bit different, no one for different pressure, but you still
- 34:06Speaker 1: got to go that. I've still got to specials always
- 34:09Speaker 1: there for them, which they have to handle. And that's
- 34:13Speaker 1: that's the biggest thing I've been Scotland.
- 34:16Speaker 2: They followed the international team. You excited about the World Cup?
- 34:19Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, yeah, I mean that's the same again. I mean,
- 34:22Speaker 3: I'm fairy eight, so the majority of my life, the
- 34:26Speaker 3: only memory I have of Scotland is Tom Boyd with
- 34:29Speaker 3: the own goal and then I must have been like
- 34:33Speaker 3: five or six or something, and I just remember watching
- 34:36Speaker 3: it and thinking how unlucky is that? And everybody was
- 34:39Speaker 3: so sad as well.
- 34:41Speaker 2: Actually rate that game up again.
- 34:44Speaker 3: Yeah, and tom boyd as well. I love Tomboyd, but
- 34:48Speaker 3: I have always been a Scotland fan, always always supported them,
- 34:53Speaker 3: and I really hope we they well. I think Scotland
- 34:56Speaker 3: have got a great team. It's very they're citial.
- 35:00Speaker 1: They've got players there that you know over the piece
- 35:04Speaker 1: that I think they've they've under the two last Duro's.
- 35:07Speaker 2: I think they've underperformed. I think they hopefully they.
- 35:10Speaker 1: Feel it themselves then you know they're better than what
- 35:13Speaker 1: they've shown in the two finals at the Beer. So
- 35:16Speaker 1: hopefully we can get a performance or two in America
- 35:21Speaker 1: and the summer would be brilliant to get out of
- 35:22Speaker 1: the group.
- 35:23Speaker 2: I think they can. I think we can do it.
- 35:25Speaker 2: We need a win in the first game.
- 35:26Speaker 3: Really really exciting into it. I mean some of the
- 35:28Speaker 3: players is just unbelievable. Scott made Tommeny, Andy Robertson.
- 35:33Speaker 2: Is just McCain. He's the one.
- 35:36Speaker 1: I've one's the one that I think one matches your
- 35:39Speaker 1: boy as Wealthy's fat that brings a different dynamic. If
- 35:43Speaker 1: he can get itself ready to go that. I'll be
- 35:46Speaker 1: ready for that for that. So what we do at
- 35:51Speaker 1: the end here, it's a recommendation for our next guest.
- 35:57Speaker 1: I'm not allowed to tell you who it is, but
- 35:59Speaker 1: it's a big player for Celtic over the years. But
- 36:03Speaker 1: the last one was Johnny Watson and he's recommended the
- 36:06Speaker 1: film Something Wild. I don't know if you're familiar with it.
- 36:09Speaker 1: I wasn't, and he can hate his film and he
- 36:11Speaker 1: look that one up. It really ought I was in it.
- 36:14Speaker 1: I can't remember who else you said. I like him,
- 36:16Speaker 1: So Something welds your recommendation and you'll certainly know the band.
- 36:21Speaker 1: Gimme shelter and forty licks for the Rolling Stones was recommended.
- 36:26Speaker 1: So can you recommend for our next guest a film,
- 36:30Speaker 1: a song, and either a band or an album.
- 36:33Speaker 3: Okay, I'll go with the film first. I was going
- 36:36Speaker 3: to be Artie Farty and say Angels with Dirty Faces
- 36:40Speaker 3: with James Cagney, but I tried to find it online
- 36:43Speaker 3: last night and there's near here you can get it, right,
- 36:46Speaker 3: So that's my way. Artie Farty answer, I go with
- 36:49Speaker 3: a main film, though, I'll go with Heat, al Pacino
- 36:51Speaker 3: and de Niro.
- 36:52Speaker 2: Yeah, I'll do a second one of that.
- 36:54Speaker 3: Yes, they are Di Capo in it, supposedly in Christian Bell,
- 36:58Speaker 3: but I.
- 36:59Speaker 2: Don't know if it's That's what.
- 37:00Speaker 3: It was excellent, unbelievable and only kind of watched it recently,
- 37:04Speaker 3: I mean recently, like ten years ago, and it just
- 37:08Speaker 3: everything about it is perfect. The cinematography, all the actors
- 37:13Speaker 3: and actresses are in it are on top of their game,
- 37:16Speaker 3: like absolute perfection for the supporting cast to the main
- 37:22Speaker 3: kind of actors. And the soundtrack is just unbelievable. The
- 37:26Speaker 3: music attached to that film is brilliant. Moby does the soundtrack,
- 37:30Speaker 3: and it's just that's the perfect, good choice, good choice
- 37:36Speaker 3: for that one.
- 37:37Speaker 1: A song and a band album.
- 37:41Speaker 3: A song would be.
- 37:45Speaker 2: Let me just check my notes, done his homework. It's
- 37:52Speaker 2: so easy, do you know?
- 37:54Speaker 3: I'm going to go when the style gire, I had
- 37:56Speaker 3: a couple, but I'll go with the first one. Elton
- 37:59Speaker 3: Johnsacker face right now. I'm not a massive Elk John fan,
- 38:03Speaker 3: but that song just anytime that song comes on, it
- 38:06Speaker 3: always reminds me of my childhood and stuff. Yeah, it's
- 38:09Speaker 3: always a great great chune. And what was that album
- 38:16Speaker 3: album or band? Okay, I'm going to go way Daft
- 38:21Speaker 3: Punk Tron Legacy. So Tron's the movie which I was
- 38:26Speaker 3: near Fanny, But the album, it's unbelievable. It makes me
- 38:32Speaker 3: quite creative. I think, see, if I've got writer's block
- 38:34Speaker 3: or something, I stick it on, or if I can't sleep,
- 38:37Speaker 3: I listen to it at night.
- 38:38Speaker 2: But it's a great that stimulates the juices for me.
- 38:41Speaker 3: Yeah. Yeah, And it's very like if you see the
- 38:45Speaker 3: ultron like kind of computer game theme and stuff, it
- 38:49Speaker 3: is like a really cool album and it's no really
- 38:54Speaker 3: typically daft punk. It's quite strange. So that's my recommendation.
- 39:00Speaker 3: We'll pass them on to our next guest.
- 39:01Speaker 1: It's been an absolute pleasure to have you on it,
- 39:03Speaker 1: and we'll hopefully see Blackfriars and June.
- 39:07Speaker 3: Is it fourteenth for June. You just can get on
- 39:09Speaker 3: the guest lift if you want, because she's all terms.
- 39:12Speaker 3: Everybody else is forty quick, tells met Frights very much.
- 39:17Speaker 4: The Tails
