- 0:00And we're analyzing this idea and there's something called the
- 0:03bringer Hassid, who you mentioned, not related to the
- 0:08gob, the dress, the Mihagim I need.
- 0:11That stuff is related to being a facit and doing things the full
- 0:15way, doing them because you want to do them, doing them at
- 0:18employ, really trying to get the job done in the area they're
- 0:22doing it. And over here the examples are
- 0:25concerning other people, which means if you are taking care of
- 0:30our other person, we worrying about their well-being, worrying
- 0:33about how they're feeling, concerning yourself with how
- 0:36they're going to walk away from the room.
- 0:38What's going to be their mood really worrying about that will
- 0:41be that is a little hassidut same issue.
- 0:44We have to worry about the financial being also.
- 0:47If someone tells you the fans is struggling and you're trying to
- 0:50figure out a way to help them or take care of them, you are
- 0:53displaying a sense of being a Hasee going above and beyond.
- 0:57And that's another example is in general has said in general has
- 1:03said, but in general has said a lot of people has one of those
- 1:07areas, one of those topics it has no level, no bar.
- 1:11Some people, oh, they do, they try to do the hassle here and
- 1:14there. All good people we try.
- 1:17Other people are just hassle machines, right?
- 1:20It's just always trying to figure out another way.
- 1:22Another thing I had an issue actually only need help last
- 1:25night for to help someone. I called up my friend 10:30 at
- 1:29night last night OK and he says he was right into I said what
- 1:33are you going to do? He says I'm going to go down to
- 1:34the house right now on the coldest sister-in-law was the
- 1:37whole thing to get helps on. I said this guy is just
- 1:40different. He just mobilized to do Sir,
- 1:43people are testing machines and it's one way or another.
- 1:46That is a concept of Hasidut that means I am going above and
- 1:51beyond. There's no the point of Hasidut
- 1:53is this. There's no bar, there's no
- 1:55limit, there's no minimum, there's no maximum.
- 1:58It's all Gray. You can be a great guy in this
- 2:00area. You can be a decent guy in this
- 2:01area, all good people. But Hasina, someone was thinking
- 2:05himself, I just love, let's say I love this topic, I love other
- 2:09people. I want to figure things out for
- 2:11people. And he goes all the way.
- 2:13Now a small warning is many people in this field who are
- 2:18like that get burnt. Many, they get burnt out, either
- 2:23because they just get tired of it or because they try and they
- 2:27fail, or because they get a lot of backlash.
- 2:30Whatever the reason is, they get printed out.
- 2:32A major warning is if you're doing this, you really have to
- 2:36do it for the right reason. Which means you can love Jessa,
- 2:40you could love more other people.
- 2:41If you're thinking about credit, good luck.
- 2:44It's not going to last because ultimately you'll get way less
- 2:47credit than you deserve. Person has to be really loving
- 2:51of this topic or this outcome more than anything.
- 2:53The number one thing that you're matter to him is the results,
- 2:57helping other people. He can't care about anything
- 2:59else, can't care about us if you go, he can't care about
- 3:01accolades and credit because if he dries A, he's not a conceit
- 3:05because doing other reason and B he will feel better.
- 3:08At the end of the day, there's no ifs and buts.
- 3:10I tell people who are evolved in these fields, many of them have
- 3:15a lot of the video stories basically of not being treated
- 3:19properly. And the way to get past that is,
- 3:21I'll remind yourself, I'm a Hasid, I'm doing this.
- 3:24I care about people and that's all I care about.
- 3:26I don't care about anything else.
- 3:27Let that be a number one prerogate because in reality,
- 3:30from other topics we've had, if you have two goals, you end up
- 3:34having no full goal. If you want to be a Hasid in
- 3:37these areas they really want. That's when it comes to so
- 3:41Mitch, your man Mitch women, I can't go.
- 3:43So basically how you want to do the good and you want to feel
- 3:46good about it. It couldn't be that cause a lot
- 3:48of times we when we have idealistic ideas, a lot of it is
- 3:51a sense that I want to feel good.
- 3:53A lot of them come together, but beware of looking for credits
- 3:57and covert in those areas 'cause that will eventually take you
- 4:01down. Now that doesn't mean you can't
- 4:04want to do a good cinema things. Feeling good means you feel very
- 4:07good when you pray, you feel good when you learnt, you feel
- 4:10when you give charity, you feel good when you see someone who
- 4:13you helped build their life back up.
- 4:15That's real genuine feeling good and that's fine.
- 4:17That's what we're great, that's great and a lot of those people
- 4:19even don't have that. But that's OK, you can look for
- 4:22that, that's a human being. But to look for the next step,
- 4:25which is the credit and people saying a name and people know
- 4:28who you are, people know who you do.
- 4:30Oftentimes that takes you off your game for sure.
- 4:33It is now same idea of being a chassis.
- 4:36And this is a big .1 in Shalom. Another area that has many, many
- 4:42levels in Shalom, which is you can have people who believe in
- 4:47peace, but they set the bar at a certain dollar amount and now
- 4:52are willing to lose that amount to so and so.
- 4:54And they're in a fight and all they do all day is talk about
- 4:57peace. And by the way, they're good
- 4:58people and they believe in peace and they appreciate children
- 5:01peace. And they're talking about
- 5:02Shalom. And you say, how does AO 1 + 1
- 5:05equal 2? Actually 1% does equal to how
- 5:08does this equal there? How does the guy believe in
- 5:10peace? Talk about Shalom, right?
- 5:14Try to give over to his children the mindset of Shalom and yet
- 5:17being embroiled in a few fights sometimes they're saying is I
- 5:21can handle XI just can't handle this level, right?
- 5:24I'm not willing to lose this amount of money or not only to
- 5:27have my company, you know, messed over from this guy and
- 5:31just accept it all. I believe in peace, but it's the
- 5:34level that's fair. It's correct.
- 5:36A Hassid is someone who tries as hard as he can to find ways to
- 5:42create peace and figure out ways to go beyond these grade levels
- 5:47and to go further for the sake of peace.
- 5:50And he called the default Shalom, chasing peace.
- 5:53This is again, a mindset. Again, it's an area that you can
- 5:57have a lot of bars. Like I said, you have a person
- 6:00who believes in peace based on value in many fights, some
- 6:03people a little better than that, other people even better.
- 6:06And all this is pretty much how much do I dedicate the piece?
- 6:10It does not mean you can have shuttle everywhere.
- 6:13No one's saying that. No one's judging because the guy
- 6:16has one person doesn't like him and he's not a shuttle on
- 6:19person. That's that's not proper
- 6:20judgement. It's not fair to judge at all.
- 6:23But it does say if you want to be a Hasid, you push past these
- 6:28levels and you don't have limits and say, I I go off until this
- 6:32point, beyond this point, I can't let me know.
- 6:35He is a guy who really wants it, who really, really wants it.
- 6:39And if he, you know, while in a fight, can't sleep at night,
- 6:43that's great. That means he cures.
- 6:44If he's calling other people to try to help him, that means he
- 6:47cares. If he's trying to appease, it
- 6:50means he cares. Different indications and the
- 6:53ways of again, expanding your caram of Shalom.
- 6:58You can expand his own, as you said the other day, you can
- 7:02expand your zone of worrying about other people's well-being
- 7:05and their their their mental well-being.
- 7:07And you can expand your zone of Shalom as well.
- 7:10But you go, it's not just I don't insult people that I'm
- 7:13taking fights. It's more than that.
- 7:15I don't trigger fights more than that.
- 7:18I forget easily keep going. I'm willing to look past things
- 7:23and you go and you go. And the idea is you really
- 7:27believe in Shalom pointers, levels and a person has to know
- 7:32you can be the basic level or you can be a top level, all in
- 7:35your hands depends how much you like and you care about these
- 7:39topics. Every topic that we have in
- 7:41front of us you have to believe in.
- 7:43You have to hold of holding of Shalom.
- 7:46I mean, we all talk about Shalom, but you have to really
- 7:48hold the Shalom. Hold the Shalom and believe in
- 7:51it will stop you from many, many fights in life If you find
- 7:56situations where the guy wronged you, messed you over all right,
- 8:02you know of Shalom. You know it's a mitzvah to be
- 8:04with Shalom. OK, that's great.
- 8:06Pretty mess me over. So now what?
- 8:08All right, now you have to go a little better step.
- 8:10You have to believe in Shalom. So it's not just knowing it's a
- 8:13mitzvah because a lot of times you know it's a mitzvah, but you
- 8:15have an excuse. You have to believe in it.
- 8:17That pushes you a little further.
- 8:18You have to love it. Be a Hassid in that area and
- 8:22then it takes you all the way as far as you can go.
- 8:25All this is dependent on a person latching on to a topic.
- 8:30Everyone is not. Not saying every person has to
- 8:32be a casino in every area, but if you want to be a good person
- 8:36or strive to be on high level, it's called taking these topics
- 8:42all the way. That's the idea with Inside
- 8:45Omaha. Isaiah Devata Shalom Shuatava
- 8:48Kalit Chasing Shalom, which is considered one of the greatest
- 8:52Nature's Pin Cola Damla Habilo team man and his fellow friend.
- 8:57I very I really be believer of that point because I think there
- 9:00are people who hold up talk about Shalom, but they don't
- 9:04really display and you're wondering how didn't you know
- 9:07miss the connection? The answer is they know Shalom's
- 9:09a thing. Try to make peace.
- 9:11Don't try to get into a fight. OK, that's but they know that
- 9:15there are a lot of miss, you know, a lot of triggers.
- 9:18What they don't realize is holding up peace takes you
- 9:21further and further and further. And there are a lot of fights
- 9:25that regular people have but a very good guy would never end up
- 9:28in. That's an important point
- 9:30because he would ignore certain things.
- 9:32I've seen this. People who are very particular
- 9:35can't have fights all day long. People who oversee things, never
- 9:39going to get much less fights. And you're wondering, same
- 9:43issue, same thing, but they have a different model, different
- 9:46structure, therefore the outcome, he says, and now I'm
- 10:00going to bring you a proof. I'm going to back up my concept
- 10:09of a person going above and beyond in these areas.
- 10:13I know it's obvious. Then I don't need to be proof,
- 10:16so I'm going to do so anyway. For example, he says there's a
- 10:20rabbi who says they asked him how do you live such a long
- 10:23life? What do you do to marry?
- 10:25Living a long life? He stated as well, see, I never,
- 10:30I did a few things. One of them is I never called
- 10:33people by their nicknames. Now a nickname is a Gray area of
- 10:38insults. According to the camera.
- 10:41It's insult but slight. A lot of times they became your
- 10:44thing. They became what people call
- 10:47you. A lot of this stuff is true, but
- 10:49it's a Gray area of insult type of thing that if you're not a
- 10:52Hasit, you don't see the insult, but if you are a Kazit, you can
- 10:56see yourself. You know what father doesn't
- 10:58like? You have a friend who every time
- 11:00he comes to the conversation, everyone always makes the same
- 11:02jokes about him. And you know what?
- 11:05He accepts them. He laughs and then he laughs
- 11:07alone. And you and I know you notice
- 11:09when his wife was with you, she goes home and she's together and
- 11:12I go. She doesn't like those jokes.
- 11:14She doesn't accept those jokes anymore because that means my
- 11:16husband is not as high as sure as his friends.
- 11:20I know my husband was able to handle it all these years I was
- 11:23part of the boys guess but you know that means he's not as
- 11:27adequate as all of them and that does not make her feel good and
- 11:31that is a sense that's what that's a level where you can
- 11:33sense although it's OK I really am insult it's her that's a
- 11:38Hasee picks up on that it was we we have legends in the community
- 11:42of storefront and all those different names.
- 11:44Yeah. How do you have all those names
- 11:46nicknames. Each guy had their own nickname.
- 11:48Guccho has a life roast. And then so it's kind of like
- 11:53Nick. What do you say?
- 11:54Nope, No. Look at it 60 years later.
- 11:56Those names. No, 'cause those guys loved it.
- 11:57They want to call it Izzo. Izzo.
- 11:59Yeah. So how do you go?
- 12:01Do we have Mazzo? Dudo?
- 12:02ISSO. That's not real.
- 12:04I'm talking. They call it God.
- 12:05You're Judy Little. This or Baba, maybe.
- 12:10Yeah, Baba. Their names.
- 12:12They call them their names. Who is that big?
- 12:17So and so it's a name big so and so Shorty, you know, come on,
- 12:23right Then you say that became that that became their identity.
- 12:26Oh, that's true. That is their name true.
- 12:28So. We don't get that.
- 12:30We don't want to. The first hurry, we tell my name
- 12:32is Bitch. Actually, they're psyched about
- 12:34it. Right the first I wasn't psyched
- 12:37his wife and kids and all and I'll psych right.
- 12:40Who's your father? He's he's they go home Shorty so
- 12:42and so come on. So the idea is that Al Hasid can
- 12:47identify and recognize these layers and levels of
- 12:52sensitivity. Sensitivity is another area
- 12:55where there are 1,000,000 levels.
- 12:57You can have people who have a conversation and they have
- 13:00thrown insults. They were throwing insults left
- 13:02and right and they walk away and they said someone says how do
- 13:05you do that? He said what I do wrong, I did
- 13:07nothing wrong. And you one second, the guy just
- 13:11hurt a person in the conversation four times.
- 13:14He doesn't pick up on it. He doesn't pick up on it 'cause
- 13:17he's not a facet. He doesn't recognize the levels
- 13:20and the layers of really caring about well-being.
- 13:24And the point I'm trying to make over here is I think it's
- 13:26important point, which is his point really, which is if you
- 13:30believe in something, whatever it is you were raised on,
- 13:34whatever it is you grew up to thinking, you know, not
- 13:37everyone's a big has a person. Not everyone's a big Cesar cop
- 13:41person. Not everyone is a big, you know,
- 13:43he's Zook and worrying other people's well-being person.
- 13:46We have how it thinks, but if you believe in it and you want
- 13:49to take it, go to the Max. Let that be your identity.
- 13:53Let that be what you believe in and let that be something that
- 13:56you constantly are strong at your whole life.
- 14:00Take them and make the identity. But you need to believe in it.
- 14:03You need to really be dedicated the same way regained the
- 14:06service of Hashem. It was something called the
- 14:08Hasidan service. The guy praise for hours.
- 14:12The guy learns a lot and you want someone to learn a lot.
- 14:14You need to believe in it. Someone's really going to pray.
- 14:17Well, I need the hold of tefillah.
- 14:19It's same exact thing when it comes to Shalom.
- 14:22When it comes to caring about other people's well-being, you
- 14:26need to buy in. If you don't buy in, there's no
- 14:30way I can tell you. You could tell it's how and so
- 14:33be nice. They'll tend to be nice, but
- 14:36they'll be insulting all the time.
- 14:38I need to really be a hassid. That means being dedicated to
- 14:41this area in their life. You have to believe in it.
- 14:43That's just telling you this rabbit was asked what made you
- 14:47live a long life, Amal. And he said, MI amai.
- 14:51Well, there's time to be talking about emotions, to feel out.
- 14:54Number one, I never walked in front of someone else while they
- 14:57were praying. Right as he says.
- 15:00Oh, he says worse. I never use the restroom.
- 15:01OK, look, look, I never gave my friend nickname.
- 15:12I never neglected keep Kedush of Shabar properly, OK.
- 15:17And the rabbit says what do you mean Neville?
- 15:19He says one time I had a mother, one time my mother had to sell
- 15:23her veil, her head covering, just to get money to buy wine
- 15:28for Kedush. In other words, we would
- 15:29dedicate it to a topic again, a theme of a hasidut of being into
- 15:34something. Everyone's got their thing.
- 15:37You have your thing, I have my thing.
- 15:38We love other things. And if you buy into your thing
- 15:41and you take it to the all the way to the bank, that'll be the
- 15:44item and you'll become a casino in that area.
- 15:46And it's a whole different level.
- 15:47It's beyond the level bound to the your casino sign area.
- 15:51Alright, we'll start with this.
