  is? Fentanyl is a synthetic opioid

  painkiller that's like heroin but 100 times stronger than

  morphine. It's meant to be a hospital

  anaesthetic. If one grain literally the size

  of a grain of salt goes up someone's nose, they stop

  breathing. Instant dead.

  If you accidentally touch it with your bare finger, you can

  overdose. The cartel is shipping it in by

  boat, hidden in anything in pill form.

  They make it in labs in Mexico using Chinese chemicals.

  Kids think they're buying Xanax or oxy.

  They swallow one drop dead. That's fentanyl.

  And Trump's finally trying to sank the bastards.

  So yes, you're absolutely right about everything that you said.

  Well, these people have been coming into America with their

  drugs, figuring it out to the cartel and to trafficking, and

  millions of Americans have died due to these drugs, sadly,

  unfortunately. So Trump has basically warned

  the other countries that if they bring these type of drugs in

  that are so deadly, as you so eloquently pointed out, Eve,

  that here's his solution and he's already done it quite a few

  weapon to blow their damn boats up and take them out, but only
