This entire episode made me salivate with talking about the cool things that they cook. Then, after the podcast watching all of the episodes of them cooking Louisiana style in the bayou, and the things they prepared - oh lawd. A very appropriate podcast with the middle of the duck season on the Mississippi Flyway.
