- 0:12Speaker 2: the insight details on everything. We'll get to the snowstorm,
- 0:16Speaker 2: exact stuff on what we know about the snowstorm coming late,
- 0:21Speaker 2: very late Saturday night. Then we'll get to the Oscar
- 0:24Speaker 2: nominations they're out. We'll get to Davos. In fact, i'll
- 0:28Speaker 2: spell you how all this Davos works, and then we'll
- 0:31Speaker 2: get to the Trump speech, the highlight of of Davos.
- 0:36Speaker 2: How to be Scott Bessant going after Gavin Newsom' let
- 0:40Speaker 2: you hear that the Clintons are in contempt of Congress.
- 0:44Speaker 2: They are facing criminal charges. We'll explain why and all
- 0:47Speaker 2: of that coming up. That weirdo, bug eyed weirdo Jack
- 0:51Speaker 2: Smith testifies today in front of Congress. Now, when people
- 0:56Speaker 2: get a look at him, he says, I mean, if
- 0:58Speaker 2: you were doing Law and Order or Blue Bloods, or
- 1:01Speaker 2: you need to have cast somebody as a psycho killer
- 1:05Speaker 2: Jack Smith, you might get he looks like a bit
- 1:07Speaker 2: of a madman, very strange guy. We'll get to him.
- 1:11Speaker 2: We'll get to Hey, you know you're not allowed to
- 1:13Speaker 2: say illegals anymore illegal aliens. But apparently this is the
- 1:16Speaker 2: new CNN campaign, the left now campaigning can't use the
- 1:20Speaker 2: word illegal anymore. We'll get to all of that coming up.
- 1:24Speaker 2: So just go to the snowstorm. Here's the latest. Now,
- 1:29Speaker 2: sometimes you'll see different forecasts because there's several models that
- 1:33Speaker 2: are used to calculate all this. Now. One model, the
- 1:38Speaker 2: American model, one model they call the European model, and
- 1:41Speaker 2: there's a couple others, so they differ a little which
- 1:46Speaker 2: and a lot of this has to do with let's see,
- 1:49Speaker 2: it's Thursday, Friday, Saturdays. Yeah, so we're within three days.
- 1:54Speaker 2: It becomes more and more certain when you're within three days.
- 1:56Speaker 2: Weather can change. A forecast really only is really accurate
- 2:00Speaker 2: for about three days. But let's go with the most
- 2:05Speaker 2: popular model, which shows the storm will start Saturday after midnight,
- 2:11Speaker 2: most likely around one am. The snow will start at
- 2:15Speaker 2: one am at Saturday night and middle of the night
- 2:19Speaker 2: Saturday and continue until Monday morning at seven am, which
- 2:23Speaker 2: means overnight Saturday, all day Sunday, overnight Sunday night, and
- 2:30Speaker 2: then end Monday morning. Some models show six inches, some
- 2:34Speaker 2: show as much as seventeen The most popular and usually
- 2:38Speaker 2: the most accurate model is now showing six to twelve inches,
- 2:42Speaker 2: so major storm, and it's coming right over the New
- 2:45Speaker 2: York area, right over New York, right over New Jersey,
- 2:48Speaker 2: Long Island, Fairfield County, Westchester County. Usually we don't get
- 2:52Speaker 2: the worst of these snowstorms, but in this case we'll
- 2:55Speaker 2: get the full impact. So Saturday. The other problem is
- 2:59Speaker 2: it's going to be freezing cold, bitterly cold, you know,
- 3:03Speaker 2: like a real feel like ten degrees that kind of cold,
- 3:06Speaker 2: all day Saturday. In fact, Friday would be late in
- 3:11Speaker 2: the afternoon, night overnight it'll start getting really cold, and
- 3:14Speaker 2: then Saturday will be the coldest day. And then Sunday
- 3:17Speaker 2: you're probably not going to want to go out anyway
- 3:19Speaker 2: because that's the snowstorm. So one o'clock in the morning Saturday,
- 3:23Speaker 2: right now, that's the projected start time of the snow.
- 3:26Speaker 2: It will go all day Sunday, overnight Monday stop Monday morning,
- 3:29Speaker 2: but completely most likely completely screw up Monday's rush hour,
- 3:35Speaker 2: so it'll be a mess. It'll take days to dig
- 3:38Speaker 2: out of that. You know, if you're worried about shoveling
- 3:40Speaker 2: your driveway, your sidewalk, you this. Remember the most important thing.
- 3:44Speaker 2: Don't wait till the snow's all there and start shoveling,
- 3:46Speaker 2: because you could have a foot of snow. You don't
- 3:48Speaker 2: want to shovel that. So every couple of inches, go
- 3:51Speaker 2: out and shovel it, salt it every couple of inches,
- 3:54Speaker 2: and that way when it's over, you'll only have a
- 3:56Speaker 2: couple of inches left. It'll be easier. So if you
- 3:59Speaker 2: just got back from Davos, you won't mind. Because Davos
- 4:02Speaker 2: looks like a blizzard. It's kind of a dumpy place,
- 4:05Speaker 2: you know, when you go to these Swiss resorts, whether
- 4:07Speaker 2: it's sammurtz Stad beautiful luxurious, super luxurious ski resorts, when
- 4:17Speaker 2: you go to Davos, it's basically a dump. Everything's a
- 4:20Speaker 2: dump there. The hotels are dumpy, Everything is crappy there.
- 4:23Speaker 2: The buildings are awful. Even where they hold this World
- 4:26Speaker 2: Economic Forum, it looks good inside. They put a lot
- 4:29Speaker 2: of nice lighting and a beautiful scenery, but it's just
- 4:33Speaker 2: a dumpy place. The very super wealthy that go to
- 4:36Speaker 2: Davos every year, Oligarch's billionaires, don't even bother to stay
- 4:40Speaker 2: in those hotels. They over the years have started to
- 4:43Speaker 2: own all the chalets. There's a lot of chalets around
- 4:47Speaker 2: this area, so they own them. They fix them up
- 4:50Speaker 2: with gyms and saunas and everything, and there's a lot
- 4:53Speaker 2: of locals there that make a lot of money when
- 4:56Speaker 2: all these zillionaires come over and stay in their chalets.
- 4:59Speaker 2: These local go to work as drivers, as staff take
- 5:04Speaker 2: care of these chalets. And by the way, one thing
- 5:07Speaker 2: about Davos, it is the biggest event of the year
- 5:11Speaker 2: for hookers, especially in Europe Russia. All those places. Every
- 5:16Speaker 2: major hooker, i mean prostitute that deal in a high
- 5:20Speaker 2: end prostitution, they descend on Davos for this week. It's
- 5:24Speaker 2: a huge, huge week for them. If you want to
- 5:28Speaker 2: go to Davos, yeah, you can buy a ticket. You
- 5:30Speaker 2: actually can. Companies buy them. The big big tickets they
- 5:34Speaker 2: buy are a million dollars. But that includes sponsorship and
- 5:38Speaker 2: all sorts of stuff that gets you total access to
- 5:41Speaker 2: every VIP everything. If you don't want a full total
- 5:46Speaker 2: absolute VIP everything, but you want to you know, good
- 5:49Speaker 2: seats and all that, that's about seventy five thousand to
- 5:53Speaker 2: get in. There are a lot of thirty five thousand
- 5:56Speaker 2: dollars things. Now, if you get the seventy five thousand dollars,
- 6:00Speaker 2: you get extras, you get a special badge just for
- 6:04Speaker 2: the elites there, but a lot of people are paying
- 6:08Speaker 2: seventy five thousand. And now the other thing is, once
- 6:13Speaker 2: you get there, everything is a fortune. Everything a hot
- 6:17Speaker 2: dog is forty dollars. Literally, drinks, It's like Las Vegas.
- 6:20Speaker 2: Now everything costs a fortune to get there. Three thousand
- 6:23Speaker 2: delegates attend Davos every year. Obviously, the higher paying people
- 6:29Speaker 2: for the higher tickets, get more access. If you one
- 6:32Speaker 2: of those million dollar things, you can sit on panels,
- 6:34Speaker 2: you can get invited to closed door roundtables, all sorts
- 6:38Speaker 2: of small access stuff. And you know what's interesting. So Davos,
- 6:42Speaker 2: the President's speech was the high point. Now he got
- 6:45Speaker 2: a standing ovation. These are from the heads of state
- 6:49Speaker 2: all over the world, from the billionaires all over the world,
- 6:51Speaker 2: from all sorts of people standing ovation for President Trump.
- 6:57Speaker 2: Gavin Newsom was at Davos. Nobody knew what the hell
- 7:00Speaker 2: he was doing there. Apparently Alex Soros brought him, but
- 7:06Speaker 2: Newsom looked like a crasher almost He didn't have a
- 7:09Speaker 2: seat during the president speech. He had to stand in
- 7:12Speaker 2: the back of the room. You could see him standing
- 7:14Speaker 2: there look kind of pathetic, and I'll play for you.
- 7:18Speaker 2: Now this was the high point. I think Scott Besant
- 7:21Speaker 2: is speaking the Treasury Secretary and he starts to go
- 7:25Speaker 2: after Gavin Newsom, and it was great. Take a listen
- 7:28Speaker 2: to Scott Bessant.
- 7:29Speaker 3: Governor Newsom, who strikes me as Patrick Bateman meets Sparkle
- 7:33Speaker 3: beach Ken, maybe the only Californian who knows less about
- 7:37Speaker 3: economics than Kamala Harris. He's here this week with his
- 7:43Speaker 3: billionaire sugar daddy, Alex Soros, and the Davos is a
- 7:48Speaker 3: perfect place for a man who when everyone else was
- 7:52Speaker 3: on lockdown, when he was having people arrested for going
- 7:54Speaker 3: to church, he was having thousand dollars a night meals
- 7:58Speaker 3: at the French laundry. And I'm sure the California people
- 8:01Speaker 3: won't forget that.
- 8:02Speaker 2: Yeah, now why would Dowse some go, Well, he wants
- 8:05Speaker 2: to run in twenty twenty eight. He considers himself the
- 8:07Speaker 2: leading candidate only because he's the most visible and he's
- 8:10Speaker 2: doing stunts and podcasts and all that stuff. And he's
- 8:14Speaker 2: a governor but not known for any foreign policy expertise,
- 8:18Speaker 2: so not that you know something about being governor. But
- 8:20Speaker 2: that's why he's in Davos to look like he has
- 8:22Speaker 2: some sort of foreign policy gravitas, which he doesn't. But
- 8:26Speaker 2: Bessen was great. He went on and I was.
- 8:28Speaker 3: Told he was asked to give a speech on his
- 8:31Speaker 3: signature policies. But he's not speaking because what of his
- 8:35Speaker 3: economic policies brought outward migration from California, a gigantic budget deficit,
- 8:42Speaker 3: the largest homeless population in America, and the poor folks
- 8:46Speaker 3: in the Polisades who had their homes burned down. He
- 8:50Speaker 3: is here hobnobbing with the global elite while his California
- 8:56Speaker 3: citizens are still homeless.
- 8:59Speaker 2: Pretty good. So Newsom is claiming that he was supposed
- 9:04Speaker 2: to speak but it was blocked by the Trump administration.
- 9:08Speaker 2: Nobody at Davos believes that there's no way he would
- 9:11Speaker 2: be speaking. He is absolutely no qualifications of any kind
- 9:16Speaker 2: to speak on the economy or economics. He's not a
- 9:19Speaker 2: Davos level kind of speaker. It would never happen. But again,
- 9:25Speaker 2: this is his current campaign for twenty twenty eight. Lots
- 9:27Speaker 2: of stunts, lots of theatrics. Hey, you know who is
- 9:31Speaker 2: at Davos. Al Gore Davos for years was like a
- 9:36Speaker 2: climate change green scheme, you know, woke all this said,
- 9:40Speaker 2: it's no longer the case is still a lot of
- 9:42Speaker 2: it left over. But the guy behind all of that,
- 9:44Speaker 2: the founder of Davos, had to step down last year
- 9:47Speaker 2: in total scandal, and Larry Think of Blackrock, took over
- 9:51Speaker 2: as chairman, and he's gotten rid of all that green stuff,
- 9:54Speaker 2: at least on the surface. It's still there underneath. So
- 9:58Speaker 2: it used to be dominant by John Kerry al Gore
- 10:02Speaker 2: with their climate change, the World's coming to an end,
- 10:04Speaker 2: doom and gloom stuff. But al Gore still showed up.
- 10:09Speaker 2: Everybody was stunned. He came out of the past al
- 10:12Speaker 2: Gore looking old and puffy and gray, but he was
- 10:17Speaker 2: there to do a speech, a round table or whatever
- 10:20Speaker 2: it was. If you want to see it, go look
- 10:21Speaker 2: at my Twitter. The pictures hysterical. It's so pathetic. They've
- 10:25Speaker 2: put him in a tiny room with just a few chairs,
- 10:28Speaker 2: and most of the chairs are empty. He drew about
- 10:31Speaker 2: six people for this speech, and a lot of people
- 10:33Speaker 2: think it's just the six people that came with him.
- 10:36Speaker 2: Quite pathetic for al Gore, absolutely ridiculous. Hey, today is
- 10:43Speaker 2: just finishing up there. Greenland was the big thing. Everything
- 10:47Speaker 2: looks okay now with Greenland, or, as Trump said.
- 10:49Speaker 4: What I'm asking for is a piece of ice, cold
- 10:54Speaker 4: and poorly located that can play a vital role in
- 10:59Speaker 4: world piece and world protection.
- 11:02Speaker 2: Now, first of all, the idea of taking Greenland is
- 11:06Speaker 2: not a Trump policy. People keep attacking it like it's
- 11:08Speaker 2: some sort of Trump thing for US to get Greenland.
- 11:11Speaker 2: It's been US policy for one hundred years, many many
- 11:16Speaker 2: presidents have been trying to get Greenland. In fact, in
- 11:19Speaker 2: the past we've made six very serious offers to buy it.
- 11:23Speaker 2: So it's not a Trump policy. It's an official US
- 11:27Speaker 2: policy for decades and decades and decades. But it looks
- 11:31Speaker 2: like Trump will be the first person to get something done.
- 11:34Speaker 2: It looks like we're not going to get Greenland. He says.
- 11:37Speaker 2: There is an agreement there, framework is there. They just
- 11:40Speaker 2: got to hammer it out. Now it looks like we
- 11:42Speaker 2: will not buy Greenland and own it. We will not
- 11:45Speaker 2: be given Greenland. So far, what it looks like is
- 11:49Speaker 2: it's more like we're going to lease the car rather
- 11:51Speaker 2: than buy it, but a very long term lease, very
- 11:54Speaker 2: very long term. He's claiming, I don't know what that
- 11:56Speaker 2: would what would that mean one hundred years something like that.
- 11:59Speaker 2: So we'll get what we need in Greenland, will get
- 12:03Speaker 2: access to all the land we need. Now we have
- 12:07Speaker 2: a military base there, we want to put more. We
- 12:09Speaker 2: have very very serious military stuff we need to put
- 12:11Speaker 2: there for strategic reasons. There are other places around the
- 12:15Speaker 2: world where we make a deal, we pay money whatever
- 12:17Speaker 2: we have to do to put a military base there.
- 12:19Speaker 2: But that's a problem because then every few years you
- 12:21Speaker 2: got to renegotiate and they threaten to kick you out.
- 12:24Speaker 2: So we don't want to go through that. Apparently this
- 12:26Speaker 2: agreement solves that we would have total control of what
- 12:31Speaker 2: we need in Greenland for a long period of time.
- 12:35Speaker 2: And what did Trump get after all this, Well, the
- 12:38Speaker 2: concessions were because in the past certain stuff still had
- 12:42Speaker 2: to be approved by the Danish parliament. Apparently that's gone.
- 12:45Speaker 2: We won't need any approval. We'll have total control of
- 12:48Speaker 2: these areas. And the other problem is keeping the Russians
- 12:52Speaker 2: and the Chinese out of there. Apparently that's going to
- 12:54Speaker 2: be part of the agreement. So it looks like they've
- 12:56Speaker 2: got Now they've got to hammer out the details, get
- 12:58Speaker 2: it signed. We'll see what happens. The Clintons are in
- 13:03Speaker 2: contempt of Congress. They right now are at risk of
- 13:07Speaker 2: going to jail. It's very possible, very possible because the
- 13:12Speaker 2: last two people that did this contempt to Congress refused
- 13:15Speaker 2: to testify, were sent to prison, Steve Bannon, Peter Navarro.
- 13:20Speaker 2: So you can be sent to prison for doing this,
- 13:23Speaker 2: and they're doing it. The Clintons have refused to testify.
- 13:28Speaker 2: Now they had to vote whether to hold them in
- 13:30Speaker 2: contempt and do a criminal referral. The vote was yesterday.
- 13:35Speaker 2: Enough Democrats voted to go after the Clintons, hold them
- 13:39Speaker 2: in contempt. Enough Democrats voted for that for the thing
- 13:42Speaker 2: to pass, so they are now in contempt. Let me
- 13:46Speaker 2: see you forget the vote. Yeah, it was thirty four
- 13:48Speaker 2: to eight. So a lot of Democrats, a lot of Democrats.
- 13:54Speaker 2: This is the committee, it's not all of Congress. A
- 13:56Speaker 2: lot of Democrats voted to go after the Clintons. Now,
- 13:59Speaker 2: a lot of people are mat at Hakim Jeffries because
- 14:02Speaker 2: he was supposed to prevent that from happening. He was
- 14:04Speaker 2: supposed to keep the Democrats in line so they didn't
- 14:07Speaker 2: vote against the Clintons. And Hakim Jeffries apparently was working
- 14:11Speaker 2: the phones like crazy. Trying to do that, but he
- 14:14Speaker 2: was unsuccessful. As Uncle Junior would say, he couldn't sell it.
- 14:20Speaker 2: He's not respected, so it looks bad for Hakim Jeffries. Now,
- 14:24Speaker 2: why would a lot of Democrats vote against the Clintons,
- 14:26Speaker 2: vote to convict them, put them in a legal jeopardy
- 14:30Speaker 2: because a lot of today's Democrats can't stand the Clintons.
- 14:33Speaker 2: The Clintons are old dinosaurs from the past. The modern
- 14:37Speaker 2: Democrats have no respect for them. Not to mention, the
- 14:39Speaker 2: Clintons were quite moderate, they weren't very left wing. Today's
- 14:44Speaker 2: Democrats hate them and want to go after them, so
- 14:47Speaker 2: we'll see what happens. They could. Now a lot of
- 14:49Speaker 2: people think, here's what's going to happen. They are in
- 14:51Speaker 2: legal jeopardy. They can be sent to prison for this,
- 14:56Speaker 2: and a lot of people think what the Clintons will
- 14:58Speaker 2: do is cave in, make some sort of deal to testify.
- 15:02Speaker 2: They'll probably Usually you try to do that on a
- 15:04Speaker 2: Friday night because when the news breaks on a Friday night,
- 15:08Speaker 2: nobody's paying attention. People are out, people aren't watching the
- 15:11Speaker 2: news so much. But we got a big snowstorm coming
- 15:14Speaker 2: Saturday night, so that'll dominate the news. Coverage. They may
- 15:18Speaker 2: do it Saturday night in the middle of that snowstorm
- 15:20Speaker 2: to get the least amount of attention for it. Anyway,
- 15:23Speaker 2: we've got a lot more to talk about, and we'll
- 15:25Speaker 2: get to the Oscars. Marty Supreme did pretty well. The
- 15:29Speaker 2: biggest one was the film Sinners that got so many nominations.
- 15:33Speaker 2: Sinners got sixteen nominations, making it the most nominated movie
- 15:39Speaker 2: in history. Marty Supreme nominated Best Picture, Best Director, Best Screenplay,
- 15:45Speaker 2: Timothy Chalomay for Best Actor, Best Actor, Leonardo DiCaprio, Michael
- 15:52Speaker 2: b Jordan, Ethan Hawke, Wagner Mora, what else. There were
- 15:57Speaker 2: some snubs there. Wicked Avatar seemed to get snubbed. And
- 16:02Speaker 2: we'll get to all of this coming up on seven
- 16:04Speaker 2: to ten WR. We'll take some calls next. Eight hundred
- 16:08Speaker 2: three two one zero seven ten is the number. Eight
- 16:11Speaker 2: hundred three two one zero seven ten.
- 16:15Speaker 5: Set up pre sat on the iHeartRadio app to dou
- 16:17Speaker 5: WR to hear Mark live. Set another for Mark's podcast
- 16:22Speaker 5: to hear him anytime.
- 16:24Speaker 1: Now back to Mark Simone on wor.
- 16:31Speaker 2: Hey. We'll take them calls. Eight hundred three two one
- 16:36Speaker 2: zero seven ten is the number. Eight hundred three, two,
- 16:39Speaker 2: one zero seven ten. Let's go to Jim in New Jersey. Jim,
- 16:42Speaker 2: how you doing him?
- 16:44Speaker 6: Mark? Mark?
- 16:45Speaker 7: Yesterday you're talking about JD. Advance's wife's going to have
- 16:48Speaker 7: a baby and Kennedy was going.
- 16:50Speaker 8: To have a baby.
- 16:51Speaker 6: Uh.
- 16:51Speaker 7: The only president born in New Jersey, his house is
- 16:54Speaker 7: still there on Bloomfield Avenue in Caldwell is Grover Cleveland.
- 16:58Speaker 7: And he's the first president to get married in the
- 17:00Speaker 7: White House. He was forty nine, his bride was only
- 17:05Speaker 7: twenty one. She was the youngest first lady, and then
- 17:08Speaker 7: at the age fifty he proceeded to have five kids
- 17:10Speaker 7: while he was in the White House. Of course, he
- 17:12Speaker 7: was like Trump. He was elected, then he lost and
- 17:15Speaker 7: he ran again.
- 17:16Speaker 8: But over those.
- 17:16Speaker 2: Shurried up about this guy. So he's forty nine going
- 17:19Speaker 2: out with a twenty one year old.
- 17:21Speaker 7: He was forty nine when he got married in the
- 17:22Speaker 7: White House and his first lady was twenty one. First
- 17:26Speaker 7: and last thing, Mark, He did have one daughter who
- 17:29Speaker 7: died young. Her name was Ruth, and they named the
- 17:32Speaker 7: baby Ruth Candy bar after her.
- 17:34Speaker 2: Yeah, there you go. It wasn't after a babe Ruth anymore.
- 17:37Speaker 2: Grover Cleveland's daughter.
- 17:38Speaker 7: So what no, baby, Ruth, this sounds there you go, Mark,
- 17:41Speaker 7: Thanks for listening.
- 17:41Speaker 2: All right, thanks, it sounds really interesting. This Grover Cleveland.
- 17:46Speaker 2: Now he's the only other president. He and Donald Trump
- 17:50Speaker 2: the only two presidents who served a four year term,
- 17:53Speaker 2: did not get reelected and then ran four years later
- 17:56Speaker 2: and got back in. Now. One reason this Trump turned
- 18:00Speaker 2: is moving so fast, and a lot of people are
- 18:03Speaker 2: very impressed with this cabinet is because Trump had four
- 18:06Speaker 2: years on the sidelines to plan. You know, if you're
- 18:10Speaker 2: president for four years to get re elected, you go
- 18:14Speaker 2: right into your second term and usually most of the
- 18:16Speaker 2: cabinet leaves after the first term, and the second term
- 18:20Speaker 2: team isn't as strong, and it's just a continuation. But
- 18:24Speaker 2: when you take you know, it's like in a football game.
- 18:26Speaker 2: The reason you call a time out, it gives you
- 18:28Speaker 2: a minute to go regroup, look at what you're doing,
- 18:31Speaker 2: think about it, plan a whole minute. Can imagine he
- 18:35Speaker 2: had four years to do this. So that's why Trump
- 18:38Speaker 2: thought of everything you wanted to get done. He had
- 18:41Speaker 2: four years to look around for the best cabinet people.
- 18:44Speaker 2: And that's why there's so many things happening in the
- 18:47Speaker 2: first year. This is four years of stuff that he's
- 18:49Speaker 2: had in his head being unleashed all in one year,
- 18:51Speaker 2: even the little things like, you know, you realize the
- 18:56Speaker 2: White House needed a real ballroom. It was ridiculous to
- 18:59Speaker 2: have a events in the backyard in a tent. All
- 19:02Speaker 2: this stuff, rebuilding the upstairs, rebuilding the lobby, all that
- 19:06Speaker 2: kind of stuff. Let's go to Jay in New Jersey. Jay,
- 19:09Speaker 2: how you doing?
- 19:12Speaker 9: Yeah?
- 19:12Speaker 10: Hey, Mark, Yeah, I'm not sure if you saw clip
- 19:14Speaker 10: the you know, Fredo Cuomo. We got mad that Scott.
- 19:17Speaker 11: Jennings for calling ulegal aliens, legal aliens yea, And yeah,
- 19:21Speaker 11: I actually called Chris Cuomo's serious XM show this morning
- 19:25Speaker 11: that nobody.
- 19:26Speaker 10: Knows about it.
- 19:26Speaker 2: Right, Listen to me seriously, if you're getting up early
- 19:30Speaker 2: to listen to Chris Cuomo, I'm serious and you're calling in,
- 19:33Speaker 2: you need to rethink your life. Something is wrong here
- 19:35Speaker 2: if you've got the time to do that, if you're
- 19:39Speaker 2: not at all.
- 19:40Speaker 10: I didn't even know he had this show, Mark. I
- 19:42Speaker 10: saw it on Twitter when he posted it, and I said,
- 19:45Speaker 10: I'll just hop in to ask him about it, because
- 19:48Speaker 10: you know, I was up early and I wanted to
- 19:49Speaker 10: know what I wanted to know it.
- 19:51Speaker 2: But if early, up early, you got Larry Minty, you
- 19:54Speaker 2: got a million great morning shows, you got good Day
- 19:56Speaker 2: in New York. If you're actually up early and you're
- 19:58Speaker 2: listening to Chris Quon, I'm serious, something is wrong. You
- 20:02Speaker 2: need to rethink all of this.
- 20:06Speaker 10: Yeah, well I was calling I wasn't. I wasn't calling
- 20:09Speaker 10: him for pleasure.
- 20:10Speaker 2: No, I understand. But it's like if we came over
- 20:13Speaker 2: and you're you're just looking at porn all day. This
- 20:15Speaker 2: is not the way to spend your time. And it's
- 20:17Speaker 2: the same thing listen to Chris Cualmo. I'm serious, this
- 20:20Speaker 2: is not the way to spend your time.
- 20:23Speaker 10: Agreed, Agreed, it was, it was.
- 20:25Speaker 11: It was not that enjoyable, you know, listening to Fredo,
- 20:28Speaker 11: you know, moan and groan about about you know about
- 20:31Speaker 11: about Trump and Ice and Ice agents.
- 20:33Speaker 2: But no, you're right, and he's got this thing.
- 20:35Speaker 9: Now.
- 20:36Speaker 2: There was a big kerfuffle on the CNN yesterday. Who's
- 20:40Speaker 2: the guy everybody like Scott Jennings was talking about the
- 20:43Speaker 2: illegal aliens and there's little Dweb sitting next to him,
- 20:46Speaker 2: This little nerdy, little dweeb says, you can't use you're
- 20:48Speaker 2: not allowed to say illegal if you can't say illegals anymore.
- 20:52Speaker 2: And Scott Jennings was great and he said, I didn't
- 20:54Speaker 2: even know you. Who are you to tell me what
- 20:56Speaker 2: I can say what I can't say? And then he
- 20:58Speaker 2: said it's in the law. The law actually stayed it
- 21:00Speaker 2: illegal aliens. So then this guy keeps yelling, you can't
- 21:02Speaker 2: say illegals, and Jennings kept saying, could you tell me exactly?
- 21:06Speaker 2: I'm just curious, how are you going to enforce this
- 21:08Speaker 2: edict you've slapped on me. But and by the way,
- 21:11Speaker 2: this little duib also said on CNN he went after
- 21:15Speaker 2: Trump saying Donald Trump was involved in a pedophile ring.
- 21:19Speaker 2: I guess he's talking about Epstein was involved in running
- 21:22Speaker 2: and protecting a pedophile ring. He said it a couple
- 21:24Speaker 2: of times. Well, apparently the lawyers talked to him and
- 21:27Speaker 2: he went into hyper panic because this little dweb later
- 21:31Speaker 2: on Twitter kept tweeting out I fully apologized. I didn't
- 21:35Speaker 2: mean to say that. It was an accident. I don't
- 21:37Speaker 2: mean it. I know he's not involved in a pedophile ring.
- 21:39Speaker 2: I truly fully apologize. So because that was a hell
- 21:43Speaker 2: of a lawsuit that was coming, remind me to get
- 21:46Speaker 2: back to the idea of a Cuomo on the radio,
- 21:48Speaker 2: it's always disaster. Anytime Andrew Cuomo tries it, it's disaster.
- 21:53Speaker 2: His father, who was great a couple times, tried a
- 21:56Speaker 2: radio show disaster. The Cuomo oratory can be not bad
- 22:03Speaker 2: on stage, but on the radio it doesn't work anyway. Well, oh,
- 22:07Speaker 2: coming up next, we hope to have Steve Moore with us.
- 22:10Speaker 2: Let's see, although he's been very good the last he's
- 22:13Speaker 2: shown up every time the last few times. The brilliant economists,
- 22:16Speaker 2: one of our favorite guests, Steve Moore next on seven
- 22:19Speaker 2: to ten woor.
- 22:21Speaker 1: He's got the whole city in your radio, Marximo on
- 22:25Speaker 1: seven ten wor.
- 22:28Speaker 2: Well, the best economist around Steve Moore, who, of course
- 22:32Speaker 2: you see him all over television, you read his columns.
- 22:34Speaker 2: But Steve Moore runs the Committee to Unleashed Prosperity. They
- 22:38Speaker 2: put out the best daily briefing, news analysis. It's free.
- 22:42Speaker 2: It'll come right to your email. Just go sign up
- 22:44Speaker 2: for it. Go to Unleash Prosperity dot com. Unleashed Prosperity
- 22:49Speaker 2: dot com. Steve Moore, how you doing Mark, I'm doing well.
- 22:53Speaker 12: I thought the Trump was a superstar yesterday and Boss
- 22:58Speaker 12: really gave a lecture Fiens about how to get their
- 23:01Speaker 12: economy going, and you know, he basically said, do what
- 23:04Speaker 12: you're doing, because we you know, the latest just came
- 23:07Speaker 12: out today that the latest fourth words for almost five
- 23:11Speaker 12: and a half percent growth for the fourth quarter which
- 23:14Speaker 12: ended you know first, that's a blockbuster number. It's the
- 23:18Speaker 12: highest rid growth rate we've had on adjacent memory. And
- 23:21Speaker 12: so whatever Trump is doing, it is certainly working. I mean,
- 23:25Speaker 12: reading run rising incomes, we're seeing record high stock market,
- 23:29Speaker 12: we're seeing was a big you know, I paid two
- 23:33Speaker 12: seventy nine gallon for gas. Yes, this time last year
- 23:36Speaker 12: I was paying three.
- 23:37Speaker 6: Seventy nine a gallon. So I could go on and on.
- 23:40Speaker 12: But today it is a rocket ship economy right now,
- 23:44Speaker 12: and the Europeans are just a lead.
- 23:46Speaker 6: That's what Trump said.
- 23:47Speaker 2: Yeah, no, I don't know. I watched CNN. Apparently it's
- 23:50Speaker 2: a disaster. Nobody can afford anything. We're all going for.
- 23:53Speaker 12: Well, look, I mean I know people you know say
- 23:56Speaker 12: that economy's being Oh well, what about housing prices, what
- 23:58Speaker 12: about healthcare prices? What about eight prices? Yeah, look, and
- 24:01Speaker 12: I said, some have gone up, And as I spent
- 24:03Speaker 12: many times in your show, you should be angry about pricings.
- 24:06Speaker 12: Eighty seven percent of those costs increases would.
- 24:10Speaker 7: Happen to under Biden.
- 24:11Speaker 12: That's eight month And so the good news is inflation
- 24:14Speaker 12: is coming down and we all got trusty inflation. Uh,
- 24:18Speaker 12: you know, back to the very near the two percent
- 24:21Speaker 12: wank this target, which is huge. I mean, look, the
- 24:23Speaker 12: average inflation rate was five and a half percent that
- 24:26Speaker 12: Biden per year, and now we're at you know, two
- 24:30Speaker 12: point six percent, So that's an under improvement.
- 24:32Speaker 2: Yeah, you mentioned we're going to hit five percent growth.
- 24:35Speaker 2: This is a huge number. It's getting no coverage. When
- 24:38Speaker 2: was the last time we did five percent growth?
- 24:42Speaker 12: You know, I'd have to check. I know, we we
- 24:45Speaker 12: might watch it. One one Clinton maybe, and you know,
- 24:49Speaker 12: a couple of years under Reagan and by the way,
- 24:52Speaker 12: you're on two reminds me.
- 24:53Speaker 7: I mean, you and I are old enough to I.
- 24:54Speaker 12: May be a little older than you, but we we
- 24:57Speaker 12: But basically remember the Reagan boom in the mid eighties
- 24:59Speaker 12: when and you know, we came out of the disaster
- 25:01Speaker 12: of Jimmy Cook Peper and we had one eighteen month
- 25:04Speaker 12: period with the economy group, you know, by a voter
- 25:07Speaker 12: like thirteen percent over that period, so we can do it.
- 25:12Speaker 13: It is.
- 25:12Speaker 6: It's something.
- 25:13Speaker 12: Well, they are not limits to growth. You just get
- 25:14Speaker 12: rid of regulation. By the way, how about this one
- 25:17Speaker 12: one hundred devil regulations for every new regulation. Remember I
- 25:20Speaker 12: said he was going to he was going to eliminate
- 25:22Speaker 12: three you want, No, he's eliminated one hundred for everyone.
- 25:25Speaker 9: Wow.
- 25:26Speaker 2: Hey, I'm watching all these new leaders, the Mondani in
- 25:30Speaker 2: New York, the new New Jersey governor Mikey Cheryl, and
- 25:32Speaker 2: they keep talking about putting more taxes on business. We're
- 25:35Speaker 2: going to increase corporate text, We're increasing business. Isn't this
- 25:38Speaker 2: exactly the same thing as a tariff? I thought they
- 25:40Speaker 2: hate tariffs.
- 25:42Speaker 12: Good point. You know you mentioned New York and New Jersey.
- 25:46Speaker 12: As you know, I live in Washington area in Virginia,
- 25:50Speaker 12: and you know the new the spam Burger, who's the
- 25:53Speaker 12: new yearly elected governor of Virginia's chief took over for
- 25:57Speaker 12: Glenn Youngkin, who was a great governor. He cut that
- 26:00Speaker 12: says well Stamberg, there's only been an office for about
- 26:02Speaker 12: seventy two hours, and all of a sud Oh, we're gonna
- 26:05Speaker 12: raise this tax mat thats the sales tax, the income taxes, well, taxes,
- 26:08Speaker 12: tax Thedden tax, the tax on using Uber and you
- 26:12Speaker 12: know all of the uh, you know, the internet stuff
- 26:16Speaker 12: that she used.
- 26:17Speaker 7: You know, if you do what what do you call it?
- 26:19Speaker 12: Uber and all this stuff, they're going to tax you
- 26:21Speaker 12: on this and that and the other thing. And like
- 26:22Speaker 12: she didn't she run as a moderate breeds got and
- 26:25Speaker 12: all of a sudden, out of the gate, every tax
- 26:28Speaker 12: you can imagine is going up and down again.
- 26:30Speaker 2: Yeah, you know, the new mayor here in New York
- 26:32Speaker 2: says is going after hotels because they put all these
- 26:35Speaker 2: fees on There's a fee for this, a fee for that,
- 26:37Speaker 2: and drives up the fes they do. Isn't that what government?
- 26:40Speaker 2: And that's what they do to gasoline. It's all fees
- 26:43Speaker 2: and taxes on gasoline. Why don't they get rid of those?
- 26:47Speaker 12: Yeah, exactly, Look when you pay all these fees at
- 26:49Speaker 12: the you know, you know, as you know, I go
- 26:51Speaker 12: up to New York every week or two and oftentimes
- 26:54Speaker 12: they stay over night, and I or two nights and
- 26:56Speaker 12: I can't believe, you know, it'll say two forty nine,
- 26:59Speaker 12: and then you get the bill, it's like one fifty nine.
- 27:01Speaker 12: All these taxes that they imposed on and I'm like,
- 27:04Speaker 12: wait them in a three dollars in taxes and fees.
- 27:07Speaker 12: Almost all of those are imposed by the city, hundred state,
- 27:11Speaker 12: and gosh, I'm gonna and the next time I'm gonna
- 27:13Speaker 12: have to sleep in a hear list or something like
- 27:16Speaker 12: that because it's so expensive. But the point is, this
- 27:19Speaker 12: is government. This is the the hotels change that are
- 27:23Speaker 12: doing this. It's it's the government sees that that are
- 27:26Speaker 12: making it so expensive. And you know, you look at
- 27:29Speaker 12: the four or five state at marks that have the
- 27:32Speaker 12: highest cost of living, and you know what they are.
- 27:35Speaker 12: They're New York, Jersey, California, Illinois, and Massachusetts. Gosh, what
- 27:40Speaker 12: the Oh yeah, they're the Democratic states. And then you
- 27:43Speaker 12: know what, We're gonna lect more Democrats to make America
- 27:45Speaker 12: the more present.
- 27:46Speaker 6: Well, that doesn't make so much sense.
- 27:49Speaker 2: Hey, I saw al Gore was at the Davos. So
- 27:52Speaker 2: if you go back and watch the al Gore movie
- 27:53Speaker 2: An Inconvenient Truth twenty five years ago, now one thing
- 27:57Speaker 2: came true that he predicted, in fact most cases the
- 27:59Speaker 2: opposite had shouldn't he apologized? Everybody?
- 28:03Speaker 6: Yeah he should.
- 28:04Speaker 12: I mean what the whole climate, by the way, climate
- 28:06Speaker 12: change is yesterday I mean, I'm not. I've been to Doublas.
- 28:09Speaker 12: I didn't go this year, but I've been borders over
- 28:12Speaker 12: there who have been talked to and they said, the
- 28:14Speaker 12: one remarkable thing is nobody's talking about climate change. And
- 28:18Speaker 12: you say, it's yesterday's story. It was all a bunch
- 28:21Speaker 12: of scarce tactics by the left. We have something in
- 28:24Speaker 12: our hotline this morning. You haven't probably read it yet
- 28:26Speaker 12: because we just sent it out. Remember this idea, all
- 28:28Speaker 12: all these Pacific islands we're going to be underwater this
- 28:32Speaker 12: and you know, and they just guess what, you know,
- 28:34Speaker 12: they there's no arise in the in the sea levels
- 28:40Speaker 12: in the Pacific islands. But but everything that the climate
- 28:45Speaker 12: change uh you know, almost apocalyptics predicted has not come true.
- 28:51Speaker 12: And so by the way to get I'm in Washington,
- 28:54Speaker 12: d C. You know, which is a southern city. As
- 28:56Speaker 12: you know, Bergan, we are going to have temperatures in
- 29:00Speaker 12: the teens and we're going to get fourteen inches of stuff.
- 29:02Speaker 2: I guess they're going to well you people deserve it. Yeah,
- 29:08Speaker 2: well say that, Steve Moore, great stuff. Everybody sign up
- 29:11Speaker 2: for that daily briefing. It's this you want to sound
- 29:13Speaker 2: really smart. Get this it's free. It'll come write to

- 29:25Speaker 2: love this book. Steve Moore, thanks for being with us.
- 29:29Speaker 12: By the way, it is Trump used that language in
- 29:31Speaker 12: his speech yesterday. He said he talked about the miracle
- 29:34Speaker 12: of the United States. And I was like, yes, that's
- 29:37Speaker 12: the that'samic when I just wrote The Trump Economic Miracle.
- 29:40Speaker 12: And even Trump is using language now.
- 29:42Speaker 2: Well, he helped you guys with the book, didn't he.
- 29:45Speaker 7: Was He wrote the forward.
- 29:46Speaker 12: Yeah, I gotta get that buck, folks, the older sound
- 29:48Speaker 12: why America is booming?

- 30:09Speaker 2: for these wackos to be You've had one crazy governor
- 30:13Speaker 2: after another. We'll get to Jack Smith testifying today. Hey,

- 30:48Speaker 2: In the next hour. We'll get you all the latest
- 30:49Speaker 2: on the snowstorm. We'll get to crazy Jack Smith and

- 30:55Speaker 2: some arrests coming in that church invasion, that insurrection at
- 30:59Speaker 2: the church, and Jimmy Fayla will be with us, the
- 31:01Speaker 2: great comedian and host it will be with us in
- 31:05Speaker 2: the next hour. I'm here every day ten to noon,
- 31:08Speaker 2: or you could listen any time you want. If you
- 31:10Speaker 2: can't listen ten to noon or you miss the show,
- 31:12Speaker 2: just get the podcast any place you get podcasts easy
- 31:16Speaker 2: to listen, and don't forget on the weekend. There's a
- 31:18Speaker 2: bonus segment back after the news on seven to ten.
- 31:24Speaker 5: Mister New York Mark zimone, he's on seven ten wor.
- 31:33Speaker 2: Well, the snow is coming. The snow storm will hit
- 31:37Speaker 2: late late Saturday night. Let me get you all the
- 31:41Speaker 2: latest here. Now, there's several different models. That's why you'll
- 31:45Speaker 2: hear one forecast say six inches. One forecast will say
- 31:49Speaker 2: twelve inches, seventeen inches. There's all these different models. Here's
- 31:52Speaker 2: the one that's usually the most accurate. It has the
- 31:56Speaker 2: snow starting Saturday night, after midnight, most likely around one am.
- 32:02Speaker 2: It'll snow overnight Saturday, it'll snow all day Sunday, Sunday night,
- 32:08Speaker 2: overnight Sunday night, and it'll stop Monday morning. But it's
- 32:12Speaker 2: expected that it could leave at least six inches, some
- 32:15Speaker 2: models going up to fifteen seventeen inches. Figure six to
- 32:19Speaker 2: twelve inches, and we're pretty close. Now, we're just a
- 32:22Speaker 2: couple of days away. So forecast gets much much much
- 32:26Speaker 2: more accurate when you get that close. So it's going
- 32:29Speaker 2: to be a disastrous rush hour Monday morning. Now, the
- 32:33Speaker 2: good news is Monday's the day most people don't go
- 32:35Speaker 2: to work anymore. Monday, for most people to work at
- 32:38Speaker 2: home day. Even here at iHeart, it's pretty much work
- 32:42Speaker 2: at home day Monday, so that'll help have all day
- 32:46Speaker 2: Monday to shovel it out and clean things up for
- 32:50Speaker 2: Tuesday rush hour. Let me just check on Monday. Oh,
- 32:56Speaker 2: the highs only twenty four on Monday, which means nothing
- 32:59Speaker 2: will melt. Nothing will melt on Monday. Tuesday the highest
- 33:05Speaker 2: fifteen degrees. Okay, Actually I'm looking next week. It's going
- 33:08Speaker 2: to be around twenty degrees all week, so whatever falls
- 33:13Speaker 2: is going to stay a long long time. We're not
- 33:16Speaker 2: going to get rid of the snow that easily. It's
- 33:17Speaker 2: not going to melt away that easily. So this is
- 33:20Speaker 2: not good. But remember we used to have this all
- 33:22Speaker 2: the time. This used to be a typical winter event.
- 33:26Speaker 2: Now it's like once or twice a year we get
- 33:28Speaker 2: it and most of the time no snow, So that's good.
- 33:33Speaker 2: Jack Smith, testifying today in front of Congress doesn't seem
- 33:35Speaker 2: to be making any news. Testimony will resume a little later,
- 33:40Speaker 2: but so far he's just denying all the charges against him,
- 33:44Speaker 2: whichar well. The first charge he shouldn't have been the
- 33:49Speaker 2: Special Council. There's no reason on earth for him to
- 33:53Speaker 2: be the Special counsel. If you wanted to have and
- 33:56Speaker 2: appoint a special council to look into something, President Trump whatever.
- 34:01Speaker 2: There's about twelve hundred guys right in Washington that are
- 34:05Speaker 2: qualified to be the special Council. You would normally pick
- 34:08Speaker 2: one of them. They went halfway around the world to
- 34:12Speaker 2: fly in this weirdo from the Hague, this bug eyed weirdo.
- 34:17Speaker 2: You remember the picture him with the cape. This Jack Smith.
- 34:20Speaker 2: The reason they went all the way around the world
- 34:22Speaker 2: to bring this weirdo in. He has a history of
- 34:25Speaker 2: being a hit man, a political hit man. If you
- 34:28Speaker 2: need a Republican opponent taken out, he goes after them.
- 34:32Speaker 2: So rather than a point a normal, legitimate, balanced, fair prosecutor,
- 34:39Speaker 2: they went and brought the hit man in from the Hague.
- 34:42Speaker 2: He's done it before. He went after Governor MacDonald of Virginia,
- 34:46Speaker 2: got him convicted of twelve things. But in the final
- 34:51Speaker 2: I think it went all the way to the Supreme Court,
- 34:53Speaker 2: every conviction was tossed out and the court ruled it
- 34:56Speaker 2: was politically motivated. So that's the other history of Jack Smith.
- 34:59Speaker 2: He will get the these guys and get them convicted,
- 35:02Speaker 2: but it always gets overturned and tossed out as it's
- 35:04Speaker 2: just vicious political charges. So that's what this was here.
- 35:09Speaker 2: There was no reason on earth to have a special
- 35:11Speaker 2: counsel go after Donald Trump in a document dispute, that's all.
- 35:15Speaker 2: It was a dispute about some documents, very few documents.
- 35:19Speaker 2: But the Archives people in Washington, there's a bunch of
- 35:24Speaker 2: swamp people, you know, real left wing swamp that run
- 35:27Speaker 2: the Archives, and they loved fighting with Donald Trump. So
- 35:32Speaker 2: they came up with some documents they wanted returned and
- 35:35Speaker 2: they demanded it and Trump was appealing it, which perfectly
- 35:40Speaker 2: legal and constitutional. You're allowed to appeal it. You can
- 35:43Speaker 2: go to court, you know. And when it comes to
- 35:45Speaker 2: a document dispute where the Archives wants a document returned,
- 35:49Speaker 2: that's a court matter. You go to court, you sue
- 35:51Speaker 2: Donald Trump. It's not a criminal thing where you come
- 35:54Speaker 2: out guns blazing and go into somebody's house. It's unheard of,
- 35:58Speaker 2: it's preposterous. Hopefully this all come out today. But this
- 36:04Speaker 2: was Merrick Garland, the dirty, dirty Attorney General. This was
- 36:08Speaker 2: sleazy Joe Biden with his law fair ordering all of this.
- 36:11Speaker 2: So they not only rated President Trump's home, they were
- 36:15Speaker 2: given the okay to use deadly force. Now, this is
- 36:18Speaker 2: mar A Lago, which is basically a country club, and
- 36:24Speaker 2: it's filled with old ladies everybody, and there's one hundred
- 36:26Speaker 2: years old. Mar A Lago is a bunch of old
- 36:29Speaker 2: ladies all getting dressed up and saying how are you.
- 36:33Speaker 2: It's that's all it is. Can you imagine giving the
- 36:36Speaker 2: ok to use deadly force in there? It's absolutely ridiculous,
- 36:44Speaker 2: absolutely ridiculous. That's like giving you're gonna go to the
- 36:47Speaker 2: Southampton country Club, you have okay to use deadly force
- 36:52Speaker 2: in there. It's just absolutely ridiculous. Not only that, they
- 36:55Speaker 2: go in a thousand agents, machine guns, they go through everything,
- 36:59Speaker 2: They go through Aaron Trump's room, They went through that,
- 37:02Speaker 2: This is absolutely true. They went through Milennia Trump's underwear drawer,
- 37:08Speaker 2: just like Polly Walnuts did in The Sopranos. It's a
- 37:11Speaker 2: disgusting thing. Now, well, they were looking for classified documents.
- 37:15Speaker 2: First of all, there were no classified documents. And remember
- 37:19Speaker 2: the pictures of the boxes, thousands of boxes, stacks of boxes,
- 37:24Speaker 2: rooms full of boxes, ballrooms filled with boxes. It turned
- 37:28Speaker 2: out in the end, all they found were thirty five
- 37:30Speaker 2: classified documents. If you put it in a folder of
- 37:33Speaker 2: the thirty five. It's one inch of one box. So
- 37:37Speaker 2: all those pictures you saw, those boxes, those were not
- 37:39Speaker 2: classified documents. And the handful that Jack Smith found were
- 37:43Speaker 2: absolutely nothing. There was nothing in them. Of any most
- 37:48Speaker 2: classified documents, about ninety percent of them are nothing because
- 37:51Speaker 2: they just overclassify everything. Sometimes it's the weather report for
- 37:55Speaker 2: a battlefield, they're nothing. There was nothing in any of
- 37:59Speaker 2: the classified documents that had any relevance or seriousness. If
- 38:02Speaker 2: there was, they would have released it. They would have said,
- 38:04Speaker 2: here's what we found. They found nothing, absolutely nothing. Now
- 38:09Speaker 2: Trump had these thirty five documents. Joe Biden at the
- 38:13Speaker 2: same time had over three thousand classes. Oh actually, excuse me,
- 38:16Speaker 2: seven thousand classified documents. And that's different. You know one thing.
- 38:21Speaker 2: But the President Trump, they were his classified documents. He
- 38:25Speaker 2: legally had every right he owned them. In fact, he
- 38:27Speaker 2: could have declassified them anytime. In the case of Joe Biden,
- 38:30Speaker 2: he was just a senator and a vice president. He
- 38:33Speaker 2: had no authorization to ever take those classified documents. So
- 38:36Speaker 2: that was a different matter. But of course it was Biden,
- 38:39Speaker 2: so they let it go completely. The other thing he's
- 38:42Speaker 2: testifying about is he had an investigation Trump was trying
- 38:47Speaker 2: to corrupt and overturn the twenty twenty election. He was
- 38:53Speaker 2: trying to tamper. Absolutely not. I guess they're referring to
- 38:56Speaker 2: that phone call, the audio we've heard. He's on the
- 39:00Speaker 2: phone with a Georgia official because I need to find
- 39:02Speaker 2: fourteen thousand more votes. First of all, that's a normal thing.
- 39:08Speaker 2: It's done in every election. The al Gore team, several
- 39:11Speaker 2: members of the al Gore team have testified that in
- 39:16Speaker 2: that year two thousand, they made the same exact phone
- 39:19Speaker 2: call to every single county in Florida looking for more votes.
- 39:24Speaker 2: And if you said to the guy, I need to
- 39:26Speaker 2: find fourteen thousand votes, it doesn't mean create or manufacture.
- 39:30Speaker 2: It means go find them. It means they're there, they exist,
- 39:33Speaker 2: just go find them. Hey, today, expect somebody to get arrested.
- 39:38Speaker 2: Or the invasion of the church in Minneapolis. The protesters
- 39:44Speaker 2: burst into that church, stop the proceedings, stop the service.
- 39:49Speaker 2: It was horrifying. It's illegal. It's an actual crime. If
- 39:53Speaker 2: you read the actual law says any attempt to interfere
- 39:56Speaker 2: with or intimidate the worshippers or interfere with the service
- 40:01Speaker 2: is a felony, so expect to arrest. Now. Apparently there
- 40:04Speaker 2: was a guy who helped organize this, he's a lawyer.
- 40:08Speaker 2: It's now said he will be arrested today. So by
- 40:11Speaker 2: the end of the day you should see this guy
- 40:13Speaker 2: arrested and then a lot of the people who went
- 40:16Speaker 2: in there. Don Lemon is facing serious criminal jeopardy. He
- 40:21Speaker 2: could be arrested, so we'll see what happens. You're not
- 40:24Speaker 2: allowed to use the word illegals anymore. This is a
- 40:26Speaker 2: new thing from CNN and from Chris Guomo. I got
- 40:29Speaker 2: this whole new campaign. Now you can't say the word illegals,
- 40:33Speaker 2: but that's what they are. They're illegal aliens. It says
- 40:35Speaker 2: right in the law, illegal aliens. I guess you're supposed
- 40:39Speaker 2: to go back to undocumented, but that doesn't make any sense.
- 40:42Speaker 2: It's illegal. You've entered the country illegally. Illegally, you're an
- 40:47Speaker 2: illegal alien. That's exactly what it is. Undocumented doesn't make
- 40:52Speaker 2: any sense. If you stole a car and you're driving
- 40:55Speaker 2: it and it's not your car, are you just undocumented?
- 40:59Speaker 2: No legal you stole it. The same thing here, when
- 41:02Speaker 2: you break into the country, you've tried to steal citizenship,
- 41:06Speaker 2: I love when CNN tries to fact check Donald Trump.
- 41:10Speaker 2: You know it. I think it was at Davos he
- 41:12Speaker 2: talked about the tariffs springing in so much revenue. He
- 41:15Speaker 2: said they brought in eighteen trillion dollars, a staggering figure.
- 41:21Speaker 2: Eighteen trillion. Now, you know Trump, he can embellish. You know,
- 41:23Speaker 2: if it's ten million, he'll tell you it's forty million.
- 41:26Speaker 2: If it's a hundred million, he'll tell you it's a billion.
- 41:28Speaker 2: He loves to embellish. But the problem is CNN is
- 41:31Speaker 2: fact checking him, and the New York Times is fact
- 41:34Speaker 2: checking his speech, and they said he claimed that eighteen
- 41:37Speaker 2: trillion came in from the tariffs, Well it was actually
- 41:39Speaker 2: nine trillion. Well, first of all, I wouldn't trust the
- 41:43Speaker 2: CNN or New York Times fact check. They're probably underestimately.
- 41:46Speaker 2: But let's say it was nine trillion. If those tariffs
- 41:50Speaker 2: brought in nine trillion, that's staggering. You know, the whole
- 41:55Speaker 2: budget of the US is like four trillion a year,
- 41:58Speaker 2: four trillion a year. So if in one year we
- 42:00Speaker 2: bought a nine trillion, that's double our budget. If we
- 42:04Speaker 2: kept that up with the tariffs, we'd pay off the
- 42:06Speaker 2: debt nine trillion coming in a year that would pay
- 42:10Speaker 2: off the debt, the deafics, everything, And this is according
- 42:14Speaker 2: to CNN. So speaking of the Cuomos, Andrew Cuomo has
- 42:20Speaker 2: absolutely nothing to do ex governor who was chased out
- 42:24Speaker 2: of office the left Albany with the police. Jason him
- 42:28Speaker 2: ran for mayor, which was the most hopeless fool's errand
- 42:31Speaker 2: I've ever seen. People don't like him. He had every
- 42:36Speaker 2: advantage you could have running for mayor. Nobody could have
- 42:39Speaker 2: had the board more tilted for him. He had everybody
- 42:44Speaker 2: day and night saying vote for Cuomo, don't vote for Curtis.
- 42:48Speaker 2: And they tried to chase Curtis out of the race.
- 42:51Speaker 2: Everybody on the air day and night, even the President
- 42:53Speaker 2: United States vote for Cuomo. Who has ever had that
- 42:56Speaker 2: kind of an advantage in election. Well, even with that,
- 43:00Speaker 2: Cuomo lost, just got clobbered. And if Curtis had not
- 43:04Speaker 2: been in the race, it wouldn't have made any difference.
- 43:07Speaker 2: If he took every single Curtis voter gave it to Cuomo,
- 43:10Speaker 2: he still lost by like four points. He had no shot. Ever,
- 43:14Speaker 2: so now what does he do. He can't even he
- 43:17Speaker 2: might realize he can't run for anything. Ever, Again, you
- 43:21Speaker 2: can get jobs in the private sector. They'll pay a
- 43:23Speaker 2: lot of money to be on a board, or they'll
- 43:25Speaker 2: pay a lot of money to be a rain maker
- 43:28Speaker 2: for a firm. So he can do that, but he
- 43:31Speaker 2: needs the public eye. So from what I'm hearing the
- 43:35Speaker 2: last couple of weeks, he's been trying to get a
- 43:37Speaker 2: radio show. He's been calling anywhere and everywhere to get
- 43:40Speaker 2: a radio show. His brother Chris Cuomo is now on
- 43:45Speaker 2: Serious every morning, so I imagine that was like the
- 43:48Speaker 2: first call, Hey, set me up with sirius. I want
- 43:50Speaker 2: to talk to them. And so far we're not hearing
- 43:53Speaker 2: about an Andrew Cuomo show, so maybe that's not going
- 43:57Speaker 2: to happen there. The Cuomo style does not work on
- 44:01Speaker 2: the radio. The best orator ever in the family was
- 44:04Speaker 2: Mario Cuomo, and I loved him. He was an incredible orator,
- 44:08Speaker 2: and he was kind of a mentor for me. He
- 44:11Speaker 2: was a debate coach for me back then in those
- 44:14Speaker 2: days he was governor. We used to have a thing
- 44:16Speaker 2: where he once a month, he would come on my
- 44:17Speaker 2: show once a month for an hour and we'd debate,
- 44:20Speaker 2: but when it was over, we got off the air.
- 44:22Speaker 2: He would then go over everything I did wrong, everything
- 44:25Speaker 2: I should work on. He was like a debate coach,
- 44:27Speaker 2: just went on for a couple of years. He was
- 44:29Speaker 2: great at this unbelievable skills as an orator on stage
- 44:33Speaker 2: in a debate. But he gets out of office and
- 44:36Speaker 2: he decides he'll do a radio show. And this guy
- 44:39Speaker 2: was really hot then, so I forgure what network it is.
- 44:41Speaker 2: Gave him a big network radio show, and I couldn't
- 44:45Speaker 2: wait to hear it was disaster. The Cuomo style on
- 44:48Speaker 2: stage great on the radio, it's just all wrong. It's
- 44:51Speaker 2: like ponderous lecturing. It didn't work at all, did not work.
- 44:57Speaker 2: They had to pull that show off the air after
- 44:59Speaker 2: a few weeks, and then he tried it again at
- 45:01Speaker 2: local show. Same thing. It's just bombed. And you can
- 45:07Speaker 2: see the same thing with Andrew Cuomo. Chris Cuomo a
- 45:09Speaker 2: little better because most of his life he's been a
- 45:11Speaker 2: TV anchor, not a public speaker. But he's on Serious
- 45:16Speaker 2: every morning. I don't mind mentioning it because the hell's
- 45:19Speaker 2: going to listen to that. I love sirious, But every
- 45:22Speaker 2: they got like seven thousand channels, Each channel has like
- 45:24Speaker 2: a thousand listeners. The only thing worth listening to him.
- 45:28Speaker 2: There the Frank Sinatra channel. It's okay, but you don't
- 45:31Speaker 2: need it anymore. You know, you can do iHeart any
- 45:33Speaker 2: of those apps. You can get all that. The only
- 45:35Speaker 2: good thing Serious is the only thing it's good for.
- 45:37Speaker 2: If you're in your car, you're not near a TV.
- 45:40Speaker 2: You can listen to Fox News, or you can listen
- 45:42Speaker 2: to Fox Business. You listen to Cudlow. That's the only
- 45:46Speaker 2: thing that Serious app is good for. Hey, well take
- 45:48Speaker 2: some Jimmy Taylor will be with us in a few minutes.
- 45:50Speaker 2: Jimmy Fayler coming up. We'll take some calls. Next. Eight
- 45:53Speaker 2: hundred three to two one zero seven. Ten is the number,
- 45:57Speaker 2: eight hundred three to two one zero seven.
- 46:00Speaker 5: If you're listening to Mark on the iHeartRadio app, save
- 46:03Speaker 5: time and dap the breset button.
- 46:05Speaker 2: Now.
- 46:06Speaker 1: Now back to the Mark Simo Show on woor.
- 46:10Speaker 2: Hey, let's take some calls. Let's go to Dennis in
- 46:13Speaker 2: Long Island. Dennis, how you doing.
- 46:15Speaker 9: I'm well, Mark, good morning.
- 46:17Speaker 14: I've got a question. Why were there so many well,
- 46:20Speaker 14: why are there so many US Democrat governors attending Dobbeles?
- 46:24Speaker 14: What's that all about? I mean, we know about Gavin Houston,
- 46:28Speaker 14: but Greshen Whitmo was there, and Share from Kentucky was there.
- 46:31Speaker 14: What's this all about.
- 46:32Speaker 2: Oh well, Davos is all billionaires, CEOs, people with tons
- 46:36Speaker 2: of money. If you're a Democrat governor, you chase billionaires
- 46:38Speaker 2: all over the place because they're donors. It's like a
- 46:41Speaker 2: convection of donors. It's the most important thing for a
- 46:45Speaker 2: democratic governor. Donors, donors, donors. And you notice the names
- 46:48Speaker 2: you mentioned are people are thinking are running in twenty
- 46:50Speaker 2: twenty eight, so they need to line up these donors. Now,
- 46:53Speaker 2: most people that go to Davos don't go for the
- 46:56Speaker 2: seminars to speeches. They go to just be on the
- 46:58Speaker 2: side of what they call the sidelines where you meet
- 47:00Speaker 2: these donors, you make deals, you win them over, even
- 47:04Speaker 2: the business guys. They're there to make private deals on
- 47:06Speaker 2: the on the side. Let's go to Jerry and Greenwich. Jerry,
- 47:10Speaker 2: how you.
- 47:10Speaker 9: Doing very well?
- 47:12Speaker 15: Thank you.
- 47:12Speaker 9: Mark.
- 47:13Speaker 15: I want you to know that in the back window
- 47:15Speaker 15: of my car, I have a sign w R. Mark
- 47:19Speaker 15: ten o'clock. I love your show so much.
- 47:22Speaker 2: Now let me ask you a question. Is that car
- 47:24Speaker 2: a black Cadillac?
- 47:26Speaker 15: Yes?
- 47:26Speaker 2: You know why I know that somebody sent me a
- 47:28Speaker 2: picture of it.
- 47:30Speaker 15: Oh he did, Oh good.
- 47:31Speaker 2: Somebody saw the car with the big sign and took
- 47:33Speaker 2: Everybody should put one of those signs in the back
- 47:35Speaker 2: of their car. Listen to Mark somewho.
- 47:37Speaker 15: Another thing. This morning, I went shopping with my wife
- 47:39Speaker 15: at Stamford and I was wearing my Trump hat. I
- 47:43Speaker 15: had three ladies saying I love your hat, and two
- 47:46Speaker 15: fellows I love your hat. You're in style.
- 47:50Speaker 2: Where did you go shopping in Stanford?
- 47:52Speaker 15: At the shop right shops, Shop right store.
- 47:57Speaker 2: Oh that's a very good shop right there. You got
- 47:59Speaker 2: a lot of good supermarkets there Stanford. You've got a
- 48:00Speaker 2: big new Whole Foods right up on the hill there,
- 48:02Speaker 2: and you got a new weapons in Norwalk. And all right, Jerry,
- 48:07Speaker 2: thanks for calling.
- 48:07Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 48:07Speaker 2: I hate to break it to you, but you know,
- 48:09Speaker 2: if you put on a Trump hat and you walk around,
- 48:12Speaker 2: it could be Stanford, but even Long Island, gorgeous women
- 48:15Speaker 2: will come up to you. It's quite a phenomenon. Beautiful women.
- 48:19Speaker 2: They love Trump, they love that hat. Just wear the
- 48:21Speaker 2: hat everywhere. You'd be amazed at the reaction you'll get.
- 48:25Speaker 2: Let's go to Rich and Myrtle Beach. Rich, how you doing.
- 48:28Speaker 6: I had pretty good. Got my wife out of the
- 48:29Speaker 6: hospital this morning for a bunyan surgery, so we've been
- 48:32Speaker 6: up since five, but she's doing good now. Yeah, it's
- 48:35Speaker 6: funny you mentioned about women, because when you look at
- 48:37Speaker 6: the women on YouTube, are on TV, the Republican women
- 48:41Speaker 6: are always ten thousand times better looking in the Liberals
- 48:43Speaker 6: and these crazy, wacky white women you see in the streets.
- 48:46Speaker 2: Yeah, I'll tell you. I was going to make where
- 48:48Speaker 2: that Trump had a lot of good, really good looking
- 48:51Speaker 2: women will come up to you where Joe Biden had.
- 48:55Speaker 2: Look at the beasts that will come up to you.
- 48:59Speaker 6: They announced on TV, they announced little while go on
- 49:02Speaker 6: Fox that they arrested the person in charge of the
- 49:05Speaker 6: protests at the church. That's the arrested the second woman
- 49:08Speaker 6: in charge that was on the school board. So she's done.
- 49:11Speaker 6: And I loved this bipartisan contempt vote against the Clintons.
- 49:15Speaker 6: That shows you how irrelevant both Hillary and Bill are
- 49:17Speaker 6: that the Democrats are voting to put you.
- 49:19Speaker 2: Yeah, but you got to remember, for a lot of Democrats,
- 49:21Speaker 2: especially today's Democrats, they don't like the Clintons. They think
- 49:24Speaker 2: of them as to them, the Clintons are like uncle
- 49:27Speaker 2: Leo on Seinfeldt. They're like old dinosaurs from the past.
- 49:31Speaker 2: But thanks for calling. Let's go to Vincent and Brooklyn.
- 49:34Speaker 8: Vincent, how you doing, Good morning, Mark Marco. I'm okay.
- 49:38Speaker 8: If I wore my Doc Maga hat in the neighborhood
- 49:41Speaker 8: I live, and I probably wind up in jail because
- 49:44Speaker 8: one of these fat, Skankyipoli women would try and take
- 49:49Speaker 8: it from me, and they probably wind up with a
- 49:53Speaker 8: double slap in their face.
- 49:55Speaker 2: Yeah, you're right. Let me clarify. I don't I'm not
- 49:57Speaker 2: saying where it in the New York City. I'm saying
- 49:59Speaker 2: where it Long Island right in westwestern Connecticut. Do not
- 50:02Speaker 2: wear it in the city.
- 50:03Speaker 8: That's because where I live, which is the center of
- 50:07Speaker 8: liberal town here in Park Slope, forget it. I get
- 50:11Speaker 8: dirty looks when I wear my my my Trump pat.
- 50:15Speaker 8: They should also arrest Don fruit Cake Lemon for breaking
- 50:20Speaker 8: into that church under fourth pretenses. Mark. I often hear
- 50:25Speaker 8: you talk about the Ed Koch the eighty twenty percent rule.
- 50:29Speaker 8: All right, I like eighty percent of what Trump's doing. Yes,
- 50:34Speaker 8: I don't like.
- 50:35Speaker 2: That's fine.
- 50:36Speaker 8: Let me let please let me.
- 50:38Speaker 2: You only got twenty seconds. We got to go to
- 50:39Speaker 2: the right.
- 50:40Speaker 8: Remember before Christmas, I told you one of my packages
- 50:44Speaker 8: was being held up in Italy. It was a gift
- 50:46Speaker 8: package that had cakes, cookies and stuff for the holidays.
- 50:50Speaker 8: It was in short for sixty five dollars. They brought
- 50:54Speaker 8: it to my house. The government wanted a tariff.
- 50:58Speaker 2: All right, people don't like that test, bet Vincent, great call.
- 51:01Speaker 2: We got to go for the news because when we
- 51:03Speaker 2: come back, Jimmy Taylor will be with you, all right,
- 51:06Speaker 2: Jimmy Taylor will be with us next on seven to
- 51:08Speaker 2: ten WR.
- 51:10Speaker 5: It's the Mark Simone Show on SEVENTEENR Well.
- 51:15Speaker 2: Jimmy Fayla, great talk show host, brilliant comedian, and he's
- 51:19Speaker 2: now on WR every weeknight nine to midnight. You gotta
- 51:23Speaker 2: listen to him tonight every weeknight, nine to midnight. He
- 51:26Speaker 2: also does the best late night show on television, Saturday
- 51:29Speaker 2: Night's ten o'clock Fox News Channel with the best monologue
- 51:33Speaker 2: in television. Even President Trump came out and said he
- 51:37Speaker 2: watches that he's a big fan of it. Jimmy Fayla,
- 51:39Speaker 2: how you doing?
- 51:41Speaker 9: You know what?
- 51:42Speaker 13: I'm still rolling from that Trump tweet about my show.
- 51:45Speaker 13: But I want to break some news here because Joe
- 51:47Speaker 13: Biden also shouted me out on MySpace.
- 51:53Speaker 16: Trump Trump wrote a knife.
- 51:54Speaker 9: Note on Twitter.
- 51:56Speaker 13: Biden's over there, still getting his MySpace page together, but
- 51:58Speaker 13: it was cool mark up from the trump Man.
- 52:01Speaker 2: Well, as Donald Trump said, it's the best monologue in television.
- 52:06Speaker 2: And obviously he's a big fan of yours. So and
- 52:09Speaker 2: it's the only you know, we talked last time about
- 52:12Speaker 2: Johnny Carson. You're the only thing that's even in that
- 52:14Speaker 2: ballpark anymore. Everybody else is so political. It's like a
- 52:17Speaker 2: real good old fashioned late night talk show that isn't
- 52:21Speaker 2: so partisan. So and have you heard any more from
- 52:25Speaker 2: the President?
- 52:27Speaker 16: Really?
- 52:28Speaker 2: Just that?
- 52:28Speaker 17: And I took to a couple of guys in the White.
- 52:29Speaker 13: House who that I know, and I was like, wow,
- 52:32Speaker 13: just you know, tell the big man.
- 52:33Speaker 9: This made my day. And they were like, oh, he
- 52:35Speaker 9: loves you.
- 52:35Speaker 17: He's like, I'm surprised he hasn't said something sooner.
- 52:37Speaker 13: And I was like, get out of here, because the
- 52:39Speaker 13: minute you hear that, right and you realize he really
- 52:42Speaker 13: does watch the show.
- 52:43Speaker 16: Now, I've got to figure out how I'm going to.
- 52:45Speaker 13: Make fun of him this week without getting my house
- 52:47Speaker 13: hit in the drone strike, you know what I mean?
- 52:50Speaker 13: Because the whole point of comedy. And this is why
- 52:53Speaker 13: I was thrilled that he liked that monologue, is we
- 52:55Speaker 13: make fun of Trump in the monologue, not in like
- 52:57Speaker 13: a malicious way, but the whole point of it is
- 53:00Speaker 13: we're holding up a mirror to society and we'll kind
- 53:03Speaker 13: of laugh at it the whole thing. So the fact
- 53:04Speaker 13: that he could laugh at himself, I think is something
- 53:07Speaker 13: a lot of other politicians stands a benefit from, because
- 53:11Speaker 13: where's sure laughing at him just the same.
- 53:13Speaker 2: You know, Yeah, you can make fun of him. I
- 53:14Speaker 2: used to, you know, I believe or not. In the
- 53:16Speaker 2: old days, the nineties, I was the MC of a
- 53:18Speaker 2: million Donald Trump ros and I would make all kinds
- 53:21Speaker 2: of jokes about he never minded. And if you watch
- 53:23Speaker 2: him in those Friar's Roast or even the Al Smith dinner,
- 53:26Speaker 2: they really go after him and he loves it. It
- 53:28Speaker 2: doesn't bother him at all. So you can do it.
- 53:30Speaker 9: No, he's good. So it's good to know.
- 53:33Speaker 13: It's good to know I'm not on a government watch
- 53:35Speaker 13: list right now.
- 53:38Speaker 2: So where do we even start? Davos? Isn't that a
- 53:41Speaker 2: silly thing? That's like a convention of idiots? The Stavos thing.
- 53:45Speaker 13: It is funny, but like everybody listening has to know,
- 53:48Speaker 13: there's like a few events a year, like Davos, they
- 53:50Speaker 13: have that c CP two climate thing. It's a chance
- 53:54Speaker 13: for European leaders to fly in and do what they
- 53:56Speaker 13: do best, which is hookers.
- 53:58Speaker 9: And once they get that way, there's a.
- 54:01Speaker 13: Lot of ritzy cocktail parties and then a bunch of
- 54:04Speaker 13: empty platitudes about the environment. The best one out there
- 54:08Speaker 13: right now is the Katy Perry because for all of
- 54:10Speaker 13: the leaders and the al Gores at this climate thing,
- 54:13Speaker 13: Katy Perry showed up yesterday to lectureus about climate change.
- 54:17Speaker 13: She was the one who spent five hundred million gallons
- 54:21Speaker 13: of fuel.
- 54:22Speaker 17: So she could pretend she was an astronaut.
- 54:24Speaker 9: Do you remember that she went up.
- 54:26Speaker 13: With Jeff Bezos's wife for three minutes and thirty seconds
- 54:29Speaker 13: and told us this was like an Apollo breakthrough. I'm like,
- 54:32Speaker 13: you weren't even in space long enough to bring a
- 54:34Speaker 13: phone charger. I'm like, come on, lady.
- 54:38Speaker 2: Well boy, that al gore didn't he look like a
- 54:42Speaker 2: real dinosaur, like an old relic from another century. Boy, Yes, Puffy.
- 54:48Speaker 13: What I love about it, Mark is two guys who
- 54:50Speaker 13: spent all our lives in New York. Is like when
- 54:52Speaker 13: we were kids. If there was someone screaming at you
- 54:55Speaker 13: that he could control the weather, you put the guy
- 54:58Speaker 13: in a home.
- 54:59Speaker 9: You know what I'm saying.
- 55:00Speaker 16: You didn't give them money and say go make a document.
- 55:03Speaker 9: Like he doesn't know what he's doing.
- 55:05Speaker 13: And remember this, he's another guy who told us we
- 55:07Speaker 13: can't use so much electric electricity.
- 55:09Speaker 16: Meanwhile, now Tennessee.
- 55:11Speaker 13: Mansion has an electric bill that makes Las Vegas look fumish,
- 55:15Speaker 13: you know, like, come.
- 55:16Speaker 2: On, man, hey, Minnesota. These women, these angry white liberal women,
- 55:24Speaker 2: this is like a new phenomenon. And there's like millions
- 55:27Speaker 2: of them. They're just horrifying. And did you ever see
- 55:31Speaker 2: protesters like this before? They were never like this in
- 55:33Speaker 2: the past.
- 55:35Speaker 13: No. And you know, I used to think part of
- 55:37Speaker 13: the allure of a protest was like you'd see some
- 55:40Speaker 13: hot chick. You'd say you were on their side, and
- 55:43Speaker 13: you might get a drink afterwards.
- 55:46Speaker 16: They're not showing up. They're not those these they're not
- 55:50Speaker 16: those protests from the good old days.
- 55:54Speaker 9: I've been saying this all week.
- 55:55Speaker 13: We don't need gun control, we need nose ring control,
- 55:58Speaker 13: because everyone buys an nos ring and immediately dyes their
- 56:02Speaker 13: hair purple and.
- 56:03Speaker 16: Starts spitting on ICE agents, and there has to be
- 56:05Speaker 16: a correlation here.
- 56:06Speaker 15: I just wish there'd be one good looking.
- 56:08Speaker 13: Protester so I could find some sympathy for them, you
- 56:11Speaker 13: know what I mean. But I don't look at any
- 56:13Speaker 13: of these people and go, yeah, I'm kind of rooting
- 56:15Speaker 13: for them.
- 56:15Speaker 9: You know.
- 56:16Speaker 2: Yeah, Hey, meantime, nineteen billion went missing in Minnesota for
- 56:20Speaker 2: those daycarees, And how come they're not protesting that. Not
- 56:22Speaker 2: a word about that anywhere. I know.
- 56:25Speaker 9: It's so true, that's so funny.
- 56:26Speaker 13: And you know what's crazy about it is that one
- 56:29Speaker 13: of the reasons they're protesting ICE as hard as they
- 56:31Speaker 13: are is because they want the fraud arrests. Because people
- 56:34Speaker 13: are gonna ge arrested for fraud, like in addition to
- 56:37Speaker 13: people who got prosecuted years back, there's gonna be new
- 56:40Speaker 13: arrests from this DJ and they want them to look retaliatory,
- 56:44Speaker 13: meaning the people on the left, the Tim watas Is,
- 56:46Speaker 13: the Jacob Fries, the Keith Allison's, they're really fan in these.
- 56:49Speaker 16: Flames because when they finally get indicted, they want to go.
- 56:52Speaker 13: See Trump's coming after us, because we told the truth
- 56:56Speaker 13: about Ay, everyone knows that.
- 56:58Speaker 2: You know.
- 56:59Speaker 13: Come on, man, if Jadie Vance is having his fourth kids,
- 57:02Speaker 13: the vice president shouldn't have more kids than the average
- 57:05Speaker 13: daycare in Minneapolis, Like, come on, that's nuts.
- 57:09Speaker 2: Hey. The Clintons have been held in contempt of Congress
- 57:11Speaker 2: for not showing up. Today's Democrats they really have no
- 57:15Speaker 2: love for the Clintons anymore, do they? Yes?
- 57:18Speaker 13: But I love this though, that neither of them will
- 57:20Speaker 13: show up. They would rather go to jail than spend
- 57:23Speaker 13: the day together. Lock me up, lock him up?
- 57:30Speaker 9: You know.
- 57:30Speaker 13: And again we've seen a lot of people arrested for this,
- 57:33Speaker 13: Steve Bannon, god Pop for this. They took in Peter
- 57:35Speaker 13: Navarro for this, as you know. So there's obviously a
- 57:38Speaker 13: little bit of a double standard here. And the thing is,
- 57:40Speaker 13: the Republicans, to their credit and somewhat detriment, don't want
- 57:44Speaker 13: to arrest their political opponents. They know it looks bad
- 57:47Speaker 13: and it creates a lot of sympathy for the other side,
- 57:49Speaker 13: which is what the Democrats did when they arrested Trump.
- 57:51Speaker 13: For a lot of people, they suddenly started to see
- 57:53Speaker 13: things his way, you know, So the Democrats kind of
- 57:57Speaker 13: know they'll get away with it. I think is the
- 57:59Speaker 13: issue you there? And uh, you know for the Hillary thing,
- 58:03Speaker 13: I don't know. I think she wants to go to
- 58:05Speaker 13: jail for this, so they don't look into the other stuff.
- 58:08Speaker 17: God knows, what's that there?
- 58:10Speaker 2: Hey, Jimmy Fayal is on every night here on w
- 58:13Speaker 2: o R nine to midnight, every night, great show, nine
- 58:15Speaker 2: to midnight. What do you have on tonight show?
- 58:18Speaker 9: Oh, it's the big one tonight.
- 58:20Speaker 13: So we have Michelle Tafoya who just announced she's running
- 58:24Speaker 13: for Senate in Minnesota to try to clean up this mess.
- 58:28Speaker 9: She just launched her campaign. She's stopping by.
- 58:30Speaker 16: My show to talk about it.
- 58:31Speaker 9: Hopefully talk some sense into these people.
- 58:33Speaker 13: And you know, I'm either I'm either going to get
- 58:36Speaker 13: a good laugh or hopefully I get some of that
- 58:38Speaker 13: fake transportation money.
- 58:40Speaker 9: You got to work the angles here, you know.
- 58:41Speaker 2: Yeah to nine to midnight tonight. And don't make sure
- 58:44Speaker 2: you watch this Saturday night show. It's the best late
- 58:47Speaker 2: night talk show. It's Saturday Nights at ten. President Trump
- 58:51Speaker 2: tweeted out that he loves it. It's his favorite monologue
- 58:54Speaker 2: every week in telling so you must be writing very
- 58:56Speaker 2: carefully now. It almost puts more pressure on you know,
- 59:00Speaker 2: you know he's watching every week.
- 59:02Speaker 13: You know what, man, I promise it's all it's all
- 59:04Speaker 13: the same.
- 59:05Speaker 9: But what I'm.
- 59:06Speaker 13: Interested is, you know, at some point I'm gonna run
- 59:08Speaker 13: into him again. And you know, he's a very opinionated guy.
- 59:13Speaker 13: So I would love to talk jokes with him. Yeah,
- 59:16Speaker 13: because like I make jokes about me because I've met
- 59:18Speaker 13: Malanie and taking pictures.
- 59:19Speaker 9: Of stuff like that.
- 59:20Speaker 13: So I don't quite feel the pressure of like, oh
- 59:23Speaker 13: I better do well. I just have this curiosity now.
- 59:26Speaker 13: I want you know what I mean, I want to
- 59:27Speaker 13: know what the thing is, like, what does she seeing him?
- 59:30Speaker 13: Because the truth is mark and this is what I'm
- 59:32Speaker 13: building too. He didn't just compliment my monologue. He complimented
- 59:35Speaker 13: my wife. And if you keep complimenting my wife, they're
- 59:38Speaker 13: going to invoke the twenty fifth of minute.
- 59:40Speaker 17: I'm concerned. I'm concerned.
- 59:42Speaker 2: Oh, your wife's very good on that show. She's like
- 59:44Speaker 2: the new Joy Philbin.
- 59:48Speaker 7: She's got chopped.
- 59:49Speaker 16: She's a good hand.
- 59:50Speaker 13: Because she grew up on a dairy farm, and she
- 59:52Speaker 13: can take a joke because she has no self esteem.
- 59:55Speaker 9: You know, she's a great girl.
- 59:56Speaker 13: She grew up on a dairy farm in Ohio and
- 59:58Speaker 13: married a cab drive who was telling jokes and getting
- 1:00:01Speaker 13: Peydon mozzarella.
- 1:00:02Speaker 17: Sticks when we met.
- 1:00:03Speaker 9: So she's down for an adventure.
- 1:00:06Speaker 17: I guess it's the best way to describe it.
- 1:00:07Speaker 2: Well, it's a great show. It's every Saturday night Fox
- 1:00:10Speaker 2: News Channel ten o'clock. Best monologue in television. And if
- 1:00:13Speaker 2: you want to hear the funniest radio show, that's fascinating.
- 1:00:16Speaker 2: Great guests. It's every night here nine to midnight, Tonight
- 1:00:20Speaker 2: nine to midnight, and every weeknight Jimmy Fayla, great stuff.
- 1:00:23Speaker 2: Thanks for being with us.
- 1:00:25Speaker 17: You're the best man. I'll see you see.
- 1:00:26Speaker 2: It all right? Take care. Yeah, make sure you listen
- 1:00:29Speaker 2: to tonight nine to midnight. And President Trump really did
- 1:00:33Speaker 2: tweet out that he loves Jimmy Fayla's late night show.
- 1:00:36Speaker 2: It's his favorite monologue. Hey, we'll wrap things up in
- 1:00:39Speaker 2: just a moment on seven ten WR.
- 1:00:42Speaker 4: To Mark Simon Show Delivery the news before it is
- 1:00:47Speaker 4: on seven ten wor.
- 1:00:51Speaker 2: Well, So the snowstorm here's the very latest. Now again,
- 1:00:56Speaker 2: there's different models. Some show six inches, some twelve inches.
- 1:01:00Speaker 2: So there's all these different models. The one that's usually
- 1:01:02Speaker 2: the most reliable has the storm beginning Saturday night after
- 1:01:07Speaker 2: midnight like around one am, continuing overnight Saturday night, all
- 1:01:13Speaker 2: day Sunday, and then overnight Sunday night, and then stopping
- 1:01:16Speaker 2: Monday morning. And again there's different models, but the one
- 1:01:19Speaker 2: that's usually the most reliable has it at about six
- 1:01:22Speaker 2: to eight inches. So Monday morning rush hour will be
- 1:01:26Speaker 2: an absolute mess. But Monday's the day for most people
- 1:01:29Speaker 2: they don't go into the office. But so just bear
- 1:01:31Speaker 2: that in mind. Also, because of that, you're going to
- 1:01:34Speaker 2: see all kinds of people lined up at supermarkets and
- 1:01:38Speaker 2: all that stuff. So we'll keep you posted just throughout
- 1:01:43Speaker 2: the weekend. We'll bring you all the latest on the storm. Hey,
- 1:01:46Speaker 2: we're out of time. Buck and Clay are next. They
- 1:01:48Speaker 2: do a great show every day noon to three. Then
- 1:01:50Speaker 2: you got Sean Hannity at three o'clock, you got Jesse
- 1:01:53Speaker 2: Kelly at six, you got Jimmy Fayala at nine. I'm
- 1:01:57Speaker 2: here every day ten to noon. You could listen anytime.
- 1:02:01Speaker 2: You can listen to this show day or night. Just

- 1:02:06Speaker 2: see you tomorrow at ten. Thanks for everything. Talk to
- 1:02:09Speaker 2: you tomorrow seven ten wor
