- 0:00Speaker 1: Good morning and welcome to Bongina Report Early Edition. A
- 0:04Speaker 1: new fire breaks out in Hollywood Hills. California leadership is
- 0:09Speaker 1: exposed for top-down failure to mitigate the devastating fires. Biden
- 0:16Speaker 1: announces another 50, I'm sorry, not 50, 500 million dollars
- 0:18Speaker 1: for Ukraine in Mexico and Canada clap back at Donald Trump.
- 0:26Speaker 1: A U.S. Navy veteran cries on the stand during a
- 0:30Speaker 1: CNN defamation suit. And the Labour Party in the U.K.
- 0:34Speaker 1: votes against opening an inquiry into child rape gangs. All
- 0:39Speaker 1: this on Bongino Report, early edition. At least five people
- 0:55Speaker 1: are dead and many more injured as several fires broke
- 0:58Speaker 1: out across Southern California. More than 1.5 million customers are
- 1:03Speaker 1: without power in the state, including over 956,000 in Los
- 1:09Speaker 1: Angeles County. Buildings are gone, homes destroyed. It is truly devastating.
- 1:15Speaker 1: And last night, a new fire erupted in the Hollywood Hills.
- 1:19Speaker 1: near the iconic Hollywood sign causing rapid evacuations as nearby
- 1:24Speaker 1: is a very dense urban area. A lot of people
- 1:28Speaker 1: right now are saying that it looks like eco-terrorism. That's
- 1:32Speaker 1: the allegation. But the first fire or the first two
- 1:35Speaker 1: fires were caused naturally by the really strong winds, the
- 1:38Speaker 1: dry environment, the failure to get rid of brush for
- 1:41Speaker 1: the last 40 years. And the other subsequent fires miles
- 1:44Speaker 1: apart were created by arsonists, by climate change, climate cult arsonists.
- 1:49Speaker 1: I don't know if I buy that, but I will
- 1:50Speaker 1: tell you guys that Senator Mike Lee did tweet this yesterday.
- 1:54Speaker 1: He said, So maybe Mike Lee knows something we don't know.
- 2:02Speaker 1: Either way, I think that Sean Davis really hits the
- 2:05Speaker 1: nail on the head. He wrote, ban you from collecting water,
- 2:12Speaker 1: will lay off all your firefighters to pay for DEI nonsense,
- 2:15Speaker 1: and will refuse to put eco-arsenists behind bars, and then
- 2:18Speaker 1: they'll blame you for the fires they started and made
- 2:22Speaker 1: impossible to extinguish. And that's exactly what's happening, you guys.
- 2:27Speaker 1: I mean, like I said, the mismanagement in the state
- 2:31Speaker 1: of California, at the local state, even if we can
- 2:34Speaker 1: expand it on the federal level too, is unreal. As
- 2:38Speaker 1: this story is unfolding, you just realize how terrible Democrats
- 2:43Speaker 1: are at governing the people. They can't do it. They suck.
- 2:47Speaker 1: They're the worst. Gavin Newsom is currently lashing out at
- 2:51Speaker 1: Donald Trump of all people. Trump has nothing to do
- 2:53Speaker 1: with this. He's not in power. He doesn't live in California,
- 2:56Speaker 1: but somehow it's always Trump's fault. He's lashing out at
- 2:59Speaker 1: Trump because Trump actually tried to get Gavin Newsom to
- 3:03Speaker 1: take some responsibility here. Gavin Newsom has directed billions of
- 3:07Speaker 1: gallons of water just into the Pacific Ocean in order
- 3:11Speaker 1: to protect the Delta smelt, a small fish considered endangered
- 3:16Speaker 1: in the region. Mikey, let's throw up a picture of
- 3:18Speaker 1: this fish. We're prioritizing fish, this little tiny fish, over
- 3:24Speaker 1: really scarce water in California that could have been used
- 3:26Speaker 1: to fight fires. Trump slammed Newsom for doing this because
- 3:31Speaker 1: numerous fire hydrants have run dry in Southern California. Firefighters
- 3:36Speaker 1: are saying, we don't have the water to put out
- 3:38Speaker 1: the fires. And we're dumping water into the Pacific to
- 3:42Speaker 1: save this fish. Here is Gavin Newsom's response to this
- 3:49Speaker 1: very fair criticism from Trump.
- 3:52Speaker 2: We're in the public safety phase.
- 3:55Speaker 3: I hate to even ask this question, but the president-elect
- 3:56Speaker 3: chose to attack you, blame you for this.
- 4:01Speaker 2: One can't even respond to it. I mean, it's... People
- 4:05Speaker 2: are literally fleeing. People have lost their lives. Kids lost
- 4:11Speaker 2: their schools. Families completely torn asunder. Churches burned down. This
- 4:17Speaker 2: guy wanted to politicize it. I have a lot of thoughts,
- 4:21Speaker 2: and I know what I want to say.
- 4:22Speaker 4: I won't.
- 4:24Speaker 2: I stood next to a president of the United States
- 4:26Speaker 2: of America today, and I was proud to be with
- 4:28Speaker 2: Joe Biden. And he had the backs of every single
- 4:30Speaker 2: person in this community. He didn't play politics, didn't try
- 4:32Speaker 2: to divide any of us.
- 4:35Speaker 3: Clown.
- 4:36Speaker 1: He doesn't take any responsibility. He doesn't even address the
- 4:39Speaker 1: accusations that his priorities are backward and he's mismanaged California. Actually,
- 4:44Speaker 1: you guys, I can't even believe I'm saying this, but
- 4:46Speaker 1: in my opinion, Gavin Newsom isn't even the biggest villain
- 4:50Speaker 1: for once in this story. I swear it actually gets worse.
- 4:54Speaker 1: Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass was, of course, in Ghana
- 4:59Speaker 1: when the fires broke out. She was part of a
- 5:02Speaker 1: four-member delegation that from the U.S. selected by Biden to
- 5:07Speaker 1: attend the inauguration of the new president of Ghana. And
- 5:10Speaker 1: this makes zero sense to me because there's no reason
- 5:13Speaker 1: for a random American mayor to be taking international trips
- 5:16Speaker 1: on behalf of the White House.
- 5:18Speaker 3: Zero.
- 5:19Speaker 1: It's completely ridiculous. So she's gone. She's in Ghana. She
- 5:22Speaker 1: comes back when these fires break out, obviously, as she should.
- 5:27Speaker 1: Here is former Los Angeles mayor candidate Rick Caruso. laying
- 5:33Speaker 1: out the situation and just how ridiculous it is for
- 5:38Speaker 1: this mayor to be so absent in this time of distress.
- 5:42Speaker 4: There's no water in the Palisades. There's no water coming
- 5:45Speaker 4: out of the fire hydrants. This is an absolute mismanagement
- 5:50Speaker 4: by the city. It's not the firefighters' fault, but it's
- 5:53Speaker 4: by the city. And I'm going to be very honest.
- 5:55Speaker 4: We've got a mayor that's out of the country, and
- 5:58Speaker 4: we've got a city that's burning. And there's no resources
- 6:01Speaker 4: to put out fires. So if you look at your pictures,
- 6:04Speaker 4: you don't see the firefighters there because there's nothing they
- 6:07Speaker 4: can do. And it looks like we're in a third
- 6:10Speaker 4: world country here.
- 6:12Speaker 1: Yeah, so she's going to visit a third world country.
- 6:15Speaker 1: And her own country and her own city looks like
- 6:18Speaker 1: a third world country. And she's gone. And again, completely mismanaged.
- 6:22Speaker 1: According to Rick, the city and the country, I'm sorry,
- 6:27Speaker 1: the county have failed to mitigate this threat of a
- 6:32Speaker 1: fire because they haven't removed brush for over 40 years.
- 6:36Speaker 1: And this was a disaster waiting to happen, in his view.
- 6:40Speaker 1: On top of that, the mayor cut the city's fire
- 6:43Speaker 1: department budget by $ 17. 6 million. She cut the a lot
- 6:52Speaker 1: of money on things that are completely wasteful. For instance,
- 6:56Speaker 1: they spend money on street artists who essentially graffiti all
- 6:59Speaker 1: over buildings in the city. I mean, disgusting, ugly buildings,
- 7:05Speaker 1: graffitied all over them, funded by the taxpayers. And then
- 7:10Speaker 1: we're going to cut the fire department budget of all things.
- 7:13Speaker 1: I want you to listen to how Mayor Karen Bass
- 7:17Speaker 1: responded to questions when she returned from Ghana.
- 7:23Speaker 5: Do you owe citizens an apology for being absent while
- 7:25Speaker 5: their homes were burning? Do you regret cutting the fire
- 7:29Speaker 5: department budget by millions.
- 7:30Speaker 1: Of dollars, Madam Mayor?
- 7:31Speaker 5: If you're listening, she's just standing there.
- 7:36Speaker 1: She's not saying a word.
- 7:38Speaker 5: Have you absolutely nothing to say to the citizens today?
- 7:42Speaker 5: Elon Musk says that you're utterly incompetent. Are you considering
- 7:45Speaker 5: your position? Madam Mayor, have you absolutely nothing to say
- 7:51Speaker 5: to the citizens today who are dealing with this disaster?
- 8:00Speaker 5: No apology for them?
- 8:02Speaker 1: Nothing. Radio silence.
- 8:04Speaker 5: Do you think you should have been visiting Ghana while
- 8:07Speaker 5: this was unfolding back home? Madam Mayor, let me ask
- 8:37Speaker 5: you just again, have you anything to say to the
- 8:39Speaker 5: citizens today as you return?
- 8:41Speaker 3: No, no, no. They're going to come.
- 8:46Speaker 1: Nothing. Just got nothing to say. It's as if she
- 8:53Speaker 1: actually is saying, I don't care. I don't have an answer.
- 8:57Speaker 1: It's just, it's incredibly dismissive. I don't have to answer
- 9:02Speaker 1: to you guys. I don't have to say anything. I'm
- 9:04Speaker 1: just going to stand here stoically, silently, smugly, At least
- 9:13Speaker 1: say something as people's homes are burning to the ground.
- 9:16Speaker 1: They've lost everything. Some have even died. And she's just silent.
- 9:24Speaker 1: The L.A. Fire Department is under scrutiny as well. In 2022,
- 9:29Speaker 1: Kristen Crowley was sworn in as the fire chief of
- 9:33Speaker 1: the Los Angeles Fire Department. And her appointment made headlines
- 9:36Speaker 1: because she is the first female and openly gay person
- 9:39Speaker 1: to lead the department.
- 9:41Speaker 5: Why?
- 9:41Speaker 1: Why? gender and sexual orientation are relevant to fighting fires,
- 9:45Speaker 1: I cannot tell you guys. Apparently, it's really relevant. It
- 9:48Speaker 1: literally says nothing about how good this woman will be
- 9:50Speaker 1: as fighting fires or being the fire chief. Her obsession, however,
- 9:57Speaker 1: with talking about gender and sexual orientation happens to be
- 10:01Speaker 1: a pretty good indicator that she sucks at her job.
- 10:04Speaker 1: Speaking with NBC4 on the day of her appointment, where
- 10:08Speaker 1: she was unanimously confirmed by the city council, Crowley said this,
- 10:14Speaker 1: I'm super inspired.
- 10:16Speaker 3: She took time out of her already busy schedule to
- 10:19Speaker 3: tell us about her vision for the department's future, one
- 10:22Speaker 3: that includes a three-year strategic plan to increase diversity.
- 10:26Speaker 1: People ask me, well, what number are you looking for?
- 10:28Speaker 1: I say, I'm not looking for a number.
- 10:29Speaker 6: It's never enough.
- 10:30Speaker 3: Out of 3,300 city firefighters, only 115 are women right now.
- 10:36Speaker 3: She's already looking at ways to change that. She's quick
- 10:38Speaker 3: to point out that doing so has a greater purpose,
- 10:41Speaker 3: attracting the best and brightest for the job.
- 10:44Speaker 7: They feel included, they feel valued, and they feel part
- 10:47Speaker 7: of a cohesive team.
- 10:48Speaker 3: The chief also checks another box when it comes to
- 10:51Speaker 3: inclusivity and diversity at this department. She's a proud member
- 10:54Speaker 3: of the LGBTQ community.
- 10:57Speaker 7: That just kind of opens the door of people that thought, wow,
- 11:00Speaker 7: I didn't even know that that was an opportunity for me.
- 11:03Speaker 1: So it's so brain dead. I can't even believe that
- 11:06Speaker 1: this is relevant to fighting fires. So despite her department
- 11:12Speaker 1: being recently depleted of funds, Crowley is wasting resources on
- 11:16Speaker 1: DEI and promoting people based on their race, sex, and
- 11:20Speaker 1: how gay they are. In fact, Crowley has spent millions
- 11:23Speaker 1: of dollars creating an entire DEI bureau within the LA
- 11:27Speaker 1: Fire Department with the express goal of increasing diversity within
- 11:32Speaker 1: the department. Take a listen.
- 11:35Speaker 6: I welcome all of you in this room to join,
- 11:37Speaker 6: whether you're LGBTQ plus or not, or you're just an ally,
- 11:40Speaker 6: you have family members. Anybody that's willing to engage and
- 11:45Speaker 6: learn and grow from the opportunities that this experience has
- 11:48Speaker 6: presented me with.
- 11:49Speaker 8: The Los Angeles County Fire Department would be recognized nationally
- 11:54Speaker 8: and possibly even globally as an agency that was very
- 11:58Speaker 8: serious about diversity, equity and inclusion and made some substantive
- 12:02Speaker 8: changes so that everybody could feel safe and feel included.
- 12:08Speaker 7: It's so dumb.
- 12:09Speaker 1: It's so, so brain dead. The LA Fire Department recently
- 12:14Speaker 1: passed a racial equity plan to end systemic institutional and
- 12:18Speaker 1: structural racism in LA. And part of it is a
- 12:21Speaker 1: chart to map out the race of every single employee
- 12:25Speaker 1: to make sure that they're racially diverse enough. So like
- 12:28Speaker 1: I said, promoting people based on immutable qualities instead of merit.
- 12:32Speaker 1: None of this has anything to do with fighting fires.
- 12:35Speaker 1: And in fact, it makes people less safe. You know
- 12:39Speaker 1: what else makes people less safe? Giving away your equipment
- 12:42Speaker 1: to Ukraine. In 2022, the Los Angeles Fire Department shipped
- 12:46Speaker 1: equipment to Ukraine. That could have been a little useful
- 12:49Speaker 1: right now, I'd say. You know, every time a part
- 12:54Speaker 1: of this country experiences a disaster of some kind, we
- 12:58Speaker 1: are reminded of just how much the Uniparty hates the
- 13:03Speaker 1: American people. There are some Republicans I want to put
- 13:05Speaker 1: in this category as well. They don't get off the hook.
- 13:09Speaker 1: Their priorities are just as backwards, oftentimes, as the left.
- 13:14Speaker 1: The American people are consistently the last priority. Every single time.
- 13:20Speaker 1: The Biden admin has announced plans to provide an additional
- 13:23Speaker 1: $ 500 million in military aid to Ukraine, even in the
- 13:28Speaker 1: wake of these devastating wildfires. It's like Maui all over again.
- 13:31Speaker 1: And as angry as the citizens get, it never matters.
- 13:36Speaker 1: The priorities of our government remain backward. And you all
- 13:40Speaker 1: know I've been constantly sounding the alarm under government's funding
- 13:44Speaker 1: of the Taliban. Yes, the Taliban. But it's so much
- 13:49Speaker 1: worse than we're just funding the Taliban. I want you
- 13:52Speaker 1: to listen to former CIA intelligence official Sarah Adams.
- 13:55Speaker 7: 40 million a week that comes on the airplane and
- 13:59Speaker 7: comes into Afghanistan.
- 14:00Speaker 1: The amount of.
- 14:01Speaker 7: Money on the plane weekly is 43 million to 87 million.
- 14:06Speaker 7: But one thing I want Americans to understand is in
- 14:09Speaker 7: that bucket of the 40 million we send each week,
- 14:11Speaker 7: we are paying basically welfare to the Taliban martyrs family.
- 14:16Speaker 7: So every Taliban member who died during the war with us,
- 14:21Speaker 7: the U.S. government is paying them a stipend, the family.
- 14:25Speaker 7: So our families of Americans who died there aren't getting squat,
- 14:29Speaker 7: but we are paying Taliban families for basically dying while
- 14:33Speaker 7: attacking us. We're funding that.
- 14:36Speaker 1: This is just enraging.
- 14:38Speaker 7: And, you know, I asked a couple of people that
- 14:39Speaker 7: question straight out, like, do you not think this is
- 14:41Speaker 7: not ethically correct? And actually one person gave me an
- 14:44Speaker 7: answer of, well, it'll stop them from joining ISIS. I'm like,
- 14:46Speaker 7: the Taliban guy's already dead.
- 14:48Speaker 1: They give you these bullshit excuses.
- 14:50Speaker 7: As to why they're funding our enemies and not paying
- 14:54Speaker 7: attention to the fucking money.
- 14:57Speaker 1: We're paying the families of Taliban soldiers who attacked American soldiers.
- 15:02Speaker 1: What about the families of dead American soldiers? Nothing. They
- 15:04Speaker 1: get nothing. Fire victims, hurricane victims, families of fallen soldiers, nothing.
- 15:12Speaker 1: In fact, they get less than nothing. We get robbed
- 15:15Speaker 1: by inflation because our government pays for their foreign aid
- 15:18Speaker 1: and foreign wars by devaluing our currency. That's how it works.
- 15:23Speaker 1: And it's enraging. We're going to take a quick break.
- 15:26Speaker 1: When we come back, we are going to talk about
- 15:30Speaker 1: some Democrat narratives against Trump's idea of purchasing Greenland and
- 15:36Speaker 1: why it is a completely brain dead argument against Greenland.
- 15:41Speaker 1: Don't go anywhere. So Democrats have decided to do this really,
- 15:45Speaker 1: really annoying thing lately. At the Democrats on X wrote yesterday,
- 15:51Speaker 1: Democrats want to lower your cost. Trump wants to invade Greenland.
- 15:56Speaker 1: As if Democrats aren't wide, uh, wildly fiscally irresponsible and
- 16:02Speaker 1: are the reason prices are so high. No responsibility whatsoever. Oh,
- 16:07Speaker 1: Democrats are trying to keep prices down. Sure. Sure, guys.
- 16:11Speaker 1: And let's talk about the Democrats' priorities for a second.
- 16:15Speaker 1: Is it lowering inflation? Really? Is that your main priority here?
- 16:20Speaker 1: Because Biden just announced another $ 500 million for Ukraine. You
- 16:24Speaker 1: know what else Biden is doing? effectively banning cigarettes currently
- 16:28Speaker 1: on the market in favor of products with lower nicotine
- 16:30Speaker 1: levels via, of course, the FDA. What are we focused on?
- 16:37Speaker 1: Regulating cigarettes? Funding foreign wars? The priorities are not right.
- 16:43Speaker 1: They are so backward. And according to the former assistant
- 16:47Speaker 1: director of the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives, Rich.
- 16:54Speaker 1: Marianos, Biden's ban is a gift with a bow and
- 16:58Speaker 1: balloons to organized crime cartels, whether it's the Mexican cartels,
- 17:01Speaker 1: Chinese organized crime, or Russian mafia. It's going to keep
- 17:05Speaker 1: America smoking, and it's going to make the streets more violent.
- 17:10Speaker 1: That's his assessment. No one else Biden is focused on?
- 17:14Speaker 1: Preemptively pardoning Anthony Fauci, because he's a criminal. And he
- 17:18Speaker 1: knows that once Trump's in office... the jig is up
- 17:21Speaker 1: and he's actually going to have to take account for
- 17:24Speaker 1: his crimes. Biden confirmed yesterday in an interview with USA
- 17:28Speaker 1: Today that he's considering a preemptive pardon for Fauci. Fauci's
- 17:32Speaker 1: NIH greenlit the funding of EcoHealth Alliance, which in turn
- 17:36Speaker 1: took our tax dollars and invested it in gain-of-function research
- 17:40Speaker 1: on bats, I'm sorry, gain-of-function coronavirus research on bats in Wuhan, China,
- 17:46Speaker 1: that we all know sparked the pandemic. Fauci is partially
- 17:50Speaker 1: responsible not only for the pandemic, but also for forcing
- 17:53Speaker 1: the taxpayers to fund the creation of COVID-19. He lied
- 17:56Speaker 1: repeatedly and pushed for censorship and anti-science draconian measures. And
- 18:02Speaker 1: you know he made recommendations that had a negative ripple
- 18:05Speaker 1: effect across the nation, including in Los Angeles. Did you
- 18:09Speaker 1: know that 113 LA firefighters were put on unpaid leave
- 18:15Speaker 1: for failing to comply with with the experimental COVID jab mandate.
- 18:20Speaker 1: Some firefighters were permanently fired. California needs to be smart
- 18:26Speaker 1: about their water. You need to stop giving firefighting equipment
- 18:29Speaker 1: to Ukraine. Don't cut the fire department budget while funding graffiti.
- 18:34Speaker 1: Bring back the straight white male firefighters and the guys
- 18:38Speaker 1: who didn't take the experimental COVID jab so that we
- 18:41Speaker 1: can get this job done. The mismanagement At all levels here, state, local,
- 18:47Speaker 1: even federal, feels like weaponized incompetence and a hatred of
- 18:53Speaker 1: the American people. Mexico has responded to Trump pledging to
- 19:00Speaker 1: rename the Gulf of Mexico the Gulf of America. Mexican
- 19:04Speaker 1: President Claudia Scheinbaum suggested that the United States be called
- 19:09Speaker 1: Mexican America, referencing a historical map from the 17th century. Meanwhile,
- 19:14Speaker 1: Premier of Ontario Doug Ford said, I want to make
- 19:19Speaker 1: an offer to counter Donald Trump, who advocates for Canada
- 19:21Speaker 1: joining the U.S. How about we take Alaska instead? And
- 19:26Speaker 1: these little retorts from Mexico and Canada, they're sort of
- 19:29Speaker 1: cute and funny because even if all of Central and
- 19:32Speaker 1: South America and Canada tried to declare war on the
- 19:35Speaker 1: United States, they wouldn't stand a chance. They wouldn't. The
- 19:39Speaker 1: Alaskans alone would clobber all of the Canadians alive. And
- 19:44Speaker 1: it's just funny that the left and even people on
- 19:47Speaker 1: the right are taking Trump's strategic push to take the
- 19:50Speaker 1: Panama Canal and Greenland, maybe Canada, so negatively. Trump has bravado.
- 19:57Speaker 1: He's a leader. He also oversaw the most peaceful yet
- 20:01Speaker 1: strong administration in my entire lifetime, probably most of you
- 20:05Speaker 1: listening as well. How is Weekend at Bernie's White House edition,
- 20:11Speaker 1: preferable to Trump. We have a walking corpse representing and
- 20:15Speaker 1: running the country currently, and Democrats have the gall to
- 20:18Speaker 1: be pressed that Trump is actually acting like a leader
- 20:21Speaker 1: and making plans for America to start taking our security seriously.
- 20:26Speaker 1: Michael and I had this discussion yesterday. Why did the
- 20:30Speaker 1: war in Iraq and Afghanistan suck so much? There was
- 20:33Speaker 1: no freaking plan. There was no plan. We overthrew governments,
- 20:37Speaker 1: destabilized the Middle East, created refugee crises, accomplished nothing. We
- 20:43Speaker 1: didn't go in with a clear objective and we didn't
- 20:45Speaker 1: gain a thing. Greenland and Panama, on the other hand,
- 20:50Speaker 1: are militarily strategic. Greenland is rich in a lot of
- 20:55Speaker 1: minerals that could be useful to the United States. We
- 20:59Speaker 1: are trying to actually acquire Greenland and control the canal.
- 21:03Speaker 1: The objective is clear. and the benefit is tangible. And frankly,
- 21:08Speaker 1: I am open to having a conversation about whether Greenland
- 21:11Speaker 1: is worth the buy. You know, a lot of the
- 21:14Speaker 1: minerals that Trump wants from Greenland are going to be
- 21:17Speaker 1: used to push EVs and potentially accelerate the dystopian sustainable
- 21:21Speaker 1: development revolution, which is really about social control, not the planet.
- 21:26Speaker 1: We've talked about it before on the show. Extracting minerals
- 21:29Speaker 1: for that purpose is only helps the New World Order billionaires.
- 21:33Speaker 1: So I'm open to that discussion. Is it worth it?
- 21:36Speaker 1: Is it in the best interest of the American people?
- 21:39Speaker 1: But the criticisms right now, they're not about any of that.
- 21:43Speaker 1: They're completely brain dead. At least Trump is articulating a
- 21:47Speaker 1: plan with an end goal and a stated benefit for
- 21:50Speaker 1: the American people. The Uniparty hasn't done that in any
- 21:53Speaker 1: of our lifetimes. We've been involving ourselves in decades of
- 21:57Speaker 1: foreign conflicts with no end goal whatsoever. and no benefit
- 22:02Speaker 1: to the people. Abstract ideological goals that aren't objective create
- 22:08Speaker 1: forever wars. And America is done with those. You all
- 22:13Speaker 1: know that the Afghanistan withdrawal was wildly disastrous. It was
- 22:18Speaker 1: just horrible. And a lot of former military men went
- 22:21Speaker 1: to Afghanistan on their own accord to evacuate Americans and
- 22:24Speaker 1: American allies because the government failed to do so.
- 22:27Speaker 4: U.S.
- 22:28Speaker 1: Navy veteran Zachary Young said, was one of those guys
- 22:30Speaker 1: who offered evacuations from Afghanistan. And at the time, CNN
- 22:35Speaker 1: decided to smear him for it. The network falsely accused
- 22:39Speaker 1: Young of exploiting Afghans by offering evacuations on a, quote,
- 22:43Speaker 1: black market. A court found that Young did not act
- 22:47Speaker 1: illegally or criminally, so Young is suing CNN, saying that
- 22:52Speaker 1: the use of the term black market rendered him permanently
- 22:55Speaker 1: unemployable because it implied that Young was involved in illegal conduct,
- 22:59Speaker 1: which he wasn't. Young's defense contracts expressly prohibited involvement in
- 23:03Speaker 1: black markets. And he says he was simply charging companies
- 23:08Speaker 1: and NGOs to help evacuate their employees. Young actually broke
- 23:11Speaker 1: down in tears yesterday on the stand, describing how CNN
- 23:16Speaker 1: destroyed his business. He's suing CNN for a billion dollars.
- 23:22Speaker 1: And what's interesting about this story is the question of
- 23:26Speaker 1: why was Zachary Young in Afghanistan? because Biden botched the
- 23:30Speaker 1: withdrawal and contractors had to go in and get people out.
- 23:34Speaker 1: CNN needed a fall guy. They needed to shift the
- 23:38Speaker 1: blame on others to detract from Biden. It's always about
- 23:43Speaker 1: the narrative and the lie and twist and omit and
- 23:46Speaker 1: push that said narrative any way possible. Speaking of narratives,
- 23:55Speaker 1: the far left UK Labor Party voted against opening up
- 23:58Speaker 1: an inquiry into child rape gangs in the UK. Yeah,
- 24:03Speaker 1: against it. Take a listen. The eyes to the right
- 24:08Speaker 1: were 111, the nose to the left, 364. So the
- 24:14Speaker 1: nose have it, the nose have it.
- 24:17Speaker 6: Unlock.
- 24:18Speaker 1: They don't want the public knowing about immigrants, Pakistani immigrants,
- 24:26Speaker 1: mass raping British girls as young as 11 years old,
- 24:29Speaker 1: and they don't want them especially knowing about the anti-racism-inspired
- 24:33Speaker 1: cover-up by the UK government. It's really that simple. And
- 24:37Speaker 1: it's disgusting. And frankly, I don't know why we still
- 24:40Speaker 1: consider the UK our friends. These guys do not share
- 24:42Speaker 1: our values in the slightest. So long as they're run
- 24:46Speaker 1: by the Labour Party, certainly they're not our allies. The
- 24:48Speaker 1: Labour Party sent senior advisors and officials to to US
- 24:53Speaker 1: battleground states to campaign on behalf of Kamala Harris against
- 24:56Speaker 1: Donald Trump. They engaged in brazen election interference in this country.
- 25:03Speaker 1: UK law enforcement has threatened to arrest US citizens who
- 25:06Speaker 1: break UK speech codes. By the way, Congress is currently
- 25:11Speaker 1: trying to pass a UK-inspired Kids Online Safety Act, which
- 25:15Speaker 1: would allow bureaucrats to moderate content and impose unconstitutional restrictions
- 25:20Speaker 1: on online platforms. This is what they do. We're protecting children.
- 25:25Speaker 1: Who could be against that? But in reality, we're trying
- 25:28Speaker 1: to control the minds of the public by regulating information online.
- 25:31Speaker 1: And again, this is an EU-UK import. These guys are
- 25:35Speaker 1: not our friends. They're subversive. They don't hold our values.
- 25:39Speaker 1: They interfere in our elections. I think it's safe to
- 25:43Speaker 1: say that we don't share really any values with the
- 25:45Speaker 1: British anymore. Certainly many of the citizens we do but
- 25:49Speaker 1: not the majority of the citizens and certainly not the
- 25:52Speaker 1: Labour Party that is currently in power. They are not
- 25:55Speaker 1: our allies. Let's stop pretending like they are. And we
- 25:58Speaker 1: need that mentality in our own country too. I've been
- 26:02Speaker 1: talking all week about being clear-eyed about the tech bros,
- 26:05Speaker 1: Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos, Mark Zuckerberg. We might agree with
- 26:09Speaker 1: these men on some things, but let's not pretend that
- 26:13Speaker 1: they're acting in anyone's interests other than their own. And
- 26:17Speaker 1: don't forget the people who have mismanaged California into ash, literally.
- 26:24Speaker 1: Gavin Newsom wasting water on the Delta smelt. The mayor
- 26:28Speaker 1: cutting the fire budget and taking a trip to Ghana. Meanwhile,
- 26:31Speaker 1: the gay fire chief is preoccupied with DEI and gave
- 26:34Speaker 1: away fire equipment to Ukraine. This is top-down leadership failure.
- 26:39Speaker 1: It's people who don't really care about the citizens that
- 26:41Speaker 1: they serve. It's about recognizing when our leaders and global
- 26:46Speaker 1: allies couldn't care less about us. We have to be
- 26:50Speaker 1: honest with ourselves about who is looking out for us
- 26:53Speaker 1: and who is prioritizing their own interests or some abstract
- 26:56Speaker 1: ideological goal that's completely inconsistent with American or Christian values.
- 27:02Speaker 1: And ultimately, this gets to the erosion of trust in
- 27:05Speaker 1: institutions that were once built to serve the common good.
- 27:09Speaker 1: When our leaders fail to fulfill their most basic duties,
- 27:12Speaker 1: it becomes clear that we're no longer dealing with a
- 27:15Speaker 1: system of governance but a self-serving elite that is disconnected
- 27:19Speaker 1: from from the reality of the people they're supposed to represent.
- 27:22Speaker 1: And the question is, how do we rebuild this trust
- 27:25Speaker 1: and demand accountability, not just from these individual leaders, but
- 27:29Speaker 1: from the entire system that continues to fail us? Donald
- 27:35Speaker 1: Trump has been elected president, and that is a huge victory.
- 27:39Speaker 1: But Californians are still suffering, and they're going to continue
- 27:43Speaker 1: to suffer under a Trump presidency. The fight isn't over
- 27:48Speaker 1: with a Trump election win. We can't just sit back
- 27:51Speaker 1: and relax. And people in places like Los Angeles need
- 27:54Speaker 1: to decide if they want to continue on this path
- 28:00Speaker 1: of destruction or they want to make their city great again.
- 28:04Speaker 1: Liberalism feels nice, but what's not nice is when your
- 28:07Speaker 1: house burns down thanks to 40 years of brush buildup
- 28:10Speaker 1: and all your fire chief cares about is hiring more gays.
- 28:14Speaker 1: It's up to the people to decide whether they're going
- 28:17Speaker 1: to choose sanity and dignity or continue on this path
- 28:21Speaker 1: of destruction. And with that, you guys, thank you so
- 28:24Speaker 1: much for tuning in. If you want to listen to
