Easy Beer Bread
Ingredients:
1 12 oz bottle or can of beer
3 cups flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons sugar
4 tablespoons (½ stick) butter melted
Directions:
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Make a well in the center and pour the beer into the well. Stir until combined. Pour mixture into a greased 9x5 loaf plan.
