- 2:17Speaker 2: Oh. We have Mama in the house.
- 2:20Speaker 1: Oh, it's a family.
- 2:24Speaker 2: See Mama. I kept her off screen. But I'm Terry
- 2:28Speaker 2: true Crime.
- 2:30Speaker 1: And I'm Mama.
- 2:32Speaker 2: And normally, guys, we dive into the most jaw dropping
- 2:37Speaker 2: true crime stories. But tonight we have a special co
- 2:40Speaker 2: host who will be sharing the dark side of the
- 2:43Speaker 2: Pride Lando.
- 2:45Speaker 1: And also here she's like my youngest fan, she is.
- 2:51Speaker 1: I love her. Well, y'all. We have the one and
- 2:54Speaker 1: only Monkey Bites. That's right, Terry true Crime's granddaughter, and
- 2:58Speaker 1: she will be sharing with us the story worry of
- 3:00Speaker 1: a royal crime in the Pride Lands. Welcome Monkey.
- 3:04Speaker 4: Bye.
- 3:05Speaker 1: You can't see her, but I can Monkey. But why
- 3:08Speaker 1: don't you tell us a little bit about yourself? Just
- 3:11Speaker 1: a little bit.
- 3:14Speaker 4: Well, in five months, I'm turning thirteen.
- 3:19Speaker 2: Oh seriously, did you have to start with that? I
- 3:25Speaker 2: told you to say you're twelve.
- 3:29Speaker 1: That's exciting. What else?
- 3:31Speaker 2: What else?
- 3:34Speaker 4: Well as your law know, We've recently gotten two new
- 3:37Speaker 4: baby goats and I've been hanging out with them. They've
- 3:41Speaker 4: been taking naps in my bed with me.
- 3:43Speaker 1: Oh my gosh, you're so lucky. That's adorable. Which one's
- 3:48Speaker 1: your favorite?
- 3:48Speaker 2: You know you have one mine Grasco. So the two
- 3:55Speaker 2: baby goats, one has blue eyes, one has brown eyes,
- 3:59Speaker 2: So the brown goat is mine, the blue eyed goat
- 4:02Speaker 2: is her, so that matches our eye colors.
- 4:04Speaker 1: Oh, I love that. Look are you answer that? That's
- 4:06Speaker 1: so cute.
- 4:08Speaker 2: And just to let everybody know why, we do not
- 4:11Speaker 2: have monkey butt on camera in case you're new here
- 4:14Speaker 2: or if you didn't catch the last episode, we are
- 4:18Speaker 2: not putting her face on camera doing that. Guys, we
- 4:23Speaker 2: cover true crime. We are doing the Chase Lackey case.
- 4:26Speaker 2: We call out ass hat and the pos I do
- 4:32Speaker 2: not want to subject her to doing that. So she
- 4:36Speaker 2: is here. I can reach out and touch her, and
- 4:39Speaker 2: we are sharing a microphone.
- 4:42Speaker 1: It's very adorable.
- 4:43Speaker 2: She just waved to everybody, you can put your hand
- 4:46Speaker 2: in the camera and way. So I also I only
- 4:53Speaker 2: share actual photos of her on my personal private pages,
- 4:58Speaker 2: and I keep those very selective and not everybody does that,
- 5:03Speaker 2: but it's just something that we do here.
- 5:06Speaker 1: Yes, I have a gigantic green screen behind me, so
- 5:09Speaker 1: that way my little Lama doesn't accidentally get on screen either.
- 5:13Speaker 2: So I can't wait to meet little Lama because his
- 5:16Speaker 2: birthday is right before the magic happening.
- 5:21Speaker 1: Soon it'll be his fourteenth birthday.
- 5:25Speaker 2: Growth he's a year old. That's too old.
- 5:31Speaker 1: Oh boy, well, let's uh look.
- 5:36Speaker 2: At uncle Jeffo wants us to put the mask on
- 5:39Speaker 2: her face. So, guys, we did buy her a mask
- 5:43Speaker 2: to wear. It's right there if you want to put
- 5:45Speaker 2: it on. She's been dying to put this on.
- 5:49Speaker 1: If you're not wearing it for the whole show, you're
- 5:51Speaker 1: gonna suck loud. Girl.
- 5:53Speaker 2: Yeah, you can show them you and the mask, but
- 5:55Speaker 2: you can't wear it the whole thing because they would
- 5:57Speaker 2: never hear you walk around.
- 5:59Speaker 1: I'm sorry, meeting price with my dinneral like just came.
- 6:02Speaker 2: So we did get her a mask.
- 6:05Speaker 1: Oh wow, that's not terrifying at all.
- 6:09Speaker 2: Right, I love that. Go take it off and sit down.
- 6:15Speaker 2: So guys, it is July. Today is July first. For
- 6:20Speaker 2: some of us that are extra like me and a
- 6:24Speaker 2: fellow girlfriend. It is also birthday month.
- 6:30Speaker 1: Jeff was terrified.
- 6:33Speaker 2: Jeffa, you should be thankful for those that don't know,
- 6:37Speaker 2: Jeffa is my oldest son. I almost pulled out the
- 6:42Speaker 2: picture of you and your fellow friends dress up as
- 6:46Speaker 2: lion king at our house when yeah, but I didn't.
- 6:52Speaker 2: So you should be thankful because that's terrifying that I
- 6:55Speaker 2: have that photo.
- 6:57Speaker 1: I love that. Do you want to play? I know
- 7:00Speaker 1: she's going to bring them to Ohio. I know it
- 7:03Speaker 1: and just know it.
- 7:07Speaker 2: Probably Terry.
- 7:10Speaker 1: That's what I'm about.
- 7:10Speaker 2: That we are going to be live Lama and I
- 7:14Speaker 2: in person in Marion, Ohio. Guys, in just eighteen days.
- 7:21Speaker 1: I know we both can be in everything. Though, I
- 7:25Speaker 1: must say, Captain and I were very disappointed that the
- 7:29Speaker 1: Airbnb that was literally Bill Murray themed, the whole house
- 7:33Speaker 1: was amazing, got fetoed because it only had one bathroom.
- 7:38Speaker 1: I'm going to stay there though someday.
- 7:40Speaker 2: Okay, well you can, but with all of us, we
- 7:42Speaker 2: need more than one bathroom. Just saying, just saying, especially
- 7:47Speaker 2: if the Dwarfs besides to make a visit. Now, guys,
- 7:51Speaker 2: we will be covering the two Ohio specific cases. We
- 7:56Speaker 2: are going to be covering the disappearance of Andy Chapman
- 7:59Speaker 2: and the unsolved murder of Joey la Butte. Now, guys,
- 8:03Speaker 2: we are going to be at the Blend of seven
- 8:05Speaker 2: Winery in downtown Marion, Ohio. Tickets are on sell now, guys.
- 8:11Speaker 2: I think there's only five tickets left.
- 8:14Speaker 1: Oh wow, are you really?
- 8:15Speaker 2: Oh my goodness, I think there's five. It's either five
- 8:17Speaker 2: or six. That is all that's left. Guys. We could
- 8:22Speaker 2: sell out, could you imagine? And first.
- 8:29Speaker 1: Four people I know. I don't even know the people,
- 8:33Speaker 1: So that's.
- 8:34Speaker 2: That is what is so great about it. We don't
- 8:36Speaker 2: know everybody. So tickets are on cell now. You can
- 8:40Speaker 2: follow the link that we just dropped into the chat. Guys.
- 8:45Speaker 2: Space is very limited. Also, if you want to see
- 8:49Speaker 2: Lama and I closer to you, all you've got to
- 8:52Speaker 2: do is send us an email at Terry at TCWT
- 8:56Speaker 2: media dot com or Tara at tcwtmedia dot com and
- 9:02Speaker 2: maybe we will come and see you there. But guys,
- 9:07Speaker 2: if you're a member, you do not have to come
- 9:10Speaker 2: all the way to Ohio. We will be live streaming
- 9:14Speaker 2: the show for you guys. So if you're not a member,
- 9:18Speaker 2: you just go up and hit that joined button. We
- 9:20Speaker 2: have multiple different platforms, something for everyone, and if you
- 9:25Speaker 2: want to support us, it helps keep the light on,
- 9:29Speaker 2: helps keep us in skittles, wine, fringe fries.
- 9:35Speaker 1: Yes, I'm sorry, I'm still hungry. You haven't eaten today?
- 9:40Speaker 2: Hey, I would be eating. And also, guys, while we're
- 9:43Speaker 2: in Ohio, we will also be doing some impromptu live
- 9:47Speaker 2: streaming and I have things planned.
- 9:51Speaker 1: Well. Boy, oh boy, I become a member for July,
- 9:54Speaker 1: that's for sure.
- 9:55Speaker 2: It's a monkey butt just said. Oh no, the monkey
- 10:00Speaker 2: bet knows me.
- 10:01Speaker 1: Well, well, pray for me monkey.
- 10:04Speaker 2: I am drinking tonight a new cocktail. It is called
- 10:11Speaker 2: the Cotton Candy Martini.
- 10:13Speaker 1: Oh.
- 10:15Speaker 2: It contains the Cotton Candy Liquid Ivy Flavor packet with
- 10:21Speaker 2: sparkling water.
- 10:22Speaker 1: And Tito's Oh nice.
- 10:25Speaker 2: And I'm just gonna say I like it.
- 10:31Speaker 1: I'm getting from like Karen Reid. I think the first
- 10:36Speaker 1: trial they said they were drinking like vodka with crystal
- 10:39Speaker 1: light or something like that.
- 10:41Speaker 2: It's kind of like that kind of mind. What are
- 10:46Speaker 2: you drinking? We know you're having French fries. What are
- 10:48Speaker 2: you drinking?
- 10:49Speaker 1: I'm drinking shan tequila, but in some v eight mango
- 10:56Speaker 1: peach juice, not not splash reul. Okay, so like smooth
- 11:00Speaker 1: V eight, but it's delicious.
- 11:04Speaker 2: I'm not a vie girl now, monkey. But what are
- 11:07Speaker 2: you drinking tonight?
- 11:09Speaker 4: I'm drinking a Martellis Sparkling. Martelli's Sparkling Blush is a
- 11:17Speaker 4: non alcoholic sparkling blush made in the US from fresh
- 11:22Speaker 4: apples with a hen and raspberry juice that is always refreshing.
- 11:27Speaker 1: I love it.
- 11:30Speaker 2: She's drinking it in a true crab and winestime glass.
- 11:33Speaker 1: I love that. I love that.
- 11:37Speaker 2: Oh and she would like me to present the bottle
- 11:39Speaker 2: to you, guys.
- 11:40Speaker 1: Oh that's a fancy bottle.
- 11:44Speaker 2: Your siblings are there too. Jacob and Cam are my
- 11:49Speaker 2: other grand kids. That is my little Jacob in Cam.
- 11:58Speaker 1: I love just so. It's a family affair and I
- 12:04Speaker 1: love it.
- 12:04Speaker 2: I'm just here, Jeff, you better watch it because I
- 12:09Speaker 2: will start telling secrets on you. Jess saying, well, guys,
- 12:15Speaker 2: we all love to just sit here and chat and
- 12:17Speaker 2: hang out, but let's get into what we are calling
- 12:22Speaker 2: a royal crime in the pride Land. Okay, So, monkey, Bet,
- 12:28Speaker 2: I hope you have wet your whistle with your sparkling
- 12:31Speaker 2: blush wine. Oh Lama, Oh you just got uncle jeffa
- 12:41Speaker 2: no mama into the family. I love that, Jeff, she
- 12:46Speaker 2: was already here.
- 12:48Speaker 1: I've been begging her to adopt me, even I'm going
- 12:50Speaker 1: to be forty. But I think that's okay, that's okay.
- 12:55Speaker 2: I mean, hey, I'm going to be fifty five. I mean,
- 12:59Speaker 2: so what fifteen years older? I can be your mom.
- 13:02Speaker 1: That's true, that's true. I suppose.
- 13:06Speaker 2: First of all, monkey, but she is say that louder
- 13:15Speaker 2: into the microphone.
- 13:16Speaker 1: You look funny, Thanks, babe, but you're so sweet.
- 13:24Speaker 2: I don't know, but I want you to tell us
- 13:28Speaker 2: what made you want to talk about the Lion King
- 13:32Speaker 2: movie like it's a true crime case.
- 13:36Speaker 4: I wanted to talk about it because really, Scar really
- 13:41Speaker 4: just told lies and everybody just thought it was an accident.
- 13:48Speaker 1: That's Scar does.
- 13:50Speaker 2: It kind of sounds like some of the people in Canton.
- 13:56Speaker 2: For the adults who know what I'm talking about, the
- 13:58Speaker 2: Karen Reid christ I wouldn't know what you thought was
- 14:03Speaker 2: the most dramatic part at the whole beginning of the story.
- 14:11Speaker 4: I thought it was when.
- 14:16Speaker 2: When she just got stage fright.
- 14:23Speaker 1: No reason. I remember, it's just us talking David's fine, Jeffa.
- 14:29Speaker 2: We do not discuss politics on this channel now or ever.
- 14:33Speaker 2: But I love you. That's why she sucked because monkey
- 14:38Speaker 2: butt saw it.
- 14:42Speaker 4: I thought the most dramatic part in the line king
- 14:46Speaker 4: was when Symbol was born because all of the animals.
- 14:49Speaker 1: And that's true, that was a big event, right, future
- 14:54Speaker 1: king of pride Land.
- 14:57Speaker 2: That's a pretty big deal. That a pretty big deal. Now, question,
- 15:05Speaker 2: how would you describe Mufasa as a king?
- 15:09Speaker 4: I would describe Mufasa as a kind and trustworthy king.
- 15:16Speaker 4: Anybody's could trust.
- 15:20Speaker 2: Trust is a big deal.
- 15:22Speaker 1: Huh for sure.
- 15:24Speaker 2: Now, question what did you think Scar was like in
- 15:29Speaker 2: the very beginning and did anything seem off to you?
- 15:35Speaker 4: Yeah? He he was being a lot more nice to
- 15:42Speaker 4: Symbol when he was a cub.
- 15:46Speaker 2: Was he being genuinely nice or was he being fake nice?
- 15:51Speaker 1: Nice? Unhappy about that even though it was his nephew.
- 15:57Speaker 1: Huh yeah.
- 16:01Speaker 2: Now, if you were to give a title to the
- 16:06Speaker 2: very beginning of this story, what would it be very.
- 16:13Speaker 4: Beginning of the story. I would call it.
- 16:21Speaker 1: Murder Mystery Murder, Mystery.
- 16:26Speaker 2: Mystery murder.
- 16:27Speaker 1: I like that.
- 16:29Speaker 2: I like that.
- 16:31Speaker 1: I would love to see the Lion King the musical
- 16:34Speaker 1: but murdered, like, oh, that'd be amazing.
- 16:40Speaker 2: I think it would be great. Okay, now you're ready
- 16:44Speaker 2: because now Lama is going to ask you some questions
- 16:47Speaker 2: about the red flags.
- 16:49Speaker 1: Yes so, Monkey, butte So when Scar talks the Simba
- 16:54Speaker 1: or Fasa, what's his vibe? Like creepy face not big guys, Like,
- 17:00Speaker 1: what what kind of vibe this Scar had when he's
- 17:03Speaker 1: talking to his brother and nephew.
- 17:07Speaker 4: When he talks to Simba, he's more like both, But
- 17:14Speaker 4: when he talks to his brothers Move Fassa, he's more
- 17:19Speaker 4: like big nice like when he missed the beginning mm hm.
- 17:23Speaker 4: And if you have all seen the new move Fossa,
- 17:26Speaker 4: you know what he meant when the first time he
- 17:29Speaker 4: talked to Move.
- 17:31Speaker 1: Not seen the new my Fossa yet? Actually, so you.
- 17:34Speaker 2: Can't see me. I'm the spoiler and give away things.
- 17:38Speaker 2: Lama is not the.
- 17:39Speaker 1: Spoiler, that's true.
- 17:43Speaker 2: It is the backstory. It's what they call the prequel.
- 17:46Speaker 4: The backstory of MoU Foss's life.
- 17:49Speaker 1: I didn't know that is that on Disney right now?
- 17:52Speaker 2: It is?
- 17:52Speaker 1: It is?
- 17:54Speaker 2: Or did they just take it off? Oh sorry, Cammy,
- 18:03Speaker 2: that's okay. Welcome to Hey I'm here and Mama just
- 18:08Speaker 2: spoiled it for you. Cammy.
- 18:10Speaker 1: Oh okay, I don't I think we're anyway. Next question, so,
- 18:15Speaker 1: how does Scar act during the elephant graveyard scene, because
- 18:20Speaker 1: he seemed all suspicious.
- 18:22Speaker 4: He seems like suspicious because he was trying to make
- 18:28Speaker 4: it sound all symp symbol would go to there and
- 18:34Speaker 4: get in trouble because he wanted the hyenas to get in.
- 18:39Speaker 4: And he was very suspicious because he was acting like
- 18:42Speaker 4: it was a good place and he was like, oh,
- 18:45Speaker 4: you weren't supposed to know that.
- 18:49Speaker 1: M So he's been very manipulentive. Some might even call
- 18:52Speaker 1: it a little bit of premeditation.
- 18:55Speaker 2: I agree, And as someone who loves elephants, I never
- 19:00Speaker 2: want to see an elephant graveyard and it is never cool.
- 19:04Speaker 1: Oh no, it's like super sad. I thought about that
- 19:09Speaker 1: until now, about how many elephants it would have taken
- 19:11Speaker 1: to my graveyard? Now I think about it, Oh no,
- 19:14Speaker 1: the corse.
- 19:16Speaker 2: I think, say, would you stop and think about it?
- 19:19Speaker 2: It's horrific.
- 19:20Speaker 1: I literally have never thought about that until like just now.
- 19:24Speaker 1: So that's great, now, monkey, But do you think Scar
- 19:29Speaker 1: meant to blame Simba the whole time?
- 19:33Speaker 4: Yes, because at the very end he tells everybody that
- 19:39Speaker 4: Simba did it because he previously knew that. Simba thought
- 19:44Speaker 4: it was his fault when he was a cop.
- 19:46Speaker 1: M I was gonna say it right, just blame it
- 19:49Speaker 1: on the kid, right.
- 19:50Speaker 4: Simba thought that he had just fallen, but he didn't
- 19:54Speaker 4: know that Scar had pushed him down until the very
- 19:57Speaker 4: end where Scar said when they were fire, scarce it.
- 20:01Speaker 4: Oh this looks familiar.
- 20:03Speaker 1: Oh yeah, that's truely, just say that right now.
- 20:08Speaker 2: We have a question. Do you do we know how
- 20:10Speaker 2: Scar got his scar?
- 20:12Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 20:13Speaker 4: In the.
- 20:16Speaker 2: Is it in the current movie or is it in
- 20:17Speaker 2: the Mufasa movie. Then you'll just tell I have to
- 20:21Speaker 2: tell this listener. They'll have to hope that we do
- 20:25Speaker 2: time too.
- 20:28Speaker 1: That way, Lama has time to go watch my foster
- 20:30Speaker 1: because I didn't know it was out yet. If I
- 20:31Speaker 1: knew it was that, I would have watched it today
- 20:33Speaker 1: before the show. I had no idea, So lucky bye.
- 20:39Speaker 1: If you were the detective in this case, how would
- 20:43Speaker 1: you describe Scar's plan?
- 20:49Speaker 4: I would describe it as he was trying to manipulate
- 20:58Speaker 4: Simba to go to the little canyon place where the
- 21:05Speaker 4: stampede happens, so Scar could die. I mean, Moufossa could
- 21:11Speaker 4: die because Scar has always wanted to be king, because
- 21:17Speaker 4: he was meant to be king.
- 21:21Speaker 1: Came along before that wretched Mufasa came along and spoiled
- 21:27Speaker 1: his plans.
- 21:30Speaker 4: Movie in.
- 21:34Speaker 2: See there we go. Just play the movie and you
- 21:36Speaker 2: can see the evidence. Now I have a question, how
- 21:42Speaker 2: did the stampede scene make you feel?
- 21:46Speaker 4: It kind of made me sad because at the very end,
- 21:51Speaker 4: at the end of the day, when you see that
- 21:55Speaker 4: Mufasa died, you didn't really deserve that because he never
- 21:59Speaker 4: really ought to watch his kid grow up, and he
- 22:02Speaker 4: didn't do anything wrong.
- 22:05Speaker 2: Okay, must make me cry.
- 22:09Speaker 1: It's so sad because he just thought he was trying
- 22:12Speaker 1: to keep his old baby safe and then he died
- 22:15Speaker 1: in the process of that. The tale as old as
- 22:18Speaker 1: time and all Disney and picks our movies depends.
- 22:24Speaker 4: I I feel that because Simple thinks that it's all
- 22:29Speaker 4: his fault. That's the only reason he ran away because
- 22:33Speaker 4: he thought it was his fault.
- 22:36Speaker 1: But even if it was his fault, even if it
- 22:40Speaker 1: was his fault, it also wasn't his fault exactly.
- 22:45Speaker 2: I was getting ready to say, how did it make
- 22:48Speaker 2: you feel when yes, there's Catherine. How did it make
- 22:56Speaker 2: you feel when Scar told Simba to leave and to
- 23:01Speaker 2: never come back?
- 23:04Speaker 4: It made me sad because that was his home. He
- 23:10Speaker 4: was meant to be king, but then scored to get
- 23:13Speaker 4: over and he destroyed the Pride dark click out graveyard.
- 23:21Speaker 1: Yeah, isn't do a very good job.
- 23:26Speaker 4: He does it and then he ate all of the animals.
- 23:34Speaker 1: Well, hey, the circle of life. They literally tell you
- 23:38Speaker 1: that at the beginning of the movie.
- 23:41Speaker 2: So now there is So now let's get into the
- 23:47Speaker 2: hakuna matata error and guess what, guys, Hakuna matata. Hakuna
- 23:54Speaker 2: matata no common phrase means no, I am getting looks
- 24:01Speaker 2: of daggers just to get them.
- 24:03Speaker 1: She's like, they are too cool to be on YouTube?
- 24:12Speaker 1: All right, So what have we got next?
- 24:15Speaker 2: And just so everyone is here, Catherine Tree, Hello, is
- 24:19Speaker 2: the one who made me eat cal tongue?
- 24:26Speaker 1: I think you bring it up like at least once
- 24:28Speaker 1: a week, at least at least let's week.
- 24:32Speaker 2: So all, but you want to ask us about the exile?
- 24:38Speaker 1: Oh yes, at.
- 24:42Speaker 2: Catherine, I love tongue, but not cal tongue.
- 24:45Speaker 1: Oh okay, and this is a show, all right? What's
- 24:51Speaker 1: life like? For Simba away from home.
- 24:57Speaker 4: Well life mm hmm for him just like he got
- 25:02Speaker 4: away and he didn't have to worry about anything because
- 25:07Speaker 4: he didn't want to face the past.
- 25:10Speaker 2: That's a really good It's that is really good. So
- 25:16Speaker 2: he's ran from it.
- 25:21Speaker 1: And have no worries for the rest of his days.
- 25:24Speaker 1: Really all right? So side note, though, monkey, what is
- 25:31Speaker 1: your favorite Temo and Pumbo moment? It's a hard one
- 25:35Speaker 1: because there's a lot of them. Far.
- 25:39Speaker 4: My favorite part is when at the very end the
- 25:44Speaker 4: hyenas made Poomboo mad, so he charged at them.
- 25:51Speaker 1: Oh, I love that.
- 25:52Speaker 2: What's your favorite part, Lava. I want to see if
- 25:56Speaker 2: it's what I think it is. I'm gonna whisper in
- 25:58Speaker 2: her ear and see if it see if I got
- 26:02Speaker 2: it right.
- 26:04Speaker 1: My favorite pressures I know right? Oh gosh, I don't
- 26:11Speaker 1: know what my favorite part is. I can tell you
- 26:14Speaker 1: my favorite character is Zazu. I love Zazu is great,
- 26:19Speaker 1: Zasu is my favorite.
- 26:22Speaker 2: You know what, Everybody to drop your favorite character into
- 26:28Speaker 2: the chat and tell us who your favorite is, because
- 26:32Speaker 2: my favorite that cappened is what I thought. I'm just
- 26:38Speaker 2: gonna say that's what I whispered in her ear. Yeah.
- 26:44Speaker 1: So every time I hear the Coconut song, it always
- 26:48Speaker 1: runs and coca nuts. Sorry anyway, Okay, so next MONTHY
- 26:58Speaker 1: do you think Samba is really happy though, or it's
- 27:02Speaker 1: just pretending everything's okay.
- 27:06Speaker 4: I think he's just pretending everything's okay because that one
- 27:11Speaker 4: night where they were looking at the stars and he
- 27:17Speaker 4: told us Timone and Poomba about what his dad said
- 27:23Speaker 4: about the stars about their kings and they were laughing.
- 27:27Speaker 4: I feel like that brought back everything and he really
- 27:32Speaker 4: did miss home.
- 27:33Speaker 1: Yeah, that's so good, so good.
- 27:38Speaker 4: And then the CITs he finally met Rafiki again.
- 27:45Speaker 1: He's wild. Okay, So what kind of evidence shows that
- 27:52Speaker 1: Samba still misses his hands aside from this wonderful story
- 27:56Speaker 1: you just told us about the stars, that.
- 28:03Speaker 4: The part where he brung up the stars, and I
- 28:08Speaker 4: really think it really had effect on effect on him
- 28:14Speaker 4: when Nana came back looking for him and told him
- 28:19Speaker 4: about how much the scar had displayed the parent.
- 28:25Speaker 2: Now I was getting ready to ask, uh, what was
- 28:30Speaker 2: your first impression of Nala as a cub?
- 28:36Speaker 4: My first impression of her when she was a cub
- 28:40Speaker 4: was she was very brave and a really good friend.
- 28:44Speaker 2: For some book now, what do you think she was
- 28:51Speaker 2: feeling when Zazu told her that they were betrothed and
- 28:56Speaker 2: that they were intended to be married in a rain?
- 29:00Speaker 4: She was disgusted because they were just friends and everybody
- 29:06Speaker 4: has that one friend that they're really close to and
- 29:09Speaker 4: everybody thinks that they'll get married to.
- 29:12Speaker 2: Oh now, how do you I know? How do you
- 29:20Speaker 2: think Naala was different when she met up with Simba again?
- 29:26Speaker 2: What changed about her?
- 29:28Speaker 4: She was different because she was a lot more responsible
- 29:37Speaker 4: and was also a lot more i'd say, like grown
- 29:45Speaker 4: up and more mature than.
- 29:47Speaker 1: She Right, Sambay just got to go grow out in
- 29:53Speaker 1: the jungle. I know, aroun try to keep the ship
- 29:57Speaker 1: to keep the piece together.
- 30:00Speaker 2: She knows the ship word, doesn't she?
- 30:04Speaker 1: But I forgot let's just ignore her mom and didn't
- 30:07Speaker 1: say it.
- 30:08Speaker 2: Yeah, it's okay, Uh, my daughter in love's on here,
- 30:11Speaker 2: make it's here.
- 30:12Speaker 1: She does.
- 30:13Speaker 2: So I want to ask you this. Do you think
- 30:22Speaker 2: she was scared to go off on her own as
- 30:27Speaker 2: a girl lion with no protection to go look for
- 30:32Speaker 2: food into scout.
- 30:35Speaker 4: No, because when she was trying to go find Simba,
- 30:41Speaker 4: she was very brave and she didn't really care. She
- 30:46Speaker 4: was in a hurry deleaef to go find him.
- 30:49Speaker 2: Was she looking for him or was she looking for food?
- 30:56Speaker 4: She was looking for him?
- 31:02Speaker 2: Why do you think that?
- 31:04Speaker 4: Because if she wasn't looking for him, why would she go.
- 31:08Speaker 2: All the way that far because she was looking for food?
- 31:12Speaker 4: But there's the outlands.
- 31:14Speaker 1: Okay, okay, okay, now they have to go far looking
- 31:21Speaker 1: for food. And I trust Steven Attenborough.
- 31:25Speaker 2: Now, if you had to give Nala a title like
- 31:33Speaker 2: lead investigator or Queen of Courage and a true crime story,
- 31:38Speaker 2: what title would you give her?
- 31:44Speaker 4: I to give her a little great.
- 31:49Speaker 3: Oh, Noah the great, Noah the Great, and love that
- 31:56Speaker 3: I was thinking badass cat, I love that.
- 32:03Speaker 1: Okay, those are good questions, now, Monkeybute, How did you
- 32:09Speaker 1: feel when Nala found Simba again?
- 32:14Speaker 4: I feel like she felt happy because she finally found
- 32:19Speaker 4: the friend again that she could play with like favorite
- 32:24Speaker 4: kids again.
- 32:27Speaker 2: And what did she say every time she tackled him? Pinja, pinja?
- 32:35Speaker 2: But also, oh look at that.
- 32:38Speaker 1: Look at that. Jeff gave a dollar ninety nine.
- 32:43Speaker 2: He gave you a super sticker.
- 32:47Speaker 1: Oh my god, like a real professional YouTuber, now, monkey.
- 32:51Speaker 2: Bude, it does so when your brother tells you that
- 32:56Speaker 2: you're not cool for being on Mama's YouTube channel because
- 32:59Speaker 2: he told me I'm not cool, he said in my
- 33:02Speaker 2: YouTube channels, not cool because we don't do cool stuff.
- 33:05Speaker 2: You can call him tonight and tell him you made.
- 33:14Speaker 4: The One thing I noticed is when she saw him again,
- 33:17Speaker 4: they started developing feelings.
- 33:20Speaker 1: For each other.
- 33:21Speaker 2: What kind of feelings.
- 33:24Speaker 1: Feelings like feelings, you know, finding Simba like gave her
- 33:32Speaker 1: this this like hope that she probably hadn't had while
- 33:37Speaker 1: he'd been gone, and Scars, you know, desecrating the.
- 33:43Speaker 2: I agree. I also I think that when he saw her,
- 33:49Speaker 2: he found that little piece of himself that he was missing,
- 33:52Speaker 2: and it maybe told him maybe I can at least
- 33:56Speaker 2: have her if I can't have my past.
- 34:00Speaker 1: Maybe maybe Now. What do you think, monkey Bite, what
- 34:05Speaker 1: do you think changed Simba's mind about going back?
- 34:10Speaker 4: I think what changed his mind was how Nola told
- 34:16Speaker 4: him what Scar had done to the pridelines and how
- 34:20Speaker 4: it has looked really bad and there's no food.
- 34:28Speaker 1: And there's no food. I mean, yes, so look at that.
- 34:31Speaker 1: Can't friend, super sticker, Thank you.
- 34:36Speaker 2: Old friend, thank you. Your brother is going to be
- 34:42Speaker 2: so famous.
- 34:45Speaker 1: That's very sweet. I'm with I'm with Jeff here that
- 34:51Speaker 1: we The next episode needs to be The Great Mass
- 34:53Speaker 1: Detective because I'll tell you what that is My favorite
- 34:56Speaker 1: testing movie.
- 34:59Speaker 4: Is it?
- 35:00Speaker 1: Oh? Yes? Oh yes? Give do you hear that?
- 35:07Speaker 2: Who needs YouTube? You can come on ours and guess
- 35:11Speaker 2: what if your parents approve with your new MacBook laptop,
- 35:17Speaker 2: you can do it from your house.
- 35:20Speaker 1: Oh, she said, yeah, jealous, thank you. I'm for becoming
- 35:29Speaker 1: a member for nine months. Look at you your rock star.
- 35:33Speaker 1: I love that. I love that. After the Fox. Oh
- 35:37Speaker 1: but there's Robin Hood. Oh gosh, I'm just going to
- 35:39Speaker 1: do all of them.
- 35:40Speaker 2: I six say.
- 35:43Speaker 1: The Actually, now, maybe I'll do a Disney case because
- 35:49Speaker 1: I have one that is an unpopular opinion. But I'll
- 35:52Speaker 1: see that, just really I do.
- 35:56Speaker 2: I've never seen Robin Hood.
- 35:58Speaker 1: Oh that was my little Lama's you were that and
- 36:01Speaker 1: Wally was all he would watch for like four years,
- 36:05Speaker 1: so he loved those. Thank you, I vonmos who gives
- 36:08Speaker 1: it five memberships? Thank you so much? Love that, thank you,
- 36:13Speaker 1: thank you, thank you now monkey Byte, how would you
- 36:19Speaker 1: convince someone to face their past like Simba did, because
- 36:24Speaker 1: that's hard to do.
- 36:26Speaker 4: Convince them by saying, don't always worry about your past.
- 36:31Speaker 4: Live in the future.
- 36:32Speaker 1: Of the Oh my gosh, you be My new favorite
- 36:36Speaker 1: is monkey butt good cheaper.
- 36:41Speaker 2: Excite it would be cheaper.
- 36:44Speaker 1: That's a great, fantastic answer, monkey by. And one then
- 36:48Speaker 1: I think everyone should take to hearts is sometimes you
- 36:51Speaker 1: get trapped in the past and then you don't grow.
- 36:54Speaker 1: Because Simba wasn't really growing being all kunamatata.
- 36:58Speaker 2: Mm hmm, he wasn't. He wasn't. Now I have oh,
- 37:10Speaker 2: wait a minute, hold on, it looks like Uncle Jeffa
- 37:13Speaker 2: and Savage Cashew are banning me. We're just gonna say,
- 37:20Speaker 2: Savage blame it on Jeffa Phillips. He never asked to
- 37:24Speaker 2: watch Robin Hood. If he would have asked, he probably
- 37:29Speaker 2: didn't see it till he was an adult. I love
- 37:32Speaker 2: everything Disney, and that is the only Disney movie I
- 37:39Speaker 2: have not seen. Well, no, I'm gonna take that back,
- 37:41Speaker 2: Sleeping Beauty and Robin.
- 37:43Speaker 1: Hood and you were still sleeping really because I haven't.
- 37:48Speaker 2: And there was a reason behind it. But yes, but yes,
- 37:55Speaker 2: And I'm glad to know that Jeffa has also tried
- 37:57Speaker 2: to cancel me.
- 38:01Speaker 1: But I love family. Joins the chat.
- 38:04Speaker 2: But I love it best that cappens, adding it to
- 38:07Speaker 2: our sleepover playlist because I am down for it.
- 38:11Speaker 1: Never see that Disney didn't watch something else that last
- 38:15Speaker 1: time I told people that weren't members. You yelled at
- 38:17Speaker 1: me for so I won't mention what that movie is.
- 38:19Speaker 1: You have to be remember to find out what very
- 38:22Speaker 1: popular movie from the eighties Terry has never seen or
- 38:25Speaker 1: heard of Labyrinth. Yeah, I wasn't gonna say you yethered
- 38:30Speaker 1: me last time.
- 38:31Speaker 2: I'm telling you because I have to tell you. I've
- 38:34Speaker 2: asked some other people and they didn't know it either.
- 38:37Speaker 2: So maybe I keep my friends circle tight and they
- 38:42Speaker 2: don't know either.
- 38:44Speaker 1: Okay, okay, well, all right, apparently I've been living on
- 38:48Speaker 1: a rock since the eighties. But okay, I know place.
- 38:52Speaker 2: I almost watched it when I was on the plane yesterday,
- 38:57Speaker 2: almost really almost, but I was already being judged by
- 39:02Speaker 2: the person sitting next to me. Well, now do you
- 39:11Speaker 2: think or how do you think Nala helped Simba change
- 39:16Speaker 2: his mind?
- 39:18Speaker 4: Well? I think she helped change his mind because of
- 39:24Speaker 4: when they met again, they had reconnected, and then she
- 39:31Speaker 4: told him about the Pride Lands and everything, and then
- 39:35Speaker 4: he's like, oh, I have to go back, especially after
- 39:38Speaker 4: he met Refiki and Refiki showed him a picture of
- 39:42Speaker 4: his dad in the water. Yes, and then.
- 39:47Speaker 1: Too, what'd you say?
- 39:50Speaker 2: I didn't catch you?
- 39:51Speaker 1: And Simba's mom wasn't she being treated poorly? Too?
- 39:56Speaker 4: Yeah? Scar, Well, if you're I'll see the other movie.
- 40:02Speaker 4: Scar had a little crush on her.
- 40:05Speaker 2: Don't tell that that's Mufasa. Nope, can't tell that. You
- 40:11Speaker 2: love the tea.
- 40:14Speaker 4: He would ask her, well and just ride king. He'd
- 40:20Speaker 4: ask her to eat with him, but she refused because
- 40:27Speaker 4: he wasn't real king and he wasn't her husband.
- 40:33Speaker 2: So what do you think Stimba was thinking when he
- 40:36Speaker 2: saw the Pride Land from Okay, Savage CASHU just threw
- 40:43Speaker 2: me totally off my game? Best song from Greece?
- 40:48Speaker 1: Oh you like.
- 40:51Speaker 2: The last song? She monkey butt seen it? She goes
- 40:54Speaker 2: the last song?
- 40:55Speaker 1: Oh, the last one?
- 40:56Speaker 2: Okay, Beauty school drop out. Oh wait, no, that's Greece too.
- 41:02Speaker 1: No, that's the first one.
- 41:03Speaker 2: It's the first one. Okay.
- 41:08Speaker 1: I know. I saw Jeff say that Greece and Dirty
- 41:11Speaker 1: Dancing was on all the time, and I just want
- 41:13Speaker 1: to be like, yes, I too had TVs in the nineties,
- 41:18Speaker 1: which is a bit plade every day. I know, like
- 41:22Speaker 1: Dirty Dancing, Greece and Jaws. I mean it was all that.
- 41:29Speaker 2: I love Greece, and I even like Greece too. I
- 41:32Speaker 2: mean it was corny, but there are some things I
- 41:35Speaker 2: liked about Greece too. Now I want to know what
- 41:39Speaker 2: I was going to say, How do you think or
- 41:42Speaker 2: what do you think was going through Simba's mind when
- 41:45Speaker 2: he walked up and saw the Pride plan and what
- 41:49Speaker 2: it looked like? Now, what did you say?
- 41:58Speaker 1: Distract?
- 41:59Speaker 2: I said, do you think Simba thought when he's walked
- 42:03Speaker 2: up to the Pride land and he saw the way
- 42:05Speaker 2: it looked?
- 42:06Speaker 4: Now, I think he thought that he made a mistake
- 42:10Speaker 4: of leaving and that he shouldn't have left because of
- 42:15Speaker 4: how bad it was, like it was all gray, like
- 42:18Speaker 4: the Elephant graveyard, and there it was just good.
- 42:25Speaker 1: And the question, now, do you think if he would
- 42:28Speaker 1: have stayed and that would have changed? And I think
- 42:30Speaker 1: he still would have been a whole lion cub. Maybe
- 42:33Speaker 1: he would have never been able to save any of
- 42:35Speaker 1: them because he grew up and onscarded something to d
- 42:38Speaker 1: maybe going all the way, but it's just saved the Pride.
- 42:42Speaker 4: Well, I think that if he did stay, it wouldn't
- 42:48Speaker 4: have gotten that bad because he would still be the
- 42:51Speaker 4: king and he would still be protected by his mom
- 42:55Speaker 4: and the other mom cubs.
- 42:57Speaker 1: Yes, do you know that lioness is are way more
- 43:00Speaker 1: awesome than.
- 43:02Speaker 2: That's right, why they send them out to do the hunt.
- 43:06Speaker 2: But you know, my thoughts are I think Scar.
- 43:13Speaker 1: Would have killed Seba mm hmm. I know you would
- 43:18Speaker 1: have tried to figure out a way to do it,
- 43:20Speaker 1: much like Fus.
- 43:21Speaker 4: That's the whole reason you said.
- 43:23Speaker 2: I don't so now we have more grease going on.
- 43:26Speaker 2: But cool Rider, I love cool Rider. We won't do that.
- 43:36Speaker 2: Oh boy, Now what moment in the very final battle
- 43:44Speaker 2: made you like hide your eyes give you chills?
- 43:51Speaker 4: Well? I really got chills.
- 43:58Speaker 2: Are they multiplying or multiplying like Grace lightning?
- 44:06Speaker 1: I'm sorry.
- 44:08Speaker 4: When uh Simba was able to push Scar off of
- 44:18Speaker 4: him and climb back up from when Scar had him
- 44:22Speaker 4: like where he was grabbing his paws and said this
- 44:25Speaker 4: looks familiar and.
- 44:26Speaker 2: Told him that he killed his father, how do you
- 44:30Speaker 2: think Simba felt because he had been carrying this guilt
- 44:34Speaker 2: this whole time he thought he killed his dad.
- 44:38Speaker 4: I think when Scar said that to him while he
- 44:43Speaker 4: was hanging off the edge, that really made Simba mad
- 44:46Speaker 4: because he thought he had killed him almost his whole life,
- 44:50Speaker 4: so that gave him the power and the strength to
- 44:52Speaker 4: pull himself back up and fight for his dad.
- 44:56Speaker 1: I agree, I agree, Now stop.
- 45:04Speaker 2: Question.
- 45:07Speaker 4: Do you.
- 45:10Speaker 2: Think I'm trying to think of how to phrase this?
- 45:17Speaker 2: Do you think when Scar was lying and trying to
- 45:21Speaker 2: tell everybody, no, no, no, no, it wasn't me, it
- 45:26Speaker 2: was the hyaenas, do you think he was trying to
- 45:30Speaker 2: save himself or do you think he was trying to
- 45:36Speaker 2: make the hyenas look bad?
- 45:42Speaker 1: Sticker the Lovely Amy for justice.
- 45:46Speaker 4: Doing both because he was trying to protect himself and
- 45:50Speaker 4: make them think that he didn't kill them. But he
- 45:53Speaker 4: also kind of like threw the hyenas under the bus
- 45:56Speaker 4: because he told them to do it, because he told
- 46:00Speaker 4: them that they would get all the food they wanted
- 46:04Speaker 4: if they did it. But he didn't give them all
- 46:06Speaker 4: the food. He gave them the left doors.
- 46:09Speaker 1: They did say the first the squeal usually gets a
- 46:12Speaker 1: better deal.
- 46:14Speaker 2: That's true. Now, everyone I think has seen the movie
- 46:19Speaker 2: and they all turn, all the hyenas turn on Scar.
- 46:24Speaker 2: Do you think they were victims of Scar? Or do
- 46:29Speaker 2: you think they were just bad people? Are bad hyenas?
- 46:33Speaker 4: I think they were both because at the same time
- 46:39Speaker 4: at the end, scar did manipulate them to killing to
- 46:44Speaker 4: help killing mufocessaying that they would get all the food
- 46:47Speaker 4: if he was king. But he since he threw them
- 46:51Speaker 4: under the bus, he was saying stuff like they were bad.
- 46:56Speaker 4: They did bad stuff and they heard that. That's why
- 46:59Speaker 4: they turned on him. So and they were also bad
- 47:03Speaker 4: because before when in the elephant graveyard, they were actually
- 47:07Speaker 4: trying to eat the cups because they wanted.
- 47:11Speaker 2: They wanted a cub sandwich.
- 47:14Speaker 1: Sorry, And they were victims.
- 47:19Speaker 4: They were victims of scorn by themselves. They were villains.
- 47:23Speaker 2: So that is interesting. I know, I'm like sitting here going.
- 47:30Speaker 1: So insightful. You are good answer, the good answer, good answer,
- 47:37Speaker 1: I know.
- 47:37Speaker 2: I just like I have to say, I've got a proud,
- 47:42Speaker 2: very proud Now. What scene in the movie showed you
- 47:48Speaker 2: that Simba was finally ready to be king?
- 47:52Speaker 4: I think he was finally king because when he realized
- 48:03Speaker 4: that it was all bad, It's like there he ran
- 48:07Speaker 4: back to save the pride. That's when he knew he
- 48:12Speaker 4: was ready to begin, because he went back to Nola.
- 48:16Speaker 1: It's a good answer.
- 48:18Speaker 2: That is ten dollars. Super chat from lady and Gray
- 48:25Speaker 2: saying Monkey, but is going for all the world. I
- 48:28Speaker 2: guess we have to set up a payment account for
- 48:33Speaker 2: her and get her pay.
- 48:34Speaker 1: Guess we're not doing our shows anymore. It's just going
- 48:36Speaker 1: to be a YouTube channel. I like telling Disney crime
- 48:39Speaker 1: story me too, Okay, I will literally say all day
- 48:45Speaker 1: and watch something about Disney crime cases, ycause I'm all there.
- 48:55Speaker 2: Now We're gonna let mama thank you so much.
- 48:59Speaker 1: All great monkey. So what lessons can we learn from
- 49:02Speaker 1: Simba's story do you think?
- 49:06Speaker 4: I think a lesson that we could learn from simple
- 49:10Speaker 4: story is you can't always live in the past. You
- 49:16Speaker 4: have to live the moment in the future, and like
- 49:22Speaker 4: you never know what's gonna happen, so just have fun,
- 49:26Speaker 4: do what you need to do. And also one thing
- 49:33Speaker 4: I think that we could learn from his story is
- 49:36Speaker 4: don't always blame everything on you because you never know
- 49:40Speaker 4: whose actual fault it is.
- 49:43Speaker 1: Gee, you are amazing monkey. But that is a big,
- 49:46Speaker 1: glastic answer. I love that from the mouth of bathes everybody.
- 49:51Speaker 1: That's wonderful that it's such a because there's so many
- 49:55Speaker 1: great takeaways, you know, because maybe if you wouldn't have
- 49:59Speaker 1: confront did his past he may never being came. Maybe
- 50:03Speaker 1: all the animals wouldn't have been saved.
- 50:06Speaker 4: You know.
- 50:06Speaker 1: So I love that great insight. I love that good child,
- 50:09Speaker 1: like good Chad.
- 50:11Speaker 2: Okay, I have to say Buffy wants insight on Jaffar.
- 50:17Speaker 2: I mean just inside on Jafar could be a whole episode.
- 50:22Speaker 1: I was gonna say, we might wanna, you know, have
- 50:25Speaker 1: another one in the future. I have won a very
- 50:27Speaker 1: good one in mind now, monkey, But what did the
- 50:31Speaker 1: movie teach you about family?
- 50:36Speaker 4: The movie taught me about family by like the people
- 50:45Speaker 4: that you love are always there to support you, like
- 50:49Speaker 4: his mom never doubted him or any think neither did
- 50:55Speaker 4: his dad, and also his friends, as you could see
- 51:01Speaker 4: when Scar had told him, I told everybody that both
- 51:06Speaker 4: of them had died. You could see how sad she
- 51:09Speaker 4: was about it because she really she was a good friend.
- 51:13Speaker 2: Yeah, and it taught you that mama is the best.
- 51:16Speaker 2: Right you could say that, louder.
- 51:22Speaker 1: Stine, She's not like you know, pointing directly at her.
- 51:27Speaker 2: And her only mama. She has other great grannies and grandma's,
- 51:31Speaker 2: but I'm her only mama.
- 51:33Speaker 1: Oh now, lucky, But what would you say to someone
- 51:37Speaker 1: going through something hard like somebody did.
- 51:41Speaker 4: I would say, just don't always think about on the side.
- 51:51Speaker 1: What was that?
- 51:52Speaker 4: You don't always seek about the bad side? Speak about
- 51:58Speaker 4: what's on the good side and what good could happen.
- 52:02Speaker 1: I love that those are really really good answers you
- 52:07Speaker 1: got there. I have one last question for you, if
- 52:09Speaker 1: that's okay? All right? So if you had to give
- 52:12Speaker 1: advice the Scar, what would it be?
- 52:18Speaker 4: Say you got yourself in a big pickle.
- 52:22Speaker 1: You've got yourself a pickle Scar. That's right. Monkeyboy says
- 52:27Speaker 1: that that's pretty good. That's pretty good. He did get well.
- 52:34Speaker 2: She has seen the mouf As. For those who haven't
- 52:36Speaker 2: seen the Moufaust movie, I will tell you when we
- 52:41Speaker 2: saw it. It gave me. It explains so much about Scar.
- 52:44Speaker 1: Oh. I love it does.
- 52:48Speaker 2: All these questions I've had for years.
- 52:52Speaker 1: I love a villain stories. So we're probably gonna go
- 52:55Speaker 1: watch move As after I'm done here tonight, because I
- 52:58Speaker 1: haven't seen it so.
- 52:59Speaker 2: And I got I haven't anyway, So one question for
- 53:03Speaker 2: chat okay and you two monkey butt, first time you
- 53:08Speaker 2: saw Lion King, did you cry?
- 53:14Speaker 1: Yes?
- 53:15Speaker 2: Got a strong yess back there strong?
- 53:17Speaker 1: You know the lion was it that did lie? I'm
- 53:19Speaker 1: pretty sure Lion King in Titanic came out at the
- 53:24Speaker 1: same exact time if I remember, right, let's find out.
- 53:31Speaker 1: I don't think so, because Jessina Lion King came out
- 53:37Speaker 1: in nineteen ninety four. Oh, I think Titanic is ninety six.
- 53:41Speaker 2: Yeah, it was like ninety I think it.
- 53:42Speaker 1: Okay, they did not come out. It's just been from
- 53:44Speaker 1: a small town with a two At the time, we
- 53:47Speaker 1: only had a two theater movie theater that set like
- 53:49Speaker 1: forty people in each one. So yeah, been a couple
- 53:53Speaker 1: of years.
- 53:55Speaker 2: I saw Titanic in the theaters five times.
- 54:00Speaker 1: It's quite a few. But no, I think I was
- 54:02Speaker 1: probably in ninety four third grade when the Lion King
- 54:07Speaker 1: came out. But yeah, pry every time, every time. Still.
- 54:11Speaker 2: I mean, the reason I asked that question is because
- 54:15Speaker 2: I was a blubbering idiot crying watching it and the
- 54:20Speaker 2: other mothers with their kids. We didn't have cell phones
- 54:23Speaker 2: then and they weren't crying, which tells me they weren't
- 54:27Speaker 2: watching it. No what, Yeah, they weren't. I had two
- 54:33Speaker 2: sets of moms, and to this day, I'm like, well,
- 54:35Speaker 2: we cannot be friends.
- 54:37Speaker 1: No, no way, get out of here. So sad, and
- 54:42Speaker 1: it only gets more. Those movies only get sadder the
- 54:45Speaker 1: older you get, because then you're put in the parent
- 54:47Speaker 1: role and you know you're gonna end up dying, because
- 54:50Speaker 1: that's just how all the movies work out.
- 54:53Speaker 2: Were shocked, savage when you are shocked shocked?
- 55:02Speaker 1: Oh my gosh, they I know, Rachel, some of them,
- 55:06Speaker 1: I feel like business understood. So I'm saying I will
- 55:11Speaker 1: love my anti heroes.
- 55:14Speaker 2: Whether you love Disney movies or not. They do get
- 55:19Speaker 2: more relatable when you get as you get older. Watching
- 55:22Speaker 2: some of them now watching the game, I'm like, Wow, yep,
- 55:27Speaker 2: that checks.
- 55:29Speaker 1: Kay. Turns out the Little Mermaid's dad isn't such an
- 55:32Speaker 1: a hole.
- 55:34Speaker 2: Is an a hole, But the person who told her
- 55:37Speaker 2: that a fork was a brush.
- 55:40Speaker 1: Was there out she had a fire out. You want
- 55:45Speaker 1: to hear my hot take, my Disney hot take. Is
- 55:49Speaker 1: that guest son not a bad guy. He wasn't the
- 55:53Speaker 1: bad guy. He didn't deserve to die. And the beast
- 55:56Speaker 1: is a murderer? Mm hm? What Jron did nothing wrong?
- 56:02Speaker 1: What did what did guess don do wrong? Anybody? Anybody?
- 56:08Speaker 1: What you tried to rescue people that were locked against
- 56:11Speaker 1: their will in a castle? Oh? What a bad guy?
- 56:15Speaker 1: I mean, is he a de Canoe? Yeah, but you're
- 56:18Speaker 1: just trying to save people, trying to get her dad back.
- 56:21Speaker 1: Didn't do it? Know the wrong to be pushed off
- 56:23Speaker 1: the cliff by the beast. He's not the bad guy
- 56:26Speaker 1: in that story. It's the beast. The beast is the
- 56:29Speaker 1: bad guy.
- 56:29Speaker 2: Okay.
- 56:32Speaker 1: Sorry, sorry, I'm happy to start.
- 56:37Speaker 2: I'm like sitting here going, I think we're gonna have
- 56:41Speaker 2: to watch this again tonight because I'm like going, I
- 56:45Speaker 2: guess not die by being pushed off the thank. H
- 56:51Speaker 2: now you're right, happen? He did have her dad committed.
- 56:56Speaker 1: The beast. Yeah. For Guston, I don't know, Okay, of
- 57:01Speaker 1: all of them, I feel like he gets the worst
- 57:04Speaker 1: wrap out of all of them. He's not great, Don't
- 57:07Speaker 1: get me wrong. I don't want to be like gust On. Okay,
- 57:11Speaker 1: but is he a proper Disney villain?
- 57:14Speaker 4: Oh?
- 57:15Speaker 1: He's literally trying to save them from this beast like creature.
- 57:20Speaker 1: It was in a castle.
- 57:21Speaker 2: He wasn't really a beast. He wasn't really a beast.
- 57:25Speaker 2: His soul was injured.
- 57:28Speaker 1: There were bones in that one dungeon, all right.
- 57:33Speaker 2: He logged it well up for trespassing and their sentence
- 57:38Speaker 2: was death. Like, what are you saying? But he was
- 57:45Speaker 2: like a wounded little wire dude needed the thord pulled
- 57:49Speaker 2: out of his paw right.
- 57:52Speaker 1: And then all these servants were also turned into things
- 57:56Speaker 1: and still had to serve him. When it's all his
- 57:59Speaker 1: fault that they're freaking dinalavas and stuff. Come on, visas,
- 58:03Speaker 1: not you guys.
- 58:05Speaker 2: It's funny you brought up The Beauty of the Beast.
- 58:08Speaker 2: I just listened to a podcast episode. I don't remember
- 58:13Speaker 2: who the podcast was on the plane. It was on
- 58:16Speaker 2: the American thing. There was this couple that got married
- 58:22Speaker 2: and they dressed up is Beauty and the Beast. Oh
- 58:26Speaker 2: and at the reception they he kills her later, Mr.
- 58:33Speaker 2: Crime story, I thought you mentioned in the real life
- 58:36Speaker 2: story you killed her.
- 58:38Speaker 1: Oh well, I mean The Beauty and Visa is one
- 58:43Speaker 1: of my favorite movies. I will watch it over and
- 58:44Speaker 1: over again. I'm just saying, no, it's not that great.
- 58:49Speaker 2: Everybody drop in the chat your favorite Disney movie? What
- 58:55Speaker 2: is your favorite Disney movie? Monkey?
- 58:58Speaker 1: But you what.
- 59:01Speaker 2: Say that?
- 59:01Speaker 1: Louder?
- 59:01Speaker 2: You don't have one? Why? But which one is your absolute?
- 59:07Speaker 2: If you could go to an island and have one
- 59:11Speaker 2: Disney movie to watch for the rest of your life.
- 59:13Speaker 2: What would it be?
- 59:15Speaker 1: Oh?
- 59:16Speaker 2: Really, thank on it, think on it. Well, we got
- 59:30Speaker 2: asked a question for the host. While you're thinking on that,
- 59:34Speaker 2: what moment from Lion King is most relatable to your
- 59:37Speaker 2: own life experience?
- 59:43Speaker 1: Oh? I guess Scar leading the hyenas to his back
- 59:48Speaker 1: and call and doing his dirty work. Now that I
- 59:50Speaker 1: have my own cult that follows me around with that one, No,
- 59:57Speaker 1: I'm just kidding, just get it. I No, like Simba
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: going all Atkuina Matata and avoiding everything is uh literally
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: what I did. So I can very much relate to
- 1:00:18Speaker 1: that chapter of Simba's life where it's just like you,
- 1:00:21Speaker 1: we're just going to pretend none of that happens in
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: this little bubble.
- 1:00:24Speaker 2: A hon she got it. What is your favorite that
- 1:00:30Speaker 2: is not a Disney movie?
- 1:00:31Speaker 1: Sweetie?
- 1:00:33Speaker 2: It's no, she says, The Greatest Showman because it's on Disney.
- 1:00:40Speaker 2: That is not a Disney cartoon show movie choice, I mean,
- 1:00:44Speaker 2: a good movie choice. But okay, so I'm going to say,
- 1:00:49Speaker 2: and I'm trying to think of how to say this,
- 1:00:51Speaker 2: I'm going to say I can kind of relate to
- 1:00:55Speaker 2: Ma Fossa and Scars relationship and I'm with Fossa and
- 1:01:03Speaker 2: your sibling maybe has it out for you and maybe
- 1:01:10Speaker 2: isn't true to your heart.
- 1:01:13Speaker 1: Oh oh okay, well that's dark. But okay, what is
- 1:01:20Speaker 1: her favorite.
- 1:01:23Speaker 2: Disney movie?
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: Mike? I know I said The Great Mouse Detective, But
- 1:01:28Speaker 1: my favorite one is The Little Mermaid? Would you like
- 1:01:31Speaker 1: to hear the email? Reason why?
- 1:01:33Speaker 2: Yes? I want to hear the email?
- 1:01:35Speaker 1: So Little Mermaid has always been my favorite favorite of
- 1:01:41Speaker 1: all the movies. And the song she sings like with
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: I want to be where the people are? You know,
- 1:01:50Speaker 1: she she feels like, you know, she wants to be
- 1:01:52Speaker 1: a part part of their world right, Like she's on
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: the outside looking in and just wants to know what
- 1:01:58Speaker 1: it's like to beam. You know, this envious part of
- 1:02:02Speaker 1: her that she has that there's something she can't attain for,
- 1:02:06Speaker 1: something that is no fault of her own. And that's
- 1:02:10Speaker 1: been my favorite songs. It's a little girl and it's
- 1:02:14Speaker 1: super weird, I know, but that song literally it won't
- 1:02:17Speaker 1: make me cry like every time I hear it. I
- 1:02:20Speaker 1: love that song in that movie.
- 1:02:22Speaker 2: So now I'll tell y'all what mine is. But while
- 1:02:25Speaker 2: we're doing that, I want everybody to put in the
- 1:02:29Speaker 2: comments before I tell you, what do you think? My
- 1:02:32Speaker 2: most favorite Disney.
- 1:02:34Speaker 1: Movie is Oh my gosh, see they're also good and
- 1:02:45Speaker 1: they're also good allow them, yes, of course, alar.
- 1:02:54Speaker 2: So, what do y'all think my favorite movie is Disney movie?
- 1:03:02Speaker 1: Oh my gosh, that's a pop She's a hoarder. Anna's
- 1:03:09Speaker 1: bucker can relate?
- 1:03:12Speaker 2: Relate?
- 1:03:14Speaker 1: Oh gosh, well, Chinta saying Cinderella. Are you at Cinderelli? Cinderelli?
- 1:03:22Speaker 2: Uh yes, Gus, Gus, Gus, Gus is my most favorite. Oh,
- 1:03:28Speaker 2: I love that Star Wars episode two, Gus. So it's
- 1:03:34Speaker 2: Cinderella and then it is snow White. But I will
- 1:03:37Speaker 2: tell you snow White is very slowly falling off of
- 1:03:41Speaker 2: the list because of the Dwarfs.
- 1:03:44Speaker 1: Oh that. I don't watch any of the live actions.
- 1:03:46Speaker 1: We try to watch the live action.
- 1:03:48Speaker 2: About my five Dwarfs. I'm still carrying around.
- 1:03:51Speaker 1: Oh those, I thought you meant the New Life action.
- 1:03:54Speaker 1: I know, no, thank you.
- 1:03:55Speaker 2: No Wars favorite count. I know there is now but
- 1:04:00Speaker 2: they don't count. They don't can't. I just like this
- 1:04:04Speaker 2: doesn't count. Started you pick one out of your three guys,
- 1:04:09Speaker 2: you have to pick one. Get one? She can't. She can't.
- 1:04:13Speaker 1: You can't decide anything.
- 1:04:14Speaker 2: That's I get it.
- 1:04:16Speaker 1: I get it, Babe, I get it.
- 1:04:18Speaker 2: She can't. Okay, what are your three? Oh good, give
- 1:04:21Speaker 2: us your three. Talk into the mic and not into
- 1:04:23Speaker 2: the glass. Okay. Yes, Oh my gosh, I forgot about
- 1:04:33Speaker 2: Lady in the Tramp.
- 1:04:34Speaker 1: Yes, I love that.
- 1:04:38Speaker 2: And dumb.
- 1:04:39Speaker 1: Oh you're a classic girl like classic classics. Wow, I
- 1:04:46Speaker 1: love that.
- 1:04:49Speaker 2: I love that. Sammy thought y'all were the dwarfs. I
- 1:04:51Speaker 2: was referring to.
- 1:04:57Speaker 1: Oh, that's great. I love that.
- 1:05:00Speaker 2: While she does like the classics, and trust me, she
- 1:05:03Speaker 2: has seen all of the classic chick flicks, Grease, Sturdy,
- 1:05:06Speaker 2: Dancing Jeffa, I agree Dumbo was dark. The reason Dumbo
- 1:05:11Speaker 2: is not my favorite. I am a huge elephant fan.
- 1:05:17Speaker 2: I don't like the circus. I don't think elephants should
- 1:05:21Speaker 2: be in that situation. I don't think lion should be
- 1:05:24Speaker 2: in that situation. And Dumbo broke my heart. Broke my heart.
- 1:05:30Speaker 2: I thought it was cruel, didn't I just I know
- 1:05:36Speaker 2: he could fly with his ears, But no, I'm not
- 1:05:38Speaker 2: a Dumbo fan. What is your lease? Before we wrap
- 1:05:41Speaker 2: up for the day, what is your least favorite Disney.
- 1:05:46Speaker 1: Or I don't like the action because mine's already Aladdin.
- 1:05:53Speaker 2: Live action. Aladdin was disgusting. But let's talk about classic Disney.
- 1:05:57Speaker 2: None of us all animated, all animated?
- 1:06:02Speaker 1: Oh man, you.
- 1:06:05Speaker 2: Monkey bets is Frozen?
- 1:06:10Speaker 1: All right? Frozen is not the worst. It's not the worst.
- 1:06:14Speaker 1: It's not one of my favorite. Luckily I missed a
- 1:06:17Speaker 1: lot of that, having to watch that over and over again.
- 1:06:22Speaker 2: I can have to Pinocchio. It's not mayor feel.
- 1:06:26Speaker 1: What is the worst one. Honestly, I'm not a big
- 1:06:31Speaker 1: Shannon don bo not. I never really just I am
- 1:06:36Speaker 1: not as passionate about my dislike for it as you are.
- 1:06:39Speaker 1: But I never cared for that one. I'm trying to
- 1:06:45Speaker 1: think of all the because I like Pink, Pinocchio, Peter
- 1:06:53Speaker 1: pan Lan's great, Pocahontas is great, pocmon isn't the greatest
- 1:07:01Speaker 1: of the Disney princesses.
- 1:07:03Speaker 2: Pocahontas isn't the greatest. But I do love the songs
- 1:07:09Speaker 2: from pocahon I do love the raccoon from Pocahontas.
- 1:07:12Speaker 1: Yeah, there's many things I love from Pocahonas, but it's
- 1:07:15Speaker 1: not my favorite of the Disney. It's like, okay, we
- 1:07:18Speaker 1: kind of know the story and it's not breathe okay.
- 1:07:23Speaker 2: Oh, oh okay. I love that we all have different opinions.
- 1:07:29Speaker 1: We all have different life yours and I was exactly
- 1:07:32Speaker 1: the same right now.
- 1:07:32Speaker 2: That's Buffy, Oh really really?
- 1:07:37Speaker 1: Oh? The Aristocrats, Aristo CAATs, I mean, yeah, that's I'm
- 1:07:42Speaker 1: I'm not.
- 1:07:43Speaker 2: A fan of those either. But Dumbo to me was
- 1:07:46Speaker 2: disturbing that Dumbo is my least favorite. But okay, she
- 1:07:52Speaker 2: means it. Oh, okay, okay, Buffy, could we next time
- 1:07:56Speaker 2: we're all on a call together. I need to hear
- 1:07:59Speaker 2: your point of view as to why you left it.
- 1:08:02Speaker 1: Hey, that's fair. I turned it off after forty five minutes.
- 1:08:04Speaker 1: I have no idea. Maybe it does get better.
- 1:08:07Speaker 2: Maybe it gets better, I know, Fladden.
- 1:08:16Speaker 1: Otherwise, that's a good one.
- 1:08:22Speaker 2: Okay. I like cats, but I don't like the risticat.
- 1:08:30Speaker 1: So there's under one Dalmatians. So, oh gosh, I love that.
- 1:08:36Speaker 2: So Kruella, my kids used to call Granny Bear. They
- 1:08:41Speaker 2: also called her Kruella because she had the gray strip
- 1:08:46Speaker 2: through her hair. Oh yep, someone just called you out.
- 1:08:52Speaker 2: It was Princess and the Frog. We watched that show.
- 1:08:57Speaker 1: You what I've never seen Princess in the the Frog.
- 1:09:00Speaker 1: You're talking with the princess? What's ning Tatiana or Patiana?
- 1:09:04Speaker 2: Lama has never seen Princess and the Frog.
- 1:09:07Speaker 1: You, I nurse that.
- 1:09:11Speaker 2: We have watched it over and over and over and
- 1:09:16Speaker 2: over and over and over and over.
- 1:09:19Speaker 1: Yeah, Gorilla's cord goals. I am the I'm a Corilla
- 1:09:21Speaker 1: fan as well.
- 1:09:23Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:09:25Speaker 1: Well, well, I mean we are in a Disney movie
- 1:09:28Speaker 1: right now. So it is a shame that she kills dogs.
- 1:09:31Speaker 1: I agree, but like it is it is. Oh, no Bambi, No,
- 1:09:38Speaker 1: Bambi is one of my least favorite. Actually, now you
- 1:09:41Speaker 1: say that I don't like Bamby at all?
- 1:09:46Speaker 2: Why?

- 1:11:56Speaker 1: what else you want to call it. I don't know
- 1:11:57Speaker 1: because I don't garden. But anyway, I never noticed.
- 1:12:00Speaker 2: It because all I can smell when I go in
