- 0:00Speaker 1: So these cameras they're putting up around town, apparently we
- 0:03Speaker 1: got these things called flock cameras, right? And I wanted
- 0:05Speaker 1: to talk about them because I saw people are upset
- 0:07Speaker 1: about it. Oh, my God, the government's putting in, the
- 0:09Speaker 1: city's putting in cameras, the cops are putting in cameras.
- 0:12Speaker 1: We're losing our privacy. We're going to be victims of whatever, right? Well,
- 0:19Speaker 1: how are you losing your privacy in public, first of all?
- 0:22Speaker 1: And you don't want the government watching you when you're
- 0:26Speaker 1: out publicly because what? What do you think? You don't care.
- 0:31Speaker 1: You don't want the city protecting the city with cameras
- 0:36Speaker 1: at intersections, but you're okay with Apple knowing everything you do.
- 0:40Speaker 1: You're okay with Jeff Bezos having access to every single
- 0:45Speaker 1: piece of information you got. You're okay with China knowing
- 0:48Speaker 1: your credit card numbers and all this other stuff. You're
- 0:50Speaker 1: okay with your phones listening to you in your house,
- 0:53Speaker 1: but you're mad that the city... wants to have these
- 0:57Speaker 1: cameras to help keep the city safer, to help keep
- 1:00Speaker 1: people safer, right? Do you see the stupidity in that,
- 1:05Speaker 1: or am I the only one that sees the stupidity
- 1:06Speaker 1: in that? I'm just saying. Good morning, how's it going on?
- 1:10Speaker 2: Good morning, Romeo.
- 1:11Speaker 1: Hey, what's up?
- 1:13Speaker 3: So you're talking about being watched.
- 1:15Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:15Speaker 3: I could really care less.
- 1:17Speaker 4: The only thing I can say that I do not
- 1:19Speaker 4: want to happen with being watched or recorded or anything
- 1:23Speaker 4: is end up on Kern County Activities.
- 1:26Speaker 2: That is the only thing.
- 1:29Speaker 3: I don't care.
- 1:30Speaker 2: Record me everywhere.
- 1:31Speaker 3: Else, just not on that Kern County activities.
- 1:34Speaker 1: Kern County activities isn't all bad. I mean, they have
- 1:37Speaker 1: some funny stuff on there, too.
- 1:38Speaker 3: They do, but come on now. You minding your.
- 1:41Speaker 2: Business, doing something in your car, and you get.
- 1:43Speaker 3: Put on Kern County activities?
- 1:45Speaker 2: Nah, I'm good.
- 1:46Speaker 1: Well, what are you doing minding your business in your
- 1:48Speaker 1: car publicly that would warrant you getting put on Kern
- 1:52Speaker 1: County activities? Hey.
- 1:55Speaker 3: What I do in the privacy of my car.
- 1:57Speaker 1: Technically, it's not the privacy of your car.
- 2:01Speaker 5: Who I'm in my car with.
- 2:05Speaker 3: That's my business.
- 2:05Speaker 1: That's my business. Yo, Rome, people are stupid. You guys
- 2:11Speaker 1: are worried about the government watching you or tracking you, right?
- 2:14Speaker 1: You pretty much have a tracking device on you every day.
- 2:17Speaker 1: Right now, you're being tracked. Right now, you're being listened
- 2:19Speaker 1: to in your own home. Yet you're worried about them
- 2:23Speaker 1: putting up some cameras at intersections so they can catch
- 2:25Speaker 1: criminals or dirt that's going on in our city, trying
- 2:29Speaker 1: to make our city safer. And you over here acting
- 2:34Speaker 1: like you losing privacy because when you cross Ming and
- 2:38Speaker 1: Ash and there's a camera there that you guys somehow
- 2:42Speaker 1: you've lost your privacy.
- 2:45Speaker 2: Really?
- 2:46Speaker 1: Considering your phone is monitoring everything you do right now?
- 2:50Speaker 1: I mean, what kind of stupid do you guys have
- 2:53Speaker 1: to be to not understand that?
- 2:56Speaker 6: Um.
- 2:58Speaker 1: Let's see. Hey, Rome. What's up, Rome? Headbutt Raider checking in.
- 3:02Speaker 1: I just got hit by a mosquito. Hope them dang
- 3:06Speaker 1: flock cameras catch this little guy. It really hurt.
- 3:09Speaker 2: Raider.
- 3:14Speaker 1: Yeah, I think this argument about these flock cameras that
- 3:19Speaker 1: you guys are dealing with, you guys are stupid because
- 3:22Speaker 1: they're not putting them in your house. They're putting them
- 3:28Speaker 1: in public to catch public stuff, okay? To stop criminals,
- 3:34Speaker 1: to stop crime, to help make the city safer. They're
- 3:38Speaker 1: not using... How could you use these flock cameras that
- 3:41Speaker 1: they're putting on the streets? How can they use them
- 3:46Speaker 1: to intrude on your privacy? I don't understand that. And obviously,
- 3:53Speaker 1: any of you out there who are saying they're bad...
- 3:58Speaker 1: doesn't understand it either maybe you should just stop talking
- 4:02Speaker 1: you know all right especially since what do you think
- 4:09Speaker 1: these iphones are i mean what are you thinking oh
- 4:12Speaker 1: my god i just can't sometimes sometimes you just you
- 4:17Speaker 1: just can't with the stupidity you just got to stop what's.
- 4:20Speaker 5: Going on Hey, I'm just thinking about the flock cameras.
- 4:23Speaker 1: Yeah, what about it?
- 4:24Speaker 7: You heard instances where the police themselves have used it to, like,
- 4:28Speaker 7: track ex-girlfriends and boyfriends to do stuff like that. There's
- 4:33Speaker 7: already been cases of that. And I hear the good stuff, too,
- 4:37Speaker 7: but there's, like, some negative stuff, too, where any agency
- 4:40Speaker 7: can tap into it and then also, like, trace someone, like,
- 4:44Speaker 7: look at patterns to fool people.
- 4:48Speaker 1: You don't think that's already happening?
- 4:50Speaker 7: No, I know with the phones, but you're just giving
- 4:53Speaker 7: them more. Isn't it like a slippery slope?
- 4:56Speaker 1: No, not even close. More good will happen. You got
- 5:01Speaker 1: idiots over here going to Facebook and things like that
- 5:04Speaker 1: or social medias to track anyways in all different aspects.
- 5:07Speaker 1: My phone tells me how long, when I get out
- 5:10Speaker 1: of here at 10 o'clock, my phone says, it is
- 5:14Speaker 1: 16 minutes for you to get home. How the hell
- 5:16Speaker 1: does it know I'm going home? Because it's tracking your patterns.
- 5:19Speaker 1: It's already out there.
- 5:20Speaker 2: So, no.
- 5:23Speaker 7: What about people that are not on the phone? So
- 5:26Speaker 7: you're just assuming everyone.
- 5:27Speaker 2: Has a phone?
- 5:28Speaker 1: Everyone's on a phone.
- 5:30Speaker 2: Not everyone, but I just think it's a separate.
- 5:32Speaker 1: Name one person.
- 5:34Speaker 7: The old people whose houses.
- 5:36Speaker 2: I go to.
- 5:37Speaker 1: Everyone's on the phone.
- 5:38Speaker 2: Mainly old people.
- 5:39Speaker 7: I guess they're not going to be around that much longer.
- 5:40Speaker 1: Everyone's out. Get out of here. I mean, you guys
- 5:45Speaker 1: look at one instance. You know what's funny about that,
- 5:47Speaker 1: what he just said? I'm going to tell you what's
- 5:49Speaker 1: funny about what he just said. He said there's an
- 5:52Speaker 1: instance of a cop using a flock camera to stalk
- 5:57Speaker 1: his ex or whoever, right? But do you know how
- 6:02Speaker 1: bad these phones are? Do you know how, you guys
- 6:07Speaker 1: know how mentally debilitating these phones are to these kids?
- 6:13Speaker 1: And kids are committing suicide because of these phones and
- 6:16Speaker 1: the things that are happening and the access and the
- 6:19Speaker 1: bullying and all of these other mental issues that you
- 6:23Speaker 1: have because of a phone. Documented mental issues, documented just
- 6:29Speaker 1: health risks that these phones cause you with their algorithms.
- 6:36Speaker 1: And yet, nobody cares. But yet, you're going to call
- 6:41Speaker 1: me and go, well, a cop stalked his ex because
- 6:45Speaker 1: he could access a flock camera. But yet, all of
- 6:50Speaker 1: the things, didn't they just, didn't Facebook just lose a
- 6:56Speaker 1: case because some kids, a kid killed himself or something
- 7:02Speaker 1: like that? And yet, You guys don't care about that.
- 7:07Speaker 1: You don't care about what's going on with society and
- 7:11Speaker 1: what these phones are doing to your mental health. But
- 7:16Speaker 1: you care about a cop who stalked his ex using
- 7:20Speaker 1: a flock camera. You think a cop can't use his
- 7:24Speaker 1: computer in his car to find his ex if he
- 7:28Speaker 1: wanted to? Come on now. You guys really are stupid.
- 7:32Speaker 1: I mean, you really are stupid. It just amazes me
- 7:35Speaker 1: how you pick and choose what you like and don't like,
- 7:39Speaker 1: even though these phones are way worse than these cameras.
- 7:43Speaker 1: But you don't care. Because you're addicted. And you're stupid. Also,
- 7:49Speaker 1: these flock cameras, people are against them, right? Oh, they're
- 7:53Speaker 1: taking away our privacy. You don't have much privacy in
- 7:56Speaker 1: public to begin with. but yet you're not concerned about
- 7:58Speaker 1: your phone. Some girl just said she just didn't want
- 8:00Speaker 1: to be on Kern County Activities. Hey, Rome, Kern County
- 8:03Speaker 1: Activities posted cheaters in their vehicles. Is she a cheater? Exactly.
- 8:10Speaker 1: What are you doing in your vehicle? You know how
- 8:12Speaker 1: you don't end up on Kern County Activities in your car?
- 8:15Speaker 8: Cheating?
- 8:15Speaker 1: Don't cheat. Hey, Ron, I was talking to my brother-in-law
- 8:19Speaker 1: last night about I've been drinking too much lately, and
- 8:22Speaker 1: now in the morning I'm getting ads on Facebook about
- 8:26Speaker 1: alcoholic centers to get help. Well, there you go. That's
- 8:30Speaker 1: my point. You idiots are worried about a camera at
- 8:34Speaker 1: an intersection or a camera around town to help keep
- 8:37Speaker 1: you safer or us safer, but yet your phone is
- 8:43Speaker 1: listening to you every single day In the privacy of
- 8:46Speaker 1: your own home. And you don't care about that. Make
- 8:50Speaker 1: that make sense. Good morning now. What's going on? I
- 8:53Speaker 1: really don't care about the flat cameras unless they catch
- 8:57Speaker 1: me riding dirty. My tags are expired right now, so
- 9:01Speaker 1: as long as they.
- 9:02Speaker 4: Don't catch that, I'm cool with them.
- 9:06Speaker 1: I got no problem. What's up, Romeo?
- 9:09Speaker 3: What up, man? About these camera things that they got
- 9:19Speaker 3: going on.
- 9:20Speaker 6: It's all fun and games until.
- 9:23Speaker 5: They're driving down the road and they get smacked by a.
- 9:25Speaker 3: Car and the insurance is trying to say it's their
- 9:27Speaker 3: fault and then they're going to be crying for these cameras.
- 9:30Speaker 5: Or somebody's kid gets kidnapped and then that's the last
- 9:33Speaker 5: place that they've seen them there, you know what I mean?
- 9:35Speaker 2: They're going to need these cameras there.
- 9:38Speaker 1: You know, you're right. And that's why people are stupid,
- 9:41Speaker 1: because it's all fun and games, like you said. You
- 9:44Speaker 1: want to put your whole life out on the Internet
- 9:46Speaker 1: to become sort of a social celebrity, and then you
- 9:50Speaker 1: get mad when it doesn't work out for you, and
- 9:52Speaker 1: now you're a victim. Well, keep your ass off the Internet.
- 9:55Speaker 1: I mean, people are just... The idea is so ridiculous
- 9:58Speaker 1: to think that these cameras... are not here to help
- 10:00Speaker 1: our city be safer.
- 10:04Speaker 2: You know what I mean?
- 10:04Speaker 9: Just like, you know, somebody just kidnapped a kid, and
- 10:07Speaker 9: they got the car, the make, and the model, and
- 10:08Speaker 9: they got.
- 10:09Speaker 2: The license plate, and now they got the identity of
- 10:11Speaker 2: the person.
- 10:11Speaker 1: You know what I mean? And they can follow each
- 10:13Speaker 1: camera to see where he goes, he or she goes,
- 10:15Speaker 1: or wherever. There you go.
- 10:16Speaker 2: Made it left, made it right. There we go.
- 10:18Speaker 1: Exactly.
- 10:19Speaker 3: All right, man.
- 10:20Speaker 8: All right, brother.
- 10:21Speaker 2: Landon, man.
- 10:22Speaker 1: At least somebody gets it. At least somebody gets it.
- 10:25Speaker 1: Let's see. R-8-4-2-5-4-7-7. Uh, Romeo, uh, would you send me here?
- 10:34Speaker 1: Good morning, Rome. People always saying, always, uh, saying to
- 10:38Speaker 1: improve our safety, how Bakersfield's so dangerous. Law enforcement doesn't
- 10:41Speaker 1: make it safer in a sense. Yes, but it won't
- 10:44Speaker 1: stop crime. Camera's evidence will slow down crimes. We will
- 10:48Speaker 1: have faster, we will have faster, accurate, and solid investigations.
- 10:54Speaker 1: Kern County has too many unsolved murders and hit and runs.
- 10:57Speaker 1: Cameras will reduce that and more. Wake up, people. All
- 11:03Speaker 1: people see is cameras in public. And they say because
- 11:07Speaker 1: the government's putting them up or because the cops are
- 11:09Speaker 1: putting them up, all of a sudden they want some
- 11:12Speaker 1: sort of overwatch. That's all they see, negativity towards the
- 11:16Speaker 1: cameras because of who's doing it. But yet you have
- 11:18Speaker 1: no problem putting yourself out there and buying an iPhone
- 11:23Speaker 1: and putting all your business on the streets for the
- 11:26Speaker 1: world to see. You have no business, your phone tracking you.
- 11:31Speaker 1: You think the government's not tracking you through your phone
- 11:33Speaker 1: right now? You think they're not listening to what you're
- 11:37Speaker 1: saying to Alexa in your house or in your, come
- 11:40Speaker 1: on now. You guys can't be that, well, maybe you
- 11:43Speaker 1: are that stupid. These flock cameras everybody's upset about, right?
- 11:47Speaker 1: Why are you upset about them? Good morning, how's it
- 11:49Speaker 1: going on?
- 11:49Speaker 5: Hey, what's up, room?
- 11:50Speaker 1: Hey, Ruben, what up, man?
- 11:51Speaker 5: Man, I got a boy be tripping.
- 11:53Speaker 2: He's like, dude, you need to stop going to Home Depot.
- 11:56Speaker 2: You see all the cameras they have?
- 11:57Speaker 5: As soon as you pull in, they're tracking you. And
- 11:58Speaker 5: I go, bro, you really being tracked by your wife
- 12:02Speaker 5: all the time? I said, what are you worried about?
- 12:04Speaker 5: And he's like, no, dude, I got my whole phone
- 12:06Speaker 5: on lock, nothing in there.
- 12:07Speaker 2: You know what I mean?
- 12:07Speaker 5: And then, you know, he's like stressing. He's like, dude,
- 12:10Speaker 5: they're doing background checks. And I'm like, bro, what do
- 12:13Speaker 5: you got to worry about, dude? Like this guy's never
- 12:16Speaker 5: got a ticket in his whole life. Rome never been
- 12:18Speaker 5: in trouble. And he's stressing out worse than people that
- 12:20Speaker 5: have been caught up in stuff. And I'm like, dude,
- 12:23Speaker 5: you're being tracked all the time.
- 12:24Speaker 2: I go everywhere you go. I go, why are you stressing?
- 12:27Speaker 5: What do you got? What do you do? Is it
- 12:28Speaker 5: that bad.
- 12:29Speaker 2: That you're so worried that don't go to Home Depot
- 12:31Speaker 2: no more.
- 12:32Speaker 5: Go to True Value because they don't have cameras.
- 12:34Speaker 8: Ha, ha, ha, ha.
- 12:37Speaker 2: You know what I mean, bro?
- 12:38Speaker 5: I'm like, these people have got some issues, bro.
- 12:40Speaker 2: You know what I mean?
- 12:41Speaker 5: You really got to sit down. If you're stressing on that, bro,
- 12:44Speaker 5: then you need to get rid of your phone. You
- 12:46Speaker 5: need to quit walking down the street because everybody's ring
- 12:49Speaker 5: doorbells are recording you when you're walking by.
- 12:51Speaker 1: I mean, it's everywhere, dude.
- 12:53Speaker 2: Either get used to it or just stay locked.
- 12:56Speaker 5: Up at home.
- 12:57Speaker 2: All right.
- 12:58Speaker 1: All right, bro.
- 12:59Speaker 8: Later, man.
- 13:00Speaker 1: Yeah, that's exactly what you got to do.
- 13:02Speaker 2: You're right.
- 13:02Speaker 1: You're being tracked every second of every day right now.
- 13:04Speaker 1: You're being tracked right now, by the way. All of you.
- 13:08Speaker 1: Stop being stupid. Hey, Rome, didn't you know that all
- 13:11Speaker 1: these police forces are being investigated and prosecuted for illegally
- 13:14Speaker 1: using the flock cameras? So there are safeguards in place
- 13:18Speaker 1: for the cameras. So quit being paranoid, my people. Damn,
- 13:21Speaker 1: I'm not even paranoid. Well, yeah, big boy should be paranoid.
- 13:24Speaker 1: What's going on?
- 13:25Speaker 8: They make these cameras because all these stupid motherfuckers be
- 13:28Speaker 8: on those bikes trying to play chicken.
- 13:30Speaker 3: That way their mom and dad can see them when
- 13:32Speaker 3: they get run over.
- 13:33Speaker 2: Oh, God.
- 13:35Speaker 1: First of all, don't cuss and calm down. But okay.
- 13:43Speaker 1: But okay, I'm with you in that, yes, they need
- 13:46Speaker 1: the cameras to catch criminals or to catch stupidity. You're right.
- 13:51Speaker 2: Oh, my mijo was so good.
- 13:53Speaker 8: He was an amazing citizen.
- 13:55Speaker 3: He did this.
- 13:56Speaker 9: That mijo was.
- 13:57Speaker 3: On his bike playing chicken with me.
- 14:01Speaker 1: Sounds like you need a Xanax.
- 14:06Speaker 9: No, I just need a drink.
- 14:07Speaker 8: No, because I was going down the street over there
- 14:11Speaker 8: on South K, and there was kids on the bike,
- 14:14Speaker 8: and so they kept stepping towards me.
- 14:16Speaker 4: I don't stop.
- 14:18Speaker 1: All right. Hold on. Okay.
- 14:21Speaker 5: All right.
- 14:21Speaker 1: Don't kill a kid, okay? I understand they're stupid, but
- 14:27Speaker 1: don't kill a kid, okay?
- 14:29Speaker 8: I'll run his ass over.
- 14:30Speaker 1: Oh, my God.
- 14:31Speaker 9: Get out of here.
- 14:34Speaker 1: And that's what the flock camera is for, to decide
- 14:37Speaker 1: who was right and wrong, right? Oh, my God.
- 14:40Speaker 8: All right.
- 14:41Speaker 2: 8-4-2-5-4-7-7-8.
- 14:44Speaker 1: Hey, good morning, Romeo. I agree with you. If someone
- 14:46Speaker 1: wants to stalk their ex, they're going to find a way.
- 14:49Speaker 1: The flock cameras aren't the reason they're able to stalk.
- 14:51Speaker 1: So many other means. Same with phones, social media, though.
- 14:56Speaker 1: It's not the phones or social media doing the bullying.
- 14:59Speaker 1: It's the people on the other side. Yeah, you're right.
- 15:03Speaker 1: But the problem is, here's the problem. You know, we
- 15:08Speaker 1: all grew up. We grew up old school, right? You
- 15:10Speaker 1: had to see your bully at school every day, right?
- 15:12Speaker 1: You remember that. And she'd normally take your lunch money.
- 15:17Speaker 1: But what I'm saying is you're so addicted to it
- 15:22Speaker 1: that you can't walk away from it. You know, none
- 15:25Speaker 1: of us said, you know what? Hey, let's stay after
- 15:27Speaker 1: school so we can be bullied some more and see
- 15:30Speaker 1: what happens, right? We would just go home, cry to
- 15:32Speaker 1: our mom or something, right? Go home and nothing would
- 15:37Speaker 1: be going on at home. But these phones are so addictive.
- 15:42Speaker 1: that you don't even understand or you don't want to
- 15:45Speaker 1: understand how horrible they are for you, for your mental health.
- 15:51Speaker 1: They're just horrible. But a flock camera, we can't have
- 15:56Speaker 1: flock cameras. We can't have cameras in the streets so
- 15:58Speaker 1: that people can see what happened and we can catch criminals. No.
- 16:04Speaker 1: But you, yeah, we can't have that. But you morons
- 16:08Speaker 1: will walk around with that phone being tracked, monitored, listened to, bullied.
- 16:16Speaker 1: Your mental health is deteriorating because of the addiction you
- 16:19Speaker 1: have towards it. You're becoming stupider and dumber, but that's
- 16:25Speaker 1: perfectly fine. But no, we don't want a camera on
- 16:30Speaker 1: Oak in California. They might see us, what, drive through
- 16:35Speaker 1: the intersection? What's going on?
- 16:38Speaker 6: Romeo, tell them dumbasses if they're scared to do the crime,
- 16:42Speaker 6: don't do the crime. Anybody that objects those flocking cameras
- 16:47Speaker 6: is doing shady, you know, shady business.
- 16:53Speaker 9: And that's coming from a Raider fan. I have no
- 16:56Speaker 9: problem with those flocking cameras. You know, there was a
- 16:59Speaker 9: time when there was no snitching. Oh, you couldn't tell.
- 17:03Speaker 2: But these kids are out of hand.
- 17:04Speaker 9: You know, there's a strict policy where you don't hurt children,
- 17:08Speaker 9: women or old people. So I think these cameras may
- 17:13Speaker 9: help solve some of these crime around town without anybody snitching.
- 17:18Speaker 9: So I'm for them.
- 17:20Speaker 5: I don't think it's a bad idea.
- 17:21Speaker 2: All right. Let it.
- 17:23Speaker 1: Already for two, five, four, seven to seven. Hey, good morning, Rome.
- 17:26Speaker 1: I agree with you. If someone wants to stalk their ex,
- 17:29Speaker 1: they're going to find, Oh, I already seen that. Uh,
- 17:31Speaker 1: I already seen that one. Uh, let's see. Good morning, Rome.
- 17:33Speaker 1: I just wanted to say a shout out to you.
- 17:35Speaker 1: I've been listening to you since I was in fifth grade.
- 17:38Speaker 1: I'm 32 now. And I don't remember you ever missing
- 17:43Speaker 1: you ever missing work.
- 17:44Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 17:45Speaker 1: I don't miss work. Um, What did you send me here? Hey,
- 17:49Speaker 1: good morning, Rome. This is a media page. It covers
- 17:53Speaker 1: the Central Valley, but lately it's been Kern County. I'm
- 17:57Speaker 1: good friends with the Dads Gone Live and Kern County Activities.
- 18:02Speaker 1: We ain't here to make Bakersfield safe. We're here to shame,
- 18:06Speaker 1: dump people who drive drunk and cause accidents. Sincerely, Central
- 18:10Speaker 1: Valley Crime Streams. Okay. Yeah, I don't think that... I
- 18:16Speaker 1: don't think... Yeah, okay. Hey, Rome, before I left my
- 18:22Speaker 1: house for work this morning, my phone sent me an
- 18:24Speaker 1: alert to choose an alternate route for traffic collision. It
- 18:28Speaker 1: was actually right. It was actually right. It did a
- 18:31Speaker 1: collision on the 204. I mean, that's what I'm saying.
- 18:33Speaker 1: Your phones are telling you when I get off work today,
- 18:36Speaker 1: my phone will tell me how I'm going home and
- 18:39Speaker 1: how long it's going to take me. So to think
- 18:42Speaker 1: that flock cameras are the downfall of society and not
- 18:46Speaker 1: your cell phone, you're an absolute moron.
- 18:49Speaker 2: Okay?
- 18:51Speaker 1: And the bad part is you choose to put your
- 18:55Speaker 1: business out publicly and then get mad when it doesn't
- 18:59Speaker 1: work out for you. Yo, Rome, free angel. We'd love that. Well,
- 19:05Speaker 1: I would love what wild camera stories he's got about
- 19:08Speaker 1: his baddie neighbors.
- 19:10Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 19:11Speaker 1: Poor Angel. Poor Angel. I wonder if the flock cameras
- 19:15Speaker 1: got Angel caught up. Yeah, poor Angel. What did you
- 19:19Speaker 1: send me here? Hey, Rome, they should just have called
- 19:21Speaker 1: them the Apple flocks, the Apple eye flocks, then everyone
- 19:25Speaker 1: would be on board with it. Yeah, the stupidity of
- 19:30Speaker 1: anybody who is so upset about these cameras, it's just unbelievable. Unbelievable.
- 19:38Speaker 1: Because if you don't think you're already just being watched
- 19:41Speaker 1: every single moment of your life or listened to or monitored,
- 19:45Speaker 1: the stupidity is just, you got to be a moron.
- 19:49Speaker 1: I mean, you really got to be a moron. These
- 19:52Speaker 1: iPhones are way worse than any camera they're putting up
- 19:55Speaker 1: on the street to catch criminals and keep us safer. Yo, Rome,
- 19:59Speaker 1: people then would be standing in line for one. Oh, yeah.
- 20:05Speaker 1: And we called it the Apple one flock or the
- 20:07Speaker 1: Apple eye flock cameras. People would be standing to lie.
- 20:12Speaker 1: That's pretty funny. So I missed the game last night. Uh,
- 20:14Speaker 1: the bills and the lions played. Aren't they supposed to
- 20:18Speaker 1: be two of the best teams in their perspective? Uh, conferences, AFC, NFC, right?
- 20:23Speaker 1: I think a lot of people think Buffalo might go
- 20:25Speaker 1: to the super bowl this year. Detroit has, um, well,
- 20:28Speaker 1: they've failed. They've, um, done very well the last couple
- 20:32Speaker 1: of seasons, but always failed to make it to the
- 20:33Speaker 1: super bowl. Um, I didn't see the game. I was
- 20:36Speaker 1: in Fresno at a high school football game. So I missed, uh,
- 20:39Speaker 1: I missed the entire game. It looked like, based on
- 20:42Speaker 1: the score, that Buffalo just beat the hell out of Detroit.
- 20:46Speaker 1: Is that what happened?
- 20:47Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 20:48Speaker 1: But Buffalo's pretty legit, huh? They've been legit for a
- 20:52Speaker 1: few years, though. They just can't get over the hump.
- 20:54Speaker 1: I don't think they'll ever get over the hump, to
- 20:56Speaker 1: be honest with you. But we'll see what happens. Football, football, football.
- 21:00Speaker 1: We got Monday Night Football. Oh, that's not till Monday.
- 21:04Speaker 1: Do we got anything worth watching today? Let's see. Sunday.
- 21:08Speaker 1: Who do we got on Sunday? You got Atlanta and Carolina.
- 21:12Speaker 1: I don't think anybody would really watch that game. Minnesota
- 21:14Speaker 1: and Chicago. Maybe Chicago put up a lot of points
- 21:18Speaker 1: last week. Philadelphia and Tennessee.
- 21:22Speaker 8: No.
- 21:22Speaker 1: Pittsburgh, New England. Although New England didn't look great. Green Bay,
- 21:27Speaker 1: New York.
- 21:28Speaker 8: Jets.
- 21:29Speaker 2: No.
- 21:30Speaker 1: Cleveland and Tampa, maybe.
- 21:32Speaker 7: Maybe.
- 21:33Speaker 2: No.
- 21:34Speaker 1: New Orleans and Baltimore. I mean, outside of any of
- 21:38Speaker 1: these being your teams, there's not really a great matchup
- 21:41Speaker 1: for everybody to watch. Houston and Cincinnati. I don't know.
- 21:46Speaker 1: Jacksonville and Denver. Jacksonville and Denver might be a legitimate
- 21:49Speaker 1: football game, although Denver looks sorry, but that could have
- 21:52Speaker 1: been the Chiefs just making them look sorry. Oh, Vegas
- 21:55Speaker 1: and the Chargers. They're playing in SoFi. A lot of
- 21:59Speaker 1: you guys might be going to that game, huh? Yeah,
- 22:01Speaker 1: that might be a legitimate watch. The Chargers and the Raiders.
- 22:04Speaker 1: That might be one to watch. Oh, old school matchup. Oh,
- 22:10Speaker 1: you can't say that anymore, huh? Well, I can't because
- 22:12Speaker 1: I'm Native American. But, yeah, the Commanders and the Cowboys
- 22:15Speaker 1: going at it. That might be worth watching as well.
- 22:18Speaker 1: Seattle and Arizona might be worth watching if Arizona's as
- 22:21Speaker 1: good as they were last week. San Francisco and Miami,
- 22:25Speaker 1: nobody cares because Miami sucks. Kansas City and Indianapolis, not
- 22:30Speaker 1: really a game to watch because, well, Indy's terrible. Yeah,
- 22:36Speaker 1: there's a couple one o'clock games I guess you can watch.
- 22:38Speaker 1: Get up early in the morning on Sunday, get some
- 22:40Speaker 1: things done, go to breakfast, have a, Be home by 1,
- 22:43Speaker 1: be home by the afternoon to watch a couple of
- 22:45Speaker 1: good games.
- 22:46Speaker 2: All right. Good morning, Romeo. Chilly Gilly reporting live for
- 22:50Speaker 2: the NFL.
- 22:51Speaker 1: What's going on?
- 22:53Speaker 2: I wanted to let you know that the Buffalo Bills,
- 22:56Speaker 2: since they've opened up their stadium, are undefeated.
- 23:00Speaker 1: Undefeated, huh?
- 23:01Speaker 2: Yep, yep, yes, sir. You know, just like when they
- 23:04Speaker 2: were in their last stadium... They were– all the Super
- 23:08Speaker 2: Bowls they went to, they were undefeated. Oh, wait a minute.
- 23:11Speaker 2: Wait a minute. I'm sorry. I got that backwards. They've
- 23:15Speaker 2: lost four Super Bowls. So I'm going to have to–
- 23:24Speaker 2: I'm going to have to retract that one. I have
- 23:27Speaker 2: to fire my swords.
- 23:29Speaker 1: Fire your sword. Get rid of them. That's funny.
- 23:31Speaker 2: Yeah, because, you know, the way the talk is going
- 23:35Speaker 2: to be going this morning is they're going to be
- 23:38Speaker 2: going all the way, winning it all. all the other
- 23:42Speaker 2: teams will be bending down, tying their shoes.
- 23:47Speaker 1: I don't think the Bills got a shot in hell.
- 23:49Speaker 2: No, I don't think so either, but they sure, those
- 23:52Speaker 2: people were sure excited. Weren't they?
- 23:54Speaker 1: Yeah. They get that way.
- 23:56Speaker 2: They got short memories. Yeah.
- 23:59Speaker 1: They went, uh, who's the one they went four times
- 24:02Speaker 1: and lost our three.
- 24:03Speaker 2: Oh yeah. They got worse and worse and worse.
- 24:06Speaker 1: Josh Allen's not a winner.
- 24:07Speaker 2: And then if, uh, It's once said that if you
- 24:11Speaker 2: wear a Scott Norwood jersey over there, they will jump you.
- 24:16Speaker 2: Have a good day, brother.
- 24:21Speaker 1: Yeah, I just don't think Josh Allen's got the heart
- 24:23Speaker 1: of a winner. He's not a Mahomes. He's not a Manning.
- 24:28Speaker 1: He's not a Brady. He's not, I don't know, Pickier.
- 24:33Speaker 1: Josh Allen is just like Josh Herbert. They're soft. They
- 24:37Speaker 1: win you a few games. They look good throwing down
- 24:39Speaker 1: the field, but they're just not. They don't got that heart, man.
- 24:42Speaker 1: They don't got that killer instinct. Once it starts going
- 24:46Speaker 1: bad for them, they don't know how to overcome. Exactly.
- 24:51Speaker 1: Same thing with Dak Prescott. Phenomenal football player. Probably, from
- 24:57Speaker 1: what I've heard of him, one of the nicest guys
- 25:00Speaker 1: on the planet, but just doesn't have that heart, doesn't
- 25:03Speaker 1: have that killer instinct to just Step on your neck
- 25:07Speaker 1: and take what they should. Take the trophy. Take the ring.
- 25:10Speaker 1: Take the championship.
- 25:11Speaker 9: Chili Willie sounds like a drunk ESPN announcer.
- 25:15Speaker 1: Chili Willie sounds like a drunk ESPN announcer.
- 25:18Speaker 3: Okay.
- 25:20Speaker 2: I thought the Bills looked good.
- 25:22Speaker 5: I thought they played really, really good.
- 25:24Speaker 1: I didn't see the game, so I can't comment. Does
- 25:25Speaker 1: Detroit just suck? That's the second.
- 25:27Speaker 3: Oh, no.
- 25:28Speaker 1: They almost lost in overtime last week, so maybe Detroit sucks.
- 25:32Speaker 9: It was just, I mean, that quarterback, Allen, he was
- 25:35Speaker 9: doing good.
- 25:35Speaker 2: He was moving the ball. He was doing what he
- 25:37Speaker 2: was supposed to.
- 25:38Speaker 9: They weren't unstoppable. The Lions just couldn't stop them.
- 25:41Speaker 2: So it was a good game.
- 25:43Speaker 8: Okay.
- 25:44Speaker 9: I want to know, oh, you didn't watch the game.
- 25:46Speaker 2: They had a good.
- 25:49Speaker 5: Little commercial.
- 25:49Speaker 9: They had Mendoza on the State Farm commercial. Is he
- 25:53Speaker 9: replacing Mahomes?
- 25:55Speaker 1: For State Farm?
- 25:57Speaker 6: Yeah, they had Mendoza.
- 25:58Speaker 2: He ain't ever playing. Maybe. Maybe.
- 26:00Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 26:01Speaker 2: It looked nice.
- 26:03Speaker 1: They've had quite a few players on the State Farm commercials.
- 26:08Speaker 2: It's a sign. It's a sign. The new star is coming.
- 26:13Speaker 1: I'll call you back. Now you sound like a drunk
- 26:16Speaker 1: ESPN announcer.
- 26:18Speaker 9: I have been sipping a little green tea this morning.
- 26:22Speaker 1: Okay, so the other day, a few days ago, I
- 26:25Speaker 1: was driving down California here, and I noticed that the
- 26:29Speaker 1: Jack in the Box right here on California and Oak,
- 26:32Speaker 1: is it California and Oak, is closed down. And look,
- 26:39Speaker 1: I am going to tell you this story, and I
- 26:41Speaker 1: don't know, man, I'm not saying I had anything to
- 26:44Speaker 1: do with it, but supposedly... Well, I know where I was.
- 26:50Speaker 1: I was in Thousand Oaks a couple of weeks ago.
- 26:53Speaker 1: And I'm going to this place that I think is
- 26:57Speaker 1: a bar, like a sports bar and pub is where
- 27:00Speaker 1: I thought I was going for lunch, right? Ended up
- 27:02Speaker 1: being a dive bar in a strip mall. Great dive bar.
- 27:07Speaker 1: Food was terrible, but great dive bar. So I'm sitting there.
- 27:12Speaker 1: Only one in this bar. About a half hour later,
- 27:15Speaker 1: about five, six, seven guys show up, right? One, two, three, four,
- 27:18Speaker 1: about five guys, right? All regulars. And we start talking.
- 27:23Speaker 1: One of the guys, they say, oh, you're from Bakersfield.
- 27:27Speaker 1: I said, yeah. He goes, oh, I owned all the,
- 27:29Speaker 1: my family owns all the Jack in the Boxes in Bakersfield.
- 27:33Speaker 1: And I go, really? I go, can you explain to
- 27:36Speaker 1: me why when I go through there at 3 in
- 27:38Speaker 1: the morning, 3.30 in the morning, that they always, they're closed.
- 27:42Speaker 1: They always tell me that they can't, they can't do
- 27:46Speaker 1: my order because something is updating. Something's purging or updating.
- 27:52Speaker 1: And the guy proceeds to tell me exactly what it is.
- 27:55Speaker 7: Oh, yeah.
- 27:56Speaker 1: He goes, but that only takes a couple of minutes.
- 27:59Speaker 1: And I said, well, why do they tell me they
- 28:00Speaker 1: can't make my food? He goes, I don't know, but
- 28:02Speaker 1: I'm going to find out. And then he gets on
- 28:05Speaker 1: his phone and he starts doing something. No, I don't know.
- 28:07Speaker 1: I'm just at a bar. I'm at a dive bar
- 28:09Speaker 1: at that. So I'm drinking with some guys at noon.
- 28:14Speaker 1: So I don't know if this guy's telling me the
- 28:16Speaker 1: truth or not. But he gets on his phone and
- 28:20Speaker 1: he starts texting. And he really did legitimately completely leave
- 28:24Speaker 1: our conversation and start doing something on his phone. And
- 28:28Speaker 1: I thought, wow, maybe this guy's telling me the truth.
- 28:33Speaker 1: Maybe his family does own all the jack-in-the-boxes from here
- 28:36Speaker 1: to Fresno or wherever. I don't remember exactly what he said.
- 28:40Speaker 1: And he goes, you know what? I'm going to take
- 28:43Speaker 1: care of it. And I thought, uh-oh.
- 28:47Speaker 7: So.
- 28:49Speaker 1: I don't know if that's taking care of it or not.
- 28:52Speaker 1: I don't know. It's just the irony of the situation
- 28:57Speaker 1: is pretty amazing to me because I literally could have
- 28:59Speaker 1: been drinking and I don't know. I literally might have
- 29:03Speaker 1: got it shut down. I have no idea. But maybe
- 29:08Speaker 1: it was already in the problem. I have no idea.
- 29:10Speaker 1: But he seemed to know an awful lot about the
- 29:12Speaker 1: Jack of the Boxes in Bakersfield. So I guess if
- 29:16Speaker 1: you work there, I'm sorry. But I don't know. I
- 29:20Speaker 1: just don't know. The irony of who you will meet
- 29:22Speaker 1: in a bar any given time. And you guys know.
- 29:27Speaker 1: I mean, people like you, people that go to bars
- 29:29Speaker 1: like I do. You know, I go to dive bars.
- 29:31Speaker 1: I go to local bars when I'm in other towns
- 29:33Speaker 1: because I don't, you know, I don't, I like them.
- 29:35Speaker 1: You know, just like I liked all the local, that
- 29:37Speaker 1: one of the things I liked about Bakersfield moving here
- 29:41Speaker 1: all the local bars you can hang out with you
- 29:44Speaker 1: could sit there next to you know millionaires in Bakersfield
- 29:50Speaker 1: that acted like they were you just like you you
- 29:53Speaker 1: know it was great it was great a lot of
- 29:57Speaker 1: those don't exist anymore though Here in Bakersfield, at least.
- 30:00Speaker 1: But I will say this. I've met some pretty interesting
- 30:04Speaker 1: people sitting at a bar. So I could have. I
- 30:06Speaker 1: could have met the guy who owns all the Jack
- 30:09Speaker 1: in the Boxes from here to I don't know where.
- 30:12Speaker 1: Or I don't know. I met a guy one time
- 30:16Speaker 1: sitting at a bar in Bakersfield years ago who he
- 30:24Speaker 1: was an upstart for nuclear power plants. He worked for
- 30:27Speaker 1: a company that I guess they started nuclear power plants
- 30:33Speaker 1: or he worked on nuclear power plants or something like that.
- 30:35Speaker 1: He lived in Bakersfield because it was centrally located to
- 30:37Speaker 1: all the different, and I don't even know how many
- 30:39Speaker 1: nuclear power plants there are, but he had to go
- 30:43Speaker 1: live centrally located to the power plants that he had
- 30:46Speaker 1: to go. I don't know if he inspected them or
- 30:49Speaker 1: worked on them or helped set them up. I can't
- 30:51Speaker 1: remember what it was, but it was something crazy like that.
- 30:55Speaker 1: You never know. That's just one of the cool things.
- 30:58Speaker 1: You just never know when you go to a bar
- 31:02Speaker 1: who you're sitting next to. It's wild. R-D-4-2-5-4-7-7. We've got
- 31:09Speaker 1: to talk about fitness because Dickie's here from Miljana Fitness.
- 31:12Speaker 1: Good morning, Dickie.
- 31:12Speaker 8: Hey, good morning.
- 31:14Speaker 1: All right. So we work out with you four days
- 31:16Speaker 1: a week. It's kind of a hybrid type, what, strength
- 31:20Speaker 1: and conditioning type workouts?
- 31:22Speaker 8: Yeah. It's a strength and conditioning program, high intensity, and–
- 31:27Speaker 8: High intensity. I didn't know there was a word for
- 31:30Speaker 8: it until recently. This Hyrox has come around. I guess
- 31:33Speaker 8: it's called hybrid training.
- 31:34Speaker 1: Hybrid training? I've been doing this for 15 years now.
- 31:36Speaker 1: Hybrid training. That's a little bit of everything.
- 31:40Speaker 8: It's compromised running, although our running is very much shorter
- 31:44Speaker 8: than the actual race, but It's just, you know, we're combining,
- 31:50Speaker 8: you know, your strength, your agility, endurance, and a little
- 31:54Speaker 8: bit of running here and there, aka some cardio. So
- 31:57Speaker 8: it's not always running sometimes.
- 31:58Speaker 2: Yeah. Jump ropes.
- 31:59Speaker 1: Jump ropes.
- 31:59Speaker 8: Bikes and things like that. But, yeah. It's a very
- 32:02Speaker 8: good program as to get an overall athlete conditioning.
- 32:06Speaker 1: Now, let's talk about just about the conditioning part of it.
- 32:09Speaker 1: In a session of, what is it, about 50 minutes, 45,
- 32:12Speaker 1: 50 minutes, depending on what the workout is, it could
- 32:16Speaker 1: be anywhere between four to six, seven exercises, something like that.
- 32:21Speaker 1: And you can burn anywhere between 500 to 700 calories.
- 32:25Speaker 1: Within a 45-minute session.
- 32:26Speaker 2: Oh, yeah.
- 32:27Speaker 8: So you always want to see something that's about 10
- 32:29Speaker 8: calories per minute. That's kind of a good engagement. If
- 32:33Speaker 8: you're trying to burn calories, obviously. If you're doing strength training,
- 32:36Speaker 8: a little bit less. Pure cardio, probably a little bit more.
- 32:39Speaker 8: But overall, you want to be about, give or take,
- 32:41Speaker 8: 10 calories per minute.
- 32:43Speaker 1: Now, when we talk about the classes, though, when you talk,
- 32:44Speaker 1: there are some meatheads out there that just want to
- 32:46Speaker 1: lift weights. And then there are some people out there
- 32:48Speaker 1: who like to run and the cardio a little more.
- 32:51Speaker 1: You can get both out of the workouts. I mean,
- 32:55Speaker 1: if you want to lift heavier weights, you can lift
- 32:57Speaker 1: heavier weights within the parameters of what the workout is
- 33:01Speaker 1: to get that strength training in. And if you want
- 33:03Speaker 1: to lean out a little more and you want to
- 33:06Speaker 1: do a little more reps and less weight, you can
- 33:07Speaker 1: do that as well. So the options, everything's available for
- 33:10Speaker 1: you depending on what you're trying to do within one workout,
- 33:14Speaker 1: even though it may look like, hey, that's a little
- 33:16Speaker 1: more cardio. Yeah, but there's also strength training within.
- 33:20Speaker 8: Yeah, the whole program is, you know, Look at, for example,
- 33:24Speaker 8: NFL linemen, right? They don't really need to run that far, right?
- 33:27Speaker 8: They're not like the receivers, things like that. But they
- 33:29Speaker 8: still have to have a conditioning. And running is a
- 33:32Speaker 8: basic condition 101 as far as endurance and upping your
- 33:37Speaker 8: VO2 max and things like that. So we combine things.
- 33:42Speaker 8: I hate certain things. There's things that you hate to do.
- 33:46Speaker 8: Everybody hates certain things. But you are forced to do
- 33:49Speaker 8: it to become a better player. Yeah, Arnold and I were.
- 33:53Speaker 1: Having that conversation yesterday about the workout. He doesn't like
- 33:56Speaker 1: doing burpees, so he doesn't do as many burpees as
- 34:00Speaker 1: he would, but he's okay with some of the other things,
- 34:02Speaker 1: riding the bike, things like that that he can do.
- 34:04Speaker 1: So hold on, Dickie.
- 34:06Speaker 8: Give everybody your phone number, how they can hold you.
- 34:10Speaker 2: 661-444-3635.
- 34:11Speaker 8: You can text me, call me, or find me on
- 34:13Speaker 8: Instagram under Muleana Fitness.
- 34:15Speaker 1: All right, so check him out. He'll let you try
- 34:16Speaker 1: the classes out. I do want to talk a little
- 34:18Speaker 1: bit very specifically about some of the exercises as it
- 34:22Speaker 1: balances out between strength, conditioning. So I want to talk
- 34:25Speaker 1: to you guys about fitness. That's why Dickie is here
- 34:27Speaker 1: from Muleana Fitness.
- 34:28Speaker 2: 661-444-3635.
- 34:31Speaker 8: Three, six, three, five.
- 34:32Speaker 1: And you can see him on Instagram at Muleana Fitness.
- 34:35Speaker 1: Muleana Fitness. You can check him out there, and he'll
- 34:37Speaker 1: show you the gym, the classes, and everything that's going on. Now,
- 34:40Speaker 1: one of the things, there's a couple things I want
- 34:41Speaker 1: to tell you about. We're going to talk about it.
- 34:43Speaker 1: It's a class setting.
- 34:44Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 34:45Speaker 1: So you do have other people that are in misery
- 34:47Speaker 1: with you, and you have other people to talk to.
- 34:50Speaker 1: If you bring a friend, you guys can talk through
- 34:52Speaker 1: the whole class.
- 34:54Speaker 8: Sometimes the friend that is sharing misery with somebody else
- 34:58Speaker 8: kind of gets you through the workout.
- 35:01Speaker 1: So just to recap real quick, it is a 45
- 35:03Speaker 1: to 50 minute class. It's about, you know, it can
- 35:06Speaker 1: be anywhere from four exercises to maybe six exercises, seven,
- 35:10Speaker 1: just depending on whatever the workout is. It's a combination
- 35:13Speaker 1: of everything. It's not like the old school way of, okay,
- 35:16Speaker 1: today's leg day.
- 35:17Speaker 2: Okay.
- 35:17Speaker 1: Today's you do kind of blend everything into it.
- 35:21Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 35:22Speaker 8: I mean, we, it's, you know, it's a conditioning program.
- 35:25Speaker 8: This is the original condition program for, athletes, whether it's
- 35:29Speaker 8: Major League Baseball, NFL, tennis, you name it. But it's...
- 35:36Speaker 8: You can't just do one. You can't just do strength training.
- 35:39Speaker 8: You can't just be the guy that just lifts weights.
- 35:41Speaker 8: It can't also not be ideal to be just a runner.
- 35:45Speaker 8: Even runners need to have strength training. Golfers need strength training.
- 35:51Speaker 8: They have to do core training, which we do a
- 35:53Speaker 8: lot of. We implement core training to a lot of
- 35:56Speaker 8: our regimen on a daily basis.
- 35:59Speaker 1: You don't notice it. I do want to say this.
- 36:02Speaker 1: People who have never done it before don't realize that
- 36:05Speaker 1: you might do curls. Let's say you're a meathead and
- 36:09Speaker 1: you want to do 50-pound curls. I don't know if
- 36:12Speaker 1: anybody can do it. You can do that. But you
- 36:14Speaker 1: also might have to run a tenth of a mile,
- 36:16Speaker 1: which is not very far to run in one little
- 36:19Speaker 1: session and one... whatever one time you're not running four
- 36:23Speaker 1: miles or six miles. Like I see these guys get
- 36:25Speaker 1: on the treadmill for two or three miles and then
- 36:27Speaker 1: go work out. And I think, right.
- 36:28Speaker 8: Okay.
- 36:29Speaker 1: That's just gets monotonous. And, but these classes, uh, allow
- 36:33Speaker 1: you to both. Now, maybe you're a runner and you
- 36:36Speaker 1: don't want to lift 50 pound, you know, dumbbells. You
- 36:39Speaker 1: can list 25 or 15 or whatever it is, you.
- 36:41Speaker 8: Know, You know, I get a lot of questions. Do
- 36:44Speaker 8: I have to be a good runner? Because they hear
- 36:46Speaker 8: that we do some running.
- 36:48Speaker 1: Oh, no, I'm terrible.
- 36:49Speaker 8: Do you have to be a good runner? You have
- 36:51Speaker 8: to just be slightly faster than walking.
- 36:55Speaker 1: Yeah, exactly.
- 36:56Speaker 8: It is literally a 15-minute mile pace, which is... I mean,
- 37:01Speaker 8: I've had my 400-pound clients that can do that. They
- 37:05Speaker 8: can just walk around a little bit, just speed walking.
- 37:08Speaker 8: They'll get it there. So do you have to be
- 37:10Speaker 8: a good runner? No, you don't have to be a
- 37:11Speaker 8: good runner. But if you want to get more break, yeah,
- 37:15Speaker 8: go learn a little faster, right? So depending on that,
- 37:18Speaker 8: but no, the question of that, of a lot of
- 37:20Speaker 8: questions is you do not have to be a good runner.
- 37:22Speaker 8: You just have to do a little cardio.
- 37:24Speaker 1: Yeah. What the classes do is they give you a
- 37:26Speaker 1: perfect balance of cardio and strength. Now, if you're great
- 37:30Speaker 1: at the strength, you can get through the cardio. If
- 37:33Speaker 1: you're great at the cardio, you can get through the strength.
- 37:35Speaker 1: That's really kind of what it comes down to. What
- 37:38Speaker 1: you're good at, you can get through real easily. What
- 37:40Speaker 1: you're not so good at, you'll get through it, and
- 37:44Speaker 1: you'll get a little better at it.
- 37:45Speaker 8: And that's exactly the reason for the program is originally
- 37:48Speaker 8: when I started my training facility, is I would just say, hey,
- 37:55Speaker 8: this is the workout. Go for it, right? You're on
- 37:58Speaker 8: your own. You have a 15-minute running clock.
- 38:00Speaker 1: Go for it.
- 38:01Speaker 8: And I had this one particular client who was at
- 38:04Speaker 8: the end of every single one when I had burpees,
- 38:07Speaker 8: and any workout that had burpees, he would only do
- 38:10Speaker 8: like three rounds out of the 10.
- 38:12Speaker 1: Out of the 10, yeah. And I said, what happened?
- 38:14Speaker 8: He said, well, I really struggle with burpees, but I
- 38:17Speaker 8: don't want to skip, so I just stuck with it. Yeah.
- 38:19Speaker 8: And he wasted a lot of time, so then... We
- 38:22Speaker 8: made it to the point where we had intervals. We
- 38:24Speaker 8: had a certain time for a certain amount of reps.
- 38:26Speaker 8: If you can't do it, move on to the next one.
- 38:28Speaker 1: Move on to the next one. That way you get everything.
- 38:30Speaker 8: You're never left behind.
- 38:32Speaker 2: All right.
- 38:32Speaker 1: Dickie Mugliana, Mugliana Fitness, 444-3635. Check him out on Instagram.
- 38:38Speaker 1: You can see the gym. The gym's a beautiful gym.
- 38:41Speaker 1: There's equipment for everybody. You don't really have to share anything.
- 38:44Speaker 1: So it works out great. Yeah, we'll talk about that next.
- 38:46Speaker 1: All right, Diggy's here from Loyana Fitness. We work out
- 38:48Speaker 1: with him four days a week, Monday through Thursday. He
- 38:51Speaker 1: has five sessions. They are 45 to 50-minute sessions. So
- 38:56Speaker 1: they start on time. They end on time. You're in,
- 38:58Speaker 1: you're out, you get it done. Yeah. It's not a
- 39:00Speaker 1: bad deal, though.
- 39:01Speaker 8: So we have five sessions, 5, 6, and 8.30 for
- 39:04Speaker 8: the morning sessions, 5 and 6 for the evening sessions.
- 39:06Speaker 8: There are 50-minute sessions. There are group trainings. Co-ed, there
- 39:11Speaker 8: are men and women combined, young and old. It doesn't
- 39:14Speaker 8: really matter. Everybody has their own spots. Everybody is guaranteed
- 39:19Speaker 8: a training time every single day, so there's no online
- 39:22Speaker 8: booking required. You're always welcome to crash any other time
- 39:27Speaker 8: that is not your time.
- 39:29Speaker 1: Sure.
- 39:30Speaker 8: There's availabilities assuming right but almost i've never had a
- 39:34Speaker 8: hundred percent uh yeah attendance because their life happens and
- 39:38Speaker 8: you know that's exactly what happened yeah um.
- 39:41Speaker 1: And just so you guys know you never it's when
- 39:43Speaker 1: we say class setting it's not like a um It's
- 39:46Speaker 1: not like a Zumba or something like that where you
- 39:48Speaker 1: can get left behind if you don't know what's going on.
- 39:51Speaker 1: You cannot get left behind in these classes because the
- 39:54Speaker 1: way they're timed, the way they're structured, even if you're
- 39:57Speaker 1: not good at something, you always get to move on.
- 39:59Speaker 8: Yeah, and you're almost never lost unless your neighbor is
- 40:03Speaker 8: lost and I'm not looking at you. You're never lost
- 40:06Speaker 8: because everybody in the class is doing the exact same
- 40:09Speaker 8: exercise at the same time. So everybody goes through. this
- 40:13Speaker 8: training program together. And so if you need help and
- 40:17Speaker 8: you kind of need guidance, it's always there.
- 40:19Speaker 1: A couple of small things, or they're big things, but
- 40:22Speaker 1: just so you guys know, if you need meal plans,
- 40:25Speaker 1: Dickie will help you out with that based on what
- 40:26Speaker 1: you like to eat, based on what you're trying to do,
- 40:28Speaker 1: whether build muscle, lose weight, use a polar monitoring system,
- 40:33Speaker 1: very accurate to know exactly how many calories you've, uh, burned. So,
- 40:37Speaker 1: you know, how many calories you could eat. Um, that's
- 40:40Speaker 1: very important for those of us that are losing weight.
- 40:42Speaker 1: And so it is, uh, there's a lot of science
- 40:45Speaker 1: to it. And it is, uh, if you're really looking
- 40:48Speaker 1: to accomplish whatever it is, maybe you're, you know, maybe
- 40:51Speaker 1: you want to go into the police Academy or you're
- 40:52Speaker 1: going to, I mean, even doc, doc was going into
- 40:54Speaker 1: the military and doc worked out with us, uh, for
- 40:58Speaker 1: a few months to get it, to drop that weight
- 40:59Speaker 1: that he needed to for the military. And I mean,
- 41:01Speaker 1: so there's a lot of, uh, For a lot of
- 41:04Speaker 1: you guys, they're going to physical jobs.
- 41:06Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 41:06Speaker 8: I mean, we hosted a workout for applicants for CHP
- 41:12Speaker 8: a couple weeks ago, and it is exactly what they needed.
- 41:16Speaker 8: They needed the high intensity, you know, combining with strength, core,
- 41:21Speaker 8: and running endurance. That was something, part of their test, right?
- 41:25Speaker 8: Their physical test they had to do, and we covered
- 41:29Speaker 8: it all, and all within one hour of session.
- 41:32Speaker 1: On a Saturday.
- 41:33Speaker 8: So we do that for all pretty much law enforcement
- 41:38Speaker 8: and military, which is usually perfect.
- 41:39Speaker 1: Firefighters. You guys are going into that field.
- 41:41Speaker 8: Any public service that has to do with physical job
- 41:45Speaker 8: is exactly what is intended for.
- 41:48Speaker 1: So you guys give Dickie a call.
- 41:50Speaker 2: 444-3635.
- 41:52Speaker 1: That is the phone number. Or check them out on
- 41:54Speaker 1: Muleana Fitness, Dickie. We'll talk to you later. All right.
- 41:57Speaker 1: I'll see you Monday. I'll still be there. It's got 94.1.
- 42:01Speaker 1: All righty.
- 42:03Speaker 8: 425477.
- 42:03Speaker 1: What did you send me here? Rome, the Bills offense
- 42:05Speaker 1: looked good last night. Defense needs work.
- 42:07Speaker 5: Okay.
- 42:09Speaker 1: Hey, good morning, Romeo. Off subject. A while back, you
- 42:11Speaker 1: were talking about an app that your neighbor told you
- 42:15Speaker 1: about that can help you fix things. Do you remember
- 42:18Speaker 1: what app it is?
- 42:19Speaker 8: Uh.
- 42:21Speaker 1: You have a good day. An app that helps you
- 42:23Speaker 1: fix things that my neighbor told me about. I don't
- 42:28Speaker 1: remember that. I'm going to guess it was probably YouTube.
- 42:34Speaker 1: Just go to YouTube. You just type in, how do
- 42:37Speaker 1: you fix this in YouTube? And they'll show you. Okay.
- 42:40Speaker 1: I don't remember an app, by the way.
- 42:43Speaker 2: Good morning. What number am I?
- 42:44Speaker 1: You're calling number 29. Congratulations. What's your name?
- 42:51Speaker 2: Shelby. Shelby?
- 42:52Speaker 1: All right, you got yourself here, an invite here to
- 42:54Speaker 1: go try and win Chris Brown tickets, okay, and Usher
- 42:57Speaker 1: tickets to play music bingo, okay?
- 43:01Speaker 5: Okay, thank you.
- 43:02Speaker 1: Now, once again, do you know what music bingo is?
- 43:05Speaker 2: Yes.
- 43:06Speaker 1: Oh, you played it before?
- 43:08Speaker 8: No.
- 43:09Speaker 2: I mean, I've been listening and kind of, you know,
- 43:11Speaker 2: seeing it online.
- 43:12Speaker 1: Well, how do you play it?
- 43:15Speaker 2: I would assume if you listen to certain music and
- 43:18Speaker 2: wait for....
- 43:22Speaker 8: Just put them together like a B-roll card.
- 43:24Speaker 1: Okay. All right. All right. Well, we'll see.
- 43:27Speaker 5: All right. So you're in.
- 43:28Speaker 1: Hold on a second. Okay, Shelby?
- 43:30Speaker 3: Hey, Rome.
- 43:31Speaker 1: What's up with these unfaithful guys? Why are they unfaithful?
- 43:37Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 43:38Speaker 1: I guess the same reason. I don't know. It's probably
- 43:42Speaker 1: a lot of reasons, right? One, they're just dirtbags, right?
- 43:46Speaker 1: First of all, you're going to have a percentage of
- 43:48Speaker 1: men that just aren't going to be faithful. No matter what, right?
- 43:52Speaker 1: So you got that percentage of guys. I mean, second
- 43:56Speaker 1: of all, you got these women out there who want
- 44:03Speaker 1: a guy in a relationship. They want a married man.
- 44:07Speaker 1: So you got those two things right there. That's, you know,
- 44:11Speaker 1: probably the biggest reason people are unfaithful. I mean, then
- 44:17Speaker 1: you got unhappiness at home. So you're not getting your
- 44:21Speaker 1: needs met at home. So somebody out there will meet
- 44:23Speaker 1: your needs. Cause your wife won't. So you got that going.
- 44:29Speaker 1: I mean, I don't know that I gotta be insecurity, unhappy,
- 44:35Speaker 1: not getting your needs met. I mean, and I'm not
- 44:39Speaker 1: putting it on the, on the wife. I'm not saying
- 44:41Speaker 1: the reason he's not, I mean, she might not, he
- 44:43Speaker 1: might not be getting his needs met because she's not
- 44:44Speaker 1: getting hers. Then it might be a tip for task situation,
- 44:47Speaker 1: but I'm just saying there's, I mean, there's got to
- 44:50Speaker 1: be a bunch of, I don't know, I would say
- 44:51Speaker 1: probably the main reasons. Some guys just are never going
- 44:55Speaker 1: to be faithful. Women out there want men that are
- 45:00Speaker 1: locked down. Not getting your needs met at home. I mean, insecurity,
- 45:06Speaker 1: I guess. What other reasons? All right, so somebody was
- 45:11Speaker 1: asking me about why guys cheat, why they're unfaithful. Probably
- 45:16Speaker 1: a hundred reasons, I guess. What would be... The main reason.
- 45:20Speaker 1: That's what somebody else texted. 842-547-7A, Rome, if you had
- 45:24Speaker 1: to guess, what would you say the main reason is
- 45:27Speaker 1: that someone cheats? The main reason? That's a good question.
- 45:35Speaker 1: Probably because, I don't know, they're not attracted to their spouse.
- 45:41Speaker 1: They're not getting their needs met at home. I would
- 45:45Speaker 1: say that's probably the main reason. I mean, the idea
- 45:49Speaker 1: that men and women are just natural cheaters, which is
- 45:53Speaker 1: some people have that philosophy that men and women are
- 45:55Speaker 1: not meant or humans, I should say, are not meant
- 45:59Speaker 1: to settle down. I've heard that before. And somehow we
- 46:06Speaker 1: do for some reason, but that that's not nature. That's
- 46:10Speaker 1: not natural for men and women just to settle down.
- 46:12Speaker 1: So I would say probably the main reason that men
- 46:16Speaker 1: and women cheat, people cheat is because they're not getting
- 46:19Speaker 1: what they want at home. And so they go somewhere
- 46:23Speaker 1: else to get it. I mean, emotional connection. You guys
- 46:28Speaker 1: spend too much time at work talking to your coworkers and, uh,
- 46:32Speaker 1: getting too personal with them. I, you know, there's a
- 46:35Speaker 1: lot of different reasons why for there to be one
- 46:39Speaker 1: main reason. Um, Yeah, that's tough. That's a tough question
- 46:44Speaker 1: to answer. RD425477, why do people cheat? Rome, it's not
- 46:48Speaker 1: easy for a married man to get a side piece.
- 46:51Speaker 1: Sometimes my wife has dreamed that I cheat on her
- 46:53Speaker 1: and she gets insecure and tells me not to cheat.
- 46:55Speaker 1: And I always tell her I barely have time to
- 46:57Speaker 1: play video games and do things that I actually like.
- 47:00Speaker 1: Do you think I'm going to take the time out
- 47:03Speaker 1: of my life to pamper another broad? I'd rather take
- 47:06Speaker 1: the time and do something I enjoy. You know, it's
- 47:11Speaker 1: funny that you said that because as I was reading
- 47:12Speaker 1: your text message, I was thinking about cheaters, right? And
- 47:16Speaker 1: are cheaters born or are cheaters made? Are cheaters just
- 47:22Speaker 1: born that way or are cheaters made that way? Because
- 47:27Speaker 1: I can honestly say... Personally, I don't think I've ever
- 47:31Speaker 1: thought about cheating. You guys know I'm totally against cheating,
- 47:36Speaker 1: but I don't think no matter what was going on
- 47:38Speaker 1: with my life and any relationship I've ever been in,
- 47:41Speaker 1: that cheating crossed my mind. Leaving crossed my mind. Drinking
- 47:48Speaker 1: with my buddies crossed my mind. But cheating was never
- 47:51Speaker 1: something that I thought, you know what, I think I'll
- 47:53Speaker 1: go cheat. Or it's right there, let me cheat. It
- 47:56Speaker 1: just was something that's never come up.
- 47:59Speaker 8: So, I.
- 48:01Speaker 1: Don't know, man. Do you think cheaters are born that
- 48:03Speaker 1: way or do you think they're made? A lot of
- 48:05Speaker 1: people said, you know, a lot of people will say that. Well,
- 48:07Speaker 1: why'd your girl cheat on you? What did you do wrong?
- 48:10Speaker 1: And I've even said that. What did you do wrong?
- 48:13Speaker 1: But I don't know. Now that I'm thinking about it,
- 48:18Speaker 1: he's kind of right. I got other things I got
- 48:19Speaker 1: to do that I want to do that I don't
- 48:22Speaker 1: have time for. So why would I waste my time cheating? Yeah,
- 48:26Speaker 1: that is a very good question, which makes me wonder.
- 48:29Speaker 1: Somebody was asking me earlier about cheaters, right? Men being unfaithful. Well,
- 48:33Speaker 1: men and women are both. I think at the same rate,
- 48:35Speaker 1: men and women are both unfaithful, but why? You know,
- 48:39Speaker 1: are they born that way? Do you create it? Like
- 48:44Speaker 1: I said, I've talked to people who've said that it's,
- 48:45Speaker 1: that's just human nature. Men and women aren't supposed, humans
- 48:49Speaker 1: are not supposed to be with one person their whole life.
- 48:54Speaker 2: R2425477.
- 48:54Speaker 1: Let's see. Good morning, Romeo. For females, I would probably
- 49:00Speaker 1: say they cheat because they're not getting their expectations met.
- 49:03Speaker 1: For guys, I would say because a lot of girls
- 49:06Speaker 1: give them the choice because if a lot of females
- 49:10Speaker 1: weren't so easy, I bet you guys would hardly cheat. Yeah,
- 49:16Speaker 1: didn't Chris Rock make a joke or say something like
- 49:18Speaker 1: that years ago? Men are as faithful as their options.
- 49:23Speaker 1: Women might be a little more. So basically, you think
- 49:27Speaker 1: women cheat because they're not getting their needs or expectations met,
- 49:30Speaker 1: but men do it because there are women out there
- 49:32Speaker 1: that will allow them to do it. You don't think,
- 49:35Speaker 1: you don't believe that it goes the same for men
- 49:38Speaker 1: and women? I mean, that being said, I don't think
- 49:46Speaker 1: that's true. And I'll tell you why. Because there's got
- 49:50Speaker 1: to be men out there who have turned down infidelity
- 49:53Speaker 1: because they love the woman they have at home, right?
- 49:55Speaker 1: They love their spouse. They had to have turned down
- 49:58Speaker 1: infidelity before. If that was the case, every man who
- 50:01Speaker 1: had an opportunity to jump in bed with another woman
- 50:03Speaker 1: would do it. I don't think that happens. I think that, well, maybe.
- 50:07Speaker 1: I don't know. Already 4, 2, 5, 4, 7, 7.
- 50:11Speaker 1: I'm going to guess if you're getting everything you want
- 50:15Speaker 1: at home, you're going to go home. I'm just guessing
- 50:19Speaker 1: that more people who get what they want at home
- 50:22Speaker 1: go home. And the cheaters are the ones not getting
- 50:27Speaker 1: what they want at home. But in the bigger, in
- 50:30Speaker 1: the broader spectrum of cheating... There's a percentage of men
- 50:37Speaker 1: and women that are just going to cheat no matter what, right? Now,
- 50:41Speaker 1: are there more of those than the ones that are
- 50:44Speaker 1: driven to be cheaters? So once again, you're born that
- 50:48Speaker 1: way or you're cheaters created. All right, what do we
- 50:50Speaker 1: got here? Let's see what you guys texted me. Hey, Rome,
- 50:52Speaker 1: people cheat because of lack of communication with their partner.
- 50:55Speaker 1: A guy will cheat for sex because he can get some.
- 51:00Speaker 1: A woman will cheat for feelings, not for sex. A
- 51:02Speaker 1: guy will tell a girl what she wants. A guy
- 51:05Speaker 1: will tell a girl what she wants to hear to
- 51:08Speaker 1: get some, especially if she's single or if he knows
- 51:11Speaker 1: she has problems at home. And neglecting men, I bet
- 51:15Speaker 1: 95% of women catch feelings when having sex. A guy won't.
- 51:20Speaker 1: A guy will probably tell his buddies about it or
- 51:22Speaker 1: show pics of it. But remember, girls do who they
- 51:26Speaker 1: want and guys do who they can. I don't know
- 51:35Speaker 1: about that. I mean, that's maybe, maybe, maybe you're right.
- 51:39Speaker 1: I think that I don't think every man will just
- 51:44Speaker 1: jump in bed with somebody because they can't. I think
- 51:50Speaker 1: that here's the problem. If you have 100 men, well,
- 51:54Speaker 1: let me put it like this. You've got 100 cheaters.
- 51:57Speaker 1: How many of them cheat because they're just that way?
- 51:59Speaker 1: And how many of them cheat because They were kind
- 52:02Speaker 1: of created to do the relationship at home. That's the question.
- 52:08Speaker 8: 50-50?
- 52:10Speaker 1: Or if I was going to guess, I would probably
- 52:12Speaker 1: say 80% of men cheat because of what's going on
- 52:18Speaker 1: at home. I would say about 20, 20, maybe 20,
- 52:21Speaker 1: 25% of humans cheat just because that's just human nature.
- 52:27Speaker 3: Right?
- 52:27Speaker 2: So maybe.
- 52:28Speaker 3: Maybe.
- 52:29Speaker 1: All right, A4254, 7 to 7. Hey, Rome, this is
- 52:32Speaker 1: Seahawk Lou. I think women cheat because their men are
- 52:37Speaker 1: Kansas City Chiefs fans. Lou just really makes himself sound
- 52:43Speaker 1: like an idiot every time he talks, doesn't he? I mean,
- 52:46Speaker 1: he might be the dumbest dude on the planet. And
- 52:49Speaker 1: the problem is I think he thinks he knows what
- 52:51Speaker 1: he's talking about. Like, I think he thinks he's funny.
- 52:54Speaker 2: You know?
- 52:55Speaker 1: He doesn't realize what kind of moron he makes himself
- 52:57Speaker 1: sound every day on the radio. Hey, good day, Romeo.
- 53:03Speaker 1: Cheating is usually done more as a young person. As
- 53:07Speaker 1: an older gentleman, there is no time, money, or patience
- 53:10Speaker 1: to cheat. But men do cheat to conquer as many
- 53:12Speaker 1: females as possible. Maybe, maybe, maybe. I don't know, man.
- 53:19Speaker 1: I don't think it's a question we can answer. There's
- 53:21Speaker 1: too many variables, right, on why people cheat. Rome, that
- 53:24Speaker 1: rule only applies for not so attractive men. You're right.
- 53:30Speaker 1: I was thinking about that. There are a lot of
- 53:34Speaker 1: charismatic guys that can get damn near any woman they want.
- 53:39Speaker 1: Unattractive men, you're probably right. They got to kind of
- 53:42Speaker 1: take what they can get, right? So you might be
- 53:45Speaker 1: right about that. Availability for unattractive men is, you're right.
- 53:51Speaker 1: I would agree with that. Yeah, what's going on?
- 53:54Speaker 3: Yeah, what up, bro?
- 53:55Speaker 1: Hey, what up, man?
- 53:56Speaker 5: Hey, so what's the topic this morning? I caught it
- 53:58Speaker 5: late right now.
- 53:59Speaker 1: Oh, somebody's just asking why people cheat. That's all.
- 54:03Speaker 5: You know what, man? I heard you talking right now
- 54:05Speaker 5: about the situations at home.
- 54:09Speaker 2: And I think for a lot of the dudes out there,
- 54:10Speaker 2: it's usually if they're in a sexless marriage, the guy's
- 54:12Speaker 2: going to cheat. Well, sure.
- 54:15Speaker 5: That's the way I see it.
- 54:16Speaker 6: They've been married for a long time, but some girls
- 54:18Speaker 6: will be like, oh.
- 54:19Speaker 5: You know, you don't do the same.
- 54:20Speaker 2: As you used to. Yeah, I would agree.
- 54:23Speaker 5: Oh, yeah, yeah.
- 54:24Speaker 9: There's a lot of females out there, man, that, like,
- 54:26Speaker 9: you know, you don't pick me out like you used to.
- 54:28Speaker 5: They get it, like, all in their own head. You
- 54:29Speaker 5: know how girls are.
- 54:30Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't disagree with that.
- 54:31Speaker 2: And then the man will usually, hey, like, he has
- 54:35Speaker 2: needs just like you have needs.
- 54:36Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 54:37Speaker 5: You know, if someone's going to pay attention to him,
- 54:39Speaker 5: like if someone pays attention to you.
- 54:40Speaker 2: You know, I think that's why a lot of.
- 54:42Speaker 5: People cheat, man, just because.
- 54:44Speaker 1: I would agree. I would agree more people cheat because
- 54:48Speaker 1: of the circumstances at home than the fact that they're
- 54:51Speaker 1: just born cheaters. That's what I'm saying.
- 54:55Speaker 5: You don't just go out there and just, oh, you.
- 54:57Speaker 2: Know what, I'm going to kill my wife.
- 54:58Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 54:59Speaker 3: All right, man.
- 55:00Speaker 5: You know, but everybody's different.
- 55:02Speaker 1: All right, man. Thanks for coming, brother. Talk about it.
- 55:04Speaker 1: I think he's right. But the funny thing that I
- 55:13Speaker 1: think is about cheaters, and I think I'll ask Michael
- 55:17Speaker 1: this when he comes on, is you spend all this work,
- 55:23Speaker 1: and it's work, to find a side piece, okay? You
- 55:26Speaker 1: have to put in some work to find a side piece, right?
- 55:31Speaker 8: And.
- 55:32Speaker 1: Maybe if you were to put that same amount of
- 55:34Speaker 1: work into keeping your spouse happy, you wouldn't have had
- 55:37Speaker 1: to cheat. That's the funny part about it. Because I
- 55:41Speaker 1: think that guy's right. I think most people cheat because
- 55:43Speaker 1: of their situation at home. All right, people are as
- 55:46Speaker 1: faithful as their options are open. I mean, that's what
- 55:49Speaker 1: Chris Rock said one time, you know. But I don't
- 55:53Speaker 1: know that I believe that wholeheartedly. Because if you're a
- 55:57Speaker 1: good-looking man with a lot to offer a woman... You
- 56:01Speaker 1: can basically have everybody, right? For the most part. I mean,
- 56:06Speaker 1: an ugly dude's probably, that's probably the rule for an
- 56:09Speaker 1: ugly dude is options. You know, a dirt bag. But,
- 56:13Speaker 1: I don't know. Rd4254, 7 to 7. Good morning, what's
- 56:18Speaker 1: going on?
- 56:19Speaker 3: Good morning, Romeo.
- 56:20Speaker 1: Hey, what's up?
- 56:22Speaker 2: Okay, so.
- 56:23Speaker 3: I'm going to go ahead and say that, like, I'm
- 56:26Speaker 3: going to agree with you. As much time as you're
- 56:29Speaker 3: putting in to try to.
- 56:30Speaker 1: Find that right piece.
- 56:32Speaker 4: You should find enough time to maybe gradually rebuild your relationship.
- 56:39Speaker 1: You would think?
- 56:40Speaker 4: Yeah, like go and get her a nice pair of
- 56:42Speaker 4: underwear for the night.
- 56:43Speaker 3: Tell her, put that on for you. Be, you know,
- 56:48Speaker 3: cordial with her.
- 56:48Speaker 8: Sure.
- 56:49Speaker 3: But at the same token... How do you expect a
- 56:52Speaker 3: woman to be attracted to a fat, lazy man?
- 56:56Speaker 2: Sexually. I don't.
- 56:58Speaker 1: I agree with you.
- 57:00Speaker 3: So, I mean, if you're not doing your part in
- 57:02Speaker 3: the gym, but she is, and she's taking care of
- 57:05Speaker 3: herself for you and holding down a job as well
- 57:08Speaker 3: as yourself, why would you expect someone to do that?
- 57:12Speaker 3: Because most women that you will find as a side piece,
- 57:16Speaker 3: or someone that doesn't have their life together that is
- 57:19Speaker 3: looking for some free money or a handout.
- 57:22Speaker 1: Okay. I don't disagree with what you're saying. All right.
- 57:25Speaker 6: All right.
- 57:26Speaker 8: All right.
- 57:26Speaker 2: Take care.
- 57:27Speaker 1: Thanks a lot.
- 57:28Speaker 2: Bye. All right. I mean, she's not wrong. She's not wrong.
- 57:32Speaker 1: But even to get that side piece who's looking for something,
- 57:35Speaker 1: you still got to put in a little work. I mean,
- 57:37Speaker 1: it's not like you just, it's not like you, you know,
- 57:40Speaker 1: side pieces are us. It's not like there's a store
- 57:42Speaker 1: you could just go to where you catch one, right?
- 57:45Speaker 1: All right, 8-4-2-5-4-7-7. Hey, Rome, I agree. Too many variables.
- 57:49Speaker 1: Some do it for money, some for the lust, some
- 57:51Speaker 1: bored of their partner, some for revenge, some blame the alcohol,
- 57:56Speaker 1: and et cetera, et cetera. Yeah, I mean, there are
- 57:58Speaker 1: a lot of variables for cheating, and that's why we're
- 58:02Speaker 1: trying to kind of go with the majority. Why do
- 58:05Speaker 1: most people cheat, okay? What drives the majority of people
- 58:10Speaker 1: to cheat, okay? Romeo in the morning.
- 58:14Speaker 2: Every morning.
- 58:14Speaker 1: 94.1.
