The new handling and custom fees explained
From November, goods you buy online from outside of the EU will be subject to a new handling fee. An additional €2 charge will be placed on top of the recently introduced €3 customs duty which has been in effect since July.
To explain these fees further was Journalist and Consumer Columnist with The Irish Examiner, Caitriona Redmond.
