After a decade of talking on and off, Kat finally sits down in person with Anila Baldwin, a New York based tech recruiter, while she’s in London. Anila has built a personal brand on LinkedIn that reaches far beyond recruitment.
Anila started posting after coming back from maternity leave. The market had moved on and clients had found other recruiters, so she had to get back in front of people. She could cold call a hundred people, or she could record a two minute video and reach far more. Her first hundred videos were “so embarrassing”, and they’re all still up.
