Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: Coming up on relatables, take care, I can't like to listen. Yeah,
- 0:06Speaker 1: once again she ended the phone call.
- 0:09Speaker 2: She hit us with her reddlef and she power moved us.
- 0:11Speaker 2: We told her and she ended the call.
- 0:16Speaker 3: Relatable relati.
- 0:25Speaker 4: Bodie, would you rather twenty thousand dollars a week but
- 0:30Speaker 4: you work a nine to five in an office? Or
- 0:34Speaker 4: one thousand dollars a week for doing completely nothing?
- 0:38Speaker 1: Oh shit, ae thousand dollars a week. That's only fifty
- 0:42Speaker 1: four grand a year, or for doing nothing? But it
- 0:46Speaker 1: was twenty times fifty four a lot doing nothing? Can
- 0:54Speaker 1: I make money on the side with a thousand happened? Oh?
- 0:57Speaker 3: I can, sure?
- 0:58Speaker 1: Yeah, I reckon, I'll cop the that sounds that makes
- 1:01Speaker 1: me sound weird. But twenty grand a week for doing
- 1:06Speaker 1: an office job is like most people's jobs. But you
- 1:09Speaker 1: usually don't make twenty grand a week. That makes me
- 1:12Speaker 1: sound so extra. But then they don't have the option
- 1:14Speaker 1: to do nothing, do they? What does that mean? Like
- 1:17Speaker 1: O for a thousand dollars, I'm going to go with yeah,
- 1:21Speaker 1: I'm looking into nothing, say a thousand bucks a week
- 1:24Speaker 1: for doing nothing. In my adult years, I'm really starting
- 1:27Speaker 1: to appreciate peace. Well, I want to appreciate peace, but
- 1:30Speaker 1: I don't.
- 1:31Speaker 4: Yeah, you're not good at it, but you know that
- 1:35Speaker 4: it's a good thing to do.
- 1:36Speaker 1: Yeah, I reckon you know how, like everyone dies for
- 1:38Speaker 1: a certain reason, cancer, old age, random shit, whatever. It
- 1:43Speaker 1: stress kills people. Wait, I think stress is more than anything,
- 1:46Speaker 1: and it contributes to all these different factors. I think
- 1:48Speaker 1: stress kills people. Yeah, And like I would say, I'd
- 1:50Speaker 1: pretty stressed. I wonder how stressed you be if you
- 1:54Speaker 1: did nothing, That's what I mean. And like the stress
- 1:57Speaker 1: is coming from out theory of sources. That's fucking pulled
- 2:02Speaker 1: me in.
- 2:02Speaker 4: Here's the thing is, do you think you would experience
- 2:04Speaker 4: less stress with twenty thousand dollars a week and all
- 2:08Speaker 4: you're doing is just going to your nine to five.
- 2:10Speaker 4: You gotta work eight hours a day, five days a week.
- 2:12Speaker 4: You come home and switch off. You never just that,
- 2:15Speaker 4: you know, no, but it is.
- 2:17Speaker 1: Yeah, but what the eight hours I'm there, people will
- 2:19Speaker 1: probably be.
- 2:19Speaker 3: Like, oh, you've got a deadline to do this.
- 2:21Speaker 1: No, no, no, it's just I'm talking just normal.
- 2:24Speaker 4: Like you're not a manager, You're just the fucking paper pusher,
- 2:29Speaker 4: like chilling at a desk for eight hours a day.
- 2:32Speaker 4: Getting bored, and you make twenty grand a week getting bored.
- 2:36Speaker 1: But if that moment I'm staying with my hands are
- 2:38Speaker 1: stop trying to swade me?
- 2:39Speaker 5: Yeah, what about you?
- 2:40Speaker 1: What about you? There's a part of me that really
- 2:42Speaker 1: wants that money.
- 2:44Speaker 3: This is an easy answer for you, though.
- 2:46Speaker 1: There's a part of me.
- 2:46Speaker 4: That does really want the the twenty thousand dollars a week.
- 2:51Speaker 1: And I go out and just live.
- 2:55Speaker 4: My life on the afternoons and on the weekends, and
- 2:58Speaker 4: I just like, really, you know, live lavish. Yeah, And
- 3:02Speaker 4: then there is a part of me that the thousand
- 3:04Speaker 4: dollars is appealing for doing absolutely nothing. But I think
- 3:08Speaker 4: that I'm going to choose the twenty thousand a week
- 3:12Speaker 4: doing a nine to five.
- 3:14Speaker 1: For the structure.
- 3:18Speaker 4: So the constant structure and purpose then mixed with the
- 3:22Speaker 4: also the fact that it's a lot of.
- 3:23Speaker 5: Money is their purpose.
- 3:24Speaker 1: Though your purpose is you go to work.
- 3:27Speaker 4: You don't get your twenty thousand dollars a week anymore,
- 3:30Speaker 4: and you, I don't know, maybe part.
- 3:32Speaker 5: Of the conditions is you die.
- 3:33Speaker 1: If you just stop working, you die. I will say,
- 3:37Speaker 1: I'm surprised of that, but think about it and really
- 3:39Speaker 1: think about it. Yeah, I'm thinking I've thought about it
- 3:41Speaker 1: when I answered.
- 3:46Speaker 4: Okay, yeah, well so your reason for the thousand dollars
- 3:48Speaker 4: a week is, you know.
- 3:48Speaker 1: I'll have the thousand dollars on the side I don't
- 3:50Speaker 1: live the life I want to live, and then I'll
- 3:52Speaker 1: start some side hustles that I'm passionate for, okay, fair
- 3:55Speaker 1: and like fall in love with something and like I
- 3:56Speaker 1: don't know, sell knitting or something.
- 3:58Speaker 4: Yeah, and then I guess in the back of your
- 3:59Speaker 4: head you coul alway drop everything and keep getting a
- 4:01Speaker 4: thousand bucks a week.
- 4:02Speaker 1: Yeah, exactly, And I could easily, like if I didn't
- 4:05Speaker 1: have like you or a girlfriend or something like that,
- 4:08Speaker 1: live in Balley. Thousand dollars a week, you're chilling anywhere,
- 4:12Speaker 1: like I'm chilling for the rest of my life. Yeah,
- 4:14Speaker 1: that's a good point. That's a good point. You could go.
- 4:17Speaker 4: Anywhere and just do what you want at a very
- 4:20Speaker 4: low overhead's lifestyle.
- 4:23Speaker 1: Australia, stress with money, fucking the budget, bloody negative, gearing
- 4:28Speaker 1: up yours. I'm out of here, mate, obviously, you know what.
- 4:30Speaker 4: Another part of me also wouldn't mind, like the thousand
- 4:33Speaker 4: dollars a week and you go, so the only thing
- 4:37Speaker 4: with the thousand dollars a week is like, that's nothing
- 4:40Speaker 4: to turn your nose up at, especially because you're doing nothing.
- 4:43Speaker 4: But also in today's day and age, very difficult to
- 4:50Speaker 4: save enough to like buy something and afford to pay
- 4:53Speaker 4: for that thing, like a mortgage or.
- 4:56Speaker 1: Dollars a week. Yeah, I know, and we do so much.
- 5:00Speaker 3: Yeah true, but so that's where my thing.
- 5:03Speaker 4: But it would be nice to go to do a
- 5:04Speaker 4: thousand bucks a week and just live on a farm
- 5:05Speaker 4: and live off the land or something.
- 5:07Speaker 1: I don't know. That's my dream of farm. Just be
- 5:09Speaker 1: old and do like data day task a lawn, pick
- 5:13Speaker 1: some apples and shit. Sounds really nice. And then I reckon.
- 5:16Speaker 1: I get over it after a week. Oh yeah, oh no,
- 5:19Speaker 1: I reckon a gym.
- 5:20Speaker 3: That's all.
- 5:21Speaker 1: I need a gym close to the beach and a farm.
- 5:25Speaker 1: And I'm happy, mate, But it's always the grass. You're
- 5:28Speaker 1: literally two out of three and you're not happy. I
- 5:32Speaker 1: like being three out of three. I'm happy, happy and
- 5:35Speaker 1: stressed a different thing. True, Yeah, I'm happy, just stressed.
- 5:41Speaker 1: The Roulata Was podcast is hosted by myself, Oddie Clark,
- 5:44Speaker 1: ak Mummy, and my partner in crime, Miss the Jake.
- 5:48Speaker 3: Craig aka Daddy.
- 5:50Speaker 1: Yeah, and all you guys listening, Ah, the.
- 5:53Speaker 3: Baddies, you are bad to the bone.
- 5:55Speaker 1: But Jake, I wanted the top end of the episode
- 5:57Speaker 1: for a certain reason, as a lot of you know
- 6:02Speaker 1: Jake especially, I am a marketplace menace.
- 6:07Speaker 5: That's a good I like that marketplace menace.
- 6:10Speaker 1: Facebook marketplace menace.
- 6:12Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 6:12Speaker 1: Fmm. I've got an addiction, an unhealthy addiction. I'll love
- 6:16Speaker 1: to scrolling that thing, and I'll scrolling the other day
- 6:18Speaker 1: as I do. That's where I get relaxed, Jake. That's
- 6:20Speaker 1: where I feel peace when I'm scrolling on Facebook market Some.
- 6:23Speaker 4: People kind of look forward to taking a shit going
- 6:28Speaker 4: on their phones and scroll on Instagram while they're at work.
- 6:32Speaker 4: You look forward to taking a shit scroll on Facebook Marketplace.
- 6:35Speaker 1: It was just like any other day.
- 6:37Speaker 3: I was scrolling.
- 6:38Speaker 1: Don't know what I was doing, but I was scrolling,
- 6:40Speaker 1: and up pops a Sony FX thirty camera, which for
- 6:44Speaker 1: all the bays listening is what we record on. Yes,
- 6:47Speaker 1: and in the background there's a lot of boring shit
- 6:48Speaker 1: where we need a new camera, but they're quite expensive,
- 6:51Speaker 1: retails about twenty four hundred secondhand. That's without a lens
- 6:56Speaker 1: by the way. Yeah, yeah, secondhand, they're about two grands
- 6:58Speaker 1: a good deal and this one was for eighteen hundred,
- 7:01Speaker 1: and I did my thing. I messaged him and said, hey, mate,
- 7:05Speaker 1: loadboard him. Would you take fifteen hundred? Didn't think he
- 7:09Speaker 1: would say yes, And then it came back with some
- 7:13Speaker 1: bullshit blow blow blow, it's the cheapest on the market.
- 7:14Speaker 1: I don't care. I'm a menace. I said, oh, best,
- 7:17Speaker 1: I can do sixteen hundred. He left it for like
- 7:20Speaker 1: two days on red and I was like, ah, this
- 7:22Speaker 1: this has fallen through taken the loss. And then I
- 7:26Speaker 1: get a message and it said the start of it,
- 7:28Speaker 1: you know how on your phone. Only like the first
- 7:30Speaker 1: like couple of lines come up. It said, oh oddie.
- 7:33Speaker 1: I didn't realize it was you do you know them?
- 7:37Speaker 1: Or do they know you? And my egotistical mind immediately thought,
- 7:41Speaker 1: oh fuck about his lowboard.
- 7:42Speaker 3: Like a baddie.
- 7:45Speaker 1: And like my gun kind of stuck like like loadboard
- 7:47Speaker 1: and pretty hard.
- 7:48Speaker 3: Sometimes feel bad like if I.
- 7:50Speaker 1: Know you, but if I don't know you, fucking you anyway,
- 7:53Speaker 1: also bad for me. It wasn't a baddie. It was
- 7:56Speaker 1: my brother's friend. In my defense, my brother has this
- 8:03Speaker 1: weird thing in all his group where they don't use
- 8:05Speaker 1: their real names on like social media, so his last
- 8:06Speaker 1: name was different. But I also wouldn't have clocked I
- 8:09Speaker 1: didn't have a Scooby Doo. And then so he goes
- 8:14Speaker 1: at the bottom of that message it said hey, yeah, yeah,
- 8:16Speaker 1: I'll take.
- 8:17Speaker 5: Sixteen hundred legend.
- 8:19Speaker 1: I was like, fucking know, if this is a two
- 8:20Speaker 1: thousand and four camera for six it's pretty new as well. Yeah,
- 8:24Speaker 1: it's in great Nick and he's the kicker. I want
- 8:27Speaker 1: to tell you if you would have done what I did, Oh,
- 8:31Speaker 1: tell me how you feel as well, so we can
- 8:34Speaker 1: this turn into me. This is great, it's a great deal.
- 8:37Speaker 1: I caught up with him. He's part of a band
- 8:39Speaker 1: that like I like, and we're talking about what they're
- 8:41Speaker 1: doing and stuff, and he talked about the podcast and
- 8:43Speaker 1: then brings out the camera and he goes, oh, there's
- 8:48Speaker 1: one issue. But I was like, oh, yeah, what is
- 8:50Speaker 1: it? It's in Japanese.
- 8:56Speaker 3: And I go, I go oh.
- 8:58Speaker 1: I was like, oh okay, And I immediately thought, firstly,
- 9:01Speaker 1: I remember on our cameras there's a language setting my hand.
- 9:04Speaker 1: I'm like, oh, yeah, like that's a little bit annoying,
- 9:06Speaker 1: but I'm sure, I can change it. So I was like, oh,
- 9:09Speaker 1: I can, I can. I can deal with that. And
- 9:10Speaker 1: then I also thought like, if for some reason we
- 9:12Speaker 1: can't figure it out, it's like a BCAM for us.
- 9:14Speaker 1: We can put it next to our cameras we've got
- 9:16Speaker 1: in English and get the right set. But it was
- 9:21Speaker 1: one of those split decision, split time decision like moments
- 9:25Speaker 1: we had to like say yes or no right there,
- 9:26Speaker 1: and then in the back of my mind, I'm like,
- 9:28Speaker 1: I've driven twenty minutes for this. I'm not going home
- 9:30Speaker 1: without it.
- 9:31Speaker 3: Oh shit.
- 9:33Speaker 1: So I was like, sure, yeah, yeah, I'll buy it,
- 9:34Speaker 1: and I went home and tried to look up how
- 9:37Speaker 1: to get back to English and reset it. Nothing pops up.
- 9:42Speaker 1: Put it all on chat GBT like transfer this to English.
- 9:46Speaker 1: There's no language thing on a Japanese I think what
- 9:50Speaker 1: he's done maybe and he didn't tell me, or he
- 9:52Speaker 1: bought it from someone who's bought the actual camera from Japan.
- 9:55Speaker 1: So we are the proud owners. I was so Jacos
- 10:00Speaker 1: half of this FX thirty that works and it's in
- 10:04Speaker 1: great condition, but it's in Japanese. Do I Lingo do
- 10:08Speaker 1: O Lingo?
- 10:09Speaker 3: Hit us up for a sponsorship and teach us Japanese.
- 10:12Speaker 1: The good thing is we have these cameras to like
- 10:14Speaker 1: sink them to and then we can just leave them.
- 10:16Speaker 1: And how we actually record is we don't like set
- 10:17Speaker 1: the cameras up every single time, so it works. We
- 10:19Speaker 1: don't need to touch and that that camera will never
- 10:21Speaker 1: be touched. Wow. Wait, so we have a camera that's
- 10:26Speaker 1: just in Japanese.
- 10:27Speaker 3: Yeah, I thought that's kind of cool. By day.
- 10:29Speaker 5: How come we doesn't how can we come we switch?
- 10:31Speaker 1: I don't know, like you can do you remember back
- 10:33Speaker 1: in the day how you could jail break like xboxes
- 10:35Speaker 1: and iPhones, So you can do that and apparently that
- 10:37Speaker 1: gets it back.
- 10:38Speaker 5: Oh cool, okay, we can try that.
- 10:39Speaker 3: We could look into that.
- 10:40Speaker 1: But then also I was like, once we set it up,
- 10:42Speaker 1: we're taking actually fifteen minutes to go through like DUELINGO
- 10:44Speaker 1: or Google Translate.
- 10:45Speaker 3: Yeah, and then.
- 10:46Speaker 1: It's like set up every Yeah, and like the front
- 10:48Speaker 1: screen still has numbers, like they still use numbers.
- 10:52Speaker 3: Obviously, yeah like one oh.
- 10:54Speaker 4: Wait no, some countries have a different numerical system, right
- 10:56Speaker 4: right right, yeah, yah, they still use our numbers.
- 10:59Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 11:01Speaker 1: So like all like changing the shutter speed and shit's
- 11:04Speaker 1: all the same, Okay, okay, Like it's not just like
- 11:06Speaker 1: I think. I like that, it's a bit of character,
- 11:08Speaker 1: that's got a bit of personality.
- 11:10Speaker 4: I was like, I've got the it's a because these
- 11:13Speaker 4: ones are current three cameras we have obviously now have
- 11:15Speaker 4: a fourth. Our current three cameras are in English, and
- 11:18Speaker 4: I saved eight hundred dollars, and to me worth it,
- 11:22Speaker 4: Let's be real, if every single one of these were
- 11:24Speaker 4: in Japanese and we saved eight hundred bucks on each one,
- 11:27Speaker 4: I would have done that too.
- 11:28Speaker 1: Let's be real, let's be actually real.
- 11:31Speaker 4: What I think is quite funny is it's like it's
- 11:33Speaker 4: like it's a foreign exchange student in our land of
- 11:36Speaker 4: English camera.
- 11:38Speaker 1: I hope it it's in all right.
- 11:41Speaker 5: Wait on the topic of foreign exchange students.
- 11:43Speaker 4: Right, So, my my cousin came to Queensland for like
- 11:47Speaker 4: a week and she was staying at my parents place
- 11:51Speaker 4: and then obviously Beth andized granny Flat is on my
- 11:54Speaker 4: dad's property. Yeah, and so my youngest sister, Haley, she's nineteen,
- 11:58Speaker 4: and she was coming out and so like Emily and
- 12:01Speaker 4: my cousin, she would come and hang out with us.
- 12:03Speaker 1: And so Haley also came out and was just hanging
- 12:05Speaker 1: out with us a lot, and we were.
- 12:05Speaker 4: Just like chatting, like one afternoon. I don't know what
- 12:08Speaker 4: we'd done, but we're just chilling in the lounge room
- 12:10Speaker 4: chatting and my younger sister Hailey starts going on about
- 12:15Speaker 4: how she's got She goes, oh, how's I've got this
- 12:18Speaker 4: friend named Fanny.
- 12:21Speaker 5: And we were like, what you mean you have a
- 12:24Speaker 5: friend named Fanny.
- 12:26Speaker 1: Francis gets Fanny is the name Francis Francis No.
- 12:29Speaker 4: So so she goes, yeah, she's not from She's from Sweden.
- 12:33Speaker 5: And it's like a common name in Sweden is Fanny.
- 12:36Speaker 1: Oh is it? And I was like that's kind of cool.
- 12:38Speaker 3: I was like, okay, cool, cool cool.
- 12:40Speaker 1: And I was like, how did you meet her? And
- 12:42Speaker 1: she goes, oh, no, she lives in Sweden.
- 12:44Speaker 4: I was like what she goes, it's she goes mom,
- 12:47Speaker 4: like my stepmom, her mother when she was a kid,
- 12:51Speaker 4: had a pen pal from Sweden, which to me sounds
- 12:57Speaker 4: like a made up story.
- 12:58Speaker 1: Yeah, it's like cover your kid's ears, like you're right,
- 13:01Speaker 1: a lad of the Santa.
- 13:02Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 13:03Speaker 4: But so I actually remember in like year two, they
- 13:08Speaker 4: did this whole pen pal thing and I had a
- 13:10Speaker 4: pen power.
- 13:10Speaker 3: It's real.
- 13:11Speaker 5: Yeah, I have had a pen pound in the past, but
- 13:13Speaker 5: I forgot about it.
- 13:15Speaker 1: AnyWho hope he's going all right.
- 13:17Speaker 5: I'm sure they are right.
- 13:19Speaker 1: AnyWho reckon he sees you online?
- 13:22Speaker 2: No way, Rod like, I don't know if I don't
- 13:24Speaker 2: even remember if it was a man or a woman,
- 13:26Speaker 2: it was a boy or girl.
- 13:26Speaker 5: It's time to be fair.
- 13:27Speaker 4: They were young, but basically so, my stepmom has somehow
- 13:32Speaker 4: kept in touch with her pen pow from primary school
- 13:35Speaker 4: and then as they grew up, you know, social media
- 13:38Speaker 4: comes in. They find each other on social media. They
- 13:40Speaker 4: keep in touch. That way they keep in touch. They
- 13:41Speaker 4: still keep in touch to this day. Kate, my stepmom
- 13:45Speaker 4: has a daughter, Hailey, and my younger sister, her pen
- 13:47Speaker 4: power has a daughter Fanny at the similar time. There's
- 13:50Speaker 4: similar ages. And then and then Haley goes, yeah, Fanny's
- 13:54Speaker 4: gonna come live in Australia at our house at near
- 13:56Speaker 4: the end of the year. And I was like, what
- 13:57Speaker 4: are you talking about?
- 13:58Speaker 1: I was like, no, she's not. I was like, how
- 14:00Speaker 1: was the first time? Was just the first time I've
- 14:02Speaker 1: ever heard of Fanny. This could be like another case
- 14:05Speaker 1: of your imaginary friend justin and it runs in the
- 14:07Speaker 1: Craig family. To be fair, not to be mean, Hailey
- 14:12Speaker 1: doesn't have a huge amount of friend Yeah, Jake's oh,
- 14:13Speaker 1: I've got this first friend, never seen him, and then
- 14:16Speaker 1: he was like, I've got this. I've got this pem power.
- 14:19Speaker 1: We've been riding for years. Literally we know it's actually
- 14:21Speaker 1: Kate Jake step Kate's feeling that.
- 14:25Speaker 4: She's like yeah, yeah, and then just like comes to
- 14:28Speaker 4: the time when Fanni is supposed to come in and
- 14:29Speaker 4: she goes, you can't come.
- 14:30Speaker 3: Yeah, unfortunately, I'll tell you what is that?
- 14:32Speaker 1: Like that immediately made me thought of, like what men
- 14:35Speaker 1: do instead of pen paling is have like Xbox buddies, okay,
- 14:40Speaker 1: and like that play Call of Duty with like a
- 14:42Speaker 1: guy who lives on the other side of the world
- 14:44Speaker 1: or in a different state for years and years and
- 14:47Speaker 1: years and years, and you build this relationship online. Haven't
- 14:50Speaker 1: you seen the videos of like meeting my Call of
- 14:52Speaker 1: Duty buddy for the first time and then they like
- 14:54Speaker 1: meeting like hugging kiss and shiit I lost a ship
- 15:01Speaker 1: on that one bad.
- 15:02Speaker 3: Wait wait is this thing?
- 15:05Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 15:05Speaker 6: Wait, look look good enough on TikTok and it's like
- 15:08Speaker 6: like two like forty year old men, Like they're kind
- 15:10Speaker 6: of cute, like they got all like beers and shit,
- 15:12Speaker 6: and then they get all emotional because it's like they
- 15:13Speaker 6: call a duty friend from when they're like sixteen and
- 15:16Speaker 6: they've kept playing because they're game of boys.
- 15:18Speaker 3: It's really cute. That actually is adorable.
- 15:20Speaker 1: Yeah, and like four men, there's something about having something
- 15:23Speaker 1: in the background where you can communicate your feelings. And
- 15:25Speaker 1: they've gone through life together and never knowing each other
- 15:28Speaker 1: and probably kept in touch on social media and shit too.
- 15:30Speaker 1: But I remember when I was in high school and
- 15:31Speaker 1: shit too.
- 15:32Speaker 3: Like what men.
- 15:33Speaker 1: Our best mate Guffy, we used to do just like
- 15:35Speaker 1: jump on at six like he's just done that for
- 15:37Speaker 1: twenty years, Like I stopped. Imagine that. Imagine the relationship
- 15:40Speaker 1: you would form, Like it's like three four hoeurs a
- 15:41Speaker 1: fucking day of gaming together. So because so you can
- 15:45Speaker 1: just go on game online.
- 15:46Speaker 4: I don't know if it's obvious to any about it,
- 15:48Speaker 4: but I didn't really play video games, so you could
- 15:50Speaker 4: go on and play an online game and just be
- 15:52Speaker 4: chatting to a random from America and like we.
- 15:56Speaker 5: Live in Australia. That's pretty cool.
- 15:59Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, fox Chat or in game feed and like
- 16:02Speaker 1: Mike set up. Yeah, and like it happens all the time.
- 16:05Speaker 1: Like normally two players at the same level meet and
- 16:07Speaker 1: go like, oh do you want to team up? And
- 16:08Speaker 1: then they start the form a relationship and they fuck.
- 16:14Speaker 1: But there's any bit, there's been any like the fucking
- 16:16Speaker 1: game they actually do fucking game because sometimes they're like
- 16:19Speaker 1: a male character and like a female and in like
- 16:21Speaker 1: world a walkcraft or something pretty interesting. What about like
- 16:24Speaker 1: Dorenking any men and women, a man and a woman
- 16:29Speaker 1: or even a man and a man, Like you've fallen
- 16:30Speaker 1: in love? Yeah, like homosexual relationship or or lesbian relationship?
- 16:33Speaker 1: Have they fallen in love via online?
- 16:34Speaker 3: Like no badies?
- 16:35Speaker 1: Have any of you fallen in love online? Like not
- 16:38Speaker 1: through Tinder? Like through like yeah yeah, yeah, no, we're
- 16:40Speaker 1: talking about online gaming, imagine, like yeah, you shot me
- 16:42Speaker 1: in there. I felt like it was the one. Wait,
- 16:45Speaker 1: how do you even to be fair? Though?
- 16:47Speaker 4: Like I guess like you've said it before you go.
- 16:52Speaker 4: For some reason, men find it a lot easier, like
- 16:57Speaker 4: to open up when you're not looking another man in
- 17:00Speaker 4: the face. It feels less vulnerable nearly, and.
- 17:03Speaker 1: Like it could be the equivalent of a walk Yeah, like.
- 17:05Speaker 4: You could be playing a video game and then maybe
- 17:07Speaker 4: someone's like, how is your day, and you just you know,
- 17:09Speaker 4: you go, you know what, actually it was really shit,
- 17:12Speaker 4: like this happened, and this happened, and then they can
- 17:14Speaker 4: be like, oh my god, like I've been through that
- 17:17Speaker 4: or and it's just like you've are you know, feel
- 17:21Speaker 4: safe behind the fact that it's virtual.
- 17:25Speaker 1: Oh yeah, And I think there's something. There's definitely something
- 17:27Speaker 1: in feeling safe in your own environment, Like there's no
- 17:30Speaker 1: safer place than your own room, yeah, or your living room,
- 17:33Speaker 1: rather than like going out and like being in an
- 17:35Speaker 1: environment I get over stimulated too, and they don't know
- 17:37Speaker 1: what you look like.
- 17:38Speaker 4: Yeah, and there's some sort of safety in them if
- 17:41Speaker 4: they were like you know, if you've opened up and
- 17:44Speaker 4: then they were a dick, there's some sort of safety
- 17:46Speaker 4: in knowing that, like you can just block them and
- 17:49Speaker 4: be like, well, I won't do that again.
- 17:51Speaker 1: I'm calling it now too. There's going to be a
- 17:52Speaker 1: Netflix documentary on like meeting through call of duty or
- 17:56Speaker 1: something that probably already is. Yeah, a Netflix stock on
- 17:58Speaker 1: like everything at the moment, this sig Netflix documentary on
- 18:01Speaker 1: actually pretty much everything.
- 18:02Speaker 4: Yeah, you know what I used to love was I
- 18:05Speaker 4: think they used to like run them on TV was
- 18:08Speaker 4: how it's made.
- 18:09Speaker 1: How the Netflix documentaries are made. No, no, no, no no,
- 18:12Speaker 1: how it's made videos. So it's like they would have
- 18:15Speaker 1: an episode of how it's made, and it'd be like
- 18:17Speaker 1: how it's made pringles.
- 18:18Speaker 4: Well, they do like how it's made, golf balls, how
- 18:20Speaker 4: it's made this, and it's just it's just and it's.
- 18:25Speaker 3: Golf balls.
- 18:27Speaker 4: To be completely fair, my guilty pleasure is Alex Steele
- 18:30Speaker 4: on YouTube. Been watching him since I was like sixteen seventeen,
- 18:34Speaker 4: and he's a blacksmith metal worker.
- 18:37Speaker 5: I have zero interest in that.
- 18:39Speaker 1: Give me two more. You said, pringles, golf balls, two
- 18:41Speaker 1: more things. I've watched.
- 18:42Speaker 3: Condom.
- 18:43Speaker 1: I've watched how it's made condoms. That's interesting. I've watched
- 18:46Speaker 1: how it's made gummy bears they how do you do
- 18:49Speaker 1: interesting theory there?
- 18:50Speaker 3: Actually?
- 18:50Speaker 5: How were condoms made?
- 18:51Speaker 1: Did they have to test run them couples have to
- 18:54Speaker 1: have sex?
- 18:54Speaker 7: No.
- 18:54Speaker 1: The way they test run them is blowing them up
- 18:57Speaker 1: like a balloon until they pop. Oh, it's like a
- 18:59Speaker 1: pressure gate.
- 19:00Speaker 4: Yeah, so it's like how much pressure can be put
- 19:02Speaker 4: into it?
- 19:02Speaker 3: Because that is a.
- 19:03Speaker 1: Kid like, what are you doing?
- 19:07Speaker 3: Surely blow so yeah, you you you have to.
- 19:11Speaker 1: They would put them.
- 19:12Speaker 4: They put them in like this case, and then they
- 19:13Speaker 4: put them over obviously an air compressor and they shoot
- 19:15Speaker 4: air until it pops. And I think, like how long
- 19:17Speaker 4: or how big it gets is it's like obviously air
- 19:20Speaker 4: tight and that batch was all the same.
- 19:21Speaker 1: And do you know how sometimes you have that random
- 19:24Speaker 1: thought where you're like, oh, where's my passport?
- 19:26Speaker 3: Yes?
- 19:27Speaker 1: I sometimes still think, like I wonder what that condoms doing.
- 19:30Speaker 1: That was in my wallet for like six years?
- 19:33Speaker 3: Do you ever think about that? I don't have it anymore.
- 19:35Speaker 4: I was never the type to hold I didn't think
- 19:37Speaker 4: that highly of myself.
- 19:40Speaker 1: It became kind of like, uh, you know when you
- 19:42Speaker 1: check on a night out phone bill at keys phone,
- 19:45Speaker 1: will the keys check it's in there? I also, I
- 19:49Speaker 1: got my phone on my kids.
- 19:51Speaker 4: Don't that conduct in case I need it?
- 19:55Speaker 3: And you never used it?
- 19:55Speaker 4: I assume because I remember being told never put it
- 19:59Speaker 4: on them in your wallet.
- 20:00Speaker 3: Yeah, I don't think I would.
- 20:02Speaker 1: I think like the time, I remember like I had
- 20:03Speaker 1: a few dry spells when I was like eighteen or
- 20:05Speaker 1: twenty one or whatever.
- 20:06Speaker 4: Yeah, I had a few dry spells that were like
- 20:08Speaker 4: fucking years long.
- 20:09Speaker 1: Yeah, I think, I think, I remember, like I remember vividly.
- 20:12Speaker 1: It was like tam I, it was like a girl's
- 20:16Speaker 1: weekend who I was getting with her from somewhere else
- 20:18Speaker 1: and went back to their place and then they just
- 20:19Speaker 1: had like this bowl full of condoms in the in
- 20:22Speaker 1: the living room, same sex. And I was like, I've
- 20:25Speaker 1: been carrying this bad boy around, so use it.
- 20:28Speaker 3: Yeah, I got to use a fresh one.
- 20:29Speaker 4: How you should have done so just like replaced it
- 20:32Speaker 4: like chucked yours out, chucked yours out, taken two, used
- 20:35Speaker 4: one that night, put the other one in someone up.
- 20:38Speaker 1: No, no, I check in the bin.
- 20:39Speaker 3: You can't fucking teesus. I saw this.
- 20:41Speaker 5: I saw a funny, fucking Family Guy episode.
- 20:45Speaker 1: Right, I don't like Family Guy really look fair. I
- 20:48Speaker 1: was Simpsons and Futrama, I like, I like like all
- 20:51Speaker 1: of them. South Park either can't get around South Park.
- 20:54Speaker 1: To be honest with you, do you might like Family Guy?
- 20:57Speaker 5: Now?
- 20:57Speaker 3: Okay?
- 20:58Speaker 1: Any understand it more?
- 20:59Speaker 3: Brother really liked it.
- 21:00Speaker 1: So a couple of episodes like Megan shit like she's
- 21:03Speaker 1: a bit of a me. It is very funny. AnyWho.
- 21:06Speaker 5: I watched the Lois and Peter.
- 21:09Speaker 4: They meet a couple and they're like their age, but
- 21:13Speaker 4: they're super fit, healthy and just have like the best
- 21:17Speaker 4: sex life and they have no children, and so this
- 21:21Speaker 4: whole episode was about how like no children, you're a
- 21:23Speaker 4: lot happier or some shit. And Peter's obviously very fat
- 21:26Speaker 4: and Lois has like obviously settled for Peter, and they
- 21:30Speaker 4: like don't have a great sex life and this is
- 21:34Speaker 4: either sorry, this is either family or American Dad or
- 21:39Speaker 4: American dad any who the couple, So Peter and Lowis
- 21:43Speaker 4: will stick with family guy, but I think it's American Dad.
- 21:46Speaker 4: Peter and Lowis are like, fuck these guys, right, They
- 21:49Speaker 4: sneak into their bedroom, they get a pin, and they
- 21:51Speaker 4: pop a hole in every single condom small enough so
- 21:53Speaker 4: they don't see, and then they fall pregnant. The Happy
- 21:57Speaker 4: Couple four is pregnant and then they get a divorce.
- 21:59Speaker 4: But once then they have the kid, and Peter and
- 22:00Speaker 4: loves are like, let's I was like Jesus Christ.
- 22:03Speaker 3: Bro some of those shows, especially like south Park.
- 22:06Speaker 1: What they had to pick is that it really dark sometimes, yeah,
- 22:09Speaker 1: like really really dark. South Park's fucking nah we do yeah.
- 22:13Speaker 1: I as a kid, I always well, I like soft
- 22:15Speaker 1: stuff is the way I put it.
- 22:17Speaker 3: Okay, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 22:18Speaker 1: Like Futrama, Simpsons, like not that deep. It was like
- 22:22Speaker 1: the more you look into it, like I do like
- 22:24Speaker 1: being an adult though, and like you listen to certain
- 22:26Speaker 1: songs and like, oh yeah, Scooby Doo that was a
- 22:28Speaker 1: classic one. There's heaps of references to drugs in that.
- 22:30Speaker 5: Really Oh yeah yeah, yeah, they smoke a bunch of weeks.
- 22:32Speaker 3: Yeah yeah.
- 22:33Speaker 1: But then like and also you listen to songs and
- 22:35Speaker 1: then I'll tell you what was funny. I saw a
- 22:37Speaker 1: video go viral the other day and I remember singing
- 22:40Speaker 1: it it was is it?
- 22:41Speaker 5: Is it?
- 22:42Speaker 3: Jlo? It's like I just had sick saying it felt
- 22:46Speaker 3: so good?
- 22:47Speaker 4: You think that that was written by Jlo?
- 22:51Speaker 3: Who was it? Are you insane?
- 22:53Speaker 5: Who was it?
- 22:54Speaker 2: Dude?
- 22:55Speaker 4: Please have a couple of guesses, because it wasn't Jaylo.
- 22:58Speaker 1: It was the Brooklyn nine nine guy was in it,
- 23:00Speaker 1: Jake Perrault. Yeah, and then.
- 23:03Speaker 4: Who's the he used to have a band or he
- 23:05Speaker 4: had a little group. It was I just had and
- 23:08Speaker 4: he's like they also had a couple of I can't.
- 23:10Speaker 5: Confused with Sean Kingston. Hell, I don't know.
- 23:14Speaker 1: That was a good song too, But what what did Sean.
- 23:17Speaker 1: What does Sean Kingston sing?
- 23:18Speaker 5: I don't think you know anything I know?
- 23:21Speaker 4: Also Sean Kingston, Yeah, like a convicted rapist. Yeah, you
- 23:27Speaker 4: don't listen to him anymore, so Sean So no, so
- 23:34Speaker 4: Jake Prault.
- 23:34Speaker 5: What's his real name?
- 23:36Speaker 2: Oh?
- 23:36Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 23:37Speaker 5: Andy Samberg?
- 23:38Speaker 1: Andy Samberg sings just I just had said it's Andy Samberg?
- 23:42Speaker 1: Who was it? Then?
- 23:43Speaker 4: And so no, it's Andy Samberg who sings it? I
- 23:47Speaker 4: just had sex and I felt so good.
- 23:48Speaker 3: But who like produces it? Ah?
- 23:50Speaker 5: Shit, Andy Samberg?
- 23:52Speaker 1: And he has this Acon That's what I'm thinking. Oh, yeah,
- 23:57Speaker 1: akon Is That's who I was jlo Acon. That's memory
- 24:03Speaker 1: Lonely Island, the Lonely Island.
- 24:07Speaker 3: So I remember, like being twelve.
- 24:11Speaker 1: Do you remember a song about Lonely Island that was like?
- 24:15Speaker 3: And I just in my.
- 24:16Speaker 1: Past I remember singing that or talking about riddles?
- 24:23Speaker 3: You know how you love it?
- 24:23Speaker 1: Riddle?
- 24:25Speaker 3: Did you ever?
- 24:26Speaker 1: It got stuck in my head. It's like the peanut
- 24:29Speaker 1: riddle was a peanut? How much peanuts? O?
- 24:35Speaker 3: Dude? You actually I actually.
- 24:37Speaker 4: Think that you're from a different planet pretending to be
- 24:40Speaker 4: a human, because what you're thinking of is how much
- 24:42Speaker 4: wood could have wood, cho wood or whatever.
- 24:45Speaker 1: Peanut butter, jelly baddie, someone, someone give me that riddle
- 24:48Speaker 1: was like there was a peanut on a train track.
- 24:52Speaker 1: Peanut on a train track. Give me a second, I
- 24:53Speaker 1: might be able to find it.
- 24:56Speaker 3: You actually are my god, No, that's not it.
- 25:03Speaker 1: This is a good song. But you remember, Adam, Yeah,
- 25:06Speaker 1: that's all you can play.
- 25:07Speaker 4: So wait, peanut, it's another song about a peanuts.
- 25:10Speaker 1: It's a riddle and it was like a song too.
- 25:11Speaker 1: It's like peanut, how much peanuts? No, I can't remember.
- 25:14Speaker 1: Leave it with me, I asked my brother. He used
- 25:16Speaker 1: to do it all the time, like singing like wig
- 25:18Speaker 1: you out or something with me.
- 25:19Speaker 3: I'm stilln't.
- 25:20Speaker 1: I didn't know that John Kingston was.
- 25:23Speaker 4: Convicted, convicted unlike that surf time. I think he's out,
- 25:27Speaker 4: but he's definitely serve time like that one. Yeah, don't
- 25:30Speaker 4: listen to him.
- 25:31Speaker 1: I've just talking about Sweden earlier. Reminded me about something.
- 25:35Speaker 1: Do you remember when we did our DNA tests? Did
- 25:39Speaker 1: you get yours back?
- 25:40Speaker 5: I've got my DNA results.
- 25:41Speaker 1: I never set mine off. Oh I did took him
- 25:44Speaker 1: like four months. Ship It's I thought i'd written it off.
- 25:48Speaker 4: Right, So I did the swab and then left it
- 25:52Speaker 4: in this little canister that keeps it like good and
- 25:54Speaker 4: says like Bayer hazard or whatever, don't open. So I
- 25:58Speaker 4: left it in that for like a good month, and
- 26:00Speaker 4: then I posted it right before I moved here. And
- 26:03Speaker 4: then when I posted it about a month after that,
- 26:06Speaker 4: I get an email being like, oh, getting it back
- 26:09Speaker 4: to America's you know, tricky, just like along those lines,
- 26:13Speaker 4: and I'd written it off.
- 26:14Speaker 5: I was like, oh, fuck, it's gone.
- 26:15Speaker 1: It was like my heritage or something.
- 26:17Speaker 5: My heritage.
- 26:17Speaker 4: And then about three weeks ago I get an email
- 26:21Speaker 4: we have your DNA.
- 26:22Speaker 1: You have your results in three to four weeks, and
- 26:24Speaker 1: I got them all right, So wait, so your and
- 26:27Speaker 1: to reiterate, you're half Canadian half Australian. Yeah, but like
- 26:31Speaker 1: Canadian and Australian isn't really a thing?
- 26:33Speaker 5: Oh you know what I mean?
- 26:34Speaker 1: Is it not? Because if you're if you're Australian, you're indigenous,
- 26:40Speaker 1: you know what I mean?
- 26:41Speaker 3: Or English? Yeah?
- 26:42Speaker 1: Is Canadian Canadian? Then?
- 26:43Speaker 3: Or is that.
- 26:44Speaker 4: Canadian also has like the Aboriginals, indigenous originals, no Indians,
- 26:49Speaker 4: so to call them people used to call them indians?
- 26:52Speaker 3: Was that not right?
- 26:52Speaker 4: And so no, it's not right anymore because the reason
- 26:55Speaker 4: they got called that was when the English settled over
- 27:00Speaker 4: in America and saw the Indigenous, they genuinely thought they
- 27:03Speaker 4: had landed in India.
- 27:04Speaker 1: And so they just like say indigenous. Yeah. So it's
- 27:07Speaker 1: like indigenous Aboriginal, the Aboriginal people.
- 27:09Speaker 3: Right.
- 27:10Speaker 1: So do you want to guess what I amage im?
- 27:12Speaker 5: Just tell you?
- 27:13Speaker 1: Ah, yeah, you tell me Scottish and Welsh.
- 27:16Speaker 4: Thirty four point eight per yeah, oring, twenty five point
- 27:20Speaker 4: five percent Norwegian, that's cool, yeah, and then twenty percent English,
- 27:25Speaker 4: eleven percent Irish, two point three percent Breton. Ever heard
- 27:29Speaker 4: of Breton? It's down in France, broh, I ever heard
- 27:33Speaker 4: of Yeah, and it's a like area of France.
- 27:37Speaker 3: All right.
- 27:37Speaker 4: Then we've got two point three percent Dutch, oh shit,
- 27:42Speaker 4: and one point five percent Danish.
- 27:45Speaker 5: Oh.
- 27:46Speaker 4: And then they come on also, look that they have
- 27:51Speaker 4: genetic group's confidence level at the highest it can be.
- 27:55Speaker 3: Yeah, that makes sense, right.
- 27:57Speaker 4: And then last one southern Central American brotie, it's like Colombia,
- 28:05Speaker 4: Costa Rica that area. But I think that that's my
- 28:10Speaker 4: indigenous Canadian because Johanna's two percent Indigenous Canadian.
- 28:14Speaker 3: That's kind of cool. You do have a bit of Indigenous, Yes,
- 28:17Speaker 3: I do.
- 28:17Speaker 1: I've always known that.
- 28:18Speaker 4: My mum always told me that because like I get
- 28:20Speaker 4: the I get the Netherlands from my mom's side, and
- 28:25Speaker 4: it's like her biological dad's side above him is like
- 28:28Speaker 4: I think his grandparents or his parents was like one
- 28:31Speaker 4: of them was one hundred percent Norwegian and the other
- 28:35Speaker 4: one was like one hundred indigenous Canadian.
- 28:37Speaker 3: Wow.
- 28:38Speaker 1: So yeah, that's my owe to you guys. I find
- 28:40Speaker 1: that that Viking brand, that Viking gene.
- 28:42Speaker 7: Yeah, body, I have an announcement to make.
- 28:53Speaker 3: What is it? I am officially.
- 28:57Speaker 4: Pause for silence, dramatic effecto A marcher, babe.
- 29:02Speaker 1: Man, I am so glad you said that, because I
- 29:06Speaker 1: am too.
- 29:07Speaker 3: I absolutely love Marcher. It's like a reward.
- 29:11Speaker 4: Couldn't agree more, my friend could not agree more. Throughout
- 29:15Speaker 4: the day, I do little tasks and I'm like, you
- 29:18Speaker 4: know what, I deserve a Marcher.
- 29:21Speaker 1: Same and I go to at the moment, Jake, are
- 29:23Speaker 1: these perfect head vanilla Marcher late cans?
- 29:27Speaker 3: Cans.
- 29:28Speaker 1: Not only do they taste amazing, but it's also a
- 29:31Speaker 1: different source of caffeine to coffee.
- 29:33Speaker 4: Mate, that's true, and they're so handy like, it's just
- 29:37Speaker 4: a cafe quality marcher in a can in your hand.
- 29:42Speaker 1: Mate, I am obsessed, and I know the baddies listening.
- 29:45Speaker 1: I're gonna be looking for a sign to get a
- 29:47Speaker 1: marcher today.
- 29:48Speaker 3: Here it is, so hey, you've heard it here.
- 29:51Speaker 1: First, don't walk, but run to Cole's.
- 29:55Speaker 4: Okay, Baddie, so off campus has consumed my life.
- 30:00Speaker 1: We know has seen the first episode Love Reacts on Patreon.
- 30:04Speaker 1: So what I.
- 30:05Speaker 4: Wanted to do was show Oddy photos of the characters
- 30:08Speaker 4: he knows right and that he's had a little bit
- 30:10Speaker 4: of an introduction to. I want him to tell me
- 30:12Speaker 4: whether or not he thinks thinks that they are a
- 30:14Speaker 4: red flag or a green flag, and then he needs
- 30:17Speaker 4: to go watch one to two episodes and on Patreon
- 30:21Speaker 4: this Thursday, he's gonna say if he's changed his mind
- 30:23Speaker 4: or not. Okay, okay, because he needs to get an education.
- 30:28Speaker 1: How many episodes in the season again, eight six, eight altogether? Okay.
- 30:32Speaker 4: You know what's funny is like, if you really got
- 30:36Speaker 4: back to your hotel tonight and just decided to switch
- 30:39Speaker 4: everything off and just try and have a relaxing afternoon,
- 30:42Speaker 4: you could finish the whole season in one night.
- 30:44Speaker 1: Like it's like, I'll do it in two nights. Maybe
- 30:47Speaker 1: the way they finish each episode makes you be like.
- 30:52Speaker 5: Well, I have to watch the next one more.
- 30:54Speaker 1: I did feel like that after Patreon. Dude, we got
- 30:57Speaker 1: paid for that, so I was like, oh wait, yeah,
- 30:58Speaker 1: but he's more so Yeah, I would say I'm a
- 31:01Speaker 1: good tell of character too. I reckon, I'll be good
- 31:03Speaker 1: at this.
- 31:04Speaker 4: Okay, okay, okay, So I'm just going to do people.
- 31:07Speaker 4: I'm just going to do our faves. So number one
- 31:10Speaker 4: is Garret Graham Green Flag. You think he's a green Flag,
- 31:13Speaker 4: but basically.
- 31:14Speaker 1: Yeah, that reaction makes me think, no, are we talking overall?
- 31:17Speaker 1: And just next two epis just what you think overall.
- 31:20Speaker 1: At the end of the season, I'll be like, yeah
- 31:21Speaker 1: that's right or wrong? Yeah yeah.
- 31:22Speaker 4: So like as of from what you know right now
- 31:24Speaker 4: about each character, because you don't have a huge introduction
- 31:26Speaker 4: to all of them.
- 31:27Speaker 1: Yeah, so this guy's got a really good heart, but
- 31:29Speaker 1: he's got a lot of trauma and like problems, but
- 31:32Speaker 1: he means.
- 31:33Speaker 4: Well you think he's gonna be green Yeah, yeah, Green
- 31:36Speaker 4: Dean Dealer enters.
- 31:37Speaker 1: He's like you, So I want to say red Flag,
- 31:44Speaker 1: John Logan, Green Flag, he's a good friend.
- 31:47Speaker 3: This is Tucker.
- 31:50Speaker 1: First episode. Would you have the least you know, the least.
- 31:52Speaker 3: About I'll say.
- 31:54Speaker 4: Green cool, that's all I've got. I was just doing
- 31:57Speaker 4: the men because the women are green flags.
- 31:59Speaker 1: Okay, okay, Yeah, who's her best friend? Ali?
- 32:03Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 32:03Speaker 1: Apparently she's like gone mega viral of how good she
- 32:06Speaker 1: is in this.
- 32:07Speaker 3: Apparently she was quite a big actor, Pryor.
- 32:09Speaker 1: I didn't know though, she's like the thing. She was
- 32:12Speaker 1: the highest part actor in it. Really, then go, yeah,
- 32:16Speaker 1: fucking let's go Ali.
- 32:17Speaker 3: She is a beast.
- 32:18Speaker 1: She's from like some old Disney show or some ship.
- 32:20Speaker 1: She gives Disney vibes. Actually, I think that'd be a
- 32:24Speaker 1: cool saying that I'm a Disney kid.
- 32:26Speaker 4: Disney What show would you be if I was a
- 32:29Speaker 4: Disney kid? Yeah, give me three seconds.
- 32:34Speaker 5: What would I want to be?
- 32:36Speaker 1: Radio three two one at the same time?
- 32:38Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 32:38Speaker 1: Yeah, ready three two one?
- 32:43Speaker 3: That was Nickelodeon.
- 32:45Speaker 1: That wasn't it was a Disney No, no, that Disney.
- 32:47Speaker 3: But it's animated.
- 32:48Speaker 1: Dude. You give what's the Phinias? Yeah? A little one.
- 32:52Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, Phinis is a beast bro. I like, yeah,
- 32:58Speaker 3: that's a good dog name. I quite like that.
- 33:00Speaker 5: Yeah, Ferb Yeah, Erb.
- 33:05Speaker 1: My boy Ferb Hey erb Ferb Yeah, Erb Ferbierby.
- 33:11Speaker 4: I don't mind Ferbi, you give Ferb yeah whatever, No,
- 33:16Speaker 4: but I think had On Tanner.
- 33:18Speaker 1: I want to be one of the just some some
- 33:19Speaker 1: you know actually brother vibes a little bit. Yeah, that's
- 33:23Speaker 1: what you said. That's what I want to be. Yeah,
- 33:25Speaker 1: what about I Reckon? I could be in like Carly?
- 33:29Speaker 1: Maybe I could. I like the show Carly. Yeah, I
- 33:31Speaker 1: love that, isn't he? Yeah?
- 33:33Speaker 5: Where it was it?
- 33:35Speaker 1: Not Nickelodeon?
- 33:36Speaker 3: Oh, just getting confuse you.
- 33:38Speaker 1: Had all the channels to pick from. I just got
- 33:40Speaker 1: what it was ever on ten.
- 33:44Speaker 4: Wait, growing up in Foxtown different different growing up with
- 33:47Speaker 4: Foxtown and being to watch w w E.
- 33:49Speaker 3: Yeah, I didn't have that in my life.
- 33:51Speaker 1: Well, I've watched a bloody documentary on the w w
- 33:55Speaker 1: E and learning golf balls and documentaries on w.
- 34:00Speaker 4: And I had no idea that what I was watching
- 34:03Speaker 4: was just like a facade of all this fucked up
- 34:06Speaker 4: shit going on in the background.
- 34:07Speaker 1: That's what I've realized is like, actually, like the harsh
- 34:09Speaker 1: true of becoming an adult is like.
- 34:13Speaker 5: Everything's fucked.
- 34:14Speaker 1: Yeah, everyone's mean, everyone's doing something that's really bad and
- 34:17Speaker 1: grubby or dirty or disrespecting people, and then like you
- 34:20Speaker 1: just have to navigate your way through it trying to
- 34:21Speaker 1: be a good person. Yeah, I'll tell you where it
- 34:25Speaker 1: pisses me off. Yeah, do you reckon?
- 34:26Speaker 3: So there's bullies in.
- 34:27Speaker 1: Schools right at a bit of an epiphany. Have ever
- 34:29Speaker 1: been on the road and then someone's like right up
- 34:31Speaker 1: your fucking ass, like making you get out of the way,
- 34:33Speaker 1: and they're like bulling you off the road.
- 34:34Speaker 5: Yeah, do you reckon?
- 34:35Speaker 1: That's where bullies went. Look pretty good point, Pretty good point.
- 34:38Speaker 5: What was I going to say?
- 34:40Speaker 1: This was about this?
- 34:41Speaker 4: This doesn't make sense for me to say right now,
- 34:43Speaker 4: but it does make sense if we're talking about bullies back,
- 34:46Speaker 4: you know, five seconds ago. I am not the biggest
- 34:49Speaker 4: fan of the saying of someone being like it's my
- 34:53Speaker 4: first time living too, or like it's or trying to
- 34:56Speaker 4: defend someone trying to defend someone by being like it's
- 34:59Speaker 4: their first time living, like the cop out. I think
- 35:01Speaker 4: it's a cop out because like, yes, it's your first
- 35:07Speaker 4: time living, it's like everyone's first time living. But also, like,
- 35:11Speaker 4: you know that killing is bad, you know that fucking
- 35:15Speaker 4: belittling someone is bad. You know that doing drugs is bad,
- 35:18Speaker 4: like to like, you know, for example, you would tell
- 35:22Speaker 4: me earlier, like this whole active wear company that is
- 35:29Speaker 4: going that's.
- 35:29Speaker 1: Exactly what he said very far under Yeah, like.
- 35:32Speaker 4: Is trying to hit One of his excuses and one
- 35:37Speaker 4: of their excuses for not handling it well was like, oh,
- 35:40Speaker 4: you know, it's my first time living too.
- 35:42Speaker 3: But like.
- 35:44Speaker 4: Yeah, if you just like the way that this person
- 35:48Speaker 4: used it was just a cop out for doing some
- 35:50Speaker 4: stuff that is like objectively really bad, you know what
- 35:53Speaker 4: I mean. So like to use I'm to as some
- 35:57Speaker 4: to get out of something that you did that was
- 36:00Speaker 4: objectively bad.
- 36:00Speaker 1: I think it's just the biggest cop out. Well, I
- 36:03Speaker 1: think accountability is a massive character trait. There's a green flag,
- 36:08Speaker 1: and like admitting that you are in the wrong and saying, hey,
- 36:11Speaker 1: look what I did was wrong. I'm learning from that
- 36:13Speaker 1: is better than saying look we'll we'll make mistakes, Like
- 36:17Speaker 1: we're all doing this for the first time. I didn't
- 36:19Speaker 1: know that was wrong. Yeah, it's kind of like I
- 36:21Speaker 1: don't know what to say and understanding.
- 36:22Speaker 4: Something it's a good point also kind of makes it
- 36:25Speaker 4: it's like easier to forgive someone to if you tell
- 36:27Speaker 4: yourself it's their first time living.
- 36:29Speaker 1: Yeah, it's like I used to. There was like a
- 36:32Speaker 1: sort of sort a bit of.
- 36:33Speaker 4: A trend going around maybe TikTok, and it was about
- 36:36Speaker 4: how it's like it was someone kind of crying on
- 36:39Speaker 4: screen being like I just realized that it's my mum's
- 36:41Speaker 4: first time living too, like gotta cut her some slack.
- 36:44Speaker 1: And I kind of thought, yeah, yeah I could.
- 36:46Speaker 5: I can get on on board with that.
- 36:48Speaker 4: And then I also thought like, yeah, but no, like
- 36:51Speaker 4: if you're doing something that is like objectively shitty, like yeah,
- 36:54Speaker 4: just because it's your first time living, like I also
- 36:56Speaker 4: didn't do that and it's my first time living.
- 36:58Speaker 1: Yeah, it's like where the line too, though, because like
- 37:01Speaker 1: I would say, like you're not and you forget to
- 37:03Speaker 1: pay your taxes, Yeah that's like, oh it's my first
- 37:05Speaker 1: time moving.
- 37:06Speaker 3: I forgot. That's that's fair. Yeah, that's fair.
- 37:08Speaker 1: But then like I won't forget next year. I don't know,
- 37:10Speaker 1: Like I don't know, like yelling at your kids constantly,
- 37:12Speaker 1: and like I just realized my mom's first time moving too,
- 37:15Speaker 1: Like she's she's.
- 37:17Speaker 4: Yeah, like you getting abused when your parents are Like
- 37:20Speaker 4: my mom's first time, it's like come on, yeah, but
- 37:22Speaker 4: then we're switching it to is that a coping mechanism
- 37:24Speaker 4: for the person who it affects?
- 37:26Speaker 1: And true? True, So it's not good if the mum
- 37:29Speaker 1: was saying it, but it is good if it's helping
- 37:31Speaker 1: someone get over something that was traumatic and forgive someone.
- 37:34Speaker 1: That would be a technique in psychology. I would say, like,
- 37:37Speaker 1: I'm sure it is. If you interesting about pay grade, yeah,
- 37:43Speaker 1: my atar didn't reach that one.
- 37:45Speaker 5: Don't have it.
- 37:52Speaker 1: Right, Jack. We talk a lot about relationships on this
- 37:55Speaker 1: podcast and how some we would like to flourish, some
- 37:59Speaker 1: we would like to disappear, and some that are hard
- 38:03Speaker 1: to manage. And recently I did something I'm proud of
- 38:06Speaker 1: and asked my brother to attend a concert with me
- 38:10Speaker 1: and we got Indian before just chatting, catching up, talking,
- 38:13Speaker 1: talking about our lives and he I don't know why
- 38:17Speaker 1: we got onto it, but he said a quote It
- 38:18Speaker 1: really stuck with me. He can't take credit for it.
- 38:22Speaker 1: It was Fisher's wife's brother who he got it from
- 38:26Speaker 1: because he's in the surfing world. Cool, but the quote was.
- 38:31Speaker 1: The quote was which I think is very very relatable
- 38:34Speaker 1: for people online especially but more so for male friendship
- 38:40Speaker 1: groups in particular. The quote is if you only celebrate yourself,
- 38:44Speaker 1: you only celebrate once, But if you celebrate everyone, you
- 38:47Speaker 1: can celebrate so many times. Damn. And I thought like
- 38:53Speaker 1: that really like hit me, and I was like, wow,
- 38:55Speaker 1: Like we get so caught up in our own world
- 38:57Speaker 1: so much, and like forget that everyone around us is
- 39:01Speaker 1: also doing such cool things. And men especially have this
- 39:05Speaker 1: sort of like I'm not giving any excuses like human nature,
- 39:09Speaker 1: just to point fun at each other and give each
- 39:12Speaker 1: other shit for trying something new, But in reality life
- 39:15Speaker 1: would be so much better, especially we've lost all our
- 39:17Speaker 1: friends from this podcast because we're doing something different. Yeah,
- 39:20Speaker 1: I guess, and like maybe that's we're part of the problem,
- 39:23Speaker 1: but also I haven't celebrated their wins. But also our
- 39:26Speaker 1: lives would be so much funner rather than just celebrating ourselves.
- 39:29Speaker 1: We're also self centered as creatures.
- 39:33Speaker 5: I mean, good point.
- 39:35Speaker 4: I mean I could argue that I pretty much worry
- 39:36Speaker 4: about myself the whole time.
- 39:38Speaker 1: Yeah, because great example being like it's granted for a partner.
- 39:41Speaker 1: My girlfriend just run one hundred kilometers and it meant
- 39:43Speaker 1: the world to her, and it's granted because it's a
- 39:45Speaker 1: partner and I love her, but I went there and
- 39:47Speaker 1: supported her and I celebrated that win with her, and
- 39:50Speaker 1: it felt amazing to be there for her and support
- 39:53Speaker 1: her as a partner. And I was like, well, this
- 39:54Speaker 1: is so good. I'm so happy for you, And like
- 39:56Speaker 1: if I could replicate that with all the relationships. We're
- 39:59Speaker 1: kind of in relationship as well, because I celebrate your
- 40:01Speaker 1: wins because of this podcast. True, like outside of us,
- 40:04Speaker 1: I don't celebrate. We're like forced to celebrate wins together. Yeah,
- 40:08Speaker 1: And I was thinking, one of our kids is having
- 40:09Speaker 1: a one of our what did I say? I say
- 40:11Speaker 1: that backwards? One of our friends is having a kid. Yeah,
- 40:13Speaker 1: and like I'm happy for him, but I'm nowhere near
- 40:15Speaker 1: as happy as I should be.
- 40:16Speaker 5: I should be there, but like this.
- 40:19Speaker 1: And like it can go so much further than that
- 40:21Speaker 1: of people just like getting a cool job, getting a
- 40:23Speaker 1: new car, being there for people. And I feel like
- 40:25Speaker 1: that kind of mindset, that little switch would be just
- 40:29Speaker 1: a step to make in the world a better plays
- 40:30Speaker 1: because it sucks. Yeah, I agree.
- 40:33Speaker 4: I wonder what like context the what context did your
- 40:36Speaker 4: brother say it in?
- 40:37Speaker 1: Are you guys talking? And he was like, oh, I've
- 40:39Speaker 1: got this quote that I like, no, no, no, we're
- 40:41Speaker 1: talking in a sense of friends, and I think he
- 40:43Speaker 1: were bonding over like as men. I think women have
- 40:46Speaker 1: it too, but men more so. The older we get,
- 40:48Speaker 1: the less friends we have, and like we all get
- 40:50Speaker 1: so self centered and get we're all doing our own
- 40:53Speaker 1: things and life gets in the way. But I also
- 40:54Speaker 1: think that's an excuse, as you could put the conscious
- 40:57Speaker 1: effort into celebrate your friends wins as much as they
- 40:58Speaker 1: meant to them as I do to you.
- 41:01Speaker 5: Yeah, that's a good point, Like do you reckon?
- 41:02Speaker 4: I would say, I feel like I'm almost in the
- 41:06Speaker 4: habit of being selfish, if that makes sense.
- 41:09Speaker 1: I think every human makes it a habit. I'm definitely
- 41:12Speaker 1: selfish and too selfish to my own testament.
- 41:15Speaker 4: Yeah, Like to me, it's just like it's like it's
- 41:19Speaker 4: a habit. I would need to create a new habit
- 41:22Speaker 4: of checking in with friends, if that makes sense. I
- 41:27Speaker 4: would have to like set an alarm nearly to do
- 41:29Speaker 4: it and do it consistently to then have it to
- 41:31Speaker 4: be a thing like that's not something that's on my
- 41:34Speaker 4: mind to do, like how it is with my girlfriend.
- 41:38Speaker 1: But the girlfriend's granted, Like I know it's not really
- 41:44Speaker 1: to do with gender, but also this is a great example.
- 41:46Speaker 1: And I know there's some bad women out there who
- 41:48Speaker 1: don't do this in a mean in the comment section.
- 41:50Speaker 1: But you go look at a woman's Instagram feed and
- 41:53Speaker 1: their comments or all their friends supporting them, and see
- 41:57Speaker 1: men doing that not very often. You don't see them
- 42:00Speaker 1: doing that at all, And I think, like that is taken.
- 42:03Speaker 1: It's just a great little example of what is happening
- 42:05Speaker 1: in the real world too. And like those girls like
- 42:08Speaker 1: support Cassie for example, during her run. All her friends
- 42:11Speaker 1: are like, yeah, but you guys like ten twenty messages
- 42:13Speaker 1: from all the close friends. But men, we like to
- 42:15Speaker 1: isolate ourselves, and that could be part of the bigger
- 42:17Speaker 1: problem of like why men are so depressed. Yeah, well
- 42:21Speaker 1: we all hate each other. That's actually such a good point. Yeah.
- 42:24Speaker 4: Yeah, Like so, like it's pretty evident that men hate women.
- 42:28Speaker 4: You know, we're talking to averages here, big averages. It's
- 42:31Speaker 4: pretty evident, like men hate women, but also men hate men,
- 42:34Speaker 4: Men hate everyone.
- 42:35Speaker 3: Yeah, and then ourselves.
- 42:36Speaker 1: Yeah, men hate everyone except for themselves, and they love
- 42:38Speaker 1: themselves even when they're toxic. I we have a friend, right,
- 42:44Speaker 1: and he so he's a mortgage broker obviously you know
- 42:46Speaker 1: what I'm talking about. He put on his story of
- 42:50Speaker 1: his mortgage brokerage account on Instagram that I follow that
- 42:53Speaker 1: he he was like celebrating because he had just gotten
- 42:57Speaker 1: like a massive loan for this company got a product
- 43:00Speaker 1: into Woolworths or something, and they needed this loan to
- 43:03Speaker 1: get a new area to make the product, and so
- 43:07Speaker 1: like a four million dollar loone I assume in the
- 43:09Speaker 1: mortgage world, mortgage broken world is like big, because he
- 43:11Speaker 1: even though like was posting like celebrating this or whatever,
- 43:14Speaker 1: and and I.
- 43:15Speaker 4: Was like, fuck, that's actually six So I met. I
- 43:17Speaker 4: replied to the story, and I said like, fuck, congrats man.
- 43:21Speaker 4: And when I after I sent it, I was like,
- 43:23Speaker 4: I hope he doesn't think I'm being sarcastic.
- 43:25Speaker 5: That's what I think too, you know what I mean.
- 43:26Speaker 4: I was like, I really hope he doesn't think I'm
- 43:28Speaker 4: being sarcastic because I'm being genuine. Like I almost like
- 43:30Speaker 4: wanted to send voice Pacis and be like, I'm fucking seriously,
- 43:32Speaker 4: that's sick.
- 43:32Speaker 5: But he ended up replying to like haha.
- 43:34Speaker 4: Thanks, and I was like, Nah, seriously, that's actually fucking sick, dude, yeah,
- 43:37Speaker 4: And it crossed my mind that he might think it's
- 43:40Speaker 4: being that I'm being psarcastic and giving him shit.
- 43:43Speaker 1: But I think it comes down to your intentions too true,
- 43:47Speaker 1: And like obviously a phone call goes a lot longer,
- 43:49Speaker 1: but obviously you know that close with him. But that's
- 43:51Speaker 1: better than nothing, and that's replicated on a massive scale
- 43:54Speaker 1: with everything. Like one of the best things about social
- 43:56Speaker 1: media is brought everyone so close together. It's done the
- 43:58Speaker 1: opposite in the sense is everyone just like to hate
- 44:00Speaker 1: rather than support.
- 44:01Speaker 4: I know. Yeah, true, like social media is community building
- 44:06Speaker 4: but also kind of what's the word isolating?
- 44:10Speaker 1: Yeah, And I think one of the biggest lessons I've
- 44:12Speaker 1: learned being in this industry but also every industry is
- 44:15Speaker 1: there's enough room for everybody. Yeah, and like everyone's like, oh,
- 44:18Speaker 1: it's so situated. Everything's so situated, Like I don't want
- 44:20Speaker 1: to like if I start now, it's too late. Wrong,
- 44:23Speaker 1: Like anyone can make anything happen if.
- 44:25Speaker 3: We all support each other.
- 44:26Speaker 4: Truely, I feel like the classic one's like a clothing brand. Yeah,
- 44:30Speaker 4: that's arguably a saturated market, but like.
- 44:34Speaker 1: New ones come out all the time and do fine. Yeah,
- 44:37Speaker 1: I think it's more about like human connection too, and
- 44:40Speaker 1: if someone you know is doing something cool and like
- 44:43Speaker 1: they think it's cool to them and even though though
- 44:45Speaker 1: you don't care, but you can see how passionate they
- 44:47Speaker 1: are about that, just like that little mental switch of
- 44:49Speaker 1: you realizing how much that means to one person and
- 44:51Speaker 1: saying something, just even a message of saying, hey, I
- 44:54Speaker 1: like that shirt that you just made. They could make
- 44:56Speaker 1: someone's day because they put fucking who knows how many
- 44:58Speaker 1: hours into designing that shirt. I said a point like.
- 45:02Speaker 4: Even if just like like we've posted a few vlogs, right,
- 45:06Speaker 4: and a couple of people comment and be like really
- 45:08Speaker 4: like this style of content, like you know, would love
- 45:10Speaker 4: to see more of it, and like that is like
- 45:12Speaker 4: a motivating factor to keep on vlogging.
- 45:15Speaker 1: I feel like we've lost touch with being a human.
- 45:17Speaker 1: Like I went to the Evocal markets near where I
- 45:19Speaker 1: live on the weekend and just like there's all these
- 45:22Speaker 1: people with all these really niche passions.
- 45:24Speaker 5: Yeah yeah, and like you're talking.
- 45:25Speaker 1: When they're so passionate about it. Yeah, I'm just like
- 45:27Speaker 1: this is so cool, and like I like to have
- 45:29Speaker 1: a conversation with him and like get involved in it
- 45:31Speaker 1: and like supporting someone like that, and that's obviously they've
- 45:35Speaker 1: had a nice network around them and they haven't done
- 45:36Speaker 1: it by themselves. And that's that sort of like has
- 45:38Speaker 1: happened in the older generations. But us, we're not going
- 45:41Speaker 1: to be doing anything because we're too scared to be criticized. Yeah,
- 45:44Speaker 1: criticism is scary though. Yeah, but you're right, people stop,
- 45:47Speaker 1: don't do stuff because of that. I reckon that many
- 45:50Speaker 1: bad is this thing right now, have a massive amazing
- 45:52Speaker 1: idea in their mind and then too afraid to too
- 45:55Speaker 1: afraid to start because they're scared what other people will think.
- 45:57Speaker 1: Because everyone's mean.
- 46:00Speaker 4: Point, like even with other things in life, Like I
- 46:04Speaker 4: think we've said this before, but.
- 46:07Speaker 5: Kind of I've got this like new.
- 46:10Speaker 1: I I think I think I was a lot more
- 46:12Speaker 1: judgmental when I was younger. I agree, I think.
- 46:15Speaker 5: I was a lot more judgmental.
- 46:16Speaker 1: And I think I knew a lot more than I did. No, no, no,
- 46:19Speaker 1: I think I thought I knew a lot more than
- 46:21Speaker 1: I did.
- 46:22Speaker 4: And and I feel like that that's every Yeah, I
- 46:26Speaker 4: think even only being like six seven years older. Yeah,
- 46:31Speaker 4: just like looking back and thinking of things, like you know,
- 46:36Speaker 4: it's just like very easy to be judgmental but it's
- 46:41Speaker 4: also very it's even easier to be not judgmental, if
- 46:45Speaker 4: that makes any sense. Like, if you're the type of
- 46:48Speaker 4: person that will comment, like I hate comment on someone
- 46:52Speaker 4: that's trying something new, like, it's so much easier to
- 46:56Speaker 4: just not comment that thing and try and catch yourself
- 47:00Speaker 4: in the moment being like, wow, I was going to
- 47:03Speaker 4: comment that thing. Like if you're typing out some sort
- 47:07Speaker 4: of comment that like you're doing because you want it
- 47:10Speaker 4: to get likes and it's going to bring someone else
- 47:13Speaker 4: down before you click the little fucking post button like
- 47:17Speaker 4: post comment, you should reread it and be like, well,
- 47:19Speaker 4: what if I was doing this and someone commented this,
- 47:21Speaker 4: Like it's such a simple thing.
- 47:23Speaker 1: If you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all.
- 47:26Speaker 1: As simple as that, You're like, if you're going to
- 47:27Speaker 1: be a mean person, just don't share that, don't share
- 47:29Speaker 1: those thoughts.
- 47:30Speaker 3: True.
- 47:30Speaker 4: Yeah, So, Like I'm a big believer in if you
- 47:33Speaker 4: don't have anything nice, don't say anything at all.
- 47:35Speaker 5: But I think that I don't know if.
- 47:38Speaker 4: It's like hypocritical, But even when I look at something
- 47:42Speaker 4: and think like I like that, yeah, you don't comment,
- 47:45Speaker 4: I don't comment like well.
- 47:46Speaker 1: Done, Yeah, you know, so maybe I was just doing it.
- 47:49Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 47:50Speaker 5: I'm not a commenter.
- 47:51Speaker 1: I feel like too though, like going off having mean
- 47:56Speaker 1: comments and having perspectives in the world, it's very easy
- 48:00Speaker 1: to be uneducated. And a part of this podcast, which
- 48:04Speaker 1: we're both very grateful for as well as our partners
- 48:06Speaker 1: is is kind of like sped run our education on
- 48:12Speaker 1: women in the world. Yeah, and a lot of those issues.
- 48:17Speaker 1: And I'm trying to connect the dots here. When we
- 48:22Speaker 1: were younger, we've said at countless times we didn't call
- 48:24Speaker 1: our friends out for saying misogynistic things. And I'm just thinking, like,
- 48:28Speaker 1: how can men or even mean women online sort of
- 48:32Speaker 1: like educate themselves as well that like they need to
- 48:35Speaker 1: have your mindset, like they need like they need a
- 48:38Speaker 1: different mindset. Yeah, Like they don't want to.
- 48:41Speaker 4: It's not something like they It's the way you're thinking
- 48:44Speaker 4: is like how someone has to be a choice. Yeah,
- 48:47Speaker 4: Like the way you're thinking is, yeah, not everyone's like
- 48:51Speaker 4: you or me or someone.
- 48:52Speaker 1: That does one. Which makes it hard because it's like
- 48:56Speaker 1: accepting that there are mean people out there that don't
- 48:59Speaker 1: want the best for other people, and there are people
- 49:01Speaker 1: out there who hate women.
- 49:02Speaker 3: There are people out there who don't.
- 49:04Speaker 1: Like men like it's it's not a well where like
- 49:06Speaker 1: I don't know, it's just not nice. Yeah, you know what,
- 49:10Speaker 1: it is a fucking hard thing. Yeah, it's a very
- 49:14Speaker 1: very difficult thing. Time for comments. You know what to
- 49:22Speaker 1: do by now. If you want to leave a comment
- 49:23Speaker 1: and get read by us, simply comment on the episode
- 49:25Speaker 1: you are listening to. I have last week's Monday should
- 49:29Speaker 1: he go on a Boy's Trip? Live? Clark said, I
- 49:33Speaker 1: relate so much with the optimizing trips. Hey, so you
- 49:39Speaker 1: you your mind is a prison as well? Be free live.
- 49:43Speaker 1: I did one the other day and it felt great.
- 49:45Speaker 3: What you do?
- 49:47Speaker 1: I think? I went and picked something up from my
- 49:50Speaker 1: car about gun to the gym.
- 49:51Speaker 3: It felt pretty good.
- 49:52Speaker 4: You know, I'm proud of you. It would have been hard,
- 49:54Speaker 4: that was growth. That would have been hard because you
- 49:57Speaker 4: wasted time, but you didn't because it was freeing.
- 50:00Speaker 1: I was free, you were free. I felt free.
- 50:03Speaker 3: I'm glad I was flying through disguise.
- 50:07Speaker 1: From the same episode, but from YouTube, I've got I
- 50:10Speaker 1: am dollop. Oh.
- 50:12Speaker 4: I believe this is talking about the selling courses. If
- 50:17Speaker 4: someone discovers in quotes an infinite money glitch, in whatever business.
- 50:22Speaker 4: They don't sell it because then that ruins their market.
- 50:24Speaker 4: They just sell gullible people rubbish and tell them it's good.
- 50:29Speaker 3: That's a factual statement.
- 50:32Speaker 4: You've had it hear first from Iron Dollar guys, comment
- 50:36Speaker 4: below and you get it read.
- 50:37Speaker 1: Next week, batties, it is time for one of you
- 50:39Speaker 1: to sign off the episode.
- 50:41Speaker 3: Jake, who are we going to call?
- 50:44Speaker 1: Wait?
- 50:44Speaker 4: Actually, Ellen, So if you want to sign off the
- 50:48Speaker 4: episode in the link in the description, there'll be a
- 50:50Speaker 4: link to say something the episode.
- 50:51Speaker 1: You go and you put your name your number. Now,
- 50:53Speaker 1: I got to say we favor Australian numbers. We don't
- 50:56Speaker 1: let me just say this.
- 50:57Speaker 4: We actually we don't favor Australian numbers, but we only
- 50:59Speaker 4: choose Australian. We could call him what's happened working out
- 51:02Speaker 4: time difference and stuff? But tricky AnyWho? So basically, Ellen
- 51:07Speaker 4: put next to her name, I have a riddle, so
- 51:09Speaker 4: she better finding answer.
- 51:11Speaker 3: Oh that is you know how to get called.
- 51:12Speaker 1: Now you just got to have a riddle in this guy,
- 51:14Speaker 1: I'll be like, oh.
- 51:14Speaker 3: My god, yeah, friend devil.

- 51:36Speaker 1: I had a riddle? Yes?
- 51:38Speaker 3: Yes, Ellen, you can read Jake like a book.
- 51:42Speaker 4: Yes, Oh my god.
- 51:44Speaker 1: Stop, guys, I'm so excited. Work trying not to yell.
- 51:50Speaker 1: Just fuck it, yell. I'm a counselor.
- 51:55Speaker 4: I can't do that.
- 51:57Speaker 5: Counselor.
- 51:57Speaker 1: Where so I go into school and work with kitties
- 52:01Speaker 1: and things in w A.
- 52:03Speaker 3: Very very cool.
- 52:05Speaker 5: That's awesome. What's your riddle?
- 52:07Speaker 1: Yeah, let's otherwise I'm going to be the biggest disappointment. Yeah,
- 52:11Speaker 1: let's get to business. What's okay? Are you ready? What
- 52:17Speaker 1: gets longer when pulled? It's snugly between breaths, insert neatly
- 52:26Speaker 1: into a hole and works best when jerked. Oh okay,
- 52:32Speaker 1: look the obvious answer.
- 52:34Speaker 3: It might not be the answer, you dirty dog.
- 52:37Speaker 7: Yeah I'm not.
- 52:44Speaker 1: I'm going to take a.
- 52:45Speaker 5: While stab and say is it a penis?
- 52:51Speaker 1: No, guys, I'm not dirty. It's a seat belt.
- 52:55Speaker 3: Oh whatever, Ellen, Well, I really appreciate that.
- 53:09Speaker 1: Thank you very much.
- 53:09Speaker 5: Ellen.
- 53:10Speaker 1: You are so welcome. I'm glad you appreciated it. Have
- 53:14Speaker 1: a lovely, lovely day. I think you might have started something. Ellen,
- 53:17Speaker 1: I think everyone's gonna be like, oh, thanks so.
- 53:22Speaker 7: Much for calling.
- 53:23Speaker 3: Guys.

- 53:27Speaker 1: whole day. Let's go.

- 53:31Speaker 7: All right, you guys take care.
- 53:32Speaker 4: I can't like to listen.
- 53:34Speaker 2: Yea.
- 53:37Speaker 5: Once again she ended the phone call.
- 53:39Speaker 2: She hit us with her riddle, and she power moved us.
- 53:42Speaker 2: We told her she ended the call to be fair.
- 53:45Speaker 2: You tried to end it, and I was getting there.
- 53:47Speaker 1: I kept it going. I was sort of getting there.
- 53:50Speaker 1: It's pretty funny. Ellen thinks like three steps ahead.
- 53:53Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 53:53Speaker 3: She she read us like a book three times.
- 53:55Speaker 1: She knew she knew how to get a phone call. Yeah,
- 53:58Speaker 1: and then she knew we'd choose peanut.
- 54:00Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 54:00Speaker 1: And then she knew we would try and hang up
- 54:04Speaker 1: on us. And she hanged up anyway. Guys, they let
- 54:07Speaker 1: you go.
- 54:08Speaker 3: I'm pretty ecusy.
- 54:11Speaker 1: All right, guys, thank you for listening.
- 54:13Speaker 3: We love your stay bad
