- 1:36Speaker 2: two one.
- 1:41Speaker 3: Okay, thank you, thank you, thank you, good ladies in general.
- 1:46Speaker 3: This is your co host, mister Cornel Drama. I'm let's
- 1:50Speaker 3: talk about it. My host Mesterine Jenouser. He will be
- 1:54Speaker 3: uh genous to night. You know what I'm saying for
- 1:57Speaker 3: previous reasons, but she might be joining us sometimes on tonight. Okay,
- 2:02Speaker 3: and thank you for joining us again. Like I say,
- 2:05Speaker 3: for another episode of Let's talk about tonight, we're going
- 2:08Speaker 3: to be revisiting this situation of a case that's here
- 2:11Speaker 3: in the state of Texas of the the middal ASNY case,
- 2:14Speaker 3: where this individual is then charged with intentdonally and knowingly
- 2:19Speaker 3: causing the steps of an individual. Okay, and tonight we're
- 2:23Speaker 3: gonna share this light on newly new, newly discovered, newly
- 2:26Speaker 3: discovered developments in the case that you know, show that
- 2:30Speaker 3: there's more going on behind the scenes in this case
- 2:33Speaker 3: and what's being actually known to the public, and that
- 2:37Speaker 3: you know, this little guy a Camelo Anthony is being
- 2:40Speaker 3: caught up from a ram of you know, judicial biasness,
- 2:45Speaker 3: you know judicial corruption. So tonight, you know, please join us,
- 2:49Speaker 3: because We're going to have a good show tonight and
- 2:51Speaker 3: I'm going to go ahead and shed light on what
- 2:53Speaker 3: are the more of the situation and hopefully, hopefully we
- 2:56Speaker 3: can get to the bottom of this and see if
- 2:58Speaker 3: we can get the public more involved to ask him
- 3:00Speaker 3: that this case be dismissed. Okay, from the offsets of
- 3:04Speaker 3: this case, this individual, mister Camillo Anthony, he went to
- 3:08Speaker 3: attract meet, okay, and you know he had a right
- 3:11Speaker 3: to be there, Okay, So because he did have a
- 3:13Speaker 3: right to see there, you know, he was there, you know,
- 3:16Speaker 3: because it was raining and he got out the rain
- 3:19Speaker 3: and some other individuals were under the same the chance
- 3:22Speaker 3: that you know, mister Li was under. And somehow another
- 3:26Speaker 3: an individual who's familiar with him, saw him up under
- 3:29Speaker 3: the tent, and somehow there's indications of an exchange of words,
- 3:34Speaker 3: but we don't know that for sure. But this individual,
- 3:37Speaker 3: when he got some friends appears who are familiar with
- 3:39Speaker 3: mister Camillo Anthony, and about seven of damn came and
- 3:43Speaker 3: surrounded at Liscon Milo Anthony and was exchanged and mister
- 3:47Speaker 3: Camillo Anthony ended up, you know, pulling out what they
- 3:50Speaker 3: classifiers a poker or something to that name, and he
- 3:55Speaker 3: ended up sharing one of the guys. And this individual
- 3:58Speaker 3: has you know, lost of life behind this incident. So
- 4:02Speaker 3: now after the fact, uh, the District Attorney's office and
- 4:08Speaker 3: the family of the victim is claiming that the Melo
- 4:11Speaker 3: Anthony tackling normally called the death of their son. So
- 4:15Speaker 3: now they have went out in the public and have
- 4:18Speaker 3: requested it got funding pages and donations of this nature
- 4:23Speaker 3: to try to raise this to the fact that look
- 4:25Speaker 3: of Melo Anthony you know, should be chart with a
- 4:27Speaker 3: coronal offensive and Chancelaind Norley called it and been individual
- 4:31Speaker 3: and that their son should be classified as a hero,
- 4:33Speaker 3: you know of someone who is a victim of an attack.
- 4:37Speaker 3: Well that's not actually really the truth behind what's going
- 4:40Speaker 3: on the issue with that little middle Anthony had a
- 4:44Speaker 3: right to be there and that these individuals came to
- 4:46Speaker 3: attack him and when they did, he defended it this
- 4:50Speaker 3: and by the laws you have a right to do that.
- 4:53Speaker 3: So now here it is the District Attorney's office gets
- 4:56Speaker 3: the case and the case goes immediately to a granduate
- 5:02Speaker 3: and a grand jury while a true field indictment charging
- 5:05Speaker 3: him with the office of and catching me and normally
- 5:09Speaker 3: so now the case has said to go to a
- 5:12Speaker 3: jury trial. Now, since this time, you know, there has
- 5:16Speaker 3: been new development, you know, issues coming out that mister
- 5:20Speaker 3: Camello and his defense team have not crossed emotions of
- 5:25Speaker 3: not saying that they didn't to dismiss his case based
- 5:28Speaker 3: upon of video showing that he was defending himself. But
- 5:33Speaker 3: the victim's family has ties to the district attorney's office
- 5:37Speaker 3: and the judicial system over there in that county. Where
- 5:40Speaker 3: as pitchers have surfaced off his family, the victim's family
- 5:45Speaker 3: taking pictures with the district attorney's office, the district attorney
- 5:49Speaker 3: and the judges in this county crie to this incident,
- 5:53Speaker 3: indicating some type of a relationship of the family of
- 5:58Speaker 3: the victims to the district attorney's office. So now this
- 6:01Speaker 3: raid is a question about the antigrity of this process
- 6:06Speaker 3: by the District Attorney's office, as mister Camillo Anthony being
- 6:10Speaker 3: given a fair shake in this county and if going forward,
- 6:14Speaker 3: will he receive a fair trial in this county? Well,
- 6:18Speaker 3: based upon this fact that these pictures have been showing
- 6:22Speaker 3: judicial connection, the relationships of the district attorney and the
- 6:26Speaker 3: family of the victim. The answer to that question is
- 6:29Speaker 3: not and now because this has happened. Now, this raid
- 6:33Speaker 3: is a question of prosecutable misconduct because the district attorney's
- 6:39Speaker 3: office and the judges and that county knows that they
- 6:42Speaker 3: have a relationship with the victim's family, and because this
- 6:48Speaker 3: case should not be processed in their county, and that
- 6:52Speaker 3: they should have reduced themselves to even participating in the
- 6:56Speaker 3: process of judicial procedures in this case. So as of
- 7:01Speaker 3: right now, uh, the issue with the cases that the
- 7:05Speaker 3: case should be dismissa born number one judicial impartiality, because
- 7:12Speaker 3: that raises the question because of the relationship of the
- 7:15Speaker 3: district attorney's office and the victim's family. As there was
- 7:19Speaker 3: enough this case was the Russia a grand jury, So
- 7:23Speaker 3: they also raised the question about the makeup of the
- 7:26Speaker 3: grand jury or did this case even go to a
- 7:30Speaker 3: grand jury?
- 7:31Speaker 4: Well, I got I got something to say because I've
- 7:36Speaker 4: been listening to a lot of these people on these
- 7:38Speaker 4: panels that have been having the different discussions. So the
- 7:44Speaker 4: the grand jury was picked in January, so there was
- 7:51Speaker 4: no particular grand jury picked aftery for this case.
- 7:55Speaker 5: So the jack The grand jury was picked even before
- 7:59Speaker 5: this case. So is that normal?
- 8:04Speaker 4: Because we was reading we was someone actually read it
- 8:08Speaker 4: and I recorded it. I posted it on on on
- 8:11Speaker 4: my TikTok. But I recorded this and they showed the
- 8:15Speaker 4: document and it shows that the grand jury was picked
- 8:20Speaker 4: in January. This case did not happen until April. So
- 8:25Speaker 4: it's a grand jury, just a grand jury around the board.
- 8:31Speaker 4: Or do they pick grand juries for each case?
- 8:34Speaker 3: Okay, minya self, we have twelve months on a year.
- 8:38Speaker 3: Each grand jury has picked from January and June six
- 8:42Speaker 3: months of a grand jury process. Okay, So now that
- 8:46Speaker 3: grand jury has a January turn of the grand jury
- 8:50Speaker 3: until the end of the last month of me June,
- 8:56Speaker 3: then another grand jury in June. So now the district
- 9:00Speaker 3: attorney in this case, it happened in May, I mean
- 9:03Speaker 3: in April. So April May is the following month. So
- 9:08Speaker 3: now if that is the case, then how did it
- 9:10Speaker 3: take eighty something days from April for this case to
- 9:15Speaker 3: get indicted, because that would be going to the June
- 9:17Speaker 3: grand jury. Therefore, the January term of the grand don't
- 9:22Speaker 3: have jurisdiction to indict mister Camillo handthe because they do
- 9:26Speaker 3: not have a term, So you see what that means. So,
- 9:30Speaker 3: how did mister Camelo Anthony get indicted from the January
- 9:33Speaker 3: term of the grand jury as opposed to the June term.
- 9:36Speaker 3: Because this case did happen in January, but they say
- 9:41Speaker 3: it took eighty something days after the incident for him
- 9:45Speaker 3: to get indicted. That would mean that this case has
- 9:50Speaker 3: lingered into the June term of the grand jury. Therefore
- 9:54Speaker 3: that it would not be good because the grand jury
- 9:56Speaker 3: don't have jurisdiction to indict him. So that would be
- 9:59Speaker 3: a to me if the case even goes to a
- 10:02Speaker 3: grand jury. Doesn't that make any sense?
- 10:06Speaker 4: Man, I'm not a I'm not a court person. I
- 10:10Speaker 4: don't know a lot about the judicial system.
- 10:13Speaker 3: Oh okay, okay. Ever, in state of Texas we have
- 10:16Speaker 3: we call terms like like like quarters, three, six, nine, twelve.
- 10:22Speaker 3: Over here we have two quarters grand jury, which is
- 10:25Speaker 3: six months of a turner. Every grand jury system six
- 10:28Speaker 3: months January term January to me, from June to December. Okay.
- 10:34Speaker 3: So with that, that's the issue of the grand jury.
- 10:37Speaker 3: If an indictment case happened within the January term of
- 10:41Speaker 3: the grand jury, it would say, yes, the January term
- 10:44Speaker 3: about the grand jury. Okay, this case happened within that term.
- 10:48Speaker 3: So now here it is. If this case happened in April,
- 10:51Speaker 3: which is three much fun January, now is it gonna
- 10:55Speaker 3: take them to indict?
- 10:56Speaker 4: The course, it took them eighty eighty some days to indict.
- 11:02Speaker 4: That's how long it took. I think it was eighty
- 11:04Speaker 4: one days.
- 11:05Speaker 3: Okay, So if it took eighty one days, okay, the.
- 11:10Speaker 4: Incident happened in April, they have already indicted him. The
- 11:14Speaker 4: indictment came down a couple of weeks ago.
- 11:20Speaker 3: Okay, a couple of so that would mean that this
- 11:25Speaker 3: is July. June was last month, okay, So now he's
- 11:28Speaker 3: in the June time of the grand jury then, okay,
- 11:31Speaker 3: which is this grand jury process from June to December? Okay?
- 11:37Speaker 5: Now the question, so what does that mean? What does
- 11:40Speaker 5: that mean?
- 11:40Speaker 4: Because the indictment has already came down, so that means
- 11:44Speaker 4: it came down from the other grand jury, the one
- 11:48Speaker 4: that was picked back in January.
- 11:50Speaker 5: So what does that mean?
- 11:51Speaker 3: Now? Okay, that's a that's that's what I'm going now
- 11:56Speaker 3: to you, ma'am. That's not possible because his case was
- 11:59Speaker 3: in from the time that he committed the offense the offitted.
- 12:07Speaker 4: So what does that mean, because you're they're talking to
- 12:10Speaker 4: someone that does not know. So explain that to me
- 12:14Speaker 4: so that I can understand. Because this is what's happened
- 12:18Speaker 4: in Cornell. You have all these people that know the
- 12:22Speaker 4: law and they are going to reading these pinal cols.
- 12:27Speaker 4: They're reading the laws. And then you got a lot
- 12:29Speaker 4: of people that are not in the state of Texas.
- 12:31Speaker 4: You got people from Virginia, you got people from all
- 12:34Speaker 4: over that's looking at this case. They're sitting on these
- 12:37Speaker 4: different panels and they're given their different reddicks. We have
- 12:42Speaker 4: a lot of white Tea people that is ready to
- 12:48Speaker 4: throw Camelo Anthony under the bus that they have rendered
- 12:53Speaker 4: this man guilty and regardless of what they have seen video.
- 12:59Speaker 4: There's a video.
- 13:00Speaker 5: People have gone to see the video.
- 13:02Speaker 4: There's a lady that even went there the other day
- 13:04Speaker 4: and she was in their recording and she's we're asking
- 13:07Speaker 4: for her to be prosecuted so she can go to
- 13:10Speaker 4: jail because she's.
- 13:11Speaker 5: Trying to take the derry. And this is what they're doing.
- 13:15Speaker 4: They're passing off all these radics and all these different
- 13:19Speaker 4: things that is not lining up. What you see, and
- 13:23Speaker 4: what the laws. If we go by the law, this
- 13:28Speaker 4: baby is innocent. He's still in his ground. But because
- 13:31Speaker 4: people have said what they wanted to say, one of
- 13:34Speaker 4: the one of the people that was there, the twin to.
- 13:37Speaker 5: The deceased person, he was able to leave with with
- 13:43Speaker 5: his evidence.
- 13:44Speaker 4: O him because he was right there, supposedly blood all
- 13:48Speaker 4: over him. This baby was able to leave, go home,
- 13:51Speaker 4: change his clothes, come up with whatever story him and
- 13:55Speaker 4: his mama gonna decide what he's gonna say, and then
- 13:57Speaker 4: he went back and then he was able to make statements.
- 14:00Speaker 4: So this is what's happening. This is so many things
- 14:04Speaker 4: that went wrong from the beginning to it just it's sad.
- 14:10Speaker 4: But then you got so many grown people that have
- 14:14Speaker 4: come up with their own logics, and it is they
- 14:18Speaker 4: making it about something that it wasn't. They said that
- 14:21Speaker 4: this baby planned that he he knew what he was
- 14:25Speaker 4: gonna do from the time he left his house.
- 14:28Speaker 5: How do you know that they haven't even determined that
- 14:32Speaker 5: the poker belonged to him. They're going by what somebody said.
- 14:36Speaker 5: And and I can believe from from what people have said.
- 14:41Speaker 4: I've listened to plenty of these lives listened to plenty
- 14:46Speaker 4: of people that say they went. They watched the video,
- 14:48Speaker 4: and I listened to what they're saying. The ones that
- 14:52Speaker 4: support Carmelo Anthony all of the same thing. And no,
- 14:56Speaker 4: they did not go at the same time. So it's
- 15:01Speaker 4: not like they plotting and planning. Some of these people
- 15:04Speaker 4: don't even know each other, but yet they say the
- 15:06Speaker 4: same thing. They said, there were seven people that walked
- 15:11Speaker 4: up briskfully. Some of them even was jogging to catch
- 15:14Speaker 4: up with the people that was in front of them.
- 15:16Speaker 4: They said, the four people walk up to Camelo Anthony.
- 15:20Speaker 4: Camello Anthony sitting down.
- 15:22Speaker 5: They bleacher. They said, the four people walked.
- 15:24Speaker 4: Up to him, three going and four walked up to him.
- 15:28Speaker 4: One got down in his face. Remind you he's sitting down.
- 15:32Speaker 4: So one got down in his face.
- 15:34Speaker 5: The other one surrounded him. But everybody said, why didn't
- 15:38Speaker 5: he leave?
- 15:39Speaker 4: He had the opportunity to leave it somebody in your
- 15:41Speaker 4: face and somebody surrounding you, how could you leave?
- 15:44Speaker 5: And then my thing too was.
- 15:48Speaker 4: Honestly, people don't like it, but I believe that the
- 15:55Speaker 4: brother was trying to poke Camello and poked his brother
- 15:58Speaker 4: by mistake.
- 16:01Speaker 5: Hmm. Because if you go and you look at a
- 16:04Speaker 5: lot of the stuff that's happening there.
- 16:05Speaker 4: Now, only that we win't on tox top solitary report
- 16:09Speaker 4: because why they ain't got the tox holgy report because
- 16:12Speaker 4: letty be told, they was at the middle school getting
- 16:15Speaker 4: geeked up.
- 16:17Speaker 5: They was over there getting geeked doune.
- 16:20Speaker 3: Okay, ma'am. So now the period issue again, we have
- 16:27Speaker 3: two terms, which is January term and June term. This
- 16:32Speaker 3: is the only way in the state of Texas that
- 16:34Speaker 3: we can be indicted in prosecurity for acquired So that
- 16:38Speaker 3: means that if Jake medicine the January term I already
- 16:41Speaker 3: started in my case hopping in April, they have to
- 16:45Speaker 3: take us to that grand jury, and that grand jury
- 16:48Speaker 3: got to have an indictment on me before the end
- 16:52Speaker 3: of June, I mean before the end of me while
- 16:56Speaker 3: because the next time grand jury starts in Chilman. So
- 17:00Speaker 3: if they don't have me indicted it within that term
- 17:03Speaker 3: of the grand jury, then they would have the process
- 17:06Speaker 3: and get an extension and have my case sense of
- 17:09Speaker 3: the next term of the grand jury, because my indictment
- 17:12Speaker 3: cannot say the January return of the grand jury, because
- 17:17Speaker 3: my case did happened during that term. But I can't
- 17:20Speaker 3: be indicted the term because that indictment term has he
- 17:25Speaker 3: left in me. And I'm going to tell another grand jury,
- 17:29Speaker 3: which means that this is the whole not total, different
- 17:31Speaker 3: people coming in evidence.
- 17:34Speaker 4: Well again, I said, I stay again from the paper
- 17:39Speaker 4: that the guys show on the TikTok Live on yesterday,
- 17:44Speaker 4: it's said the grand jury comprised. It was comprised in January.
- 17:52Speaker 1: He read it.
- 17:53Speaker 5: I got it on duty. So it ain't nothing that
- 17:57Speaker 5: I'm making up. It is.
- 17:58Speaker 4: It is something that is actual, at least by their
- 18:03Speaker 4: proof in their paper, unless they're making it up.
- 18:07Speaker 5: It said that January.
- 18:09Speaker 4: So what you're saying, if if, if that is true,
- 18:14Speaker 4: then that indictment is no good.
- 18:17Speaker 3: Yes, ma'am, that indictment won't be no good because it
- 18:20Speaker 3: takes the time. The game of criminal modications cembal. It's
- 18:26Speaker 3: not just no. You can't just take it committed from
- 18:28Speaker 3: today and here I am indicted at tomorrow. You can't
- 18:31Speaker 3: do that because you have other casions before that case
- 18:35Speaker 3: that has to be indicted by grand Jewelry.
- 18:37Speaker 4: And that's why they said it was taking so long.
- 18:40Speaker 4: That's why they said it took those eighty something days
- 18:43Speaker 4: for them to get there. I think they said eighty
- 18:45Speaker 4: one days to be exact. I think that's why they
- 18:49Speaker 4: say it took them eighty one days to even get
- 18:51Speaker 4: that indictment because there were others in front of that.
- 18:57Speaker 3: Okay, so now we're gonna do that, then we're gonna question.
- 19:02Speaker 3: We're gonna question the video because they.
- 19:06Speaker 4: Didn't submit the video. It was no video submitted. They
- 19:09Speaker 4: they they only went after the police report. And the
- 19:13Speaker 4: police report, well not even it's it's not even a
- 19:19Speaker 4: police report.
- 19:19Speaker 5: It is the arrest record. That's all it is. It's
- 19:23Speaker 5: a arrest report, ever, and it's just a couple of statements.
- 19:28Speaker 4: From some of them that they don't even have the
- 19:31Speaker 4: people because I think they confiscated phones afterwards, and they've
- 19:36Speaker 4: done other interviews, but none of that was included. Like
- 19:40Speaker 4: I said, the d A and the dad is friends.
- 19:47Speaker 4: The judge in the in in in the dad is friends.
- 19:52Speaker 5: So this is what you got going on. So, like
- 19:56Speaker 5: I say, I.
- 19:57Speaker 4: Believe that they did a favor for a favor because
- 20:01Speaker 4: if you look at when Camelo was supposed to go
- 20:04Speaker 4: to court, the day after the day Camilla go to court,
- 20:10Speaker 4: it's the day after the election for d A a
- 20:15Speaker 4: prosecutor or whatever, whatever election is coming. I think it's
- 20:18Speaker 4: a prosecutor that that is coming up for election. Maybe
- 20:22Speaker 4: one of them is coming up for election, and the
- 20:28Speaker 4: election is going to be held the day before Camilla
- 20:31Speaker 4: goes to court.
- 20:32Speaker 3: Okay, sure, ma'am. That's very unique right there, because that
- 20:39Speaker 3: kind of video showing that committal. Attorney's office do not
- 20:46Speaker 3: have that.
- 20:47Speaker 4: I'm sure they have all they have access to the
- 20:51Speaker 4: same videos because this is public knowledge. That's how ever's
- 20:55Speaker 4: getting to go and look at this because it is
- 20:58Speaker 4: public records. So that's how they're having to fill out
- 21:01Speaker 4: documents and they can go and look at it, but
- 21:06Speaker 4: they're only allowing them.
- 21:07Speaker 3: Now.
- 21:07Speaker 4: Remind you, this was at a stadium, so there's multiple videos,
- 21:12Speaker 4: but they're only allowing the public to see that one video.
- 21:17Speaker 4: But like I tell, like I've been telling everybody, Cornell,
- 21:21Speaker 4: and you know this because you are currently incarcerated. If
- 21:26Speaker 4: you if followed any high profile place, and we'll talk
- 21:31Speaker 4: about Chris.
- 21:31Speaker 5: Brown and Rihanna. Do you remember when he when he abused.
- 21:36Speaker 4: That They're how it was all over the news, how
- 21:39Speaker 4: it was just everywhere and they would not let it
- 21:43Speaker 4: rest if Camelo Anthony was guilty. If these people truly
- 21:48Speaker 4: had something on this boy, don't you think they would
- 21:51Speaker 4: be ragging him all over the news? They would be
- 21:53Speaker 4: no had him because that's what they do with us.
- 21:56Speaker 4: We know that there ain't no secret, and then they
- 21:59Speaker 4: want to make it about They don't want it to
- 22:01Speaker 4: be about a black A B K L and A
- 22:05Speaker 4: and a Y T. But we all know what it's about,
- 22:10Speaker 4: just like what they're doing right now. I see a
- 22:14Speaker 4: case where there was a commissioner, uh elected government official
- 22:20Speaker 4: that the white judge wanted to talk to her any
- 22:23Speaker 4: kind of way and in discredit.
- 22:25Speaker 5: This is what they do. They don't want us to
- 22:28Speaker 5: be right.
- 22:29Speaker 4: But what's gonna happen is because too many people watching
- 22:32Speaker 4: this case, it can't be wiped under the rug and
- 22:35Speaker 4: it ain't gonna It ain't gonna come out the way
- 22:37Speaker 4: everybody wanting it to come out. Because I feel like
- 22:44Speaker 4: the hunter and and those other two boys, they need
- 22:48Speaker 4: to be charged as well. If they want somebody to
- 22:50Speaker 4: charge for the unalliveed of Austin, it to be those
- 22:56Speaker 4: that cost it, because if they are they want to
- 22:59Speaker 4: say if Camelo had to kept his hands to hisself.
- 23:03Speaker 5: If they had to have been bullied, if.
- 23:05Speaker 4: They had to come up in that tick the way
- 23:07Speaker 4: they came up in that tent thinking they read something,
- 23:10Speaker 4: then he would be here right now, yes, l'am.
- 23:14Speaker 3: Yes, ma'am. Okay, so ma'am here. It is so if
- 23:19Speaker 3: they're allowing people to go and application to refuse this
- 23:23Speaker 3: particular video and this particular video and braising opinions from
- 23:28Speaker 3: both sides. Some people are saying that the video showed
- 23:32Speaker 3: that he kilty. So I'm saying that shows he's inners
- 23:35Speaker 3: for real. If the district attorney's officer got access.
- 23:39Speaker 5: To that video, everybody got access to it.
- 23:42Speaker 3: Okay, but the grand journey got to have access to
- 23:46Speaker 3: that video, that video.
- 23:48Speaker 4: Well, why wouldn't they have to have Why wouldn't they
- 23:50Speaker 4: have access to the video if they wanted access to
- 23:53Speaker 4: the video, It was they after.
- 23:56Speaker 5: The prosecutor whoever was supposed to present the evidence, right.
- 24:01Speaker 3: Okay, that's a good point. Now, the distri attorney supposed
- 24:05Speaker 3: to be that whatever evidence he feels is necessary for
- 24:07Speaker 3: his case, and if he would hail that particular evidence
- 24:11Speaker 3: from the grand jury, then he would hail material evidence
- 24:15Speaker 3: from the grand jury. That can shed a different light
- 24:18Speaker 3: on this case towards the grand theury of the datment.
- 24:21Speaker 3: So when we're gonna claim, we're saying that that's prosecutor
- 24:25Speaker 3: of his conduct, that's judicial and partiality. What he's doing
- 24:30Speaker 3: is deceiving the grand jury because he's withholding the material
- 24:35Speaker 3: evidence from that grand jury, who is governed by the
- 24:38Speaker 3: law to indict an individual based upon facts. This case
- 24:42Speaker 3: has to be governed by the facts, not because of
- 24:45Speaker 3: the district attorney's sending a feeling.
- 24:50Speaker 5: They feel like the facts is those falsified documents.
- 24:53Speaker 4: Those documents just you know, you know for yourself, you
- 24:57Speaker 4: know what happened in your case, So just think about
- 25:00Speaker 4: how they falsified documents.
- 25:02Speaker 5: So just know what they're doing.
- 25:04Speaker 4: These people haven't come up with a report, an arrest report.
- 25:10Speaker 4: They have put their narratives in there because they took
- 25:14Speaker 4: the report from Austin, not Austin, from Austin's brother, Hunter.
- 25:21Speaker 5: And a couple of other people that was there.
- 25:24Speaker 4: Of course, those people say what they wanted to say
- 25:27Speaker 4: in defense of what was going on, because if the
- 25:31Speaker 4: truth be told, they probably could be charged too. So
- 25:34Speaker 4: of course they're gonna defend themselves.
- 25:37Speaker 3: Yes, ma'am, Yes, ma'am, that's ma'am. So now the public
- 25:41Speaker 3: got the power right now, because it's obvious that's the
- 25:46Speaker 3: Milo Anthony's attorney. Them are waiting for some reason or
- 25:50Speaker 3: miracle or something to this nature. So let's this case
- 25:54Speaker 3: go to a grand amory. And why I have no
- 25:57Speaker 3: earthly idea this case should not still be standing. Why
- 26:02Speaker 3: because ma'am, this case is being governed by political propaganda now,
- 26:09Speaker 3: and what's that the Camilo Anthony was turning them know
- 26:13Speaker 3: that this case cannot staying and it should not be
- 26:15Speaker 3: indicted under these circumstances. So I am questioning why they
- 26:19Speaker 3: have not follow emotion to dismiss because if the public
- 26:23Speaker 3: sees this video and the public and all this stuff
- 26:25Speaker 3: and out they're about the video, then the attorneys have
- 26:28Speaker 3: to have the same information. So why is it that
- 26:31Speaker 3: they have not taken that video to the DA and
- 26:34Speaker 3: act the DA to reconsider this case and to have
- 26:37Speaker 3: that indictment dismission.
- 26:38Speaker 4: They got their power now, only that they need to
- 26:40Speaker 4: have the prosecutor and the judge removed. Judge Roaches need
- 26:47Speaker 4: to be removed because he knows the mad Cat family,
- 26:51Speaker 4: those kids grew up with them.
- 26:54Speaker 3: And you right coslutely right, ma'am. So if the lawyers
- 26:58Speaker 3: at Camillo Anthony's case is not, the public gotta do it.
- 27:03Speaker 3: The public gotta raise they for us and ask that
- 27:05Speaker 3: the Conduct Committee on Judicial Conduct step into this case
- 27:09Speaker 3: and have that jeris dismissed and contact the District Attorneys
- 27:13Speaker 3: are Association and tell them that they want this district
- 27:17Speaker 3: attorney removed off this s case and we want a
- 27:19Speaker 3: special prosecutor, a special prosecutor all occasion for this case
- 27:23Speaker 3: to be dismissed. That's where we're at. That's exactly what
- 27:27Speaker 3: we ask because the facts are not lining up to
- 27:29Speaker 3: the law man and the district attorney in this case,
- 27:32Speaker 3: he's not gonna do that well because he's the friends
- 27:34Speaker 3: of the victim's father. So what we're asking for it
- 27:38Speaker 3: for the juris to be removed and recused from this
- 27:40Speaker 3: case because of judicial and partiality. And we're asking for
- 27:45Speaker 3: the district attorney to be taken off this case because
- 27:48Speaker 3: pictures have to have revolved showing that he got relationships
- 27:51Speaker 3: with the victim's family. So now he has to take
- 27:54Speaker 3: come up agause he cannot see the case. So now
- 27:59Speaker 3: I don't know why mister Commidal answers. The family have
- 28:01Speaker 3: not done none of that. That don't make no sense.
- 28:04Speaker 3: That's too long, because soon that information came out automatically,
- 28:09Speaker 3: the district attorney in this case supposed to make a
- 28:11Speaker 3: public statement of preshy leaf showing that he has to
- 28:15Speaker 3: refuse himself from this case because of a conflict of interest.
- 28:19Speaker 3: The district attorney's office got to do that. You got
- 28:23Speaker 3: to know to fire the public because the public is
- 28:25Speaker 3: the people, and because the public is the people, the
- 28:27Speaker 3: public deserves to know the truth, ma'am that he took
- 28:31Speaker 3: pictions with this boy's father, with the boy's family, and
- 28:34Speaker 3: that here it is they got a relationship. So now
- 28:37Speaker 3: not only do that questions his conflict of interest, and
- 28:39Speaker 3: also questions the indictment. So now we're asking not only
- 28:44Speaker 3: for him to be dismissed, we ask him for the
- 28:46Speaker 3: indictment to be dismissed as of right now. If they
- 28:50Speaker 3: choose to come back and ring indict because the case
- 28:53Speaker 3: don't have a statu of limitation, that's fine, But as
- 28:56Speaker 3: of right now, we want that indictment taken off the
- 28:59Speaker 3: table because now we'll get a chance of with the
- 29:02Speaker 3: video and other video cameras and cling but whatever been
- 29:06Speaker 3: confiscated to show the truth to this case to another
- 29:09Speaker 3: grand jury, because that grand jury that indicted him, that's
- 29:13Speaker 3: us painted at grand jury, ma'am. So if the public
- 29:17Speaker 3: is listening to this podcast tonight, I'm asking for you
- 29:21Speaker 3: to say and have your voices heard and demand for
- 29:25Speaker 3: the disc Journey and that County to be taken off
- 29:28Speaker 3: this case due to a conflict ad interests because of
- 29:31Speaker 3: the fact that tensions have surface of him having a
- 29:34Speaker 3: relationship with and the same way with the jedis that
- 29:39Speaker 3: he'd be taking off this case due to judicial and
- 29:41Speaker 3: partiality because he is aware of the pictures of the
- 29:45Speaker 3: disc Turney and the Victimstensy. Therefore that makes him impartial
- 29:50Speaker 3: and he cannot sit on this case. So that's what
- 29:53Speaker 3: we're acting. And for the indicaments in this case of business,
- 29:56Speaker 3: because the indictment has painted it by judicial partiality. That's
- 30:02Speaker 3: the case right here tonight. So I will ask that
- 30:06Speaker 3: you reviewing this video tonight could be able to the podcast,
- 30:10Speaker 3: like to be able to cap in and have your
- 30:12Speaker 3: voices heard. So thank you and I appreciate you for
- 30:15Speaker 3: listening in tonight or let's talk about it, and we
- 30:18Speaker 3: will be you know, continuing this episode and pretty much
- 30:22Speaker 3: from that man joining in, and like I said, I
- 30:25Speaker 3: appreciate Okay, all right, all right, okay, thank you very much.
- 30:31Speaker 5: Well, y'all have a good night.
