15-Month-Old Critically Injured In Sacramento County Apartment Parking Lot Crash A 15-month-old girl suffered major injuries after being struck by a vehicle Monday morning in the La Riviera area of Sacramento County. CHP says the child was with her father in an apartment complex parking lot on Tuolumne Drive when a Ford C-Max entered the lot and hit the toddler. Deputies began CPR before the child was transported to UC Davis Medical Center with a skull fracture and other major injuries.
