- 0:00Speaker 1: Fly from Midtown Manhattan. Here comes the Mark Simone Show
- 0:05Speaker 1: on seven to ten wo Honor. Well, Hey, it's Friday,
- 0:10Speaker 1: it's a beautiful It's Sunday Friday. It's gonna be in
- 0:12Speaker 1: the sixties all weekend. You know, you got seventy one
- 0:16Speaker 1: days until summer, but you're gonna get a summer preview
- 0:19Speaker 1: next week. It'll be in the eighties, might even hit
- 0:21Speaker 1: ninety next week. A lot to get to today, Malania Trump,
- 0:25Speaker 1: what was that unusual statement? All about that Epstein statement?
- 0:28Speaker 1: What the hell is that all about? Well, we'll explain.
- 0:31Speaker 1: We'll get to Iran and the talks. We'll get to
- 0:34Speaker 1: NATO and pulling out of there. We'll get to the
- 0:36Speaker 1: crazy Democrats and what they're up to, the Al Sharpton Convention.
- 0:41Speaker 1: We'll get to this horrible case of this police officer
- 0:45Speaker 1: in the Bronx who shouldn't be going to prison, getting
- 0:48Speaker 1: sent to prison by one of these crazy left wing judges.
- 0:52Speaker 1: We'll get to that coming up, and a whole lot
- 0:54Speaker 1: more just ahead. The talks is supposed to begin to tomorrow.
- 1:02Speaker 1: Vice President Vance will be there, Steve Whitkoff, Jared Kushner.
- 1:07Speaker 1: There's talk of the Iranians not showing up doing something crazy.
- 1:10Speaker 1: The Iranians are absolutely totally crazy in negotiations, often deliberately
- 1:17Speaker 1: impossible to negotiate with even if he can. They never
- 1:20Speaker 1: stick to anything they agree to. But still a good thing,
- 1:24Speaker 1: still a very good thing to have. This two week
- 1:26Speaker 1: pause gives us a chance to restock, rearm reset, develop
- 1:31Speaker 1: all new targets. And if you do this two weeks
- 1:35Speaker 1: of talks, no matter what happens, they don't agree to anything,
- 1:38Speaker 1: they don't show up, whatever happens, it's now an excuse
- 1:41Speaker 1: to go back and finish the job. It looks much better.
- 1:45Speaker 1: If he gave the Iranians two weeks to come to
- 1:47Speaker 1: the bargaining table, they played games, they wouldn't bargain perfect.
- 1:55Speaker 1: Then you got the Then you got the justification to
- 1:57Speaker 1: go in there and just take care of everything. So
- 2:01Speaker 1: it could get If they don't do anything in these
- 2:04Speaker 1: bargaining talks, it could get pretty ugly. Now, remember, anytime
- 2:08Speaker 1: there's talks, negotiations, it's bumpy, it's ups and downs, and
- 2:12Speaker 1: anytime you have negotiations with absolute raging lunatics in the
- 2:16Speaker 1: Middle East, it's really bumpy. So don't get alarmed if
- 2:20Speaker 1: things go wrong or things blow up. That's perfectly normal.
- 2:24Speaker 1: Malania Trump yesterday shocked everybody. You know, she doesn't make
- 2:28Speaker 1: a lot of speeches or do press conferences or do statements.
- 2:31Speaker 1: Every so often, it's rare. And when she does, it's
- 2:34Speaker 1: about a program she's put together for children, something like that.
- 2:40Speaker 1: She's redecorating the White House somebody. But this was very,
- 2:44Speaker 1: very very formal. This was a very stately formal looked
- 2:49Speaker 1: like a serious announcement. She came out and spoke for
- 2:52Speaker 1: about ten minutes about Jeffrey Epstein and how she had
- 2:57Speaker 1: no relationship with Jeffrey Epstein. There's been a lot of
- 3:00Speaker 1: lies about Jeffrey Epstein, these Michael Wolfe type books. You know,
- 3:04Speaker 1: Michael wolf is that wormy, creepy little slimeball who writes
- 3:08Speaker 1: these fake books and he makes up all kinds of crap.
- 3:11Speaker 1: And George Stephanopolis has him on and treats him like
- 3:14Speaker 1: an author. Meet the press will have him on. They
- 3:16Speaker 1: pretend he's a serious author. It's just a slimy, slimy
- 3:20Speaker 1: tabloid guy. He's the guy that, among other people, made
- 3:24Speaker 1: up this whole fake story. But it was Epstein that
- 3:26Speaker 1: introduced Trump and Malania absolutely no truth to that and
- 3:30Speaker 1: all kinds of fake crap in these books. So she
- 3:35Speaker 1: let you know, set the record straight on all this stuff.
- 3:37Speaker 1: She'd met Jeffrey Epstein, there was a brief time where
- 3:41Speaker 1: she and her husband traveled in the same circles. That
- 3:43Speaker 1: means they were at the same gallows, they were at
- 3:45Speaker 1: the same parties. Epstein for a time was a member
- 3:49Speaker 1: of mar A Lago, came there to the big events
- 3:51Speaker 1: and the parties. Trump found out what a sleez ball
- 3:55Speaker 1: he was, threw him out of mari A Lago, banned
- 3:58Speaker 1: him from mar A Lago. But other than that, had
- 4:00Speaker 1: no relationship and occasional hello. If Julaane wrote an email
- 4:04Speaker 1: to Malaney, she sent a nice email back, how was
- 4:07Speaker 1: Palm Beach? Glad you had a nice time? That kind
- 4:09Speaker 1: of stuff, But no relationship. Didn't know him, had nothing
- 4:12Speaker 1: to do with anything. Never went to his house, never
- 4:14Speaker 1: went to his island, never sat down with him, had
- 4:18Speaker 1: never had a lunch or a dinner anything. But And
- 4:21Speaker 1: she also called for hearings, interview the survivors, get all
- 4:26Speaker 1: these women, bring them before Congress. She called for this,
- 4:29Speaker 1: put them all, you know under oath, gave on this now.
- 4:31Speaker 1: The only problem with that is half of them will
- 4:35Speaker 1: be committing perjury. There are some terrible victims and survivors,
- 4:38Speaker 1: but you see so many of them out there, a
- 4:40Speaker 1: lot of them aren't survivors, then they're not victims. Every
- 4:43Speaker 1: shady lawyer all over Florida has been rounding up any
- 4:46Speaker 1: girl they can find now grown now women and said,
- 4:51Speaker 1: you know, if you can say this and this and this,
- 4:54Speaker 1: I can get you a hundred thousand, you'll give me fifty.
- 4:56Speaker 1: You'll take fifty. That kind of stuff. So if they
- 4:58Speaker 1: put people on the earth to start doing that, a
- 5:00Speaker 1: lot of them will probably disappear real fast.
- 5:02Speaker 2: You know.
- 5:02Speaker 1: Alan Dershowitz was Epstein's lawyer way back when two thousand
- 5:07Speaker 1: and seven, two thousand and eight, when he was getting convicted,
- 5:10Speaker 1: and as his attorney, Epstein had to tell him everything,
- 5:14Speaker 1: everything juicy, everything with big names, and they wanted to
- 5:18Speaker 1: make a deal. Epstein was going to go to prison,
- 5:20Speaker 1: but they wanted to make a deal to get as
- 5:22Speaker 1: little prison time as possible. And the only way you
- 5:25Speaker 1: get that deal is if you can trade some information
- 5:27Speaker 1: on some big names. So Epstein had to tell Dershwitz
- 5:31Speaker 1: anything he had that he could use for a deal,
- 5:32Speaker 1: anything on the Trump's, anything on the Clints. He poured
- 5:35Speaker 1: out everything to Dershwitz, and Dershowitz is said on the
- 5:38Speaker 1: record he had nothing on Trump. There was nothing with Trump,
- 5:41Speaker 1: absolutely nothing, and if there had been, he would have
- 5:44Speaker 1: used it. So here's Melania.
- 5:46Speaker 3: Yesterday, give this victims their opportunity to testify under oath
- 5:52Speaker 3: in front of Congress with the power of swar and testimony.
- 5:58Speaker 1: Now again, the big question why would she do this?
- 6:01Speaker 1: In fact, all over the MAGA world and Twitter world,
- 6:05Speaker 1: and there's why would she Epstein was fading away, why
- 6:09Speaker 1: would she bring this back? Why would she do Well,
- 6:11Speaker 1: here's the reason. I can't tell you specifically, but this
- 6:14Speaker 1: was to preempt things. There was stuff coming and she
- 6:18Speaker 1: did this to preempt it. There was a let's just say,
- 6:23Speaker 1: they were going to get her on a before a
- 6:25Speaker 1: Congression committee. They're going to put her under oath, make
- 6:28Speaker 1: her testify, which she she will do. But this is
- 6:32Speaker 1: to preempt that. Also, there's some Michael Wolf type stuff
- 6:35Speaker 1: coming in print to the terrible, stupid, slanderous, untrue not
- 6:41Speaker 1: So this was to preempt all of that stuff that
- 6:44Speaker 1: they knew was coming. But she's now calling for the hearings.
- 6:48Speaker 1: Get these women understand, put them under oath.
- 6:50Speaker 3: I'm not a weakness or a name weakness in connection
- 6:54Speaker 3: with any of Epstein's crimes. My name has never appeared
- 6:59Speaker 3: in core documents, the positions, victim statements, or FBI interviews
- 7:07Speaker 3: surrounding the Epstein matter.
- 7:10Speaker 1: Yeah, that's a good way to put it. Chord documents.
- 7:12Speaker 1: Because these Epstein files, there are millions and millions of pages.
- 7:15Speaker 1: Everybody is in them. Everybody, I'm in the Epstein files.
- 7:20Speaker 1: There's a lot of nothing bad, nothing bad, just silly.
- 7:23Speaker 1: You know, he came to an event, I was the
- 7:25Speaker 1: MC of somebody mentioned my show in an email. I mean,
- 7:28Speaker 1: nothing stuff. And everybody says, you can find every name
- 7:31Speaker 1: in New York in those files. But the chord She's right,
- 7:33Speaker 1: the chord documents, which means anything to do with anything bad.
- 7:38Speaker 1: And there's millions people in those files that didn't even
- 7:40Speaker 1: know Epstein. You know, all of his American Express bills
- 7:44Speaker 1: are in the files. You can if you want to
- 7:46Speaker 1: read through that, you can read all those American Express bills.
- 7:48Speaker 1: So every restaurant in New York is in the Epstein files.
- 7:51Speaker 1: Every great stores in there, because they're in the American
- 7:54Speaker 1: Express bills. Here's more Millennia.
- 7:56Speaker 3: The lies linking me with the disgraceful Jeffrey need to
- 8:02Speaker 3: end today.
- 8:03Speaker 1: Yeah, so again, there are a lot of these lives
- 8:05Speaker 1: out there. The Michael Wolf type, sleeze ball, creepy little
- 8:09Speaker 1: guys you know who. He and others made up this
- 8:12Speaker 1: whole fake story. The Epstein that introduced her to Donald Trump.
- 8:16Speaker 1: None of that was true, and she explained the whole
- 8:18Speaker 1: story where they met, who introduced it had nothing to
- 8:21Speaker 1: do with Epstein. They didn't even know Epstein. She had
- 8:24Speaker 1: never met Epstein then, So that was to preempt some
- 8:27Speaker 1: things coming, and hopefully hopefully it did. Hey, the secretary
- 8:31Speaker 1: of NATO came to meet with President Trump. Now we
- 8:35Speaker 1: should get the hell out of NATO. It sounds like
- 8:36Speaker 1: a good idea on paper, this NATO, this alliance where
- 8:40Speaker 1: we all help each other. But but we spend all
- 8:44Speaker 1: the money, we pay for most of it, and we're
- 8:47Speaker 1: the one country they won't help when we need some help,
- 8:50Speaker 1: they won't help us. We asked them for help in Iran,
- 8:53Speaker 1: not like we asked for troops or joined in the fight.
- 8:56Speaker 1: We just wanted to use our air base in Italy.
- 8:58Speaker 1: They wouldn't let us use it. We wanted to fly
- 9:01Speaker 1: over country, wouldn't let us use it. So if we
- 9:04Speaker 1: pay all the money into NATO and they will do
- 9:07Speaker 1: absolutely nothing nothing. If we ask him for change of
- 9:11Speaker 1: a quarter, they won't give it to us. What is
- 9:14Speaker 1: the point of being in there? This is the secretary
- 9:16Speaker 1: of route the.
- 9:17Speaker 2: US runts more and more to pivot towards the Inner Pacific.
- 9:20Speaker 2: This is one of the reasons why in Europe you
- 9:21Speaker 2: have to step up and that period of codependence and
- 9:25Speaker 2: become more interdependent with the United States. It was in
- 9:28Speaker 2: the alliance, a stronger Europe and a stronger NATO.
- 9:30Speaker 1: Now you could tell just listen to this guy sounds
- 9:32Speaker 1: like a real sleeze ball. It sounds like when you're
- 9:34Speaker 1: you know, in a hotel in another country and something
- 9:36Speaker 1: goes wrong in the manager and he comes out. He
- 9:38Speaker 1: talks fairy effect than us, just talking a mile a minute,
- 9:42Speaker 1: just to double talk.
- 9:43Speaker 2: He.
- 9:43Speaker 1: I wouldn't trust this guy for a second. He just
- 9:47Speaker 1: sounds horrible. Jake Tapper, Is the world safer today than
- 9:52Speaker 1: interviewing him? Listen to? Is the world safer today than
- 9:55Speaker 1: it was before the war was started?
- 9:57Speaker 2: Absolutely because and this is things to President Trump leadership,
- 10:01Speaker 2: the degrading these capabilities is really really very important for
- 10:05Speaker 2: your my safety here in the US, in Europe, in
- 10:08Speaker 2: the Middle East.
- 10:09Speaker 1: All Right, even this slimee ball has to admit going
- 10:12Speaker 1: into a ran and all that we did has made
- 10:14Speaker 1: the world a lot safer. But he'll have nothing to
- 10:17Speaker 1: do with it, nothing to do with it anyway. Hopefully
- 10:20Speaker 1: we get the hell out of NATO or get them
- 10:23Speaker 1: to make some big changes. Hey, that Al Sharpton convention
- 10:26Speaker 1: continues today. Every year Al Sharpton has this National Action
- 10:31Speaker 1: Network Convention. It's taken place right over there at the
- 10:34Speaker 1: New York Sharton began Wednesday. Yesterday was the first full day,
- 10:38Speaker 1: goes through the weekend, and every big Democrat comes to
- 10:42Speaker 1: kiss the ring of Al Sharpton and appear. Today's a
- 10:46Speaker 1: big day today. Kamala Harris appears fireside chat. Imagine listening
- 10:52Speaker 1: to this yo yo for an hour. Also in fact,
- 10:56Speaker 1: it's Al Sharpton interviewing her. For this is the two
- 10:59Speaker 1: most in our ticulate people in the world discussing issues,
- 11:04Speaker 1: and Democrats all sitting there like bobble heads, nodding like
- 11:07Speaker 1: these two idiots are making sense, and also Pete Boodha
- 11:11Speaker 1: Judge will appear, all kinds of speculation that he's going
- 11:15Speaker 1: to run in twenty twenty eight. I would think the
- 11:18Speaker 1: reasons for the speculation is he's totally useless. He hasn't
- 11:22Speaker 1: had a job in two years. He's out of work,
- 11:24Speaker 1: got nothing to do, and he's always wanted to run.
- 11:28Speaker 1: Got a lot of experience. He was the mayor of
- 11:30Speaker 1: a tiny little town. Then he was the Secretary Transportation,
- 11:35Speaker 1: completely screwed up. Every inch of the job. Was a
- 11:37Speaker 1: total disaster. And in the democratic world, that's a resume,
- 11:41Speaker 1: that's a reason to run. So he'll be there today now.
- 11:44Speaker 1: The only thing is people at the convention tell me that,
- 11:47Speaker 1: you know, oh, Kamala Harris is going to talk who
- 11:50Speaker 1: Kamala Harris is gonna be there. They tell me that
- 11:52Speaker 1: there's absolutely no interest in Pete Booha Judge. Nobody buzzing
- 11:55Speaker 1: about him, Nobody that interested. Also, he's been running around
- 12:00Speaker 1: doing these kind of things. People will also tell you
- 12:04Speaker 1: that he is major pain in the ass. He's a
- 12:08Speaker 1: kind of a nobody in the democratic world. And he's
- 12:10Speaker 1: a cute guy. He's charging a little charm to him,
- 12:12Speaker 1: but an absolute nobody, and then whenever he comes to
- 12:15Speaker 1: peer at anything, he's a total diva. His demands are crazy.
- 12:19Speaker 1: He comes in like he's the President of the United
- 12:21Speaker 1: States with the demands for he needs this, he needs that,
- 12:24Speaker 1: he needs so he drives people crazy wherever he goes.
- 12:29Speaker 1: So that'll be today.
- 12:31Speaker 2: Hey.
- 12:31Speaker 1: Also, since they're both speaking, they'll both end up in
- 12:34Speaker 1: the green room together. I imagine it'll be cordial. But
- 12:37Speaker 1: remember he really expected to be chosen as Kamala's vice
- 12:42Speaker 1: presidential candidate. She wouldn't. She didn't choose him. I think
- 12:46Speaker 1: she actually said at one point there were too many
- 12:49Speaker 1: problems with him. So he's not going to be too
- 12:51Speaker 1: thrilled with that. But maybe they'll make up today in
- 12:54Speaker 1: the green room. Hey, this is awful, awful, awful case
- 12:59Speaker 1: in in the Bronx. Now there's a cop who has
- 13:03Speaker 1: to make a split second life and death decision. There's
- 13:09Speaker 1: a drug dealer. It's a sting operation. They're trying to
- 13:12Speaker 1: get these drug dealers and this one drug dealer jumps
- 13:14Speaker 1: on the motorcycle to get away. But as he tries
- 13:17Speaker 1: to speed away, he's heading into a bunch of cops
- 13:21Speaker 1: and it looked like he was going to hit them
- 13:22Speaker 1: with his motorcycle. Now, how do you stop this guy?
- 13:27Speaker 1: You're a Danny Reagan on Blue Bloods. What do you do?
- 13:30Speaker 1: What would Danny Reagan do? Well, it was a big
- 13:32Speaker 1: cooler there, So the cop split second, I mean, do
- 13:36Speaker 1: you let these cops get run over and really hurt?
- 13:39Speaker 1: He picks up the cooler and throws it at the motorcycle,
- 13:42Speaker 1: trying to knock the motorcycle down so it won't hit
- 13:45Speaker 1: the cops. Well, it's all split second. Nobody could predict anything.
- 13:49Speaker 1: So he throws it. It hits the driver the motorcycle,
- 13:52Speaker 1: which goes into a tree, and the guy riding the
- 13:55Speaker 1: motorcycle is dead. He dies. Cop is charged with manslaughter,
- 14:01Speaker 1: a murder, you know all they charge them with anything
- 14:03Speaker 1: and everything. Now this is this is the bronx So
- 14:08Speaker 1: you got these left wing kook das, real real, real
- 14:13Speaker 1: left wing das. This is a Bronx DA. Remember you're
- 14:16Speaker 1: in the world of Tish James and Alvin Bragg, those
- 14:20Speaker 1: kind of types. So they prosecute the hell out of
- 14:22Speaker 1: this poor cop who really was a hero. I mean,
- 14:27Speaker 1: it turned out to be a mistake to do that.
- 14:30Speaker 1: But again, in a split second, decision. Who would know
- 14:33Speaker 1: he decides because he's in the Bronx. Remember Bonfire, the vanities.
- 14:37Speaker 1: You know, they're not going to trust a Bronx jury
- 14:39Speaker 1: against a cop. A Bronx jury will most likely crucify
- 14:42Speaker 1: a cop. So they decide we'll do a bench trial,
- 14:45Speaker 1: which means the judge will decide. But then they end
- 14:48Speaker 1: up getting this awful judge Guy Mitchell. I mean, if
- 14:52Speaker 1: you had the sentences cop, he convicted the cop probably shouldn't.
- 14:56Speaker 1: But let's say you do. It's a it's a cop,
- 14:58Speaker 1: a public servant. Let's you could almost argue why you
- 15:02Speaker 1: had to convict him, but it's a cop. Maybe you
- 15:06Speaker 1: give him a house arrest, you do, you don't send
- 15:09Speaker 1: him to prison. And if you talk to lawyers, if
- 15:12Speaker 1: they said, if you had to send him to prison,
- 15:15Speaker 1: maybe one year. This awful judge Guy Mitchell gave him
- 15:18Speaker 1: three to nine years over sentenced him like crazy. Now,
- 15:22Speaker 1: one of the problems was you had the Al Sharpton crowd,
- 15:25Speaker 1: the Black Lives Matter crowd, and what were they there
- 15:28Speaker 1: for to defend the drug dealer? Do pre was this thing?
- 15:31Speaker 1: They were there to defend the drug dealer. We're chanting
- 15:34Speaker 1: for him you know, trying to be menacing, intimidating everybody
- 15:37Speaker 1: in the courtroom say his name, yeah, all that kind
- 15:44Speaker 1: of stuff. Now, the only hope of this cop is
- 15:47Speaker 1: an appeal. Arthur Idella, great lawyer, he's he's gonna do
- 15:52Speaker 1: the appeal. Alan Dershowitz is volunteered to help out on this.
- 15:56Speaker 1: Here's Arthur Idella and he was a civilian under the
- 15:58Speaker 1: same exact of circumstances. I don't even think he would
- 16:02Speaker 1: be charged. Yeah. Now the thing is they got to
- 16:05Speaker 1: get this out of the bronx, get it to someplace normal,
- 16:07Speaker 1: someplace sane, and try to get this done. Prosecutors from
- 16:14Speaker 1: Letitia James office argued against this cop and was really
- 16:17Speaker 1: it's just an awful, awful situation and hopefully they'll do
- 16:21Speaker 1: something now. This awful judge, Guy Mitchell, there was another
- 16:25Speaker 1: case where it was almost the same thing and it
- 16:27Speaker 1: was an awful awful drug dealer and he pled guilty
- 16:31Speaker 1: to the same exact charges. He was a drug dealer,
- 16:33Speaker 1: he's part of a gang, a gang. The judge did nothing,
- 16:36Speaker 1: gave him attle slap on the wrist nine months. So
- 16:40Speaker 1: the double standard of this judge pretty obvious. It's just
- 16:44Speaker 1: absolutely awful. Now, the other thing about this judge, he's
- 16:48Speaker 1: going to get sentenced in a couple of months. He's
- 16:51Speaker 1: or he got sentence, but he's going to appeal in
- 16:52Speaker 1: a couple months. Talk to other judges. Every judge said
- 16:56Speaker 1: there's no way they'd put the guy in jail. They'd
- 16:58Speaker 1: let him out on bail pending appeal. This judge wouldn't
- 17:02Speaker 1: give him bail. He remanded him, which is unbelievable, really
- 17:06Speaker 1: awful of this judge. What happened to this bail, no bail,
- 17:09Speaker 1: no jail for everybody except this guy. This guy remanded. Hey,
- 17:13Speaker 1: we'll take some calls next. Eight hundred three two one
- 17:16Speaker 1: zero seven ten is the number. Eight hundred three two
- 17:20Speaker 1: one zero seven ten
