- 0:59Speaker1: well, not every Saturday, but according to her words, when she feels like it
- 1:04Speaker1: and when she can get it on.
- 1:05Speaker1: So whenever she does, it'll be on a Saturday night, but look for Hannah's unrealistic desires.

- 2:07Speaker1: I just wanted to know, how are you doing?
- 2:11Speaker0: That's excellent. Having a lot of fun this week. Switching over more to like energy stuff.
- 2:17Speaker0: So I've just been like restructuring my website and how all of that's been happening.
- 2:22Speaker0: So that's been really fun.
- 2:24Speaker1: Yeah. And I've been listening to some of your newer, you know, TikTok shorts.
- 2:30Speaker1: And I got to say, it's like from when I first found you on TikTok to what you
- 2:33Speaker1: got now, everything sounds so much more coordinated.
- 2:37Speaker1: And you have a really good idea and a really good kind of way of wording it now.
- 2:44Speaker1: You're really picking up and doing so much better on that. And I'm really appreciating
- 2:47Speaker1: everything that you got on there.
- 2:49Speaker0: Thank you. Thank you. Yeah, definitely. I scroll through and like to watch my
- 2:53Speaker0: old videos sometimes. And I kind of laugh at myself a little bit.
- 2:57Speaker0: When I first got on, I was just kind of like, you know what? I have things to say.
- 3:01Speaker0: And then I got on and it kind of, I don't know why, if it was like timing or
- 3:06Speaker0: what, but it just kind of triggered something in my brain and I kind of just
- 3:10Speaker0: cracked open and I changed everything.
- 3:12Speaker0: And so then I was really chaotic there for a minute. And I was like,
- 3:15Speaker0: I don't know, it was hard to articulate. But now as I'm like coming back together,
- 3:19Speaker0: now I'm like getting all my plans coordinated. So I'm just really excited.
- 3:24Speaker1: Yeah. In case anybody forgot, energy.by.lizzie and it's L-I-Z-Z-I-E.
- 3:30Speaker1: Don't forget to check her out and that same exact uh tag name
- 3:34Speaker1: is also on her instagram as well but you got a lot going on i know that and
- 3:39Speaker1: i'm hoping you take some of that stuff that you're doing on tiktok expanding
- 3:43Speaker1: it a little bit and then putting it on our platform too as well because i'm
- 3:48Speaker1: sick and tired of seeing for entertainment purposes only on there
- 3:51Speaker0: Yes actually i'm planning something um
- 3:55Speaker0: i kind of talked to you a little bit but not like a whole lot but i've actually
- 3:57Speaker0: started writing a few different things to put on
- 4:00Speaker0: the podcast the problem is is when I
- 4:03Speaker0: do things on TikTok I take like a big idea of
- 4:06Speaker0: a lot of things I have to say and I shrink it down to a little like one to two
- 4:10Speaker0: minutes because nobody on TikTok really wants to hear more than that and so
- 4:13Speaker0: then of course when I was like all right I'm gonna just I'm gonna do it I'm
- 4:17Speaker0: gonna write episodes like to film for the podcast then of course my brain like
- 4:22Speaker0: expanded out and now I have like seven episodes like partially written,
- 4:26Speaker0: but I'm going to finish the first couple, I promise.
- 4:30Speaker0: But the way that this stuff works is it's also like interwoven together.
- 4:34Speaker0: It's hard to teach just one concept at a time.
- 4:37Speaker0: You've kind of almost got to coordinate it together or else as like a person
- 4:42Speaker0: learning it, you're not going to be able to piece it together quite as easily.
- 4:46Speaker0: And so it almost like has to be this way. So it just starts off a little chaotic,
- 4:50Speaker0: but I guess the universe is just really prepping me to be able to handle that. So here I go.
- 4:55Speaker1: Here you go. And I think you got a good handle on it. Um,
- 4:59Speaker1: So Substack, is that correct? That's where you have a lot of your stuff right now?
- 5:04Speaker0: Yeah, I've put a little bit of stuff on there and I'm definitely going to put more.
- 5:07Speaker0: Probably whatever I write for the podcast here, I'll probably just put what
- 5:12Speaker0: I wrote for it on Substack in case, because like I personally just love to read
- 5:16Speaker0: people's things because I like to stop and ponder.
- 5:19Speaker0: But so many people like to hear it. It seems like most of the people I talk
- 5:22Speaker0: to want to listen to it. They don't want to take the time to read.
- 5:25Speaker0: So I was like, you know, I'll just, I'll just do it both ways.
- 5:27Speaker0: But currently I have some stuff from the system that I've been building where
- 5:32Speaker0: you take like a, you kind of split your experience into 12 perspectives and
- 5:38Speaker0: kind of explore yourself through that.
- 5:40Speaker0: And so I'm kind of piecing together little pieces of that.
- 5:44Speaker0: And I have a couple things for that too, that are mostly written.
- 5:47Speaker0: So I'll be posting more on there too, very shortly.
- 5:50Speaker1: This is great because at some point I know we're always trying to get scheduling,
- 5:54Speaker1: you know our podcast episodes and all but i would love to sit and work with
- 6:00Speaker1: you what you're doing and i'm dying to get you into a meditation session too
- 6:04Speaker1: as well and this is something i'm even thinking of doing right here on the show
- 6:08Speaker0: What do you think about that oh i
- 6:11Speaker0: have thought about that i thought that would be so fun
- 6:14Speaker0: and i know i know we keep talking about working together not quite
- 6:17Speaker0: getting to it which i'll admit is mostly my fault
- 6:21Speaker0: here but that's part of why i switched over my booking link
- 6:23Speaker0: this week what i was trying to do was trying to coordinate
- 6:26Speaker0: all of these things on a massage booking link and massage booking
- 6:30Speaker0: link isn't really designed for phone calls or for
- 6:33Speaker0: different time zones and my brain isn't
- 6:36Speaker0: set up for different time zones either so i've been having a lot of problems
- 6:40Speaker0: with that one but so i just like you know i just switched it over so now this
- 6:46Speaker0: one will like automatically coordinate that for me and it's just gonna like
- 6:50Speaker0: oh it's just gonna be so much better so I'm just so excited.
- 6:53Speaker0: I don't even know what to do with myself.
- 6:56Speaker1: That's great. I'm excited for you. And I'm thinking this year would be great
- 6:59Speaker1: if we did this like on the podcast. This way people can get an idea of what
- 7:04Speaker1: you do, get an idea of how I do things.
- 7:07Speaker1: And to actually see it in action. This way, if somebody said,
- 7:10Speaker1: hey, I think I could really benefit from that, they'll be able to jump on and
- 7:14Speaker1: either contact you, contact me, and have sessions there together.
- 7:18Speaker1: And that's why I think it's a beautiful thing to come together with this between your
- 7:21Speaker1: energy work my meditation um and again if you want like i said wednesday nights
- 7:26Speaker1: i do guided meditations they're general usually a 15 minute guided session but
- 7:32Speaker1: i could work personally with everybody too and i know that's the great thing
- 7:36Speaker1: with you you could figure people out and work with them individually as well because
- 7:41Speaker1: It's nice to get all the free stuff. It's nice to go on YouTube and get meditation.
- 7:45Speaker1: But when it's designed specifically for someone, it really benefits you so much better.
- 7:51Speaker1: And that's why I like to get out there. And I know your work too.
- 7:54Speaker1: You could probably help tons of people with it.
- 7:57Speaker1: And it's kind of like me. It's just even me just sitting here doing the podcast
- 8:02Speaker1: with you and having you in my presence right now. It's calming to me.
- 8:07Speaker1: This has become kind of my thing now. This is what I look forward to.
- 8:12Speaker0: Oh, that's funny. And I actually got to tell you a story because you didn't
- 8:16Speaker0: tell me what we were going to be doing here today until we got on.
- 8:20Speaker0: But, you know, so I sent you that text message that asked how you were doing
- 8:24Speaker0: today, because as I was like prepping and setting up, I started feeling all
- 8:29Speaker0: of this like energy. And I was like, oh, like what's going on?
- 8:31Speaker0: And then I couldn't tell if it was yours or mine, which usually means it's mine,
- 8:35Speaker0: but I couldn't quite. I felt like it was yours.
- 8:37Speaker0: So I sent you the how are you doing? Like, you say you're doing great.
- 8:41Speaker0: So I'm like, okay, it's mine.
- 8:42Speaker0: And so I start exploring it. And I was, like, reading my Oracle deck.
- 8:46Speaker0: And it's basically telling me about how today's vulnerabilities are tomorrow's strengths.
- 8:52Speaker0: And you just need to, like, relax and soften and just going to go with it.
- 8:57Speaker0: And I'm like, okay, well, what the heck are we going to be talking about today?
- 9:01Speaker0: I was, like, a little nervous about it. But I'm like, okay, I hear you, universe.
- 9:05Speaker0: I'll do it. I'll be vulnerable. And that's what it is, is that I don't tend
- 9:08Speaker0: to like to do my work with an audience.
- 9:11Speaker0: I have a hard time with group stuff because my stuff can get so vulnerable.
- 9:16Speaker0: In order for it to work, you have to be vulnerable. And that's kind of hard
- 9:20Speaker0: to ask people to do with an audience, you know.
- 9:23Speaker0: And so normally I kind of discourage that, but I'm trying to open up because
- 9:27Speaker0: I want to do these group classes because people learn off of each other so well.
- 9:31Speaker0: And if we can just be vulnerable, like that's just really how we're all going to get so much further.
- 9:38Speaker0: So I guess if you're willing to be vulnerable here today, I would absolutely
- 9:42Speaker0: love to trade a little bit of work with you.
- 9:44Speaker1: Well, go for it because I don't mind being vulnerable. I would love it.
- 9:49Speaker0: Well, the universe says today's vulnerabilities are tomorrow's strength.
- 9:52Speaker1: So I'll be waiting for tomorrow then.
- 9:56Speaker0: All right. Do you how do you want to do this? You want to like go first?
- 10:03Speaker1: Um, well, we're going to be working well for your system. So you tell me how
- 10:07Speaker1: and what's, you know, what you're expecting of me.
- 10:10Speaker0: Oh, so me go first.
- 10:11Speaker1: Yeah, you go first.
- 10:13Speaker0: Okay. Okay. So what I would normally do, and again, I don't normally have an
- 10:19Speaker0: audience for this, but so I would ask you, you know, how you're doing,
- 10:24Speaker0: what are you working on in life?
- 10:25Speaker0: Like, what are your goals? And I would start kind of pinpoint pinpointing what
- 10:30Speaker0: to kind of work on for you to see what blocks are in the way or what could shift for you.
- 10:37Speaker1: Yeah, I'm working basically because I have it's kind of odd because everything
- 10:42Speaker1: is condensed right now in my life.
- 10:44Speaker1: I'm stuck in this little bubble because I'm filling that bubble up with all
- 10:48Speaker1: my ideas for the very, very near future.
- 10:51Speaker1: And, you know, between this podcast and, uh, finances and the direction I want to go in.
- 11:00Speaker1: So that I'm filling up that bubble. I'm going through each day within this matrix,
- 11:05Speaker1: just trying to get through each day.
- 11:07Speaker1: Um, and there's setbacks as always, you know, uh, just recently,
- 11:11Speaker1: uh, we're having an issue.
- 11:12Speaker1: I can't, unfortunately I can't mention it over anything here,
- 11:15Speaker1: but there's an issue that's actually holding my wife and I back.
- 11:19Speaker1: So it's something that we got to work around but what i found
- 11:22Speaker1: because it's another one of those things that would have probably seven
- 11:27Speaker1: eight months ago would have absolutely ruined my
- 11:31Speaker1: you know psyche i would have been broken out i would have been having anxiety
- 11:35Speaker1: attacks attacks but it doesn't happen anymore because i take every little incident
- 11:40Speaker1: and i reduce it because the problems always take care of themselves.
- 11:46Speaker1: So that's what I got going on.
- 11:48Speaker0: Okay, so while you were talking, I pulled some cards.
- 11:53Speaker0: And now I'm just kind of assuming what this is about based on the cards and
- 11:59Speaker0: the little bits I like maybe know about you.
- 12:01Speaker0: But so it kind of sounds like you're being pulled into some soul connections
- 12:07Speaker0: you have, some people that like you feel a sole responsibility to help.
- 12:13Speaker0: But you're stretching past your capacity in
- 12:16Speaker0: it and so uh you're not shifting where you're supposed to be quote supposed
- 12:23Speaker0: to be shifting um and it's a emotional detachment as you reach the end of your
- 12:28Speaker0: capacity versus switching whatever it is that your soul's asking to switch you just kind of like,
- 12:35Speaker0: squish back down because you're just kind of you like separate and that's a
- 12:40Speaker0: really common coping mechanism for people because this world is freaking hard to handle.
- 12:47Speaker0: But at the base of the deck here is HEAT.
- 12:51Speaker0: I don't know if people will be able to see it if they're looking at it.
- 12:54Speaker0: So HEAT, usually this card, I often coordinate it with people's passion.
- 13:01Speaker0: And so this is probably something that's going to shift you and you're going
- 13:05Speaker0: to get a lot more clarity when you do learn how to shift versus squish back down.
- 13:12Speaker0: So let me just pull some more for you.
- 13:29Speaker0: So at the base of it, we've got balance is two people.
- 13:32Speaker0: They're just kind of, they're both leaning different directions there.
- 13:37Speaker0: And so if one person leans more than the other, then they're going to fall into
- 13:42Speaker0: the, but they're just that one.
- 13:44Speaker0: And then we've got dependability and formation, but they were both upside down.
- 13:48Speaker0: And so the things that you're, let me see how to word this.
- 13:56Speaker0: So the things that you're relying on is the structure of what you're building
- 14:01Speaker0: is not what's going to build you what you want to be building.
- 14:05Speaker0: So you're focusing on a lot of actions versus the energy and intention underneath it.
- 14:12Speaker1: Okay, I like it.
- 14:14Speaker0: So let me pause and give you a moment to talk and what are your thoughts so
- 14:19Speaker0: far? What's coming up for you?
- 14:21Speaker1: Yeah, I like the heat card.
- 14:24Speaker1: Passion. yeah because i've been talking about that a lot lately and i even made
- 14:28Speaker1: some posts about it saying this right here this show it's my passion it always
- 14:33Speaker1: has been and it keeps growing from there
- 14:36Speaker1: and this is just going to be kind of humorous but when you pull balance and
- 14:41Speaker1: the two people leaning in the two different directions funny thing is i've been
- 14:45Speaker1: listening to van halen's balance album which basically has the same kind of
- 14:50Speaker1: cover on there i don't know why i've always Yeah, it's funny.
- 14:54Speaker1: It's just, it's weird, but I just been listening to that album,
- 14:58Speaker1: like, kind of not constantly, but it's been stuck in my mind for a while now.
- 15:04Speaker1: And I don't know why. I was never really a big fan of the Van Hagar,
- 15:07Speaker1: you know, style, but that album is one of their better albums,
- 15:11Speaker1: and I've been listening to it a lot.
- 15:15Speaker0: That's really funny. I think the universe really has a way of the things that
- 15:19Speaker0: we want to do. It just like seeds these little ideas.
- 15:23Speaker0: It's really funny. It's really funny to watch. Okay, so pulled some more,
- 15:27Speaker0: which funny, I pulled the balance again, but it's upside down.
- 15:29Speaker0: So this is going to be what you're throwing was throwing you out of balance. Okay.
- 15:34Speaker0: And then we have fragments and efficiency. So these are the way that you're
- 15:38Speaker0: trying to like make everything work out as best as possible, right?
- 15:44Speaker0: Because you like see the plan or whatever, but it's the way that that is splitting
- 15:48Speaker0: everything up and causing more disruption than anything.
- 15:51Speaker0: And then I pulled from the other deck, we've got earth star chakra,
- 15:56Speaker0: water, earth, freedom of surrender.
- 15:58Speaker0: I don't want to take the time to show all of them because not everybody can see this anyways.
- 16:01Speaker0: But so earth star chakra is a lot about your timelines and your association
- 16:04Speaker0: with like the path that you're going and the tone you're going to take with it.
- 16:08Speaker0: Water is a lot about your emotions. And so this is coming back to a lot of attachments
- 16:13Speaker0: that you have that may not be working well for you.
- 16:17Speaker0: The earth card is a lot about grounding, but it's more about what you're growing from the grounding.
- 16:24Speaker0: And I find this very interesting because you focus a lot on meditation and you
- 16:28Speaker0: are such a grounded person.
- 16:29Speaker0: And so I wonder if what you need to do is, maybe I'm having a hard time because
- 16:42Speaker0: I know I've got an audience here.
- 16:44Speaker0: So it's like I'm not used to pulling vulnerable things out of people.
- 16:49Speaker0: So you've got something that you're insistent upon doing.
- 16:53Speaker0: But when you can let it go it's gonna shift
- 16:56Speaker0: the entirety of everything you're doing with your purpose is
- 16:59Speaker0: gonna give you a lot of freedom but you've got to surrender to
- 17:02Speaker0: the idea that you don't necessarily get to see the
- 17:05Speaker0: full staircase you've got to trust in the universe you've got to trust in the
- 17:09Speaker0: people around you and you've got to understand that there is a staircase even
- 17:13Speaker0: if you can't see it and you just gotta you know did anything specific pop up
- 17:21Speaker0: into your mind about a person, an event, an emotion.
- 17:26Speaker1: Well, the cards are basically speaking exactly what is going on.
- 17:31Speaker1: Yeah, I'm grounded. I'm focused. But I got a lot of complexities because I'm still working.
- 17:38Speaker1: And my work life is what's bringing me that.
- 17:41Speaker1: I guess it's derailing me because I can't focus 100% on everything that I want to do.
- 17:48Speaker1: I'm already surrounded by wonderful people.
- 17:51Speaker1: I mean, so I got the support on that end. But it's just, again,
- 17:56Speaker1: I want something so bad, but I can't just uproot myself right at this moment.
- 18:02Speaker0: Why not?
- 18:04Speaker1: Or not. And you see, that's the decision. It's actually the conflict I always have with myself.
- 18:11Speaker1: I could pack up everything and leave tomorrow, you know, if I get brave enough,
- 18:16Speaker1: if I get the balls enough to do it, you know, I think that's where the problem lies.
- 18:21Speaker0: No, that's fair. so uh the topic card of
- 18:24Speaker0: this one is discernment which is your ability to
- 18:27Speaker0: decide whether something is for you and whether it's for you
- 18:30Speaker0: right now and then the other cards I pulled up is listen we got heat again so
- 18:36Speaker0: you got listen to your passion and then there's a perspective and so I think
- 18:41Speaker0: that you've got a really powerful message in your current perspective of your
- 18:46Speaker0: passion and how you're going to it.
- 18:48Speaker0: And if you free roll for like set a timer for 10 minutes and roll just as fast
- 18:54Speaker0: as you can, don't edit it, don't clarify, don't worry about grammar,
- 18:57Speaker0: just write for 10 minutes about your plans, your feelings about your plans,
- 19:02Speaker0: potential obstacles, what you hope to get out of it, what this could cause you
- 19:06Speaker0: to lose in life, just anything you can think of,
- 19:09Speaker0: you might find as you reread that a couple times over, you're going to find
- 19:14Speaker0: exactly what you need to know to start shifting this over.
- 19:18Speaker1: I like that. And I'm going to do that. And I will also bring you the results
- 19:23Speaker1: too as well. 10 minutes of writing. That's perfect.
- 19:27Speaker1: So I love this. This was great.
- 19:30Speaker1: And this is basically what you can do for other people too, because it does,
- 19:35Speaker1: even though I'm, you know, I'm in the same type of work that you do anyway.
- 19:40Speaker1: So, you know, I got that same focus, that same vision. I love the Oracle cards.
- 19:45Speaker1: I'm very good with those two as well.
- 19:48Speaker1: When other people face the same challenges that either you or I have,
- 19:52Speaker1: they sometimes don't have these resources.
- 19:55Speaker1: Some people just don't have the clarity.
- 19:57Speaker1: That's not wrong or bad because we just haven't figured it out yet.
- 20:03Speaker1: But you and I can actually help people by doing little sessions like this.
- 20:09Speaker0: Yeah, you know, the thing is, is I can't sit down and I can be like,
- 20:15Speaker0: wow, I'm having this problem in life.
- 20:16Speaker0: And I can center myself and I can read my cards for a minute and I can journal
- 20:21Speaker0: and I can process my way into figuring out where I'm blocking myself,
- 20:26Speaker0: where my perspective can change.
- 20:28Speaker0: But it took me years to get here. You know what I mean?
- 20:32Speaker0: A lot of trial and error, a lot of piecing together different people's ideas and plans and stuff.
- 20:37Speaker0: And then I got obsessed with writing my own for everybody. But that really just
- 20:40Speaker0: taught me so much more about myself.
- 20:42Speaker0: And so when you're learning how to
- 20:45Speaker0: do this for yourself it's so much it's so
- 20:48Speaker0: much help to be able to go to one or even potentially several
- 20:52Speaker0: people to kind of bring in different perspectives to
- 20:55Speaker0: see where it is you're maybe not uh used
- 20:59Speaker0: to looking at yet until you get there yourself because then it's really the
- 21:04Speaker0: most powerful when you can but there's no shame in not doing it and right and
- 21:09Speaker0: like even right now I very frequently still have problems and I brag all the
- 21:14Speaker0: time I can just like, you know, solve all my problems.
- 21:16Speaker0: But then I'm like, OK, well, why is this taking me weeks to solve?
- 21:20Speaker0: Because I'm trying to do it myself.
- 21:22Speaker0: You got to get some backup sometimes, even when you think you know it all.
- 21:26Speaker1: Right. Exactly. And but watching you, befriending you and, you know,
- 21:32Speaker1: even though we haven't known each other that long from when I first had you
- 21:36Speaker1: on the podcast to now, there is a big difference. and
- 21:40Speaker1: it's not like a different person, but you are able to react differently now.
- 21:46Speaker1: And I've seen the progress that, you know, you went through.
- 21:49Speaker1: I understand it. At first, it was difficult for me to understand.
- 21:52Speaker1: I was like, okay, I'm going to be working with a lot of chaos.
- 21:55Speaker1: You know, I was like, well, I'm going to have to prepare. But now things are
- 21:58Speaker1: focused in a much different way.
- 22:00Speaker1: And it's not to say tomorrow you're going to be what you were maybe, you know,
- 22:05Speaker1: four or five, you know weeks ago things keep changing we do as human beings
- 22:10Speaker1: it's our way of handling them and everybody's got a different way and it's nice
- 22:15Speaker1: to have an outside influence to help you see that clearer yes
- 22:20Speaker0: And a system to kind of like uh because
- 22:23Speaker0: like i did this 12th perspective thing because this way uh
- 22:26Speaker0: if i'm having a problem i can hone it into uh defensiveness uh trying to build
- 22:32Speaker0: something new trying to shadow or trying to have you know what i mean and like
- 22:36Speaker0: i can see where that's at and i can kind of hone in on a perspective and it's
- 22:39Speaker0: a lot faster to try to coordinate all of it so that's why i'm trying to build that system.
- 22:44Speaker1: Gotcha and i would work with
- 22:47Speaker1: you right now my only problem with that it would
- 22:50Speaker1: i don't know it will bore the audience only because
- 22:53Speaker1: there will be a lot of quiet but what
- 22:56Speaker1: i will do and said i will explain how
- 22:59Speaker1: i work knowing lizzie okay and knowing you how you are from the talks we had
- 23:05Speaker1: and all there would be different types of meditations that i would guide you
- 23:10Speaker1: through um going back when we first met it would have been intense it would
- 23:15Speaker1: have been very very intense you were trying
- 23:17Speaker0: So hard to get me to do.
- 23:19Speaker1: It yes yes i really felt you needed it i
- 23:23Speaker0: Probably did i probably did.
- 23:25Speaker1: Yeah so i would have done a much more strenuous type of meditation,
- 23:31Speaker1: but now seeing the way that you are,
- 23:34Speaker1: I would do sort of a deflection kind of meditation with you where you're doing fine.
- 23:41Speaker1: I could see the way you're smiling and all, but I would tell you anytime you
- 23:48Speaker1: get any of that chaos crossing your mind,
- 23:52Speaker1: completely vanish, like totally release that, remove it, think of doing something else.
- 23:59Speaker1: I would probably work out what it is that will be a good trigger for you to
- 24:03Speaker1: do to kind to block that chaos.
- 24:06Speaker1: And it's not that the chaos is a bad thing because that chaos helps you.
- 24:10Speaker1: That chaos brought you to where you are now.
- 24:12Speaker0: Turn the trigger into a glimmer, right?
- 24:15Speaker1: Right. Just a little glimmer. This way you could take it in smaller doses because
- 24:20Speaker1: I just feel you're perfect, but I also think you're harming yourself in a bad way,
- 24:26Speaker1: but you're harming yourself by putting too much focus onto something and worrying
- 24:33Speaker1: about the outcome where the outcome is always going to be good.
- 24:37Speaker1: And even if it's not that good, it could be rewritten. And you love writing.
- 24:41Speaker1: And that will be a great meditation for you is to write, but to write without
- 24:46Speaker1: making any corrections, just like you told me.
- 24:49Speaker1: Meditation for you, because then you don't have to worry about bad outcomes
- 24:54Speaker1: or correcting it because you rewritten things so many times.
- 24:59Speaker1: And that's not going to be good at the end. You still want to have something
- 25:05Speaker1: that has a beginning, middle, and end. And it's yours.
- 25:09Speaker1: You could add to it, but those are chapters. So always leave the other stuff alone.
- 25:15Speaker0: That would be quite the exercise for me to not go back and edit my actual.
- 25:20Speaker0: Like in my journal, I'm great at that. Like the practice I gave you, oh, I'm great at that.
- 25:24Speaker0: But to not edit the stuff I'm editing, that'd be rough.
- 25:29Speaker1: But on another note with that uh just
- 25:32Speaker1: so the audience knows if you've listened to me for a while i know there
- 25:35Speaker1: was one time probably last year or so i told
- 25:39Speaker1: everybody i was in the process of writing a book and i
- 25:43Speaker1: started jotting a lot of stuff down and i did
- 25:46Speaker1: stop because i enjoy speaking i like
- 25:49Speaker1: coming on the podcast and telling my life although i can't sit here and tell
- 25:53Speaker1: my entire story so what i did have written i sent over to this writer lizzie
- 25:59Speaker1: and i gave her the first draft and she's going to take it and hopefully we can
- 26:05Speaker1: write the book together yeah
- 26:06Speaker0: I have not gotten a chance to look at that as you probably could guess but i
- 26:11Speaker0: saved it i'm super excited to look at it and see what you've gotten so far.
- 26:15Speaker1: Yeah and i'm looking forward to seeing what direction we
- 26:18Speaker1: could take it in if we could go anywhere with it um and
- 26:22Speaker1: this is for you see i trust lizzie lizzie trusts me
- 26:24Speaker1: and that's big that's something i've been going on and on about in the last
- 26:29Speaker1: week or so based on this little incident that i am going through which is going
- 26:34Speaker1: to be a long drawn-out process it's all about trust and how we trust people
- 26:38Speaker1: um the world is out to get us it's it's just that simple
- 26:44Speaker1: these are the problems yeah it's the problems that are being lost at us so when we get that
- 26:52Speaker1: we have to filter out and find the people that are trustworthy and that's always
- 26:58Speaker1: difficult but once you got that vibe and once you know what a person is about
- 27:02Speaker1: and you start to feel comfortable with them these are the people you want to
- 27:07Speaker1: surround yourself with all the time even if it is just one person,
- 27:10Speaker1: then it's just one person,
- 27:11Speaker1: but try and find as many people that are on your side and that are trustworthy.
- 27:16Speaker1: So that's my issue as of right now. And
- 27:20Speaker1: But to go into my life story and to give every last detail of every last bad
- 27:25Speaker1: thing, I trust it with Lizzie. I know she's going to put it into words.
- 27:29Speaker1: That's going to make a lot of sense. And I appreciate that. And I appreciate
- 27:34Speaker1: you just as much as I appreciate the audience.
- 27:37Speaker0: I appreciate you being willing to share your story with me and letting me play in it a little.
- 27:43Speaker0: And then not to change the subject, but when you go back and watch this,
- 27:46Speaker0: I don't know if there was like a little orb that came off of you.
- 27:50Speaker0: And float it up into the corner. Did you see that?
- 27:53Speaker1: I did see that, yes.
- 27:54Speaker0: That was kind of funny.
- 27:56Speaker1: Yeah. And so if you are watching, because again, we're on all platforms,
- 27:59Speaker1: but if you want to see the video version, we are on both BitChute and YouTube.
- 28:05Speaker1: So go to YouTube, go to BitChute exclusively. You could see the little orb that
- 28:08Speaker1: came up. And I was just also sitting here because I fully forgot.
- 28:12Speaker1: I sat down, I got everything set. I forgot to turn the light on.
- 28:15Speaker1: So the only light I got is from the camera. So that's why it's picking up probably all the dust and all.
- 28:20Speaker0: That's probably why you looked different today. When we hopped on,
- 28:23Speaker0: I was like, you look like AI.
- 28:25Speaker1: Yeah. And I'm looking now as it's getting darker. Yeah, it's just the lighting.
- 28:30Speaker1: That makes sense. Yeah. And I always told the audience, yeah,
- 28:33Speaker1: if you want to watch us, hey, that's on you.
- 28:36Speaker1: I don't do anything fancy. I don't do anything graphics-wise.
- 28:40Speaker1: I don't know. I just put a camera on and that's it. And I just record.
- 28:43Speaker1: So that's what's going on with that. But I do want to end this because we spoke
- 28:50Speaker1: about Hannah Rose, our other friend, who's doing The Sound Within.
- 28:54Speaker1: Actually, I decided to record an episode with her tomorrow.
- 28:58Speaker0: Oh, fun.
- 29:00Speaker1: Yeah, just so we have her getting a little bit of practice as a co-host.
- 29:04Speaker1: Heck yeah. And this way we have an episode. This way it doesn't put so much
- 29:07Speaker1: pressure on you and I to try and get together and record episodes as well.
- 29:11Speaker0: Thank you. Yeah.
- 29:13Speaker1: So I'm really looking forward to it because Hannah gave me a ton of episodes.
- 29:19Speaker1: We're, I think, well into October by now, but she just sent me one today and I was really shocked.
- 29:26Speaker1: Just like you were talking about vulnerability, she spoke very openly about her OCD.
- 29:31Speaker1: I won't give away much. I'll wait till that. That's probably going to be coming
- 29:34Speaker1: out the first week of October.
- 29:36Speaker1: But I appreciate everything Hannah Rose has given us so far on this platform.
- 29:43Speaker1: She's really, truly just another amazing soul.
- 29:46Speaker1: Like, you know, I just happened to find great people. I found you.
- 29:51Speaker1: I found Hannah Rose. I got my stepdaughter still.
- 29:55Speaker1: And there's just so much more that I have, more people that I want to bring
- 29:59Speaker1: on here to get this whole radio show going.
- 30:02Speaker1: Because this is going to be a collective of some very beautiful souls.
- 30:05Speaker1: And you know like I said I appreciate everybody appreciate Hannah Rose I definitely
- 30:10Speaker1: appreciate you Lizzie I appreciate you coming on here today and doing this little
- 30:14Speaker1: session and giving the audience a little view of what you could do well
- 30:18Speaker0: Thank you so much for having me on here and thank you for having this gift of
- 30:21Speaker0: finding all these beautiful souls I've been just having a blast getting to know
- 30:25Speaker0: them and watching all of their stuff.
- 30:26Speaker1: Yeah absolutely don't forget to check
- 30:29Speaker1: out all the other shows that we got going on don't forget we
- 30:32Speaker1: still have uh Anne Lunt's Haunted and waiting sunset
- 30:35Speaker1: child's out there podcast and elaine's arcane oracle
- 30:39Speaker1: and we just had the full moon and elaine gave us an episode for that she's been
- 30:43Speaker1: busy i haven't gotten anything from sunset child or ann lunges recently because
- 30:47Speaker1: everybody's busy but these people have their own platform and they give me stuff
- 30:52Speaker1: when they got it and that's the same thing with my stepdaughter she made that
- 30:55Speaker1: very well known she's going to work she's got it so you
- 30:58Speaker0: Know what that's exactly how you should live your life. That's just my opinion.
- 31:03Speaker0: Chaos taught me anything. That's what it taught me.
- 31:06Speaker1: And I appreciate that opinion because that's true. Yeah. When you live your
- 31:09Speaker1: life, just when you want and how you want, that's when it's fun and that's when it's the best.
- 31:14Speaker1: So if you learned anything today, you'll learn a little bit more about Lizzie.
- 31:18Speaker1: And again, energy.buy.lizzie on TikTok, on Instagram, right here on High Opener Society as well.
- 31:28Speaker1: And if you want to work with her, reach out to her and she'll definitely help out.
- 31:32Speaker1: And again, I appreciate everybody. And thank you again for tuning in.
