- 0:22Speaker 2: not responsible for injuries. This is Wayne Alan Root, direct
- 0:26Speaker 2: from the entertainment capital of the world, Las Vegas. What
- 0:29Speaker 2: time is it?
- 0:30Speaker 3: It's time war war. Here's your host.
- 0:35Speaker 2: One hundred percent raw truth, one hundred percent American made
- 0:39Speaker 2: the Warrior, Wayne Alan Roots.
- 0:55Speaker 1: Gentlemen, here we go.
- 0:56Speaker 4: Welcome, Welcome, Welcome to the war Zone, Day twenty eight
- 1:00Speaker 4: of August to twenty twenty five.
- 1:02Speaker 1: My name is Lee Elsie, filling in for.
- 1:04Speaker 4: The Great Wayne Allan Root Wayne as a way until
- 1:07Speaker 4: actually Wednesday of next week, so I'll be in his
- 1:11Speaker 4: in his shoes. He'll come back, I think with a tan.
- 1:14Speaker 4: I'm pretty sure, with a pretty spiffy tan. But you've
- 1:16Speaker 4: got me for tonight and tomorrow night and then again
- 1:20Speaker 4: on Tuesday before Wayne returns. I do have a great
- 1:23Speaker 4: show in store for you. Sheriff Mack will join us
- 1:26Speaker 4: at the bottom of the hour. We'll talk to Christopher
- 1:28Speaker 4: Healey Connecticut Catholic Conference about the shooting, and Greg Howard
- 1:32Speaker 4: will join US state representative and police officer in the
- 1:35Speaker 4: second hour, bottom of the second hour. So looking forward
- 1:38Speaker 4: to the great guest. Hopefully you could tell your friends say, hey, listen,
- 1:41Speaker 4: let's watch this guy. Maybe he's not as dumb as
- 1:44Speaker 4: he looks. Maybe he can bring something to the table.
- 1:46Speaker 4: Right You can watch us on the Gateway Pundit. You
- 1:49Speaker 4: can watch on untamed nation dot com. You can watch
- 1:52Speaker 4: on Root for America. Of course, you can listen on
- 1:54Speaker 4: all the great radio stations from coast to coast. That's
- 1:56Speaker 4: where I am in my state of the art radio
- 1:59Speaker 4: studio where I do a morning show every single day
- 2:01Speaker 4: for the last a twenty years, believe it or not,
- 2:05Speaker 4: here in Connecticut.
- 2:07Speaker 1: I want to rehash.
- 2:08Speaker 4: Something I talked about earlier in the week because I
- 2:10Speaker 4: think it's important that we focus in on safety. And
- 2:15Speaker 4: America is to beacon of freedom, and that light of
- 2:20Speaker 4: freedom has been dimming in too many corners, and violence
- 2:24Speaker 4: has been festering in America's big cities, and we must
- 2:28Speaker 4: clean up the most violent cities. And Trump has essentially
- 2:35Speaker 4: put the hammer down these urban war zones. They're not
- 2:38Speaker 4: just statistics. There are battle grounds where criminals terrorize innocent
- 2:44Speaker 4: citizens and where weak leadership has allowed chaos to reign.
- 2:51Speaker 4: And the goal is simple, non negotiable, stop crime, restore safety,
- 2:58Speaker 4: reclaim our streets. And to do this, yes, we need
- 3:02Speaker 4: bold action, we need support from the FEDS. A rejection
- 3:07Speaker 4: of all of this is basically a rejection of solid policies.
- 3:12Speaker 4: It's embracing failed policies that have been weighing down this
- 3:18Speaker 4: of these big cities for the last decade plus. And
- 3:23Speaker 4: I really I'd mentioned this before. I hate being partisan.
- 3:27Speaker 4: I know it seems like I'm partisan, but I really
- 3:30Speaker 4: am not. I hate being partisan in particular on the
- 3:33Speaker 4: onset of this. But the epicenter of this crisis lies
- 3:37Speaker 4: in cities run by Dems.
- 3:41Speaker 1: They're soft on crime.
- 3:43Speaker 4: Their thought processes prioritize the rights of purpose over victims
- 3:49Speaker 4: that they prey upon.
- 3:50Speaker 1: We've seen that time and time and time and time again.
- 3:53Speaker 4: And these leaders well, they push back against any quest
- 3:57Speaker 4: for true law and order because I think they fear
- 4:01Speaker 4: that success would expose their incompetence and it would put
- 4:06Speaker 4: a feather in the cap of Trump, and it would
- 4:09Speaker 4: put a feather in the cap of conservative principles. So
- 4:13Speaker 4: why else would you coddle hardcore criminals. Why would you
- 4:17Speaker 4: even think about defunding the police? Why would you risk
- 4:20Speaker 4: resist the federal help when you can't clearly you can't
- 4:24Speaker 4: do it on your own. Deep down, democrats seem more
- 4:27Speaker 4: willing to appease violent offenders who keep Americans in fear
- 4:33Speaker 4: every day, rather than empowering brave men and women in
- 4:36Speaker 4: blue to go out and do their jobs, do it right,
- 4:39Speaker 4: and not have to worry about the guy they just
- 4:41Speaker 4: arrested being back out on the street fifteen minutes later.
- 4:44Speaker 4: That's a deliberate choice to protect a guilty instead of
- 4:50Speaker 4: safeguarding the innocent. It's pretty simple, and the left has
- 4:56Speaker 4: chosen or the progressives have chosen wrong. Time and time,
- 5:00Speaker 4: I'm again and to illustrate this, I'm happy to run
- 5:04Speaker 4: down some of the most crime ridden cities in the
- 5:07Speaker 4: entire country so we can go one after another.
- 5:10Speaker 1: The depth of this rot is deep, very deep.
- 5:14Speaker 4: And by the way, consider the ten most violent cities
- 5:17Speaker 4: in the US, gauging it by murder, raid and aggravated
- 5:21Speaker 4: assaults and rapes and robberies. And I got these numbers
- 5:26Speaker 4: from the latest FBI data sources.
- 5:28Speaker 1: So these are the These are.
- 5:29Speaker 4: The ten worst cities as far as crime goes in
- 5:33Speaker 4: the United States, you'd be surprised at some of these
- 5:36Speaker 4: that are on the list because you don't think about
- 5:37Speaker 4: Saint Louis. Saint Louis is number one with sixty murders
- 5:41Speaker 4: per one hundred thousand assaults and rapes through the roof
- 5:45Speaker 4: Baltimore two homicide rates exceeding fifty per one hundred thousand.
- 5:49Speaker 1: Thousands of assaults, thousands of sexual assaults. Believe it or not,
- 5:54Speaker 1: Detroit is third on the list.
- 5:56Speaker 4: Not only are they high in murders, robberies, aggravated assaults.
- 5:59Speaker 1: No zones are happening now in Detroit, believe it or not.
- 6:02Speaker 4: Memphis is on the list, which is surprising since Tennessee
- 6:05Speaker 4: is a Republican state, but Memphis is a Democrat city.
- 6:09Speaker 4: High up murder rate plus rampant carjackings, rapes Cleveland, Ohio,
- 6:14Speaker 4: Kansas City, Missouri, Philadelphia, New Orleans, Chicago, Milwaukee all on
- 6:21Speaker 4: the list of top ten. All on the list of
- 6:24Speaker 4: top ten as far as murder.
- 6:26Speaker 1: But each of.
- 6:28Speaker 4: Those cities have their own little special niche when it
- 6:32Speaker 4: comes to crime, gun crimes, sex crimes, tons of sex crimes.
- 6:37Speaker 4: We've allowed this idea of sexual assaults to become mainstream,
- 6:41Speaker 4: and we don't seem to even do anything about it.
- 6:43Speaker 1: Shame on us for that.
- 6:45Speaker 4: And the cities that I mentioned, Saint Louis, Baltimore, Detroit, Memphis, Cleveland,
- 6:50Speaker 4: Kansas City, Philly, New Orleans, Chicago, Milwaukee, these aren't random.
- 6:56Speaker 4: They're Democrat strongholds. We're progressives. Prosecute and release repeat offenders,
- 7:03Speaker 4: and it just keeps getting worse and worse. These cities, again,
- 7:06Speaker 4: don't just numbers. There were families, right. They live in
- 7:10Speaker 4: fear every day. Children can't play outside, they can't go
- 7:14Speaker 4: to the corner store. Otherwise they gamble with their lives.
- 7:19Speaker 4: The goal is not to listen. The goal is not
- 7:21Speaker 4: to militarize streets. We don't want that, nobody wants that.
- 7:23Speaker 4: But the idea is to get the streets safe again.
- 7:27Speaker 1: That's it.
- 7:27Speaker 4: To ensure that kids can ride their bikes, parents can
- 7:31Speaker 4: go on a picnic, and grandparents can maybe sit on
- 7:34Speaker 4: their porch without having to dodge bullets. But again, Democrat
- 7:38Speaker 4: leaders in these cities, they want to resist at every turn.
- 7:44Speaker 4: Maybe they're just fearful that Trump is going to succeed.
- 7:47Speaker 4: They don't want to see the Orange Man have any
- 7:52Speaker 4: success in any area. So they push back no matter what,
- 7:56Speaker 4: They'd rather let cities burn, and they have let cities burn,
- 8:01Speaker 4: then admit that their repeat progressive experiment is a failure.
- 8:07Speaker 4: So the murder rate alone are staggering, thousands of dead annually.
- 8:13Speaker 1: But when you add the assaults and the rapes and
- 8:16Speaker 1: the robberies.
- 8:18Speaker 4: It's just a bunch of people living in absolute fear
- 8:24Speaker 4: all the time. How do we allow this to happen?
- 8:26Speaker 4: How do we think that this is okay? It's not okay.
- 8:31Speaker 4: And Trump decides to put the National Guard in Washington,
- 8:36Speaker 4: d C. It's a master class in decisive action. And
- 8:40Speaker 4: since he's done this, there hasn't been one murder, unless
- 8:44Speaker 4: there was one today, But there hasn't been one murder
- 8:46Speaker 4: as of this morning since he's decided to do this,
- 8:50Speaker 4: not one. So you can shrug your shoulders, you can
- 8:54Speaker 4: roll your eyes, you can thumb your nose at it.
- 8:57Speaker 4: But it's working. It's working. Do we want to see
- 9:04Speaker 4: our cities crumble? Is that what we want?
- 9:06Speaker 5: Is that?
- 9:07Speaker 1: The idea? I mean some claim that President Trump he
- 9:12Speaker 1: pushes for law and order.
- 9:13Speaker 4: It's a willingness to deplay federal resources like the National guard.
- 9:17Speaker 4: They're trying to make it out like it's a brown
- 9:18Speaker 4: shirt situation, like it's Hitler ResQue.
- 9:20Speaker 1: It's not. That's not what this is about.
- 9:25Speaker 4: You're so afraid of that, you're so fearful that, and
- 9:28Speaker 4: he's really not shown a sign of that. You thought
- 9:33Speaker 4: he was a warmonger. He's not a warmonger. They think
- 9:36Speaker 4: he's all about, you know, be annoying himself a king.
- 9:39Speaker 4: It's not the case. Let it play out. But in
- 9:42Speaker 4: the end, don't you want safe streets. Don't you want
- 9:46Speaker 4: to ensure that no monsters lurk behind every garbage bind,
- 9:50Speaker 4: no predators threatening your kids in the park, no family
- 9:54Speaker 4: fears to walk in their own neighborhood. You're diving in
- 9:58Speaker 4: your bathtub because bullets flying. That's what's happening in these
- 10:04Speaker 4: cities that I just named, and a whole lot more.
- 10:08Speaker 6: So.
- 10:09Speaker 4: I'm not advocating military presence in every single city across
- 10:12Speaker 4: the country, but I am advocating some law and order,
- 10:15Speaker 4: a flip of what we have now. And you know what,
- 10:17Speaker 4: if in DC you have to show that there's you
- 10:19Speaker 4: need to show force to stop the criminals and the
- 10:22Speaker 4: animals from going out and wrecking and ruining lives and
- 10:26Speaker 4: do it.
- 10:28Speaker 1: I mean, when you.
- 10:29Speaker 4: Can basically point to the fact that there's been a
- 10:33Speaker 4: huge decline in violent crime in Washington, d C. Why
- 10:37Speaker 4: wouldn't you if you are another if you were the
- 10:40Speaker 4: mayor of any of the cities that I mentioned, why
- 10:42Speaker 4: wouldn't you want to embrace this philosophy it's working. Why
- 10:46Speaker 4: wouldn't you want to go out and hire more police officers.
- 10:49Speaker 4: Why didn't you want to divert some of the funds
- 10:52Speaker 4: maybe that you have into more law.
- 10:54Speaker 1: Enforcement instead of more social program the idea of save streets.
- 10:59Speaker 1: That's what I think. That's where I would want to live.
- 11:02Speaker 1: I wouldn't want to live in an area that's riddled
- 11:04Speaker 1: with chaos. But that's just me, all right. My name
- 11:07Speaker 1: is Leelsi. You want to email me, love to hear.
- 11:09Speaker 4: From me wherever you're listening or watching across the entire country.
- 11:12Speaker 1: My email address is pretty easy. L ee e LCI.

- 11:24Speaker 4: We'll continue this conversation in a bit at bottom of
- 11:26Speaker 4: the ale. We'll shift gears, talk to Sheriff Mack. We
- 11:28Speaker 4: got a lot to get to, just sort of getting
- 11:31Speaker 4: going right here. I'm Lee Elsie filling in for.

- 16:40Speaker 4: a insider dot com. Before we get back to law
- 16:44Speaker 4: and order, some of the stories that are coming out
- 16:47Speaker 4: of the Minneapolis shooting. First of all, the monster that
- 16:50Speaker 4: did the shooting, I mean just I hope there's a
- 16:52Speaker 4: special place in hell.
- 16:53Speaker 1: Right. These are the kinds of situations where.
- 16:55Speaker 4: You really don't want to go out of your way
- 16:57Speaker 4: to pray that there is a heaven and pray that
- 16:59Speaker 4: there is a hell. There's a special place where that
- 17:01Speaker 4: person's soul is tortured and tormented for eternity. But some
- 17:06Speaker 4: of the kids man jumping on top of other kids.
- 17:08Speaker 4: These are kids saving other kids, laying on top throwing
- 17:12Speaker 4: their body in front of these bullets. It's really some
- 17:16Speaker 4: of the stories are remarkable and amazing. But back to
- 17:21Speaker 4: law and order in our cities. Trump says the US
- 17:24Speaker 4: will seek the death penalty for murderers committed in DC.
- 17:29Speaker 4: This is awesome. Right, I'm sorry. I am somebody who's
- 17:35Speaker 4: for capital punishment. If you premeditated, you're premeditated and kill
- 17:39Speaker 4: somebody and we know you did it, right, we know it.
- 17:43Speaker 1: It's a no shadow of a doubt. Bang bang bang,
- 17:45Speaker 1: you're on camera.
- 17:46Speaker 3: Whatever it is.
- 17:47Speaker 1: However, we make sure we know you. We got you,
- 17:49Speaker 1: no gray area. You did it, you fry man. That's it.
- 17:54Speaker 1: No ifs, no hands, no butts.
- 17:57Speaker 4: If you kill somebody, you shouldn't be getting out in
- 17:59Speaker 4: twenty years, thirty years because of good behavior. You killed someone,
- 18:04Speaker 4: they are dead, they're in a box or an urn.
- 18:07Speaker 4: You are in jail, hopefully, but still you have hope,
- 18:11Speaker 4: You get Christmases, you get to watch Super Bowls, you
- 18:14Speaker 4: get to go outside for a little rest and relaxation
- 18:17Speaker 4: rep time.
- 18:18Speaker 1: They're in a box again, seemingly forget that.
- 18:23Speaker 4: And I know that there are instances in the past
- 18:25Speaker 4: where people have been put to death and they found
- 18:29Speaker 4: out later that they didn't do it. And I get it.
- 18:31Speaker 4: That's unacceptable. That's why we make sure it's without a
- 18:33Speaker 4: shadow of doubt. But I think it's a deterrent, And
- 18:35Speaker 4: even if it's not a deterrent, I don't care I
- 18:40Speaker 4: don't want to pay for somebody's three square meals a
- 18:44Speaker 4: day and whatever horrifying living situation that they may be in,
- 18:49Speaker 4: I don't want to pay for it. Okay, and I
- 18:52Speaker 4: have no problem. You could sign me up tomorrow to
- 18:55Speaker 4: be the guy that sinks the needle in and says
- 18:58Speaker 4: goodbye to these monsters.
- 18:59Speaker 1: Be happy. I'm talking about happy, happy, happy to do it.
- 19:03Speaker 4: Some of the other things that have been brought to
- 19:05Speaker 4: the attention is a lot of folks on the progressive
- 19:09Speaker 4: side of the aisle are saying, well, there really not
- 19:11Speaker 4: there's not a lot of crime in Washington. Well, that's
- 19:13Speaker 4: just totally false and totally fabricated. See statistics, and you know,
- 19:18Speaker 4: the statistics can be used in any way that you
- 19:21Speaker 4: see fit anything that you think works in your in
- 19:24Speaker 4: your favor. You can manipulate statistics. And what's interesting about
- 19:30Speaker 4: d C which has at this time the fourth highest
- 19:33Speaker 4: murder rate in the entire country. But from twenty from
- 19:37Speaker 4: twenty two thousand and four till now, right, so the
- 19:40Speaker 4: murder rate has escalated eighty seven percent. Right, so they
- 19:45Speaker 4: say crime is down, maybe from twenty twenty three to
- 19:47Speaker 4: twenty twenty four.
- 19:48Speaker 1: Some of the areas of crime.
- 19:49Speaker 4: May be down, but the bottom line is violent crime, murders,
- 19:53Speaker 4: the horrifying things, it's up. It's up substantially in the
- 19:57Speaker 4: last ten years in DC. You know, in this instance,
- 20:01Speaker 4: for sure, God blessed Donald Trump for doing that.
- 20:04Speaker 1: And I wish we had more strong.
- 20:06Speaker 4: Leaders who would put their foot down when it comes
- 20:08Speaker 4: to law and order in.
- 20:10Speaker 1: These big cities, because we've just.
- 20:11Speaker 4: Allowed and coddled these criminals and they have absolutely run.
- 20:14Speaker 1: Wild once again.
- 20:15Speaker 4: You can watch this show on the Gateway, pundit dot com,

- 22:05Speaker 1: All right, welcome back, ladies and gentlemen. This is Warzone.
- 22:08Speaker 4: I'm Lee Elsie filling in for Wayne Allen Root, and
- 22:11Speaker 4: I think a couple of months ago one of the
- 22:12Speaker 4: times I was filling in for Wayne, we were lucky
- 22:15Speaker 4: enough to get this next guest on. He's always great,
- 22:18Speaker 4: He always brings a lot to the table. His name
- 22:20Speaker 4: is Sheriff Richard Mack. He's a former sheriff of Graham County, Arizona,
- 22:25Speaker 4: served in law enforcement for twenty plus years. He's the
- 22:28Speaker 4: founder and president of the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association.
- 22:33Speaker 4: So please help me welcome Sheriff Richard Mack to the show. Sheriff,
- 22:37Speaker 4: how are you tonight? I appreciate you coming on. We
- 22:41Speaker 4: got him? I got nothing, I got nat all right, Well.
- 22:51Speaker 1: Why I'll just take care of this. Well, you guys
- 22:54Speaker 1: try to grab him.
- 22:54Speaker 4: The segment of the show is being sponsored by Energized Health.
- 22:58Speaker 4: And when you heard why talk about how Energized Health
- 23:02Speaker 4: changed his life. He lost twenty five pounds of fat,
- 23:04Speaker 4: including the dangerous inner body visceral fat, and gained about
- 23:07Speaker 4: ten pounds of muscle the intercellular hydration in only eighty
- 23:11Speaker 4: eight days. Now over four years later, he says he
- 23:14Speaker 4: feels the best in his life. He gives all the
- 23:16Speaker 4: credit to Energize Health. Energized Health is not a traditional
- 23:20Speaker 4: weight loss program. Those don't work. It's a fat loss program.
- 23:23Speaker 4: The program is simple, easy and healthy, all based on
- 23:26Speaker 4: that foundation of the life game changers, extra and intercellular hydration.
- 23:32Speaker 4: Here's your chance to be like Wayne, Energize Health can
- 23:34Speaker 4: change your life and supercharge your health, just like it
- 23:37Speaker 4: did for the Great Wayne Alan Root. Right now, Energized
- 23:40Speaker 4: Health is offering the war forty percent off action discount
- 23:42Speaker 4: forty percent off. Just say war go to energizehealth dot com.
- 23:46Speaker 4: That's energized heealth dot com. Do we have the sheriff sheriff?
- 23:52Speaker 1: All right?
- 23:53Speaker 4: Well, I guess can we give him a couple more
- 23:56Speaker 4: seconds or we're just gonna move on?
- 23:59Speaker 1: No it ah, right, let me know. So. You know,
- 24:02Speaker 1: it's interesting.
- 24:03Speaker 4: Politicians are the only people in the world who can
- 24:06Speaker 4: create problems.
- 24:07Speaker 1: And then campaign against them.
- 24:08Speaker 4: Have you ever wondered, if both the Democrats and the
- 24:11Speaker 4: Republicans are against deficits, why do we have deficits? Have
- 24:15Speaker 4: you ever wondered if the politicians are against inflation and
- 24:17Speaker 4: high taxes.
- 24:18Speaker 1: Why do we have high taxes and high inflation?
- 24:21Speaker 2: Right?
- 24:22Speaker 4: You guys are the ones who write the tax code.
- 24:24Speaker 4: You guys are the ones who set fiscal policy. You
- 24:27Speaker 4: guys do it so straighten it out. When there's a
- 24:30Speaker 4: situation that's going off the deep end, you've got to
- 24:34Speaker 4: basically pound your fist on the table and demand better
- 24:38Speaker 4: accountability in Washington, and just like you can do better
- 24:41Speaker 4: accountability in your state, in your local even in your
- 24:45Speaker 4: local offices. But one hundred Senators, four hundred and thirty
- 24:50Speaker 4: five congressmen, one president, nine Supreme Court justices five hundred
- 24:54Speaker 4: and forty five human beings out of three hundred million
- 24:57Speaker 4: are directly, legally, morally, and individually responsible for domestic problems,
- 25:02Speaker 4: not playing this country right. And finally we've got a
- 25:05Speaker 4: leader at the top who actually does stuff. And again,
- 25:08Speaker 4: I know there are people out there listening don't like Trump.
- 25:10Speaker 4: I get that, but the guy. You can't say that.
- 25:12Speaker 4: The guy doesn't get up every day and try to
- 25:14Speaker 4: do something something positive every day, you might not like it.
- 25:18Speaker 1: Got the last.
- 25:19Speaker 4: President was a ghost, ghost from beginning to end.
- 25:25Speaker 1: All right, we got this sheriff.
- 25:26Speaker 4: All right, I'll shut up what I was talking about
- 25:28Speaker 4: because the sheriff is more important.
- 25:29Speaker 1: Sheriff, how are you. I appreciate you coming on.
- 25:34Speaker 5: Then, I'm doing good. Thanks for having me. I appreciate
- 25:38Speaker 5: being one with you.
- 25:38Speaker 4: Well, let me ask you this, because we've got some
- 25:40Speaker 4: issues going on here in the state of Connecticut. I
- 25:41Speaker 4: know it's going on across the country, but we've got
- 25:44Speaker 4: some ice agents who are doing what they're supposed to do,
- 25:47Speaker 4: law enforcement, rounding up.
- 25:48Speaker 3: A legal aliens.
- 25:50Speaker 4: And you know, a lot of people have got a
- 25:53Speaker 4: heavy problem with this.
- 25:54Speaker 1: They're very upset about this.
- 25:55Speaker 4: Give me, you know, your thirty thousand foot view of
- 25:57Speaker 4: the job our ICE officials.
- 25:59Speaker 5: Are doing, okay, well, ICE is doing a great job.
- 26:05Speaker 5: And I can't believe that any human being in the
- 26:09Speaker 5: United States of America would be against getting rid of
- 26:13Speaker 5: the criminal element that is plaguing our country. We have
- 26:18Speaker 5: human traffickers, we have rapists, we have murderers, We have
- 26:23Speaker 5: international terrorist groups now cooborating with cartels. Cartels have now
- 26:30Speaker 5: set up shop and sleeper sales all over our country.
- 26:34Speaker 5: International tarists are doing the same. And we have people,
- 26:39Speaker 5: especially Democrats, that say they want to keep them here.
- 26:42Speaker 5: And we want to continue this and stay out of
- 26:46Speaker 5: our stay out of our cities, and stay out of
- 26:48Speaker 5: our states, President Trump, because we love the crime and
- 26:52Speaker 5: we love everything going on, and you're mean and you're awful,
- 26:55Speaker 5: and you're a dictator, and leave us alone. We can
- 26:59Speaker 5: take care of our own place. Obviously they can't, and
- 27:03Speaker 5: they haven't been. And so I have just a little
- 27:08Speaker 5: brief paragraph to read everybody from the United States Constitution,
- 27:15Speaker 5: Article four, section four that states, the United States shall
- 27:21Speaker 5: guarantee to every state in this Union a republican form
- 27:27Speaker 5: of government and not a democracy, a republican form, and
- 27:35Speaker 5: shall protect each of them from invasion. So they're supposed
- 27:40Speaker 5: to the federal government supposed to protect our borders and
- 27:44Speaker 5: on application of the legislature or the executive that's the
- 27:48Speaker 5: President of the United States when the legislature cannot convene
- 27:54Speaker 5: against domestic violence. So President Trump is doing his job. Look,
- 28:03Speaker 5: it shouldn't be up to the president to take care
- 28:05Speaker 5: of this. The governors and the mayors and the chiefs
- 28:09Speaker 5: of police should have already been taken care of this.
- 28:12Speaker 5: Next come in should be the sheriff, the county sheriff,
- 28:15Speaker 5: the LA county sheriff should be handling this. Because the
- 28:19Speaker 5: chief of police and the mayor and the governor are not,
- 28:23Speaker 5: then we have the sheriff missing in action. So now
- 28:28Speaker 5: the president is taking care of it. Because what comes
- 28:30Speaker 5: first in America liberty, peace and security and safety. That's
- 28:36Speaker 5: what we provide here, That's what we're supposed to provide.
- 28:40Speaker 5: So if the others locally aren't going to do their job,
- 28:43Speaker 5: President Trump, according to Article four, section four and Article one,
- 28:48Speaker 5: Section eight, Clause seventeen, says that the federal government has
- 28:54Speaker 5: exclusive jurisdiction in the ten mile square of Washington, DC.
- 28:59Speaker 5: So he's certainly there and if he has to, he
- 29:02Speaker 5: can start taking the bull by the horn in the
- 29:06Speaker 5: cities and states.
- 29:08Speaker 1: You know, you mentioned Washington, d C.
- 29:10Speaker 4: So I think so far, what fourteen days, not one
- 29:13Speaker 4: murder in Washington, d C. I opened the show talking
- 29:15Speaker 4: about this. How you know this is a crime riddled city.
- 29:19Speaker 4: I mean you walk out a block from you know,
- 29:22Speaker 4: the monuments, and you're literally taking your life in your hands.
- 29:25Speaker 4: And like you had said, sheriff, it's madness that anyone
- 29:29Speaker 4: would not want to be for law and order. So
- 29:31Speaker 4: you're saying, though, that the Trump administration not only can
- 29:35Speaker 4: use this tactic in d C, but you think they
- 29:39Speaker 4: can use it in other cities across the country.
- 29:44Speaker 5: As a last resort. Yes, he has the authority and
- 29:47Speaker 5: he should look. In nineteen sixty two, John F. Kennedy
- 29:52Speaker 5: sent troops to Alabama, and it really wasn't to stop
- 29:56Speaker 5: too much violence. There wasn't any violence. There was some
- 29:59Speaker 5: protest going on, but he forced Governor Wallace with those
- 30:04Speaker 5: troops to allow students black students to enter the University
- 30:08Speaker 5: of Alabama. JFK was all for what life, liberty, and
- 30:15Speaker 5: the pursuit of happiness, and these black students had a
- 30:18Speaker 5: right to go to those schools, and JFK made sure
- 30:22Speaker 5: it happened. Look as a last resort, the president of
- 30:26Speaker 5: the United States can do that and provide that the
- 30:29Speaker 5: ultimate goal here is liberty, protecting life, liberty and property.
- 30:35Speaker 5: And that's exactly what JFK did. I don't hear anybody
- 30:39Speaker 5: nobody complained about JFK doing that. The Democrats certainly aren't
- 30:42Speaker 5: bringing that up and said JFK shouldn't have done that.
- 30:46Speaker 5: Of course he should have. And President Trump is taking
- 30:49Speaker 5: care of business, taking care of the American people, and
- 30:52Speaker 5: tried to stop the ineptness and incompetence of the Democrat
- 30:57Speaker 5: leadership in a lot of these states cities because they're
- 31:02Speaker 5: so sick with Trump arrangement syndrome, they can't simply say
- 31:07Speaker 5: thank you, mister President. We're going to do a better
- 31:09Speaker 5: job on this.
- 31:11Speaker 4: We're all with Sheriff Mac founder and president of the
- 31:14Speaker 4: Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association, and we'll let him
- 31:18Speaker 4: tell everybody what those people are all about, because it's
- 31:21Speaker 4: a great group of people. But I want to ask you,
- 31:24Speaker 4: so is it illegal to, let's say, docs law enforcement
- 31:29Speaker 4: officials or to warn illegal immigrants that possibly ICE is
- 31:34Speaker 4: in an area, because we've had that in Connecticut, and
- 31:38Speaker 4: I mean, you can't get in the way of a
- 31:40Speaker 4: law enforcement operation, can you.
- 31:44Speaker 5: That is actually absolutely correct. They don't have to cooperate.
- 31:50Speaker 5: I've told this about the sheriffs. I've told every sheriff
- 31:53Speaker 5: that's on our list and within our reach electronically that
- 32:00Speaker 5: they should all of them should be helping with deportation.
- 32:03Speaker 5: And most sheriffs want to do that because they do
- 32:05Speaker 5: not want this criminal element brought in by the Democrats
- 32:09Speaker 5: and the Biden administration for the for the previous four
- 32:12Speaker 5: years until Trump took took charge. They not only allowed
- 32:17Speaker 5: this to occur, but they helped make it happen. They
- 32:21Speaker 5: flew people in, they busted people in, and this was
- 32:24Speaker 5: all treason and it was all criminal. And that's still
- 32:29Speaker 5: something that tam Bondi and the Justice Department should be
- 32:31Speaker 5: going after these cruks. Ali had of majorcas and everybody
- 32:36Speaker 5: in the Biden administration, including Biden, except he's not competent
- 32:39Speaker 5: to stand trial, but everybody else is and they should.
- 32:43Speaker 5: If we do not take action against this type of treason,
- 32:47Speaker 5: then we are going to embolden this continuing and the
- 32:51Speaker 5: greatest crime in America right now is that of complete
- 32:54Speaker 5: and utter public corruption, and it starts in Washington, d C.
- 32:59Speaker 5: And so yeah, yeah, absolutely, yeah, Tariff, I gotta jump in.
- 33:04Speaker 1: Can you stick around one more break with us?
- 33:08Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 33:08Speaker 4: Sure, we're keeping on one more break, So we'll come right
- 33:11Speaker 4: back to just a couple of minutes with Sheriff Mac.
- 33:13Speaker 4: And I'm glad to use the word treason because I
- 33:15Speaker 4: totally agree it's treason.
- 33:16Speaker 1: That's what's going on in some places down at Washington.
- 33:18Speaker 1: We'll be right back with the war zone. Stick around.

- 37:06Speaker 4: on CNN, Fox News, MSNBCCBSABC, News, Max, you name it,
- 37:11Speaker 4: he has been on it. He's been on with us

- 37:27Speaker 4: run out.
- 37:28Speaker 1: So what are you guys all about? What do you do.
- 37:33Speaker 5: Well? The CSPOA is Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association.
- 37:37Speaker 5: It was actually formed for the people of America so
- 37:40Speaker 5: that we would make sure that law enforcement, sheriffs, deputies,
- 37:45Speaker 5: everyone in law enforcement would actually be focusing on what
- 37:48Speaker 5: I was saying earlier, protecting life, liberty, and civil rights
- 37:53Speaker 5: of all the people of this country. And the best
- 37:56Speaker 5: place to do that is county by county, and the
- 37:59Speaker 5: best way to restore liberty as county by county. And
- 38:02Speaker 5: all of this was born out of the lawsuit that
- 38:05Speaker 5: I filed against the Clinton administration back when I was
- 38:09Speaker 5: sheriff in the mid nineteen nineties, and I know I'm
- 38:13Speaker 5: given my age away, but that's fine. This is very historic,
- 38:18Speaker 5: is very powerful, and I want to quote one thing
- 38:20Speaker 5: from this decision. Justice Scalia wrote this decision for the majority,
- 38:25Speaker 5: and we won. This is the only time in US
- 38:27Speaker 5: history where a handful of sheriffs sued the federal government
- 38:32Speaker 5: took it all the way to the Supreme Court and won.
- 38:35Speaker 5: We beat the Clintons and lived to tell about it.
- 38:38Speaker 5: And this amazing principle. Scalia actually quoted the Constitution, the
- 38:43Speaker 5: Decoration of Independence, and the Federalist papers, and in this
- 38:47Speaker 5: particular sentence he quotes Federalists fifty one. And this is
- 38:53Speaker 5: what this reinforces what I was telling you before the break. Oh,
- 38:56Speaker 5: by the way, the sheriffs of no one else can
- 38:59Speaker 5: in with what the federal government is doing. Ice and
- 39:03Speaker 5: Tom Homan and President Trump. They cannot interfere. They don't
- 39:08Speaker 5: have to cooperate, but they can't interfere because that is
- 39:11Speaker 5: against the law. And so they got to be very careful.
- 39:15Speaker 5: I'm telling you right now. They don't have to cooperate.
- 39:18Speaker 5: They say, hey, I'm not getting involved with that. They
- 39:20Speaker 5: can do that, but listen to what Justice Scalia said
- 39:24Speaker 5: again in Federal is fifty one. Hence, a double security
- 39:29Speaker 5: arises to the rights of the people. Let me pause
- 39:32Speaker 5: there for a minute. How does that happen that a
- 39:35Speaker 5: double security arises to the rights of the people? Quote
- 39:40Speaker 5: quoting again, the different governments will control each other. Did
- 39:47Speaker 5: everybody hear that the different governments will control each other?
- 39:51Speaker 5: Not to say whoever's above you or who's ever in
- 39:53Speaker 5: charge or whatever else. It says different governments will control
- 39:58Speaker 5: each other. So once you're out of control, it is
- 40:01Speaker 5: up to the other governments to make sure you get
- 40:04Speaker 5: back in your proper lane of authority and stay there.
- 40:08Speaker 5: Because and that includes the federal government, because that's exactly
- 40:11Speaker 5: what we did when we sued the Clinton administration. They're
- 40:14Speaker 5: not in charge of your sheriff. They're not in charge
- 40:17Speaker 5: of telling us what to do and where to go. However,
- 40:20Speaker 5: when we failed to do our jobs, they can move
- 40:23Speaker 5: in and vice versa as well.
- 40:27Speaker 1: Triff mackew is our guest tariff.
- 40:29Speaker 4: I know folks out there, general, folks can can join
- 40:32Speaker 4: your group, right, I mean, anybody, anybody can join your organization, correct.
- 40:36Speaker 5: Everybody every said this is for every citizen. Yes, thank
- 40:39Speaker 5: you for that, because we're not really pushing sheriffs to join.
- 40:44Speaker 5: What we want sheriffs to be is really constitutional and
- 40:48Speaker 5: be there for their people. Okay, So every citizen can
- 40:54Speaker 5: become a member of the CSPOA, and we have a
- 40:56Speaker 5: CSPOA posse that cause a floppy eleven dollars a month.
- 41:02Speaker 5: But this is the best education you can get. This
- 41:04Speaker 5: is the best, most effective, peaceful and effective solution. Okay,
- 41:11Speaker 5: that's really what we're at here. And if the American
- 41:14Speaker 5: people are involved. Jefferson warned us the price of liberty
- 41:18Speaker 5: is eternal vigilance, and we're asking every American to be
- 41:22Speaker 5: vigilant with us. It's not violence. We've never advocated violence,
- 41:26Speaker 5: never will. If we're involved and we're part of this
- 41:30Speaker 5: solution and the holy cause of liberty, we will win
- 41:34Speaker 5: this and we will keep it peaceful and effective.
- 41:37Speaker 1: Sure for about out of time.
- 41:38Speaker 4: But are you confident moving forward that this country's going
- 41:41Speaker 4: to reset itself and get down to the path of life,
- 41:45Speaker 4: liberty and that pursuit of happiness.
- 41:50Speaker 5: I pray so you know, the Good Lord has never
- 41:53Speaker 5: promised us victory. He just has told us what John
- 41:56Speaker 5: Quincy Adams said, duty is ours result are gods. So
- 42:01Speaker 5: everybody let's do our duty and leave the rest to him.
- 42:05Speaker 5: And again, everyone go to CSPOA dot org. Become a
- 42:09Speaker 5: member and get your copy of our Supreme Court case.
- 42:12Speaker 5: This is a copy of our Supreme Court case right there,
- 42:16Speaker 5: and this is absolutely miraculous Supreme Court case. So become
- 42:21Speaker 5: a part of this. Become a part of the solution.
- 42:24Speaker 1: Sheriff Mac, I can't thank you up. I appreciate your
- 42:26Speaker 1: time always.
- 42:26Speaker 4: I appreciate your vigilance, your dedication to law and order
- 42:30Speaker 4: and liberty, and hopefully we could talk again very soon.
- 42:33Speaker 1: But thank you, sir. I appreciate you, and we'll get
- 42:35Speaker 1: together down the line for sure.
