- 1:11Speaker 2: Did y'all miss me? I have miss y'all? Man Man
- 1:14Speaker 2: walking to royal Mike, Man, it just me and you,
- 1:17Speaker 2: and we're gonna just take it on your eyes. Man,
- 1:20Speaker 2: I hope y'all had a fantastic day of this. Well,
- 1:25Speaker 2: where I'm from is it was very raining, So it's
- 1:29Speaker 2: very I said, if it's very gloomy, man said, But
- 1:32Speaker 2: you know, I'm not gonna let that stop me. But
- 1:34Speaker 2: we are here till today, guys, did y'all miss me?
- 1:38Speaker 2: I'm mis'all? Today we are going to talk about purpose
- 1:43Speaker 2: over populations. You know, I want to come on here
- 1:47Speaker 2: for that, not for attention, but for intentions. You know,
- 1:52Speaker 2: every move that every move I make is for a reason,
- 1:56Speaker 2: not for the show, but purpose over properly, vision over noise. Tonight,
- 2:03Speaker 2: we are really going to talk about what it means
- 2:06Speaker 2: to attention, not for attention, because everybody's not going to
- 2:11Speaker 2: understand you for what is your assignment about. But it's okay.
- 2:17Speaker 2: Some people will think that you are doing too much.
- 2:19Speaker 2: Other would think that you're not doing enough. But if
- 2:22Speaker 2: you are building something that connect with your purpose, you
- 2:25Speaker 2: are learning to block out the noise and stink in tune.
- 2:29Speaker 2: Let's talk about it. So welcome to Royal Mic Broadcasts.
- 2:34Speaker 2: So I really want to focus on the difference between
- 2:38Speaker 2: attention versus intentional. You know, the biggest difference is the
- 2:44Speaker 2: biggest difference between those two. Right, Well, you're thinking, somebody
- 2:48Speaker 2: want an attention you know, is a want a quick
- 2:50Speaker 2: kit or craving for validation, but for tent for attentional,
- 2:56Speaker 2: you know, it's slowing down, it's being full focus. Is
- 3:01Speaker 2: you know, taking your time on how you want a
- 3:06Speaker 2: product to be. That means you want to start a business,
- 3:10Speaker 2: started a project, sorry EP, putting out a book, starting
- 3:15Speaker 2: your own broadcast. That's something that you want to take
- 3:20Speaker 2: your time with. Not just for the attention, because attention
- 3:24Speaker 2: is going to common land up. But you have to
- 3:25Speaker 2: be attentional what you are putting in the atmosphere. You know,
- 3:29Speaker 2: attentional is a planning and see knowing that it takes
- 3:32Speaker 2: time for them to grow. You know, I get it.
- 3:36Speaker 2: Like social media, right, social media got a lot of
- 3:39Speaker 2: people thinking if you're not like posting consistently like on TikTok,
- 3:44Speaker 2: Facebook promoting and everything else, that you will lose your followers.
- 3:50Speaker 2: You will lose your people. But you have to realize
- 3:53Speaker 2: that you are building something behind the scene, and yes
- 3:59Speaker 2: you have to be consistent on top of it. But
- 4:03Speaker 2: sometimes it's not gonna work. The real ones work. The
- 4:06Speaker 2: real ones know that the hard works happened saddenly like
- 4:12Speaker 2: the quiet sessions where characters are built, will let you
- 4:16Speaker 2: off formed. That means, like I said at the beginning,
- 4:20Speaker 2: it takes time to grow your products behind the scenes.
- 4:24Speaker 2: You just don't want to put out something that, oh,
- 4:26Speaker 2: let's put out, let's put out, let's put out, let's
- 4:28Speaker 2: put out. But yes, you have to be consistent after
- 4:33Speaker 2: you put the product out because I know, I know it,
- 4:36Speaker 2: I get it. No, but people don't understand the meaning
- 4:42Speaker 2: behind the scenes. You know you're not gonna move where
- 4:53Speaker 2: everybody's clapping for you. Everybody's not gonna be there for you.
- 4:57Speaker 2: People don't realize the work that you put behind and
- 5:01Speaker 2: being intentional what you are doing. Like for me, I
- 5:06Speaker 2: can say that I have been so numb one if
- 5:10Speaker 2: you do not know, I am a poet, I am author,
- 5:14Speaker 2: I am a broadcaster. I have plenty of I've been
- 5:18Speaker 2: on plenty of guest hosts. People have been on my
- 5:20Speaker 2: show or whatever. But it takes time to producing what
- 5:28Speaker 2: you want. You have to like take your time and
- 5:31Speaker 2: write certain things down. You know, I'm always a creator.
- 5:34Speaker 2: I'm always trying to figure out what's next for me
- 5:38Speaker 2: because my mind doesn't stop. But also I take time
- 5:41Speaker 2: for what I produce, like me writing books like Black
- 5:47Speaker 2: before he know anything else? Dare you? You know five
- 5:51Speaker 2: Hours of Freedom? Those books didn't take overnight. You know,
- 5:57Speaker 2: it takes time. It takes you know, you know, I
- 6:01Speaker 2: design these books for attention behind it, because every book
- 6:06Speaker 2: I write it's for a purpose. You know, you have
- 6:12Speaker 2: to know what's what's right for you. You have to
- 6:15Speaker 2: know what is for you. You have to know because
- 6:22Speaker 2: when when you want attention, you know, like a baby,
- 6:27Speaker 2: like a baby crying, right, you know, babies cried everything.
- 6:31Speaker 2: They are hungry, they need a type of change, They need,
- 6:36Speaker 2: you know, a bottle, or they need some affection love
- 6:40Speaker 2: from my parents. You know that is attention because they
- 6:45Speaker 2: need it. But when you are intentional what you are doing,
- 6:52Speaker 2: a lot of people is not going to understand you
- 6:56Speaker 2: during that process. And that and that's the next I
- 7:00Speaker 2: want to talk about. Not everyone will understand you. I
- 7:05Speaker 2: want that as Akain, not everyone will understand you, and
- 7:11Speaker 2: it means when you are building stuff and that matters,
- 7:14Speaker 2: people will always won't understand. Sometimes it's people that are
- 7:18Speaker 2: close to you who will doubt you first. And this
- 7:25Speaker 2: is the true statement because especially when you have people
- 7:30Speaker 2: who don't have the same mindset as you who's in
- 7:34Speaker 2: your circle, they don't mean they don't believe in you.
- 7:41Speaker 2: They just don't see your vision. And that's not saying
- 7:48Speaker 2: they don't want to help you. And sometimes I can
- 7:52Speaker 2: say that sometimes my friends don't understand my vision until
- 7:55Speaker 2: I put it together and be like, oh, I got it,
- 8:03Speaker 2: because I'm intentional what I'm doing, and you have to
- 8:07Speaker 2: be You have to also be mindset that everybody's is
- 8:11Speaker 2: not gonna understand you at that moment. You can, you
- 8:14Speaker 2: can yell at the top of your lungs. Not everyone
- 8:18Speaker 2: is not gonna understand what you are singing to them.
- 8:22Speaker 2: It gonna go in one in or out the other.
- 8:28Speaker 2: And so it's okay for people don't understand. They're questioning
- 8:34Speaker 2: your time, they're question your motives, your method because they
- 8:39Speaker 2: don't recard your assignment. They don't understand what you are
- 8:43Speaker 2: working on. This event, I have been working on not
- 8:46Speaker 2: just the flyer, not just the venue, but my vision.
- 8:49Speaker 2: It's my baby, right, it's your baby. Like if you
- 8:56Speaker 2: are writing the book, take your time, time, don't put
- 9:02Speaker 2: it out because you have to let it grow. And
- 9:06Speaker 2: then when you are putting it out you have then
- 9:10Speaker 2: you come consistent on what you are doing it because
- 9:12Speaker 2: you have to promote it. Sometimes we put things out
- 9:16Speaker 2: we don't promote and that's like, oh, why people not
- 9:19Speaker 2: buying us? Not people buying that? But you have to
- 9:23Speaker 2: be consistent. Yeah, I said what I said at the beginning,
- 9:26Speaker 2: you know of you know, being posted and consistent, because baby,
- 9:33Speaker 2: you was consistent back then. But you ain't have no product.
- 9:39Speaker 2: You have to have the foundation of anything that you
- 9:42Speaker 2: are doing in life, going back to school, getting your
- 9:47Speaker 2: grades out, working out, eating healthy. You have to win
- 9:51Speaker 2: to put in that first foundation. And it's okay. People
- 9:56Speaker 2: might not see it first and it's okay. You know
- 10:01Speaker 2: it's this, this is I had a conversation with my
- 10:04Speaker 2: good friend you know, love k CA love Hell. She
- 10:10Speaker 2: want to put it by lover so much and we
- 10:14Speaker 2: had a conversation about life. You know, we had a
- 10:16Speaker 2: conversation because I said, I don't want to use sidetrack
- 10:21Speaker 2: of the vision I want to do because I'm I'm
- 10:24Speaker 2: hosting my first port event and it's on October eighteen,
- 10:28Speaker 2: and you know, it takes a lot when you're the
- 10:30Speaker 2: only person that is driving a boat, but you also
- 10:33Speaker 2: have other people who's behind you, and and like she said,
- 10:39Speaker 2: not everybody that's gonna be there for you. Now, everyone
- 10:43Speaker 2: will say they're gonna be there for you, but when
- 10:49Speaker 2: event come, they're not there. We have to start worrying
- 10:53Speaker 2: about what you know about the wooded the white people
- 10:58Speaker 2: used they show up, why this is a family memory.
- 11:00Speaker 2: So we have to focus on whether people who is
- 11:03Speaker 2: there now because you have to draw the moment there.
- 11:07Speaker 2: So I'm always trying to be more like attention on
- 11:10Speaker 2: what stuff I'm doing, because you have to be attentional
- 11:15Speaker 2: what you are doing, what is the meaning, what is
- 11:18Speaker 2: the purpose of this? What you are doing because when
- 11:23Speaker 2: you get up on these platforms, when you are doing interviews,
- 11:26Speaker 2: you know, when you are talking to people about this,
- 11:29Speaker 2: when you are going through people who are looking for venues,
- 11:33Speaker 2: and when people come up to your table, you have
- 11:36Speaker 2: to know why are you doing this? People are not
- 11:39Speaker 2: going to understand you from the jomp start. Why are
- 11:42Speaker 2: you so passionate? Why you go so hard about this
- 11:46Speaker 2: product or anything that you are doing in life? People
- 11:50Speaker 2: are not going to understand. And sometimes you have to
- 11:55Speaker 2: make room. You have to make a path of them
- 11:59Speaker 2: to understand. You have to make a path for what
- 12:05Speaker 2: they have to understand. I have learned from mistakes and
- 12:11Speaker 2: part of the process that you know, everybody's not gonna
- 12:15Speaker 2: understand it. And yes, I'm gonna keep saying that until
- 12:18Speaker 2: somebody realize that in their life, whatever they are at
- 12:24Speaker 2: in that moment. And you are stuck between a hard place.
- 12:29Speaker 2: Why my friends is not supporting me, Why my family's
- 12:32Speaker 2: not doing this for me? Because and it's not for
- 12:37Speaker 2: them to understand. It is not for them to understand
- 12:44Speaker 2: your purpose. It is not understand for what you are
- 12:47Speaker 2: wanted to do in life. Don't get me wrong. Some
- 12:51Speaker 2: of us do it for attention. Mm hmm. Some of
- 12:54Speaker 2: us do for attention. We want to get quick and fast,
- 12:59Speaker 2: we want to start drama, we want to it's attention seeking,
- 13:05Speaker 2: being nassy, start a drama. Those are the people that
- 13:09Speaker 2: you want to stay away from, cause it's going to
- 13:12Speaker 2: block you for what your purpose in life. You are
- 13:17Speaker 2: going to go this rou My grandfather said, you are
- 13:21Speaker 2: going to go around and around the same tree with
- 13:27Speaker 2: the same people until you are going to get tired,
- 13:30Speaker 2: til you realize you are going to get tired. And
- 13:33Speaker 2: evanjualin when you are going to get tired, you are
- 13:36Speaker 2: going to number one, sit down and take a break.
- 13:42Speaker 2: Are you gonna just stop running and jump out the tree? Like?
- 13:45Speaker 2: What is this? Cap chick in the mouse? What is this?
- 13:50Speaker 2: Why are I keep going in the same circle? But
- 13:53Speaker 2: you gotta break that cycle. You have to know when
- 13:58Speaker 2: to break the cycle. And it goes into my sex
- 14:01Speaker 2: and go to my next topic where I want to
- 14:04Speaker 2: talk about business and friendship boundaries. Business and friendship boundaries.
- 14:11Speaker 2: Now this is a tricky one mixing business with friendship.
- 14:18Speaker 2: It is beautiful when it works, it can be real
- 14:22Speaker 2: messy when boundaries are not respected. I have been in
- 14:27Speaker 2: a situation where working with people that are character get
- 14:30Speaker 2: care about and get frustrated because they cross the line.
- 14:37Speaker 2: You know when you are in What I said is
- 14:40Speaker 2: when you are in business with friends, it becomes a
- 14:46Speaker 2: little bit messy because not only your friendship is on
- 14:50Speaker 2: the line. Business, money get involved, felix get hurt. People
- 14:57Speaker 2: may call decisions that they don't want to make, so
- 15:01Speaker 2: you have to be attentional or who you all vite
- 15:07Speaker 2: in your business. You also have to learn that everybody
- 15:14Speaker 2: is not meant to be your partners. And that's even
- 15:19Speaker 2: go to if I really want to dive in deep
- 15:21Speaker 2: of it, some of you, some of your spouse shouldn't
- 15:25Speaker 2: be your business partner at all. Can it get messy?
- 15:28Speaker 2: It does? It does? You have to learn when to
- 15:34Speaker 2: draw the line. You know, businesses need to be more
- 15:40Speaker 2: professional and friendship is more you know, casual. You know,
- 15:46Speaker 2: friendship can go either or like you can be friends
- 15:49Speaker 2: with one day and friends not the next day, if
- 15:54Speaker 2: you get what I'm saying. But will come down to business.
- 15:58Speaker 2: You in a contract. You are in a contract with
- 16:02Speaker 2: that person, and it's hard. Sometimes it's easily get a
- 16:08Speaker 2: contract with a person like you get fifercent like a
- 16:10Speaker 2: half in the call of all day. Most time it's
- 16:13Speaker 2: not because I have seen it, I heard it. I
- 16:18Speaker 2: have seen real messy like we fighting. You have to
- 16:28Speaker 2: learn boundaries, and I want you to think about what
- 16:32Speaker 2: does it mean to you? What does boundaries means to
- 16:35Speaker 2: the word boundaries mean to you? And have somebody ever
- 16:38Speaker 2: crossed that boundary with you. How did you dealt with
- 16:41Speaker 2: that situation? I want you to think about that part.
- 16:44Speaker 2: Would anything else to get that? Think about that? Boundaries?
- 16:49Speaker 2: You know I have learned you know respect business does
- 16:52Speaker 2: not cancel out love and the friendship. But boundaries is necessary.
- 16:58Speaker 2: Everybody need boundaries down to your kids need boundaries, teachers, students,
- 17:07Speaker 2: your lover, your friends, colleagues. Everybody need boundaries. And if
- 17:14Speaker 2: you do not know what boundary is, boundary is respecting
- 17:18Speaker 2: you as a person, respecting your space that you create.
- 17:23Speaker 2: Boundary is when you feel like yourself boundaries where you
- 17:30Speaker 2: feel like this is a safe space for me. I
- 17:35Speaker 2: create this boundary. Boundary means like nobody can disrespect you.
- 17:39Speaker 2: But I can't tell you how I curate your own boundaries.
- 17:43Speaker 2: I can tell you about minds, but you have to
- 17:47Speaker 2: create your own boundaries. And then when you create your
- 17:51Speaker 2: own boundaries, you will find your purpose in life. You
- 17:55Speaker 2: will find your purpose. And yes, I hear it all
- 18:00Speaker 2: the ways. Sometimes you want not understand your purpose so
- 18:03Speaker 2: later on in life. Some people get it early, some
- 18:06Speaker 2: people don't. But we have to set boundaries. You know,
- 18:12Speaker 2: you can love somebody and say hey, I need you
- 18:14Speaker 2: to handle this professionally and not k not throwing shade.
- 18:18Speaker 2: That's protecting the relationship of your friendship. You know, if
- 18:22Speaker 2: we don't set boundaries, re resent each other at the end,
- 18:26Speaker 2: reresent each other at the end, rather than protecting boundaries
- 18:29Speaker 2: than over communication because sometimes I could say one thing
- 18:39Speaker 2: and I can mean the other things. Because when we
- 18:44Speaker 2: are sending text matches, so when we are sending things
- 18:48Speaker 2: on our phones and not calling, you can get two
- 18:52Speaker 2: different things. That's to say, you have to be intentional
- 18:57Speaker 2: how you moving. You have to be intentional how you work.
- 19:00Speaker 2: Cuseh your mouth, it's a weapon I have. I learned
- 19:05Speaker 2: the hard way. I learned the hard way last night.
- 19:08Speaker 2: But it is what it is. But you have to
- 19:13Speaker 2: be also mindful what you put out that you cannot
- 19:15Speaker 2: take it back. So you have to create that boundaries.
- 19:20Speaker 2: And I'm going over when I keep seeing text messages,
- 19:23Speaker 2: I'm going over social media because of social media. We
- 19:26Speaker 2: are about to jump in another social media because social
- 19:28Speaker 2: media in real life. And yeah, and if you just
- 19:34Speaker 2: logging on my topics is always purpose over population. That
- 19:41Speaker 2: means being intentional, not for attention, knowing your purpose and
- 19:49Speaker 2: not seeking for attention. You know what social media now
- 19:53Speaker 2: these days we have really hornus and I'm I say
- 20:00Speaker 2: the way wrong. We have really take social media into
- 20:04Speaker 2: a whole level. Social media will have you thinking that
- 20:10Speaker 2: everybody wants you to win, but you these highlights Griffiths
- 20:16Speaker 2: is not the full story. The post doesn't mean it's processed.
- 20:21Speaker 2: The light doesn't mean loyalty. When you move intentionally, you
- 20:25Speaker 2: have to be okay. But being invisible for a season.
- 20:32Speaker 2: The work is quiet early mornings and late nights with
- 20:38Speaker 2: no applause, but that is what the foundation is building.
- 20:44Speaker 2: You know, stop measuring your success by how loud people
- 20:49Speaker 2: are clapping for you. Stop measuring your assess by how
- 20:57Speaker 2: loud people are clapping for you, because because where there's
- 21:01Speaker 2: really your time, the rum is gonna shift, whether people
- 21:05Speaker 2: are ready or not. We have to stop posting everything
- 21:13Speaker 2: on social media and it goes back into boundaries. It
- 21:17Speaker 2: goes back to everybody. I don't need to know your business,
- 21:20Speaker 2: because once you put it on social media, it's everybody business.
- 21:25Speaker 2: Everybody has our opinion, especially on TikTok, especially on slapchat.
- 21:34Speaker 2: Snapchat we don't use anymore but Instagram. You know these
- 21:38Speaker 2: story times, you know, sometimes your story Times can help
- 21:41Speaker 2: you educationally, but once you put it on social media,
- 21:46Speaker 2: like the status you puts on I have the right
- 21:51Speaker 2: to save my opinion. You cannot say I need to
- 21:57Speaker 2: mind my business and got nothing to you what you
- 21:59Speaker 2: put on social media. It is my business. Mm hmmm.
- 22:04Speaker 2: So you have to be intention what you post because
- 22:09Speaker 2: a lot of people look at that and that's not
- 22:12Speaker 2: being you know described its are not throwing shade at anybody.
- 22:17Speaker 2: You know, if you want to do that, that shoot
- 22:20Speaker 2: will find. But also that you know everything needed can handle.
- 22:24Speaker 2: Poverly be behind the clients closed doors. We don't need
- 22:27Speaker 2: to post this because you want attention, you want to
- 22:30Speaker 2: arouse out of me. And then the fact that we
- 22:33Speaker 2: respond back to ignorance, and we're responding back to ignorance,
- 22:40Speaker 2: because that that what we do on human were human beings.
- 22:44Speaker 2: We we we we get that route, we get that
- 22:47Speaker 2: energy that Oh I want to swim back so fast.
- 22:50Speaker 2: I should have said that, should stop brief, stop breathe
- 22:57Speaker 2: before you post that, so up and breathe. Oh, he said,
- 23:02Speaker 2: have said this, she said, have staid out to me. No,
- 23:06Speaker 2: they want your reaction, they want attention out of you.
- 23:13Speaker 2: So we have to be mindful of what we pushed
- 23:16Speaker 2: on social media. We have to be mindful when we
- 23:21Speaker 2: pus on social media. You know, shift share the energy
- 23:27Speaker 2: shifts change energy and energy. Have you ever noticed how
- 23:32Speaker 2: people energy change when you start focus on yourself, when
- 23:40Speaker 2: you stop explaining for everybody, when you stop explaining every move,
- 23:45Speaker 2: when you stop, you know, entertaining unnecessary noise, when people
- 23:50Speaker 2: fall back, You know, when you get uncomfortable in set boundaries.
- 23:59Speaker 2: You know, it's a room to you know, growth, it's growth.
- 24:04Speaker 2: And people how said that if they are your really
- 24:12Speaker 2: two friends, didn't know how to treat you. If they
- 24:19Speaker 2: are your really true friends, they know how to treat you,
- 24:23Speaker 2: didn't know how to handle you. You know, when you
- 24:28Speaker 2: are stop explaining things to people that who was not
- 24:31Speaker 2: for you. I'm telling you you can make moves. You
- 24:39Speaker 2: can make moves. A lot of people want understand. And
- 24:44Speaker 2: then then the fact that they're questioning what you are doing,
- 24:48Speaker 2: why she moving? Fining? Why he she just moved? I
- 24:52Speaker 2: don't why he's shifted like that? Because you have see
- 25:00Speaker 2: through them, You have seen the b as that they
- 25:02Speaker 2: are doing. They're not rooting for you, They're sharp attaching you.
- 25:11Speaker 2: They want to see you be on their level, they
- 25:15Speaker 2: will never want you to succeed. And that's why I
- 25:20Speaker 2: said at the beginning, purpose over population, purpose over attention seekers.
- 25:32Speaker 2: You know, be in intentional on what you are doing.
- 25:38Speaker 2: Everybody don't need, Like I said, everybody don't need to
- 25:41Speaker 2: know what you are doing. Move in silence, pray on it.
- 25:47Speaker 2: Don't speak things that you are working on. Somebody can
- 25:50Speaker 2: also steal it from you. Move in silence. When you
- 26:00Speaker 2: are moving and silent, people get uncomfortable. People move funny.
- 26:07Speaker 2: And when you are just looking around you and looking
- 26:14Speaker 2: at other rooms and you're looking at how people move
- 26:17Speaker 2: in your life, then you started to know that people
- 26:25Speaker 2: are not there for you. You started to examine every
- 26:29Speaker 2: room that you look into, and sometimes you be like
- 26:36Speaker 2: inside of you be like, hm, that's how you're moving,
- 26:42Speaker 2: That's how you treat me. M. I thought you was
- 26:46Speaker 2: proud of for me, but then you stab me in
- 26:47Speaker 2: the back. M. She never liked me in the first beginning.
- 26:54Speaker 2: She just want to eat off the same tip I'm
- 26:55Speaker 2: eating on. M. M. She's sleeping with the person I love.
- 27:02Speaker 2: All that. Once you sit back and relax and don't
- 27:07Speaker 2: say nothing at all, he will the man upstairs whoever
- 27:12Speaker 2: you need it will reveal it to you. Definitely reveal
- 27:18Speaker 2: it to you. And I want to talk and I
- 27:21Speaker 2: want to move on to another selection, my love selection.
- 27:25Speaker 2: Part of the topic is, you know, the way of
- 27:29Speaker 2: being the strong one, being the strong one is exhausted.
- 27:34Speaker 2: Let's let's let's be real, being the strong one is exhausted.
- 27:38Speaker 2: You are the only person that they call in any device,
- 27:42Speaker 2: especially the one needed to hold it together. Who who
- 27:46Speaker 2: check up on you? Who who needed to check up
- 27:49Speaker 2: on them? Because I know I'm I'm the I'm the
- 27:53Speaker 2: hard strong friend and my super friends maya I'm some
- 28:00Speaker 2: not about a whole lot of strong people. But sometimes
- 28:04Speaker 2: we need to lean on each other because we don't
- 28:07Speaker 2: you know, for me, I know me, I have my breakdowns,
- 28:11Speaker 2: I have my moments, I have my you know, I'm
- 28:15Speaker 2: being frustrated. I have those moments sometimes and sometimes I
- 28:21Speaker 2: don't know how to talk to my other strong friend,
- 28:24Speaker 2: to my other frong friend. She going to something while
- 28:26Speaker 2: he going to something. Everybody else go into something. But
- 28:30Speaker 2: you know, way to my people who do not check
- 28:32Speaker 2: with me, it's fine, don't need y'all, but to just
- 28:39Speaker 2: say that, because I have been that person, you know,
- 28:41Speaker 2: smiling on the outside, carrying heavyweights on the inside. I
- 28:46Speaker 2: know a lot of y'all feel that way too. It's
- 28:50Speaker 2: okay to be okay. Check on your strong friends. They
- 28:55Speaker 2: might carry a battle that you have never seen before.
- 29:00Speaker 2: I'm telling you, check on your strong friends. A lot
- 29:05Speaker 2: of people know like your strong friends go to a
- 29:09Speaker 2: lot than your weak ones. Your strong friends, it's built differently,
- 29:21Speaker 2: have a different mindset, have the closet full up with stuff,
- 29:26Speaker 2: with boxes they have a deal with and they get
- 29:35Speaker 2: lost in the sauce, but still keep a smile on
- 29:38Speaker 2: their face and being an eye. Am still there for
- 29:40Speaker 2: you with the I'm still there from you. And I'm
- 29:45Speaker 2: not saying everybody don't know. Everybody don't have to be strong,
- 29:51Speaker 2: because sometimes we be built like that. Sometimes we are
- 29:53Speaker 2: our childhood mess with our minds just to be strong.
- 29:57Speaker 2: We are put in survival mode every every single time.
- 30:05Speaker 2: We don't know how to stop a trigger. We don't
- 30:09Speaker 2: know how to turn it off. I know how to
- 30:12Speaker 2: turn it off, But for other people, they don't know.
- 30:15Speaker 2: They don't know how to stop being strong. They don't
- 30:25Speaker 2: they they don't know how to be to lean on
- 30:30Speaker 2: other people. They don't know how to lean on. I say,
- 30:33Speaker 2: they don't know how to be strong, they don't know
- 30:35Speaker 2: how to lean on other people because their mindset has
- 30:39Speaker 2: always been I have to be strong, I have to
- 30:43Speaker 2: be this way. I cannot see I can't allow people
- 30:48Speaker 2: to see my weakness. And that is a problem because
- 30:54Speaker 2: we have to realize that we are human, just as
- 30:57Speaker 2: the next person who is next to us, who's in
- 31:00Speaker 2: front of us, who behind us. We are human, We
- 31:04Speaker 2: have feelings. And I'm not gonna get into much of
- 31:08Speaker 2: you know, bring a strong woman and being a strong man,
- 31:12Speaker 2: because hey, I have seen it. I have been in
- 31:18Speaker 2: rooms where females saying I'm tired of being strong. I'm
- 31:25Speaker 2: tired of being a strong woman. I have been in
- 31:28Speaker 2: room with men's cry behind closed doors, and when they
- 31:33Speaker 2: get in the real world, nothing ever happens, Nothing ever happens.
- 31:44Speaker 2: And I want to say this to you, of all
- 31:50Speaker 2: the people who has been listening, but who has been
- 31:54Speaker 2: tuning in, I don't want to say I love y'all.
- 31:57Speaker 2: Please please, please, please, please please check on your friends.
- 32:03Speaker 2: We want everything to do for people, and people need
- 32:10Speaker 2: to do for us. Please, if I never taught you anything,
- 32:15Speaker 2: tonight on having attention and being attentional. What is your
- 32:23Speaker 2: purpose having boundaries? I taught you so many things just
- 32:33Speaker 2: in a short time, and I hope somebody gets that
- 32:37Speaker 2: out whatever they are tonight, it's not me venting. It's
- 32:43Speaker 2: about reminding you and myself. Moving with attentionly is different
- 32:50Speaker 2: kind of mindset. Not to quiet. It's quiet, not longly,
- 32:58Speaker 2: I want to say, not lonely sometimes. It's lonely sometimes,
- 33:01Speaker 2: but it's real. If you are out here building something
- 33:07Speaker 2: you feel unseen, keep going. If you feeling misunderstood about
- 33:12Speaker 2: your heart is in the right place, keep going perfectly
- 33:17Speaker 2: makes a difference, and that is okay. This has been
- 33:21Speaker 2: your Royal Mic, and that's continue to build. I appreciate y'all.
- 33:27Speaker 2: I love y'all, and hopefully y'all learn something from today.
- 33:36Speaker 2: And I love y'all, and I see y'all next time
- 33:39Speaker 2: on the Royal Mic broadcast. Say someone because I'm gonna
- 33:43Speaker 2: have a guess next time for y'all. Love y'all,
