- 0:00Speaker 1: Scrubbing in with Becca Tilly and Tanya rap An iHeartRadio podcast.
- 0:08Speaker 2: Hello everybody, we are scrubbing in. Screbb scrub scrub, scrub, scrub, scrub.
- 0:17Speaker 3: Scrub, scrub, scrub, scrub, scrub, scrub, scrub scrub scrub scrub
- 0:23Speaker 3: scrub crub scrub.
- 0:27Speaker 2: Wow.
- 0:27Speaker 4: Although that will not be part of the wedding.
- 0:29Speaker 2: That's why I did it here. Yeah, I needed it
- 0:32Speaker 2: somewhere in the journey. Yeah, yeah, yeah, this is Friday
- 0:36Speaker 2: before the wedding. We're a week out. Yes, how are
- 0:39Speaker 2: we doing? Uh, you know, where's the bride chill a level?
- 0:46Speaker 4: I'm very bride chill up. But I have this level
- 0:49Speaker 4: of stress that's just been on me for the past
- 0:51Speaker 4: like I'd say the past like week and a half.
- 0:54Speaker 4: And I can't quite pinpoint like why or where.
- 0:58Speaker 2: Oh my god, I hate that.
- 1:00Speaker 3: Yeah, it feels like there's just a chemical in your
- 1:02Speaker 3: brain just kind of dripping right, like, yeah, it's.
- 1:05Speaker 4: Like a stress literally, and and like Robbie can really
- 1:09Speaker 4: bring me back back, like he's like he's not stressed
- 1:12Speaker 4: at all, and he has to do the same amount
- 1:14Speaker 4: of stuff that I have to do, and he's like
- 1:17Speaker 4: we're totally fine, And he's like, if we didn't do
- 1:19Speaker 4: anything from now until our wedding, it would also be fine.
- 1:22Speaker 2: Mmmm hmmm. Yeah, it's all it's like detail stuff eight
- 1:25Speaker 2: from what you've told me.
- 1:26Speaker 4: Yeah, and also stuff that like I guess I don't
- 1:29Speaker 4: really need to think about, like it'll get done.
- 1:32Speaker 2: Like what give the give the brides to be something
- 1:35Speaker 2: to be prepared about.
- 1:36Speaker 4: Well, like, okay, so yesterday I like totally didn't realize
- 1:39Speaker 4: I probably need like a ton of mirrors in my
- 1:41Speaker 4: room for my bridesmaids to get ready with. So that
- 1:44Speaker 4: like stressed me out because I was like I didn't
- 1:46Speaker 4: request that from the hotel. Is it too late? Do
- 1:48Speaker 4: they have extra mirrors? Like we need extra mirrors?
- 1:50Speaker 2: Where where does one Where does a hotel howl's extra mirror?
- 1:56Speaker 4: I don't know. I have no idea, but like you
- 1:58Speaker 4: know those vanities like a vanity, Yeah, they just have those.
- 2:03Speaker 4: We'll see my wedding planner checking. But she did say
- 2:06Speaker 4: she's like if they can't do it, I'm gonna be
- 2:08Speaker 4: there and I can go get some you know. Like
- 2:10Speaker 4: so she kind of calmed me off that like I
- 2:13Speaker 4: haven't created my playlist for getting ready, like my getting
- 2:16Speaker 4: ready playlist, which feels like really important I didn't even
- 2:18Speaker 4: think about.
- 2:19Speaker 2: Okay, I can help with that, yes, the vibes of that.
- 2:22Speaker 4: I just want to have it be like calm or
- 2:25Speaker 4: like gurly fun girly, like maybe like throw in like
- 2:28Speaker 4: a going to the chapel, but with like some fun
- 2:31Speaker 4: current like you know.
- 2:32Speaker 2: Yeah, I can. I can source like some already made
- 2:35Speaker 2: playlist and pick from there some of the popular ones.
- 2:38Speaker 4: Yeah, and then like throw in like a saprind of.
- 2:40Speaker 2: Carpenter, Oh, Ariana Grande, Yes, Taylor Swift, yes, exactly, the girls, Yeah,
- 2:46Speaker 2: the girls, okay, easy?
- 2:48Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 2:48Speaker 2: What else?
- 2:50Speaker 4: I also, when I got my Boudoir album back, I
- 2:55Speaker 4: wrapped it in like wrapping paper, and I hit it
- 2:57Speaker 4: somewhere and I don't remember where I hit it hit
- 2:59Speaker 4: it no, So I'm stressed about that. But I know,
- 3:04Speaker 4: like basically I put I put everything wedding in my office,
- 3:08Speaker 4: so my office just looks like a total tornado went
- 3:10Speaker 4: off in there. But I know it's somewhere in there, Okay,
- 3:14Speaker 4: I just don't remember where.
- 3:15Speaker 3: I'm thinking of the boys being like, oh my god,
- 3:18Speaker 3: a birthday present early.
- 3:19Speaker 4: Oh my god, they're not gonna be they don't put
- 3:22Speaker 4: rummaging in there. And it's like wrapped in like heart paper,
- 3:24Speaker 4: so it's like not like birthday.
- 3:26Speaker 2: Yeah, that turned out great, turned out so good. Let
- 3:32Speaker 2: me tell you something. I have a new found appreciation
- 3:36Speaker 2: and respect for photographers.
- 3:38Speaker 4: I think you could like literally do this for.
- 3:41Speaker 2: Aside the pressure and like making sure. I like editing
- 3:46Speaker 2: each because in my mind I thought, oh, I'll just
- 3:48Speaker 2: I'll create a preset and then I'll just put that
- 3:51Speaker 2: edit on every photo. But they all had different lighting
- 3:54Speaker 2: and different they were just all different. So I was
- 3:57Speaker 2: like trying to figure out how to edit each one,
- 3:59Speaker 2: and it took so long, and I was like, gosh,
- 4:01Speaker 2: if I had to do like a whole wedding album.
- 4:04Speaker 4: Wow, yeah, how was it? Editing my bare ass?
- 4:08Speaker 2: I stared at her bear ass for like hours for
- 4:12Speaker 2: a few days, and I was just in Haley walking.
- 4:14Speaker 2: Me'd be like whoa, and I'm like I'm sorry because
- 4:18Speaker 2: I had it on my computer.
- 4:21Speaker 4: Up on her TV and get in her house and.
- 4:24Speaker 2: I mean I was just like sitting at the kitchen counter,
- 4:26Speaker 2: so she'd like come out from the hallway. Who But yeah,
- 4:31Speaker 2: I just I got to where I was numb to it.
- 4:33Speaker 5: A little bit.
- 4:33Speaker 2: Yeah, but it was good. I mean they came was gorgeous.
- 4:37Speaker 4: Yes, and like I swear, I think that maybe it
- 4:39Speaker 4: was like a lot of pressure because it was like me.
- 4:41Speaker 4: But I think if you started doing it for other
- 4:44Speaker 4: people and it became more like your side job, I
- 4:46Speaker 4: don't know if you'd be so emotionally invested. Oh yeah, Becca,
- 4:51Speaker 4: I was about to pay five thousand dollars to get
- 4:53Speaker 4: one of those done three to five.
- 4:54Speaker 2: I bet it would have been a little bit better
- 4:56Speaker 2: than whatever.
- 4:58Speaker 4: What I got is amazing and I paid nothing. Yeah, no,
- 5:04Speaker 4: I pay the book. Yeah, but I think it was
- 5:07Speaker 4: like fifty bucks.
- 5:08Speaker 2: A steal steel. Yeah, No, it was good. I was
- 5:11Speaker 2: it was I was glad that I was able to
- 5:14Speaker 2: get this to you and and be a part of
- 5:16Speaker 2: staring at you.
- 5:19Speaker 4: I cannot wait to give him that.
- 5:20Speaker 2: I think he's gonna love it.
- 5:22Speaker 4: I think he's gonna love it.
- 5:23Speaker 2: I think he'll look at it fondly.
- 5:25Speaker 4: And like, we didn't discuss getting each other gifts, so
- 5:27Speaker 4: I don't think he's gonna expect a gift. And then
- 5:30Speaker 4: I'm just gonna like lay this on.
- 5:32Speaker 5: Him when you give it to him again.
- 5:33Speaker 4: The morning of the wedding.
- 5:34Speaker 2: Oh wow, will you be sad if he doesn't give
- 5:38Speaker 2: you a gift?
- 5:39Speaker 4: I don't think he's going to give me a gift?
- 5:41Speaker 2: Will you be sad?
- 5:42Speaker 4: No, because like there's no way he's going to give
- 5:45Speaker 4: me a gift. Like there's just no way.
- 5:47Speaker 2: He's all this this wedding this Yeah, because we've talked
- 5:53Speaker 2: about it a while ago, Like I was like, do
- 5:55Speaker 2: we because it's like tradition to give each other gifts.
- 5:57Speaker 4: But I was just like, we've gone so far over
- 6:01Speaker 4: our budget that I'm like, what's what? What am I
- 6:04Speaker 4: gonna you know? But I really wanted to do the
- 6:05Speaker 4: Boudoor photo shoot.
- 6:06Speaker 2: I saw this really funny video of this couple and
- 6:09Speaker 2: they're like when you get fully delusional right before a
- 6:12Speaker 2: week before your wedding like things, and the girls like, okay,
- 6:16Speaker 2: I'm able to get one of the chainsmokers for three
- 6:18Speaker 2: hundred thousand dollars and he's like great, and then she's
- 6:21Speaker 2: like they just keep doing things in it. They look
- 6:25Speaker 2: at the budget and they're like, Okay, we're three hundred
- 6:27Speaker 2: percent over our budget. It's like that's Tanya right now,
- 6:31Speaker 2: just like at it. Yeah, add it to the list.
- 6:33Speaker 2: Why not?
- 6:34Speaker 4: Why not. Sure. Yes, there's some other things too that
- 6:38Speaker 4: I'm like, I think we need to add a bar,
- 6:40Speaker 4: like a full bar for this, and they're like an
- 6:43Speaker 4: extra whatever. I'm like, do it a full bar for what?
- 6:47Speaker 4: So for cocktail hour? I think I don't know. I
- 6:50Speaker 4: have to like look into the details. I think it's
- 6:52Speaker 4: just like wine and like sh it's like that type
- 6:55Speaker 4: of stuff like wine champagne. I think we need a
- 6:57Speaker 4: full bar.
- 6:59Speaker 2: Can but are you saying like you like it would
- 7:02Speaker 2: be an open bar.
- 7:03Speaker 4: Yeah, but but.
- 7:05Speaker 2: Could people still just go and get their own drink?
- 7:07Speaker 4: What do you mean that they pay for? No? No, no, no, no, oh,
- 7:11Speaker 4: it's just they're.
- 7:12Speaker 2: Only serving baron one Yeah, I think. I mean, I
- 7:16Speaker 2: think that's fine. I don't know how much more it is.
- 7:18Speaker 4: It's like no, no no. To me, that was like
- 7:21Speaker 4: the food and the alcohol was like number one priority.
- 7:24Speaker 4: We were like we need all the we need all
- 7:26Speaker 4: the food and all the alcohol, like period.
- 7:28Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 7:28Speaker 4: That was like, but I didn't think about the cocktailer
- 7:31Speaker 4: because it's just one hour, you know what I mean.
- 7:34Speaker 2: That's what I'm saying. I think people can survive one hour.
- 7:37Speaker 4: Without hard liquor. I think so, I don't know. I
- 7:39Speaker 4: don't know about that.
- 7:40Speaker 2: Yeah, we have some problems that we need to address.
- 7:45Speaker 2: Any update on your ovulation cycle as we have.
- 7:50Speaker 4: I think I'm gonna get my period the day after my.
- 7:52Speaker 2: Wedding, the Kabana pool day, Yes, which is perfect convenient.
- 7:59Speaker 4: I don't know though, because I feel like people say
- 8:01Speaker 4: stress delays.
- 8:03Speaker 2: The period might just not come.
- 8:06Speaker 4: But also I heard lymphatic we're getting lymphatic massage, beck
- 8:09Speaker 4: and I and I heard that that stimulates it to
- 8:12Speaker 4: come sooner. So who knows. I could get it on
- 8:14Speaker 4: my I could get it on my Oh. Actually, I
- 8:15Speaker 4: need to add that to my list. I need to
- 8:16Speaker 4: get like jumbo tampons.
- 8:18Speaker 2: Should we not do jumbo?
- 8:19Speaker 4: Should we not do the lymphatic massage, then no, we
- 8:22Speaker 4: need it?
- 8:23Speaker 5: Okay, okay, I hear those things are great. Yeah, I
- 8:26Speaker 5: don't think it's those all the time.
- 8:27Speaker 4: Yeah, No, they're amazing. It's the must. I have to
- 8:31Speaker 4: get jumbo tampons. I want to be like fully prepared,
- 8:34Speaker 4: big thicker, jumbo size.
- 8:37Speaker 2: It's called jumbo.
- 8:38Speaker 4: It's like bigger than super plus. It goes like it
- 8:43Speaker 4: goes what's the skinniest one light light light regular, super, super,
- 8:51Speaker 4: super plus and Jumbo.
- 8:52Speaker 2: Oh my gosh, I've never delved into the Jumbo land.
- 8:56Speaker 4: I don't think I have either, but it feels the safest.
- 9:00Speaker 5: Tam PACs uses Ultra as they're sizing, but it looks like.
- 9:05Speaker 4: Yeah, Ultra ultra um.
- 9:08Speaker 5: There's Jumbo, there's other jumbo ones, but.
- 9:11Speaker 2: Something about Ultra sounds a little nicer than jump bo. Yeah,
- 9:16Speaker 2: Jumbo's giving Alci. What's been the most emotional moment so
- 9:22Speaker 2: far leading up to this? Because I feel like there's
- 9:24Speaker 2: been lots of emotions, as we would expect from the
- 9:29Speaker 2: cancer Queen herself.
- 9:30Speaker 4: Honestly, I think the most emotional part was like when
- 9:35Speaker 4: we picked our venue and we picked where we were
- 9:37Speaker 4: going to do the ceremony and I walked down the aisle,
- 9:40Speaker 4: that was like really emotional. Yeah that makes sense as
- 9:44Speaker 4: it's like falling.
- 9:46Speaker 2: What's your plan? Are we gonna who's going to see
- 9:48Speaker 2: you before you walk down the aisle anyone? Because you're
- 9:51Speaker 2: doing a first look ye know, but Robbie's going to
- 9:54Speaker 2: see you?
- 9:54Speaker 4: Yeah yeah, yeah, yeah, I know. I want to go
- 9:57Speaker 4: to the cocktail hour, but all my bridesmaids were like,
- 9:59Speaker 4: you can not go to the cocktail hour, Like nobody
- 10:01Speaker 4: can see the bride until the ceremony.
- 10:03Speaker 2: This is so funny that you which I'm my whole
- 10:06Speaker 2: thing is whatever you want. It's your wedding, so however
- 10:11Speaker 2: you want to do it is how you should do it.
- 10:13Speaker 2: I've always been like, the reveal of the bride is
- 10:16Speaker 2: just like the best part of the wedding. And so
- 10:20Speaker 2: Ali did this too at her wedding, where she just
- 10:22Speaker 2: wanted to get out there and mingle with people, and
- 10:24Speaker 2: we were just like, okay, she was.
- 10:26Speaker 4: So I wouldn't go in my dress. I wouldn't go
- 10:29Speaker 4: in my wedding dress. I would go in like a
- 10:30Speaker 4: little like robe or something I haven't thought through, but
- 10:35Speaker 4: I would go in something like.
- 10:36Speaker 2: Your hair and makeup would be done. Yeah, I mean, yeah,
- 10:40Speaker 2: do what you want. I personally, I would prefer everyone
- 10:44Speaker 2: to see you like the grand reveal.
- 10:47Speaker 4: And then the other topic of conversation last night was
- 10:50Speaker 4: because I did my hair and makeup trial the blusher,
- 10:53Speaker 4: which is like the veil that goes like over your head,
- 10:56Speaker 4: you know, it goes like over I do that.
- 11:01Speaker 2: I'm curious about did Alison do this, like when she
- 11:04Speaker 2: walked down the aisle, did she have the veil covering
- 11:07Speaker 2: her No, okay.
- 11:08Speaker 4: Because that's technically what it's for. Yeah, otherwise it's just
- 11:11Speaker 4: like a hair piece. Who wants a hair piece? The
- 11:13Speaker 4: veil Huh, it's no, it's so beautiful. It's like such
- 11:16Speaker 4: a part. Like the whole point of the veil is
- 11:19Speaker 4: to like like like.
- 11:21Speaker 2: I get it.
- 11:22Speaker 4: Yeah, so the groom doesn't see you until that very
- 11:24Speaker 4: moment when like in.
- 11:25Speaker 2: Theory traditional yeah, but my thing is it's just the
- 11:30Speaker 2: you walking down the aisle. Every single photo will be
- 11:33Speaker 2: the veil covering your face, so you won't see like
- 11:36Speaker 2: your emotion as much as you would see it without
- 11:39Speaker 2: the veil.
- 11:40Speaker 4: So that's my whole thing is I'm like I feel
- 11:43Speaker 4: like it's going to take away from that. But like
- 11:47Speaker 4: my hair and my makeup and Robbie all last night
- 11:49Speaker 4: were like it's so powerful that you just like you're
- 11:52Speaker 4: just like this vision standing there with like the veil
- 11:55Speaker 4: over your face and then like I like pull and
- 11:57Speaker 4: I was like, well, what if like my lips it
- 11:58Speaker 4: gets all messed up? And then I'm like all my
- 12:00Speaker 4: photos are with like my makeup all whack. I'm gonna
- 12:02Speaker 4: be pissed.
- 12:03Speaker 2: Well, I think that it's not gonna be like up
- 12:06Speaker 2: against your face? Is it isn't it off your face?
- 12:09Speaker 4: I mean in theory, but it's like such a little
- 12:12Speaker 4: piece of fabric. You're just the one swoop of the
- 12:14Speaker 4: wind and it's.
- 12:14Speaker 2: Like yeah, it's like you're sweating and it's like.
- 12:19Speaker 5: Fly favor we did because we did a first look.
- 12:22Speaker 3: So we did photos with the veil down and it
- 12:25Speaker 3: looks cool, but then we walked when she walked down
- 12:27Speaker 3: the aisle, no veil.
- 12:29Speaker 2: Maybe just take some photos with it, yeah, over your face.
- 12:33Speaker 4: Yeah, and then when you're walking.
- 12:35Speaker 2: I don't I get their v I get what they're
- 12:38Speaker 2: saying is like the power of it of being.
- 12:41Speaker 4: Covered and is like on I'm like gonna come to
- 12:44Speaker 4: the top of a staircase, so it's like on top
- 12:47Speaker 4: of the staircase with like the thing.
- 12:49Speaker 2: Okay, I have an idea, tell me because your dad's
- 12:52Speaker 2: walking you, right, I think so like down the stairs
- 13:00Speaker 2: or he could meet you at the bottom.
- 13:02Speaker 4: Of this That's what I don't know. I don't know
- 13:03Speaker 4: if he's gonna meet me at the bottom of the
- 13:04Speaker 4: stairs or if he's gonna start with me at the
- 13:06Speaker 4: top of the sto.
- 13:07Speaker 2: Okay, either way, you start with the veil over you.
- 13:10Speaker 2: You walk down the stairs with the veil and then
- 13:12Speaker 2: when you get to your dad, he lifts it and
- 13:14Speaker 2: then you walk down the aisle. Huh, because then you
- 13:20Speaker 2: could get the photos of you walking down the stairs
- 13:22Speaker 2: with the veil covering you, right, and then you when
- 13:26Speaker 2: Robbie sees you.
- 13:28Speaker 5: If her dad does it, though, is that going to
- 13:31Speaker 5: give the illusion that he's the groom?
- 13:34Speaker 4: Yeah, like people are going to be lifted, I.
- 13:36Speaker 5: Think traditionally, like you walk down, then the groom lifts
- 13:38Speaker 5: it up to present his new bride.
- 13:43Speaker 2: Do some trial runs with Robbie lifting that if you're
- 13:46Speaker 2: gonna do it, because that feels like a very tedious,
- 13:49Speaker 2: delicate process.
- 13:51Speaker 4: Yeah, I know, it's like all these for all these
- 13:55Speaker 4: little things like I just didn't think about, you know
- 13:57Speaker 4: what I mean, Like I just didn't think about.
- 14:00Speaker 2: I haven't seen anyone walk down the aisle with the
- 14:02Speaker 2: veil over those, so I don't.
- 14:03Speaker 4: It's very traditional. I know I'm very traditional weddings.
- 14:06Speaker 2: Well, I haven't seen it, so I don't know if
- 14:08Speaker 2: i'm I don't know where I stand on it because
- 14:10Speaker 2: I get both sides of the reveal being so cool,
- 14:14Speaker 2: but then it's like your make hair and makeup is
- 14:15Speaker 2: gonna be so beautiful, and like your photos of walking
- 14:19Speaker 2: down the aisle, are you going to be covered the
- 14:20Speaker 2: whole time? Right?
- 14:23Speaker 5: I don't want to add to your list of stresses.
- 14:25Speaker 3: But the thing that went wrong, no, I don't didn't
- 14:28Speaker 3: go wrong, but like the thing I wish we could
- 14:30Speaker 3: do over in our ceremony is a yours.
- 14:33Speaker 5: You know, you hand the bouquet to your maid.
- 14:35Speaker 3: Of honor right when you get up there, and like Allison,
- 14:39Speaker 3: my sister was Allison's maid of honor, and like she
- 14:41Speaker 3: she didn't give it back to her at the end.
- 14:43Speaker 3: So then like my sister walked down with the bouquet
- 14:45Speaker 3: and Alison didn't have anything, and then the officiant getting
- 14:49Speaker 3: out of the way for the kiss. I think that's
- 14:52Speaker 3: like like our if she didn't do that, and we
- 14:55Speaker 3: didn't really think about that. But then like I've officiated
- 14:57Speaker 3: a couple of weddings now and now I know, like
- 14:59Speaker 3: get out of I pronounce you man and wife whatever,
- 15:01Speaker 3: and then you bolt, So like Ryan has to know
- 15:03Speaker 3: to like tumble out of the first so he's not
- 15:05Speaker 3: just standing up there like, oh, you know when you
- 15:07Speaker 3: and Robbie are kissing.
- 15:08Speaker 4: Yeah, we're gonna have multiple kisses.
- 15:12Speaker 2: Oh, multiple kiss Kim for the audience.
- 15:15Speaker 4: Yeah, there's gonna be a kiss when he when we
- 15:17Speaker 4: were a man and wife. Then there's gonna be a
- 15:19Speaker 4: kiss before we walk down the aisle. Then we're gonna
- 15:21Speaker 4: go down the middle of the aisle and take another kids.
- 15:25Speaker 4: Make sure we get a good kiss shot. That's all
- 15:27Speaker 4: I want. It is like a good kiss shot with
- 15:29Speaker 4: like all of our friends and like family around.
- 15:31Speaker 5: That's why you're doing this, that's the whole Thing's.
- 15:34Speaker 4: So yeah, a lot of kiss shots. Yeah.
- 15:37Speaker 2: When so Allie didn't have her veil on, it wasn't secure.
- 15:42Speaker 2: So when she walked down the aisle and she had
- 15:44Speaker 2: to kind of like go down this narrow path, it
- 15:46Speaker 2: got stuck and so it was kind of like loose.
- 15:48Speaker 2: So when she got I was already seated because we
- 15:51Speaker 2: didn't stand next to her. So when she got situated,
- 15:56Speaker 2: I went up and I grabbed her bouquet and I
- 15:59Speaker 2: just wrapped her veil as if it was part of
- 16:01Speaker 2: like the plan, Like I was just gonna take the
- 16:03Speaker 2: veil so she didn't have to mess with it because
- 16:05Speaker 2: it was like dangling out of her hair.
- 16:07Speaker 5: That's quick.
- 16:08Speaker 2: I had to just like get like think on my
- 16:11Speaker 2: feet and grab grab the veil with the bouquet, and
- 16:13Speaker 2: then she I had to run up like when when
- 16:17Speaker 2: they announced them and she was about to walk down
- 16:18Speaker 2: to handle the bouquet. Because I think you're so excited
- 16:21Speaker 2: and like you're adrenaline s pumming.
- 16:22Speaker 4: That you don't think of it. So you don't think
- 16:24Speaker 4: of that whoever you.
- 16:25Speaker 2: Give it to. If it's me or sister Paulina.
- 16:29Speaker 4: I'm gonna give it to you. It seems like you're ready.
- 16:32Speaker 4: Feels like you're ready and you're on it.
- 16:34Speaker 2: She's warmed up.
- 16:35Speaker 4: Yeah, And then also like the vows, like I was
- 16:39Speaker 4: just like, oh, I'll have them on my phone. But
- 16:41Speaker 4: then I'm like that looks gross to like no offense
- 16:44Speaker 4: to anybody that's done that to like have them on
- 16:46Speaker 4: my phone. So then I was like, do I need
- 16:47Speaker 4: like a book, d like a bowe book to like
- 16:49Speaker 4: write my vowels in.
- 16:50Speaker 2: I would just have like or like a little notebook
- 16:54Speaker 2: or a piece of paper.
- 16:55Speaker 4: And tiny notebook. I have those laying around.
- 16:58Speaker 2: I weirdly do like you just like yeah, just like
- 17:01Speaker 2: either like a small little white one or just like
- 17:04Speaker 2: a lined piece of paper, so you can like keep
- 17:06Speaker 2: track of what you're reading. You know. I was thinking
- 17:10Speaker 2: about my speech and I was like just you know,
- 17:12Speaker 2: just pondering some ideas, and I was like, I want
- 17:15Speaker 2: to go go back on my phone and see what
- 17:18Speaker 2: Tanya said when she first met Robbie, because it's such
- 17:22Speaker 2: a blur in my mind. And I was dying at
- 17:26Speaker 2: the text messages.
- 17:26Speaker 5: I'm going to read.
- 17:27Speaker 4: Messages are so good? Do you have more?
- 17:30Speaker 2: I do, But we'll take a break and then we'll
- 17:33Speaker 2: come back and I'll read them. All right, So we're back.
- 17:56Speaker 2: So I don't know if y'all know you can do this,
- 17:58Speaker 2: but if you go to your text messages, yeah, you
- 18:00Speaker 2: have to teach me this. So you go to your
- 18:02Speaker 2: text messages. At the top, it says search.
- 18:03Speaker 4: Yeah, so you just searched blanket hinge.
- 18:06Speaker 2: I just searched. First I searched Robbie, and then I
- 18:10Speaker 2: searched hinge. Just I did a few searches. And so
- 18:14Speaker 2: when you type in that word, so I'm going to
- 18:15Speaker 2: type in hinge, you go to see all next to
- 18:18Speaker 2: conversations and then you scroll down all the way till
- 18:23Speaker 2: the date.
- 18:24Speaker 4: So still what I was missing because I was like
- 18:26Speaker 4: how I've seen them. There's like three text messages here. Ah,
- 18:30Speaker 4: I see it.
- 18:30Speaker 2: Boomer, you didn't think let me go see all? No?
- 18:36Speaker 5: Wow, okay.
- 18:38Speaker 2: So anyways, it was really funny because so Tanya text
- 18:43Speaker 2: me it was November fifth, twenty nineteen, and this is
- 18:46Speaker 2: at five forty two pm. This is important. And she
- 18:50Speaker 2: goes about to meet a hinge guy. Lord help me
- 18:54Speaker 2: and I said, OMG, doctor, question mark and she said
- 18:57Speaker 2: lawyer and I'm late. We said five and I said
- 19:01Speaker 2: where arey' all going? And she's a black market so
- 19:03Speaker 2: close to you? Okay, walking in love? You so scared?
- 19:06Speaker 2: I know zero. I don't what did that mean? You
- 19:10Speaker 2: said I know zero? And I said have fun, love you?
- 19:12Speaker 2: And you said, like legit zero zero about him.
- 19:16Speaker 4: Zero about yeah and zero about him.
- 19:19Speaker 2: And then she texts me at seven thirty three that
- 19:21Speaker 2: night and said he's so cute. But she had a
- 19:25Speaker 2: type and said he's so low cute and I said really,
- 19:29Speaker 2: and she goes, I'm in bathroom, yes, so cute. Lots
- 19:34Speaker 2: of typos and I said are you having fun? And
- 19:37Speaker 2: then she said you e s s says he says yes,
- 19:41Speaker 2: but us okay, putting phone back down by I said, okay, bye,
- 19:46Speaker 2: and then she said home.
- 19:47Speaker 5: Wow.
- 19:48Speaker 2: Shocked. And then she sends me a photo of Robbie
- 19:50Speaker 2: laying out with his abs a lounger.
- 19:57Speaker 4: Oh my gosh, that is Was this a Hingeline Darius
- 20:02Speaker 4: for baby Cows? Yeah, because he's playing bab profile. That
- 20:06Speaker 4: was like one of his profile photos and like things. Yeah.
- 20:10Speaker 2: So then this was November sixteenth, and you said he
- 20:15Speaker 2: just left, and I said, how was it? And you said,
- 20:17Speaker 2: I'm hard eye, hard eyes, hard eyes. And I sent
- 20:21Speaker 2: you eggs, which I was confused by, and you said
- 20:24Speaker 2: what is that? And I said eggs. All the eggs
- 20:27Speaker 2: going into that one basket. Wow, And you said, yep,
- 20:31Speaker 2: he's got them. He told me last night he had
- 20:33Speaker 2: a couple of Hinge dates lined up after me and
- 20:35Speaker 2: he canceled them. Wow.
- 20:37Speaker 4: I forgot about that. Yeah, he was lining them up.
- 20:41Speaker 2: And then this was my favorite one. I don't know
- 20:44Speaker 2: at what point this was, but she goes, you're gonna
- 20:47Speaker 2: love this, and you said, you're gonna find this hilarious,
- 20:51Speaker 2: and you go, he ate a starburst out of this
- 20:54Speaker 2: jar and it was a red one, and it was
- 20:55Speaker 2: a jar of all her starbards.
- 20:57Speaker 4: But they were like regularly were all regular flavors, but
- 21:00Speaker 4: picked the red one.
- 21:01Speaker 2: Well, there were pink and reds whatever.
- 21:04Speaker 4: There wasn't just read better.
- 21:06Speaker 2: It was actually every single type of star VERSU.
- 21:08Speaker 4: There fathers, yellow and green, ye existing red one.
- 21:15Speaker 2: So it was really fun to go back and read those.
- 21:17Speaker 4: I was show Robby that screenshot last night and I
- 21:20Speaker 4: was like, oh my gosh, because I remember we were
- 21:22Speaker 4: meeting at whatever, five something, and then I texted you
- 21:24Speaker 4: at seven something and he goes, you text from the
- 21:26Speaker 4: middle of our date, and I was like, yeah, either
- 21:28Speaker 4: you probably went to the bathroom or I went to
- 21:29Speaker 4: the bathroom. Yeah, and then yeah, I was like so excited.
- 21:34Speaker 4: I remember being so excited after that date.
- 21:36Speaker 2: I remember too, and you had gone on a few
- 21:39Speaker 2: dates and you were actually kind of talking dating someone
- 21:42Speaker 2: else at the time.
- 21:43Speaker 4: Yes, and then I was going to New York where
- 21:45Speaker 4: I was going on a date with someone else.
- 21:47Speaker 2: That's what I'm talking about. Yeah. Yeah.
- 21:49Speaker 4: The next day, I was.
- 21:51Speaker 2: Like, which we can say because we've talked about this
- 21:53Speaker 2: story that you've dated him before, have we Well, yeah,
- 21:55Speaker 2: because you remember when we all went to.
- 21:57Speaker 4: Nashville, right, Yeah, Michael, Yeah, so you.
- 22:01Speaker 2: Were kind of dating him. Yeah, but you were in
- 22:04Speaker 2: some of the text You're like, I don't even want
- 22:07Speaker 2: to go because I just want to see Robbie. You're like,
- 22:09Speaker 2: I like Robbie. Yeah.
- 22:11Speaker 4: It was crazy. I remember. I remember it so vividly
- 22:14Speaker 4: because I was there for something. Oh As Ryan was
- 22:16Speaker 4: getting aducted into the Radio Hall of Fame and so
- 22:19Speaker 4: Sysney was there, and we were saying at this hotel
- 22:21Speaker 4: and I was like, this guy's coming to pick me
- 22:24Speaker 4: up for a date, and all I can think about
- 22:26Speaker 4: is the Hinge guy. Like I was like, I can't
- 22:27Speaker 4: stop thinking about the Hinge guy. And funny enough, fast
- 22:31Speaker 4: forward five years and Michael and Robbie like love each other.
- 22:34Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, that's my favorite part. Yeah, but some of
- 22:37Speaker 2: the texts, I don't know at what framing this was.
- 22:39Speaker 2: I think it was end of November. You were like,
- 22:41Speaker 2: I'm feeling kind of down on Robbie. I don't think
- 22:43Speaker 2: he's as into me as I'm into him. He's not
- 22:46Speaker 2: texting me as much. And then y'all went to a
- 22:48Speaker 2: concert I think at the Forum, y'all's first photo together
- 22:51Speaker 2: and smokers, and you sent me the photo and I
- 22:53Speaker 2: was like, oh my god, you guys look so cute together,
- 22:55Speaker 2: and you're like, yeah, I'm kind of bummed he's not
- 22:57Speaker 2: texting me as much or making plans. So I think
- 22:59Speaker 2: I'm I'm gonna like basically remove some of the eggs
- 23:02Speaker 2: from the basket and and like disperse them. And then
- 23:07Speaker 2: literally later that night you go is runny and cute
- 23:09Speaker 2: or Griffith observatory cute for a date And I was
- 23:12Speaker 2: like with who and you were like Robbie And I
- 23:14Speaker 2: was like why, and you were like, change of plans.
- 23:18Speaker 4: Eggs went back in the basket and eggs.
- 23:20Speaker 2: I don't even think the hand was out of the
- 23:22Speaker 2: basket with the eggs before dropped in there.
- 23:28Speaker 4: That's crazy.
- 23:29Speaker 2: I know. It was fun to go back and look
- 23:31Speaker 2: at those because there was a time in between where
- 23:36Speaker 2: where he hadn't made it official, and you were kind of.
- 23:39Speaker 4: Like how long am I going to? What am I doing?
- 23:41Speaker 2: And then we got you like really hot for your
- 23:43Speaker 2: date with him?
- 23:43Speaker 4: Oh yeah, I thought he was breaking up with me and.
- 23:45Speaker 2: He asked you to be his girlfriend.
- 23:47Speaker 4: Yeah, we have a So we named all of our
- 23:49Speaker 4: tables for the reception. We didn't want to give them numbers,
- 23:52Speaker 4: so we gave them all names, and one of the
- 23:54Speaker 4: names is Delilah, because that's like the restaurant that he
- 23:58Speaker 4: asked me to be his girlfriend at.
- 23:59Speaker 2: Oh, I realize that's where he asked you. Yeah, Mark
- 24:03Speaker 2: said goodbye to you today because he thought it was
- 24:05Speaker 2: going to be the last time he saw you before
- 24:08Speaker 2: the wedding.
- 24:08Speaker 4: Yes, spoiler alert, it is not the last time that
- 24:11Speaker 4: I'm going to see Mark, but we thought that its Yeah,
- 24:14Speaker 4: I wasn't going to come to work on Monday, but
- 24:15Speaker 4: I am going to come to work on Monday, And
- 24:18Speaker 4: so he hugged me like saying like next time I
- 24:21Speaker 4: see you, we'll be in Mexico and I we both
- 24:25Speaker 4: just started crying, just full blown crying, tears in the eyes,
- 24:31Speaker 4: two cancers, Yeah, feeling it all. Yeah, I was like, wow,
- 24:37Speaker 4: he's really.
- 24:38Speaker 2: Been a part of the journey. Yeah, you know, navigating
- 24:42Speaker 2: how you talk about it on the radio, the dating
- 24:45Speaker 2: process everything.
- 24:47Speaker 4: So yeah, it's like a weird working relationship because it's.
- 24:49Speaker 2: Like, y'all are like so funny because it's like brother
- 24:52Speaker 2: and sister.
- 24:53Speaker 4: Yeah, and also like fatherly yes yes, brother sister yes.
- 25:00Speaker 4: Also co workers. So it's like it but it's so
- 25:02Speaker 4: weird because it's like not coworker do you know what
- 25:04Speaker 4: I mean. Yeah, so like I take things really personal. Yeah,
- 25:09Speaker 4: but it's nice because he'll like acknowledge, like, oh I
- 25:11Speaker 4: snapped and like I shouldn't have done that. I'm sorry. Yeah. Yeah,
- 25:14Speaker 4: he's good about that. Yeah.
- 25:16Speaker 2: Do you have any goals for yourself on the wedding
- 25:18Speaker 2: day up besides like getting married and committing the rest
- 25:22Speaker 2: of your life to Robbie? Like, do you have any
- 25:24Speaker 2: other goals then? During the wedding process while we're there,
- 25:28Speaker 2: just like visions of like how you see things going,
- 25:32Speaker 2: or like the vibe that you want to the headspace
- 25:36Speaker 2: you want to be in.
- 25:37Speaker 4: I'm I'm really My goal is to I kind of
- 25:41Speaker 4: want to turn my phone off, like fully, just be
- 25:45Speaker 4: unplugged and like in the moment and be present because
- 25:48Speaker 4: I do feel, like everybody says, it goes by so
- 25:50Speaker 4: fast and I don't want to be looking at my
- 25:54Speaker 4: phone at all, So I'm going to try to turn
- 25:57Speaker 4: it off.
- 25:58Speaker 2: What. Yeah, everyone who needs you is going to be
- 26:01Speaker 2: at the wedding and no one should be needing anything.
- 26:04Speaker 4: If anybody needs anything, they know all my friends and
- 26:07Speaker 4: they can text my friends. They can text my wedding planner.
- 26:09Speaker 4: Like people can figure it out. I have somebody, my
- 26:14Speaker 4: friend that's coming out Ashley, to do specifically social media content,
- 26:18Speaker 4: so like I told her everything I want her to
- 26:20Speaker 4: film and like, so that I don't have to do anything.
- 26:24Speaker 2: Mm hmmm. I think that's smart. It's just one thing
- 26:28Speaker 2: to not have to think of if your phone's off.
- 26:30Speaker 4: But it's not even I don't even want to be like,
- 26:31Speaker 4: I just want to be so in the moment.
- 26:34Speaker 2: So that your goal is to just be present, take
- 26:36Speaker 2: it all in, make sure you're like really look around,
- 26:40Speaker 2: embrace it. Everyone's there celebrating you guys.
- 26:43Speaker 4: Yeah. Yeah, and I don't want to, Like I feel
- 26:46Speaker 4: like people keep telling me that you get pulled into
- 26:48Speaker 4: different directions, and I really want Robbin and I to
- 26:50Speaker 4: be as much together for everything as as we can.
- 26:55Speaker 4: I've heard that, Yeah.
- 26:57Speaker 2: At the reception, like people are pulling because everyone will
- 27:00Speaker 2: to say hey, so like sometimes the bride and groom
- 27:02Speaker 2: will separate just to like disperse and get more accomplished
- 27:07Speaker 2: and see more people. But I maybe it was Jojo
- 27:11Speaker 2: who was like saying that she couldn't find Jordan at
- 27:13Speaker 2: one point, and she was like, I gotta like I
- 27:15Speaker 2: want to be with him, Like let's be together, you know. So, yeah,
- 27:18Speaker 2: I would say that's a good thing to note.
- 27:21Speaker 4: I feel like it's going to be different because we
- 27:23Speaker 4: do have multiple events, so it's not like all hinged
- 27:26Speaker 4: on hinged. It's not all hinged on like one night,
- 27:30Speaker 4: you know, Like we'll have like really some time to
- 27:33Speaker 4: spend with people, right, So I don't feel like that
- 27:35Speaker 4: much pressure at the actual reception. The reception, I just
- 27:38Speaker 4: want to be on the dance floor dancing the whole time, right,
- 27:40Speaker 4: whoever wants to come to me can come dance with me.
- 27:42Speaker 2: Well, you have the welcome party and then we have
- 27:44Speaker 2: the everyone's kind of staying nearby, so everyone's going to
- 27:47Speaker 2: be around, Yeah, which will be great. What is the
- 27:51Speaker 2: first thing that you want to do as a married couple.
- 27:57Speaker 4: That's a great question. Wow, turn in our marriage license,
- 28:03Speaker 4: romantic top on the priority list. Change his name in
- 28:07Speaker 4: my phone to husband.
- 28:09Speaker 3: Oh, that was so fun when we did that. I
- 28:11Speaker 3: have a screen recording of doing that.
- 28:12Speaker 5: It was a blast.
- 28:13Speaker 4: I guarantee you he's gonna keep me as tea in
- 28:15Speaker 4: his phone.
- 28:16Speaker 2: He's just tea.
- 28:17Speaker 4: I'm just tea for that's what you've always been, not
- 28:22Speaker 4: like lame.
- 28:23Speaker 2: I mean Haley's Haley.
- 28:25Speaker 4: She's just Haley in your not like l O m L.
- 28:28Speaker 2: Just Haley?
- 28:30Speaker 4: Sure? And are you just Becca?
- 28:32Speaker 2: I think I'm Becca Tilly in her?
- 28:35Speaker 4: Why put a briefcase next to your name? Make it
- 28:38Speaker 4: like so corporate?
- 28:41Speaker 2: That's so funny. I gotta see what I'm in her.
- 28:44Speaker 2: I think I'm in there is Becca Tilly?
- 28:48Speaker 4: Oh that would upset me?
- 28:51Speaker 2: Yeah, No it doesn't. I don't think I've never thought
- 28:53Speaker 2: about it until this moment.
- 28:55Speaker 4: Yeah. I My prediction is that he will not change
- 28:57Speaker 4: my name in his phone.
- 29:00Speaker 5: Is it just tea? No emojis or anything?
- 29:02Speaker 4: No emojis, just just a tea?
- 29:04Speaker 5: Cool?
- 29:05Speaker 2: Yeah, why don't you just put a detective face next
- 29:08Speaker 2: to it? Who is tea?
- 29:10Speaker 5: Mister T Wow?
- 29:12Speaker 1: Yeah, T my wife, tea my love of my life,
- 29:17Speaker 1: tea my life, my wife, MELO m L wife Yeah,
- 29:21Speaker 1: like anything a hard emoji.
- 29:23Speaker 2: Yeah, We'll give him some ideas, troubleshoot, some ideas. See
- 29:26Speaker 2: what he what connects to him?
- 29:28Speaker 4: Yeah, and then I'm going to change my name. And
- 29:29Speaker 4: I heard that process kind of sucks too.
- 29:31Speaker 5: Big time. Yeah's a big time.
- 29:35Speaker 2: Are you all going to use tongue when you kiss? Yeah?
- 29:40Speaker 2: Like are you going to go French kiss? Yeah?
- 29:43Speaker 4: Maybe like a little yeah.
- 29:45Speaker 5: I don't think you'll be in control of that slip.
- 29:47Speaker 4: Like a slip of the time, but not like tongue
- 29:50Speaker 4: yeah yeah yeah, and be gauys. We're doing three, like
- 29:53Speaker 4: I feel like one of them might be a little looser,
- 29:55Speaker 4: which one I don't know, But I definitely want to
- 29:58Speaker 4: have a little sit of alcohol before I go down
- 30:00Speaker 4: the No, like a like sip of wine or something, Okay,
- 30:05Speaker 4: just to like take the edge off.
- 30:08Speaker 2: What about an edible No?
- 30:11Speaker 4: Are you out of your mind? I don't want to
- 30:15Speaker 4: drink that much.
- 30:16Speaker 2: That's fair until the night of Theresa reception is when
- 30:22Speaker 2: Balls the Walls begins. Correct, Okay, yeah, wait, I was
- 30:25Speaker 2: gonna say something, Oh are we standing up there with you?
- 30:28Speaker 4: So you know, it's funny you ask because we've been
- 30:32Speaker 4: toying with that. We definitely think we're gonna have everybody
- 30:36Speaker 4: like walk down the aisle and then like stand on
- 30:39Speaker 4: the sides, you know, like Robbie's grooms when will go
- 30:41Speaker 4: behind him, my bridesmaids will go behind where I will be,
- 30:45Speaker 4: and then when I come down the aisle, come down
- 30:48Speaker 4: the aisle to like everybody and then when the ceremony starts,
- 30:54Speaker 4: have everybody sit down. Oh interesting, that's kind of what
- 30:58Speaker 4: we're thinking right now.
- 30:59Speaker 2: So we walk down stand there, do everybody stay standing?
- 31:02Speaker 4: Not behind him, across from him, like where I would
- 31:05Speaker 4: be standing, but like behind me, I know.
- 31:07Speaker 2: So like off to the side behind him. I'm saying,
- 31:09Speaker 2: his crimson, we're behind him. Yeah, and then we get
- 31:12Speaker 2: to watch you walk down the aisle. Yeah. I love that.
- 31:14Speaker 4: Yeah, So like everybody like watches me come down and
- 31:17Speaker 4: I like meet you guys, and we're all there, and
- 31:19Speaker 4: because I want to have that moment, and I also
- 31:21Speaker 4: like want to have that photo of like all of
- 31:22Speaker 4: our bridal party and then have everybody sit for the ceremony.
- 31:26Speaker 2: That sounds so good because I always have to tell
- 31:28Speaker 2: myself not to lock my knees when I'm standing up
- 31:30Speaker 2: and in front of it. It's so it's crazy. How
- 31:33Speaker 2: like do you do you get nervous.
- 31:35Speaker 4: Doing that standing up at a wedding?
- 31:37Speaker 2: Yeah? No, Oh interesting, I get really nervous.
- 31:40Speaker 4: I don't like standing up at a wedding because I
- 31:42Speaker 4: feel like I'm blocking people's views, you know what I mean.
- 31:44Speaker 4: Like I'm like i feel like I'm standing here and
- 31:47Speaker 4: somebody doesn't want to see me. They want to see
- 31:49Speaker 4: the bride and groom.
- 31:50Speaker 2: You know what I mean, who are you blocking if
- 31:53Speaker 2: you're up at the front, you mean the other bridesmaids?
- 31:55Speaker 4: No, like people who are like maybe on the edge
- 31:57Speaker 4: of the aisle of that you know what I'm saying, Like, yeah,
- 32:01Speaker 4: like they don't want to see me.
- 32:03Speaker 2: That sounds lovely because I would love to watch you
- 32:05Speaker 2: walk down from that view. Yeah, and then get to
- 32:08Speaker 2: see you both getting married. Yeah from my seat. Right,
- 32:13Speaker 2: So that's the Okay, great, well we'll rehearse that.
- 32:16Speaker 4: Yeah. Yeah, yeah, there's gonna be rehearsal. But like, isn't
- 32:18Speaker 4: it like like we still don't have these little like
- 32:20Speaker 4: we also just figured out yesterday when we were gonna
- 32:23Speaker 4: like change.
- 32:26Speaker 2: Oh after the wedding. Yeah, I mean yeah, these are
- 32:28Speaker 2: just things that that I feel like naturally happen now,
- 32:32Speaker 2: Like I don't think you could plan this too far.
- 32:34Speaker 4: And then and then when we come in at the reception,
- 32:39Speaker 4: they like announce us. They announced the father daughter dance,
- 32:43Speaker 4: the mother's son and our dance. I thought that this
- 32:46Speaker 4: would just be like the MC of the like the
- 32:49Speaker 4: band member, but I was like, I think it should
- 32:53Speaker 4: be somebody that knows us and like can pronounce our
- 32:55Speaker 4: names and like be hype. So we're still picking that person.
- 33:00Speaker 2: You should Mark do that. He's so good at that.
- 33:03Speaker 4: I was thinking Paulina.
- 33:05Speaker 2: Oh, I don't know if Pauline's I'm sure she's.
- 33:07Speaker 5: Great at it.
- 33:09Speaker 4: I just don't want to add like to her load,
- 33:11Speaker 4: Like I don't want to like stress her out. But
- 33:12Speaker 4: I don't think I think she would like it? Would
- 33:16Speaker 4: you like it?
- 33:17Speaker 2: No?
- 33:17Speaker 4: Yeah, I didn't think so.
- 33:18Speaker 2: Thank you. Hello everybody, we're scrubbing in, mister and missus.
- 33:28Speaker 2: All right, well, I feel like all that stuff is
- 33:31Speaker 2: Should we talk about my dress? Okay, let's take a
- 33:35Speaker 2: break and we'll come back. All right, we're back. So,
- 34:01Speaker 2: in typical Becca fashion, I am the last two have
- 34:08Speaker 2: my bridesmaid's dress.
- 34:11Speaker 4: But I don't think you're the last. I haven't seen Sophia's.
- 34:14Speaker 2: Yeah, but Sofia's gonna she has, like yeah, not worried
- 34:16Speaker 2: about yea she has. She goes, yeah, I might do
- 34:19Speaker 2: my fitting in Paris. I'm like cool, same, same. So
- 34:25Speaker 2: I thought I was like being very on top of it,
- 34:29Speaker 2: and I hired a stylist because I was like, oh,
- 34:31Speaker 2: I'd rather not have to think about it. I can
- 34:34Speaker 2: just pick something off the rack. The whole point of
- 34:36Speaker 2: hiring a stylist was so that I could just like
- 34:40Speaker 2: rent or borrow a dress from like a showroom, and
- 34:43Speaker 2: then wear it and then return it like I would
- 34:45Speaker 2: an event, right, and this is an event, yes, the
- 34:48Speaker 2: main event, main event.
- 34:50Speaker 4: Technically not really though. I feel like, can you pull
- 34:53Speaker 4: a dress for my best friend's wedding is not the
- 34:55Speaker 4: same as can you pull a dress for Tom Cruise's
- 34:58Speaker 4: new Red Carpet movie?
- 34:59Speaker 2: But you can them. But you can rent dresses?
- 35:02Speaker 4: Oh you can't.
- 35:02Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 35:03Speaker 4: Oh so it was just like, oh I can.
- 35:04Speaker 2: It's almost like you can. Yeah. I was gonna say,
- 35:07Speaker 2: it's like rent the runway, except someone in person.
- 35:10Speaker 4: You can rent them.
- 35:11Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 35:11Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 35:12Speaker 2: A lot of the like high design like yeah, renting
- 35:15Speaker 2: or just uh pulling for free. They'd probably be like no,
- 35:20Speaker 2: but renting address is a thing. Anyways. There was a
- 35:25Speaker 2: huge miscommunication between me and the style.
- 35:28Speaker 4: I was already stressed Becca like plans this stot the
- 35:32Speaker 4: the fitting for March third, and I'm like yeah, because
- 35:37Speaker 4: feeling a little tight on time there.
- 35:40Speaker 2: Oh see, I felt I was like, this is ideal
- 35:43Speaker 2: because I'm I have time to get it tailored if
- 35:47Speaker 2: I need to.
- 35:48Speaker 4: I was already stressed about the time of your fitting.
- 35:50Speaker 4: I didn't know this, so when she hit the fan,
- 35:53Speaker 4: I was like, oh, hell to the no. So I'm
- 35:57Speaker 4: panicking and I'm like, like looking on everyone website, I'm
- 36:00Speaker 4: sending back a link after link after link.
- 36:03Speaker 2: Stop I can handle this, like you're you're you're stressing
- 36:06Speaker 2: me out that you're stressed out.
- 36:08Speaker 4: I was very stressed. It's still not totally chill about it,
- 36:13Speaker 4: but I figure it's fair.
- 36:14Speaker 2: But I've got to. I mean, I'm gonna figure it out.
- 36:17Speaker 2: I have options. Anyways, I still don't have a dress.
- 36:22Speaker 2: I've ordered every I've ordered every dress off of the internet.
- 36:26Speaker 2: I'm not kidding. My home looks like a Revolve warehouse.
- 36:30Speaker 2: I literally boxes everywhere. I had to tell Haley. I
- 36:34Speaker 2: was like, I promise these will all be gone, like
- 36:37Speaker 2: I know, it's chaos and here. Yeah. Because also I
- 36:39Speaker 2: didn't have a dress for the welcome party, so that
- 36:42Speaker 2: was gonna do that as well. And those words. So
- 36:46Speaker 2: Tony wants colorful outfits at the welcome party, so every
- 36:50Speaker 2: like colorful cocktail dress just going crazy. So yeah, it's
- 36:55Speaker 2: all good. But anyways, I was trying to be productive.
- 36:58Speaker 2: I was trying to handle like bride chilla.
- 37:01Speaker 4: Everybody wear what they want, here's the color palette and
- 37:04Speaker 4: joy to be continued, and now I should just give
- 37:08Speaker 4: them all one dress and been like, here you go.
- 37:10Speaker 2: Yeah, the color pellet is so the color pellet's like
- 37:15Speaker 2: champagne color white off white champagne.
- 37:18Speaker 4: Though, like it's shimmering and it doesn't need to have
- 37:22Speaker 4: a shimmer.
- 37:23Speaker 2: Anyways, most of the dresses are like a satin material,
- 37:26Speaker 2: so there's this shimmer, a slight shimmer. So Paulina sence
- 37:31Speaker 2: her dress first, okay, and I'm thinking, okay, it's just
- 37:34Speaker 2: gonna be an array of champagne hues, which I was like,
- 37:37Speaker 2: that's gonna beautiful.
- 37:38Speaker 4: But like, you would have gotten that exact same dress,
- 37:42Speaker 4: you know that, right?
- 37:43Speaker 2: If I picked out a dress and then another bridesmaid
- 37:46Speaker 2: had the choice to choose any dress and they chose
- 37:49Speaker 2: the one that I got, I'd be pissed.
- 37:51Speaker 4: But you're like comos. I thought it'd be like cute
- 37:53Speaker 4: if you're in the same dress.
- 37:56Speaker 2: We would work through it. But I would not do
- 37:58Speaker 2: that to her personally. Anyways. I find a dress, I'm like,
- 38:02Speaker 2: this will do, and then everyone else sends their dress
- 38:05Speaker 2: and they're all like matching perfectly basically, and I'm like,
- 38:09Speaker 2: the one I chose is way too dark. I must
- 38:11Speaker 2: stand out like a sore thumb. So that's where I'm up, which.
- 38:15Speaker 4: I'm fine with too. Like I was like, I'm fine
- 38:17Speaker 4: with that color, ride Chilla, bring it on.
- 38:22Speaker 2: I don't know why you're fine with everyone having the
- 38:24Speaker 2: same color except for me.
- 38:27Speaker 4: Because I don't think it's the exact same color there.
- 38:31Speaker 4: And also Sophia doesn't have hers. Hers might be a
- 38:33Speaker 4: different color too, and my sisters is a little bit
- 38:36Speaker 4: of a different color too.
- 38:37Speaker 2: Anyways, they're all more similar than they were different. So
- 38:41Speaker 2: that's where I'm at. I do have my welcome party dress, nice,
- 38:48Speaker 2: not the one that was that important, but I do
- 38:51Speaker 2: have that, and there's some more coming in this afternoon.
- 38:54Speaker 2: So TV continuing.
- 38:55Speaker 4: Oh my gosh, but I saw.
- 38:57Speaker 2: A tailor today and he was like, you can just
- 39:00Speaker 2: bring me anything tomorrow and I'll get it to you.
- 39:01Speaker 2: So yeah, I feel great.
- 39:03Speaker 4: Shout out Reggie, shout out Reggie. Yeah.
- 39:05Speaker 2: So anyways, oh so those the stylist just got gifting stuff.
- 39:11Speaker 2: So that's why there was a it was a miscommunication.
- 39:14Speaker 2: She didn't rent stuff. She she just got gifting in it.
- 39:18Speaker 2: It unfortunately didn't worry out. So that's a little bit
- 39:23Speaker 2: about me.
- 39:24Speaker 4: I'm so stressed about you.
- 39:26Speaker 2: So don't be stressed. I'm doing my best. Yeah. So
- 39:31Speaker 2: Mark and Suelos said that one person loves the other
- 39:37Speaker 2: more in a relationship. I thought this was interesting because
- 39:45Speaker 2: he and Kelly. That's Mark Mark and Soylis is Kelly
- 39:47Speaker 2: Ripp's husband. Yes, just letting the people know. And I
- 39:50Speaker 2: just realized that Mark and Soylos, that's uh, Phoebe's the
- 39:54Speaker 2: uh what's her something? Con soilers? Banana? Banana hammock? Oh
- 40:00Speaker 2: what's Phoebe's Oh yeah, bana.
- 40:05Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 40:05Speaker 2: Anyways, he was saying the average man takes a little
- 40:08Speaker 2: over four weeks to fall in love with a woman,
- 40:10Speaker 2: and the couple debate. They were debating the definition of love.
- 40:13Speaker 2: And so I find that interesting because I've always heard
- 40:17Speaker 2: to find someone who loves you a little bit more. Yeah,
- 40:19Speaker 2: but I feel like Hayley and I love each other equally.
- 40:24Speaker 4: Do you really what do you think of you guys? Yeah, hmmm,
- 40:29Speaker 4: I don't know. I wouldn't know. I wouldn't know because
- 40:32Speaker 4: I'm not like in it.
- 40:33Speaker 2: I know. So, why do you like so shocked?
- 40:35Speaker 4: Because I think that Robbie and I go like back
- 40:37Speaker 4: and forth.
- 40:37Speaker 2: Okay, so that's all I was gonna say. Yeah, I
- 40:39Speaker 2: think it depends on the season of life where I
- 40:42Speaker 2: feel like one of us is a little more.
- 40:44Speaker 4: Yeah, Like I feel like it's usually me right now,
- 40:48Speaker 4: it's like really him.
- 40:49Speaker 2: It's really him.
- 40:50Speaker 4: He's locked in.
- 40:51Speaker 2: He's like he's like hert eyebsessed.
- 40:54Speaker 4: With me right now. I'm like, all right. I think
- 40:57Speaker 4: I would be the same way if I wasn't like
- 40:59Speaker 4: so strung. I think because he's like no stress for
- 41:01Speaker 4: the wedding, Like he's like obsessed with me right now.
- 41:04Speaker 2: Wow, that's so nice going into the wedding.
- 41:06Speaker 4: It's so nice because there could.
- 41:09Speaker 2: Be tension from the stress and instead he's just like,
- 41:13Speaker 2: give me more.
- 41:15Speaker 4: Give me so much more. How much more can I get?
- 41:18Speaker 3: Like I feel like Mark may have said this on
- 41:22Speaker 3: this show, but like it an ideal situation is the
- 41:25Speaker 3: man loves the more that.
- 41:28Speaker 5: I think that's for success. I think that's the.
- 41:30Speaker 4: Right I think, so, though I don't think so, I
- 41:34Speaker 4: do think there are times where it's like me in
- 41:37Speaker 4: our relationship, but it does bounce back and forth.
- 41:40Speaker 2: Yeah, I think ours bounces back and forth too, But
- 41:43Speaker 2: I feel like we're pretty equal for the most part.
- 41:46Speaker 2: Maybe that's maybe it's a difference of two women versus
- 41:49Speaker 2: like a man and a woman in a relationship. Maybe
- 41:51Speaker 2: Mark and Swaylos wasn't talking about the LGBTQ.
- 41:55Speaker 4: I A maybe not? Maybe not?
- 42:00Speaker 2: Okay? Before we go, and did anyone watch Paradise New Okay?
- 42:06Speaker 2: Did anyone watch with Love Meghan?
- 42:09Speaker 4: No?
- 42:10Speaker 2: No, Oh my gosh.
- 42:11Speaker 3: I did start watching Apple Cider Vinegar based on your recommendation?
- 42:14Speaker 4: Is it not?
- 42:15Speaker 2: Like it? Insane?
- 42:16Speaker 5: Insane? I can't stop watching it.
- 42:18Speaker 2: I hope she wins all the awards. Yes, she is amazing.
- 42:21Speaker 4: I watched Are you watching Traders?
- 42:23Speaker 2: Oh?
- 42:23Speaker 4: Yeah, we watched the Traders the finale? Don't tell me,
- 42:27Speaker 4: don't tell me watching the finale tonight?
- 42:29Speaker 2: Wow?
- 42:30Speaker 4: I watched the penultimate. That's the one before the finale, right,
- 42:33Speaker 4: that is correct? Yeah? Okay, and we watched that one
- 42:35Speaker 4: last night. Oh okay, So tonight's the finale. Wow? Is
- 42:39Speaker 4: it a good finale?
- 42:42Speaker 2: You?
- 42:43Speaker 4: I hate that.
- 42:44Speaker 2: We were kind of like meh hate. I don't know
- 42:48Speaker 2: if that's the general consensus. That was just where we were.
- 42:51Speaker 2: We were lying.
- 42:52Speaker 4: I have to find you this season and the of
- 42:56Speaker 4: Traders where the ending is like blows or I.
- 43:00Speaker 2: Think Hayley watched it. It was one of the UK ones.
- 43:03Speaker 4: I think I don't remember. I'd have to ask Robbie or.
- 43:06Speaker 2: Like Australia do google.
- 43:07Speaker 4: It was one that was like not us and it
- 43:09Speaker 4: was Banana.
- 43:11Speaker 2: I think I remember Haley, wasn't it the one that
- 43:13Speaker 2: Aaron from Love Island was on.
- 43:17Speaker 4: I don't know if this happens to you guys, but
- 43:19Speaker 4: when I watch reality shows like these, these contest shows,
- 43:22Speaker 4: somebody could win Survivor yesterday and I will have completely
- 43:25Speaker 4: forgotten them the next day.
- 43:26Speaker 2: It's just so funny because you were so invested in
- 43:30Speaker 2: did all you want to think and talk about?
- 43:33Speaker 4: Yeah, and yet I go to get you to recall
- 43:37Speaker 4: nothing gone. It's like literally like goes into just purgatory.
- 43:40Speaker 2: I think that's what reality TV is for.
- 43:41Speaker 4: Though, Yeah, like I could, I couldn't tell you who
- 43:44Speaker 4: won last season of Survivor and I watched every episode
- 43:47Speaker 4: in real time.
- 43:48Speaker 2: Yeah, but I'm the same with competition shows like that. Yeah,
- 43:51Speaker 2: unless it's The Bachelor or something where you're like seeing
- 43:54Speaker 2: more of them, but like like Survivor people aren't going
- 43:57Speaker 2: on like media tours or any that is correct. Okay,
- 44:03Speaker 2: So I just want to let you know this is
- 44:06Speaker 2: the end of this podcast. However, we have two more
- 44:09Speaker 2: podcasts coming out this week leading up to the wedding,
- 44:13Speaker 2: and so don't don't be sad, because we'll be back.
- 44:16Speaker 4: Don't be sad, be glad.
- 44:18Speaker 2: Be glad because we have wedding Q and A that
- 44:20Speaker 2: y'all submitted the questions for. And then we have a
- 44:23Speaker 2: little game episode. So TBC, TBC, we love you so much,
- 44:30Speaker 2: love you, Bye bye.
- 44:31Speaker 4: To be continued
