Mosque Shooting Suspect, Former NFL Player In Court, Cal State San Marcos Rape Investigation
A North Carolina teenager accused of playing a key role in the deadly Islamic Center shooting is due back in court tomorrow after her attorney argued the charges against her are not specific enough to prepare a case. Former NFL wide receiver Alshon Jeffrey is expected in court this morning over accusations he committed felony insurance fraud in connection with a San Diego car crash last year. Cal State San Marcos has confirmed that school officials are investigating four reports of rape this month.
