- 0:05Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Welcome.
- 0:06Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: This is Justin with Voices for Voices.
- 0:09Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We're uh grateful as always to have you with us on this episode of a Voices for Voices TV Show podcast.
- 0:21Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh we're still plugging away.
- 0:25Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We're still helping a lot of people.
- 0:28Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: That's helping a lot of people.
- 0:31Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh almost uh 100 countries, a thousand cities.
- 0:37Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh this is episode number 380, so that would mean we would have uh 20 episodes left to hit uh the number uh 400 total episodes by the end of calendar year 2025.
- 0:54Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And I have a sneaky suspicion that we're gonna do that.
- 0:58Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh just call me uh uh positive upbeat.
- 1:06Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um, I think we're gonna do it.
- 1:09Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh, and it's it's an awesome feeling to uh to be able to bring as much to you as humanly possible and help others.
- 1:24Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh, we have that lofty goal still in place, help three billion people over the course of my lifetime and beyond.
- 1:33Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh, that has remained.
- 1:36Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: There's been no movement off of that.
- 1:38Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh, and in fact, we're uh looking to help more than three billion people over the course of my lifetime and beyond.
- 1:47Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Since we last uh had an episode uh the 379, we have been uh really uh really pounding the pavement with TikTok lives.
- 2:04Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Yeah, so that's a whole different ball game um than doing the show.
- 2:12Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Now, yeah, it's front in front of a camera, and and that there's some similarities, but uh it's different and uh it also is time consuming, and there is you know a bit of stress that it does come along with uh filming those TikTok lives.
- 2:33Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And what we've been doing in the most recent TikTok lives is been detailing our expansion in our TikTok shop, uh, which includes uh at the current moment on the Voices for Voices TikTok shop, you can purchase uh one or four of four uh different uh different books.
- 3:14Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so we're gonna spend this show going a little bit deeper into what those books are and uh probably go through maybe the back cover just to kind of share a little bit in addition uh to uh to those that aren't uh uh or haven't haven't heard of uh at least two of the two of the books because they're they're very new uh in in our portfolio.
- 3:50Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: But yeah, we do we do now have a TikTok shop that is up and running on our Voices for Voices channel.
- 4:00Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh and we have four four books uh for sale.
- 4:06Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: One is a comic book, and then three um are um let's say like regular books.
- 4:17Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh and so we're gonna we're gonna do that.
- 4:20Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So we're gonna be shifting the background behind me.
- 4:23Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So you're gonna see that change from our uh original background that we always have uh to um to kind of like what's actually behind me.
- 4:38Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh in uh and so uh just as a heads up that all of what you're about to see is right at this very moment for sale on Amazon uh dot com.
- 4:57Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So you can you can pick and choose where you want to make your purchases from.
- 5:03Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh it's up to you.
- 5:05Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: But everything you see is not only available for purchase in our TikTok shop, but in our uh voices for voices, voices for voices publishing uh spot in Amazon.com.
- 5:28Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So let's not waste any more time and let us see if I can if I can adjust the background so there's no no background.
- 5:46Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Alright.
- 5:50Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So here we are.
- 5:53Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Let's see what we can do.
- 5:56Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I think it's blurring it.
- 5:59Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It doesn't say it is, but it feels like it is.
- 6:05Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We'll find out.
- 6:06Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Okay.
- 6:07Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So four books.
- 6:10Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh two of them you've heard of, two of them you may have heard of, or you may not have heard of.
- 6:18Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So we're just prefacing that uh as we get started.
- 6:23Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So all available for purchase in our TikTok shop, our voices for voices TikTok shop, and also available for purchase on Amazon.com.
- 6:38Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So the first book, get the glare off of here.
- 6:47Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Okay.
- 6:50Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So this one's titled The Young Siren Born, and that part is for some reason being blurred out really bad, not sure why.
- 7:01Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh Author by David Solomon, artwork by David Solomon, and as you can see here in the corner, bottom corner if I can.
- 7:13Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Okay, it's on this side.
- 7:16Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh Voices for Voices Publishing.
- 7:19Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So it's uh The Young Siren Born, brought to you by Voices for Voices Publishing, and David Solomon uh did all the artwork for the cover uh as well as uh wrote this uh this particular book.
- 7:36Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So the back cover reads like this again, available right now in our TikTok shop or Voices for Voices TikTok shop, as well as Amazon.com.
- 7:49Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: When a deadly toxin filled the Rogue Valley's air, only a few of the siren born survived.
- 7:58Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Among them were Theo, Thomas, and Sadie, rescued and adopted by the man who found them, Mr.
- 8:07Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Benson.
- 8:08Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: But when Mr.
- 8:10Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Benson suddenly goes missing, the three must uncover the truth.
- 8:15Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Their search leads them into the mysterious dream dimension, where faith, courage, and biblical truths will guide them through secrets darker than they ever imagined.
- 8:29Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And this book here is uh perfect for uh age ranges.
- 8:36Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Still know why it's being a little bit blurry, but here we go.
- 8:43Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Found the found the shot.
- 8:45Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh this is perfect for young readers.
- 8:48Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh a and up.
- 8:51Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So the Young Sirenborn added to our TikTok shop.
- 8:59Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Also available on Amazon.com.
- 9:03Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: The second we're going to highlight tonight is the Atalan.
- 9:11Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So let's see, maybe if we get a good zoom, maybe.
- 9:21Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We'll see.
- 9:23Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Our camera's being a little funky tonight.
- 9:28Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: But the Atalan, uh, the story is by David Solomon.
- 9:32Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: The art is by Cooper Saunders.
- 9:35Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I'm gonna say a big thank you to Cooper Saunders for the fantastic artwork uh that he has uh he has put into this.
- 9:48Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So here's some of it's blurry, I apologize for that.
- 9:54Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: But we're trying to give you as much of insight into what you will find inside and outside uh the uh the Atalan.
- 10:06Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And again, this is once again brought to you by Voices for Voices Publishing here.
- 10:13Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh the back cover.
- 10:15Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I just want to read that just to make it a little yeah, it's being blurry.
- 10:21Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: But so we'll read this.
- 10:23Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Long ago a prophecy was spoken of the Atalan, a chosen one who would be born to raise Atlantis from the depths and unite the land and sea.
- 10:36Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: In the present day, teenage will lives an ordinary life on the Oregon coast until he discovers the truth.
- 10:46Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: He is the Adalan.
- 10:48Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Suddenly his world is torn open as ancient powers awaken and his destiny begins to unfold.
- 10:57Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: But in the shadows, the devil has fallen the devil and his fallen angels are hatching a plan to destroy him before he can fulfill the prophecy.
- 11:11Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Every step Will takes draws him deeper into a battle, not just for his life, but for the future of heaven, earth, and the seas.
- 11:22Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: This is the beginning of the Christian superhero cinematic universe, a groundbreaking saga from Voices for Voices publishing that will expand into comics, novels, TV series, video games, and multiple spinoffs.
- 11:45Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: As a special bonus, this issue also includes a sneak peek at another upcoming series, Otter Town.
- 11:54Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so we bring this one up because number one, it is uh added to our TikTok shop.
- 12:06Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh, it's also available on Amazon.com and the hottest author in the world, David Solomon, who also wrote what we had just uh looked at, The Young Sirenborn, who also did the artwork for the Young Sirenborn cover.
- 12:30Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um this is the first uh the first comic that David has written.
- 12:38Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: He's written screenplays, uh he's he's written songs, he's written novels.
- 12:45Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: There's really not a whole lot in the media and entertainment um arenas that he hasn't he hasn't been part of uh growing up with his his mom being very uh very engulfed in in the middle of uh just writing.
- 13:09Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: That's that's the career, that's what he is chosen for uh to do.
- 13:14Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: That was he's called for to do.
- 13:18Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh so that's the other reason why, again, we're we're bringing this up and uh putting this on our TikTok shop because it's uh the first guest crossover into uh into a comic book, which David's never gotten into until now.
- 13:42Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So up until now, we have shown kind of our two let's see how I can do this.
- 13:53Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So we got the young siren born.
- 14:00Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We got the Atalan.
- 14:04Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Again, both now at this very moment that you're watching or listening to this show.
- 14:12Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: You can head over to the Voices, for Voices, uh, TikTok shop, or you can head on over and use your Amazon Prime to purchase uh one, both, or multiple copies of each.
- 14:30Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh same thing for what we're about to show you that some of you may have already known about, but we are uh uh well we have we brought this in into our TikTok shop.
- 14:46Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: This has been available on Amazon for a period of time, and we brought this also um to our TikTok shop because number one, it is uh it's about mental health, mental illness.
- 15:03Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: What it's it's basically my my journey, and then hitting rock bottom in November 2017 and working my way back.
- 15:14Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh and that's what Voices for Voices was really building on.
- 15:21Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh, one of the biggest pieces of the foundation is uh me and my mental health.
- 15:29Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And and so we we thought it would be it'd make a lot of sense to bring this into our TikTok shop, as well as it being available on Amazon, uh, not only in the print version, in the soft covers we're gonna show you, uh, but electronically and as well as audio.
- 15:53Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So we did record the audio book uh but as well.
- 15:59Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So we'll see how the we'll see how the the photo does for.
- 16:04Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So this is the House of View prescription for living.
- 16:10Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so you may have heard of the House of View before.
- 16:15Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh that is another brand that I uh am part of.
- 16:22Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: That was uh a brand that came before Voices for Voices, uh, but it really got the start of Voices for Voices.
- 16:33Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So while it's under well, prescription for living on the bottom here, as you see, uh while it's under the House of View moniker brand, uh the sales, all the sales goes to help mental health, mental illness survivors, survivors of rafficking, and other uh other trauma, uh PTSD, our veterans, it goes to a wide range of uh wide range of uses.
- 17:12Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So we're able to use this particular this particular book when it's sold under the Voices for Voices moniker.
- 17:23Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So if you purchase it on our Voices for Voices TikTok shop, then uh the sales go through the uh the charity voices for voices as far as uh you know the profit and loss statement and and and all those things.
- 17:44Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And if it's purchased under the House of You or on Amazon, then those those uh sales go through uh a just a regular uh small corporation.
- 17:59Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh so just wanted to share that because we've been getting some questions about that, so that shouldn't answer that.
- 18:06Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so the House of View prescription for living is uh is now available on our Voices for Voices TikTok shop.
- 18:22Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So I'm just gonna read part of the back cover, uh, not about the author part.
- 18:28Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh you know a lot about me already, and you can you can learn more by um making a purchase for you or somebody in need.
- 18:39Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh we have a lot of coaches, uh a lot of teachers, uh a lot of people in leadership positions where they'll purchase this this one, and then what uh what we're gonna be showing next um in bulk uh to help uh help guide and help uh because there's actionable things, actual things that are in each of the next two copies or the next two books that we're showing, the House of View Prescription for Living, and then the House of View Five Workforce Preparation Tips for a Success.
- 19:22Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Only serious inquiries, please.
- 19:32Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So a little bit about the House of View prescription for living, about my mental health, mental health, mental illness, and this stigma that has uh society attached to.
- 19:49Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: In prescription for living, Justin Allen Hayes reveals publicly for the first time ever his mental health battle with depression, anxiety, and autism that nearly ended his life in 2017.
- 20:05Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: In prescription for living, Justin will walk you through his life with mental illness and share what some of the early symptoms of mental illness are and when to speak, uh, when to seek, when to seek professional help, that is, how mental illness can impact your daily life, including work, interpersonal relationships, and especially nutrition.
- 20:34Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Those of you know, I dropped uh close to 40 pounds in that uh in that early November area of 2017.
- 20:46Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Self-diagnosing your symptoms and treatment is not the answer to mental health and mental illness.
- 20:55Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: How serious mental illnesses are and how to advocate for yourself in the face of adversity.
- 21:03Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: That right there is two at T, Voices for Voices, where we talk about how serious mental illnesses, trauma, uh, all kinds of trauma.
- 21:18Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And then we we also talk about advocating.
- 21:23Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So that's where our show, our ministry, uh advocating for ourselves as well as our guests uh to reach and help those three billion plus people over the course of my lifetime and beyond.
- 21:43Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And this is all in the face of adversity.
- 21:46Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: None of this is easy, none of this is cookie cutter.
- 21:51Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Not all this, not every area pertains to you and to me and and others.
- 22:00Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh there's different kinds of adversity that comes, and uh and so I talk about some of that adversity that's come, uh, but there's a lot more.
- 22:17Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh, we may be doing a uh a book two, the prescription for living.
- 22:24Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh we're gonna have to do something something else in addition to this because uh with voices for voices and all that we have done, that we are doing, and what's uh what's teed up for the future, Lord willing, um is something that we we we want to we want to share in ways to make mental illnesses one of your greatest assets.
- 22:59Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So I'll give a quick example.
- 23:03Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So I also have ADHD, ADD, and all that, so uh and anxiety and and such.
- 23:12Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so a lot of that comes with you know increased heart rate and uh you know mind racing all over, uh constantly worried about what people think about us, how we look, uh, are we doing something correctly?
- 23:29Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Are we not?
- 23:31Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: What do people think?
- 23:32Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And and so we talk about using that to our advantage, using that almost bursts of energy that instead of you know crippling us and our minds and our bodies are just that freezing.
- 23:54Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh we talk about how we're able to actually leverage that and make mental illness one of our greatest assets.
- 24:08Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Your life is precious, just like mine and everybody else in North America, South America, Africa, Oceania, Oceania, uh, Europe, uh, Asia, Antarctica, Greenland, the North Pole, the South Pole, and anywhere in between and beyond, uh all of our lives are precious.
- 24:39Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And mental illness is serious and can be life-threatening, but it shouldn't stand in the way of your everyday life, nor your dreams and aspirations.
- 24:50Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: If you are a loved one, are someone who wants the opportunity to be the best you possible while harnessing and leveraging your mental illness, this book is for you.
- 25:08Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So that's the House of You Prescription for Living.
- 25:13Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: You can make that purchase on the Voices for Voices TikTok shop.
- 25:20Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Or you can make that purchase for purchases on Amazon.com.
- 25:29Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And that one I wrote the first two David Solomon have written.
- 25:35Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And he's uh he's he's one of the many uh many authors that are gonna be uh under the bill of voices for voices publishing.
- 25:48Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh again, we're just we're just getting started.
- 25:51Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And then secondly, we talked about the bulk sales with teams and coaches and teachers and superintendents and uh pastors and yeah, anybody's in uh uh parents of homeschooled children, parents of non-homeschool children.
- 26:11Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: This particular book, The House of You, Five Workforce Preparation Tips for a Successful Career.
- 26:20Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: This is the second edition, and you can buy this also on our Voices for Voices TikTok shop, and you can also buy it on Amazon.
- 26:34Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: You can buy this on paperback, you can buy this uh electronically, and you can you can uh add this to your audiobook collection.
- 26:48Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh I think it's about a couple hours, a couple hours that um as far as the length, you know, just to give you an idea.
- 26:56Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I think it's like two hours, two hours twenty minutes or something, something near and around there.
- 27:03Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So nothing too, nothing too long.
- 27:08Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh we get right to the point.
- 27:10Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And we also have uh with as you see here, with this uh this is actually my favorite shade of blue.
- 27:19Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um, it's kind of aqua.
- 27:21Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: This is the second edition, and you'll also be able to tell with up here, it'll say it says second edition while it's being blurred out by our camera, which I I have no idea why.
- 27:35Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: But um, so our second edition includes case challenges.
- 27:41Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So that's one thing that uh professors, no matter where you're at, they love cases, they love sharing real-world cases for their students to uh to read, to work on uh for assignments.
- 28:02Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And that's one of the biggest reasons why we we went back and we updated and then we added uh these uh these case challenges uh because as an instructor we want to bring something additional to uh being an instructor, we don't want to just go through you know, like marketing the four Ps.
- 28:29Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: That is say that those that was brought up ages ago.
- 28:36Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Not that they don't apply, they apply a little bit differently.
- 28:40Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: But when we talk about what's really going on in the real world, what what somebody can expect a real world problem that an organization, whether you start your own organization, whether you join an organization, whether you take over a parents company, these are real life examples that I have lived through over 15 years in the corporate space.
- 29:14Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So again, the House of View Five Workforce Preparation Tips for a Successful Career now includes case challenges.
- 29:25Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And again, that's authored by myself, Justin Allen Hayes, just like the House of View prescription for living.
- 29:34Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh, I author uh and again we also have you know takeaway pages or uh actionable pages.
- 29:46Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So you should at least be able to see a matrix, two matrixes uh even as not great as our camera is.
- 29:58Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh In this one particular is called the job offer decision guiding preparation worksheet.
- 30:07Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so we look at all the different areas of an offer.
- 30:15Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: You know, the base salary.
- 30:17Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Is there a variable salary or you know called bonus or performance pay?
- 30:23Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Is there health insurance?
- 30:24Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Is there a retirement plan?
- 30:27Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Yes or no?
- 30:28Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Is there if there is, yes.
- 30:31Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh is there a company match?
- 30:33Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh if you're accepting a job, uh, a role uh that is uh not in your hometown, uh there could be relocation assistance.
- 30:49Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So those are things that I won through personally.
- 30:51Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh and and so that's that's that.
- 30:57Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And I forgot to add that with uh if you purchase on the TikTok shop the Voices for Voices, uh the all of the copies of preparation, workforce preparation in the mental health and for living are all autographed by myself, the author.
- 31:34Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: If you purchase these on Amazon, however, another source.
- 31:40Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh if you purchase it from a different source, they won't be signed.
- 31:49Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh so I just wanted to let that be known.
- 31:52Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: That if if you do buy, make a purchase, I I recommend making that purchase on our TikTok shop because again, they're signed, they're one of a kind, uh limited edition.
- 32:07Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh I didn't sign very many.
- 32:11Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I think I signed maybe a hundred.
- 32:13Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh and we're getting low on on that uh on that quantity.
- 32:22Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So uh we're not sure if we'll do another hundred that are signed or not.
- 32:28Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh we're we'll make that decision at some point in the future.
- 32:34Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Okay, so the back cover of the workforce book is a little bit like this.
- 32:47Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Do you feel prepared to enter the workforce?
- 32:50Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And it doesn't matter, it can be going the traditional way of primary school, secondary, into the workforce, or it could go into the trades.
- 33:03Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh the one big theme that is throughout this this uh this workforce uh particular book is we talk a lot about personal branding.
- 33:21Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So whether you decide to go into the military, whether you go into the trades, you're selling yourself, you're selling, why should somebody, if you're going into the trade, why should somebody uh have their uh air conditioner fixed by you and not your competition?
- 33:43Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so these are the types of things that we talk through.
- 33:47Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So back to the back cover.
- 33:51Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Do you feel prepared to enter the workforce?
- 33:54Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Are you going through the emotions?
- 33:56Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Going through the motions, we are going through the emotions too.
- 34:01Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Are you going through the motions expecting that success and the workforce happens to everyone?
- 34:08Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Have you avoided workforce prep because it is not cool, or because you have aspirations to become a successful entertainer and or athlete?
- 34:19Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Which again, we're talking like 1% and probably even less than 1% that actually go on to uh to those uh to those heights.
- 34:31Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: In the House of You, five workforce preparation tips for a successful career.
