Philadelphia just paid $2.3 million to two child victims of former police officer Patrick Heron, who’s now serving 15-40 years for over 200 counts of child sexual assault. Despite decades of complaints, internal investigations, and even an attempted firing in 2008, Heron stayed on the force — assaulting kids as young as nine, even while on duty. One victim says he later threatened her and asked for inappropriate photos. Another lawsuit is still pending involving a teen mom he allegedly groomed and drugged for four years. The city won’t comment, but these settlements barely scratch the surface…
