- 0:12You've arrived at your destination.
- 0:21Hello. How's it going?
- 0:23Pretty. Good, Pretty.
- 0:25Good. Welcome to Dina's Ronaldo.
- 0:27Nice to meet you, Marcus. How are you?
- 0:29Rex? Good to meet you.
- 0:30Nice to meet you. How can I do for you today?
- 0:32Well, I'm here to purchase a helmet.
- 0:34I do some St. riding, I do some racing, and you know, I've
- 0:39always had showy helmets on the street and on a track.
- 0:42But you know, I've always wanted a AGV helmet.
- 0:46Nice, that's a good choice. I think it might be time to try
- 0:49and see if it's something. Gotcha, gotcha.
- 0:51Tell me about a little more about your type of riding.
- 0:54So you do a most the time track oriented or you do like a more
- 1:00street or you do both parts. I actually do both.
- 1:02So I have a helmet for the street and I have a helmet for
- 1:06the track. So on the street I have a
- 1:07touring helmet. OK, which is this?
- 1:10More comfortable? And then I have a race helmet
- 1:12for the track. Gotcha.
- 1:13So yeah, what can I bike a ride? Well on the track I I race the
- 1:17R6 and say PMRC 390's and right now on the street I'm riding
- 1:23Pedagogy B4. Very nice 11. 98 S.
- 1:26Nice, nice. What current helmets do you have
- 1:29right now? Just give me some perspective.
- 1:32What kind of future is you're looking for the helmet and would
- 1:35you like to have an helmet? As far as the I just wanted to
- 1:41like, so I have a showy helmet, 2 showy helmets, OK.
- 1:43I have the I think it's the X15 for the streak OK racetrack.
- 1:47And then I have a touring helmet.
- 1:49OK. To Neotech.
- 1:50Integrated gotcha device. Gotcha.
- 1:55Cool. All right, So let me show you a
- 1:57few options we have in here in terms of the helmet and of
- 2:02course it depend all the kind of features you're looking for.
- 2:04The helmets, we always been asking those questions for a
- 2:09customer because again, every helmets have a specific features
- 2:14than the customer most are looking for.
- 2:17Sometimes they're looking for the weight for the helmet, the
- 2:20fit, the helmet, the graphic, the helmets.
- 2:23They always have a variety of the type of helmets you you know
- 2:27can choose in your case for racetrack and my recommendation
- 2:33you came from the shell is X14 or X15, which means the top of
- 2:37the line and their brand. So in my recommendation, if you
- 2:40want us on improvements, I would like to recommend you to a
- 2:43Pista. What we have in the Pistas, we
- 2:47have full carbon fiber helmets, 100% of carbon fiber helmets is
- 2:53the only carbon helmets and came from the Moto GP writers and
- 2:59then it can be replicated to customer on the street.
- 3:03Other brands they do, yes. For example, Mark Marcus, they
- 3:07use the X15 on a track, but their helmet, their helmet is
- 3:12not as the same helmet to the public.
- 3:15And in our brand that is actually the helmet to Rossi,
- 3:19where on the track is exact same helmet you can buy on the
- 3:24street. Yeah, of course.
- 3:26The only different is the fit they do specifically for the
- 3:29riders and a few little things changing inside terminally for a
- 3:33fit. But other than that is exact
- 3:36same, same hydration kit. And then they come with the
- 3:39helmets, the same visor, the thickness of the visor is the
- 3:43same, the shelf is the same. Nothing changed.
- 3:46It's just a fit for each riders. It's not like everything else in
- 3:51the track. So everything is made for the
- 3:53specific rider and then other brands don't do that.
- 3:58They do like for a race track like we do, but for the public
- 4:04they do specific for the street. It's now racing track or a
- 4:08racing allocation for the track. It's just for for the street
- 4:14and. What are the other race helmets
- 4:16that you have besides the? Pista, So with our Pista is
- 4:19pretty much our fully racing track helmet for the street,
- 4:25which means our close to the X14X15, which means our K 6S,
- 4:31right. And then below that we have the
- 4:34K3, we have AK-5 and our entry level helmet is the K1S.
- 4:42On the top of that, yes, we have the touring type of helmet we
- 4:46have on our street modular, which means, as you can see this
- 4:50modular helmet and then I have on the top of that is like a
- 4:54touring type of helmets with a full face, which means the AX9,
- 4:58which means the personalized helmets that I wear now.
- 5:01So I have the same helmets. I have a dual sport bike.
- 5:04I have the BMW S1000 XR and I really like it.
- 5:08I really do like a sporting type feeling.
- 5:12It's not a sport bike, but this still have a deaf feeling.
- 5:16That's what I decide to where the AX9, which means give me
- 5:20that flexibility and then the sport touring type of bike.
- 5:25Very nice, 100% carbon as well. Do you know more or less what
- 5:31size you wear in NFA? I think I'm a medium based on
- 5:35the size and chart online so. That's a.
- 5:38Good size and can you just talk about the little bit of
- 5:41features? Yes, let's start with about the
- 5:44fitting 1. So we're always thinking about
- 5:48fit, right. So the helmet is the most
- 5:50important thing is a fit. So most of the people think
- 5:54about fit is just a measuring head and you can fit and
- 5:58everything else across the board, which is not true.
- 6:01So size the head is now always being for every single helmet or
- 6:07every single brand. So what the most important
- 6:10helmet is the head shape. So some brands they do
- 6:15intermedial Oval, long Oval round those, those three types
- 6:20of head shapes, right. So our helmet we do I would say
- 6:25most is intermedial Oval for the US marketing.
- 6:29But in a specific for Pista we call a 360 adaptive fit.
- 6:35What that means we can do customize internally for the
- 6:40customer and based with the head shape and the type of bike they
- 6:44ride. So in your case, if more likely
- 6:48intermediate Oval, I can re measure your head just to be a
- 6:53reference in size. But we can go from then and I
- 6:56can customize internally and base your head shape.
- 6:59I show you in a minute how the we worked and then it'll be go
- 7:03from there. Terms of the material, I may
- 7:06grab one over here and you can see it.
- 7:10So this one in particular one, yeah, this is a new one is
- 7:16limited edition, let's call it electrum.
- 7:19So what we have in here, so we have like I said 100% carbon
- 7:25fiber 1F IM homologation literally is the raising helmets
- 7:31for the public. So we have our metal aluminum
- 7:37vents over here. So I have human being has the
- 7:42parameter vision, we have 220° that is a human view from this
- 7:49particular helmets and different than everybody else.
- 7:52We have 190 parameter view. So what that mean is so you can
- 7:58have on the racetrack you have a better view on the side on the
- 8:04track and on top of that we have 85° vertical view.
- 8:10What that means combined in both.
- 8:13So when you're in the right position, when you get into the
- 8:16turn, you have a better view and both angles, vertical and
- 8:22horizontal then allow you to get better feeling than who's
- 8:28approaching you, What's the apex, what's the breaking point?
- 8:32All those type of filters and anybody else around that don't,
- 8:36does, didn't, does and we do in our piece though top of that we
- 8:43have a 2 lock system. So the hair now is a full
- 8:46locked. We're still able to open and
- 8:49it's still locked. We allow to a little big gap
- 8:53over here to help you on the hot weather and it helps you for the
- 8:57fog lens as well. And then when you fully open in
- 9:02there. So on the front of helmets, we
- 9:05have this type of scoop. What that mean is when you're on
- 9:09a top position over here on a sport bike, this is a scoop of
- 9:14the air into the helmet and helps you for cooling, right and
- 9:21a massive vents over here on the top.
- 9:23We have a three vents over here on the top and of course or
- 9:27exhaust on there the extract. Let me ask, can you close the
- 9:30vents? They do on on spot you can't,
- 9:34but inside the helmet, inside the box, the helmet has the
- 9:37cover, then you can cover. I'll show you on a minute how
- 9:41that works. It's raining, it's raining, you
- 9:43can cover. You compromise a little bit the
- 9:46cooling, but on the rain we always cool.
- 9:49It's not hot right? Another cool feature about this
- 9:53helmet will always come with the tear off, which means a track is
- 9:58very helpful. That's what's the tear off you
- 10:00take for a clean. The visor come with the pin lock
- 10:03lens, which help us for the fog and this helmet is above 60
- 10:09miles an hours is a 0 weight. What that means when you hit the
- 10:13set of speed, so the aerodynamic and the helmet, lift the helmet
- 10:18and somehow and with the spoiler 1 lift it off your neck and you
- 10:25can turn your head in sideways and then then have a less weight
- 10:30in your neck. So that sounds good for those
- 10:32guys that glide. Absolutely, because we've been
- 10:37developing this helmet for so many years where it's like
- 10:41always improve in one future to another one and then base what
- 10:45the Moto GP writers does. So that helps a lot.
- 10:49And then we keep doing this one for a while.
- 10:54We improve the spoiler. It was before we call B plane
- 10:58spoiler. Now we have a regular spoiler.
- 11:03Yeah. So that's just the beautiful
- 11:05this helmet. And at the top of that, I forgot
- 11:08to mention we have our hydration kit.
- 11:10So what does that mean is between sections free practice
- 11:151-2 and erase. You don't need to take your
- 11:19helmet if you want to sip the water.
- 11:21So you can keep this one on your head and you connected this hose
- 11:26to the suit. The little bottle water then
- 11:30have in the suit and you through the cheek pads.
- 11:34You have the connection over here and you can chill sip water
- 11:39between sections. It's like a quick sip water.
- 11:44So you need to OK, I'll go back to the pit land to make some
- 11:47just in a suspension, but I'm thirsty.
- 11:49I don't need to take the helmet off and drink water.
- 11:52Put it on and connect everything else we already have there.
- 11:54The mechanic can help you very quickly.
- 11:56You sip of water, you good to go.
- 11:58Next section I. Have to use the bottle of water.
- 12:00Exactly, that's just helps a lot.
- 12:03So that's only helmet on the market they do that right show
- 12:07it doesn't, RI doesn't, HAC doesn't.
- 12:10So is the only one they do their capability to do that hydration
- 12:15kits on it. Now, what about safety as far
- 12:17as? Safety, we have the latest
- 12:20safety and ECE to two O 6, which mean is we 30% above the average
- 12:28safety in Europe and way more above the dot standard for the
- 12:34US. So let's say if the standard ECE
- 12:38and the dot decide to change for safety, we always above the
- 12:43safety. We extremely safety in terms of
- 12:48the futures on it. And if they change, they'll say,
- 12:51oh, we need to change some safety on the helmets.
- 12:54We already above it. We already did.
- 12:57We just change the sticker, we good to go.
- 13:01Another thing is with FIM homologation ones so and also
- 13:06the sharp safety well that mean is the sharp thing of future
- 13:11safety. Reason is everybody else says
- 13:14about the snail approve ECEADOTEDOT is the standard in
- 13:19the US had to have it. ECE is the Europa 1:00 and we
- 13:23have a two more so it's snail and we have a sharp.
- 13:27So what did that mean? What's the difference between
- 13:29those? So for example, the snail, they
- 13:32go AGV or showy. Showy is now approved.
- 13:37What they do is go to the manufacturer, grab one helmet
- 13:40and test one helmet and say OK, your helmet pays on the safety
- 13:44standard. You can produce all those helmet
- 13:47so sharp is different sharp. They go to the store and grab a
- 13:52Randall helmet. It's not a lot.
- 13:56So the helmets it's just surrender.
- 13:57Come over here, grab this one. Let me test it out.
- 14:00This one. If this one pass, you're good to
- 14:03go because I trust it, but and it's now it's a little bit
- 14:06different. They get the whole lot.
- 14:08I can give one good one for you, but the rest it could be not as
- 14:12good. So for for sharp is different.
- 14:15They do completely independent. They do different.
- 14:18They do this random one and you never know which one you get it
- 14:23right so. And I guess how important is it
- 14:25to have to, to to go on beyond point with what the rating
- 14:31systems have out there? Yeah, absolutely.
- 14:33Because think about the high level of racings you have in
- 14:39terms of the dangerous situation, right.
- 14:43So you need to provide for the rider or even a customer on the
- 14:47street the high level of protection because we again, we
- 14:51are extremely exposed for a dangerous situations.
- 14:55You on the racetrack, you can imagine you go on a straight
- 14:58line at like 135 miles an hour. You need something happens, you
- 15:02need to be protecting there. This is include everything.
- 15:05It's not just a helmet, but a helmet, the suit, the gloves and
- 15:10the boots. We are as a dynasty, we always
- 15:13focus on the safety 1st, so that's why we've been developed
- 15:18in the airbags since 2007. We work on the motor GP riders
- 15:22to develop the best of the best for the track and then we can
- 15:27replicate this for our regular customer on the street.
- 15:31So when your customer come in here like you or others come in
- 15:34here and say listen I want to be safe on the track, but at the
- 15:38same time I want to be safe than the track in the street.
- 15:41That's the way to go. That's what we focus on it
- 15:44safety first track and the street.
- 15:47So that's what you get. Now, you know, I, I there's not
- 15:50a lot of Dynasty stores around, but there are stores where other
- 15:53helmet manufacturers or suit apparels, Yeah, they're not,
- 15:57they don't have stores in other, you know, like retail stores.
- 16:01So in the US we have, we starting smaller a few years
- 16:05ago, want to bring the dynastic from Italy to the US We started
- 16:09I believe it wasn't three stores only in the country.
- 16:12So now we have a 12. So here we're in Florida.
- 16:17So we have a 2 in Florida. We have us over here.
- 16:20We'll be here about 7 years, OK. And this location and we have a
- 16:24nearest store was in Miami, it's about like maybe two or three
- 16:28years. So we have also New York and
- 16:32Atlanta, Dallas, we have Seattle, we have Orange County,
- 16:37what we have across the country, east and West.
- 16:40So yes, other brands and you have like a sisters store for
- 16:47example Cycle Gear, you know that they sell a few items but
- 16:50few gear from us, but it's not as much we have in here on the
- 16:56store. So our talking about our store,
- 16:59our store I will say way more a track orientated kind of store.
- 17:05You see a different store to have a different type of
- 17:08customers. So if you go for a little bit of
- 17:12north or West, you can see more like a touring type of riding.
- 17:16If you go New York, you see racing, but more like a urban
- 17:21style. Got you.
- 17:22Because the the the marketing on that one, we have more like you
- 17:27can see we have tons of letters over here and because we I would
- 17:32say that we have a lot of tracks around here.
- 17:35So we have a Jenny's around, we have a Roebling around.
- 17:38We have a Daytona is very famous.
- 17:40We have a homestead is very famous.
- 17:42And on top of that, we have a lot of customers from South
- 17:45America, South America, I'm from South America, I'm from Brazil.
- 17:50And then we do a lot of St. and track.
- 17:54But on the street, they're different.
- 17:55In the US, we do a lot of leather suits on the street.
- 18:00Wow. OK.
- 18:00So a lot of folks from South America reaching up to you.
- 18:03Absolutely, Yeah. That's why we've tried to focus
- 18:06and bring it those type of gear over here because we have a lot
- 18:10of customers from South America. They come to find us in our
- 18:14gear. So that's was my story is pretty
- 18:17much in the full leather suit. Yes, we have our locals.
- 18:20They like me. I'm ride, I'm a daily ride.
- 18:23Like I said, I have a textile jacket.
- 18:26I wear my airbag on it and top it.
- 18:28I cannot ride without airbag for a safety point.
- 18:33Yeah. And then we have a more casual
- 18:35too. It's like a jeans, like a small,
- 18:38like a jacket. It's more lightweight for the
- 18:41heat and the Florida. We know that.
- 18:42Yeah, yeah, I have a textile as well, and summer pants as well,
- 18:48just to stay safe. Absolutely.
- 18:50Airbag. I got the airbag for the track,
- 18:53but for the street, yeah. But I think that's something I
- 18:55have to do as well, yeah. Do you prefer the airbag over
- 18:58the jacket versus inside? I mean, it's all depend how it's
- 19:02dependent personal, me personal, I like mine on the top right.
- 19:07So the reason to say that is because again, we in Florida,
- 19:11it's hot, I put outside, it's make it easy to me to take my
- 19:15jacket off and I keep the airbag on it.
- 19:17But it's more like a personal. I want to say, I want a point of
- 19:21it. If you wear the airbag outside,
- 19:24if something happens, my view can damage the garment, which
- 19:28means the airbag outside, they don't have any protection.
- 19:31They hold it in terms of the protection.
- 19:33It's not going to blow up right, but you if you have a small
- 19:38crash you need to replace and maybe depend on the damage you
- 19:42did it you need to buy another one got you instead.
- 19:45If you wear under you have your jackets on the top and they hold
- 19:49it is not damaged the actually the airbag garment.
- 19:53I have to replace the jacket. It's just to replace the jacket.
- 19:55It's way, way cheaper than to replace the jacket and then a
- 19:58whole airbag, right? So that's all personal.
- 20:01And I like to wear sometimes underneath is if it's rainy, our
- 20:06airbag is safety on the wet, but I don't want to get dirty
- 20:11because if I need to clean, it's a little bit hard.
- 20:14It's just that's why I wear under when it's rainy.
- 20:17But other than that, you're good to go either way outside or
- 20:21inside. It's just personal preference.
- 20:23OK, cool. I think it's time to try on a.
- 20:24Helmet absolutely. I want to have one here.
- 20:27You say median, right? So I have a median over here I.
- 20:38Don't. Have to get a shirt or two.
- 20:44There's one more thing. I really appreciate you coming
- 20:46to our store and then asking those questions.
- 20:52I'm more than welcome to help you with that.
- 20:54So that's our pista. So we have a very unique bag.
- 21:04So we have in here that's our mono glossy pista.
- 21:11So like I mentioned today, partly all those features, they
- 21:16come the Clearvizor, that particular helmet is a limited
- 21:19edition come the extra visor for that particular one.
- 21:24Let me show you, I'm going to talk about the fit, right?
- 21:31So here internally is the crown. You can see a three 6050
- 21:40adaptive fit. So I'm going to remove inside
- 21:43and I'll show you how this works.
- 21:52So this is our crown, right? And you can see the 360 adaptive
- 21:56fit. So what that means I can
- 21:59customize the fit of the helmets internally and I make you for
- 22:07example like this. So now what I have in here, A1
- 22:20type of fit, so there's like an intermedial Oval.
- 22:24So let's say my customer has a pinpoint over here on the
- 22:29forehead, so I can make this one a little bit wider.
- 22:38So I have a different type of shape now.
- 22:40So I have a wider on the front, narrow on the back, and that's
- 22:44what the head shape is and how they fit this Also I can make a
- 22:50long Oval. I can change this one.
- 22:55It's just about any shape. Any shape?
- 22:58Yes, that's why we call 360 adoptive fit.
- 23:00And how long have you had this? Because I remember probably, I
- 23:04don't know, 2014 I believe I was trying to get helmets and I
- 23:07tried on one and it, it, it didn't fit my head comfortably.
- 23:11So. I had to blow.
- 23:12It in a rye at the time. Yeah.
- 23:13So back in the day we don't have this adoptive fit.
- 23:17We that's why they say we've been developer with the bottle
- 23:20GPA riders. So you never bring it that
- 23:23technology to the public. So that's why we introduced this
- 23:26one. I believe it was in the the
- 23:29Pista GP. That's why we start to adopt A
- 23:33fit. So now you can see now I have a
- 23:36long Oval so I can make round. It's just adopt in here got.
- 23:43You, so there's no reason to be uncomfortable.
- 23:45Exactly so because think about like this.
- 23:48So custom have a wide head, short front to back.
- 23:52So I have a more room over here to fit the head and a little bit
- 23:57narrow over here front to back. That is the beauty for the
- 24:00helmet. That's why nobody's does this
- 24:03beside us and then AGV. So I want to put our standard
- 24:08size and then we go from there and I want to check it out your
- 24:12size head first like a measuring.
- 24:15I want to show you how to measure it.
- 24:17And again, the measuring and size is based most important is
- 24:21based on the head shape than anything else.
- 24:24You can use the measuring for a reference.
- 24:27But now I should define what the size, what the helmet you fit on
- 24:31your measure. All right, I might measure your
- 24:34head. So we have you have an ear and a
- 24:40forehead, pick the highest point of your head, go all the way
- 24:48around east on the 57 centimeters.
- 24:56So what you mean is you fit on the median.
- 24:59So 57mm centimeters is my point reference.
- 25:04So because again, if you think about write this, this could be
- 25:12a 57 centimeters, but I can make this one a long Oval.
- 25:16I can squeeze it got you. So one of that mean is, oh, it's
- 25:21a 57. But if the helmet shape is
- 25:23completely different shape is not going to fit in you.
- 25:27It's going to pressure point on the side points in another
- 25:30hands. If you have a wide one, it's the
- 25:32same thing. We squeeze in here.
- 25:34Got you. It's 257, but wider point is not
- 25:38going to fit. So you can use the measuring
- 25:41head just for a reference now for define what helmets if it's
- 25:46on you or not. All right, so I'm going to put
- 25:48it back together and then you can try on and I want to check
- 25:54some few key points on the helmet and see if they actually
- 25:59correct for you. Oh, let me show you inside the
- 26:03helmets like as we mentioned inside the box we have for the
- 26:15accessories, right. So another thing is I would
- 26:18really like to mention too is about the noise.
- 26:21OK, so customer always complain I have the helmet is too noise,
- 26:28right? Yep, so few things we need to
- 26:31think about it noise perspect, what could be noise for you
- 26:35could be not noise for me and visitors.
- 26:37My recommendation across the board earplugs.
- 26:40Gotcha. That helps a lot in terms of the
- 26:44noise. Another point is material.
- 26:49So when you add more compounding on the shelf, the helmet just
- 26:54make it thicker and helps you to absorb the noise.
- 26:58The vibration, right. When you talk about full carbon
- 27:01helmet shelf, it's thinner. So what that means is at a high
- 27:06speed, there's a vibration, it causes a little bit more noise
- 27:11or Pista is 100% dedicated track only got you, but everybody love
- 27:18it for the terms of the safety and looking at the future.
- 27:23And then everybody wear a track and a street.
- 27:27Another thing is, like I said, the connectors that go on the
- 27:33front of the helmet that's the chewy part they go to the hose
- 27:38and that's the part you can sip the water between sections.
- 27:42This is the the vent, the cover 1.
- 27:47So what you do is just a slide over here.
- 27:49OK, this this slide and then this on the track is rainy.
- 27:57So you just use this one. Yep, keep in there and then
- 28:07right there. So you can call for this, this
- 28:10and that here in the front inside the helmet has a little
- 28:14button and then you can open close.
- 28:18That's what scoop you can open close.
- 28:20So right. So that's is the and of course,
- 28:27all those paddings that I mentioned.
- 28:30Then you can customize the cheek pads so far.
- 28:39I'll give you some example here. So the pockets on there, so it's
- 28:44a little bit loose on the back. I can add this padding.
- 28:49It's a double tape. You can add it.
- 28:51It's just a slide in here and make thicker and adapt to you on
- 29:00the back semi concept for those. There's a little bit too loose
- 29:06on the top. I come over here and stick this
- 29:08one over here. I make this one thicker, fits
- 29:12much better tighter and those is for the cheek pads and the cheek
- 29:17pads. There's the cheek bones over
- 29:19here and I have another one that's go on the bottom.
- 29:22What you mean is this one and you make the cheek pads tighter,
- 29:27right, right, right. And again, it will always you
- 29:30can replace for the whole internal system, cheek pads and
- 29:34crown. You can upload it, upgrade it
- 29:38for the thicker one or the thinner one.
- 29:40If you like it. That is the cheek pads.
- 29:44And I'm going to put this one back together and then you can
- 29:48try the helmet. And I want to check a few things
- 29:50on the helmets as well. I'm going to take this one for
- 29:53you. We can see that's our hydration.
- 30:03Another thing about the helmets, you see all those channels on
- 30:06there. So that's what's the vents and
- 30:09the cooling system is those big ass channels on there keep you
- 30:15cooling and hot days on a track. That's another cool about the
- 30:20the piece there. That's a lot of.
- 30:23Ventilation absolutely. That one is part of the cause of
- 30:27the helmets a little bit louder. So it's a lot of wind inside the
- 30:31helmet. You can do yes my like I said,
- 30:34my recommendation is always wear other Earpods.
- 30:39You can do it and I can ask you about a street.
- 30:41I can do a cardo system yes. It's not meant to be as a cardo
- 30:46on it because you don't have the pocket for the speaker.
- 30:50But I would say that across the board, this new generation and
- 30:54then young riders that wants to have a cardo on it, but he wants
- 30:59to be on the Pista for safety and everybody has a cardo or any
- 31:04intercom system, OK. So do you guys have a helmet for
- 31:10that? We don't have intercom system
- 31:14for pieces of course, because we don't met for, but we do
- 31:18intercom system for a specific helmet.
- 31:21One is called Tor modular. The intercom system is called
- 31:25Insight and we have the previous generation which is Sina, which
- 31:30is called Arc. Oh gosh, OK, this one fits in K
- 31:37ones. Oh, sorry, the K threes K5 and
- 31:41K6. That's the specific for those
- 31:43helmets. And this is by Cena Noncardo.
- 31:51Help yourself and them. Yeah, this system is called 2D
- 32:11rings or it's called D ring, right?
- 32:13So two rings as the titanium rings.
- 32:17So you pass through on 2GO back and one and lock it in and
- 32:22button on there. This.
- 32:23Is in a way. Yeah, that's fine.
- 32:26Cool. Let me take this off.
- 32:28How do you feel about the fit so far?
- 32:32So far so good. Yeah, yeah, so far so good.
- 32:38No pressure up front. Yeah, at the moment.
- 32:41OK, so when I have a customers like you, we're looking for the
- 32:44helmets, what I my point of view in terms of the fit.
- 32:48So I always try to do asking a few questions.
- 32:53First of all, pressure point. You feel any pressure point on
- 32:56the top of your head, you feel any pressure point on your
- 32:59cheeks, you push the button and the lift.
- 33:02Yeah. So those type of questions help
- 33:04me to find the right fit in a helmet for a customer, right?
- 33:09Looking outside right now, it looks like everything is snug
- 33:12around. The most important like I said,
- 33:15atop your head, the helmet had to be the feeling and you have a
- 33:19baseball cap on it all the way around your head.
- 33:23Sit and touch everywhere and no gaps.
- 33:27If you different than other manufacturer, if you have a
- 33:30little gap, that's was the extra paddings come to the game.
- 33:35You add the extra padding to reduce that gap on crown or the
- 33:40cheek pads. And another things I really like
- 33:42to do is I go to the helmet over here and ask him to look up, see
- 33:48what happened. Your helmet's not moving at all,
- 33:51right? Right.
- 33:51So what did that means? When I'm trying to replicate it?
- 33:55I try to replicate it when the cheek pad is broken in.
- 33:59And then then you want a high speed, the pressure on the
- 34:02helmet bring the helmet to your nose, and then you cannot see
- 34:07the helmet, you cannot see the road.
- 34:10That's why I'm trying to replicate it.
- 34:12If it's that case moving too much, maybe that's not the right
- 34:16size for you, right? Right.
- 34:17For now, it seems it seems like a right fit for you if you don't
- 34:22feel any pressure points at all. No, I don't feel any.
- 34:25It's going to take a little. I got to probably have to keep
- 34:29it on for at least 10 minutes. Absolutely.
- 34:31That's another thing that I recommend.
- 34:34Customer never wear our helmet. I recommend where to get home,
- 34:37try to helmet a few times, wear it inside the house a few times.
- 34:42And after a couple of try ONS, you're starting to feel the
- 34:45helmet's going to break it in and then you can decide if it's
- 34:48the right fit on you. And I have a one more thing that
- 34:51I really like to do and I show the customer how that works.
- 34:55I want to follow me, please. I want you to line up.
- 35:02It's a very quick tricky. I want to line up the your feet
- 35:05next to me over here, right there.
- 35:07We can go over there. Yeah, so I wanted you to trying
- 35:10to replicate it on a track. Look straightforward.
- 35:14Don't move your head, just your eyes.
- 35:17Are you still able to see me right?
- 35:19Yes. So if I move over here, are you
- 35:22still able to see me, right? Yes, Looking down right here to
- 35:27me. I'm behind you and far away from
- 35:32you, and you're still able to see me over here.
- 35:35What that means is on a track you're on a turn, you're on a
- 35:40inside, I'm outside, you can see me, I'm approaching you or if
- 35:45it's a verse, I'm inside you, outside you can see me.
- 35:48What I hear that give you the amplitude to ride better on a
- 35:54track because that type of future and the same thing when
- 36:00you're on a straight line. If you're on a straight line,
- 36:03look forward. You don't need to put your head
- 36:06way up to see forward right, because our helmet was an 85°
- 36:11over here. Sit higher and give a better
- 36:15view vertical. And if you turn your head a
- 36:18little bit to the left, you see how much viewed you have in your
- 36:21left side inside the apex outside the apex make a huge
- 36:26difference pretty impressive. That's just the that's just the
- 36:33beer for the Pista. GPRR all.
- 36:36Right. Well, I'm going to keep it on
- 36:37for about 10 minutes. And then absolutely help
- 36:40yourself keep it in the store, walking around.
- 36:43Just let me know if we need to adopt the fit.
- 36:46Definitely I can help you to adopt the fit and they're going
- 36:48to be better. Sounds good.
- 36:50Help yourself. Thank you.
- 36:52Cool. So like the impression, I like
- 37:07this all. Right, so talking about how I
- 37:13can change the visor in the helmet, it's a very simple
- 37:17different than everybody else, right.
- 37:19So we open a visor. Yeah, I have this little latch
- 37:22over here. OK, it's just push this one.
- 37:25Oh, I left. It's done.
- 37:28And one side, just another side. OK, you're done.
- 37:33That's pretty easy, yeah. And I don't have to twist and
- 37:36turn now. Now all those things.
- 37:38Get the ball through the maze. Yes, yes, to put it back on, you
- 37:42can see there you slide there, oh, there right here.
- 37:56Wow. Completely different helmet.
- 37:59Yeah, it's all done. I leave it on.
- 38:01I usually race with that unless it's raining or foggy out.
- 38:05I have a few options and colors. So we have smoke, that's the
- 38:10dark smoke. We have a light smoke.
- 38:12I have a silver, we have a gold, we have a blue, we have electric
- 38:18blue, red and a rainbow. So I have a seven different
- 38:24colors and you can choose anytime for this one is amazing.
- 38:31Another one is go very well with this helmet is the silver one.
- 38:35Maybe they match with the vents? Got you.
- 38:37Yeah, Yeah. Yeah, even better.
- 38:39I like the silver and gold on everyone else, but I'm bit neat.
- 38:42Yeah. So to take it off is very simple
- 38:46right there. That is pretty easy.
- 38:51Wow. And it is the pin lock for the.
- 38:54Yes. So on here on the side have
- 38:58those two pens, that's what the name come pen locks so I can
- 39:03install the pen lock for you. They come with the pen lock.
- 39:08Makes so much of a difference on the on the street and on a
- 39:11racetrack. Absolutely, absolutely.
- 39:15All right, so this is a pen lock.
- 39:26Let me clean the visor inside for you.
- 39:37So give me some tips how that works on pen lock.
- 39:41So the pen lock lens is this kind of lens I have to go inside
- 39:47the actual advisor. So I have a two faces on it.
- 39:51So I have a one is flat, another one is has a kind of kind of
- 39:55silicone around, right. So what this does when you put
- 40:00in there, I want to show you in a minute.
- 40:02So they create a space between outside and inside.
- 40:06So when you close your visor on it, you can breathe inside.
- 40:10It is not have a change the temperature outside inside.
- 40:14That's what's the cause of foggy.
- 40:17Got you. So we have this silicone around,
- 40:19they create a very tiny space between it don't have a change
- 40:24of the temperature internally and externally.
- 40:27And then always, you never get fog, Yeah.
- 40:28Yeah, yeah, yeah. That's the function of the pen
- 40:34lock. So to put it on a very simple,
- 40:36you do over here, slide it in, that's it.
- 40:43That is a very thin film. Now you have your pen lock on,
- 40:52there you can try and breathe heavy next to the visor.
- 40:56You never see the fog. Wow.
- 41:02I need a new visor on my current helmet.
- 41:04That's so. Clean.
- 41:05Yeah. So this is the the pen lock and
- 41:09of course the tear off ones, it's a little bit different.
- 41:14Because those go on outside. Those go outside.
- 41:17They call them the helmet as a treat.
- 41:21Three tear offs. Tear offs yes so trace clear to
- 41:26just the film over here to keep it clean.
- 41:29Yeah to keep like a not scratchy, but this is go pretty
- 41:33much outside over here. That's what we do all in the
- 41:38track. So we change this rotation to
- 41:41able to lock it in and then here we have a little film.
- 41:48It's just spill off to make clear.
- 41:50Now again, I have on both sides not clear.
- 41:56Here it's clear and outside. Oh, it is filled on both sides.
- 42:01In both sides, yes, pretty. Definitely.
- 42:03Yeah. So here, clear here, clear here.
- 42:10All right, and I have to get a Dynase crew to show up at the
- 42:14track. Yeah.
- 42:15So that's the clear. OK, nice.
- 42:17So yeah, that's what's the way they do.
- 42:22They won't be here. Come on three and always you can
- 42:28request more. We always have more any store,
- 42:32any dynasty website you can order on it.
- 42:35So they have more of pen lock as well.
- 42:40All the brine recommendation too.
- 42:41In terms of the pen lock, keep the pin lock on the visor.
- 42:45You can change it for a different visor, but I recommend
- 42:48to keep it one for each visor. Got you, because if you're
- 42:52keeping changing moving around, you can cause a damage on that
- 42:57silicone around. And then then it's the airs go
- 43:00through there, then starting to get foggy.
- 43:02So that's seal over there and then stay.
- 43:05All right, nice. Well, carbon fiber and there,
- 43:11right there. All right, go all.
- 43:22Right. Cool.
- 43:24All right, cool. Running for mask and riding a
- 43:26mask, I usually had a three season suit, two piece OK, and
- 43:32you know which it was great for up there, but coming down here
- 43:35it feels a bit much in Florida and stuff like that.
- 43:37So I do have a summer jacket and summer pants Dynase but I want
- 43:42to look at some maybe a leather jacket that can I.
- 43:45I'm pretty sure I won't be able to use it in July and August on
- 43:47the street. OK, comfortable, but at least
- 43:49like now in January where the temperature comes down to 4050
- 43:54in the mornings and stuff like. That OK and you know.
- 43:57Throughout the day. Because like today, it's not,
- 43:58it's not, it's not getting over like 85.
- 44:00All right. So like I mentioned to you,
- 44:02different location have a different type of gear, right?
- 44:05And based with the weather based with the type of ride they have
- 44:09and what they looking for. We here in Orlando in
- 44:12particular, we carry a lot of perforated leather.
- 44:17Why? It's because the heat so and a
- 44:20South American too. So, but if you go for New York,
- 44:24for example, you're more going to go feel like a less
- 44:27perforated leather over there than here.
- 44:30I want to show you some options over here.
- 44:33What bike you are now planning to ride on the street.
- 44:37Right now it's my V4. OK.
- 44:39Dependagali but I think eventually I'll have another
- 44:41like sports store at some point. Gotcha.
- 44:44But yeah, so a sport bike. That I'm asking is terms of
- 44:47riding position, because that's just another thing is so I have
- 44:52a jacket for the definitely for the type of bike you ride.
- 44:55I'm going to show you something and I can show the difference
- 44:58between and then you understand, give example for this two
- 45:02jackets. All right, we have a here the of
- 45:06row 5 and we have in here the Super speed, right?
- 45:10What's the major difference between these two?
- 45:14This is more up a ride position. This is more sport bike
- 45:20aggressive riding position. This is pretty much the top of
- 45:26the suit you can see. And this one is more up a ride
- 45:31sport touring now very aggressive example, Street
- 45:36Fighter V4, Ninja 650, Ducati MOT Estrada, its upright
- 45:44position or even a Panigali V2, which means very close to the
- 45:49upright position. It's not very aggressive like
- 45:51AV4, Panigali, BMW S1000R are those type of bike And these
- 45:58jackets we're talking about more like S1000, double RV 4,
- 46:04Panigali. We talk about R1, all those more
- 46:11aggressive type of bike and Ninja, the ZX10, all those type
- 46:16of bikes, more aggressive, very talking in that's why.
- 46:20And another thing about the jacket is all those jackets or
- 46:25actually all gear is made in the right position.
- 46:30What do that means? Most of the time a customer
- 46:33tried a jacket or any gear and then I say, wow, that's too
- 46:37tight. It's tight to my chest, it's
- 46:40tight to my arm. I cannot open my arm.
- 46:44Why? Because it get used to like a
- 46:46normal cloth, right? So we'll talk about safety,
- 46:51we'll talk about gear. Had to be in the right position,
- 46:54which means in the majority of the time you on a bike, that's
- 46:58why you need to be safe right outside the bike, you're fine.
- 47:01But then on the bike you had to be saved.
- 47:03And I want to talk about safety. It had to be fit.
- 47:06So that's was the jackets meant to be in different type of bike.
- 47:11This one made in the right position, this more upright
- 47:15position, right, Same thing. Yeah.
- 47:18You can see literally visual, you can see pointed.
- 47:21Out. The arm is more straight, which
- 47:24means it's upper right position. The arm is more turn, which
- 47:28means the right position like here.
- 47:30Same thing for the pants. You see the pants, You can see
- 47:34the pants already bended in this position.
- 47:37Why? Because you sit on a bike and
- 47:39then your hand, your legs like this on a sport bike if you're
- 47:43in the upper right position. Could be a different type of
- 47:46pants. I don't care on the store pretty
- 47:49much, but I care the textile and you can see the textile is more
- 47:54straight. It's not like a bandit like the
- 47:56sport. Leather jacket, leather pants,
- 48:01How much you weight, how much your height?
- 48:045/8 about 150. 4 OK, all right, You about more or less like me.
- 48:11For example, I wear in a jacket, a leather jacket on our brand, I
- 48:15wear a size 50. What size you wearing jeans?
- 48:19Regular jeans? Regular jeans.
- 48:20I'm 31. OK, so I'm a 32, you more or
- 48:24less is like me. So most of the time the
- 48:29customer, for example, you wear A50 in jacket, you're probably
- 48:33fits on the pants more or less one size off depending with your
- 48:37body style. But I would say you're pretty
- 48:39much standard terms of the body style.
- 48:43If you I want to put you on a size 50 on a jacket to see how
- 48:46that goes and I wanted you to sit on a bike.
- 48:49I want to explain some few points for you.
- 48:52If you're fed on A50 jacket, I want to put you on a leather
- 48:56pants as well on a size 50 and you can zip together and you can
- 49:00go from them. Sounds good.
- 49:02All right. I think I do have size 50 over
- 49:07here, which I mean is the that's the new jackets.
- 49:13It's called I want to put. Yeah.
- 49:24So I want to show you on both jackets and then you can see the
- 49:28different in the terms of the fit and you go from there.
- 49:32So let me put you on this jacket for now.
- 49:43So you can't cut them over here. You put both arms back, got down
- 49:51there. There we go.
- 49:53I need somebody to open. My jacket.
- 49:59OK, you can zip for the arms. Awesome.
- 50:05How do you feel? Feels good.
- 50:08All right, feels good. So I would like you to sit and
- 50:10add Ducati Multistrada. I want to show you something in
- 50:16terms of the fit. You're on a dark eye.
- 50:24Cool, so how do you feel now? Actually feels pretty good, not
- 50:30bunched up or anything. OK.
- 50:32Few points, right. So this jacket is our Racing 5,
- 50:35that's our new generation type of jacket.
- 50:38So this jacket will have a capability to integrate the
- 50:44airbag system on it. So I'm going to show you in a
- 50:47few minutes to have a lot of stretch materials in the jacket,
- 50:50which means provides you a lot of comfortable on your right
- 50:53position. Jackets always has been short on
- 50:59the front. Why?
- 51:01Because when you sit on it, the jackets go up in here because if
- 51:05it's too long over here, when it sits, they bulk it in over here,
- 51:09right. So exactly put your hands over
- 51:12here. That's important thing.
- 51:14Let me go this side. You can see here upright
- 51:18position armor is not moving around, so it's tight in snug
- 51:23over here. The length of the arm is all
- 51:26right here on this wrist bone. It's perfect because if you put
- 51:31a gauntlet on, you don't have extra material over here in your
- 51:35hands. This is all the way here cool.
- 51:38So space over here. You see this fits a little bit
- 51:42loose. Why?
- 51:43It's because the airbag integrated on it.
- 51:45When you put the airbag, this extra material is a go away.
- 51:48Got to fulfill this area. So we have a accordion material
- 51:52over here, which means a lot of a lot of breathability.
- 51:56Full leather cowhide is perforated as well.
- 52:00OK. We have aluminum shoulder plates
- 52:02as well and around the here on the back and the race on the
- 52:06shoulders you have a micro elastic which means allow you to
- 52:11turn directions if you need that.
- 52:13LAX elastication over here helps you a lot in terms of the
- 52:17elastication on the back. We have a little extra material
- 52:20over here. Again, it's elastic over here in
- 52:24case the airbags go off. There's one that's popped up and
- 52:28it helps you to an airbag inflated inside the jacket.
- 52:32That's the one all the way down to the tailbone.
- 52:36And then you can offer, of course, you can zip it to the
- 52:39pants and make like a a suit for the street.
- 52:44And now, you know, being down here in the summer months, I
- 52:47mean, do you recommend leather jackets and even perform in the
- 52:50summer or? Again, it's like we mentioned
- 52:53earlier today as a prospect. So it could be allowed for you,
- 52:58could be not allowed for me, could be hot for you, could be
- 53:01not hot for me. I would say that my majority
- 53:03customer wear a leather jacket even in the summer, including
- 53:07myself, but I got used to it for the heat.
- 53:11So it's not bothering me too much.
- 53:14But if somebody else and not get used to the heat, maybe there's
- 53:18a little being comfortable. And again, you had to move stuck
- 53:23in the traffic like we have a lot over here.
- 53:26You get hot anyway no matter what you have.
- 53:30But soon as you get in on the road and speed up, they all wait
- 53:34to get through, go through and the jacket is going to cool you
- 53:37off. That is the thing.
- 53:38That's why we carry all perforated leather jackets over
- 53:41here cool. That's just type of jacket for
- 53:45operatic position naked by kid, touring, biking, like a more
- 53:50aggressive kining looking right. I want to put you on a very
- 53:54aggressive one that you can see the difference come over there.
- 54:27You can feel already, it's like a mud snug, right?
- 54:40So you can zip it all the way up, zip in the arm.
- 54:47See the arms a little bit longer?
- 54:49Yes, that's what I want to point out for you and you can come
- 54:52over here in this bike now it's not very it's not very
- 54:56aggressive riding position, but at least it's.
- 55:05Yeah, that's that's a very amazing bike.
- 55:09All right, so you can take that think about you on a more
- 55:14aggressive position. OK, So in this position, what
- 55:16you have see the arm is already in the spot and lock on your arm
- 55:21and elbow and shoulder. So you have the speed hump over
- 55:25here to make it aerodynamic with your Pista.
- 55:29So the arm is actually is not that bad.
- 55:31I thought it's going to be a little bit shorter or longer,
- 55:33but it's not that bad on the right position is not standing
- 55:37yes, a little bit, but on the right position you'll be fine.
- 55:42A lot of stretch material over here to change the directions
- 55:45the same thing when the racing 5 so you can change it and move
- 55:50in. So you still have a room over
- 55:53here for the back protector. All right, everything now I'm
- 55:56going to hump and the chest. You have a room over here for a
- 56:01chest protector as well. Do you see the difference
- 56:07between 1 fit to another one? Yeah.
- 56:10I'm not saying you cannot wear this jacket and a multistrada or
- 56:13visiver. So that jacket and the penny got
- 56:15it. You still do.
- 56:17It's not as comfortable than the mate 4 didn't make sense.
- 56:21So you still get. The safety, but maybe a little.
- 56:23Bit absolutely I don't. Even think you really notice it
- 56:26because you get used to it. But again, yes, it looks.
- 56:29Like this, it's just kind of like, oh.
- 56:31Yeah, that's that's is my my function over here to orientate
- 56:36the give advice for a customer or teach the customer how they
- 56:41fit what's not fit right. Customer wants to pretend to buy
- 56:45online because they think it's cheaper online.
- 56:48Sometimes, yes, a bottle cheaper, but it's not fit
- 56:51correctly and then you put your safety and risk because you
- 56:56think you do the right thing, right, right.
- 56:58That's important to you come to the store and talk with somebody
- 57:02else has a knowledge about the product and it give you
- 57:05directions which fits would not fit in terms of the safety.
- 57:09Because I don't even think that's something I would in the
- 57:11past. I mean, I, yeah, I've always
- 57:13gone into stores and bought my suits and stuff like that, but
- 57:16when I look online, I didn't even look at like touring versus
- 57:19not touring. Maybe on a textile because it's
- 57:20so obvious. Yeah.
- 57:22But I just submit the assumption that like, you know, looks like
- 57:25a race jacket. It's a race jacket.
- 57:26It's OK no matter what is a racing jacket, but it's not.
- 57:31Let's have a few things you need to think about it before you go
- 57:35forward and purchase. So that's what's important
- 57:39that's what I really appreciate that our customer come over here
- 57:42then we can't able to teaching the customer and the way they
- 57:47fit, which should be fit, which should not be fit.
- 57:50OK, yeah. Because again Adinazee as
- 57:53priority is a safety right. So I ready to put you on the
- 57:57safety gear than anything else and I.
- 57:59Appreciate that. And let's talk about airbags,
- 58:01yeah? Suits.
- 58:02You can take an airbag. All right, see the.
- 58:04Different ones here. Yeah.
- 58:06So we have a three different actually 4-4 different airbag,
- 58:12but pretty much it's the same technology.
- 58:15It's just like improvements in terms of the the algorithms.
- 58:20OK, So our airbag system is we've been developing since
- 58:242007. I believe we work with direct
- 58:28with the Moto GP riders and then try to develop into the best
- 58:31technology for safety. All right, what's our priority?
- 58:36We started with the first generation that was this.
- 58:42It's called Smart Jacket. I'll put over here, it's called
- 58:46smart jacket. That's what was the first
- 58:47generation they come with. Actually, that's one is the 1.
- 58:51I actually care right now for myself.
- 58:54That's the one that I wear on it.
- 58:56It's called smart jacket. So you can wear again inside,
- 59:00outside like we talked earlier today, so we can log inside
- 59:03outside. That's the first one.
- 59:06And then and they made the leather version for a different
- 59:10type of riders. So I'll talk about a cruiser
- 59:13riders. Got you.
- 59:15So Harley guys cruising bike, you know, like sport.
- 59:21Get your patches and put them on right.
- 59:22Exactly. We have the Velcro there ready
- 59:25to go. It's for that type of customers
- 59:28pretty. Dope.
- 59:29Yeah, it's very comfortable too. Again, you can wear inside,
- 59:33outside and then we come with the same, this one, but the long
- 59:40sleeve. OK, I don't care anymore over
- 59:42here. We were sold out and then after
- 59:44that we decide to do this textile jacket with the airbag
- 59:48on it. Oh, OK, so it's built in.
- 59:51So yes, it's the same technology in both just built in the whole
- 59:56textile jacket again. You can see it with the arms
- 1:00:01more upright position, right? Yep, but it's tube, but it's
- 1:00:04textiles give me more flexibility to use an alright
- 1:00:08aggressive position or the upper right position.
- 1:00:12That is the smart LS we call got you same technology when the
- 1:00:17both vests. Now you know you have the vest
- 1:00:21by itself, why go back to having it integrated into a jacket?
- 1:00:25Yeah, so the House of pros and cons.
- 1:00:27So if you have a multiple jackets, right, I like to wear a
- 1:00:33vest. Why?
- 1:00:34To give more flexibility to wear in different jackets that I
- 1:00:38want. So if you don't have any other
- 1:00:41jacket, but I wants to be a safety, I go to the textile with
- 1:00:45the airbag built on it and you have a protect your elbow,
- 1:00:49protect your shoulder, right, right.
- 1:00:52So that's the way that's the not a kind of pros and cons, but all
- 1:00:59depend again, all depend what type of ride you do, what gear
- 1:01:02do you have? If you don't have any gear, I go
- 1:01:05there 100%. You have a full textile jacket
- 1:01:09or the airbag built on it. I have a multiple jackets what I
- 1:01:13do personal and I decide to go on that vest because I can wear
- 1:01:17it in different type of jacket that I have at home.
- 1:01:20All depend on my style or depend on the bike I want to take for a
- 1:01:23ride right And this one is the LS and then we have the new
- 1:01:31generation it's called smart air OK, so it's not calling smart
- 1:01:35Jack anymore it's called smart edge air.
- 1:01:38So what they do in a different what they change complete the
- 1:01:41system. The technology is about the
- 1:01:43same, but they change. Complete the design, the
- 1:01:47material, the way they fit. Got you.
- 1:01:50So now we have. Less material.
- 1:01:52Less material is lightweight all right, more breathable, OK, and
- 1:01:59now allows you to deploy 3 times.
- 1:02:02Oh, OK. So on the previous generations
- 1:02:05view one times deployment and you need to change the whole
- 1:02:08airbag system so then the new one is marked air.
- 1:02:12We allowed to do deploy 3 times. OK, so and of course always
- 1:02:16depend the situation. If you have a major damage on a
- 1:02:20garment outside, I recommend to fix it and then to change the
- 1:02:25airbag. So this airbag in particular one
- 1:02:29go inside of the jacket. I want to show you in a minute
- 1:02:33you can attach it together and then you can try again one more
- 1:02:36time and you can see it all filly I was.
- 1:02:38Going to say that. And how do you how do you
- 1:02:40activate this one? Yeah.
- 1:02:41So in terms of the activation has A1 button over here, that's
- 1:02:49why you connect on it. And of course, I need to turn
- 1:02:53up, turn the wires on the back, connect the wires on there.
- 1:02:56I need to prepare for you. I can show you on another jacket
- 1:03:00how that works. And then you have these lights
- 1:03:02on in here. So how they works.
- 1:03:05So have a few sensors, have a six different sensors on it.
- 1:03:10I have a three zeros cup, A3 accelerometer, GPS and a Raider.
- 1:03:14So what they do, they track everything else around you 360
- 1:03:17degrees. So for example, you're on a
- 1:03:20straight line, you get into the turn and you go way too often to
- 1:03:25lean. The algorithm is on that system,
- 1:03:29detected that and say hey he is in a dangerous situation, about
- 1:03:33to crash, they go off. Got.
- 1:03:36You another situation, another scenario.
- 1:03:38So you stop at the traffic light.
- 1:03:41Somebody else came, hit you on the back.
- 1:03:44The Raider is always tracking around you.
- 1:03:47OK, if somebody else hits you on the back, let's go off.
- 1:03:50No kidding. Yes, another scenario, does it
- 1:03:54know like? Close to impact or impact has to
- 1:03:56happen. No, I have to be touch it.
- 1:03:58So another situation, other scenario.
- 1:04:00So you on the straight, you have hit somebody else.
- 1:04:04It is the different acceleration 'cause the airbags go off
- 1:04:10because it's too much. It's like on a car, we hit
- 1:04:13somebody else. A little touch is not going to
- 1:04:16go off the airbag. But it has the combination with
- 1:04:19the algorithm. If you hit, they know hey you
- 1:04:22hit the harder enough and it'll go off.
- 1:04:26And roughly how fast does it deploy?
- 1:04:28He's deployed about 1000 times faster than in your blinking
- 1:04:33eyes. Wow, so just give it a
- 1:04:35perspective so the airbags go off even before you get off of
- 1:04:39the bike. Right.
- 1:04:41So they already detected and go off, and when you hit the ground
- 1:04:44is already fully inflated to protect you.
- 1:04:47Yeah, now I'll say I had my race suit's AD air suit, OK.
- 1:04:52And my I had one accident a few years back and it deployed and
- 1:04:56it's much better to crash with an airbag suit than without.
- 1:04:58Absolutely. Crash without airbag suits and
- 1:05:01so I know that I feel a difference.
- 1:05:02Yeah, So in our in our racing suits is a little bit different
- 1:05:06in terms of the algorithms. So here on a smart Jack is made
- 1:05:10to to a street right, got you. OK.
- 1:05:12Days are way more sensitive for everything in terms of speed,
- 1:05:19breaking point, leaning angles, all those things.
- 1:05:21It's like a pedestrian cars, all those things on a track is a
- 1:05:25little bit different. How to deploy an airbag on a
- 1:05:29track to different low side with a tumbling or high side.
- 1:05:34Gotcha here. They're going to deploy for
- 1:05:37prevent than anything else. So that's just more dangerous.
- 1:05:41That's why the people asking, oh, can I use this airbag on a
- 1:05:44on a track? No, it's.
- 1:05:45Going to deploy. Exactly.
- 1:05:48For example, scenario, you go on a turn, you go off in the grass
- 1:05:52and you wiggly a little bit, they're going to deploy it.
- 1:05:55Wow. OK, because they don't know it
- 1:05:57is off the track in a wiggly little bit could be on the
- 1:06:01street and then you don't know what's around you.
- 1:06:04OK, let me deploy this guy and protect my rider than anything
- 1:06:09else on a track. You go off of the on the track
- 1:06:13and now grass, you save it. That's not going to go off, but
- 1:06:17if you go off and slide in the tumbling, they're going to
- 1:06:21deploy. It's good.
- 1:06:21To know. Yeah, that is the major
- 1:06:24difference, absolutely for the new technology on the suit,
- 1:06:30which means you have the previous one, the new one, you
- 1:06:33have the same technology over here, but you have a capability
- 1:06:37to change for no suit to the race and the street.
- 1:06:43I want to show you in a minute so you can change it to the app
- 1:06:46you. Just can't forget.
- 1:06:48You can change an app so you can change the sensors on a suit to
- 1:06:53be more sensitive for the street and less sensitive for the
- 1:06:57track. I'll show you in a minute how
- 1:06:59that works. Gen. 3 will be able to just
- 1:07:01detect where you are, so it ought.
- 1:07:02Somebody. Yeah.
- 1:07:03So the wife it could be track you where you at.
- 1:07:05So that's another thing. And then I want to I want to put
- 1:07:10this one in the jackets. At least you can try on with
- 1:07:13that. Let me get this one.
- 1:07:14All right. So like say this one is the new
- 1:07:18generation of jackets. So since the last year when we
- 1:07:23released this airbag vest, the new one, our new jackets most
- 1:07:29like a common capability to wear this vest inside the jacket.
- 1:07:33Attach it got you. So inside the jackets, we have
- 1:07:37those yellow tabs over here, right here, here, here and here.
- 1:07:50OK, so then what we're going to do is put inside over here and
- 1:07:58let's go over here. So now if you had.
- 1:08:38The Vest. And you had a jacket that didn't
- 1:08:42have the that wasn't made with the vest.
- 1:08:45You still can wear, it's just not connected, so go over here.
- 1:08:54Thank. You.
- 1:08:55Thank you. Yeah, Yeah.
- 1:09:01And what's the weight of the vest?
- 1:09:04I would say like maybe was in kilos, I would say kil and a
- 1:09:11half maybe more or less. So now we have the the airbag
- 1:09:18attached with the jacket and stay there.
- 1:09:21So now I want to try. OK.
- 1:09:33So turn off, you can zip in there, zip the vest, OK, and
- 1:09:45then zip the jacket. Yeah, fix it now.
- 1:09:59So. And now I want to invite you to
- 1:10:02sit in a Ducati again, that Multistrada.
- 1:10:14OK, so now see the extra materials we have in here
- 1:10:20before? It's gone.
- 1:10:21It's gone now. It's gone.
- 1:10:23Yeah. Why?
- 1:10:24Because the airbag. So here on the back, we still
- 1:10:27have our extra material over here, it's just to able to
- 1:10:30expand. The airbag collarbone is the
- 1:10:32same thing. So I have an extra money here to
- 1:10:35able to expand. When you get the airbags go off,
- 1:10:39that's why they fit. Wow.
- 1:10:40It's not that heavy. I mean, granted by, yeah.
- 1:10:43Yeah. So customer think about, oh,
- 1:10:45this want to grab it say, oh it's too heavy, but think about
- 1:10:48it is it's kind of kind of physic.
- 1:10:50So when you have the weight on your and it's distributed in a
- 1:10:54whole body and a whole bike, you don't feel that weight.
- 1:10:59That's a physical basic. That's the way to go.
- 1:11:04Carry one in one hand. Oh, then it's heavy, I'm not
- 1:11:07going to lie. But the one you have in your
- 1:11:09body and everything else, distributor on there through the
- 1:11:12bike and through your body, that's the weight.
- 1:11:15That's not that much. Yeah, it's not bad at all.
- 1:11:17I mean, I'll travel with a backpack and I can feel the
- 1:11:20backpack even when it's rested. On absolutely, yeah, you got the
- 1:11:25point. Yeah, that's a way less than a
- 1:11:27backpack for sure. No.
- 1:11:28This is nice. And again, so you have now
- 1:11:31equivalents that are a chest protector stuck with the top of
- 1:11:35each other and A7 back protectors stuck with each
- 1:11:39other. That's how safety is the airbag.
- 1:11:43OK, wow. And I want to show you another
- 1:11:47cool thing about it, the airbag as well.
- 1:11:50So other companies, they do airbags, right?
- 1:11:53You know, Alpine, Star, Rabbit Climb, they do other airbags.
- 1:11:59So what they do the airbags, So they're called balloons, right?
- 1:12:02So think about the situation, the scenario.
- 1:12:05So you have the air balloon. When you hit the air balloon,
- 1:12:08what happened? The air inside.
- 1:12:10Just push the other side. Exactly right.
- 1:12:13So our systems complete differences at the tent for us
- 1:12:17we call microfilaments. This is a piece of the airbag.
- 1:12:21Look inside. Oh wow.
- 1:12:28So what that means is when this will go off, it's very strong
- 1:12:32like a solid rock and what those microfilaments do when you have
- 1:12:37impact over here, it don't allow to the air move inside.
- 1:12:41Got you. That's why this microfilaments
- 1:12:44is there. So keeps it where the impact is
- 1:12:47on is. Yes, that's why I consider
- 1:12:51airbag and other companies consider like a balloon.
- 1:12:55That's why they always attach the back protector to to able to
- 1:12:59hit the level protection that we do.
- 1:13:02OK. Makes sense, that's why it's the
- 1:13:04airbag is always come with the back protector too.
- 1:13:07Right, right. So that is only us that is very
- 1:13:11unique systems or microfilaments on there.
- 1:13:18Spider webs. Spider webs, exactly.
- 1:13:21And then that's about how much they expend about like a 2
- 1:13:24inches. OK, so and it's strong like a
- 1:13:28rock in there. You can lift the whole car if
- 1:13:31it's put the four airbags on the tire.
- 1:13:33Yeah, I can lift the whole damn van or truck with just the How
- 1:13:37stronger is this? Oh wow, yeah, it's pretty
- 1:13:40impressive. Yeah, all.
- 1:13:41Right. Cool, cool.
