- 1:52Speaker 1: I hope this don't happen to you, okay.
- 1:56Speaker 1: So I ordered me some tacos.
- 1:58Speaker 1: You know my favorite way to order Door dash.
- 2:03Speaker 1: So I door dash me three loaded burritos.
- 2:11Speaker 1: I know I didn't need three.
- 2:14Speaker 1: I usually eat two, one for real, but I usually eat two, but I like to have one left over.
- 2:21Speaker 1: That way, if it's really really good, I can have it again later on at night, or maybe possibly the next day, possibly.
- 2:30Speaker 1: You know, you got to be careful with tacos the next day.
- 2:32Speaker 1: Anyway, I'm all excited.
- 2:35Speaker 1: I got my burritos on the way.
- 2:37Speaker 1: They arrived Hot.
- 2:41Speaker 1: Everything was perfect.
- 2:42Speaker 1: They got here fast so they were fresh, hot.
- 2:46Speaker 1: I peeled, I had all my sauces fire sauce, diablo sauce, all kind of sauce ready to go.
- 2:56Speaker 1: I'm talking about everything.
- 2:57Speaker 1: I ain't even.
- 2:58Speaker 1: Usually they.
- 2:59Speaker 1: A lot of times they forget my fucking sauce and then I gotta use some salsa, some shit.
- 3:04Speaker 1: I got at the house that don't quite fit, but this particular time they had everything right.
- 3:09Speaker 1: So I I take one of my burritos, I peel the aluminum foil or whatever back.
- 3:18Speaker 1: You see the smoke rises.
- 3:22Speaker 1: So I take a bite.
- 3:23Speaker 1: I take a nice healthy bite and so I'm biting and I'm chewing and I'm.
- 3:29Speaker 1: You know, in my mind I'm already excited.
- 3:31Speaker 1: But then now the excitement leaving because I'm like, wait a minute, where is the stuff at inside of this shit?
- 3:38Speaker 1: I'm like all I'm tasting is dough and beans.
- 3:42Speaker 1: But I say, you know what?
- 3:45Speaker 1: Sometimes at the end of the burrito, you know everything's not mixed in or whatever.
- 3:51Speaker 1: So sometimes at the end you get a lot of dough, you get some whatever, whatever.
- 3:54Speaker 1: Okay, I'm starving.
- 3:57Speaker 1: So I'm hungry as hell.
- 3:58Speaker 1: So I'm like, okay, well, let me try it again.
- 4:00Speaker 1: Take another big bite.
- 4:03Speaker 1: Take another big bite, probably a bigger bite than the one before, because I just want to make sure I had got some, something else in my.
- 4:10Speaker 1: Uh, you know, I want to taste some meat and this and that, no diddy.
- 4:14Speaker 1: So another bite, big bite and I'm chewing and I'm like, what is this?
- 4:21Speaker 1: Nonstop mush.
- 4:23Speaker 1: I'm not tasting.
- 4:26Speaker 1: Nothing but mush.
- 4:27Speaker 1: Where is the meat?
- 4:29Speaker 1: Where is the lettuce?
- 4:31Speaker 1: Where is whatever the hell else that is normally in my fucking burrito?
- 4:37Speaker 1: It's like nothing but mush, nothing but mush.
- 4:43Speaker 1: Y'all the mush.
- 4:48Speaker 1: I was starving, so I went ahead and swallowed it.
- 4:51Speaker 1: It wasn't easy, y'all Tell me.
- 4:55Speaker 1: Now I'm pissed Because I'm thinking I didn't fuck my order.
- 4:59Speaker 1: What is this I don't want?
- 5:01Speaker 1: No, this is Y'all Come to find out.
- 5:06Speaker 1: Somehow they switched my order and gave me three bean burritos.
- 5:11Speaker 1: I didn't even know anything about bean Bean burritos.
- 5:16Speaker 1: Only have beans in them.
- 5:18Speaker 1: That was nasty, as what the hell I'm like.
- 5:26Speaker 1: Who would want a burrito with nothing but beans in it?
- 5:29Speaker 1: Oh my God, I was so pissed and I was so hungry.
- 5:37Speaker 1: I ate the one, but I didn't enjoy it at all.
- 5:42Speaker 1: It was just like nonstop beans.
- 5:46Speaker 1: Oh, it was disgusting.
- 5:49Speaker 1: If you like bean burritos, that's on you.
- 5:52Speaker 1: Hey, I'm not judging, but I need some fucking meat, lettuce, onions, something.
- 5:59Speaker 1: I need other shit besides beans wrapped in in a tortilla, whatever the hell that was.
- 6:07Speaker 1: It's a hard pass and a hard known bean burritos for me.
- 6:14Speaker 1: I was in.
- 6:14Speaker 1: I was in the bathroom for about a fucking week behind those bean burritos.
- 6:20Speaker 1: So, anyway, enjoy your taco tuesday.
- 6:24Speaker 1: Make sure they don't slip any bean burritos on you, because I'm warning you now, there's nothing but fucking beans in there and it ain't funny.
- 6:35Speaker 1: It ain't funny.
- 6:36Speaker 1: I wanted a real, the real deal.
- 6:40Speaker 1: So, anyway, let's get moving y'all.
- 6:43Speaker 1: I like that.
- 6:43Speaker 1: Y'all give me a chance to rant and, you know, to get that off my chest.
- 6:48Speaker 1: But what the hell?
- 6:49Speaker 1: Speaking of ranting and raving, jay-z is pissed.
- 6:58Speaker 1: Why is jay-z pissed?
- 7:02Speaker 1: Because attorney Tony Busby has filed a civil suit saying that Jay-Z raped a 13-year-old girl with Diddy, and this is getting ugly.
- 7:27Speaker 1: Y'all this is has become a ugly mess between Jay-Z and this attorney, and we're just getting started pay attention to this shit.
- 7:43Speaker 1: So let let me tell you the new that what's going on now.
- 7:47Speaker 1: Basically, before I get into it, give you some context.
- 7:50Speaker 1: Jay-z has put an all-out press of of, of private investigators, and, and, and and his own team of people suing busby.
- 8:02Speaker 1: It's getting ugly.
- 8:03Speaker 1: Busby saying he's a Marine, he's not going to be intimidated.
- 8:07Speaker 1: This is the true meaning of a pissing contest right now.
- 8:14Speaker 1: But let's get into this.
- 8:17Speaker 1: Jay-z missed the throwback.
- 8:23Speaker 1: This is in his throwback days, when he was wearing throwback jerseys and shit.
- 8:27Speaker 1: Jay-z caught up in some shit, so he's been implicated in this Diddy lawsuit.
- 8:34Speaker 1: Now, this lawsuit Is from an incident that allegedly took place Back in the year 2000 and it occurred after the MTV V vma awards, one of those award shows.
- 8:47Speaker 1: Now, the victim was 13 at the time and what they're saying is that the victim says they were dropped off at the vmas at the radio city music hall, but she didn't have anything to get inside, she didn't have tickets, she didn't have any credentials, so she was approaching.
- 9:13Speaker 1: Now don't ask me what a 13-year-old is doing, doing all this by themselves where the parents are.
- 9:20Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 9:21Speaker 1: Are I don't know?
- 9:32Speaker 1: But anyway, she approached various limos and was trying to figure out if a way she could, somebody could help her get into the venue.
- 9:36Speaker 1: Now, one driver in particular was diddy's driver and according to this this, this young lady.
- 9:45Speaker 1: The driver said hey, diddy likes little girls in so many words.
- 9:50Speaker 1: So he offered her a ride or offered her, you know, entry to a special after party.
- 10:01Speaker 1: So she was taken to the mansion and she described it as a big mansion with a U-shaped driveway.
- 10:13Speaker 1: So they made her sign an NDA and after signing that NDA, she was allegedly essay by diddy and jay-z.
- 10:33Speaker 1: How did this happen?
- 10:33Speaker 1: She said she was given a drink and she believed that drink was laced.
- 10:37Speaker 1: After she drank it, she was.
- 10:39Speaker 1: She was out of commission.
- 10:40Speaker 1: She said the whole party was full of drinks and drugs and everybody was out of their mind.
- 10:48Speaker 1: Basically.
- 10:49Speaker 1: Next thing she knows Jay-Z and Diddy are taking turns raping her while another high profile celebrity female watched.
- 11:06Speaker 1: Now, when it comes to who this female is, there are two Major culprits that people think it could be Between Beyonce or J-Lo.
- 11:23Speaker 1: I've been on record as saying I believe it's JLo.
- 11:26Speaker 1: I have posts about it, and maybe at the end of this show I'll go a little bit more in detail about why I think it's JLo, but for now let me just let you know they're saying it's between Beyonce and JLo is what people are thinking.
- 11:40Speaker 1: Now this nasty, horrific accusation has got Jay-Z pissed.
- 11:55Speaker 1: And what is he doing?
- 11:59Speaker 1: He is sending lawsuits from all type of directions at Tony Busby.
- 12:12Speaker 1: Now let's talk about some of those lawsuits.
- 12:18Speaker 1: Now, in November 2024, an anonymous woman we'll refer refer to as Jane Doe, filed a lawsuit against Tony Busby.
- 12:31Speaker 1: Now, in this lawsuit, they were accusing him of assault and legal malpractice during his representation, during his representation of her divorce proceedings.
- 12:46Speaker 1: Now the plaintiff alleges that Busby, in a public setting, flew into a fit of rage and shoved a champagne flute into her face, resulting in a chipped tooth, with she's claiming to have dental records.
- 13:09Speaker 1: And, additionally, she contends that busby's mishandling of her divorce caused her substantial financial losses.
- 13:18Speaker 1: Now y'all know we're gonna dig.
- 13:20Speaker 1: This is the is the flow show, no filter.
- 13:22Speaker 1: This is what we do.
- 13:23Speaker 1: We dig into these cases, we don't.
- 13:27Speaker 1: We put all the facts out there and sift the shit out.
- 13:30Speaker 1: What's the real, what's the fake?
- 13:32Speaker 1: Now Busby has denied all of these allegations, asserting that they are unfounded and that he will vigorously defend himself in court, defend himself in court.
- 13:45Speaker 1: But everybody on the outside looking in know that this is Virtually an attack from Jay-Z.
- 14:01Speaker 1: Now we got in another legal matter.
- 14:02Speaker 1: Tony Busby has been accused of engaging in Extortion practices.
- 14:09Speaker 1: Now this was sent in.
- 14:11Speaker 1: We got three, three of these, so one so far.
- 14:13Speaker 1: We've already talked about the lady.
- 14:14Speaker 1: This is the second accusation and this came from an unidentified celebrity which we are now believing is Jay-Z, which we are now believing is Jay-Z.
- 14:26Speaker 1: They basically say that this lawyer has attempted to extort substantial sums of money from this person by threatening to implicate him in fabricated sexual assault allegations.
- 14:41Speaker 1: Now the lawsuit alleges that busby warned of releasing entirely fabricated and malicious allegations of sexual assault, including multiple incidents of rape of a minor, both male and female, against plaintiff if he refuses to comply with their demands.
- 15:03Speaker 1: Busby has refuted these claims as well, stating that no threats were made and that the demand letters merely sought a confidential mediation.
- 15:16Speaker 1: This is getting like I said, this is an all-out war between tony busby and jay-z, that's that's brewing.
- 15:28Speaker 1: These allegations have emerged as busby is trying to represent numerous clients in these high profiles.
- 15:38Speaker 1: Basically, sexual assault cases there against diddy and Jay-Z.
- 15:47Speaker 1: Now the legal community and the public are closely monitoring all of this shit.
- 15:54Speaker 1: Busby is no joke as an attorney.
- 15:59Speaker 1: Y'all, even the attorneys speaking on Busby, are saying he don't lose Matter of fact, they are saying he is the most winningest, most successful attorney in the game.
- 16:16Speaker 1: So Jay-Z might be barking up the wrong tree, in my opinion.
- 16:21Speaker 1: I believe he is.
- 16:22Speaker 1: In my opinion, I believe he is.
- 16:34Speaker 1: Busby's involvement in high stakes litigation has put him in the public eye numerous times.
- 16:37Speaker 1: Now his current legal challenges add a complex layer to his professional narrative, prompting discussions about ethics and accountability within the legal profession.
- 16:50Speaker 1: Jay-z has people now looking at Tony Busby and holding him accountable for things that he may or may not have done.
- 16:56Speaker 1: They will undoubtedly influence public perception and potentially impact ongoing and future legal proceedings involving Busby.
- 17:11Speaker 1: This is going to be an ongoing thing.
- 17:13Speaker 1: This is Jay-Z's offense.
- 17:17Speaker 1: This is his attack.
- 17:19Speaker 1: He is going on the offense.
- 17:20Speaker 1: He's not playing defense.
- 17:24Speaker 1: Now, to provide a deeper understanding of the implications of these allegations, listen to what this legal analysis analyst has said and I quote the allegations against tony busby are significant, especially considering his role in high profile cases.
- 17:44Speaker 1: If proven true, they could lead to severe professional repercussions, including potential disbarment.
- 17:57Speaker 1: Moreover, these allegations may affect the credibility of the cases he is currently handling, as opposing counsel might question his integrity.
- 18:06Speaker 1: Now I was wondering, like what should we watch for as this develops, because I've never seen this strategy of of, of, of an accused or a defendant and say saying this case, jay-z actually just attacking the lawyer, and this is what the experts say.
- 18:31Speaker 1: As far as what, we should watch as this case developed and I quote, it's crucial to monitor the legal proceedings closely.
- 18:41Speaker 1: The outcomes will depend on the evidence presented and the legal arguments made.
- 18:47Speaker 1: Additionally, observing how busby's current clients respond to these allegations will be telling, as their trust in his representation could be impacted.
- 19:03Speaker 1: Now I don't know.
- 19:07Speaker 1: I don't know about what these, you know what jay-z, what these accusations mean.
- 19:17Speaker 1: I mean there's even someone saying that uh, busby used their.
- 19:23Speaker 1: Uh, busby used their.
- 19:26Speaker 1: Busby used their.
- 19:29Speaker 1: What is that money?
- 19:31Speaker 1: That settlement money, something about Tony Busby used, held the settlement money and used it as if he was like a loan shark money and used it as if he was like a loan shark and basically saying that he added interest on to tony.
- 19:52Speaker 1: Uh, tony busby added interest onto his settlement and basically loaned him his own money.
- 20:00Speaker 1: So it's getting, it's getting ugly and it's getting weird.
- 20:08Speaker 1: But hey, this is what comes to the territory or comes with the territory.
- 20:20Speaker 1: Now some of the couple of details.
- 20:23Speaker 1: But the guy is is claiming that payments were delivered directly to Busby's firm and then Busby gave him disbursements, but with those disbursements he taxed him interest, basically loaned him his own money and the interest they say was the highest that it could possibly be.
- 20:57Speaker 1: He claims that Busby held back 60 percent of his money and and and 60 of his money and, like I said, taxed him for the money he gave him.
- 21:14Speaker 1: Now busby has the answer to this with all that is going on as he's trying to help uh.
- 21:25Speaker 1: He's trying to help uh victims plead their case, bring awareness to their case and get justice.
- 21:33Speaker 1: But while he's doing that, jay-z has implemented a strategy to basically tear down Busby or tear down his name and credibility.
- 21:50Speaker 1: Now, I don't think that's going to affect any of Busby's current clients.
- 21:55Speaker 1: I mean, he has an impeccable record with getting his clients resolutions, getting the money, getting them justice.
- 22:04Speaker 1: So I don't think these frivolous cases will affect his current clients.
- 22:12Speaker 1: Only thing it can affect is his public perception.
- 22:17Speaker 1: It depends on how deep these accusations get.
- 22:25Speaker 1: But Jay Z fighting and it's been a lot of weird shit going on, like, for example, beyonce's mother liked a post talking about Jay-Z's lawsuit and accusing Jay-Z of rape.
- 22:47Speaker 1: Jay-z's lawsuit and accusing jay-z of rape.
- 22:54Speaker 1: Now, of course, what does every celebrity do?
- 22:55Speaker 1: When something like this happened?
- 22:57Speaker 1: Because of course you know it went viral and the whole internet said oh shit, beyonce mom liked a post talking about jay-z's rape.
- 23:05Speaker 1: That must tell you something.
- 23:06Speaker 1: Beyonce must be about to leave them all that.
- 23:08Speaker 1: You know it went crazy and this is what I don't like about celebrities, and this is why celebrities are have fallen out of favor.
- 23:16Speaker 1: We don't fuck with them no more.
- 23:19Speaker 1: Because guess what miss nose says?
- 23:23Speaker 1: She says I was hacked.
- 23:27Speaker 1: Exclamation mark as you know, I don't play about my family, so if you're seeing something uncharacteristic of me, just know that is not me.
- 23:42Speaker 1: Now, my thing is this to this hacking shit they always use now, I'm not taking sides as far as whether she she did it or not did it, but what my common sense tells me why the fuck would a hacker hack into?
- 24:06Speaker 1: Would a hacker Hack into Tina knows Beyonce's mom.
- 24:13Speaker 1: Why would a hacker hack into Her Instagram and All they do Is like A post Talking about Jay Z.
- 24:26Speaker 1: I mean, like what the fuck?
- 24:30Speaker 1: Fuck?
- 24:30Speaker 1: Come on now like like that's what the hackers big.
- 24:36Speaker 1: You hack into a whole big ass account just to like a post and give you and then give you your account back.
- 24:45Speaker 1: Like, yeah, all I wanted to do was like a jay-z post.
- 24:47Speaker 1: Like yeah, all I wanted to do was like a Jay-Z post.
- 24:49Speaker 1: That shit just don't make sense to me.
- 24:51Speaker 1: I could be wrong, she could have been hacked, but it's almost like when Usher deleted all of his ex you know, formerly known as Twitter deleted like 90% of his posts around that time when all the shit was heating up with Diddy and all the celebrities were scrubbing, and then Usher said the same bullshit.
- 25:17Speaker 1: Usher said I was hacked, and me and a lot of people in the public, but I was the first one to post it and I'm like Usher.
- 25:30Speaker 1: So you mean to tell me a hacker hacked into your account only just to clean it up and remove any evidence that could tie you to some of this Diddy Freakoff shit.
- 25:45Speaker 1: So they broke into your account just to clean it up nicely for you and then give it back to you.
- 25:52Speaker 1: Bullshit.
- 25:55Speaker 1: I just call bullshit on that type of stuff, and I could be wrong, but all I'm saying is that don't make no sense to me.
- 26:04Speaker 1: And if it don't make no sense to me, that's what the fuck I'm going to say.
- 26:08Speaker 1: It don't make sense.
- 26:09Speaker 1: You could be telling the truth, but hackers don't do that shit.
- 26:15Speaker 1: I know what hackers do.
- 26:18Speaker 1: They hack for a reason.
- 26:21Speaker 1: They don't hack to clean your shit up.
- 26:23Speaker 1: It's like a home invasion person breaking into my house, right, and then all they do is they don't take shit of value, they just clean it up for me, nice and tidy, and then leave.
- 26:41Speaker 1: And then leave my key under the mat and go on about their business.
- 26:45Speaker 1: I'm sorry y'all I don't like it.
- 26:51Speaker 1: Maybe you're telling the truth, tina, but I doubt it ain't no hacker did that baby.
- 27:01Speaker 1: Ain't no hacker hacked in just to like a post baby?
- 27:05Speaker 1: I'm sorry, but let's get to other news in this Jay-Z situation, some stuff I just wanted you to know that went on.
- 27:13Speaker 1: Jay-z's lawyer also has asked the judge to speed up the process of the lawsuit against him, reason being, and I quote due to the highly sensitive nature of this matter and the intense media scrutiny it has generated, we respectfully request to be heard on an expedited basis.
- 27:37Speaker 1: So they're trying to get this thing moving fast, y'all.
- 27:42Speaker 1: Also, jay-z has put in a request for the judge, for the accuser or the plaintiff or the alleged victim in this matter with Jay-Z, with jay-z.
- 28:15Speaker 1: Jay-z has requested, just like diddy did, that, uh, the, the accuser be named or have to name herself.
- 28:18Speaker 1: So we're waiting on a ruling on that.
- 28:22Speaker 1: Uh, something else to note uh, foxy brown has come out.
- 28:27Speaker 1: If you don't know foxy brown, there were rumors and whispers back in the day, even more up to recently, that jay-z had an inappropriate sexual relationship with her when she was 14 or 15 and they did some digging and went back.
- 28:44Speaker 1: And if you don't remember, foxy brown was the rapper that jay-z wrote her lyrics back in the day.
- 28:49Speaker 1: It was her and Lil' Kim were the two top dogs of the women.
- 28:54Speaker 1: They were the two top, top, hottest artists and at that time I think they would have said Jay-Z would have been somewhere around 27, 26, maybe, and then Foxy would have been somewhere around 14, 15.
- 29:09Speaker 1: Don't quote me exactly on those numbers, but the bottom line is they say she was under age and they say she was around 14, 15.
- 29:18Speaker 1: I don't know, I, I have I don't have the exact age on.
- 29:30Speaker 1: Jay-z, doing a little bit of damage control, was out with, uh, his, uh, his family, uh, they went to the premiere of mufasa, the lion king premiere.
- 29:43Speaker 1: They did the red carpet.
- 29:46Speaker 1: I'm assuming this was definitely to get some positive press out there.
- 29:51Speaker 1: You guys know, in today's term, with social media there is, you're fighting the courts, but you definitely are fighting public opinion, because it weighs heavily.
- 30:02Speaker 1: And so these celebrities, these celebrities know that, and so they went to the premiere last night and I'm going to give you my, my, uh analysis.
- 30:13Speaker 1: Now.
- 30:15Speaker 1: You could disagree or agree, that's fine.
- 30:18Speaker 1: But one thing I know about men and women for the most part, man can detach themselves from, from, from stuff like in real time, like at that moment is happening.
- 30:33Speaker 1: I think women are better at detaching themselves uh, like down the line, like after some time has went past, but like man, we.
- 30:42Speaker 1: So if you look at the pictures of them all of the pictures too, it's not just one if you look at all the different pictures of the family together jay-z, beyonce, and it was of course, the daughter, uh, their daughter, blue, blue, ivy jay-z for the most part does look unbothered, right, I'm not gonna lie, it doesn't look like jay-z.
- 31:09Speaker 1: He looks like he's handling this stuff in stride.
- 31:13Speaker 1: But then you look at beyonce in blue now all the clam.
- 31:22Speaker 1: You see all the, the people, the cameras flashing, people, hey, clapping, they loving it.
- 31:28Speaker 1: People, hey, clapping, they loving it.
- 31:48Speaker 1: But Jay-Z, I mean, but Beyonce and Blue Ivy.
- 31:49Speaker 1: They are smiling with their mouth and cheeks, but their eyes tell a different story.
- 31:52Speaker 1: Blue Ivy she looks beautiful in her dress.
- 31:54Speaker 1: She's a beautiful girl.
- 31:59Speaker 1: I like her demeanor and everything.
- 32:00Speaker 1: I like Blue a lot.
- 32:01Speaker 1: I think she's going to grow up to be a very decent and good human being.
- 32:07Speaker 1: But in these pictures you the alley, these allegations are taking a toll.
- 32:13Speaker 1: You can look at her face, look at her eyes.
- 32:15Speaker 1: Same thing with Beyonce she's smiling.
- 32:18Speaker 1: But one thing I can say about Beyonce you can love her or hate her and I don't know if her smiles are normally genuine or not, but one thing I can say is they always appear to be genuine, unless you know Beyonce's pissed off and you know that when she's smiling and she doesn't mean, I mean, we know that.
- 32:40Speaker 1: But for the most part, when Beyonce is smiling and her energy does, for the most part, seem genuine and authentic.
- 32:49Speaker 1: The smiles on this red carpet for this mufasa are the phoniest smiles I've ever seen from beyonce.
- 33:01Speaker 1: So let's pay attention y'all to how this escalates, because something right, something, is on the horizon.
- 33:15Speaker 1: I don't know if Beyonce is gonna make a move or what, but the vibes is off.
- 33:22Speaker 1: Y'all the vibes are off.
- 33:26Speaker 1: I I never even seen Jay-Z get up beside himself like that and come out and leave such an aggressive response to such horrific allegations.
- 33:45Speaker 1: Now I'm sure you'd be angry, but if you lack empathy with your response, it looks fucked up and Jay-Z is not one we've seen make hasty moves or get to talking too much.
- 34:04Speaker 1: So this is shaping up to be a heavyweight fight.
- 34:10Speaker 1: You got Diddy already fighting for his life.
- 34:12Speaker 1: Diddy is probably happy that him and his mohawk are not on the uh or not on blast.
- 34:20Speaker 1: Right now it's Jay-Z on blast, but this is turning into a serious heavyweight fight that the new york times is reaching out to to tony busby he is fighting in the press, even even leaving a quote he said to the to uh, the new york post.
- 34:43Speaker 1: He said what jay-z's doing, all this uh acting out, he's doing.
- 34:49Speaker 1: He said it reminded him of a famous line from shakespeare, and I quote the lady doth protest too much me thinks.
- 34:57Speaker 1: Basically jay-z's doing so much protesting basically make him look guilty.
- 35:07Speaker 1: That's what I take from that.
- 35:08Speaker 1: But uh, so let's keep a close watch on this situation, y'all, because this is going to be crazy.
- 35:21Speaker 1: And speaking of crazy, I gotta catch y'all up on this Luigi Maggiano guy, the United Healthcare CEO, next top model assassin, robin Hood with a gun.
- 35:40Speaker 1: But before I get to that, let me do my shout outs.
- 35:45Speaker 1: I got a few shout outs for you today.
- 35:49Speaker 1: I love my shout outs.
- 35:51Speaker 1: You guys are becoming like a family, like family to me, and I appreciate everybody listening.

- 36:02Speaker 1: I had no clue that it would do all of this.

- 37:08Speaker 1: I'm going to keep it up and you keep it up.
- 37:12Speaker 1: So who else we got?
- 37:13Speaker 1: Thank you for that, sierra.
- 37:14Speaker 1: We got Venera.
- 37:16Speaker 1: Now if I pronounce this wrong Venera, please apologize in advance, but I believe this is Venera.
- 37:24Speaker 1: Venera says she just wanted to say she's been following me for a while and recently started listening to my podcast all the way from london.
- 37:35Speaker 1: She just wanted to thank me for all that I do and I thank you for listening, venera.
- 37:42Speaker 1: And our last shout out of the day this one just came in right as I was about to record.
- 37:49Speaker 1: So you made the cut for taco tuesday.
- 37:52Speaker 1: And this is paula from liverpool.
- 37:57Speaker 1: Paula says hey, I love a shout out, please.
- 38:01Speaker 1: I love your podcast, can't wait for next episode.
- 38:06Speaker 1: I'm finding all this monstrosity that's going on at the moment hard.
- 38:11Speaker 1: I'm so angry and I really look forward to listening to what you know, because there ain't no bullshitting with ya.
- 38:19Speaker 1: You keep it real.
- 38:22Speaker 1: Love you, flow.
- 38:23Speaker 1: Appreciate you.
- 38:24Speaker 1: Love you too, paula, and keeping it real is the only way I know how to keep it.
- 38:31Speaker 1: It gets me in trouble sometimes because some people can't handle the truth, but that ain't my problem.
- 38:36Speaker 1: I'm here for the, for those who can't handle the truth.
- 38:39Speaker 1: So I appreciate you, and if you want a shout out, all you got to do is either leave me a message in the fan mail, uh, or just dm me on any of my, any of my socials flow, daddy, flow, f-l-o-d-a-d-d-y-f-l-o.
- 38:54Speaker 1: On all platforms snapchat, tiktok, instagram, facebook, all the same name.
- 39:00Speaker 1: Just dm me.
- 39:01Speaker 1: Hey, I would like a shout out.
- 39:03Speaker 1: Tell me what you do when you listening to the show and tell me where you from and your name, and I got you.
- 39:10Speaker 1: But this shit is getting this media.
- 39:13Speaker 1: The world is just crazy, y'all, and we gotta talk about it.
- 39:19Speaker 1: And when I say the world is getting crazy, I'm talking about this type of crazy.
- 39:26Speaker 1: This united health care shit is crazy.
- 39:30Speaker 1: So this is what they want me to believe and I have no choice but to believe it until I find something different.
- 39:37Speaker 1: But listen to this shit.
- 39:39Speaker 1: So Luigi Maggiani, an Ivy League grad with over his IQ, is over 130.
- 39:56Speaker 1: Takes off his mask To flirt with a employee, which but he kept it on for every other day, every other thing.
- 40:08Speaker 1: But he took it on for every other thing, every other thing, but he took it off for two seconds.
- 40:12Speaker 1: I mean to flirt with an employee, ruining the whole reason you have the mask on.
- 40:18Speaker 1: Then, an hour later, he calmly murders brian thom, unitedhealthcare CEO, then rides off on a bicycle.
- 40:36Speaker 1: Less than a week later, he then shows up at a McDonald's.
- 40:46Speaker 1: He has the murder weapon on him, allegedly the same exact clothes, a fake ID Actually multiple fake IDs and a written manifesto detailing all of his gripes against American health care system.
- 41:15Speaker 1: He then is recognized by a cashier at McDonald's A cashier at McDonald's, as he's sitting in the McDonald's eating a sausage McMuffin and working on his laptop and he has the exact murder weapon Supposedly on him and the suppressor and waits patiently as the police walk in and arrest him.
- 41:58Speaker 1: That if that shit was on a movie, I wouldn't believe it.
- 42:05Speaker 1: On top of that, they find eight thousand dollars on them, allegedly, and some type of book bag that, or bag, some type of bag that is supposed to hide a cell phone like your cell phone.
- 42:35Speaker 1: Uh, what do you call it service.
- 42:37Speaker 1: It's supposed to hide your cell phone service.
- 42:40Speaker 1: And so they said they found ten thousand dollars on them, eight thousand us and two thousand, uh, foreign money.
- 42:48Speaker 1: Now in the courtroom, these are the only things he spoke up for.
- 42:53Speaker 1: He said he told the judge that bag is not to distort cell phone service, it's just waterproof.
- 43:04Speaker 1: But the big thing is, he said he didn't have any money on him, he didn't have $10,000 on him.
- 43:12Speaker 1: He said that money had to have been planted, had to have been planted.
- 43:23Speaker 1: Now, with that said, let's get into it, because If that's not strange, if what I just told you, if all that shit is just not strange, I don't know what to tell you.
- 43:37Speaker 1: So let's, let's, let's, let's go further with this.
- 43:43Speaker 1: What this 26 year old brainiac that was the smartest man we've ever known when he did it, but then he's painted as obviously the dumbest man we ever know as far as the way he's caught it don't make sense to me.
- 44:05Speaker 1: I don't know what to believe.
- 44:07Speaker 1: But one thing we do know is he had a horrible disdain for the health care system.
- 44:19Speaker 1: Disdain for the health care system and brian thompson, the ceo of united health care.
- 44:27Speaker 1: He led one of the largest health care insurance companies in the united states.
- 44:32Speaker 1: His leadership was marked by significant growth and expansion of the company.
- 44:38Speaker 1: Thompson's career spanned over two decades where he held various leadership roles in healthcare, being a CEO.
- 44:50Speaker 1: He was known for his strategy and all of that, but to the people who actually need it, he was a piece of shit.
- 45:02Speaker 1: I'm just being honest and I'm not just going to say him, but he represented a company that was a piece of shit.
- 45:08Speaker 1: I showed you guys that UnitedHealthcare had the highest denial rate it was more than 30% which you compare that to Kaiser Permanente, who is at 7% Just ridiculous.
- 45:21Speaker 1: So then that led to this incident.
- 45:21Speaker 1: Would you compare that to, like, kaiser Permanente, who is at 7%?
- 45:22Speaker 1: Just ridiculous.
- 45:25Speaker 1: So then that led to this incident.
- 45:28Speaker 1: On December 4th, at approximately 6.45 am, brian Thompson was unalived, killed by some gunman, who they are saying is Luigi we don't know Innocent until proven guilty.
- 45:52Speaker 1: Now, luigi Maggioni, the 26 year old.
- 45:57Speaker 1: What do we know about him?
- 45:57Speaker 1: Well, he's a Maryland native with an impressive academic background.
- 46:03Speaker 1: He graduated valedictorian from Gilman School, a prestigious boys preparatory school in Baltimore.
- 46:18Speaker 1: He later earned both bachelor's and master's degrees in computer science from the University of Pennsylvania, an Ivy League institution.
- 46:33Speaker 1: Now, despite his academic achievements, luigi became estranged from his friends and family in recent years.
- 46:41Speaker 1: Now, following the shooting, a multi-state manhunt ensued.
- 46:48Speaker 1: Authorities tracked luigi's movements from new york to pennsylvania.
- 46:58Speaker 1: On de December 9th, he was apprehended, which was yesterday.
- 47:04Speaker 1: He was apprehended at a McDonald's restaurant in Altoona, pennsylvania.
- 47:10Speaker 1: An employee recognized him and called 911.
- 47:18Speaker 1: Of course, like I told you before, he had the ghost gun.
- 47:21Speaker 1: Um, of course, like I told you before, he had the ghost gun, which is a firearm assembled from parts without serial numbers, similar to the weapon used in the shooting.
- 47:35Speaker 1: He also had a silencer, multiple fake ID identifications, including the one he used to check into the Manhattan hostel, and a three page handwritten manifesto, basically shitting on the health insurance industry and y'all.
- 47:55Speaker 1: Let me just say I don't have enough time in this podcast to read the many letters that I was sent about people who were pissed about being denied.
- 48:06Speaker 1: There was even a person who literally needed a wheelchair, cannot move and the insurance health United Health Care denied them insurance for a wheelchair for a person who fucking can't walk.
- 48:23Speaker 1: How do you deny coverage for a person who ends up in a wheelchair?
- 48:30Speaker 1: Who's been paying their insurance?
- 48:32Speaker 1: He can't walk.
- 48:34Speaker 1: Let me continue.
- 48:39Speaker 1: I'm sorry, I gotta get sidetracked now.
- 48:43Speaker 1: The investigation revealed that luigi arrived in new york city on november 24th, so this is way before, but something's not adding up y'all, because he arrived in new york city november 24th via bus from atlanta.
- 48:58Speaker 1: But I have other people saying that the CEO didn't even know he would be at that investors meeting until the last minute.
- 49:10Speaker 1: So how would this, why would this guy be there on the 24th if the, the guy who he killed didn't even know he would be there until the last minute, like literally days before?
- 49:30Speaker 1: So on the 24th he checked into a New York hostel and he used that fraudulent jersey ID.
- 49:40Speaker 1: This is alleged surveillance footage showed him.
- 49:43Speaker 1: And he used that fraudulent jersey ID.
- 49:44Speaker 1: This is alleged Surveillance footage showed him casing the area around the New York Hilton Midtown Hotel days before the shooting.
- 49:54Speaker 1: So they have him allegedly on camera casing a joint, as they would say.
- 50:03Speaker 1: Would say now, on the morning of the incident, luigi was seen leaving the hostel and heading towards the hotel where he waited for thompson's arrival.
- 50:14Speaker 1: After the shooting, magiano fled on a bicycle leading to Central Park.
- 50:23Speaker 1: He later exited the park and took a taxi to a bus terminal where he boarded a bus and rolled out of the city.
- 50:36Speaker 1: Now authorities believe the attack was premeditated, citing the manifesto found in his possession, which expressed ill will towards corporate America, particularly the health insurance industry.
- 50:53Speaker 1: Had the words inscribed denied, defend, oppose a phrase associated with criticisms of the shady ass insurance company that we all deal with.
- 51:11Speaker 1: Now let's talk about the legal proceedings.
- 51:16Speaker 1: Luigi faces multiple charges.
- 51:19Speaker 1: Of those charges, they are murders, included firearms offenses and forgery.
- 51:27Speaker 1: He was initially charged with firearm violations in Pennsylvania and is waiting extradition to New York to face the more serious charge Murder serious charge murder.
- 51:43Speaker 1: The Manhattan District Attorney's Office is coordinating with Pennsylvania authorities to facilitate his transfer.
- 51:48Speaker 1: If convicted, luigi could face life.
- 51:58Speaker 1: Now the murder of brian thompson has got damn near 70 30 reaction.
- 52:08Speaker 1: 70 percent of the world say I'm just gonna be frank 70 percent of the world saying fuck brian thompson and united healthcare, this guy's a hero.
- 52:18Speaker 1: And 30 are saying why?
- 52:19Speaker 1: Guys, this guy had a family, this guy was a hero.
- 52:21Speaker 1: And 30% are saying, guys, this guy had a family.
- 52:23Speaker 1: This guy was a regular human.
- 52:25Speaker 1: It's just a human being doing his job.
- 52:27Speaker 1: Nobody deserves to die.
- 52:33Speaker 1: Even public officials, including Minnesota's Governor Tim Walz and Senator Amy Klobuchar I'm sorry if I pronounce that name wrong, offered condolences to Thompson's family, but you know social media been wearing his ass out and I don't blame him because people are frustrated.
- 52:58Speaker 1: Do you know how many I?
- 52:59Speaker 1: I have to be completely honest, full transparency.
- 53:03Speaker 1: I did not know how horrific the fucking insurance companies are dealing with.
- 53:11Speaker 1: It's like one fiasco after another and I didn't even know I'm getting so many emails about.
- 53:16Speaker 1: I was denied for this, I was denied for that.
- 53:18Speaker 1: Meanwhile they're making hundreds of billions, of billions of quadrillion dollars, so there's room to not.
- 53:28Speaker 1: You don't have to deny all these fucking folks.
- 53:30Speaker 1: That's what I do know.
- 53:31Speaker 1: I don't know the ins and outs and the technical aspect of what the fuck the insurance.
- 53:37Speaker 1: You know what they, how they decline shit, but I do.
- 53:40Speaker 1: I am hearing that united health care was denying at such an alarm, at such a high rate, that they had ai in place to just automatically deny motherfuckers.
- 53:54Speaker 1: In this case underscores the potential for extreme actions stemming from deep-seated grievances against corporate entities.
- 54:06Speaker 1: Basically what I was just saying.
- 54:08Speaker 1: This can happen more.
- 54:12Speaker 1: Luigi's manifesto and the inscriptions on the bullets casing suggests a targeted attack motivated by greed from the insurance industry.
- 54:27Speaker 1: It raises concerns about the safety of corporate executives and the importance of addressing public dissatisfaction with corporate practices.
- 54:40Speaker 1: The incident also highlights the challenges law enforcement faces in tracking and apprehending individuals who utilize untraceable ghost guns and fraudulent identifications.
- 54:53Speaker 1: To gain further insight into the legal and the sociology sociological implications of this case, let's listen to what this one expert said, and I quote the premeditated nature of this crime, combined with the suspect's apparent motivations, presents a complex legal scenario.
- 55:20Speaker 1: Prosecutors will likely focus on establishing intent and premeditation to secure a conviction for first degree murder.
- 55:29Speaker 1: But this case also brings to light the issue of ghost guns, which are increasingly used in crimes due to their untraceable nature.
- 55:39Speaker 1: Legislators may need to consider stricter regulations to curb people from using them.
- 55:47Speaker 1: Now, what impact could this case have on corporate security practices?
- 55:56Speaker 1: One expert says, and I quote corporations may need to reassess their security protocols, especially for high profile executives.
- 56:06Speaker 1: This could include implementing personal security details, conducting threat assessments and monitoring potential risks from disgruntled individuals.
- 56:17Speaker 1: The case serves as a stark reminder of vulnerabilities that exist, even for those at high corporate levels.
- 56:26Speaker 1: But that's what an expert telling you.
- 56:31Speaker 1: So let me tell you I'm a non-expert and I believe all of that is hogwash, believe?
- 56:40Speaker 1: How about make the fucking insurance fair for the common people busting their ass.
- 56:47Speaker 1: Why this CEO?
- 56:49Speaker 1: Why the CEOs I'm not going to just talk about Brian why CEOs pocket millions and never are denied.
- 56:58Speaker 1: They are denying hardworking people who work in 80 hours a week.
- 57:03Speaker 1: All they have to lean on is their insurance and they don't even use their insurance.
- 57:08Speaker 1: And then maybe five, ten years down the line, when something comes up and they actually need it and they've been paying their insurance all this time, you just deny them to line your own pockets.
- 57:19Speaker 1: That's why the CEO, brian Thompson, is not here with us anymore.
- 57:26Speaker 1: Greed Greed is a motherfucker.
- 57:31Speaker 1: These Insurance companies Are Are using all kind of money, are taking all kind of money, are taking all kind of money from the common people, which is why, with the monopoly money that was left behind that was what it was going to represent they're using the money like monopoly.
- 57:56Speaker 1: It's like monopoly money they're playing with while they're denying the hard-working, normal average joe.
- 58:05Speaker 1: And another example that just to get a little bit off topic is like the the tick tock band.
- 58:09Speaker 1: There are many people who make money on tick tock.
- 58:13Speaker 1: Uh, tick tock has had a positive influence on a lot of people.
- 58:18Speaker 1: I've I've got a lot of people justice um common people.
- 58:22Speaker 1: I've helped them get justice through tiktok.
- 58:24Speaker 1: And now the the government has been has been pressing to ban it and lying to us about the reasons why, saying that china controls this and can china can tap into this.
- 58:39Speaker 1: But but trump kamala, every politician, everybody's on tiktok, but you just take it away from the american people.
- 58:48Speaker 1: Why?
- 58:49Speaker 1: Because you can.
- 58:50Speaker 1: But you can also get a bullet in your head from people who are pissed.
- 58:55Speaker 1: And so when you just take shit away from the people, because you can also realize you can have a bullet put in your head from doing too much and the TikTok is similar to the health Now I'm not going to compare it, because denying people health care, life or death is a million times more serious.
- 59:19Speaker 1: I am just highlighting the fact that they just take shit away.
- 59:25Speaker 1: They give us bullshit reasons because if that china was was so dangerous, why the fuck do all y'all have tiktoks and why did y'all even even to the point where y'all started tiktoks after you said it was dangerous?
- 59:41Speaker 1: So we know it's bullshit.
- 59:43Speaker 1: So that bullshit festers.
- 59:45Speaker 1: And enough of that bullshit festers where someone will say you know what fuck this?
- 59:51Speaker 1: Who I was making ends meet with tiktok and so, since you want to take it from me.
- 59:57Speaker 1: I'm gonna find out who's behind it and I'm gonna track his ass down and I'm gonna come to manhattan case the joint and when he walks out I'm gonna blast his ass in the back because I'm sick of it.
- 1:00:09Speaker 1: So let's quit beefing up.
- 1:00:13Speaker 1: Security is not the answer.
- 1:00:15Speaker 1: Being fucking fair is the answer.
- 1:00:19Speaker 1: You can have all the security you want.
- 1:00:24Speaker 1: Anybody can be touched at any given time, but the american people, we just we working so fucking hard we don't even have time to be doing this shit.
- 1:00:35Speaker 1: So for somebody to go kill the fucking ceo, can we quit only focusing on?
- 1:00:42Speaker 1: We need more security and focus on why the fuck did this happen in the first place?
- 1:00:47Speaker 1: It happened because y'all are denying people shit and people are tired of it.
- 1:00:53Speaker 1: They just tired of it.
- 1:01:02Speaker 1: And if you want to look into some of Luigi's background, he was an avid reader and he was well educated and you can tell uh that that he was pissed off and and and, and he actually answered the question of why he did this shit.
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: If you look at one of his reviews to a book, it was a book by ted kaczynski, I believe it was entitled uh, oh yeah, it's entitled industrial society and its future and basically in in this review.
- 1:01:38Speaker 1: If I highlight some of the stuff that Luigi wrote, he said when all other forms of communication fail, violence is necessary to survive.
- 1:01:49Speaker 1: You may not like this, but it's the truth.
- 1:01:53Speaker 1: Why should we have any qualms about burning the corporate, burning them down?
- 1:02:04Speaker 1: But he's talking about the elites.
- 1:02:06Speaker 1: Why should we have any qualms about burning them down to survive?
- 1:02:10Speaker 1: We're animals, just like everything, everything else on this planet, except we've forgotten the law of the jungle and to bend over for our overlords when any other animal would recognize them as a threat and fight to the death for survival.
- 1:02:29Speaker 1: So basically, he is saying we have become too passive and letting them just run over us instead of kill or be killed when they leave you.
- 1:02:38Speaker 1: No choice.
- 1:02:39Speaker 1: Violence never solved anything.
- 1:02:42Speaker 1: That quote, he says, is a statement uttered by cowards and predators.
- 1:02:53Speaker 1: This shit is deep y'all and it's getting deeper and I'm going to cover all this shit.
- 1:03:00Speaker 1: And I'm gonna cover all this shit, definitely, definitely, definitely.
- 1:03:07Speaker 1: But that is the show got a couple little uh things I want you to pay attention to.
- 1:03:12Speaker 1: Uh, first of all, like I always tell you, monday through Friday, 8 am brand new episode of the flow show no filter tomorrow.
- 1:03:22Speaker 1: Um, I know're going to have some Diddy and Jay-Z developments, so I'll be giving you those.
- 1:03:28Speaker 1: We should have developments on this Luigi United Healthcare shit.
- 1:03:34Speaker 1: I don't know, but if we do have anything, major developments, that will also bring that to you tomorrow and anything else that happens in this crazy, crazy world we live in now.
- 1:03:49Speaker 1: A couple things I want you to pay attention to before I get the fuck out of here and order my tacos.
- 1:03:54Speaker 1: Um, jamie fox y'all know everybody been talking about did.
- 1:03:58Speaker 1: Did he poison jamie foxx and all of that.
