- 0:01It's six Eastern, three o'clock Pacific.
- 0:04He's literally the former director of the FBI.
- 0:07He knows exactly what 8647 means.
- 0:10From coast to coast and around the world, from America Out Loud Talk Radio.
- 0:15But I'm sick and tired of the fact that our president has been targeted over and over again with rhetoric that clearly calls for the assassination of this man.
- 0:24It's time for Truth be told with Booker Scott.
- 0:28For over a year, we have heard the Democrats and the left go to the streets every weekend and say, no kings, no kings in America.
- 0:36We don't care what kings have to say.
- 0:38We are the people, and kings just don't matter.
- 0:42However, Tuesday, when King Charles the Third goes to Congress, it is the left and the Democrats that give incredible standing ovations one after another.
- 0:54The irony, you can't make this up.
- 0:56This is politics in America, and I am Booker.
- 0:59This is the truth be told.
- 1:01Thank you for joining us tonight and every night.
- 1:03I appreciate it.
- 1:04If you found us later on a podcast, thank you so much for making that extra effort to do that.
- 1:09We're going to talk about King Charles's visit.
- 1:12I think it's pretty important.
- 1:13Even I really don't necessarily care about the monarchy of the United Kingdom or England, but for some reason this felt a little bit different.
- 1:22I think it was an important visit from King Charles the Third, Donald Trump and Melania will be going to England later.
- 1:29We have other news, though.
- 1:30We have James Comey who has been indicted again.
- 1:33Dr.
- 1:34Moranz, he is also indicted, but he is in the close proximity of Dr.
- 1:40Fauci.
- 1:41He was a senior advisor to him.
- 1:43He has been indicted.
- 1:44I'm going to get into that story.
- 1:45You had Minneapolis raids that took place on Tuesday.
- 1:49Twenty-two of them took place in learning centers, where the fraud has been alleged has taken place into the billions by the Somalian community.
- 1:58I'll get into that story as well.
- 2:00But let's start with King Charles the Third and his visit.
- 2:04And he first went to Congress.
- 2:06And let's start things off with Speaker Mike Johnson.
- 2:10Members of Congress, I have the high privilege and distinct honor of presenting to you his Majesty Charles III.
- 2:23And it was a big standing ovation by everyone, and I think that's nice.
- 2:27That's respectful.
- 2:28That's the way it should be when someone comes to speak at Congress.
- 2:32However, it has been a very long time since anyone from England has gone to Congress.
- 2:37In fact, this is the only the second time in American history that it has been done.
- 2:43Why is it important?
- 2:44Well, if you pay attention to what is going on in Western Europe, I talked about it Monday night, and to a larger extent, NATO.
- 2:52I believe that it's time to close NATO.
- 2:54America has propped up NATO and Western uh European countries for years.
- 2:59I mentioned this on the show Monday night with Matt Palumbo.
- 3:02You know, let's hang on to Poland.
- 3:04Poland uh st still seems to want to contribute to NATO and be a part of it.
- 3:09And it would be a good idea maybe to have Poland as an outpost for America to keep an eye on Russia and other places in Eastern Europe.
- 3:17But that Western part of Europe, you see them really, the Western civilization, that part of England and Europe is in trouble.
- 3:27They have not paid attention to their borders, and illegal immigrants have come in from all over the world into those countries, and England is is in trouble in reality.
- 3:39And I don't know that they even want to be associated with America.
- 3:42That's the way I felt coming into this.
- 3:44Now King Charles comes in, and this is just a week after he talked about how much England loves the Muslims, that he comes and speaks to America.
- 3:52So I don't know what we make out of King Charles, but I think it was an important visit for him to try to mend some fences that obviously through this Iran conflict when no one in Europe uh helped out, especially England, and then even in France, where McCron wouldn't even allow anyone to land planes there, and there were other countries in NATO as well that did the same thing.
- 4:15Now Charles and England, they are coming to help in some way.
- 4:19They at least allow American bombers to come land at air bases there in England, so they are offering a little bit of help there.
- 4:27But I think it's an important message.
- 4:30America and England, as you heard in speeches by both Donald Trump and King Charles.
- 4:35We have been together for a very long time, in good times and in bad, as King Charles III said in a speech at the state dinner with Donald Trump on Tuesday night.
- 4:45But let's get into some words here that he said in Congress.
- 4:49Here is King Charles.
- 5:00And those roots go even further back in history.
- 5:04The U.S.
- 5:05Supreme Court Historical Society has calculated that Magna Carta is cited in at least 160 Supreme Court cases since 1789.
- 5:18Not least as the foundation of the principle that executive power is subject to checks and balances.
- 5:43That we declared our independence from the very nation that King Charles represents and as is the king of.
- 6:00And are you curious what the talking heads on television in England think about King Charles' visit here?
- 6:07I'll leave it up to you to make a determination whether it's important to you or not.
- 6:11But listen to this from the talking heads in England.
- 6:14What do you make of the king saying that then as we as we have a look at some of the other front pages as well that got the king?
- 6:20Well, unfortunately, Patrick, he's made a terrible mistake because diversity is not our strength.
- 6:24Demonstrably true.
- 6:26I think Will said on the previous show something very interesting that resonated with me is that this is something that's been said to us for 20 years in a row, 20 years plus.
- 6:35But there's never been any evidence to prove that diversity is our strength whatsoever.
- 6:41It's a prescription.
- 6:42It's not evidence-based statistics.
- 6:45It's by the way, what you see is our strength.
- 6:48You're just going to have to get used to it irrespective of what you see.
- 6:52Some great points are made there.
- 6:53The the Western part of Europe and England, they went hard into diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- 7:00And this gentleman here on English television is saying, you know, this is not what England is.
- 7:00And this gentleman here on English television is saying, you know, this is not what England is.
- 7:06It is not what makes England great is diversity.
- 7:06It is not what it makes England great is diversity.
- 7:10This is something they've made up over the last 20 years.
- 7:10This is something they've made up over the last 20 years.
- 7:12And that's my problem with King Charles.
- 7:12And that's my problem with King Charles.
- 7:15That is really who he is in his action.
- 7:15That is really who he is in his action.
- 7:18Whether it's the climate control and climate change or it's uh allowing uh Muslims to come into his country, his actions are different than the words that he gave on Tuesday, although I do think.
- 7:18Whether it's the climate control and climate change or it's uh allowing uh Muslims to come into his country, his actions are different than the words that he gave on Tuesday, although I do think it is important to try to mend the fences.
- 7:33I would much rather America have a uh an agreement and working with those countries as opposed to China.
- 7:41And that's always the alternative that we have to look at.
- 7:44Donald Trump welcomed King Charles and Queen Camilla into the White House on Tuesday night.
- 7:51They had a state dinner.
- 7:52It was a white tie event.
- 7:54And here are some remarks that President Donald Trump gave.
- 7:57I want to congratulate Charles on having made a fantastic speech today at Congress.
- 8:04He got the Democrats to say, I've never been able to do that.
- 8:08I couldn't believe it.
- 8:11I couldn't believe it.
- 8:14They liked him more than they've ever liked any Republican or Democrat, actually.
- 8:19So I just want to thank you and congratulations.
- 8:22It's odd, isn't it, that they like a king more than they like uh Donald Trump or any even Democrat president.
- 8:29They stood repeatedly in Congress for the king.
- 8:34No kings.
- 8:35It's ironic, I thought.
- 8:37There were parts of the dinner Tuesday night that almost felt like a roast as uh they kind of went back and forth at each other.
- 8:44Donald Trump and his speech, which I thought was a really good speech by Donald Trump, and King Charles' speech was as good.
- 8:50And here's uh one thing that uh Prince Charles said during his speech.
- 8:55Got a laugh.
- 8:56On this occasion, I cannot help noticing the readjustments to the East Wing, Mr.
- 9:03President.
- 9:04Um following your visit to Windsor Castle last year.
- 9:09And I'm sorry to say that we British, of course, made our own um small attempt at real estate redevelopment of the White House in 1814.
- 9:20And so they took some pokes at each other, one and another, but I think it is important that this happened at this time in history.
- 9:28I I think both leaders, Donald Trump and King Charles, realize how important it is that our countries stay together in some way.
- 9:37Donald Trump does for sure.
- 9:39And I think King Charles sees it as well.
- 9:41But you have to pay attention to the actions of these leaders in the Western part of Europe more than you do their words, because it was just a couple of months ago that they all decided not to help with America in Iran in any way.
- 9:57So keep that in mind.
- 9:58Look at the actions, don't pay attention to the words.
- 10:01Well, a former National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases employee is facing an indictment for his role in a scheme to evade Freedom of Information Act that uh came out of the COVID virus.
- 10:15His name is Dr.
- 10:16David Morens.
- 10:17He's now 78 years old.
- 10:19He lives in Maryland and he is charged with conspiracy against the United States destruction, alteration, or falsification of records in federal investigations.
- 10:30Concealment, removal or mutilation of records, and aiding and abetting.
- 10:35Moran served as a senior advisor in that office to the director from 2006 through 2022.
- 10:44Quote from the Department of Justice Todd Blanch, these allegations represent a profound abuse of trust at a time when American people needed it most during the height of a global pandemic.
- 10:55That's what Todd Blanche said.
- 10:57And he went on to say, as alleged in the indictment, Dr.
- 11:00Moranz and his co-conspirators deliberately concealed information and falsified records in an effort to suppress alternative theories regarding the origins of COVID-19.
- 11:13Government officials have a solemn duty to provide honest and well-grounded facts and advice in service of the public interest, not to advance their own personal or ideological agendas.
- 11:26If you remember back during COVID, we couldn't say China.
- 11:32He couldn't say China.
- 11:33If we said China on social media, we were banned.
- 11:36They did away with our accounts.
- 11:40It was an odd time for sure.
- 11:42And if you go back now in history and things that have come out in hearings on Capitol Hill, we know exactly what happened.
- 11:50We know that they hid information about China.
- 11:52They did not want it to be uh about the Chinese government or the C CP.
- 11:57They wanted it to be specifically about a wet market and bad soup.
- 12:02There were two different ways that this could have gone.
- 12:05It could have been the the wet market and bad soup, or it could have been a bioweapon.
- 12:10They did not want it to be a bioweapon because when you trace everything back, where did it go?
- 12:16Peter Dasick.
- 12:18Echo Health Alliance.
- 12:20Fauci.
- 12:22Fauci worked with Peter Dasick, and somehow they got around doing gain of function research.
- 12:28And they did that by going to the Wuhan lab.
- 12:31It has been declassified now, but uh somewhere back in 2019, something happened in that lab.
- 12:38Dr.
- 12:38Robert Redfeld gave this uh testimony under oath in a congressional hearing back in 2023.
- 12:45He said it has been dis declassified now.
- 12:47But there were three major things that happened in that lab back in September of 2019.
- 12:54The first thing was all genetic sequencing of all of these doctors that worked in this dual use lab in Wuhan.
- 13:02It had disappeared.
- 13:04It was gone.
- 13:05Your life work has been about this, whatever that is.
- 13:10And it disappears.
- 13:11Dr.
- 13:12Redfeld said that just doesn't happen.
- 13:14People do not lose their life's work in this work.
- 13:18Another thing that happened was the army, the people's liberation army of China, they came in and took over of that uh Wuhan lab in 2019, September 2019.
- 13:31It was in March of 2020 that our country started shutting down as we saw the the virus come from China from that Wuhan lab.
- 13:41The third thing that happened that Dr.
- 13:43Robert Redfield talked about in that hearing in that testimony was that they changed the air filtration system inside that lab in Wuhan.
- 13:53So those three things happened.
- 13:55You had genetic sequencing that was uh disappeared, gone, no longer exists.
- 14:00Gone.
- 14:01No longer exists.
- 14:02You had the army of China by the C CP come in and take over that lab in Wuhan.
- 14:02You had the army of China by the C CP come in and take over that lab in Wuhan.
- 14:10And then the third thing was an air filtration system that had been changed completely.
- 14:10And then the third thing was an air filtration system that had been changed completely.
- 14:16So those three things happened in that lab, and it's pretty easy to understand that that COVID came from that lab.
- 14:16So those three things happened in that lab, and it's pretty easy to understand that that COVID came from that lab.
- 14:23But Dr.
- 14:23But Dr.
- 14:24Fauci, Dr.
- 14:24Fauci, Dr.
- 14:25Moran's here, who has now been indicted, they didn't want that narrative out.
- 14:25Moran's here, who has now been indicted, they didn't want that narrative out.
- 14:29They
- 14:29They wanted to protect China.
- 14:32And maybe they wanted to cover their own butts too, because they had done something they weren't supposed to, and that's the gain of function research.
- 14:40Even President Barack Obama said, Stop doing this.
- 14:43It's dangerous.
- 14:45So by using Echo Health Alliance, they could go around what the government says.
- 14:51And Fauci was feeding Echo Health Alliance.
- 14:54And then they gave their information over to the Wuhan lab.
- 14:58As a senior advisor Moran's counseled senior NIAID official one, who is named in this indictment, haven't named the name, but official one, and other senior level staff on senior level policies, developed recommendations and solutions for issues impacting the National Institutes of Health, which was Fauci, and wrote and edited manuscripts.
- 15:22Moran's gathered information from grantees and others in the scientific community to establish facts about the nature of COVID 19.
- 15:32This enabled Moran's to understand NIH and NIAID's historical activities in coronavirus in coronavirus research.
- 15:47So he could then relay information to the President of the United States, Congress, and the public.
- 15:53So you have Moranz that is changing the story in the background, trying to protect that narrative that it was bat soup from a wet market in Wuhan, and didn't come from the lab where they changed everything in September of 2019.
- 16:08He knew all of that, but he didn't want that information out.
- 16:13There are a couple of different reasons why, I guess you could look at it that way.
- 16:17It could be nefarious.
- 16:19That's one thing.
- 16:20It could be nefarious.
- 16:21Or as I said a few minutes ago, it could be to cover their own butts.
- 16:25Fauci's butt.
- 16:27Where will this go?
- 16:28What will it lead to?
- 16:29Who knows?
- 16:30Maybe there is some more accountability coming for the things that we saw during COVID.
- 16:37America.
- 16:42What's going on?
- 16:55We go America can't you see.

- 18:48But it is a principle.
- 18:49And patriotism is loyal to that principle.
- 18:53I'm happy to report that American patriotism flows freely once again.
- 19:01America Outloud dot news is that place to awaken your heart, soul, and mind to the outloud.
- 19:30FBI director James Comey, he made a lot of mistakes when he was there as the FBI director, which by the way is a 10-year assignment when you are appointed by a president.
- 19:41So you overlap presidents.
- 19:44He should have been kicked out long before he ever was.
- 19:47If you go back to 2016 and the things that he did with Hillary Clinton's server, he decided on his own that he was not going to bring charges.
- 19:57It wasn't his job.
- 19:58That was the Department of Justices, but he did that.
- 20:01If Hillary Clinton had won back in 2016, taken office January 2017, the very first thing she would have done would have been fired to James Comey.
- 20:13There would have been no doubt about that.
- 20:14James Comey really messed her up in her opinion.
- 20:17It hurt her chances, according to Hillary Clinton and the Democrats going into that election back in 2016.
- 20:24He didn't do them any favors, so he would have been gone.
- 20:28Unfortunately, Donald Trump did not make that decision when he came into office, and James Comey really messed things up in a lot of ways.
- 20:37And maybe he's connected to things that are going on in Southern Florida in a grand jury.
- 20:42Catherine Heridge, the former reporter for Fox and CBS, who is now an independent journalist, does a fantastic job.
- 20:50She is connecting the two.
- 20:53She thinks that the ending chapter is here in that grand jury in South Florida for John Brennan, and possibly there could be more coming for James Comey in connection with that.
- 21:00And possibly there could be more coming for James Comey in connection with that.
- 21:05And that has to do with the intelligent assessment that was changed in January of 2017 before Donald Trump came into office.
- 21:05And that has to do with the intelligent assessment that was changed in January of 2017 before Donald Trump came into office.
- 21:13That was Barack Obama.
- 21:13That was Barack Obama who did that.
- 21:15Who did that?
- 21:16The intelligence community, all 17 agencies, they brought him that intelligence assessment.
- 21:16The intelligence community, all 17 agencies, they brought him that intelligence assessment.
- 21:21He said, I don't like it.
- 21:21He said, I don't like it.
- 21:23I want it changed.
- 21:23I want it changed.
- 21:24Russia is involved here, which was part of the Russian collusion hoax that never actually existed.
- 21:24Russia is involved here, which was part of the Russian collusion hoax that never actually existed, but to about half the country, it still does to this day, even though we know that it doesn't.
- 21:35Very similar to the COVID things that we talked about in the first segment.
- 21:39There were a lot of lies that took place for well over a decade in this country.
- 21:45And I think that it has uh added to the division in this country.
- 21:51It has created a chasm between uh varying issues and opinions.
- 21:56And it's unfortunate, really, as we celebrate 250 years of this country, probably never more divided than we are right now instead of being united.
- 22:06But these things have a lot to do with it.
- 22:09So there's a possibility that the grand jury in South Florida is getting to the last chapter, as Catherine Harridge says, and maybe James Comey can be connected to Brennan and Clapper, James Clapper, if you remember him.
- 22:22Those were three big names that were involved in that intelligence assessments uh for Barack Obama when they changed that just prior to Donald Trump coming into office in 2017.
- 22:34But now, a federal grand jury in the Eastern District of North Carolina, that's important.
- 22:40In North Carolina, they indicted former director of the FBI James Comey for making threats to harm President Donald J.
- 22:50Trump.
- 22:51And if you remember this, because we everybody talked about it, I brought it to you on this program.
- 22:56This had to do with the shells that Comey says he found on the beach in North Carolina.
- 23:02He found shells that spelled out 8647.
- 23:06He takes a picture of it and he posts it on his Instagram.
- 23:11He says that he didn't know what it meant.
- 23:1386 means to kill 47 is Donald Trump, the 47th president of the United States.
- 23:20There was a lot of 8647 going on at that time on social media and other places.
- 23:26People were saying 8647, kill Donald Trump.
- 23:30And we saw what happened Saturday night at the White House correspondence dinner.
- 23:34Someone tried to kill Donald Trump.
- 23:36That's the narrative that has been created by mainstream media and people like James Comey.
- 23:42If he didn't think that it there was something wrong with 8647, why did he remove his Instagram account?
- 23:50If you remember, he was also brought back in for questioning with regards to that.
- 23:55They have already indicted James Comey once, and that fell apart, unfortunately.
- 24:01That was uh a big problem they had in the Virginia uh U.S.
- 24:05attorney's office when uh Donald Trump replaced Eric Siebert with uh Lindsay Halligan, it was actually Pam Bondy that did that.
- 24:13Lindsay Halligan for the first time in her career presented before grand jury to try to indict James Comey.
- 24:21James Comey and Letitia James, both of those cases and indictments were thrown out.
- 24:26Neither one of the grand juries in those cases would bring charges.
- 24:30And uh so that's what happened to that, and now we're gonna see what happens here.
- 24:34It's important because it is in North Carolina, it's not in Virginia.
- 24:38That makes a difference.
- 24:39The indictment includes two counts.
- 24:41First, in violation of 18 USC 871, alleging that James Comey knowingly and willfully made a threat to take the life of and to inflict bodily harm upon the president of the United States.
- 24:56This charge alleges that on May 15th, 2025, by publicly posting an image over the internet via Instagram depicting eight six four six four six four seven, which a reasonable recipient who is familiar with circumstances would interpret as a serious expression of an intent to do harm to the president of the United States.
- 25:16The indictment also charges Comey in violation of 18 USC eighty seventy-five that James Comey consciously disregarded a substantial risk that his communications would be viewed as threatening violence, and that he knowingly transmitted a communication in interstate commerce that contained a threat to injure the person or of another, which a reasonable recipient who is familiar with the circumstances would interpret as a serious expression of an intent to do harm to a person.
- 25:49Attorney General Todd Blanch said this in the Department of Justice media release.
- 25:55Threatening the life of the President of the United States is a grave violation of our nation's laws.
- 26:01The grand jury returned an indictment, alleging James Comey did just that.
- 26:07At a time when this country has witnessed violent incitement followed by deadly actions against President Trump and other elected officials.
- 26:16The temperature needs to be turned down, and anyone who dials it up and threatens the life of the president will be held accountable.
- 26:24Here is Todd Blanch on Tuesday afternoon.
- 26:26Good afternoon.
- 26:28Today, a grand jury sitting in the Eastern District of North Carolina returned an indictment against James Comey on two counts.
- 26:37The first count is an honor about May 15th of last year.
- 26:41He knowingly and willfully making a threat to take the life of and to inflict bodily harm upon the president of the United States.
- 26:49Count two, same day, May 15th, 2025, that the defendant, James Comey, knowingly and willfully transmitting an interstate commerce, a communication that contained a threat to kill the president of the United States.
- 27:03Both of these counts carry a maximum term of imprisonment of ten years.
- 27:09So Comey may be looking at twenty years behind bars.
- 27:14I'm waiting for him to be perp walked.
- 27:16For some reason, the Trump administration, the DOJ under Trump, they won't do the same things that Joe Biden did.
- 27:23When they put uh people like Peter Navarro and uh Steve Bannon in leg shackles for really simple crimes that they were alleged to have committed, which was not show up before a subpoena in Congress.
- 27:38James Comey is threatening the life of the president of the United States.
- 27:42And regardless of what James Comey says, because he says he didn't know what A647 meant.
- 27:48Come on, you've been in law enforcement your entire life, and you don't know what eighty-six meant to get rid of somebody in 47, and you just happen to be walking down the only beach in North Carolina that had shells arranged eight six four seven.
- 28:00That had shells arranged 8647.
- 28:03You didn't take the time to do that yourself.
- 28:03You didn't take the time to do that yourself.
- 28:05It was obvious that James Comey had the intent to do exactly what he did.
- 28:05It was obvious that James Comey had the intent to do exactly what he did, send the message that he meant to send, which is do harm, kill Donald Trump.
- 28:10Send the message that he meant to send.
- 28:13Which is do harm, kill Donald Trump.
- 28:16Uh, what is James Comey saying now?
- 28:16What is James Comey saying now?
- 28:18Because he's always saying something.
- 28:18Because he's always saying something.
- 28:21Here's James Comey, Tuesday night.
- 28:21Here's James Comey, Tuesday night.
- 28:23Well, they're back.
- 28:23Well, they're back.
- 28:24This time about a picture of seashells on a North Carolina beach a year ago.
- 28:24This time about a picture of seashells on a North Carolina beach a year ago.
- 28:31And this won't be the end of it.
- 28:33But nothing has changed with me.
- 28:35I'm still innocent.
- 28:37I'm still not afraid, and I still believe in the independent federal judiciary, so let's go.
- 28:43But it's really important that all of us remember this is not who we are as a country.
- 28:49This is not how the Department of Justice is supposed to be.
- 28:52And the good news is we get closer every day to restoring those values.
- 28:58Keep the faith.
- 29:00Remember the childhood learning center that had the sign that was misspelled.
- 29:05It spelled it learning center.
- 29:07No N in Learning Center.
- 29:10That was that was in Minnesota.
- 29:12An independent journalist Nick Shirley did the reporting on that back months ago, and the entire country went nuts over billions of dollars of fraud.
- 29:21It was alleged by a U.S.
- 29:23attorney in Minnesota at the time that there could be up to maybe possibly nine billion dollars in fraud.
- 29:30Those were his words, not mine.
- 29:32Over five years, Minnesota received $18 billion for the programs that they are alleged to have all this fraud.
- 29:39And uh the U.S.
- 29:41attorney said maybe half of that amount, up to possibly half of that amount could have been fraud.
- 29:47And that's where the nine billion dollars came from.
- 29:49We don't know yet.
- 29:51We know that they have convicted about 80 people, and all of but eight of those have been Somalian dissent.
- 29:59Federal agents executed multiple searches Tuesday in Minnesota, seizing records and other evidence in an ongoing fraud investigation by the Trump administration of publicly funded social programs for children.
- 30:13The funny thing is uh Governor Tim Walls, who has allowed this fraud to continue for years.
- 30:19It was documented in 2018-2019, the entire time that he has been the governor, and in fact, when he became the running mate of Kamala Harris back in 2024, a lot of people on the Democrat side were worried that he was going to bring down the ticket because of all the fraud in Minnesota.
- 30:39People have known about this fraud for a very long time.
- 30:42Well, with regard to these twenty-two raids, no details were disclosed, really.
- 30:47Tim Walls is claiming that it was through his state agencies working with the federal agencies that they have done these raids, 22 of them.
- 30:56The searches occurred only months after conservative influencer Nick Shirley, who I mentioned earlier, posted a video that claimed members of Minnesota's Somali community were running fake child care centers so they could collect federal subsidies.
- 31:11It caught the attention of President Trump and the Trump administration, and also conservative activists.
- 31:16People on uh social media were going nuts over it.
- 31:20As I mentioned, Governor Tim Walls, he welcomed the raids Tuesday.
- 31:25He said, quote, we catch criminals when state and federal agencies share information, joint investigations work, and securing justice depends on it.
- 31:35That's Tim Walls who said that.
- 31:37This is the same person that doesn't want the federal agents anywhere near his state or cities when you look at ice and the things that have happened there.
- 31:46Tim Walls is uh a liar.
- 31:49That's what he is.
- 31:50Let's move on.
- 31:51We had a hearing on Capitol Hill with the EPA chief.
- 31:54That's Lee Zeldon.
- 31:55I think he's doing a great job in rolling back so many regulations that the Biden administration had put on.
- 32:01I think financially, from an economy standpoint, we're gonna start feeling these in the back half of this year in 2026 and going into 2027.
- 32:12But here is this exchange.
- 32:14I think it's indicative of a member of the House of Representatives reading questions that a staffer put together for them with no depth of knowledge of what they are really talking about.
- 32:26When climate uh change is flooding our streets, poisoning our air.
- 32:31Flooding our streets, listen to the way this question is uh framed here by this Democrat.
- 32:38Flooding our streets when climate change is flooding our streets.
- 32:41Has anybody seen that?
- 32:42Driving up health care and disaster courts.
- 32:44How can the EPA justify abandoning that duty to protect Americans to appease polluters under the false flag of economic growth?
- 32:52Following the law, Section 202 of the Clean Air Act.
- 32:55Where does it say anything about fighting global climate change?
- 32:59Loper Bright, Supreme Court case, you're familiar with it.
- 33:02No, I I maybe others are not, but let me ask you.
- 33:06But that's really important.
- 33:06As a member of Congress, Loper Braith says that we as as an agency don't have the authority to get creative.
- 33:13If Section 202 of the Clean Air Act, No, no, but you don't have excuse me.
- 33:17You do not have the right to say climate change does not exist, that it's a hoax, and that's where this administration is.
- 33:24But that's not what Lee Zeldon is saying here.
- 33:27He is uh making a reference to the Chevron Deference case that was probably the most important case the Supreme Court decided last year, maybe the most important decision of the Supreme Court in a decade.
- 33:40Chevron deference that had been around since the early eighties.
- 33:44And that allowed administrations to come in, Democrat would come in.
- 33:48Everything would change because there's so much ambiguity in laws.
- 33:53And Chevron Deference decision in the Supreme Court, it made a big difference because no longer can administrations uh just uh interpret law the way that that they want to interpret it, which is good.
- 34:06That's a good thing that the Supreme Court made that decision.
- 34:09That's what Lee Zeldon is pointing out to this Congresswoman who has no idea what he's talking about.
- 34:15She has no idea.
- 34:16It's all news to her.
- 34:17She's never heard of these Supreme Court cases.
- 34:21Here's more of this.
- 34:22I don't know what Loper Bright is.
- 34:23Do you know what the major policies doctrine are?
- 34:25I'm upset because you know what the major policies doctrine is.
- 34:28You're a member of Congress.
- 34:29You should know.
- 34:30Well, you're you're you you have moved from someone who defended the environment to all of us.
- 34:35I'm very defensive about not knowing the two biggest landmark Supreme Court cases of the last year's to your course.
- 34:42You are very defensive about changing your policy and your positions with regard to the environment.
- 34:48Now you just want me to tell you what the two biggest court cases are of the last few years.
- 34:53This is what I want you to do.
- 34:54Michigan versus EPA.
- 34:55Whoa.
- 34:55West Virginia versus EPA.
- 34:56You know, you're here because you need money from us.
- 34:58So halt for the second and wait for the questions and answer the question.
- 35:00And wait for the questions and answer the question.
- 35:03Well, I answered your question.
- 35:03Well, I answered your question.
- 35:04Well, you didn't like my answer because you don't know what Loper Bright is.
- 35:04And you didn't like my answer because you don't know what Loper Bright is.
- 35:07Because you don't know what the major policies doctrine is.
- 35:07Because you don't know what the major policies doctrine is.
- 35:10Because you you're asking me questions.
- 35:10Because you you're asking me questions.
- 35:12Loper Bright was the suit that brought the Chefrod Deference case to the Supreme Court.
- 35:12Loper Bright was the suit that brought the Chefrod Deference case to the Supreme Court.
- 35:17Loper Bright is a fishing company, and that's what that case had to do with that brought uh Chevron Deference back to the Supreme Court.
- 35:17Loper Bright is a fishing company, and that's what that case had to do with that brought uh Chevron Deference back to the Supreme Court.
- 35:24She obviously doesn't know what any of that is about.
- 35:24She obviously doesn't know what any of that is about.
- 35:28Ask him about Section 202 of the clean air.
- 35:28Ask him about Section 202 of the Clean Air Act, and you don't you don't read it.
- 35:31You don't know what it says.
- 35:32Listen, and what you want to do is to deny you want to No, I actually read the law.
- 35:36I do my homework.
- 35:38Really?
- 35:38You're just somebody who likes to have the microphone on.
- 35:41You know what I have to do?
- 35:42I read the law, I read the circumstances.
- 35:45And I would say that.
- 35:46No, you should do for your constituents is actually read statute.
- 35:50Is that real risk?
- 35:51Reading your Supreme Court.
- 35:54Oh, you're out of here.
- 35:55You care about science.
- 35:56Now you're threatening it to fund it.
- 35:57Oh my God.
- 35:58No, you don't fund something.
- 35:59Because you don't know what Loper Bray is.
- 36:01Because you don't know what the major policies doctrine is.
- 36:03Your message liars to our folks at the EPA is that you wanted to fund us.
- 36:08Listen to her.
- 36:09She doesn't have answers because she doesn't know.
- 36:12She's reading questions a staffer asked her.
- 36:15Lee Zeldon challenged her with the fact that I can't do what you're asking me to do because it's not in the law.
- 36:22I I can't just change what you said we could do.
- 36:26You your body did this.
- 36:28The House of Representatives, the Senate, and a president somewhere signed this into law, and I can't, as an administrator, just arbitrarily change what you guys said.
- 36:38That's the way it works.
- 36:39That's the way it should work.
- 36:40But Chevron Deference made that difference.
- 36:43And um obviously this woman doesn't like it.
- 36:46This Democrat doesn't like it, and now she gets to the point of threatening the EPA.
- 36:51This is the appropriations committee.
- 36:53She says, now we're gonna defund you.
- 36:56That's all the Democrats have.
- 36:58Defund.
- 36:59Defund defund.
- 37:00That is their go-to threat.
- 37:04BS.
- 37:05You think I made up these cases?
- 37:07Yeah, I think you have made up.
- 37:09I made I made up Loper Bright.
- 37:11I made up West Virginia versus EPA.
- 37:13I made a Michigan versus EPA.
- 37:14Lee Zeldon is doing a great job.
- 37:16A lot of people are suggesting him for attorney general of the United States.
- 37:21He was a Jag uh attorney for 20 years in the reserves.
- 37:25I think he's doing a great job right where he is in the EPA.

- 38:49I guess most of us remember the FISA court, the Fisk, the FISA court, the 702.
- 38:55Everybody was talking about that for a while, and what all of that was and what it allowed our government to do, which ultimately was to spy on a presidential campaign and that of Donald Trump, going back to 2016.
- 39:09And you have to tie in the Russian hoax that we are now seeing that was a hoax, and we always knew that.
- 39:16Because we relied on reporting from uh people like John Solomon and Sarah Carter, Catherine Heridge at the time of Fox and went to CBS and now is independent, Laura Logan.
- 39:27Those were the people that we depended on to get our information from.
- 39:31We assumed and we believed our discernment, our wisdom said that they were right.
- 39:37And were they right?
- 39:38Well, as it turns out, when it comes to the FISA abuse, there were investigations afterwards in the House of Representatives.
- 39:45There were also investigations by the inspector general of the Department of Justice.
- 39:50And they came to the same conclusion that there was abuses in the FISA court and with the 702.
- 39:57I would point out that it was actually Article One, not Section 702 that allowed uh the FISA court and the FBI to spy on Carter Page.
- 40:07You remember that name?
- 40:08You have to go back in history.
- 40:10This is a long time ago now, as we start connecting these dots with what John Solomon said in a podcast.
- 40:17And when I heard this, I literally just about uh fell off the couch in hearing how his journey started, because it was John Solomon that went on Sean Hannity back in two thousand seventeen, I guess.
- 40:33And he did a story on the abuse of the 702.
- 40:37And when he got home that night from wherever he was at work or whatever, at 1045 at night, he was met by a couple of government agents.
- 40:46And that's the story that I'm gonna get to.
- 40:48But to get there, I think we need to set everything up, and we have to remember the Russian hoax and the fact that it was paid for by the DNC, Hillary Clinton, and even to a greater extent.
- 41:00It was someone in the Clinton circle, Charles Dolan, a longtime attorney for the Clintons, who hired Igor Danchenko to create that peace story.
- 41:10You remember the story of Donald Trump peeing on a prostitute that was completely made up by Igor Danchenko, who was later uh arrested by the Durham investigation.
- 41:21He was acquitted, but he was only arrested for lying because opposition research isn't a lie, but he lied to investigators, is what the accusation was.
- 41:30But the court found him innocent.
- 41:32They acquitted him of those charges.
- 41:34There was also Kevin Kleinsmith, the FBI attorney that he also lied, and he did.
- 41:42He did plead guilty to that.
- 41:44And he he didn't go to prison, but he was put on probation.
- 41:48So there were a couple of arrests that came out of that and what was the Russian hoax.
- 41:55But how did we find out about it?
- 41:56Well, we found out about it through John Solomon and Sarah Carter, uh, mainly.
- 42:00Eric Carter, uh, mainly.
- 42:02They were on Fox News almost daily.
- 42:02They were on Fox News almost daily.
- 42:04I always wondered how they got their information, because to me, because I believed in what they were reporting, that their information was good.
- 42:04I always wondered how they got their information because to me, because I believed in what they were reporting, that their information was good, and it was coming from great sources, and they really had some good sources somewhere, something somewhere they had some good sources.
- 42:13And it was coming from great sources, and they really had some good sources somewhere, some somewhere they had some good sources.
- 42:20And now, as Donald Trump comes into office, and we are seeing that the Russian hoax was a complete lie.
- 42:20And now, as Donald Trump comes into office, and we are seeing that the Russian hoax was a complete lie.
- 42:28Where it started, who
- 42:28Where it started, who knows?
- 42:30It appears that it started with Barack Obama, John Brennan, James Clapper, Comey, that possibly this was a whole color revolution.
- 42:39Uh, you know, to overthrow a government.
- 42:43Is that what this is?
- 42:44Was it the CIA that was involved with it?
- 42:47You know, there's so many different ways we can go about uh when we consider this.
- 42:52And then you also have to consider okay, did John Solomon actually have good information?
- 42:58Were we part of a psyop?
- 43:00Does everything that I believe is it true or not?
- 43:06That's sort of the question, isn't it?
- 43:09We believe what we want to believe.
- 43:11Was I fooled?
- 43:13Did I believe John Solomon and Sarah Carter because I wanted to believe them?
- 43:19It's interesting.
- 43:20Let's first go to uh John Solomon here.
- 43:23Let's listen to this audio.
- 43:25This is the audio that blew me away in his experience in what happened to him on the night that he first started talking about the 702 FISA abuse.
- 43:34And we're going to get into that in just a minute, but I want to get into what the FISA court is in uh section 702, just to refresh your memory as we set all of this up.
- 43:44Uh foreign intelligence surveillance act is FISA, and it was enacted in 2008 as part of a FISA Amendment Act.
- 43:52This is the Section 702.
- 43:55It authorizes the U.S.
- 43:56government to conduct warrantless surveillance of non-citizens located outside the United States for foreign intelligence purposes.
- 44:06Now, this would be for things like terrorism, so that we can prevent another 911 from happening.
- 44:12It allows agencies like the National Security Agency to target foreigners abroad and collect their communications, such as emails, phone calls, text messages, often by compelling U.S.
- 44:26based tech companies to provide the data.
- 44:30So that's where some of the abuse can come in.
- 44:33That's the slippery slope.
- 44:35And as you remember, the 702 was up for debate and whether they were gonna continue it in Congress or not.
- 44:41They ended up passing it.
- 44:42I had Jason Fick on this program who was suing the government and taking it all the way to the Supreme Court over Section 702.
- 44:50Now the claim that Section 02 was abused to spy on Trump campaign primarily stems from broader concerns about the FISA misuse.
- 44:58Uh though the specific surveillance of the Trump campaign involved a different part of FISA, and that is Title One, not Section 702.
- 45:07Former President Donald Trump and his supporters have alleged that FISA was used to illegally spy on his 2016 presidential campaign, particularly citing the surveillance of campaign aid Carter Page.
- 45:23So let's go back to Carter Page real quick.
- 45:26The FBI obtained a FISA warrant under Title I to surveil Carter Page, who was working in the Trump campaign back in 2016, based on suspicions of his ties to Russian operatives.
- 45:42So they then, Comey and the FBI who went and lied before the FISA court, uh, along with Kevin Kleinsmith, he was one that made a change in one of those FISA applications.
- 45:55They were saying that he was tied to Russia.
- 45:58So they were tying Russia in way back then in the campaign in 2016.
- 46:03Remember the Alpha Bank story that was at Trump Tower?
- 46:06That's a part of this too.
- 46:07Alpha Bank, a Russian bank that had nothing to do with Donald Trump, but they used that to get into Trump Tower to also spy on the Trump campaign.
- 46:17So when Donald Trump would say they're wiring Trump Tower, they they were wiring Trump Tower.
- 46:23The fact is our government spied on Americans, and our government also abused their power in spying on uh an opposition political party and campaign and candidate, and that was Donald Trump.
- 46:37And that's what Donald Trump said from the beginning.
- 46:39And who was out front pushing the stories was John Solomon, Sarah Carter.
- 46:45They were instrumental in it.
- 46:46So let's hear what John Solomon has to say and how all of this started for him.
- 46:51This blew me away.
- 46:53Perhaps the most profound moment of the last decade of my career occurred in March of 17.
- 46:58I had just done a story that got Sean Hannity's attention.
- 47:02So I was on Fox News.
- 47:03It was about a rapid rise in unmaskings where Americans intelligence is looked at even though there's no warrant.
- 47:09They unmask your name and they know what you said to someone overseas and they don't get a warrant for it.
- 47:13And it gone up like two, three hundred percent in the last year of Barack Obama, which is very odd.
- 47:17It was odd to the PISA court.
- 47:19That's why they put the data out.
- 47:20They were concerned that this is a trend.
- 47:23I just thought it was a good civil liberty story, so I wrote it.
- 47:25And at that point, I had been repeatedly told that don't waste your time on Russian occlusion, it's going nowhere.
- 47:30And by the way, from some of the most senior leaders of the FBI and the Justice Department.
- 47:35Interesting comment there from John Solomon.
- 47:37I'm just going to stop it for a second.
- 47:39He said that Russian collusion isn't going anywhere, leave it alone, don't touch it.
- 47:44By the way, he says it was from some of the top people in the Department of Justice and also the FBI.
- 47:51Who would that be?
- 47:52Who was at the top of the Department of Justice during Obama and then in 17 under Donald Trump?
- 47:58You had Jeff Sessions, you had Rod Rosenstein, just a couple of names there.
- 48:03Let's keep going with John Solomon.
- 48:04Very people who might also have gone out and told us there was something there there when there wasn't.
- 48:08But they were telling me it wasn't.
- 48:11Got home about 1045, 11 o'clock at night.
- 48:14Uh my wife's already in bed.
- 48:15I pawned the driveway and there's a blue sedan sitting in front of my mailbox with this yellow fog lights on.
- 48:22And uh, I pwn the driveway and these two GI men get out of their car.
- 48:26It's about 11 o'clock at night.
- 48:28And um they, as I'm uh getting out of my car, say you're Mr.
- 48:32Solomon, like I don't know, I might be an arrested, what's going on?
- 48:34They could throw cops out of me.
- 48:35Did I break some classified secret?
- 48:36I shouldn't have today.
- 48:37And uh, you don't know who we are.
- 48:39Uh we can't tell you who we are, but um you're at the tip of a very large iceberg, and we hope you drill into it.
- 48:45And I'm like, what in God's name are you guys talking about?
- 48:48Well, that thing you were reporting on television.
- 48:50Yeah, it's a PISA court filing.
- 48:52Um it is uh the apex of a very large candle, and you need to drill down in it.
- 48:59And uh, all right, walk me through this guy.
- 49:00Walk me through this guy.
- 49:01Well, we can't tell you it's all classified.
- 49:01Well, we can't tell you it's all classified.
- 49:02Okay, that's not very helpful.
- 49:02Okay, that's not very helpful.
- 49:04So are these guys white hats or are they part of the CIA?
- 49:04So are these guys white hats or are they part of the CIA?
- 49:08I don't know.
- 49:08I don't know.
- 49:09I don't know that John Solomon knows at this point.
- 49:09I don't know that John Solomon knows at this point.
- 49:11He's asking them, again, at 11 o'clock at night.
- 49:11He's asking them, again, 11 o'clock at night, he comes home and there's a car at his house.
- 49:14He comes home and there's a car at his house.
- 49:18That would scare me also.
- 49:18That would scare me also.
- 49:19He wonders if he's going to be arrested.
- 49:19He wonders if he's going to be arrested.
- 49:22They tell him you are on to something.
- 49:22They tell him you are on to something.
- 49:25You're it's just the tip of the iceberg, this FISA stuff.
- 49:25It's just the tip of the iceberg, this FISA stuff.
- 49:28As it turns out, they
- 49:28As it turns out, they were correct.
- 49:31It is really the tip of the iceberg, as we're finding out about burn bags and hidden ev's evidence inside the FBI and at the DNI.
- 49:40Let's go on with John Solomon.
- 49:42Can you give me something of more generic description?
- 49:44Yeah.
- 49:45The we work in the Intelligence Committee, and our agencies were asked to participate in one of the greatest political dirty tricks in history.
- 49:53And if it isn't stopped, and one day when it is uh uncovered, we will lose the tools that keep you and I safe at night.
- 50:02We won't be able to find terrorists, and we won't find spies because these tools will be taken from us because we abuse them in the last couple of years.
- 50:10And like so these two guys that show up at John Solomon's house at 11 o'clock at night are saying you're on to something, but it's just the tip of the iceberg.
- 50:18It's much deeper.
- 50:19Drill down deeper, keep after it.
- 50:22And which he and Sarah Carter and others did.
- 50:24Catherine Harridge is another one that did a great job.
- 50:27They dug down deeper and they kept finding things that so many of us believed, and I know that I believed it.
- 50:34My discernment, my wisdom said that John Solomon was coming up with the truth here.
- 50:39I didn't know where he was getting it, but it turns out he may have been getting it from inside the government the entire time.
- 50:46Very interesting uh stuff here that John Solomon is talking about.
- 50:50Holy Macro, what's going on here?
- 50:52And so they couldn't give me much more detail, but they they inspired me to start wondering about whether I was missing something big.
- 50:58And I got home by that time, and there were 20 minutes of pass about 1120 at night.
- 51:02From 1120 at night to two in the morning, I wrote a long email to my then work sister, uh Sarah Carter, who was just a fantastic reporter.
- 51:10Now the drugs are for President Trump.
- 51:12And I just tried to remember everything they told me.
- 51:14Like, Sarah, I don't know what the hell these guys are trying to tell us.
- 51:17But tomorrow morning, let's wake up and find out.
- 51:19And that sent us on our journey.
- 51:21Again, the things that he just said amazed me when I came across this audio.
- 51:26And I came across it on Tuesday night, and I really wanted to start putting together the dots here, connecting the dots.
- 51:35Solomon really was the guy.
- 51:37He was out front.
- 51:38He was the tip of the spear on everything that we were learning.
- 51:42And we heard earlier in this hour from Jenna Ryan, everything that he reported also it really had a lot to do with the 2020 election, the aftermath, the insurrection, because everybody that believed that reporting, which I was one of them, maybe you were too.
- 51:58I still to this day believe John Solomon.
- 52:01But you have to wonder now, meeting a couple of uh government officials, agents.
- 52:06Was every part of this a psyop?
- 52:09I don't believe that.
- 52:10I believe that John Solomon was reporting the truth.
- 52:13But that meeting that night shaped much of the narrative.
- 52:18And then you get in the 20 election and it's stolen.
- 52:22And then January 6.
- 52:23You have to connect it all together.
- 52:26That meeting shaped the narrative.
- 52:28And then I wondered if Solomon ever asked them if they were CIA.
- 52:33Are you guys with the CIA?
- 52:35What a psyop this would have been if we were all a part of it, making everything that we believe just a ploy.
- 52:42Or were these the good guys?
- 52:44Were they the quote white hat guys?
- 52:48Unquote.
- 52:49And everything we believe is 100% the truth because they were the white hat guys.
- 52:55This was the biggest scandal in American history, and now it is being uncovered.
- 53:02I believe John Solomon, I believe that is the truth.
- 53:05And you really have to have wisdom and discernment to know the difference.
- 53:10Because Solomon has been the guy for everything from inside government.
- 53:14It would appear he was getting his information from the good guys.
- 53:18For the Russian hoax, Mueller investigation, COVID weaponization, censorship, he was it.
- 53:25And Sarah Carter.
- 53:27He was the first and the best with inside information.
- 53:31Or was it intentional?
- 53:34Was it part of a color revolution?
- 53:36Was it a coup?
- 53:37Orchestrated by Brennan and the CIA to divide the country beyond repair, because that's what socialists need to take over the country.
- 53:46Assume for a minute that Solomon was used by the CIA.
- 53:52How did Solomon corroborate his snitches, those guys in his front yard that night?
- 53:58Or are they the good guys?
- 54:01With honor.
- 54:02They're actually good guys with honor, still in our government.
- 54:07You see, you and me and others, we made the choice to believe Solomon and Sarah Carter and their reporting on everything.
- 54:14Everything.
- 54:16If our discernment is right, our fight was instrumental in helping uncover the greatest political scandal and coup in history.
- 54:26And beyond that, you have to tie together what Tulsi Gabbard and Cash Patel are now finding inside the buildings in the offices of the FBI.
- 54:36Donald Trump had another cabinet meeting this week.
- 54:39Here is what Tulsi Gabbard said they are finding, starting it off with Donald Trump.
- 54:44You've also found many uh bags of information.
- 54:48I think they call them burn bags.
- 54:50They're supposed to be burned and they didn't get burned, having to do with how corrupt the 2020 election was.
- 54:57And when will that all come out?
- 54:59Real quick, if bad guys wanted to get rid of the evidence, would they have not burned the burned bags?
- 55:07Why were the burn bags left?
- 55:09It's a question I asked last month on this program.
- 55:13Why did they leave the burn bags if they intended to destroy the evidence?
- 55:18Or was it the good guys, the white hats leaving information for it to be found by the Trump administration?
- 55:25Uh, Mr.
- 55:25President, I will be the first to brief you uh once we have that information collected.
- 55:30But you're right, it's it's we are finding documents literally tucked away in the back of safes in random offices in these bags and in other areas, which again speaks to the intent of those who are trying to hide the truth from the American people and trying to cover up the politicization that was led by people like John Brennan and James Clapper and others that have caused really immeasurable harm to the American people and to our country.
- 55:58Thank you.
- 55:59We look forward to hearing it.
- 56:00Hearing it.
- 56:00And we look forward to hearing it also.
- 56:00And we look forward to hearing it also.
- 56:03Real quick before we go to the break.
- 56:03Real quick before we go to the break, 702 has done some really good things.
- 56:05702 has done some really good things.
- 56:08It's not just bad.
- 56:08It's not just bad.
- 56:10It was used by bad people and abused, but it has found terrorists through the years.
- 56:10It was used by bad people and abused, but it has found terrorists through the years.
- 56:16And I think the country needs something like this.
- 56:16And I think the country needs something like this.
- 56:19It just doesn't need bad people abusing it.
- 56:19It just doesn't need bad people abusing it.
- 56:23What it does need are good, honorable people, women and men in the government who happen to realize that what they are doing is trying to overthrow a presidency, an election, and then create an insurrection.
- 56:23What it does need are good, honorable people, women and men in the government who happen to.
- 56:38We need those people in our government, and it appears that we had them, and it appears that our wisdom, our discernment was right in following John Solomon and Sarah Carter in what they brought to us as the truth.
- 56:56You've been listening to The Truth Be Told with Booker Scott on America Out Loud.
