Latest / Christ Himself - A Daily Devotional
Morning — December 12 — Zephaniah 3:15
The LORD has taken away your punishment; He has turned back your enemy. Israel’s King, the LORD, is among you; no longer will you fear any harm. — Zephaniah 3:15
God's presence with His people is the settled ground of all their security. When the King Himself dwells among His own, fear loses every rightful claim on the heart. His joy over His people is anchored in covenant faithfulness, so the soul can rest even when circumstances shake. This divine nearness is what steadies the soul long after the moment of crisis passes.
