Clay County Seeks Man in Lake Robbery | Kansas City News
Clay County authorities are urgently searching for 21-year-old Matthew Williams, accused of leading a violent robbery at Smithville Lake between July 17th and early July 18th—where victims were held against their will, stripped of belongings, and pistol-whipped. Three others have already been arrested: 18-year-olds Haeli Smith and Mason Card, and 21-year-old Georgio Sparks.
