- 0:01Speaker 1: Here's your host, Alex Garrett. All right, well, on a
- 0:10Speaker 1: very busy weekend, I want to preview something coming up
- 0:13Speaker 1: next week because this is important to me. And it
- 0:19Speaker 1: should be important to you, too, that Benjamin Netanyahu will
- 0:24Speaker 1: be coming to New York City for the UN visit, obviously.
- 0:31Speaker 1: in the next couple of weeks on Wednesday, September 23rd,
- 0:36Speaker 1: he comes in, addresses the UN at 9 p.m. Israel
- 0:39Speaker 1: time and returns to Israel before Sukkot on September 25th.
- 0:48Speaker 1: And when he's here, according to the Jerusalem Post, there
- 0:52Speaker 1: will be U.S. Secret Service involvement in protecting Benjamin Netanyahu.
- 0:58Speaker 1: Because you know that big mouth mayor we have? Mayor
- 1:02Speaker 1: Mamdani threatening to arrest Netanyahu? Well, I guess it's put
- 1:13Speaker 1: Team Netanyahu, maybe even Team Trump, maybe even just Team
- 1:18Speaker 1: NYPD on edge to the point where U.S. Secret Service
- 1:22Speaker 1: will be involved here. Now, the source to the post
- 1:28Speaker 1: denied the decision could be connected to New York Mayor
- 1:32Speaker 1: But come on. You threatening the arrest of Netanyahu and
- 1:37Speaker 1: then the attack at a synagogue. Yeah, I would want
- 1:40Speaker 1: Secret Service protecting Benjamin Netanyahu. Whether you agree with him
- 1:45Speaker 1: or not, he deserves to have protection. He's a leader
- 1:49Speaker 1: of our biggest ally, Israel. And They're worried about whether
- 2:01Speaker 1: the plane he flies over will be secured and where
- 2:05Speaker 1: it will be parked. But here's the interesting part. I'm
- 2:10Speaker 1: reading further on this. As the Post says Tuesday night,
- 2:21Speaker 1: there was a unit that finalized details of the visit
- 2:27Speaker 1: in the city. More than 60 police officers and NYPD
- 2:32Speaker 1: and detectives could be involved in the direct and perimeter
- 2:36Speaker 1: security arrangements surrounding Netanyahu along federal diplomatic Israeli security personnel.
- 2:50Speaker 1: And here's the deal. This security is needed. But how
- 2:56Speaker 1: about the cowardice of Mayor Mamdani? According to the forward,
- 3:04Speaker 1: Mamdani won't join protests against Netanyahu after the big mouth
- 3:12Speaker 1: threatened the arrest of this prime minister of Israel. Mamdani
- 3:20Speaker 1: told reporters, I have no plans to attend any protest
- 3:23Speaker 1: at the UNGA. To New Yorkers, I have never encouraged
- 3:26Speaker 1: them to protest. What I have always told them is
- 3:29Speaker 1: that they have the right to do so in the city.
- 3:31Speaker 1: You haven't encouraged them. However, calling for the arrest of
- 3:35Speaker 1: a dignitary is a protest, Mr. Mayor. You haven't encouraged anybody? Really?
- 3:47Speaker 1: You haven't denounced? You haven't condemned fully anti-Semitic attacks? Once
- 3:57Speaker 1: in a blue moon. But Mayor Mamdani, who said two
- 4:07Speaker 1: months ago, I think one of the bedrocks of our
- 4:10Speaker 1: city is protest, that he said July 22nd, now says
- 4:15Speaker 1: he won't be protesting Netanyahu. But he called for the arrest,
- 4:20Speaker 1: so that's a protest, and that's really egregious, coming from
- 4:24Speaker 1: a leader of the biggest city in the United States
- 4:27Speaker 1: of America, talking about the biggest ally, And I believe
- 4:41Speaker 1: when he called out to say, protest is something that
- 4:44Speaker 1: we will always respect, that was inciting. And I also
- 4:51Speaker 1: believe when he called for the arrest of Benjamin Netanyahu,
- 4:55Speaker 1: that wasn't just an arrest of an Israeli figurehead. That
- 4:58Speaker 1: was the calling of arrests for any Jews. Let me
- 5:03Speaker 1: say that again. When he said that, to arrest Netanyahu,
- 5:09Speaker 1: He was basically calling for the arrest of any Jewish
- 5:12Speaker 1: person for whatever reason. There is a subtlety in that
- 5:19Speaker 1: and a bigger picture to that. Netanyahu just happened to
- 5:23Speaker 1: be the figurehead that he talked about. But I really
- 5:29Speaker 1: pray Jewish businesses, Jewish communities are not harmed at all
- 5:37Speaker 1: but especially during Netanyahu's visit. I pray to God, pray
- 5:42Speaker 1: to Hashem, this Friday before and the Sabbath before the UNGA.
- 5:49Speaker 1: Think about that. That this city is protected. I have
- 5:57Speaker 1: to be honest. On clear blue days in September, 25
- 6:02Speaker 1: years later, I'm still on edge. I'm still praying that
- 6:06Speaker 1: everything just holds together. Because when you have schools not
- 6:17Speaker 1: teach or be told not to teach what actually happened
- 6:21Speaker 1: on September 11th, you give a pass to radical Islam.
- 6:26Speaker 1: And we will not give a pass to that terror attack.
- 6:31Speaker 1: And we will not not call it a terror attack
- 6:34Speaker 1: on September 11th. It is and always will be a
- 6:38Speaker 1: terrorist attack. A pro-ISIS supporter arrested in Pennsylvania wanted to
- 6:46Speaker 1: commit terror. These people that want to whitewash it basically
- 6:56Speaker 1: don't want to admit there is radical Islam, but there is.
- 7:03Speaker 1: They don't want to admit that being anti-Israeli is anti-Semitic.
- 7:12Speaker 1: I don't care if you don't like the state's policies
- 7:18Speaker 1: or how they do things. But Israel is made up
- 7:24Speaker 1: of Jewish people and when you hate and have hatred
- 7:27Speaker 1: that is anti-Semitism. And I also pray that Benjamin Netanyahu
- 7:36Speaker 1: does not do anything to provoke attacks against the Jewish
- 7:41Speaker 1: communities here. Unfortunately, the lunatics look at what Netanyahu has
- 7:49Speaker 1: done and they say, oh, well, then we'll just attack
- 7:57Speaker 1: Jewish people. So I do believe some of the blame
- 8:04Speaker 1: is an anti-Semitic rise is because of Netanyahu's actions. I
- 8:10Speaker 1: don't believe he should be arrested. I don't believe he
- 8:14Speaker 1: should be threatened or assaulted in any way. But cut
- 8:23Speaker 1: it out that you not agreeing with the state of
- 8:26Speaker 1: Israel doesn't make you anti-Semitic. It does. I for a
- 8:31Speaker 1: long thought you could separate it, but I'm starting to
- 8:33Speaker 1: realize you just can't. the Jewish people live in Israel.
- 8:42Speaker 1: They elect who they elect. And by being anti-Israel, you
- 8:46Speaker 1: are in fact being anti-Semitic. And this big mouth mayor
- 8:53Speaker 1: who says Netanyahu should be arrested now won't even join
- 8:58Speaker 1: the protests that I guess are planned against him. It's
- 9:05Speaker 1: infuriating that he even suggested it. But if he believes it,
- 9:13Speaker 1: stand with him. What are you scared of, Mayor Mamdani? Optics?
- 9:24Speaker 1: This whole situation has next week feeling tense. To the
- 9:33Speaker 1: point that Secret Service is now involved in protecting Netanyahu.
- 9:42Speaker 1: And that is because one big mouth mayor of New
- 9:50Speaker 1: York called for his arrest. And as I've said before,
- 9:58Speaker 1: I cannot wait for this. Iranian war to end victorious
- 10:02Speaker 1: for the United States because then we can really expose
- 10:06Speaker 1: the insanity that is Hassan Piker and then expose how
- 10:22Speaker 1: far left these candidates have become. The war is clouding
- 10:26Speaker 1: a lot of this election, if you realize. But that's
- 10:33Speaker 1: why we're here at One Leg of Alex Media to
- 10:39Speaker 1: bring you that clarity, I hope, anyway. And Al-Said and
- 10:46Speaker 1: Mamdani and all these people may try and run from
- 10:49Speaker 1: Piker now, but they're stuck to him. They are stuck
- 10:55Speaker 1: to him and his hateful anti-American rhetoric. Just leave the country,
- 10:59Speaker 1: Hassan Piker. Just do it already. We don't need you here.
- 11:04Speaker 1: We don't need you here. But this is the first
- 11:13Speaker 1: time I can remember Secret Service being needed to protect
- 11:16Speaker 1: Netanyahu or any Israeli leader. All because this mayor had
- 11:29Speaker 1: to go and say Netanyahu should be arrested. And even
- 11:39Speaker 1: suggested protesting. Hochul would win the election in a landslide
- 11:52Speaker 1: if she just removed him from office. Because I don't
- 11:59Speaker 1: think he's really got the chops to be the mayor
- 12:03Speaker 1: of New York. Or the know-how. Or even the moral compass,
- 12:20Speaker 1: I guess you would say. One that should include and
- 12:26Speaker 1: support the Jewish community's And not call for the arrest
- 12:33Speaker 1: of the leader of Israel. And that's my message. A
- 12:37Speaker 1: week before the UNGA. Actually, just a few days before
- 12:40Speaker 1: the UNGA begins. And I remember 25 years ago. This
- 12:48Speaker 1: UN General Assembly was locked down because of 9-11's aftermath.
- 12:55Speaker 1: And the bus had to come up and down the
- 12:57Speaker 1: block every day. which was normal for UNGA, but it
- 13:01Speaker 1: was very intense 25 years ago after the attacks on 9-11.
- 13:12Speaker 1: And I pray for the security and the safety of
- 13:17Speaker 1: all those at the UNGA as we embark on another
- 13:24Speaker 1: year My, I want to say 34th, 35th one. After
- 13:36Speaker 1: going up on the block 10 years for each UNGA
- 13:40Speaker 1: 10 years in my first 10 years of life. I
- 13:45Speaker 1: really want us to be secure. And I want Mom
- 13:52Speaker 1: Donnie to be removed. Removed. because there's no reason that
- 14:13Speaker 1: the Israeli Prime Minister should be needing secret service he
- 14:24Speaker 1: should feel safe enough and welcome in New York City
- 14:29Speaker 1: shouldn't he That's my message at One Look at Ballyx Media.
