  Speaker 3: Hello, hello, hello.
• 1:05
Speaker 3: We have Cindy Gould.
• 1:07
Speaker 3: I call her Cindy Gould because she is an amazing soul, dear friend of mine and absolutely just love that she's here on this broadcast and thank you for everybody joining and so on.
• 1:20
Speaker 3: Really appreciate you and all the support and even more so, the support that we're going to gain for our veterans and the veterans family.
• 1:27
Speaker 3: So I really just want to say thank you, Cindy, for being here and victorious life, here we go.
• 1:37
Speaker 2: Thank you for having me.
• 1:38
Speaker 2: This is such an honor and I'm so excited I'm crazy about your mission.
• 1:43
Speaker 2: I love the vision that you have and what you bring to the world, and what you and Susan bring to the world, and I'm thrilled that you've included me now in this venture of yours.
• 1:54
Speaker 2: So thank you so much oh you are so welcome.
• 1:57
  Speaker 3: I'm absolutely honored.
• 1:58
Speaker 3: I'd also like to thank everybody joining and watching in the future and, of course, cindy honored that you take the time the most precious resource that we have as humans, you know to spend it with us and and and to help these veterans and so forth, move forward.
• 2:14
Speaker 3: So what I'd like to do, cindy, is I know you are the owner, and so on, of your victorious life.
• 2:22
Speaker 3: You've got a TV show, you've got coaching and training keynote.
• 2:28
Speaker 3: I mean, you were just this powerhouse woman, amen.
• 2:32
Speaker 3: Tell me a little bit more about yourself.
• 2:34
Speaker 2: Oh gosh, you know.
• 2:35
Speaker 2: So, first and foremost, I would say that you know I am a mom and a grandma, which is you know which.
• 2:42
Speaker 2: I saw that you put that somewhere and and I'm so blessed to have that and to me that's like the best training ground, right, you know, in your life for that and and you know I love people and one of the things that, for me, just you know really short snippet of my story is, as you know, I had several people from my son to my father, to best friends, to, within a short period of time a seven month period of time eight of my loved ones all moved back home to heaven unexpectedly, and you know I was already on the coaching path at that time and I thought I knew my why and that really gave me my why.
• 3:22
Speaker 2: It's like we have this time right now, like this time with you.
• 3:27
Speaker 2: What you said about time being our precious resource, you know I'm honored that you're giving me this time with you.
• 3:33
Speaker 2: You know it's like you and I get to connect right right now and then we get to share a message with people and I mean, this is a, this is a very present real thing and this is the time we've got right now, and so what that did for me during that time, though, was seriously that, and and to bring it it, it made me realize, like, who are you, why are you here, and what are you going to do about it?
• 3:55
Speaker 2: And to your point of, with our veterans that I spend every single day, and I and I don't, I don't say this loosely being so grateful for the freedoms that I get to enjoy because of these men and women and their families that continue to fight on behalf of those freedoms for us, right, and so think about that, and, and so what am I going to do with this life of mine that's been fought for, right?
• 4:26
Speaker 2: And then these people that come back to us, you know, for having fought for us, and then how do we help them to create victorious lives?
• 4:36
Speaker 2: What can we do to be supportive of and, to your mission and to your point, to be supportive of their families while they're gone and of them while they're here?
• 4:47
Speaker 2: When they're back in the swing of regular civilian type life, how do we support their victorious lives and what they want to do?
• 4:55
Speaker 2: So that's why I'm honored to be here with you today, absolutely.
• 4:59
Speaker 3: So, thank you, thank you very much.
• 5:00
Speaker 3: You know a lot of people don't know a lot about my story, so you know, my father joined the military.
• 5:07
Speaker 3: He came back, he, he struggled.
• 5:09
Speaker 3: You know there wasn't the support and there's still supports lacking and that's why I'm doing this.
• 5:15
Speaker 3: You know my father three tours in Vietnam, you know he came back and struggled.
• 5:20
Speaker 3: You know I did not meet my father.
• 5:23
Speaker 3: I learned about my father through veterans associations.
• 5:28
Speaker 3: I've got thousands of pages of paperwork and his struggles, you know.
• 5:33
Speaker 3: So my mom got pregnant, my dad had just joined the military again and because of violence and alcohol abuse, drug abuse, because he was struggling with the demons already of violence and alcohol abuse, drug abuse, because he was struggling with the demons already, they never reconnected and so this is again part of the story that everybody doesn't know but they do now is.
• 6:00
Speaker 3: You know she couldn't leave her ground, if you will, where she had support system and so on, to go into.
• 6:02
  Speaker 3: You know what.
• 6:03
Speaker 3: She didn't know what her life was going to be and I respect that you know and my father, love, respect, everything to him.
• 6:08
Speaker 3: He was where he was, you know, and so he battled for years and years and years, and you know, it was about two years before he passed that he finally, or the military finally, said yes, you have a problem, you're not just a drunk.
• 6:24
  Speaker 1: You're not a drug addict.
• 6:30
Speaker 3: You're not this, you're not that, and said, yeah, you do have a problem.
• 6:31
Speaker 3: And he started to get help in that two years and part of it was probably just the recognition I would think of okay, you know what, I'm not just messed up when he got some help and then, unfortunately, he did pass.
• 6:44
Speaker 3: But that's why I'm doing this, because you know these veterans damn it.
• 6:48
  Speaker 3: They deserve better.
• 6:49
  Speaker 3: They deserve better.
• 6:52
Speaker 3: And the families, the ones that no one you know talks about, that they're, they're, they're, you know, husbands, wives, uncles, sons, all those things fathers, mothers go and they're gone and they come back and they have to reconnect and they and thank you for being here and thank you for all of the support.
• 7:42
Speaker 3: I mean, this has been six months in the works here.
• 7:43
Speaker 3: Guys, we need to get more words out and there are amazing people.
• 7:46
Speaker 3: We're going to have them on here.
• 7:47
Speaker 3: I've got you know.
• 7:48
Speaker 3: Retired Lieutenant Colonel Tina Parker.
• 7:53
Speaker 3: Yeah, right, and he's a more you know, two-tour vet Marine.
• 7:59
Speaker 3: You know first ones in to Iraq and so on.
• 8:02
Speaker 3: You know, 2001, 2004, going to be on in a couple of days.
• 8:05
Speaker 3: We've got and I'm going I'm going off off a little bit here, but just so everybody understands what we're doing we've got health experts, we've got financial experts, we've got so many different people coming on here to support these veterans and those families.
• 8:21
Speaker 3: We need to get the word out, all right.
• 8:24
Speaker 3: So that's what I just need to get the word out, All right.
• 8:25
  Speaker 3: So that's what I just.
• 8:25
Speaker 3: I just wanted to get that out there and so we can start moving forward.
• 8:31
Speaker 2: So that's so great.
• 8:32
Speaker 2: I love, like I said, I love the vision and the mission that you have and you know it's it is so important.
• 8:38
Speaker 2: I think, like I think about the things I learned from my father that because he had been in the army, the things that he brought with him and I think about I mean, he was in the Korean War and he and his buddies were there, but they were babies.
• 8:51
Speaker 2: I have grandchildren that are older than he was when he was in the military and I'm thinking holy smack, that's like you know.
• 9:00
Speaker 2: And from Hawaii, of course, and you know I remember him, you know, with Pearl Harbor and all that stuff, you know the stories he would tell when he was young and then you know they all felt compelled to join the army as soon as they could, or the military, whichever branch of service they were in.
• 9:14
Speaker 2: And I think about that stuff and some of the influences.
• 9:19
Speaker 2: They were positive influences for us.
• 9:21
Speaker 2: The influences, though, when he just growing up with my father and some of the things like even I'm great at making beds, man, you can bounce a quarter off my bed, you know what I mean.
• 9:32
Speaker 2: It's like those kinds of things, even some of that kind of stuff, right, or like I'll remember on.
• 9:37
Speaker 2: These are some of my fondest memories, like my dad.
• 9:41
Speaker 2: In fact, my father moved back home to heaven.
• 9:44
Speaker 2: He was part of that set of people.
• 9:45
Speaker 2: Right, it was november 1st of 2021 and, um, one of the things that he had, uh, from when we were children was like this cool little box with all his shoeshine.
• 9:57
Speaker 2: You know the little uh tin things of the shiner stuff.
• 10:00
Speaker 2: You know all the different, like the black and I don't remember the name, but you guys would know because you're a guy, um, but the but the and the Brown, you know.
• 10:06
Speaker 2: But on Saturday night it was the day that we got ready for Sunday and we wore, you know, like Sunday best.
• 10:13
Speaker 2: You know the whole thing, right, and he would line up my brothers and they would shine their shoes, and he learned that, obviously, from being in the military, which is so cool, right, absolutely.
• 10:26
Speaker 2: But my fondest memories, but the discipline that came with certain things, and there were a lot of positive things that came from that, from the experience also.
• 10:37
Speaker 2: And yet I fast forward to living in Hawaii and you and I have discussed this with I lived right outside of Schofield Barracks as a young mother and my best girlfriends.
• 10:50
Speaker 2: Their husbands would go to the field and you know my husband was Hawaiian, not military, and I was at home and I would watch them with their babies and you know they'd have weeks or months, you know, while their men were on deployment and you know, of course, their men were on deployment and you know, of course we'd do what Tupperware parties and Zipi I mean you know, it was that whole thing Right, but then when the, when their husbands would come home, the adjustments that had to be made.
• 11:16
Speaker 2: You know, because and it was a very real thing, it's interesting because I was thinking into that, knowing that we were going to be talking like, wow, there's a lot of things that our families, our military families, experience, that all those of us, or those people that don't know, they just don't know, like the strain on a marriage, the strain as as parents, when one parent's left a parent and then the other one comes home, right, and there's your lieutenant.
• 11:50
Speaker 3: Retired Lieutenant Colonel Tina Parker.
• 11:52
  Speaker 3: Thank you.
• 11:55
Speaker 2: Yes, and you know, and I know, cindy was on here and your beautiful wife as well, all three of them.
• 12:01
Speaker 2: So thank you, ladies.
• 12:02
Speaker 2: But I mean, what do you think you have the privilege of talking to so many people that experience those types of things in the military?
• 12:11
Speaker 2: What have you seen?
• 12:12
Speaker 3: experienced those types of things in the military.
• 12:14
Speaker 3: What have you seen?
• 12:15
Speaker 3: You know what I found?
• 12:21
Speaker 3: The main thing, especially when the military personnel are coming back into transitioning and back into civilian life and this is where my real focus is is really communication, just so that they know where you are, both sides coming back, and the husband or wife or uncle or dad or mom, you know both, all sides.
• 12:40
Speaker 3: That's that communication of, hey, this is where I am, because it's okay to be there, it's okay not to be kicking ass.
• 12:49
Speaker 3: Here goes life, I'm going, let's go Instead of man, I don't even know who I am right now.
• 12:54
Speaker 3: I've just been gone for two, four, six, 27 years and you know, I don't know who I am or who they are.
• 13:06
Speaker 3: You know, and vice versa.
• 13:07
Speaker 3: So the main thing really coming back, communicate.
• 13:10
Speaker 3: Just slow it down, respect each other, love each other where you are and communicate A hundred percent.
• 13:18
Speaker 2: Yeah Right, that's what I've seen a lot yeah.
• 13:22
Speaker 2: I think it's, it's huge and there's, I think, sometimes a lot of fear in communication.
• 13:28
Speaker 2: There is a shame in communication.
• 13:32
Speaker 2: I'm supposed to be this, that's supposed to be fill in the blank, she or he's supposed to be this.
• 13:39
Speaker 2: There's, you know, even awkwardness.
• 13:42
Speaker 2: There's, you know, kids and they've been dependent on that, the parent that didn't leave, you know, during.
• 13:48
Speaker 2: There's all of those.
• 13:49
Speaker 2: Those are the things that I saw really prevalent in you know, adjusting and I think your point, the two things that you said, that really just nailed it to me just now many things, but the two majors were communication and love, you know just, and creating a safety right where it's okay to just.
• 14:11
Speaker 2: You know, right now I want to go do X, Y, Z, or I just came, you know, from Afghanistan off a tank and saw horrific things, and now I'm coming home and, you know, let's go barbecue by the pool.
• 14:26
Speaker 2: You know what I mean.
• 14:27
  Speaker 2: It's like, right.
• 14:29
Speaker 3: Absolutely, and, and you know, with that, with that said, you know, I think, one of the yeah, absolutely, and you know, with that, with that said, you know, I think, one of the for us being neuro-encoding specialists and so on, the tools that you know they will help them are, you know, learning to celebrate all the little victories, learning to, you know, if I change your physiology, change your mood, change your state, you know it's when you're feeling that and you realize it here, here it goes.
• 14:55
  Speaker 3: You ready?
• 14:56
Speaker 3: Yes, give it some astitute, shake your ass, break yourself out physiology.
• 15:03
Speaker 3: So everybody's side note okay, uh, neuroencoding specialist, uh, the founder, joseph mcclendon, the third who we've trained with, and our mentors, uh, that's his thing.
• 15:13
  Speaker 3: Okay, it's Astitude.
• 15:14
Speaker 3: So we've all taken it on.
• 15:15
Speaker 3: But it's finding those moments when you realize and there's lots of other tools that we know, and then we coach on and, of course, train on and so on.
• 15:24
Speaker 3: But Astitude's just one of the fun ones, so I love to use it.
• 15:27
Speaker 3: But when you get in that funk or that kind of feeling, sometimes just that simple little tweak, that two millimeter change can change the minute, the day, the year, your life, you know.
• 15:42
Speaker 3: So finding those tools and so on, I think are really important.
• 15:47
Speaker 2: I totally agree, moving your physiology jumping up.
• 15:50
Speaker 2: You know, you and I both know the stop technique and just you know stop, and I think some of it too is, as you know, we have another saying in neuroencoding as we think, so we feel, as we feel, so we do, as we do, so we have, and thinking about what you think about, like what am I thinking about?
• 16:09
Speaker 2: Like what am I thinking about?
• 16:11
  Speaker 2: And those same.
• 16:12
Speaker 2: Because how many thoughts, same thoughts, do you have every day?
• 16:15
Speaker 2: right Out of all the you know 70,000 thoughts, you have a day or you know right, and and you don't have to believe every stupid thing you think and you know right Cause it's, it's just part of your BS, and I mean beliefs.
• 16:29
Speaker 3: And you shouldn't, you shouldn't believe everything you think it's a BS, your belief system.
• 16:37
Speaker 2: Right, and you know.
• 16:38
Speaker 2: But to grab those thoughts as they come in and to say is that true?
• 16:44
Speaker 2: Like seriously, is that really true?
• 16:47
Speaker 2: Like, come on, you know what I mean.
• 16:49
Speaker 2: And to be able to rearrange that and the more that you do, that you encode yourself right, because the neurons that fire together, wire together, and so, obviously, when you're in a certain mode, and if you're in you know, fight or flight mode, or if you're in that mode constantly, you need to rewire certain things.
• 17:11
Speaker 2: You need to rewire certain things.
• 17:15
Speaker 2: Or if you're, you know, and no matter what stage of life you're in, no matter if you're a veteran or either you and me, if it's, you know relationships, whatever it is, you just take a look at that and okay.
• 17:22
Speaker 2: So, and one of the things I love, dr Amen, is another.
• 17:25
Speaker 2: You know, I'm with some of the folks that are watching a brain health coach as well, which is super fun, and Dr Amen is phenomenal and he one of the things he says is and then what?
• 17:36
Speaker 2: And then what you know?
• 17:38
Speaker 2: And so, while you're going down that brain trolley, I love that.
• 17:45
Speaker 3: I love that Right, absolutely, absolutely so.
• 18:06
Speaker 3: So, cindy, let's it's beautiful right frame this, reframe it, if you will to why?
• 18:14
Speaker 3: And this isn't just military, non-military civilians, whatever the case may be this is humans, right?
• 18:21
Speaker 3: I mean, this is the human condition.
• 18:22
Speaker 3: Why do you think some people thrive in life?
• 18:25
Speaker 3: They can come from the same backgrounds or same people in the military, the same divisions Marines, air Force, whatever the case may be and some people thrive and some people struggle.
• 18:36
Speaker 3: Why do you think?
• 18:38
  Speaker 2: that might be.
• 18:38
Speaker 2: Oh golly, that's a loaded question, isn't it?
• 18:41
  Speaker 2: Isn't it, though?
• 18:41
  Speaker 2: I didn't?
• 18:42
Speaker 2: Say it was going to be easy, Cindy.
• 18:47
  Speaker 2: Right.
• 18:47
Speaker 2: Well, I would say the first thing that comes to mind is their BS.
• 18:51
Speaker 2: Thing that comes to mind is their BS, like and and and, and I mean that it's your belief system.
• 18:59
Speaker 2: What do you believe about yourself, and and what do you believe to be true?
• 19:01
Speaker 2: Because you can look in the mirror and you can believe certain things about yourself and you could have heard them and you could have adopted what you heard, right, and, and you could eat up and sit there with all of your you know, your yourself.
• 19:17
Speaker 2: And taking all those things in it really does boil down to that.
• 19:22
Speaker 2: And most people do not define what they really want, like, what do you want?
• 19:27
Speaker 2: What do you really want in life?
• 19:29
Speaker 2: Like, do you just get up and then you go to work and then you're stuck at a job and then you're like, okay, I can't really afford to not be at that job and pursue my dreams, so I'll just get to that, you know, five year mark, and then I'll work, I'll do a side hustle and then I'll move on.
• 19:44
Speaker 2: And then that doesn't happen, right, without clearly defining what they want and then pursuing it like their hair's on fire, right, like they need to just go after it.
• 19:55
Speaker 2: And I think the reason I love that question is it's really my why.
• 19:59
Speaker 2: It's like, as you know, there's 98% of this planet, 8 billion people, so that 7,840,000,000 people come to this planet and do not fulfill their dreams.
• 20:14
Speaker 2: They don't go for it because they're afraid, and it's those toxic 10.
• 20:19
Speaker 2: And to your question and to your point, it's fear, your beliefs, the fears that you allowed to get in your way and then not having a clearly defined target, you can't achieve it without a target.
• 20:32
Speaker 2: If you don't know what you're shooting at and all of our veterans know that because they're very well skilled in that right and well taught If you don't know what the target is, you don't even know what you're aiming at.
• 20:45
  Speaker 3: Absolutely, absolutely.
• 20:47
Speaker 3: So you know and I think all of that agree with that, 100%.
• 20:51
Speaker 3: You know 200%, 300%, let's go with that.
• 20:54
Speaker 3: So you know it's the thieves of their dreams, right?
• 20:57
Speaker 3: It's the same thing we all deal with.
• 20:59
Speaker 3: It's procrastination, hesitation, fear of failure.
• 21:03
Speaker 3: Go ahead, you go ahead.
• 21:06
Speaker 2: Go ahead, I'm doing it with you Fear of failure, fear of success.
• 21:10
Speaker 2: Keep going because I love it, go ahead, go ahead.
• 21:12
  Speaker 2: Sydney Self-loathing, self-doubt, imposter syndrome.
• 21:17
Speaker 2: Am I ever so popular?
• 21:19
Speaker 2: Because this is, to me, the bottom line to all of it fear of rejection, fear of rejection, amen.
• 21:24
Speaker 2: And those are the toxic ends.
• 21:29
  Speaker 3: Right.
• 21:29
Speaker 3: So you know we run into all of this as humans, now, military are conditioned to do what Figure it out, not ask for help and get it done right.
• 21:43
Speaker 3: And so that's, I think, one of the reasons they struggle more than I shouldn't say more, as much as or more as other people, because they get into that world right.
• 21:54
Speaker 3: So if we can get the military to realize, hey, it's okay, and people in general it's okay, ask for help, and how do we do that?
• 22:04
Speaker 3: We make them comfortable, right, my opinion, we get them comfortable with community support systems.
• 22:11
Speaker 3: And here's the other thing that we run off the course with, I think, with a lot of military, especially back in, like the Vietnam days, was everybody had call signs or nicknames or that kind of thing and they got out they, they didn't they didn't know anybody's name.
• 22:27
  Speaker 3: So I think what's that?
• 22:30
Speaker 2: No, I'm laughing because you're not wrong.
• 22:34
Speaker 3: So you know now I think it's I hope it's better.
• 22:37
Speaker 3: There are a lot of support systems Facebook and things like that that people can reconnect and so on.
• 22:42
Speaker 3: So if we can get and help these, these veterans, kind of reconnect and have those supports so they can actually talk and not feel like there's an issue, I think that helps them to thrive more.
• 22:56
Speaker 3: So when they have that support system they have a plan, just like you were just talking about.
• 23:03
Speaker 3: You know they have their, their.
• 23:04
Speaker 3: What do you want, right?
• 23:06
Speaker 3: What do you want?
• 23:07
Speaker 3: Because a lot of the, especially the new veterans coming out and again I'll go back to my friend Tina Parker, we had great conversations is they get out and they're, you know they, they don't really know necessarily who they are.
• 23:20
Speaker 3: I'm not saying everybody, so just understand that they don't know who they really are and what they really want and what they're really want to do.
• 23:28
Speaker 3: And the military veterans now they're not drafted, you know they're going in because they want to serve a purpose.
• 23:34
Speaker 3: They want to go in and they want to to fulfill a purpose.
• 23:38
Speaker 3: So it's the same thing when they get out.
• 23:41
  Speaker 3: That's what.
• 23:42
Speaker 3: That's one of my main goals with coaching and all the trainings and so on, is give them, help them figure out what they're what, what they're what they want, sorry, and to fulfill that purpose, because that's really what they're looking for.
• 24:03
Speaker 2: Right, you know, because of what I do as a victorious strategist, my main goal, I would say, is you're the hero of your own story.
• 24:15
Speaker 2: Right, you know that?
• 24:16
Speaker 2: We all know that Nobody's coming to save you.
• 24:18
Speaker 2: You've got to save your own booty.
• 24:20
Speaker 3: We don't all know that, though, but we do now.
• 24:23
  Speaker 2: That's the point.
• 24:23
Speaker 2: Yes, yes, and so, and here's yes, thank you.
• 24:28
Speaker 2: And here's what I say, though, is who are you, why are you here and what are you going to do about it?
• 24:34
Speaker 2: And to that point of what you were saying is we don't.
• 24:39
Speaker 2: When you think about it, most people couldn't answer that.
• 24:43
Speaker 2: If I, I do group coaching as well as one-on-ones, and that is one of the biggest things is what's your identity?
• 24:50
Speaker 2: Who the heck are you Like?
• 24:52
Speaker 2: Really Like, remember that that movie, um Runaway Bride with Julia Roberts, and every single thing is I like eggs Benedict, I like them scrambled, I like omelets, right?
• 25:04
Speaker 2: And she didn't even know what the heck she liked, and then did she even like eggs?
• 25:07
Speaker 2: You know what I mean?
• 25:08
Speaker 2: Well, and it's like who do we morph ourselves, or chameleon ourselves into being because of that relationship, or to fit in somewhere, right, and and when you can really step back and figure out who you really are and the beauty and the magnificence of who you are as Michael Cole, as Susan Cole, as Tina Parker, as Dominica you know, I mean the people that are watching, as Cindy, and who are you really?
• 25:36
Speaker 2: And then figure out why are you here and your passions are going to be an indicative reason.
• 25:42
Speaker 2: I mean, they're going to show you why you're here, right, the passions and the things that you're really drawn towards and the things that you pull towards you.
• 25:51
Speaker 2: And then what the heck are you going to do about it?
• 25:53
Speaker 2: That's the juice, that's the fun stuff, that's where you come in with.
• 25:57
Speaker 2: The veterans is like you can help them.
• 25:58
Speaker 2: Okay, what do you want to do about it?
• 26:00
Speaker 2: Let's rock and roll, man.
• 26:02
  Speaker 3: Absolutely, absolutely, yeah.
• 26:04
Speaker 3: So yeah, thank, absolutely, absolutely, yes, so yeah, thank you, you nailed it.
• 26:07
Speaker 3: I mean all of that, you nailed it.
• 26:09
  Speaker 3: So thank you.
• 26:10
Speaker 3: Hey, christina, thank you for jumping on too we love you fantastic, fantastic.
• 26:20
Speaker 3: So, cindy, um, let me ask you this we're, uh, you know we could sit and talk, I think, for three days.
• 26:25
Speaker 1: Okay, okay, I mean how long will a live, go before they kick us off.
• 26:33
Speaker 3: We'll do this again, of course.
• 26:34
Speaker 3: So we have a couple of minutes left.
• 26:36
Speaker 3: So my question, I guess, to you is victorious life, right?
• 26:41
Speaker 3: What is the top three tips that you can give to our veterans, their families, to thrive, to move forward, to not be stuck?
• 26:55
Speaker 3: Ok, I know I'm putting on the spot and I want everybody to know why.
• 26:59
Speaker 3: She has a second to think about this.
• 27:00
Speaker 3: None of this is scripted.
• 27:01
  Speaker 3: We're just rolling.
• 27:02
Speaker 3: There could be F-bombs, there could be tears, there could be respectful arguments.
• 27:11
Speaker 3: Yeah right, she got her tissues, just in case we have no idea.
• 27:15
Speaker 3: And Wednesday, when the next show's on, could be the same thing.
• 27:20
Speaker 3: So just understand that we're just throwing each other under the bus and we're just rolling with it, but I think it's been fantastic.
• 27:28
  Speaker 1: And Cindy honestly.
• 27:30
Speaker 3: thank you so much.
• 27:30
Speaker 3: All right, Hopefully that was enough time.
• 27:32
Speaker 3: You got three, three tips.
• 27:34
Speaker 2: Okay, I mean I got a minute and a half, so let me tell you I'm going to just wrap it up with a nice little bow back to what you said in the beginning.
• 27:41
Speaker 2: The number one tip I would say is move heaven and earth to love yourself, no matter what.
• 27:47
Speaker 2: Move heaven and earth to love yourself and from there you're going to love your families and treasure each other, lighten up on each other, learn to have appreciation and not expectation of each other and of yourself and just be ooey, gooey, gopher guts, crazy in love with each other, right, because I think that's like the biggest.
• 28:07
Speaker 2: And then the other is communicate, no matter what.
• 28:10
Speaker 2: You know, communication is like, and those are the two things you started with Like love and communication.
• 28:17
Speaker 2: And communication that's not just with other veterans or other people, civilians, non-civilians, family, whatever.
• 28:24
Speaker 2: Communicate with yourself and like.
• 28:27
Speaker 2: For me I would wrap it up with, because I have such a strong relationship with God, you know, and you know that, because we've experienced that together, I would say that you know, communicate with God, communicate with wherever you do, whether you meditate, pray, whatever it is.
• 28:41
Speaker 2: Get anchored in that, and those are the three things.
• 28:44
Speaker 2: Get anchored in that and those are the three things you know to love and communicate, and not just with others, but with yourself and with God or wherever you worship or what you do.
• 28:55
Speaker 3: Wow, fantastic, fantastic lady, thank you, oh gosh.
• 29:00
Speaker 3: Yes, I mean, that's just about as good as gold, cindy, gold as you'll get right there, thank you.
• 29:06
Speaker 3: Thank you so much, cindy.
• 29:08
  Speaker 3: Honored, truly honored.
• 29:10

• 29:16

Speaker 3: Through genealogy and so forth, susan's my wife.

Speaker 3: Everybody has went through and found, after my father passed, my family and I have a whole Oprah Winfrey story and that is no lie.
• 32:02

• 32:18
Speaker 2: Cause you look so much.
• 32:20
  Speaker 3: You know why?
• 32:20
Speaker 3: Because our sense of humor is so similar.
