Let's build a team! With Sporting Director Matt Cairns
In another special offseason episode, we get to know Forward Madison Sporting Director Matt Cairns and learn about how he's approaching the 2026 roster. We discuss:
- The kind of player he's looking for
- Whether Derek Gebhard will be the only returning player
- Whether the CBA standoff is affecting recruitment and signing
- How he's pitching Madison to prospective players
- Aaron Molloy, because why not
Then, Rob and Ethan talk through the four new roster additions announced since the last time we dropped a pod.
