Chucky Mask Terrorist Caught in Vegas | Philadelphia News
A 22-year-old man, Zymire Hughes, terrorized Philadelphia in August while wearing a Chucky mask, chasing down 15 people—possibly for social media clout. After fleeing to Vegas and living there since February, he was arrested Tuesday night. He waived extradition and will return to Philly to face charges including terroristic threats and harassment. One victim even kicked him in the chest. Authorities say he has ties to both California and Philly, but the law caught up with him fast. Court date set for next month.
