- 0:27Speaker 1: It is time to leave your worries outside and laugh
- 0:31Speaker 1: with us inside the Treehouse. I'm Daniel Maley along with
- 0:34Speaker 1: Trey Trendholm and Raj Sharma. Today is Wednesday, July sixteenth,
- 0:39Speaker 1: twenty twenty five. It is Treehouse road Show Week this
- 0:44Speaker 1: Sunday at the Maverick in Carrollton sixteen sixteen West Hebron
- 0:49Speaker 1: Parkway from noon to two pm.
- 0:51Speaker 2: It is a live taping of this here Treehouse Show.
- 0:55Speaker 1: So join us on Sunday for the Treehouse Road Show
- 0:59Speaker 1: at the Maverick, Carrollton, sixteen sixteen West Hebron Parkway. First
- 1:02Speaker 1: forty people get a free T shirt Woo woot. We'll
- 1:04Speaker 1: also have hats and stickers for purchase. As it is,
- 1:10Speaker 1: I just looked this up because I wanted to make
- 1:12Speaker 1: sure I had current information. Yellowstone National Park in twenty
- 1:19Speaker 1: twenty four had just over four point seven million visitors,
- 1:29Speaker 1: which is a huge number. And I think what happens
- 1:33Speaker 1: is people get cocky thinking, well, you know, four point
- 1:37Speaker 1: seven million people visited Yellowstone last year and a very
- 1:40Speaker 1: small percentage of them were hurt or killed by wildlife.
- 1:44Speaker 1: So I think it's okay that I walk my toddler
- 1:47Speaker 1: up to this grazing bison in the middle of Yellowstone. Well,
- 1:53Speaker 1: everything's fine until it isn't. I've learned that in my age,
- 2:02Speaker 1: in as I've crawled up there in years, my wisdom
- 2:07Speaker 1: has increased and I know that everything can be just
- 2:10Speaker 1: fine until it's not. And that's sort of the slogan
- 2:14Speaker 1: at Yellowstone, which is, we didn't kill you yet, but
- 2:18Speaker 1: keep coming back, keep testing us.
- 2:22Speaker 3: We'll get you.
- 2:25Speaker 1: So shocked onlookers as one woman paraded her toddler closer
- 2:32Speaker 1: and closer to an honest to god bison at Yellowstone
- 2:38Speaker 1: National Park just the other day. And this I can't
- 2:41Speaker 1: I cannot stress this enough as just as a species,
- 2:46Speaker 1: we are completely stupid. And I mean that because you're
- 2:53Speaker 1: only as strong as your weakest link, right, that means
- 2:56Speaker 1: you're only as smart as your dumbest person. Mm hmm,
- 3:01Speaker 1: which makes us pretty dumb.
- 3:04Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 3:05Speaker 5: I'm gonna blame social media on this one that people
- 3:09Speaker 5: just they see that people have different pets and they
- 3:11Speaker 5: think it's okay because I.
- 3:13Speaker 4: Saw this video. I wouldn't get this close to a cow.
- 3:17Speaker 1: No, And that's what this is. You know how lions
- 3:23Speaker 1: we affectionately referred to as murder kiddies. Well, bison are
- 3:28Speaker 1: murder cows. Here's the video in question of onlookers, videoing
- 3:35Speaker 1: two moms taking their children at Yellowstone National Park up
- 3:38Speaker 1: to a grazing bison.
- 3:41Speaker 6: Here we go, let's just take our kids. You're right
- 3:43Speaker 6: to a bison. Oh my god, my kids?
- 3:50Speaker 2: What three years old? Probably?
- 3:53Speaker 1: Yeah, two moms, two moms taking their kid over to
- 3:59Speaker 1: the bison. I'm sorry, two moms, one with a kid each,
- 4:03Speaker 1: both separately walking their children towards the bison. And if
- 4:06Speaker 1: you notice in the left edge of the screen, there's
- 4:11Speaker 1: another parent with a kid that is walking up as well.
- 4:16Speaker 1: So you're gonna have like a triumvirate of idiot mothers
- 4:19Speaker 1: bringing their toddlers next to a grazing bison at Yellowstone.
- 4:27Speaker 3: It's called group think.
- 4:29Speaker 7: Somebody sees one person doing it, they go, Okay, well
- 4:31Speaker 7: she obviously knows something we don't know, so let us
- 4:34Speaker 7: do it as well.
- 4:35Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 4:35Speaker 2: It's called how to Live.
- 4:40Speaker 5: Is a flame and the white ladies are moths.
- 4:45Speaker 3: Thank you, thank you, Trey. I've been I've been trying
- 4:47Speaker 3: to avoid it. The video speaks for itself.
- 4:54Speaker 2: You're right, it is. It is a bunch of white people. Wait,
- 5:02Speaker 2: I'm not shocked either of mine.
- 5:06Speaker 8: If you're listening to the tree House, visit us online
- 5:09Speaker 8: at Treehouseonair dot com.

- 5:26Speaker 1: Listeners Foundation exists to help the families of fallen DFW
- 5:31Speaker 1: police officers and firefighters killed in the line of duty.
- 5:34Speaker 1: And we've been very fortunate over the years to partner
- 5:37Speaker 1: with some outstanding companies wanting to help. And today we
- 5:41Speaker 1: get to add cookdfw's name to that list of excellent
- 5:44Speaker 1: sponsors to the foundation because Daniel, you and your wife
- 5:47Speaker 1: Carrie have said, you know what, we love our community
- 5:49Speaker 1: and we want to do something to give back to
- 5:51Speaker 1: our first responders in DFW.
- 5:53Speaker 9: Right, Dan, That's absolutely correct, and you know, truth be known,
- 5:57Speaker 9: Carrie has given to the foundation for quite so many years.
- 6:01Speaker 9: But now at a company level, I think we are
- 6:04Speaker 9: wanting to definitely, you know, beef that up and start
- 6:08Speaker 9: giving back to the foundation. And it's unfortunately this is
- 6:11Speaker 9: a foundation nobody wants to have to donate to, but
- 6:14Speaker 9: it's the real world is that these things do happen,
- 6:17Speaker 9: and it's it's it's the type of foundation that you
- 6:20Speaker 9: don't want around, but you definitely want it to be,
- 6:23Speaker 9: you know, available to the families that need it. And
- 6:25Speaker 9: so over the next couple of months, you know, a
- 6:28Speaker 9: portion of all the proceeds from the work done from
- 6:31Speaker 9: Treehouse listeners that call in and let us know that
- 6:34Speaker 9: they heard about you on the show, we're going to
- 6:36Speaker 9: be donating to the RMS tree House Listeners Foundation and
- 6:39Speaker 9: making sure that we can keep that very stable in
- 6:44Speaker 9: the accounting side and and have funds available that when
- 6:47Speaker 9: the families need it, it's going to be there. So
- 6:49Speaker 9: we're very fortunate to be a part of the organization
- 6:52Speaker 9: and we look forward to try and assist and help
- 6:55Speaker 9: it as much as we can.
- 6:57Speaker 1: Not only a company that cares about you as a client,
- 6:59Speaker 1: but cooked FW Roofing and Restoration also cares about its

- 7:52Speaker 2: That's Raj.
- 7:53Speaker 1: Today is Wednesday, July sixteenth, twenty twenty five. We were
- 7:57Speaker 1: just enjoying the video of the mothers walking their toddlers
- 8:01Speaker 1: up to a bison at Yellowstone National Park and Raj,
- 8:06Speaker 1: you've been to Yellowstone? Oh, how'd that go?
- 8:09Speaker 7: It was wonderful. It's absolutely beautiful. And I saw a
- 8:13Speaker 7: same thing. Our car was stopped by a herd of
- 8:15Speaker 7: bison and you just.
- 8:16Speaker 3: Kind of let them. When they leave, they leave, and
- 8:18Speaker 3: that's when you leave.
- 8:19Speaker 7: But I did get to experience one of those moments
- 8:22Speaker 7: where we're staying at a buddy. Mine's one of my
- 8:25Speaker 7: prant brothers is Lodge. He got married and we're standing
- 8:27Speaker 7: spending a week. So we went through Yellowstone and that's
- 8:31Speaker 7: when I was dating Anna, who you remember, Oh yeah,
- 8:34Speaker 7: and we are driving and there's the baby cub, baby
- 8:37Speaker 7: bear cub on the side of the road, and now
- 8:39Speaker 7: everybody has stopped to take pictures with the baby bear cub.
- 8:45Speaker 1: So they stopped their vehicles and got out of them. Yes,
- 8:49Speaker 1: to take photos with a baby bear cub.
- 8:52Speaker 3: Yes.
- 8:53Speaker 2: And Yellowstone Yes.
- 8:54Speaker 7: And Anna, who is from England, her inner David Attenborough,
- 8:58Speaker 7: came out and she was like, whatever, there's a baby couver.
- 9:03Speaker 7: Mother is not far behind.
- 9:08Speaker 2: Was the death toll that day?
- 9:12Speaker 7: We lost a bunch of good white people that day.
- 9:16Speaker 3: No, I mean there was.
- 9:18Speaker 7: Luckily, there was one older lady that jumped out of
- 9:22Speaker 7: her car and was screaming at people like get back
- 9:25Speaker 7: in your car. And it couldn't have been maybe two
- 9:28Speaker 7: minutes later that you saw the mom come out of
- 9:31Speaker 7: the woods and I was like, that was going to
- 9:34Speaker 7: be a horrific scene. Had this lady literally jumped out
- 9:37Speaker 7: of her car and was like, what are you guys thinking?
- 9:40Speaker 3: Got these people back in the car.
- 9:42Speaker 1: I've just realized that stories like this is the reason
- 9:45Speaker 1: why I should never be a National Park ranger, because
- 9:50Speaker 1: I know that my job would be to tell people
- 9:53Speaker 1: get back in your cars, get.
- 9:54Speaker 2: Back in your cars. This is dangerous, this is wildlife.
- 9:57Speaker 2: It can hurt you.
- 10:00Speaker 1: But I really feel the pull to say, now, let's
- 10:02Speaker 1: see how this plays out, because because one person is
- 10:06Speaker 1: going to be horrifically injured, if not killed, but the
- 10:10Speaker 1: rest of them are growing to learn a very valuable lesson. Yes,
- 10:14Speaker 1: and they'll and they'll learn it better by seeing what
- 10:17Speaker 1: might happen versus me just telling them.
- 10:20Speaker 3: I look at some people are visual learners. Look at
- 10:23Speaker 3: you in that.
- 10:23Speaker 7: Situation, like Willy Wonka, you know what I mean, Like
- 10:26Speaker 7: the Willy Walker. Yellowstone is like, no, please stop, don't.
- 10:31Speaker 1: I swear to God if you if you show up
- 10:33Speaker 1: to Yellowstone National Park and you see me in a
- 10:35Speaker 1: National Park ranger outfit and I do a little somersault
- 10:39Speaker 1: at the front gate, you're all ft.
- 10:45Speaker 2: I mean, I'm gonna have fun, but.
- 10:46Speaker 7: Yeah, you just see the family going towards No, please
- 10:50Speaker 7: don't do that.
- 10:51Speaker 3: It's against park rules. Let's see what happens.
- 10:55Speaker 1: For the record, the yellows the Yellowstone Oopa lupa is
- 10:59Speaker 1: very different in the chocolate factory tops just from Montana.
- 11:11Speaker 2: They're just send offs from Yellowstone.
- 11:12Speaker 6: The TV show.
- 11:15Speaker 1: Very angry, very bitter, very mad at Tyler Sheridan for
- 11:18Speaker 1: not picking them up for a recurring role. Today's show
- 11:26Speaker 1: is going to have a very distinct theme running through it,
- 11:30Speaker 1: and it's versus. So we started out with tourists versus
- 11:34Speaker 1: Yellowstone and now, in case you missed it over the weekend,
- 11:40Speaker 1: it's Aaron Rodgers versus a kid at a charity golf event.
- 11:48Speaker 3: I did not see.
- 11:52Speaker 2: Did you hear that?
- 11:54Speaker 1: Aaron Rodgers is walking from one hole to another across
- 11:57Speaker 1: the cart path and that's through some spectators and.
- 12:02Speaker 2: On one of his previous.
- 12:03Speaker 1: Shots, I guess he sliced it a little bit and
- 12:05Speaker 1: it came close to a kid. And if you listen closely,
- 12:08Speaker 1: you can hear this kid say, you almost hit me
- 12:11Speaker 1: Aaron Rodgers.
- 12:17Speaker 6: Did you hear that?
- 12:18Speaker 3: All right?
- 12:19Speaker 2: Someone played again? You almost hit me Aaron Rodgers.
- 12:22Speaker 1: Now listen to what Aaron Rodgers had to say back
- 12:24Speaker 1: to this young child that he almost hit with an
- 12:26Speaker 1: eron golf ball.
- 12:32Speaker 3: Almost doesn't camp.
- 12:36Speaker 7: O?
- 12:37Speaker 3: God it? I don't love him now?
- 12:40Speaker 2: Don't you just hate him?
- 12:42Speaker 3: Oh? I think he's great.
- 12:44Speaker 2: Almost doesn't count.
- 12:46Speaker 1: Yeah, I can see why his family was really like
- 12:50Speaker 1: they had the rift for a while.
- 12:53Speaker 7: He's notorious for not being a nice guy, like I
- 12:56Speaker 7: don't know why this is news.
- 12:59Speaker 6: Being mean.
- 12:59Speaker 2: To be mean to a kid is very on brand
- 13:01Speaker 2: for Aaron Rodgers.
- 13:02Speaker 4: I guess I hope.
- 13:03Speaker 5: I hope ESPN saves that clip and then every after
- 13:06Speaker 5: every game where you know he's blaming the receivers or
- 13:09Speaker 5: anything else.
- 13:12Speaker 1: I'm surprised he got close enough to the kid he
- 13:16Speaker 1: didn't hit the kid with the club in his hand.
- 13:20Speaker 3: Good A. I do like the response. You know he's
- 13:24Speaker 3: drinking too, so I.
- 13:25Speaker 2: Don't know if that's alcohol.
- 13:26Speaker 1: I mean, sure, it's a red beverage in a in
- 13:29Speaker 1: a solo cup with ice.
- 13:31Speaker 2: It could be kool Aid, it could be vodka Cranberry.
- 13:33Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 13:35Speaker 3: I'll go with the ladder there.
- 13:36Speaker 7: Dan almost doesn't camp.
- 13:44Speaker 3: Oh yeah.
- 13:45Speaker 1: The only thing better than what he said would have
- 13:47Speaker 1: been to add to it and say, no law suit,
- 13:50Speaker 1: no lawsuit for you today.
- 13:51Speaker 3: Kid.
- 13:53Speaker 7: That's almost doesn't count nothing. Vodka Cranberry response, by the way,
- 13:58Speaker 7: to a child.
- 14:02Speaker 1: Now, had it been yaggering Cranberry, he would have hit
- 14:04Speaker 1: the kid with the golf club.
- 14:08Speaker 7: And that's why we'd call Aaron Rodgers responsible. He's aware
- 14:13Speaker 7: of his surroundings. I have never liked the guy until
- 14:16Speaker 7: just that moment you almost hitting me a rogers.
- 14:20Speaker 3: Do you understand what I can do to you?
- 14:22Speaker 7: Look the size of me and I'm on Iahwuasca.
- 14:37Speaker 8: You're listening to the Treehouse visitors online at Treehouse on
- 14:41Speaker 8: Air dot com.
- 14:43Speaker 1: To everyone else, he's beating a kid with a golf club,
- 14:46Speaker 1: but in his mind, he's just attacking the oopa loopas
- 14:49Speaker 1: from Yellowstone.
- 15:00Speaker 10: The Treehouse. Visit us online at Treehouseonair dot com.

- 15:21Speaker 1: YouTube channel, or just when you're on YouTube, just type

- 15:28Speaker 2: This is the Treehouse Show. I'm Dan, He's trade. That's RAJ.
- 15:31Speaker 1: Today is still Wednesday, July sixteenth, twenty twenty five.
- 15:36Speaker 2: Do you like your feet?
- 15:40Speaker 3: Very nice feet, Trey.
- 15:44Speaker 4: I really haven't thought that much about them.
- 15:46Speaker 2: Okay, so middle of the road then I guess, yeah,
- 15:50Speaker 2: that's good.
- 15:51Speaker 1: You know what, I think it's fine to have a
- 15:54Speaker 1: non objectionable feet.
- 15:56Speaker 5: I mean I have seen objectionable feet, but so I
- 16:01Speaker 5: mean I don't hesitate to wear flip flops.
- 16:04Speaker 1: Which is great, that's very very good. That's a great
- 16:07Speaker 1: thing to be able to say. It's a great thing.
- 16:10Speaker 3: To be able to do.
- 16:11Speaker 1: Because forty four percent of Americans are self conscious about
- 16:14Speaker 1: their feet. Yeah, and sixty six percent and sixty six
- 16:21Speaker 1: percent have even avoided wearing open toed shoes because of it.
- 16:24Speaker 1: That's a lot of that's a lot of insecurity about
- 16:27Speaker 1: your feet.
- 16:27Speaker 7: Man, and the rest of them are only fans, millionaires,
- 16:34Speaker 7: and we look up to them.
- 16:37Speaker 2: It does make you think.
- 16:38Speaker 1: I mean, I don't know if I think the feet fetish,
- 16:42Speaker 1: the foot fetish thing, that's that's a thing that mostly
- 16:45Speaker 1: men have towards women. Like there really aren't women that
- 16:48Speaker 1: have the foot fetish towards men, right, Like, if the
- 16:51Speaker 1: three of us decided to start up like a triple
- 16:53Speaker 1: threat only feet account, would we really have any takers
- 16:59Speaker 1: or if we, I mean they just.
- 17:00Speaker 2: Be would it just be you know, gay men who
- 17:02Speaker 2: are in.
- 17:03Speaker 7: Defeat, Well, I mean they might have their handle might
- 17:06Speaker 7: be a female name or whatever.
- 17:07Speaker 3: But I mean there's women that are into it too.
- 17:09Speaker 3: I have a buddy of mine who's very.
- 17:11Speaker 7: Much a foot fetish guy, like like it's it's distracting,
- 17:16Speaker 7: like if he sees a woman in open toad shoot,
- 17:18Speaker 7: like you can't focus.
- 17:20Speaker 2: That's creepy.
- 17:21Speaker 3: Mm hmm yeah, yeah, but don't.
- 17:24Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 17:25Speaker 1: I don't know any I don't know of any female
- 17:27Speaker 1: in my life now or ever that was everybody like, man,
- 17:32Speaker 1: I'm really in defeat because.
- 17:34Speaker 2: A guy will tell you like you just said.
- 17:36Speaker 7: Yeah, I know, I don't know how that happens either,
- 17:40Speaker 7: Like how are you like as you're you know, in
- 17:42Speaker 7: your informative years of what you find attractive and some
- 17:45Speaker 7: some people like you know, a nice but some people
- 17:47Speaker 7: are boob guys. Some people are this somebody's like, no,
- 17:50Speaker 7: man that left foot Oh that's the one.
- 17:54Speaker 2: You bring up a great point. I mean that's sort
- 17:55Speaker 2: of its own origin story.
- 17:57Speaker 3: Mm hm.
- 17:58Speaker 1: It's like it's like it's like a superhero movie. It's like, well,
- 18:02Speaker 1: how did this person become foot band? Well we need
- 18:07Speaker 1: to we need to know the backstory, what happened early
- 18:10Speaker 1: in his life, Like were his parents' feet chopped off
- 18:13Speaker 1: as a child, and then that's set him on the path.
- 18:16Speaker 4: I don't know.
- 18:16Speaker 2: I'm just on the top of my head here.
- 18:18Speaker 4: But yeah, how did you become strap on Dan?
- 18:26Speaker 7: Was it inspired by the snap on tools? And then
- 18:28Speaker 7: you were like, I'm gonna take it and run.
- 18:31Speaker 1: This is why you don't let your kids watch all
- 18:33Speaker 1: the infomercials all night long. The good news is is
- 18:39Speaker 1: that while that may or may not have transpired, Trey,
- 18:44Speaker 1: I at least know about the flex seal to heal
- 18:46Speaker 1: my wounded Bobo.
- 18:51Speaker 7: Get turned on by stories of pirates like the peg
- 18:53Speaker 7: legs out there.
- 18:54Speaker 3: Like they can do that with their leg too. Oh man,
- 19:01Speaker 3: I will.
- 19:02Speaker 2: Admit this story took a turn I did not expect.
- 19:07Speaker 7: Yeah, I don't. I've never. I've never I've had the
- 19:11Speaker 7: women I've dated have all had very lovely feet. I
- 19:13Speaker 7: didn't I have one where I was like, you know,
- 19:15Speaker 7: you are missing the pinky like the pinky toe nail
- 19:17Speaker 7: is substantially smaller.
- 19:21Speaker 2: If I could, No, that can't.
- 19:22Speaker 1: I've never thought about this because I've never been face
- 19:25Speaker 1: to face with it. But m like my wife, who
- 19:29Speaker 1: I love dearly, if she had one of those pinky
- 19:32Speaker 1: toes that had no toenail, Like the pinky toe has
- 19:34Speaker 1: somehow swallowed it.
- 19:36Speaker 3: Mm hmm. I don't, I don't know, I don't.
- 19:40Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 19:40Speaker 7: One of my pattern brothers who were out on Lake
- 19:42Speaker 7: Travis and his it looked like his pinky toe was
- 19:44Speaker 7: trying to commit suicide. It was just like dangling off
- 19:46Speaker 7: the side of the flip flop. Just I've never seen
- 19:48Speaker 7: sad toes before, but he had sad toes. I was like,
- 19:52Speaker 7: you need to start getting you start taking care of it,
- 19:54Speaker 7: like manicures, pedicures.
- 19:56Speaker 3: You need to start getting all that stuff done.
- 19:58Speaker 7: But everybody's had a solid feet and except for the one,
- 20:01Speaker 7: and I did point it out.
- 20:02Speaker 3: I'm like, you are I mean, you're brave.
- 20:05Speaker 7: I admire your ability to put on flip flumps and
- 20:09Speaker 7: show the world that one toe that's almost has a
- 20:12Speaker 7: full nail.
- 20:13Speaker 2: It does take a lot of courage to show the
- 20:15Speaker 2: world that you have mutant.
- 20:16Speaker 7: Toes uh yeah, on each side, Like it wasn't like
- 20:20Speaker 7: it was just one.
- 20:21Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 20:22Speaker 3: So I don't know what they did.
- 20:23Speaker 2: You know what, at least she's balanced.

- 21:07Speaker 2: This is the Treehouse Show. I'm Dan, he's straight. That's raj.
- 21:11Speaker 1: Like I said earlier, today's show is going to have
- 21:14Speaker 1: a running theme through it, and that theme is versus
- 21:18Speaker 1: tourists versus Yellowstone Aaron Rodgers versus a smartmouthed kid, us
- 21:27Speaker 1: versus feet And now it's time for tray versus airline
- 21:33Speaker 1: seat kicking kid. Because when you travel, you run the
- 21:39Speaker 1: risk of being exposed to other people, and sometimes you
- 21:43Speaker 1: get exposed to those other people's children.
- 21:48Speaker 4: Yes, you do anythink? So I was flying Southwest.
- 21:54Speaker 5: Yeah, this was nothing to do with Southwest, nothing but
- 21:58Speaker 5: good things to say about them. And it was one
- 22:01Speaker 5: of the first people to board, So got the seat
- 22:03Speaker 5: by the by the emergency exit where you actually have
- 22:07Speaker 5: a full leg room.
- 22:08Speaker 4: That might might be the best seat on the plane.
- 22:11Speaker 3: Mm hm, that's the reversion of business class.
- 22:14Speaker 4: And uh so I'm just happy as can be got
- 22:19Speaker 4: that seat.
- 22:20Speaker 5: Like it's a quick flight from Albuquerque to Dallas, houred
- 22:23Speaker 5: forty five minutes.
- 22:24Speaker 4: I'm like, all right, put.
- 22:27Speaker 5: Some mere phones in, listen to a podcast or something,
- 22:29Speaker 5: and just relax. And then it starts.
- 22:33Speaker 3: I was waiting for the end that I did it's
- 22:39Speaker 3: my seat, uh.
- 22:40Speaker 4: Huh, And I'm like, you gotta be kidding me.
- 22:47Speaker 5: So then I mean I kind of look back at
- 22:49Speaker 5: the parents mm hmm, thinking.
- 22:53Speaker 4: That I made eye contact with the mom.
- 22:55Speaker 7: Mhm, the big grudging look on your face like hey,
- 22:59Speaker 7: I'm the kind of like mm hmm, gotcha.
- 23:02Speaker 3: I know, yep, I've given that look.
- 23:05Speaker 4: And then it continued mm hmm.
- 23:09Speaker 5: And there was kind of a little out don't do that.
- 23:12Speaker 5: Kid kind of had a fit. I didn't say anything,
- 23:15Speaker 5: keeps going mm hmm. And I'm really at this point,
- 23:21Speaker 5: the only thing going through my mind is I don't
- 23:24Speaker 5: want to be the next viral video from you know,
- 23:26Speaker 5: a fight on Southwest airlines, Like I don't want to
- 23:29Speaker 5: be the one getting taste.
- 23:33Speaker 2: Texas man.
- 23:33Speaker 1: Texas man goes viral for punching child on flight. Texas
- 23:38Speaker 1: man manifests bison is on Southwest Texasman film going ape
- 23:48Speaker 1: on child, Yeah.
- 23:50Speaker 4: Cause you know what I'm thinking.
- 23:51Speaker 5: All right, Well, you know, I get in a fight,
- 23:54Speaker 5: and I might as well just take my clothes off,
- 23:55Speaker 5: take a crap on the seat, and go run it
- 23:57Speaker 5: down the aisle.
- 23:59Speaker 2: You know what you bring up? Saw the point?
- 24:00Speaker 1: I mean, like, if you're going to go a full
- 24:02Speaker 1: crazy airline passenger, then hit every single note. Yeah, get naked,
- 24:08Speaker 1: get take a poop on the plane, and for extra credit,
- 24:12Speaker 1: you can start saying you see imaginary people in the
- 24:15Speaker 1: back of the plane and all.
- 24:16Speaker 2: Sorts of crazy stuff.
- 24:18Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 24:18Speaker 7: Yeah, you earned that felony. If they're gonna put your
- 24:24Speaker 7: name on a no fly list, you better deserve it.
- 24:26Speaker 2: That's right. You need to be at the top.
- 24:31Speaker 4: You have that job.
- 24:32Speaker 3: There. Imagine people and poops.
- 24:36Speaker 7: That's that's that's the watch list, the no fly list trifecta.
- 24:39Speaker 3: There, that's fantastic.
- 24:42Speaker 4: And this had been the flight to Albuquerque.
- 24:47Speaker 5: There was a screaming kid on the fly, I mean,
- 24:50Speaker 5: and the kid screamed the entire flight.
- 24:54Speaker 7: Yeah yeah, I mean that's why. I mean, how old
- 24:57Speaker 7: was the kid that was screaming? And how old was
- 24:59Speaker 7: a kid kicking your seat?
- 25:00Speaker 5: I didn't see how old the kid that was screaming
- 25:03Speaker 5: it was a baby?
- 25:04Speaker 4: I mean like it was.
- 25:07Speaker 5: Definitely probably I'm bad at guessing, but I mean I
- 25:10Speaker 5: would say a year under a year now the kid
- 25:14Speaker 5: behind me, though, I'm going to say, was in the
- 25:16Speaker 5: five or six year old range.
- 25:19Speaker 2: Yeah, at what age would you consider hitting the kid?
- 25:24Speaker 7: Twenty four up until the age of twenty four, that's
- 25:29Speaker 7: what I mean. Like day one, they frown upon that apparently.
- 25:35Speaker 1: Yeah, the Southwest is really really anti baby punching, and
- 25:41Speaker 1: I think that's the problem.
- 25:43Speaker 2: So, Trey, how old do you think the kid was?
- 25:45Speaker 2: Five or six?
- 25:46Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 25:47Speaker 1: See, once you started to say the fu, I thought
- 25:49Speaker 1: maybe you were going to say fifteen, And I thought
- 25:51Speaker 1: I might punch a fifteen year old if he kept
- 25:53Speaker 1: kicking my chair, because fifteen year old fifteen year old
- 25:56Speaker 1: knows better.
- 25:57Speaker 7: Yeah, I definitely punch a fifteen year old. I'd bunch
- 26:00Speaker 7: of four year olds.
- 26:01Speaker 4: That's just me.
- 26:02Speaker 1: If I looked at you a certain way, I was.
- 26:07Speaker 7: You can ask my ex. We were in high school.
- 26:12Speaker 7: We went to go see the movie Aladdin because if
- 26:13Speaker 7: you remember the cartoon, the tiger's name Roger, that's my name. Uh,
- 26:18Speaker 7: And there was a kid behind me that kept kicking
- 26:21Speaker 7: my chair and I gave it that look that Trey did.
- 26:24Speaker 3: I gave it the look, and I say it, I
- 26:26Speaker 3: gave it the look.
- 26:27Speaker 7: They stopped doing that, and it didn't stop and out
- 26:30Speaker 7: loud in a Disney movie.
- 26:31Speaker 3: I don't have the bleep, but I was like.
- 26:33Speaker 7: Quit kicking my effing chair, and I screamed at this kid.
- 26:37Speaker 7: Kids started crying. The mom goes that was unnecessarily go.
- 26:40Speaker 7: Then take him outside and sat down and watched the.
- 26:42Speaker 3: Rest of the movie.
- 26:44Speaker 2: I'm proud of you.
- 26:45Speaker 7: I didn't I didn't punch him, but verbally I did.
- 26:48Speaker 7: I felt good. I still remember that. I still remember
- 26:50Speaker 7: the look on his face because he wasn't expecting anybody
- 26:52Speaker 7: to say anything to him.
- 26:53Speaker 1: No, no, I mean, and honestly, you still kept it
- 26:56Speaker 1: in check. You could have made it way worse. I mean,
- 26:58Speaker 1: you would have turned around and this.
- 27:00Speaker 3: Rog will eat you.
- 27:06Speaker 2: So I applaud you're restraint.
- 27:11Speaker 3: I never thought of it that way.

- 27:55Speaker 1: This is the Treehouse Show for Wednesday, July sixteenth, twenty
- 27:58Speaker 1: twenty five. Let's celebrate today with some birthdays. There's the
- 28:10Speaker 1: noise I need to move forward in life.
- 28:13Speaker 2: Corey Feldman.
- 28:14Speaker 1: I'm skipping over a bunch of trash early birthdays to
- 28:17Speaker 1: get to birthdays we actually care about. Corey Feldman starts
- 28:21Speaker 1: us off today. Corey Feldman is fifty four today. Corey
- 28:25Speaker 1: Feldman fifty four. A legend among legends of eighties film
- 28:32Speaker 1: Teddy and stand By Me, Edgar and the Lost Boys,
- 28:35Speaker 1: Mouth in Goonies, Michaelangelo in The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
- 28:41Speaker 1: Live Action. I think he was Michael Engeler. That just
- 28:46Speaker 1: a prolific actor, and I believe it was nineteen ninety
- 28:50Speaker 1: or maybe ninety one, somewhere in the very early nineties
- 28:54Speaker 1: where he and his buddy Corey Haim spent a movie
- 28:59Speaker 1: basically spitting Nicole Eggert and that little movie was called
- 29:04Speaker 1: blown Away. So if you ever want to watch that movie,
- 29:07Speaker 1: it's not the blown Away that stars Tommy Lee Jones.
- 29:10Speaker 1: Tommy Lee Jones was never in a movie with the Cory's.
- 29:15Speaker 1: The Cory's version of blown Away is very different than
- 29:18Speaker 1: the Tommy Lee Jones version.
- 29:23Speaker 7: And now I think he's the night shift manager at
- 29:24Speaker 7: Carls Junior. So way to go, Corey Feltman.
- 29:28Speaker 1: You know, I think he still does pretty well. I
- 29:31Speaker 1: don't know what his residuals look like, but I think he's.
- 29:35Speaker 2: Doing just fine.
- 29:37Speaker 7: Yeah, he was one of those but he got like
- 29:39Speaker 7: emancipated at like fourteen years old. If i'm he was
- 29:42Speaker 7: one like one of the first child actress because his
- 29:44Speaker 7: parents were siphoning the money. Yeah, and his I think
- 29:47Speaker 7: it was his business manager that caught it and that's
- 29:50Speaker 7: what started the spider. That's when he had his Michael
- 29:52Speaker 7: Jackson FaZe that he has now resurfaced.
- 29:55Speaker 3: I don't know, I didn't know.
- 29:56Speaker 4: I don't think he ever lost it.
- 29:58Speaker 7: When they had the reality show The Corries or whatever,
- 30:01Speaker 7: it was, like he was he seemed very normal, So
- 30:03Speaker 7: I don't know if that was just for the show.
- 30:07Speaker 7: But then when he released this album and you see
- 30:09Speaker 7: the footage, I mean it's all over. TikTok, it's all over,
- 30:12Speaker 7: or was for the longest time, like these concerts and
- 30:15Speaker 7: state fairs that he was doing where they're just empty,
- 30:17Speaker 7: like and.
- 30:18Speaker 5: Well, yes, you know, he was also one of the
- 30:23Speaker 5: first ones who was like, oh yeah, called attention to
- 30:27Speaker 5: the fact that there's inappropriate things going on with kids,
- 30:30Speaker 5: and oh.
- 30:31Speaker 7: He's the one ten years ago that called out Harvey Weinstein.
- 30:35Speaker 5: Yeah, I mean it goes back finally after yeah, the
- 30:39Speaker 5: dam broke with Michael Jackson, he was, yeah, kind of
- 30:43Speaker 5: alluded to the fact that it had been inappropriate and
- 30:45Speaker 5: parents had left him in situations that he shouldn't have
- 30:48Speaker 5: been left in.
- 30:49Speaker 3: Oh yeah, yeah, I mean that's just uh yeah.
- 30:54Speaker 7: I mean that's the difference now when you're talking about
- 30:56Speaker 7: like the kid from Young Sheldon turning, you know, seventeen
- 30:58Speaker 7: or whatever, Like, there's so much information now and access
- 31:02Speaker 7: to your own you know, stuff that you can be
- 31:04Speaker 7: aware of, you know, if there's any financial wrongdodes or
- 31:07Speaker 7: if there is any like inappropriate behavior with anybody else.
- 31:10Speaker 7: Like back then, those kids were just cash cows.
- 31:13Speaker 3: I mean mm hmmm.
- 31:15Speaker 2: I think it's important that if you.
- 31:18Speaker 1: Have a child that is going the Hollywood star route,
- 31:22Speaker 1: don't just set aside money for college, set aside a
- 31:25Speaker 1: set aside a big sum of money for therapy.
- 31:28Speaker 7: M Oh yeah, for sure for everybody. Yeah yeah, but
- 31:36Speaker 7: uh and and now he's on he's on the con scene,
- 31:39Speaker 7: like he's doing all the La comic cons now because
- 31:42Speaker 7: I think he's the Goonies.
- 31:43Speaker 3: Thing is happening right, Yeah.
- 31:46Speaker 1: In supposedly in pre production, they're working on stuff. I mean,
- 31:49Speaker 1: like get the bag man, get it.
- 31:52Speaker 7: If you this time, make sure it's cash.
- 31:59Speaker 6: You don't end up like, Hey, you're.

- 32:57Speaker 2: This is the Treehouse Show. I'm Dan, He's trade. That's RAJ.
- 33:00Speaker 1: Today is Wednesday, July sixteenth, twenty twenty five. If you
- 33:05Speaker 1: look like Gollum, don't take off your t shirt. That's
- 33:09Speaker 1: the lesson that I have learned from Black Sabbath's farewell tour,
- 33:16Speaker 1: or I guess it was a farewell performance. One of
- 33:20Speaker 1: the most viral moments, and Black Sabbath's farewell performance had
- 33:24Speaker 1: nothing to do with the music. It was when seventy
- 33:27Speaker 1: seven year old drummer Bill Ward took his shirt off.
- 33:31Speaker 1: The reason why is because guitarist Tommy Iomi It said
- 33:37Speaker 1: He's always been the same Bill. He just doesn't care.
- 33:40Speaker 1: He goes on and does what he wants, which is great.
- 33:42Speaker 1: That's always been Bill. But then he also said that
- 33:46Speaker 1: when Bill takes off his shirt, he looks like Gollum
- 33:48Speaker 1: from Lord of the Rings. So I say again, if
- 33:57Speaker 1: you look like Gollum from Lord of the Rings, take
- 34:00Speaker 1: off your shirt.
- 34:01Speaker 2: Maybe best to keep it on.
- 34:04Speaker 7: I don't know, man, I'm just saying, if you're the
- 34:06Speaker 7: seventy seven year old drummer from Black Sabbath, you get
- 34:09Speaker 7: to do whatever you want.
- 34:12Speaker 4: You probably have done everything.
- 34:17Speaker 3: When Auzie's like he's a maniac.
- 34:21Speaker 1: And very Gollum ask, he puts it the drumsticks down,
- 34:24Speaker 1: he picks up a fish and beats it out of
- 34:26Speaker 1: it on the drums, and I think you're right, Dre.
- 34:31Speaker 2: I think I think you do. I think he has
- 34:33Speaker 2: done everything he's wanted. Maybe that's why he looks like
- 34:36Speaker 2: Gollin when he takes off his shirt.
- 34:42Speaker 7: Yeah, man, I mean, if you're seventy seven and you're
- 34:46Speaker 7: still you're still picking up the sticks and playing every night, dude,
- 34:50Speaker 7: go for it. They're all I think they're all sober too,
- 34:52Speaker 7: so he's like, we've got nothing left to lose.
- 35:00Speaker 3: What are the names of the drums? My Precious?
- 35:08Speaker 1: Honestly, that's a good name for a like a good
- 35:10Speaker 1: metal band. What's the name of your band, Gollum.
- 35:13Speaker 3: I'm gonna say my Precious. That's a terrible name for it.
- 35:17Speaker 1: No, No, that's that's that's a different that's that's that's
- 35:20Speaker 1: that's the name of your snuff film.
- 35:26Speaker 3: I'm the lead center of My Precious.
- 35:28Speaker 2: No, yeah, you know how to do.
- 35:30Speaker 1: Superman movie is all about kindness, not this one. Gollum
- 35:40Speaker 1: is a good name. Yeah, yeah, I like it.
- 35:43Speaker 7: But yeah, good on the guy man seventy seven is
- 35:45Speaker 7: still rocking out.
- 35:46Speaker 3: I dig it.
- 35:48Speaker 11: All those guys. That's the Ozzie thing. God, that was
- 35:53Speaker 11: oh yeah, sad. Oh but still. I mean, the song
- 35:57Speaker 11: that he picked is one of my favorites.
- 35:59Speaker 7: Uh Mo, mom coming home for that to be his
- 36:02Speaker 7: last song in Birmingham where they all and that's where
- 36:06Speaker 7: they're all.
- 36:06Speaker 3: From, and it's just a it's just a factory town.
- 36:11Speaker 7: Never expected to make it any The only reason he got
- 36:13Speaker 7: in the band is he had his own pa. Like
- 36:15Speaker 7: that's the only reason. They were like, cool, we need
- 36:17Speaker 7: a lead singer. They're like, He's like, I got a pa.
- 36:19Speaker 7: My dad bought it for me. He's like, all right,
- 36:20Speaker 7: well you're the lead singer.
- 36:21Speaker 3: Not well.
- 36:23Speaker 1: And the good news is like, you know, I mean,
- 36:25Speaker 1: Ozzie might be retired. Black Sabbath might be retired, but
- 36:28Speaker 1: Ozzie is not going quietly into retirement because he's now
- 36:32Speaker 1: painting with chimpanzees. Keep going, I want to see what
- 36:39Speaker 1: So he was he was approached by a group called
- 36:42Speaker 1: Save the Apes, and he did some paintings, and he
- 36:46Speaker 1: did some of the foundation work on the paintings, and
- 36:49Speaker 1: then the chimpanzees come in and do some final brushstrokes
- 36:52Speaker 1: on his art and then they sell them to support
- 36:56Speaker 1: the cause, going to rehabilitate apes that were being tested
- 37:01Speaker 1: on and you.
- 37:02Speaker 3: Know, okay good.
- 37:03Speaker 7: I thought he might have just relapsed and stolen chimpanzees
- 37:06Speaker 7: to paint with, which is another story.
- 37:08Speaker 1: Had you said it like that, I would have been like,
- 37:10Speaker 1: sounds about right. Look, both things can be true at
- 37:13Speaker 1: the same time. He did that, but then this group said,
- 37:17Speaker 1: let's at least make a positi about it a negative.
- 37:19Speaker 4: Yeah. I was just wondering which one was painting with
- 37:22Speaker 4: their poop.
- 37:29Speaker 2: Can't Tell.
