  Jesus himself said that if you believe in God, to believe in him.

  Moreover, he said, let not your heart be troubled.

  This means don't worry. Jesus said these words to you to bring you comfort and joy.

  He doesn't want you wasting your time worrying.

  He said if you believe in God, believe also in Him.

  Hello and welcome to this broadcast of Woman at the Well Ministries.

  And I'm not sure that there is any passage of Scripture that brings me any more
• 1:50
  peace than when I began to read in John chapter 14.

  I love it that Jesus himself says, let not your heart be troubled.

  There is no greater authority on this earth than him.

  And he says let

  not your heart be troubled i love
• 2:17
  the fact that he understands that
• 2:20
  we as human beings have this tendency to
• 2:23
  worry that's why he addresses the subject
• 2:27
  and he says basically when
• 2:30
  that feeling comes up and it it begins to
• 2:33
  swell within you stop it
• 2:36
  and then he tells you why you believe
• 2:40
  in god believe also in me
• 2:44
  i love how he tells us to believe in him you see some people may say trust me
• 2:53
  and and and you know when they're saying it that you can't trust them others may say trust me.

  And you try to trust them, but there's just nothing behind it to allow you to have that peace.

  But when Jesus says, let not your heart be troubled, you believe in God, believe also in me.

  You can trust him. Because when he says, believe in me, he is telling you who he is.

  You can believe in me for

  i created the heavens and the earth i spoke

  the world into existence when
• 3:41
  he says believe in me you can
• 3:44
  realize that god the father god the son
• 3:47
  and god the holy spirit are all three in one and jesus

  took the form of man though he

  was fully god he was fully man and he

  walked on this earth and there's nothing new under

  the sun according to king solomon and so

  everything you feel everything that

  you experience everything that confounds

  you are things that the lord faced yet

  they did not confound him and he did not
• 4:18
  commit a sin but he understands so

  he can say let not your heart be troubled

  you believe in god believe also in me he understands and when you come to him
• 4:32
  you can come with full assurance and this can give you that peace that passeth
• 4:39
  all understanding and that joy unspeakable,

  that's full of glory.

  You see, he said that he would be with us always.
• 4:49
  And he tells us that in Matthew chapter 28 and verse 20.
• 4:55
  And he said that he would never leave us nor forsake us in Hebrews chapter 13.

  He says that he will give us grace and mercy in Hebrews chapter 4 when he bids
• 5:09
  us to come boldly to the throne of God and ask him, And he says he'll always love us.

  Just a little bit further down in John chapter 14 and verse 21,
• 5:20
  when he says, He that cast my commandments and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me.

  And he that loveth me shall be
• 5:29
  loved of my Father, and I will love him and will manifest myself to him.

  Let not your heart be troubled.
• 5:38
  You believe in God, believe also in me. and then he says in my father's house
• 5:43
  are many mansions and if it were not so i would have told you i go to prepare
• 5:47
  a place for you and if i go and prepare a place for you i will come again and
• 5:51
  receive you unto myself that where i am there ye may be also in him we are complete,
• 5:59
  And when we love him, the father will love us.

  And he tells us that if we love him, we will have his commandments.

  We'll follow them. And then listen to what he says.

  He'll manifest himself to you.
• 6:15
  That is the key to letting your heart not be troubled.

  And that is having a working understanding of who God is.

  Understanding his love for you now i
• 6:31
  understand that god loves me and i
• 6:34
  understand he loved me enough that he gave his only begotten son
• 6:38
  and i understand that jesus loves
• 6:41
  me and he loved me enough to give himself for
• 6:44
  me and i understand that if.
• 6:47
  I believe in him that i have a home
• 6:50
  not made with hands eternal into the heavens but i can't articulate to you how
• 6:56
  much he loves me and how much he loves you but i understand and that understanding
• 7:04
  of his unconditional unfailing love.
• 7:09
  Brings a peace that passeth understanding and a joy unspeakable and full of glory.
• 7:17
  There is comfort in knowing that when I step out into the world, I am surrounded by God.

  I am protected by the Holy Spirit and the Holy Spirit brings to my mind those
• 7:31
  things that I have need of when I have need of them.
• 7:33
  I know that I battle not by myself, but in the power and might of the Lord,
• 7:39
  because the battle's not mine. It belongs to the Lord, and it's not with man.
• 7:44
  It's with principalities.
• 7:46
  It's with the evils of this world, and it's not for me to fight,
• 7:50
  but in the strength of Jesus Christ, in the might of God, in the amazing will
• 7:57
  of who he is, following after him,
• 8:00
  reading his word and praying to him, I can hear the still small voice in my heart.
• 8:07
  Allowing me to know the peaceful truth of the next step I need to take.
• 8:13
  Jesus loves me enough to reveal himself to me.
• 8:19
  And he loves you the same. the difference
• 8:23
  sometimes is whether we avail ourselves or
• 8:26
  not to allow him to reveal himself to you i promise you that once you get a
• 8:32
  glimpse of who he is deep in your heart you'll have very little problem following
• 8:39
  his word that says let not your heart be troubled you'll fully comprehend.
• 8:47
  That he is in control and that he cares for you and so when he bids you to cast
• 8:55
  your cares upon him you can do that in full assurance you see he says believe believe,

  If you believe in God, believe also in me.

  Belief is a powerful tool that comes from faith in understanding who God is.
• 9:15
  I don't understand every word of his gospels.
• 9:21
  I don't understand every bit of his way.
• 9:27
  But I do believe they are right.
• 9:31
  And I do believe that with study and spending time with him,
• 9:37
  I will fully understand all I need to know to walk in the ways he has for me to walk.
• 9:45
  I understand that his call may not be what my choice would have been,
• 9:52
  but I believe his call will always be better than what I could have comprehended
• 9:58
  that I thought was right.

  I may not understand how everything's going to unfold, but I believe Romans 8, 28 that says,
• 10:11
  all things work together for the good to them that love the Lord,
• 10:14
  to them that are called according to his purpose.
• 10:17
  I may not understand how everything is going to come together,
• 10:21
  but I do believe when he said, I'll supply all of your needs.
• 10:27
  I may not quite get how in the world I can do what he's called me to do.
• 10:34
  But I fully believe he'll never call me where he doesn't lead me.
• 10:39
  He'll never lead me where he doesn't supply what I need and provide for me.
• 10:43
  And I fully believe he will equip me to do what he asked me to do.
• 10:48
  And I understand he said you can do all things in my strengths.
• 10:53
  Because I believe.
• 10:55
  Mark chapter 9 and verse 23 says,

  If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believe it.
• 11:03
  I believe that he loves me so much that he never wants to be away from me.
• 11:08
  And so in Hebrews, when he says, I'll never leave you nor forsake you,
• 11:12
  I believe it keeps my mind understanding that he placed the Holy Spirit within
• 11:17
  me to lead me, to guide me, to comfort me, to teach me.
• 11:20
  And therefore I'm always with him as he dwells in my heart.

  I believe in this man called Jesus. I believe in the Savior that walks and talks with me.
• 11:34
  I understand what he did for me. I don't know why he would have done it.
• 11:39
  But he created me in his image. And he loves me every day.
• 11:43
  And daily he draws me to him. And he loads me with his benefits.
• 11:48
  And he calls me to service.
• 11:50
  And he walks and talks. And he goes right with me. and he equips me to do what he asks me to do.

  And when he says, let not your heart be troubled, if I just believe and see
• 12:02
  him for who he is, I have no reason to worry.

  Bible says that we're to be anxious for nothing, but in everything with thanksgiving,
• 12:11
  let our requests be made known unto God and the peace of God will keep our hearts
• 12:17
  and minds through Christ Jesus.
• 12:19
  You see, we got to believe, cast it up to him and allow Him to fill us with His peace.
• 12:27
  But true belief will keep us from having a troubled heart.
• 12:32
