- 0:10Speaker 1: Wait true in trance spit true, I'm a check both
- 0:15Speaker 1: true is.
- 0:17Speaker 2: Thet Hey, everybody, welcome to Conspiracy The Show. I'm your
- 0:35Speaker 2: host Adam Todd Brown joining me as co host this week.
- 0:39Speaker 2: No co host, baby, it's just me and you who
- 0:43Speaker 2: you listening to this and all the other people listening
- 0:46Speaker 2: to this.
- 0:46Speaker 3: We're a team now, we're a couple, all of us.
- 0:50Speaker 2: So with that in mind, I guess I can dispose
- 0:53Speaker 2: of the usual chit chat that usually kicks off these episodes.
- 0:56Speaker 2: I don't have to ask anyone how they're doing. I
- 0:58Speaker 2: would ask you how you're doing, but you can't answer me.
- 1:01Speaker 2: But answer me anyway. I'll feel it. It hurts a
- 1:04Speaker 2: little bit, so only answer once. As for today's topic,
- 1:08Speaker 2: we are doing another banned media report, this time about
- 1:14Speaker 2: the Plandemic video. What is Plandemic? It is a twenty
- 1:19Speaker 2: six minute conspiracy video that first surfaced online on May fourth,
- 1:24Speaker 2: twenty twenty. It's produced by filmmaker slash independent journalist Mickey
- 1:29Speaker 2: Willis and his California based production company called Elevate. It
- 1:34Speaker 2: was first presented as being a trailer for an upcoming
- 1:37Speaker 2: full length documentary, but that documentary has yet to surface.
- 1:42Speaker 2: And that is an insane length for a trailer. Can
- 1:45Speaker 2: you imagine being at a movie theater? Remember those and
- 1:48Speaker 2: a twenty six minute trailer plays before the movie you're
- 1:52Speaker 2: trying to see better be the only goddamn trailer.
- 1:54Speaker 3: I'll tell you that much.
- 1:56Speaker 2: But this video is mostly just a really long interview
- 1:59Speaker 2: with a disgrace scientists named Judy Mikeowitz. And the interview
- 2:03Speaker 2: was conducted by Mickey Willis. You might remember him as
- 2:08Speaker 2: the guy who went viral get it because we're talking
- 2:11Speaker 2: about coronavirus a few years back when he posted a
- 2:15Speaker 2: video of his son after he had decided to buy
- 2:19Speaker 2: a Little Mermaid doll and his dad. Mickey Willis posted
- 2:24Speaker 2: this on YouTube and gloated about it like it made
- 2:28Speaker 2: him the goddamn father of the century.
- 2:31Speaker 4: I let my boys choose their life. That's how That's
- 2:34Speaker 4: how mamma and I you know, that's how.
- 2:35Speaker 3: We are, right.
- 2:36Speaker 4: We just say whatever, yeah, you say, yeah, choose it.
- 2:40Speaker 2: Remember that guy, he's the guy who made the plandemic video.
- 2:43Speaker 2: This video racked up millions of views really quickly before
- 2:49Speaker 2: being removed by Facebook, YouTube, Vimeo, and Twitter.
- 2:53Speaker 3: Almost as quickly.
- 2:55Speaker 2: It stayed up in excerpts for way longer on everyone's
- 2:59Speaker 2: favorite news social media menace, TikTok. This was to me
- 3:03Speaker 2: one of the most impressive information suppression efforts I have
- 3:08Speaker 2: ever seen, especially on Google. For a while there it
- 3:11Speaker 2: was almost impossible to find it by Googling it, which
- 3:14Speaker 2: is kind of insane given what Google is supposed to
- 3:17Speaker 2: be for. But I tried, and what I got was
- 3:20Speaker 2: pages and pages and pages of articles about the Plandemic movie,
- 3:25Speaker 2: but very few, if any that led to actually being
- 3:29Speaker 2: able to see it. Even now, the only way I
- 3:31Speaker 2: found it is because a site called watch Uncensored dot
- 3:35Speaker 2: com took out an ad that links to it. How
- 3:39Speaker 2: is that for integrity? Google won't show you the link
- 3:42Speaker 2: for free on account of how dangerous it is, but
- 3:45Speaker 2: they will take money from a site that wants to
- 3:47Speaker 2: make it the top result when you search for it.
- 3:49Speaker 2: What a shocking betrayal of the massive amounts of trust
- 3:54Speaker 2: I have in Google as a company. Now, I've been
- 3:57Speaker 2: pretty clear about my problems with social media takedowns like this,
- 4:02Speaker 2: and I'm not any more enthusiastic about it in the
- 4:05Speaker 2: case of this video. That doesn't mean I believe or
- 4:10Speaker 2: agree with the content of the video. We'll get to
- 4:13Speaker 2: that in a second, but I do think these efforts
- 4:16Speaker 2: to suppress content like this, and especially the subsequent media
- 4:20Speaker 2: coverage of those efforts, is dangerous and counterproductive. I've shared
- 4:25Speaker 2: my feelings on that a lot of times on this podcast,
- 4:28Speaker 2: where I won't go into detail again now, but the
- 4:31Speaker 2: pandemic video does represent a concern about this practice that
- 4:35Speaker 2: I actually haven't discussed much, and that is the Streisand effect.
- 4:40Speaker 2: We're all familiar with that right. In two thousand and three,
- 4:43Speaker 2: Barbara Streisand sued to have a picture of her home
- 4:46Speaker 2: removed from the Internet. The ensuing media coverage of that
- 4:50Speaker 2: lawsuit made everyone want to see that picture of her house,
- 4:55Speaker 2: which naturally led to it getting posted all over the
- 4:59Speaker 2: damn Internet in far too many places for teams Streisan
- 5:03Speaker 2: to take it down everywhere. So her efforts backfired in
- 5:07Speaker 2: the worst way possible. And that's what these social media
- 5:10Speaker 2: bans mostly accomplish, and it was no different with plandemic.
- 5:14Speaker 2: Remember I mentioned that I found it on a Google
- 5:17Speaker 2: ad for a site called watchncensored dot com. Well, here's
- 5:21Speaker 2: the text that was underneath that link. See videos removed
- 5:24Speaker 2: by social media view resources, donate online and in case
- 5:30Speaker 2: you're wondering, the main text just said watch the plandemic movie.
- 5:34Speaker 2: There's a name for sites like that now. They're called
- 5:36Speaker 2: alt tech sites, and their entire business model is posting
- 5:41Speaker 2: videos that have been removed by social media sites, So
- 5:45Speaker 2: moments like this are a goddamn gold mine for them.
- 5:48Speaker 2: According to a CBC article that I'll link to on
- 5:51Speaker 2: on pops dot com, one of those sites, bitshoot, returns
- 5:56Speaker 2: one thousand, seven hundred and seventy results for the search
- 5:59Speaker 2: term playdemic, and the top result is a reposting of
- 6:03Speaker 2: the video that's been viewed one point six million times.
- 6:06Speaker 2: That's a lot. If this podcast gets downloaded one point
- 6:11Speaker 2: six million times, I'd probably take the rest of the
- 6:14Speaker 2: year off and just roll around in anchor ad money
- 6:18Speaker 2: until January. At least, bit shoot had twenty million unique
- 6:23Speaker 2: visitors in April. At least, that's what they claimed in
- 6:25Speaker 2: a sense deleted tweet. But bands like this do not
- 6:29Speaker 2: do what the people who endorse them think they do.
- 6:32Speaker 2: They don't stop the videos from spreading. Instead, they just
- 6:35Speaker 2: promote that spread to other sites. One argument I've heard
- 6:39Speaker 2: as well. At least they won't stumble across it by
- 6:42Speaker 2: way of the YouTube algorithm.
- 6:43Speaker 3: Well, let me tell you.
- 6:44Speaker 2: If you're worried about the videos YouTube is feeding people,
- 6:48Speaker 2: wait until you get a load of bitshoot. It's like
- 6:50Speaker 2: banning hunting rifles at Walmart and sending people to gun
- 6:54Speaker 2: stores to get them instead. At least at Walmart, they
- 6:57Speaker 2: aren't going to impulse by an AR fifteen A register.
- 7:00Speaker 2: Gun stores offer no such promise. Because of one video,
- 7:05Speaker 2: You're chasing people from YouTube to a site that is
- 7:08Speaker 2: nothing but those videos. And when the people who actually
- 7:12Speaker 2: believe what this video is saying get there, it just
- 7:16Speaker 2: reinforces their belief that this is the real truth that
- 7:20Speaker 2: the powers that be don't want you to see. And
- 7:22Speaker 2: that's a special kind of shame in this case, because
- 7:25Speaker 2: this video is bullshit, and the two key figures in
- 7:30Speaker 2: that video, Judy Mikovitz and Mickey Willis, have for all
- 7:34Speaker 2: intents and purposes, admitted that this is my absolute least
- 7:38Speaker 2: kind of conspiracy, the kind that claims it just wants
- 7:41Speaker 2: you to decide for yourself. But then it just presents
- 7:44Speaker 2: one side of the argument. That's some disingenuous nonsense. If
- 7:48Speaker 2: you want people to decide for themselves, you tell them
- 7:51Speaker 2: all the information. If you want to make a one
- 7:54Speaker 2: sided propaganda piece, you do what plandemic does. Mickey Willis
- 7:58Speaker 2: has even sense hold this video propaganda. I'd encourage everyone
- 8:04Speaker 2: to read the La Times interview with Mickey Willis from
- 8:08Speaker 2: May thirteenth, twenty twenty, that came out shortly after this
- 8:12Speaker 2: video started circulating. Here's a quote from him in that
- 8:15Speaker 2: interview that I found really interesting. I did do my
- 8:18Speaker 2: best to reach out to people to say, she's making
- 8:21Speaker 2: some claims here, and can you validate this? And the
- 8:24Speaker 2: ones that they couldn't validate, or at least were left
- 8:26Speaker 2: with that could be true, but science hasn't proven it yet.
- 8:30Speaker 2: I left it in because I figured perhaps this starts
- 8:34Speaker 2: the conversation that does actually get to the bottom of
- 8:37Speaker 2: this point. Okay, so you got that right. He's saying
- 8:40Speaker 2: he did reach out to some doctors about the claims
- 8:42Speaker 2: made in this video, and when he was told they
- 8:44Speaker 2: were untrue or not proven by science, he just left
- 8:47Speaker 2: them in, which begs the question why even reach out
- 8:50Speaker 2: in the first place. And if that's not suspect enough.
- 8:53Speaker 2: Here's another quote from a few paragraphs earlier in that
- 8:56Speaker 2: same interview. We're working very hard right now to validate
- 9:00Speaker 2: the majority of the claims that were made. Instead of
- 9:03Speaker 2: just defending all of the haters that are out there,
- 9:05Speaker 2: I think it's just better to reach back out with
- 9:07Speaker 2: some valid information Because of the delicacy and importance of
- 9:11Speaker 2: the situation, I really wanted to talk with doctors on
- 9:14Speaker 2: all sides first, not just the doctors that Judy recommends,
- 9:18Speaker 2: but I'm going to seek out the ones who disagree
- 9:22Speaker 2: and get them on the phone and find out why.
- 9:25Speaker 3: Okay, So, which is it.
- 9:26Speaker 2: Did you talk to doctors before the video came out
- 9:29Speaker 2: or are you going to get around to talking to
- 9:32Speaker 2: doctors at some point in the future. That same La
- 9:35Speaker 2: Times article does a really good job of covering this
- 9:39Speaker 2: guy's questionable past, and I'd encourage you to read it,
- 9:43Speaker 2: especially if you were swayed by this video. But he's
- 9:46Speaker 2: also kind of a minor figure in this video. The
- 9:48Speaker 2: real star is Judy Mikovitz. Here's a clip from the
- 9:54Speaker 2: opening of the pandemic video.
- 9:57Speaker 4: Doctor Judy Mikovitz has been called one of the most
- 9:59Speaker 4: accomplished S scientist of her generation. Her nineteen ninety one
- 10:03Speaker 4: doctoral thesis revolutionized the treatment of HIV AIDS at the
- 10:07Speaker 4: height of her career, doctor Michaelvitch published a blockbuster article
- 10:11Speaker 4: in the journal Science. The controversial articles sent shockways through
- 10:15Speaker 4: this scientific community as it revealed that the common use
- 10:18Speaker 4: of animal and human fetal tissues were unleashing devastating plagues
- 10:21Speaker 4: of chronic diseases.
- 10:23Speaker 2: Honestly, that's all you need to hear to know that
- 10:26Speaker 2: something isn't right with this video. For starters, the line
- 10:29Speaker 2: about Judy Mikovitz being called one of the most accomplished
- 10:33Speaker 2: scientists of her generation. Fucking citation needed. No one calls
- 10:39Speaker 2: her that, and if they do, it was probably Mickey
- 10:42Speaker 2: Willis's wife, just so they could cover their bases. Then
- 10:45Speaker 2: there's the next line, her nineteen ninety one doctoral thesis
- 10:49Speaker 2: revolutionized the treatment of HIV and AIDS. Nope, it most
- 10:53Speaker 2: certainly did not. She did write her nineteen ninety one
- 10:56Speaker 2: thesis on that topic, but it had no discernible impact
- 11:00Speaker 2: on the treatment of HIV and AIDS. And that's according
- 11:03Speaker 2: to a medical journal that's literally called Science. They're actually
- 11:07Speaker 2: very important to this story. But before we get to that,
- 11:10Speaker 2: let's address that last claim from the opening of this video.
- 11:14Speaker 2: At the height of her career, doctor Mikovitz published a
- 11:17Speaker 2: blockbuster article in the journal Science. The controversial article sent
- 11:22Speaker 2: shockwaves through the scientific community as it revealed that the
- 11:25Speaker 2: common use of animal and human fetal tissues was unleashing
- 11:30Speaker 2: devastating plagues of chronic diseases.
- 11:33Speaker 3: That is just a straight up lie.
- 11:35Speaker 2: The article claimed to show a link between chronic fatigue
- 11:39Speaker 2: syndrome and a mouse retrovirus. That article, at least to me,
- 11:44Speaker 2: is hugely important to this story.
- 11:47Speaker 3: Why because a lot of.
- 11:48Speaker 2: Times when someone comes forward with what seems to be
- 11:51Speaker 2: blockbuster information like this, the question believers always ask is
- 11:55Speaker 2: why would they lie? That article and the scientific communities
- 12:00Speaker 2: the reaction to it is her motivation to lie. It
- 12:03Speaker 2: was published in two thousand and nine and it claimed
- 12:05Speaker 2: that in a test of the blood of chronic fatigue
- 12:09Speaker 2: syndrome sufferers, every single sample contained an infectious mouse derived
- 12:14Speaker 2: retrovirus called XMRV. That apparently is indeed shocking news to
- 12:21Speaker 2: the scientific community, and it did cause some ripple effects,
- 12:25Speaker 2: and by that I mean one ripple effect, which was
- 12:28Speaker 2: that lots of other scientists started trying to replicate the
- 12:32Speaker 2: results of that study. There were actually nine different studies
- 12:36Speaker 2: that tried to replicate these results. None were able to
- 12:40Speaker 2: do it. That led Science the journal, to issue a
- 12:43Speaker 2: retraction of the article in question. Judy Mikovitz refused to
- 12:47Speaker 2: sign the retraction, but every other researcher who worked on
- 12:50Speaker 2: the article did. Now that nine lab study was headed
- 12:54Speaker 2: up by the Department of Health and Human Services. That's
- 12:57Speaker 2: a government agency, so of course still allows for the
- 13:00Speaker 2: possibility of a government cover up, except for one thing.
- 13:03Speaker 2: There was one final study funded by the United States
- 13:07Speaker 2: National Institute of Health and led by Ian Lupkin of
- 13:10Speaker 2: Columbia University. Judy Mikowitz was part of this study. This
- 13:16Speaker 2: was her conclusion at the end of that study. There
- 13:19Speaker 2: is no evidence that xmrv is a human pathogen. So,
- 13:23Speaker 2: right off the bat, this video is lying to you,
- 13:25Speaker 2: and we are less than one minute in. Let's listen
- 13:28Speaker 2: to another huge claim from the pandemic video.
- 13:31Speaker 4: So you made a discovery that conflicted with the agreed
- 13:35Speaker 4: upon narrative. Correct, and for that they did everything in
- 13:40Speaker 4: their powers to destroy your life.
- 13:41Speaker 1: Correct.
- 13:42Speaker 4: You were arrested. Correct, and then that you were put
- 13:44Speaker 4: under a gag order.
- 13:46Speaker 5: For five years. If I went on social media, if
- 13:50Speaker 5: I said anything at all, they would find new evidence
- 13:55Speaker 5: and put me back in jail. And it was one
- 13:58Speaker 5: of the few times I craw and it was because
- 14:01Speaker 5: I knew there was no evidence the first time, and
- 14:04Speaker 5: that when you can unleash that kind of force to
- 14:08Speaker 5: force someone into bankruptcy with a perfect credit score, and
- 14:12Speaker 5: so that I couldn't bring my ninety seven witnesses, which
- 14:16Speaker 5: included the heads Tony Fauci, you know, Ian Livgan, the
- 14:21Speaker 5: heads of the public health in HHS, who would have
- 14:24Speaker 5: had to testify that we did absolutely nothing wrong.
- 14:28Speaker 4: And so what did they charge you with?
- 14:30Speaker 5: Nothing?
- 14:32Speaker 4: But you were in jail.
- 14:33Speaker 5: I was held in jail with no charges. I was
- 14:35Speaker 5: called a fugitive from justice, no warrant, literally drug me
- 14:39Speaker 5: out of the house. Our neighbors are looking at what's
- 14:43Speaker 5: going on here.
- 14:44Speaker 1: You know.
- 14:44Speaker 5: They searched my house without a warrant to literally terrorize
- 14:47Speaker 5: my husband for five days. They said, if you don't
- 14:51Speaker 5: find the notebooks, if you don't find the material which
- 14:55Speaker 5: was not in my possession but planted in my.
- 14:58Speaker 3: House, all right, all of that's that also incorrect.
- 15:01Speaker 2: There was a warrant issued by the University of Nevada
- 15:05Speaker 2: at Reno Police, the company she was working for at
- 15:08Speaker 2: the time. The Whitmore Peterson Institute is located on the
- 15:12Speaker 2: campus of the University of Nevada at Reno, So that's
- 15:16Speaker 2: why college police took over this investigation and they did
- 15:21Speaker 2: issue a warrant. That's a thing she has come out
- 15:23Speaker 2: and admitted since this plandemic video started circulating that she
- 15:28Speaker 2: just at the very least misrepresented the facts of what
- 15:32Speaker 2: happened here. And I'm telling you, if you believe this video,
- 15:37Speaker 2: you have to ask yourself why why would she lie?
- 15:40Speaker 2: At the time this incident happened, the chief of campus police,
- 15:44Speaker 2: Adam Garcia, told a reporter from Science Insider, which is
- 15:48Speaker 2: related to the journal Science, that the warrant was related
- 15:52Speaker 2: to a break in and theft reported to his department.
- 15:55Speaker 2: Whitmore Peterson Institute alleged that Mikeowitz instruct did a research
- 16:00Speaker 2: assistant who worked with her to take irreplaceable patient samples
- 16:05Speaker 2: in laboratory notebooks, and that he followed those instructions. Now,
- 16:09Speaker 2: in the video, she claims that the notebooks and computer
- 16:13Speaker 2: data they found when they searched her home was planted.
- 16:17Speaker 2: But also again, at the time all this happened, which
- 16:21Speaker 2: was twenty eleven, her lawyer said this quote, she is
- 16:25Speaker 2: entitled to a copy of the information she created, So
- 16:29Speaker 2: clearly she felt she was entitled to something and she
- 16:33Speaker 2: took it. That line from her lawyer, very very clearly
- 16:37Speaker 2: implies that Judy Mikovitz took something from this lab in question.
- 16:43Speaker 2: But now, nine years later, that information was all planted
- 16:46Speaker 2: by the Feds. Okay, movies have a term for what
- 16:49Speaker 2: Judy Mikovitz is, and that term is unreliable narrator, a
- 16:53Speaker 2: narrator whose credibility is compromised. She is that one hundred percent,
- 16:59Speaker 2: and we're still only like five minutes into this video.
- 17:02Speaker 2: And then there are her claims about Anthony Fauci, which
- 17:05Speaker 2: is where things get especially suspect. She inserts her expertise
- 17:11Speaker 2: about AIDS into the conversation, expertise that we've already determined
- 17:16Speaker 2: isn't quite what she makes it out to be, and
- 17:19Speaker 2: she ties it to the government's failed response to that epidemic.
- 17:23Speaker 2: And yes, the government's response to the AIDS epidemic was appalling,
- 17:29Speaker 2: but that started way before any of these alleged confrontations
- 17:33Speaker 2: with doctor Fauci are even alleged to have occurred. She
- 17:36Speaker 2: talks about a massive cover up that Fauci participated in,
- 17:40Speaker 2: but never really explains what that cover up was. She
- 17:44Speaker 2: says all the lead researchers were paid off, without providing
- 17:48Speaker 2: a shred of evidence that all the lead researchers were
- 17:52Speaker 2: paid off. There is nothing happening in this video that
- 17:56Speaker 2: suggests anything other than Judy Mikovitz having a serious acts
- 18:01Speaker 2: to grind with the scientific community. Anyway, let's talk about
- 18:04Speaker 2: another claim.
- 18:05Speaker 4: I've seen so many doctors online that have made their
- 18:08Speaker 4: own webcam videos just perplexed by the protocol that the
- 18:12Speaker 4: CBC had given them.
- 18:14Speaker 2: Let's talk about those doctors. Two of the doctors featured
- 18:17Speaker 2: in this video, Dan Eriksson and our Teen Masihi, have
- 18:21Speaker 2: very publicly refuted the claims in this video. Our Teen
- 18:26Speaker 2: Massie he posted a statement on Instagram on May sixth,
- 18:30Speaker 2: It's still up. You can go read it. His Instagram
- 18:33Speaker 2: handle is artin Underscore m Assihi Underscore. The statement he
- 18:41Speaker 2: posted reads in part, the creator of this film never
- 18:45Speaker 2: asked for permission to use our footage and has skewed
- 18:49Speaker 2: our study and interviews to fit their agenda, which we
- 18:53Speaker 2: do not agree with nor appreciate. We are physicians and
- 18:56Speaker 2: entrepreneurs and want to work with the administration to focus
- 19:01Speaker 2: on solutions to open up our city, community and state.
- 19:05Speaker 2: We continue to test for COVID nineteen at all of
- 19:08Speaker 2: our locations and want to share this with our public
- 19:11Speaker 2: health department. And as the video goes on, it leans
- 19:14Speaker 2: on those two doctors a whole lot to back up
- 19:18Speaker 2: all of her points about how coronavirus is essentially fake.
- 19:22Speaker 2: And that's not what these doctors were saying in these
- 19:24Speaker 2: videos that are being chopped up and edited and used
- 19:28Speaker 2: in pandemic to make it seem like the medical community
- 19:31Speaker 2: agrees with her. Those doctors were just arguing about the
- 19:35Speaker 2: need to shut things down the way we have. They
- 19:38Speaker 2: were in no way arguing coronavirus isn't real. So if
- 19:42Speaker 2: you believe this video, that's a detail you should take
- 19:45Speaker 2: into account. The doctor she's using to back up her
- 19:48Speaker 2: point don't agree with her point. There are actually a
- 19:51Speaker 2: lot of wild medical claims made in this video, and
- 19:56Speaker 2: there are medical professionals who can and have refuted those
- 19:59Speaker 2: points a whole lot better than I can. For the
- 20:02Speaker 2: sake of time, I'll just tell you that we link
- 20:05Speaker 2: to some of those articles on pops dot com.
- 20:07Speaker 3: Go check them out.
- 20:08Speaker 2: But to close out, I want to talk about one
- 20:11Speaker 2: other key claim in this video.
- 20:13Speaker 4: Here it comes so I have to ask you, are
- 20:15Speaker 4: you anti vaccine?
- 20:17Speaker 3: Oh?
- 20:17Speaker 5: Absolutely not. I'm in fact, vaccine is immune therapy, just
- 20:22Speaker 5: like interferre on alpha is immune therapy. So I'm not
- 20:26Speaker 5: anti vaccine. My job is to develop immune therapies. That's
- 20:30Speaker 5: what vaccines are.
- 20:32Speaker 3: Okay.
- 20:33Speaker 2: But, as pointed out by the Journal Science, who also
- 20:37Speaker 2: have taken a shot at debunking this video, there is
- 20:41Speaker 2: another recent video featuring Judy Mikeowitz, and in that video,
- 20:45Speaker 2: she's wearing a hat that says Vaxed two, which is
- 20:49Speaker 2: a sequel to a film called Vaxed that links vaccines
- 20:54Speaker 2: to autism, which is a claim that has been debunked
- 20:57Speaker 2: a whole lot. When the Journal Science requested an interview
- 21:01Speaker 2: with Judy Mikovitz for their article, she responded by sending
- 21:05Speaker 2: them a PowerPoint presentation. In that PowerPoint, she calls for
- 21:09Speaker 2: an immediate moratorium on all vaccines. So she's very, very
- 21:15Speaker 2: obviously part of the anti vaxxer movement, which again raises
- 21:19Speaker 2: the obvious question.
- 21:20Speaker 3: Why lie about that? Why lie about any of this?
- 21:23Speaker 2: Why lie about so many things in the span of
- 21:27Speaker 2: one twenty five minute video, and then she has the
- 21:31Speaker 2: goal to end this interview by talking about how you
- 21:36Speaker 2: should be wary of scientists because some of them will
- 21:39Speaker 2: just take the money and run and spread false information.
- 21:42Speaker 3: And I kind of feel like that's what happened here.
- 21:44Speaker 2: We're talking about someone who hasn't published anything since twenty twelve,
- 21:49Speaker 2: who was basically run out of the scientific community for
- 21:54Speaker 2: being stubbornly wrong about the results of her scientific findings,
- 21:59Speaker 2: and now all of a sudden, she's just back in
- 22:02Speaker 2: the public eye with this wild theory that implicates pretty
- 22:06Speaker 2: much the entire scientific community that rejected her claims in
- 22:11Speaker 2: twenty eleven. I think there is definitely a scientist involved
- 22:15Speaker 2: in this video who is just taking the misinformation and
- 22:20Speaker 2: running with it for the sake of notoriety and maybe
- 22:23Speaker 2: a little money. And I think Judy Mikovitz is that scientist.
- 22:27Speaker 2: So I don't know where I know. This episode is
- 22:31Speaker 2: way shorter than the usual episode, But what do you
- 22:35Speaker 2: want from me. We're talking about a twenty five minute video.
- 22:38Speaker 2: There's only so many claims to refute. What I will
- 22:41Speaker 2: tell you is, I'm sorry, I don't believe this video.
- 22:43Speaker 3: I think she's lying.
- 22:44Speaker 2: There are too many flat out lies in this video
- 22:48Speaker 2: for any reasonable person to trust Judy Mikovitz's claims in
- 22:54Speaker 2: this video. That's all doesn't mean I agree with the
- 22:57Speaker 2: way it was banned and taken down from YouTube. Feel
- 23:00Speaker 2: like this is a thing we could just refute without
- 23:03Speaker 2: acting like it's secret information that the world can't be
- 23:06Speaker 2: privy to. But whatever, that doesn't even matter. What matters
- 23:10Speaker 2: is that this video is bullshit. Wear a fucking mask,
- 23:14Speaker 2: all right. I think that is our episode. For links
- 23:18Speaker 2: to the articles that we talked about in this episode,
