- 0:22From Capitol Halls to Bourbon Balls, this is the City of Frankfurt podcast for the Frankfurtians.
- 0:28We're swapping stories, spilling the tea, and celebrating the quirks that make
- 0:32Kentucky's capital the best hometown around.
- 0:35Welcome to the City of Frankfurt podcast. I'm Ellie, and I'm joined today by
- 0:38Susie Hosley, who's the executive director of Downtown Frankfurt,
- 0:42Inc., which is one of the most critical organizations in our downtown community.
- 0:47I really mean that. I'm being serious. You bring so many wonderful,
- 0:50amazing, fantastic events including the one that is the meat of our conversation
- 0:57today that we'll be spilling the cocktail over.
- 1:01Instead of the tea no i love it so suzy please tell me like what are we what
- 1:05are we here to chat about today well first of all thank you for your very kind
- 1:10words ellie um i appreciate that so yeah,
- 1:14we are it is all things october and downtown frankfurt we're in the middle yes Yes.
- 1:21And just lots of magic happening.
- 1:24And we'll get into it. Witches Night Out. It's in its fourth year.
- 1:30Um, October the night. Okay. So it's a Friday night.
- 1:34It's a Friday night, actually. Tomorrow night. By the time this is released. Yeah. Um, yes.
- 1:39And starting at six 30. Okay.
- 1:42And that is when, um, really the streets come alive, the magic happens.
- 1:48So, uh, we estimate this is our fourth year. It is growing every year,
- 1:54but it is thousands of women dressed up as witches to stroll through our downtown.
- 2:01It is a sight to see. You know, it's really cool because I don't know why,
- 2:06but it just feels like there is power in women when we get together in big groups.
- 2:11Absolutely. Because they come in groups, right? And there's all different age.
- 2:14Demographics. And there's just so much fun things to do that night.
- 2:19I hope you're going to be there, right? I will absolutely be there.
- 2:22Yeah. I wouldn't miss it for the world.
- 2:24But I think it's interesting. So, you know, when we think Witches Night Owl,
- 2:27there's thousands of witches throughout downtown Frankfort. But what are they
- 2:30doing? What will they be doing? Yeah.
- 2:33And men are welcome, too. I have to say that. We do see warlocks.
- 2:37But so anyways, we will start at the Capital City Museum. Which is where I come
- 2:41in. Yeah, that's where you come in.
- 2:43That is the hub. And, you know, and it's important to have that start location
- 2:47because anytime you do these strolls, it's great to have that initial,
- 2:52like, first spot where you can get information.
- 2:54It sets the tone for the night, and there's no better place to do it than the Capital City Museum.
- 3:00Thank you. So you'll go to the museum.
- 3:04I think, well, I'll let you talk about what's going to happen at the museum.
- 3:07You'll get your passport, and it will show you all the places that,
- 3:12places that you can stop to during Witch's Night Out. So there are...
- 3:16So many places, they get a Halloween themed cocktail or mocktail.
- 3:20There's lots of shopping that you can do. All the shops are open.
- 3:24And that's the thing that's really cool about this event.
- 3:27What makes it so special are the businesses in downtown and what they put into it.
- 3:34And they all put a lot into it. And, you know, that's why we say the more you
- 3:38put into it, the more you decorate it, the better it will be.
- 3:41And everyone gets excited about it. There is such a sense of community.
- 3:45In this event because of that.
- 3:47So you'll go to the museum, you'll get your passport, and then you just start
- 3:51mapping out the night on where you want to go.
- 3:54There is live music, Twist the Fate, we'll be playing out on St. Clair Street.
- 4:00We have a few food trucks. We will have a few witchy vendors,
- 4:06you know, setting up. Also on St. Clair.
- 4:08St. Clair, yes. Okay, cool. Um,
- 4:10We have a belly dancing performance that's going to happen that night,
- 4:15too. Awesome. Oh, shout out to our sponsors, Community Trust Bank and Cunningham
- 4:23Electric for sponsoring the band.
- 4:26But, yeah, so the vibe, like, on the outside, on the streets, it's fun.
- 4:30You run into people. Everybody's dressed up. But then you have at least 30-plus
- 4:35places you can go to in the downtown area.
- 4:38Really? Yes. I mean, that's amazing. That's a ton of different businesses and
- 4:42opportunities. And so for these folks who are doing like themed things,
- 4:47I know that some of them have already sent what they're doing to you.
- 4:50Can you give us a little preview? Like what are some of these folks doing?
- 4:54Yeah, absolutely. Like one of my favorites go to that night is the Kentucky Flower Market.
- 5:01They do silent disco. Oh, it's so fun. Have you ever done silent disco?
- 5:04I have at the museum last year. That's right. Disco. Yeah. Was that your first
- 5:09time? It was, I think, actually. But it's so much fun. So they do it at the
- 5:13flower market that night. That night. And they're doing make your own like flower crown.
- 5:18Whoa. Have fun. Cool. Do you have to register? Do you know? No,
- 5:22I think you can go in and like make your crown, do a little silent disco.
- 5:27That's happening. I think the foundry's got a DJ at a party happening down there.
- 5:32Where they partnered with Boobridge.
- 5:34Um, hey, uh, not the, uh, you have a whole thing that you guys are doing at
- 5:40the, um, uh, Widow's Bay themed like party at Bibbs.
- 5:46Um, so like, as you can see, everybody kinda, they, they go,
- 5:49they go into it. They get all into it. Um, and then the drinks are so fun too.
- 5:54Like all the, the, um, restaurants and bars right now, they're,
- 5:58they're making their concoctions.
- 6:00And they're all Halloween things. Yeah. And they're fun. So you can start mapping
- 6:04out where you want to get your cocktail.
- 6:07And then food specials will be happening.
- 6:11That's the thing. Like, we have some of the vendors, but it's like we really
- 6:15don't even have to have a lot because of how many businesses.
- 6:18That's what's so cool about downtown Frankfurt. It's so walkable.
- 6:22Yeah. And, you know, it's a condensed area. And there's, God,
- 6:26you look at this poster that I'm showing you right now. Yeah.
- 6:29But people listening can't see.
- 6:31But it's that route downtown. It will probably be linked on this post.
- 6:35But you'll see there's like a good 30 places you can go to.
- 6:38And the city, because the city is awesome. Thank you, City of Frankfurt,
- 6:42is providing free shuttle service that night.
- 6:45So the businesses that are maybe not in the, you know, in the condensed area,
- 6:50but are on the outskirts, like Porters, they always do a really fun thing that night.
- 6:54You can get a free shuttle ride, head there, head to Siglusher,
- 6:58come back down to Broadway, Main Street.
- 7:01Yeah, so you can really spread out. You can really spread out, yeah.
- 7:04That's great. And correct me if I'm wrong, but there's also a Facebook group
- 7:08where the businesses will be posting, or not a group, but like an event where
- 7:11they'll be posting maybe specials or stuff going on if you want to see it as
- 7:15you're plotting stuff out. Yes, yes. Yes.
- 7:18So if you go to the Witches Night Out Facebook event page, there's a lot of,
- 7:24like, you know, end time posts from the businesses.
- 7:27It's probably especially that week leading or this week leading. Yeah.
- 7:32That where they're going to be putting out there what all they're doing.
- 7:36But we also have on the downtownfrankford.com website, there's a Witches Night
- 7:41Out event page, too, that lists out all the businesses. Yeah.
- 7:45Another one that comes to mind,
- 7:46Completely Kentucky is going to be doing a big old, like, photo shoot.
- 7:51Fun. Fun backdrop. Yeah.
- 7:54Set up that night that you can go and get pictures with your friends.
- 7:57Of course, at the museum, we'll have our photo booth down there as well.
- 8:02Absolutely. And Mothman's back. Mothman's back.
- 8:05Mothman's back. Yeah. Not necessarily a witch, but, you know,
- 8:07he's got the spirit. Yeah. Halloween in him.
- 8:10He does. Yeah. He does.
- 8:14But there's just something about, like, who doesn't love a thing?
- 8:18Yeah. And there's just something about seeing so many.
- 8:22It's like your favorite Halloween party, but it's the city's Halloween party.
- 8:26You know, it's like you're out and you're just seeing so many people also dressed
- 8:30up. And that in itself is fun. So do you have to dress up to go?
- 8:34No, you don't have to. But you will.
- 8:37So many people are dressed up that if you don't dress up, you'll feel weird
- 8:40about not dressing up. Yeah, yeah, yeah. You know what I mean? That makes total sense.
- 8:43But you don't have to. But you don't have to. Yeah. So it's encouraged but not required.
- 8:46It's encouraged but not required. Okay. Yeah. And I know some folks maybe are
- 8:51going to be surprised by this. Yeah. But it's free. Yeah.
- 8:53Yeah yeah you don't have to there's no cost to it's $3.99 there's no cost to,
- 9:00come you don't have to pay anybody you don't have to pay to get a passport there's no,
- 9:04right whatever yeah that's the beauty of it that's great the only thing like that
- 9:10you have to pay for is what you decide to buy within those businesses that's
- 9:14right but to come go to it's free to go to the museum that night and you get
- 9:18your passport and just listen to the music that will be outside and some of the other performances.
- 9:24That will be out that will be outside so yeah and like your other passports
- 9:28that you've done for like chocolate stroll and those kind of events,
- 9:32do folks get these passports marked when they go to specific businesses and
- 9:35do they turn them in anywhere like do they do anything with them or is it more
- 9:38just like this is your guidepost of where you can go
- 9:41that's a great question um it's a guidepost okay because it's so busy that night um there's no way,
- 9:49you know um the businesses can work and you know like it's just it's really a
- 9:54guidepost for where you want to go so and then you have it with you all night
- 9:58yeah keep it for for the next day when you want to still see what's downtown
- 10:02yeah but there is a little thing that we're doing with yes i know.
- 10:08That is a thing i'll let you talk about that because i love it it's so much
- 10:12fun and this started our first year yeah it just was like that serendipitous,
- 10:17it was I mean, it was like this magical thing that was, what,
- 10:21just a few weeks before the event.
- 10:23And it is that piece.
- 10:25And Ellie's going to talk about it. But it is that piece. I really think,
- 10:29like, what makes these events so special is if you can do something unique to
- 10:33your community and you can tie it in.
- 10:36Yeah, it's like, that's magic right there. And that's where it gets cool.
- 10:39And so for this, what you're going to talk about to happen, it's made,
- 10:43which is night out, even more special. It's like, we have our own.
- 10:47Yeah, back off everyone else. Back off, Samuel.
- 10:50Yeah. No, seriously, though. I mean, I think, so to just not put too fine a point on it,
- 10:57And when you geniusly came up with the idea to do a Witches Night Out,
- 11:01there was this confluence of amazing things that happened, which was,
- 11:05for those who don't know, who are listening, the Capital City Museum, every October.
- 11:10Puts out a podcast called Kentucky Deceased.
- 11:13It's why I'm wearing this sweatshirt today. And it is, you know,
- 11:16strange, unexplainable, bizarre, unsolved murders, the whole,
- 11:21all of the things that could possibly be. It changes every year.
- 11:24We kind of adjust, whatever.
- 11:26And because of that podcast we get folks who write in with stories and this
- 11:31really wonderful gentleman named owen out of louisville contacted me to say
- 11:35did you know frankfurt has a witch and i said hi.
- 11:39No way uh and he you know told me about all these articles and how he had been
- 11:44listening to this european podcast that talked about it i mean it was just like
- 11:48this crazy thing because,
- 11:50when you think witches in the u.s of course you think salem makes sense and kentucky also has,
- 11:57the um um oh i'm gonna get the name wrong but there is a town uh in western
- 12:01kentucky that also touts having a witch i think it's called like the battletown
- 12:04witch or something like that,
- 12:06but their stories are more like haunting circumstantial and it turns out that
- 12:11our witch here in frankfurt and franklin county,
- 12:14actually was really called into existence because of a murder which is amazing
- 12:20so okay into the thick of it not for the person that it happened to,
- 12:25That's true. That's actually fair.
- 12:28But I did a little deep dive and I'm not going to really go too much into it
- 12:33because if you are interested in this, you can listen to the podcast and you can get the whole thing.
- 12:38Just for the folks listening and for Susie, as a little primer on this,
- 12:42we're going to go back to no one get too nervous here. We won't be in this time zone too, too long.
- 12:49But we're going to go back to the like turn of the 20th century.
- 12:53And Frankfurt at that time had a lot of industrial sites in downtown area.
- 13:00And I know we don't really think about it now because we have all these businesses
- 13:03and we don't really utilize the river the way that we used to.
- 13:07It's like a lot of it's been reclaimed as green space.
- 13:09But between downtown Frankfort and what is now Buffalo Trace,
- 13:14there was factory after factory after factory after factory.
- 13:18And folks who worked at those factories lived around them.
- 13:21So the community of Lee's Town, which is off Wilkinson Boulevard,
- 13:25had a very significant population of folks who worked at the hemp factory that was right there.
- 13:32And Kentucky, especially Frankfort County, was one of the top producers of hemp
- 13:35rope during World War I, which is insane. So before I get lost in the weeds,
- 13:40coming back, this gentleman named Thomas Cleveland Hark.
- 13:43He was born here in Frankfort. He had a.
- 13:46Bunch of siblings. He was employed at the factory for many years,
- 13:52and he married this young woman in his early 20s, and her name was Lillian Couvert.
- 14:00So he was 25 and she was 18, and they got married on December 14, 1910.
- 14:06And about a year after they married, they had their first child,
- 14:10and the child lived for only a couple of weeks before it passed away.
- 14:14And at the time, Lillian began to feel like something was not quite right.
- 14:19And within a few weeks, she became horribly ill and actually passed away herself.
- 14:26But right before she died, she said that she felt like somebody had put a curse
- 14:29on her and not in like the, you know, I feel cursed.
- 14:32My life is horrible way. But like, I feel like someone has directly cursed me
- 14:37and her parents made note of this they were like oh,
- 14:40interesting but okay you know she's sick it's you know her child just died she's
- 14:44going through a lot of things and um they began to help her husband kind of
- 14:49clean the home and get everything ready,
- 14:52and the her mother lillian mother was going through the.
- 14:58Uh bed clothes to kind of straighten everything up to clean everything And as
- 15:02she was feeling the pillow, she felt like a hard object inside the pillow.
- 15:07And she had made this pillow for her daughter using chicken feathers from their home.
- 15:12So it wasn't, you know, something they bought at Kroger or Sears or whatever.
- 15:18So she is like, what could this possibly be? And she looks at the pillow and
- 15:21no one's cut it open. It still has the original sewing marks.
- 15:23There's no signs of repair. There's no additional lines that have been added around the outside.
- 15:28So she cuts the pillow open and...
- 15:30Inside, she finds what's called a witch's sign, which is like a stuffed doll
- 15:36filled with chicken feathers that has like a witch's mark on top of it.
- 15:41And it's kind of vague about what the witch's mark looks like.
- 15:43But there's no reason for this doll to be inside this pillowcase.
- 15:48And at the time, this was believed to be a witch's curse.
- 15:52And so the newspaper here in town, the State Journal, ran an article about the
- 15:56Lee's town witch and about this investigation into the witch.
- 16:00And they suggested a few things that could be done before the witch strikes
- 16:05again and murders somebody else in that town or in that area of Frankfurt,
- 16:10that included boiling the stockings and poking them with a stick repeatedly
- 16:14or like a fork or something.
- 16:16Burning the stockings, whatever it might be.
- 16:19But what ultimately was decided was that Thomas Harp would go to Louisville
- 16:23to meet with a clairvoyant there, Leopold Lee, and figure out why this witch
- 16:29had been cursed or had cursed his family.
- 16:32And ultimately, we don't know the outcome of that clairvoyant meeting.
- 16:36But what we do know is that there was no official investigation into a witch
- 16:41of any variety and that the family burned the stockings.
- 16:45So, you know, they really did try and break the curse. And if you're wondering
- 16:49what happened to Thomas, he lived a very full life after Lillian passed away.
- 16:54Within two years, he married a woman named Hallie Anderson, who was 10 years younger than him.
- 17:00And they had many children. They had six children, most of whom lived to adulthood.
- 17:06And they had a really, from all accounts, a seemingly lovely life.
- 17:12But I looked up the official report of Lillian Cuvert's death,
- 17:16and it says that she died of tuberculosis of the lungs, which makes sense for
- 17:20the time because it was, you know, the early 1900s and illnesses just kind of were pervasive.
- 17:26But anyway, her death and the finding of this item in the pillowcases and the
- 17:31subsequent solution to the problem led to the Lee's Town Witch, as we know and love it.
- 17:37And so when Owen shared all this with me, I was flabbergasted to tell you about
- 17:41it. And we introduced the first, like, can you find the Weasetown witch?
- 17:45Like, witch, can you report if you've seen her?
- 17:47And you came up with a genius idea. Back to the passports. So what happens with
- 17:52the witch and the passports?
- 17:53So that night, when you grab your passport or your guide for the night,
- 17:58if there is an X on it, you are marked the Weasetown witch.
- 18:04And so that evening at 8 o'clock, we do announcements on St. Clair's Street.
- 18:11We have some performances that happen down there. And so at 8 o'clock,
- 18:15we announce for the Lee's sound witch to come forward.
- 18:19And if she gets the X, she's supposed to go down there. And if she comes forward.
- 18:25She gets a tiara. It's made by Kentucky Bougie, a local shop here,
- 18:30flowers from the flower market.
- 18:32And she is the 2026 she will be the 2026 least time which and this has happened
- 18:37every year and then this year
- 18:39um another event shout out october 24th is the downtown thriller trick-or-treat
- 18:45parade super good time um but the least time we'll get to walk in that parade as well awesome so
- 18:53we we you know we really try to incorporate it if we're doing a,
- 18:57uh you know we're gonna do Witch's Night Out, and Frankfurt,
- 19:01you know, we have to tell our witch story and incorporate it in.
- 19:04So it's become a really fun, I guess, connection to the history of Frankfurt to this event.
- 19:11Um, so, yeah. So that was, that was kind of magic that first year.
- 19:16And wasn't it, what was crazy about it, Ellie, when you told me about it and
- 19:20you're like, oh my God, you know, historian is calling me to be like,
- 19:24oh my God, this is amazing. Yeah.
- 19:27Wasn't it like on a British podcast? Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 19:31And then they talked about it. Yeah. And then, yeah. Which I think is amazing
- 19:35that like our story is somehow being found out or translated to this overseas
- 19:41community before it's even really not here.
- 19:43Yeah. Which is the crazy thing. It is the crazy thing. And I think,
- 19:47like, that was one of the things, and we got to experience that the first year,
- 19:50the magic of this event. And one of the things I have learned in this position
- 19:55is if you build it, they will come.
- 19:58People, especially coming out of COVID, people want to connect. They want to get out.
- 20:02And we have, again, we have such a cool downtown. They want to connect and engage
- 20:07with our downtown. It's the heart of our city. It's the history of our city.
- 20:10But when we came up with the idea it was like you know a few i mean i'm talking
- 20:16like a month before where let's do it yeah it was right and we were all like.
- 20:21Whoa this is fast yeah yeah whoa it's fast i didn't really have a sponsor
- 20:25and um but it was like we have enough places to truly do a really fun cocktail
- 20:30stroll and um so let's not sure howling's the best time to do it it's our season to shine, right?
- 20:38And who doesn't love to dress up? And a lot of times I like to think about things
- 20:42I want to do with my friends. I'm a demographic. I'm a target audience for this.
- 20:47So it was one for me, for it being like a brand new event, you know,
- 20:52it was interesting to see. I'm thinking, okay,
- 20:56Let's promote this cocktail stroll, you know, instantly thought to partner with the museum.
- 21:04The businesses were like, OK, yeah, we'll give it a try.
- 21:07They humored me, you know, and it was cool to see the response of it on on social media.
- 21:14Like as soon as I made that post on Facebook, it was like, whoa,
- 21:20no, people want to do really want to do it. I mean, I'm thinking 300 was going
- 21:24to come. I didn't know how to gauge it. And so that first year to see
- 21:28oh my God, 2,000 plus women came down here to do this.
- 21:33And every year it growing. I mean, and then like you said, the story being contacted,
- 21:38it just shows like if you build it, they will come, they want to engage.
- 21:43And we have such a cool, cool downtown that people want to come here and experience.
- 21:48So, well, to your point, it's, we don't, we don't just have Witches Night Out,
- 21:53right? Like, I think it's a magical event, but there's also the Thriller Parade
- 21:57on 24th. Another amazing, yeah. Yeah.
- 21:59And so that's trick-or-treating. That's trick-or-treating. Thank you. October 24th, 5 to 6.30.
- 22:06Vester's Heritage is our sponsor for that one.
- 22:09There's trick-or-treating. So you can, the downtown businesses hand out candy.
- 22:13We also have other businesses, organizations on Broadway Street, In-N-Out Candy.
- 22:18Then at about 6.30ish, we start the parade. We do some fun things before the thriller performance.
- 22:25And then the thriller performance happens. It goes all the way down St.
- 22:28Clair and it turns and it goes down a part of Broadway Street.
- 22:33And these dancers, that's growing every year.
- 22:37I mean, when we started, I want to say we had maybe 30, 40 dancers in it. We're at like 80 now.
- 22:45And it's so fun to see. It's so iconic, right? So, yeah, that happens.
- 22:51And I know Haunting on the Hill is the weekend before. It is, the 17th from 5 to 1030.
- 22:58And unlike the two downtown events for Haunting on the Hill,
- 23:01it's still free, but you have to reserve your hayride ticket to go.
- 23:05So that's like a really, so it's free to do, but you have to reserve your hayride
- 23:09ticket in advance. And you can do that at capitalcitymuseum.org.
- 23:13But we partner with Paul Sawyer Public Library, as well as our city of Frankfurt,
- 23:18Oklahoma City of Frankfurt employee. They are a huge supporter of this event.
- 23:21They provide so much staff and infrastructure and the Parks Department really
- 23:24shows up for it. It's awesome.
- 23:28But then Spree Credit Union is our sponsor for that event.
- 23:31So it's a blast if you've never been, which I know you have because CFI helps
- 23:36set up at it. But there's free hayrides into the park that go from Salvation
- 23:41Army to the top of Fort Hill Park in downtown Frankfort.
- 23:45And then there's trick-or-treating and we've got spooky decor,
- 23:48free pumpkin painting, face painting.
- 23:50The city has helped us get some really amazing food trucks and alcohol vendors to set up there.
- 23:56So it's meant to really hit kind of the highlight of all of our amazing different
- 24:02offerings in Frankfurt, but in a unique location, right? So downtown's unique
- 24:05because it's beautiful. It's historical. It's special. It's wonderful.
- 24:08But Fort Hill is unique because it's one of those places in Frankfurt that so
- 24:11few people really know about. Like they may know it exists. They may know its
- 24:16name. But I encounter folks every year at that event who are like,
- 24:20I've never been up here before. I've lived in Frankfurt my whole life. I've never been here.
- 24:23And so it's a really cool way to bring folks into one of our most historically
- 24:27critical areas in town outside of directly downtown because Fort Hill was one
- 24:32of the first boundary lines in Frankfurt. It was one of the premier milk farming.
- 24:39I mean, it's like cows used to litter that hill. They would get the majority
- 24:44of milk in our community from there. But really importantly,
- 24:47there were two forts on top of that hill that helped...
- 24:51Attempt to defend frankfurt from the confederacy and obviously they weren't
- 24:55successful since the confederacy overtook our state capital but.
- 24:59And i think they're in there yeah they tried they tried they did a good job
- 25:03uh all things considered and you know the confederacy left so it all worked
- 25:06out yeah but all that to say it's a really special park so honeycomb hill is
- 25:09smack dab in the middle of those two amazing events so you can really go
- 25:13each weekend and have a full,
- 25:15frankfurt halloween extravaganza yeah and you know i think what's so cool is with frankfurt being,
- 25:24an october town well i mean one you know it's kentucky season just because of
- 25:28the weather we have it's gorgeous here and then you have you know the horse
- 25:32racing and bourbon but it it's something to do,
- 25:36with the historic ambiance of frankfurt is the perfect backdrop and so our downtown's
- 25:42historic fort Hill's historic
- 25:45and they all have stories you know they have a century old stories to be told
- 25:51and there's something about October and the spooky season,
- 25:56that it's just a perfect backdrop to have these events so anyways no I think that was actually,
- 26:02like genuinely the pitch perfect like way to put a pin in this except for I
- 26:07have the rapid fire questions for you okay are you ready yeah sure so these
- 26:11are just like go top of your head
- 26:13you don't have to explain it you don't have to answer okay you just,
- 26:18yes like what you got either or okay which is hat or vampire things which is
- 26:22hat chocolate or gummies chocolate.
- 26:25Apple cider or apple donuts apple cider strolling through the falling leaves
- 26:29or sitting by a fire ooh sitting by fire okay trick-or-treat or haunted house.
- 26:35Oh, that's hard. I like doing both. Trick or trick. No, I don't know.
- 26:40I don't know. It's too hard. Okay.
- 26:42Haunted house. Haunted house. That doesn't surprise me. Okay.
- 26:45Perfect. Yeah. Well, Susie, I really appreciate it once more.
- 26:48Timing for the events that you mentioned specifically, which is Night Out. October 9th.
- 26:53Thriller. October 24th. And October 9th from when to when?
- 26:57630 to 10. Okay. And then October 24th? 5 to 8. Both are free.
- 27:03Yes. Come on down. Costumes for both. Yeah. Yeah.
- 27:06You nailed it. Good times.
- 27:09Good times are going to happen. Heck yeah, they are. Awesome.
