Chef Dean Neff is bringing his culinary vision downtown with the highly anticipated opening of Little Bird, a new sister restaurant and bar set to debut in winter 2027 right next door to Seabird. This historic restoration at 9 South Front Street will nearly double the combined space, adding 2,200 square feet and 55–60 seats, including a dedicated 25-seat bar area.
