- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
- 0:02Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're going to pick up
- 0:06Speaker 1: where he left off with the Sarah Kelln conversation with Congress.
- 0:11Speaker 1: Question how did the abuse change over the years? Answer?
- 0:15Speaker 1: It was pretty consistent, It wasn't It had a period
- 0:18Speaker 1: of slight reprieve when he was in jail for a
- 0:20Speaker 1: short period of time and then he got out on
- 0:22Speaker 1: work release. It wasn't as bad in the years that
- 0:25Speaker 1: followed his when he got out of work release, but
- 0:28Speaker 1: it was still it still continued, just not to the
- 0:31Speaker 1: frequency as much as the last few years. Question when
- 0:35Speaker 1: was the first time he abused you? Answer? I don't
- 0:37Speaker 1: remember exactly what happened on the first time on the island.
- 0:40Speaker 1: The first time I met him, he gave me a
- 0:42Speaker 1: tour of the island and then he took me to
- 0:44Speaker 1: his bedroom, and I have a visual of him walking
- 0:47Speaker 1: up to me and starting to pull up my shirt,
- 0:50Speaker 1: but I don't know exactly what happened after that, mister Tolin.
- 0:54Speaker 1: And how old were you at the time? Kellen twenty two?
- 0:57Speaker 1: Brignac did miss mac Maxwell abuse you? Answer? Yes? Question
- 1:02Speaker 1: can you tell us more? Answer? We were on the island,
- 1:06Speaker 1: and it was in the bedroom, and I remember Glaine
- 1:08Speaker 1: just being on the bed naked, and I was not
- 1:10Speaker 1: expecting her to be there, and I was just very
- 1:12Speaker 1: surprised and extremely uncomfortable, and I just remember her kind
- 1:17Speaker 1: of like touching me and showing me how to touch
- 1:19Speaker 1: Jeffrey and what he liked. Question did anyone witness when
- 1:23Speaker 1: Maxwell would abuse you? Answer no, Jeffrey. Question who did
- 1:28Speaker 1: you tell about the abuse? Answer nobody until twenty nineteen.
- 1:32Speaker 1: Question who did you tell in twenty nineteen? Answer the SDNY,
- 1:36Speaker 1: my attorneys, my husband for the first time, other one
- 1:41Speaker 1: of my best friends. Question did anyone associated with mister
- 1:44Speaker 1: Epstein abuse you? Answer yes? Question who answer Frederick Fokai,
- 1:50Speaker 1: also Philip Levine, Gulayne Obviously, Well, so much for Jeffrey
- 1:54Speaker 1: Epstein not trafficking to other people. Huh, Brignac. When did
- 1:58Speaker 1: Frederick Fokai be use you? Answer in Maui when he
- 2:02Speaker 1: asked me to come be in a hair show that
- 2:04Speaker 1: didn't exist, and then he had me staying in his
- 2:07Speaker 1: hotel room and I didn't have any money to get
- 2:09Speaker 1: my own room or to fly back, and he took
- 2:11Speaker 1: advantage of me that night. Question did mister Epstein facilitate
- 2:15Speaker 1: that abuse? Answer no, because then Frederick introduced me to
- 2:20Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein. Question did mister Epstein facilitate the abuse by
- 2:24Speaker 1: Philip Levine? Answer? I don't know what he knew. It
- 2:28Speaker 1: was my first or second year working for them. They
- 2:30Speaker 1: rented a house in Santrope one summer, and Philip was
- 2:33Speaker 1: really good friends with Golene and he came to stay
- 2:35Speaker 1: with us at the house, and Jeffrey and Golene had
- 2:38Speaker 1: gone to bed, and Philip and I were still love
- 2:41Speaker 1: and he he came up to me and he was like,
- 2:43Speaker 1: you know, must be so lonely for you working with them,
- 2:46Speaker 1: because you're with them all the time and you can't
- 2:49Speaker 1: have your own life, so you must be really lonely,
- 2:51Speaker 1: and he basically forced himself on me. Question did anyone
- 2:55Speaker 1: witness the abuse by a Frederick Focai or a Philip Levine? Answer? No?
- 3:00Speaker 1: Did you tell anyone? Answer no? Question do you believe
- 3:04Speaker 1: that mister Epstein knew about the abuse? Answer? I believe
- 3:07Speaker 1: he would have known about Frederick. Clearly, he was not
- 3:09Speaker 1: a Victoria's secret scout, and that's what they were posturing
- 3:12Speaker 1: him to be. Question did Frederick Focai abuse any others? Answer?
- 3:17Speaker 1: I don't know. Question did Philip Levine abuse any others? Answer?
- 3:22Speaker 1: I'm not sure. Question when did you first learn that
- 3:25Speaker 1: mister Epstein was not Victoria's Secret Scout? Answer? When I
- 3:29Speaker 1: went to his island, I learned he was a money manager.
- 3:32Speaker 1: Question were any others involved in the Victoria's Secret scheme? Answer? Well,
- 3:37Speaker 1: I had learned that one of his main clients was
- 3:39Speaker 1: Les Wexner, so it didn't seem too far fetched then
- 3:43Speaker 1: that they that he would have had some I mean,
- 3:45Speaker 1: he had like a big connection to them. I knew
- 3:48Speaker 1: that he was friends with Ed Razik, who was the
- 3:51Speaker 1: guy in charge of hiring all Victoria's Secret models, so
- 3:54Speaker 1: it kind of seemed to make sense that he could
- 3:56Speaker 1: have been a scout. Question when did you first learn
- 4:00Speaker 1: learn that he was not a scout? Answer? I don't
- 4:03Speaker 1: know exactly. I kind of felt that he had influence
- 4:06Speaker 1: in the arena. I know that someone that he knew
- 4:08Speaker 1: was in the Victoria's Secret catalog, and he was friendly
- 4:11Speaker 1: with like another Victoria's Secret model, so it wasn't necessarily
- 4:16Speaker 1: like just a scout, but he was mostly a money manager.
- 4:20Speaker 1: Mister Tolan are you aware of any other instance where
- 4:23Speaker 1: mister Epstein presented himself as a Victoria's secret scout. Miss Kellen,
- 4:28Speaker 1: I've read about that, but I don't recall who exactly
- 4:31Speaker 1: it was, Miss Brignac. Did anyone else abuse you? Miss Ham?
- 4:37Speaker 1: Can you clarify the time period, Miss Brignac, Did anyone
- 4:41Speaker 1: else abuse you during the time period you work for
- 4:43Speaker 1: mister Epstein? Answer? There was an incident related to Frederick.
- 4:47Speaker 1: I don't know that Jeffrey knew about it. Frederick introduced
- 4:50Speaker 1: me to Patrick de Marcier, a very famous fashion photographer,
- 4:55Speaker 1: and I went to his studio and he did photos
- 4:57Speaker 1: of me and then walked over to me with his
- 5:00Speaker 1: pants down. Question and who is the Marchier? Answer? He
- 5:05Speaker 1: is a very famous fashion photographer in all the vogues
- 5:08Speaker 1: and bazaars, and very well regarded in the fashion industry.
- 5:13Speaker 1: Mister Tolan, what year was that? Kellen? Probably two thousand
- 5:17Speaker 1: and two, Miss Brignac. Question Who's Philip Levine? Answer? Who
- 5:21Speaker 1: is he? He was a really good friend of Gallayne's.
- 5:24Speaker 1: He worked, he had a business, something to do with
- 5:25Speaker 1: cruise ships, and then later he became the mayor of
- 5:28Speaker 1: Miami Beach. Miss Ham, Sorry, to clarify, was he mayor
- 5:32Speaker 1: then Kellen? No? I think I don't know what company
- 5:36Speaker 1: was exactly, but I know it had something to do
- 5:38Speaker 1: with cruise ships. Mister Biggs, would you mind? I know
- 5:41Speaker 1: this is weird, but d Martier, can you spell that
- 5:44Speaker 1: last name for me? Kellen? I have to write it,
- 5:48Speaker 1: mister Biggs. Oh, here we go. How about Kellen? It's
- 5:51Speaker 1: French like Biggs jumps in D E M A R
- 5:56Speaker 1: C H E L I E R Kellen yep, Bigs. Okay,
- 6:01Speaker 1: that helps me. Thank you, Tolin. Just to go back
- 6:04Speaker 1: to Philip Levine, what year was that, Kellen? It would
- 6:08Speaker 1: have been two thousand and two or two thousand and three,
- 6:10Speaker 1: Miss Brignac. Was Les Wexner aware of the abuse? Answer?
- 6:14Speaker 1: I don't think so. Question. Can you describe your interactions
- 6:17Speaker 1: with Les Wexner? Answer? I met him very briefly. On
- 6:21Speaker 1: a few occasions. I went with Jeffrey to his office
- 6:24Speaker 1: in Ohio. I remember him and Less going into an
- 6:27Speaker 1: office privately, and I was wedding outside with his assistant,
- 6:30Speaker 1: and I think there was another worker there and we
- 6:33Speaker 1: were just talking and he was like, oh, you work
- 6:35Speaker 1: for Jeffrey. They're like, we're terrified of him, like he's
- 6:38Speaker 1: very scary. I was like, yeah, I know, but I didn't.
- 6:42Speaker 1: I wasn't in the room with them. And then there
- 6:45Speaker 1: was one time I remember being like it was outside
- 6:47Speaker 1: in the field. It was like a horse thing or
- 6:49Speaker 1: something like that, and I believe Abagail was there. And
- 6:52Speaker 1: then there was one time on his yacht Mayorca. They
- 6:56Speaker 1: docked in Majorca and we went onto the boat for
- 6:59Speaker 1: like an hour or so. Question is there anything else
- 7:02Speaker 1: you believe facilitated your abuse during the period of time
- 7:06Speaker 1: you work with mister Epstein? Answer? No other than the
- 7:09Speaker 1: ones I've already said. Question is there anyone who witnessed
- 7:13Speaker 1: the abuse of Jeffrey Epstein? Ham the abuse of miss
- 7:17Speaker 1: Kellen Brignac? Yes, Kellen Golaine. Sorry, I'm not sure if
- 7:21Speaker 1: I can answer the others. Ham. Can we go off
- 7:24Speaker 1: record for a second? Brignac, can you answer the question?
- 7:27Speaker 1: We can go off record, they come back on record.
- 7:30Speaker 1: Question by Brignac. So the question was is there anyone
- 7:34Speaker 1: who witnessed the abuse by mister Epstein? Answer? So there
- 7:37Speaker 1: was specifically three occasions with other people present. Let me
- 7:41Speaker 1: just preface that by saying that I also had my
- 7:44Speaker 1: like nude photographs of me displayed around the houses, So
- 7:48Speaker 1: anybody that would have been at the houses would have
- 7:50Speaker 1: seen that, all the staff members and the guests. So
- 7:53Speaker 1: there was an occasion with Glaine, and then there were
- 7:56Speaker 1: two other occasions with two other women, once on the
- 7:59Speaker 1: island and once in New York. Question can you tell
- 8:01Speaker 1: me about those instances? Answer? So the island was I
- 8:06Speaker 1: don't know how else to call them. Had a girlfriend
- 8:08Speaker 1: of his in his bedroom that he directed me how
- 8:11Speaker 1: to interact with her. Question did any of mister Epstein's
- 8:14Speaker 1: clients witness the abuse by mister Epstein? Answer not that
- 8:18Speaker 1: I'm aware of. Question which visitors would have seen the
- 8:21Speaker 1: nude photographs of you? Answer anyone. In the Paris apartment,
- 8:25Speaker 1: he had a massive, almost life sized nude photo of
- 8:28Speaker 1: me in the gym above the fireplace on the island.
- 8:31Speaker 1: In the gym, he had a massive, I don't know,
- 8:33Speaker 1: like eight foot photo of me naked. On his desk
- 8:36Speaker 1: at the ranch, he had a photo of me. Gleayne
- 8:38Speaker 1: blew up like a massive, probably three by four foot
- 8:41Speaker 1: photo of me mounted into a foam corps. I believe
- 8:46Speaker 1: that was on the island. He had a nude photo
- 8:48Speaker 1: of me in the gym in Palm Beach. So I
- 8:50Speaker 1: guess whoever, any visitors, any staff members. Question can you
- 8:54Speaker 1: recall any clients in mister Epstein that you witness seeing
- 8:57Speaker 1: the nude photographs? Answer? I don't remember a lot of
- 9:00Speaker 1: clients being at houses. I remember if they were at
- 9:03Speaker 1: the house, they probably mostly would have just been in
- 9:06Speaker 1: the common spaces that they may not have been, but
- 9:10Speaker 1: not where the photographs are. Within his dining room in
- 9:12Speaker 1: New York, that's where he usually had his meetings. I
- 9:15Speaker 1: don't remember a lot of clients visiting houses in general.
- 9:18Speaker 1: I do remember New York was probably the most often question.
- 9:22Speaker 1: You mentioned in your opening statement that you did not
- 9:25Speaker 1: feel like you could leave. Can you describe any threats
- 9:28Speaker 1: that were made towards you that made you feel that way?
- 9:31Speaker 1: Answer that I think is one like. I think the
- 9:34Speaker 1: most important thing to understand in all of this that
- 9:38Speaker 1: it wasn't so obvious and it wasn't so like in
- 9:40Speaker 1: your face. It was covert, behind closed doors, the grooming
- 9:44Speaker 1: process of you know, being targeted as a vulnerable person
- 9:48Speaker 1: and then him gaining your trust and then making you
- 9:51Speaker 1: dependent on him and making false promises to you. It
- 9:54Speaker 1: was like he kept you trapped and you know, making
- 9:57Speaker 1: him seem like he was your savior. And then you
- 10:00Speaker 1: saw the power and balance and the power dynamic of
- 10:03Speaker 1: him knowing everybody in the world. And I remember during
- 10:07Speaker 1: my employment talking to one of my friends and they
- 10:09Speaker 1: were like, Sarah, you work twenty four to seven, traveling
- 10:13Speaker 1: every two to three days. The amount of hours that
- 10:16Speaker 1: you work, you should be making two to three hundred
- 10:18Speaker 1: thousand a year. And I was like, yeah, but anybody
- 10:21Speaker 1: that could hire me or would hire me in that capacity,
- 10:24Speaker 1: like they're all friends with Jeffrey and he's not gonna
- 10:27Speaker 1: let us leave, Like he won't let me, he won't
- 10:29Speaker 1: let them hire me. So it was just knowing that
- 10:32Speaker 1: he really had full control over everything, and then just
- 10:36Speaker 1: the fear of not knowing where else to go and
- 10:39Speaker 1: not wanting to upset him. Mister Higgins, ma'am, thank you
- 10:43Speaker 1: for your calm demeanor. I'm sorry for what you have
- 10:45Speaker 1: suffered in your life. Kellen, thank you, Thank you, Higgins.
- 10:50Speaker 1: I hope that this time for disclosure and discussion can
- 10:53Speaker 1: bring you some peace. Kellen, thank you. I've been waiting
- 10:56Speaker 1: a long time to speak. Higgins. Did you have in
- 11:00Speaker 1: the course of your time and interactions with Epstein's cabal.
- 11:04Speaker 1: Did you have reason to suspect that very young children
- 11:07Speaker 1: were also being abused? Pre pubescent children. Did you have
- 11:11Speaker 1: any reason to suspect that, Kellen no Higgins, You never
- 11:15Speaker 1: saw that, Kellen no ham I think we don't, though,
- 11:19Speaker 1: as I mentioned at the beginning, want her to talk
- 11:22Speaker 1: about other victims. She can talk about her own experience
- 11:24Speaker 1: as a victim, but she's not prepared to talk about
- 11:27Speaker 1: other victims, mister Higgins. To the gentle Lady's point, I
- 11:32Speaker 1: was careful to phrase my question within her own assessment.
- 11:35Speaker 1: I will absolutely respect the parameters at this time on
- 11:39Speaker 1: the island. How much time did you spend on the
- 11:41Speaker 1: island Kellen quite a bit. That was his main residence, Higgins.
- 11:46Speaker 1: Did you have a chance to explore the island very much?
- 11:49Speaker 1: Kellen yes, Higgins. Would you be or did you have
- 11:52Speaker 1: any knowledge of any secret areas, secret rooms that might
- 11:55Speaker 1: be difficult to detect if you did not know that
- 11:58Speaker 1: they were there, Like doors that look like walls, things
- 12:00Speaker 1: like that, Kellen no Higgins. Okay, thank you for answering
- 12:05Speaker 1: those questions. They're helpful for us to dispel some of
- 12:08Speaker 1: some of the murmurs that are out there. My final question,
- 12:11Speaker 1: your assessment of Jeffrey Epstein, by all accounts was he
- 12:15Speaker 1: was a monster? Miss Kellen. Yes, Higgins, did you ever
- 12:19Speaker 1: see him as a type of monster that would commit suicide? Kellen? No,
- 12:23Speaker 1: I don't believe he did. Higgins. You said that very affirmatively.
- 12:27Speaker 1: Can you speak to your assessment there, Kellen. I believe
- 12:30Speaker 1: he was too much of a narcissist, that it was
- 12:32Speaker 1: too soon. It was just a month and from him
- 12:35Speaker 1: getting arrested, and I think that he I'm sure that
- 12:38Speaker 1: he thought he'd get off again. He was a coward.
- 12:41Speaker 1: I just don't see him going through something like that.
- 12:44Speaker 1: I feel like reading kind of like Michael Boden or
- 12:47Speaker 1: Boden's assessment of the markings on his neck, the broken
- 12:50Speaker 1: bones in his neck. I don't know how that would happen,
- 12:52Speaker 1: kind of leaning forward from a bedpost with sheets, none
- 12:55Speaker 1: of it. None of it made sense to me. And
- 12:58Speaker 1: just knowing them in general, don't leave it, Higgins. So
- 13:02Speaker 1: you believe he was murdered, kell and I do, Higgins.
- 13:05Speaker 1: Thank you for answering my questions, mister chairman. That's all
- 13:08Speaker 1: I have. All right, folks, We're gonna wrap up right here,
- 13:11Speaker 1: and in the next episode dealing with the topic, we're
- 13:13Speaker 1: gonna pick up where we left off. All the information
- 13:16Speaker 1: that goes with this episode can be found in the
- 13:19Speaker 1: description box. What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode
- 13:23Speaker 1: of the Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're getting right
- 13:27Speaker 1: back to Sarah Kellen's conversation with Congress mister Biggs. Thank you,
- 13:35Speaker 1: and again, thank you for your courage speaking up here
- 13:37Speaker 1: with us today. We appreciate it very much. I hope
- 13:41Speaker 1: you don't mind that I'm going to revisit the discussion
- 13:43Speaker 1: we had with regard to redacted. I believe redacted, and
- 13:46Speaker 1: I just want to confirm in my mind to understand
- 13:49Speaker 1: if that's okay, and I'm not trying to step outside
- 13:51Speaker 1: the bounds that we've set. But here we go. So
- 13:54Speaker 1: if I understand right, redacted is the one who arranged
- 13:57Speaker 1: your trip to Epstein's Island to pursue the job as
- 14:00Speaker 1: an assistant. Kellen, correct, Biggs. And she also accompanied you
- 14:06Speaker 1: to the island. Kellen, yes, Biggs, and she was your
- 14:10Speaker 1: roommate for several days on the island. Kellen, yes, Biggs.
- 14:15Speaker 1: You were offered the job. I understand during your visit
- 14:17Speaker 1: to the island, Kellen, not that trip Bigs, okay, Kellen.
- 14:22Speaker 1: I traveled with them for about a week. We were
- 14:24Speaker 1: on the island for about thirty three days, and then
- 14:26Speaker 1: Palm Beach for a few days, and then New York
- 14:29Speaker 1: for a few days, and then I flew back to Hawaii.
- 14:31Speaker 1: It was September tenth, two thousand and one, so I
- 14:34Speaker 1: remember it like it was the day before September eleventh.
- 14:37Speaker 1: I was thinking like I had just been in New
- 14:39Speaker 1: York the day before, and I flew back to Hawaii,
- 14:43Speaker 1: went back to my job at the hotel restaurant, and
- 14:45Speaker 1: then probably like three weeks or a month later, Glane
- 14:48Speaker 1: called me and asked if I could fly to Palm
- 14:50Speaker 1: Beach that day to start training to work Biggs. All right,
- 14:54Speaker 1: and did or redacted? Did she ever end up working
- 14:56Speaker 1: for Epstein or Maxwell? Kellen, No, not that I'm aware
- 14:59Speaker 1: of Biggs, And to your knowledge, did she ever? Well,
- 15:02Speaker 1: I'll just leave it there. I appreciate the answers. Timmins,
- 15:06Speaker 1: thank you. I want to ask some questions about the
- 15:08Speaker 1: non prosecution agreement you're specifically mentioned in it. Were you
- 15:13Speaker 1: represented by an attorney in that process? Kellen. No, Timmins.
- 15:17Speaker 1: When did you find out that your name was included
- 15:19Speaker 1: in the non prosecution agreement? Kellen? When it was publicly
- 15:23Speaker 1: released Timmins? Around what time? Around what year? Kellen? I
- 15:28Speaker 1: think it was probably like a year or two after
- 15:30Speaker 1: it was executed, when I think there was like a fight,
- 15:33Speaker 1: a legal fight about undoing it or something, and it
- 15:36Speaker 1: had been or not been a secret anymore and it
- 15:39Speaker 1: was released to the public. Mister Timmins, you've met Darren
- 15:42Speaker 1: Endyck Kellen. Yes, Timmins. When did you first meet him? Kellen?
- 15:47Speaker 1: Beginning of my employment in two thousand and two? Timmins.
- 15:50Speaker 1: How regular was your interaction with him? Kellen? Not super regular.
- 15:55Speaker 1: We worked out of the main office on Madison Avenue
- 15:57Speaker 1: in New York, and then eventually they moved offices to
- 16:00Speaker 1: three oh one E sixty sixth Street, so I didn't
- 16:03Speaker 1: go to the main office very often. Mister Timmins, have
- 16:06Speaker 1: you met Richard Kahn, Miss Kellen, Yeah, Timmins. When did
- 16:09Speaker 1: you meet him Kellen? When he started working? I don't know.
- 16:12Speaker 1: He replaced There was a different accountant when I first
- 16:15Speaker 1: started working, and he replaced him a few years into
- 16:18Speaker 1: my employment. Timmins. How regular was your interactions with Kahn
- 16:23Speaker 1: Kellen again, pretty much the same thing. He worked in
- 16:26Speaker 1: the Madison Avenue office, so it wasn't super regular, Timmins.
- 16:30Speaker 1: So again, you are not represented by an attorney when
- 16:33Speaker 1: your name was put into a non prosecution agreement by
- 16:36Speaker 1: the Department of Justice, Kellen, correct, I was never questioned
- 16:40Speaker 1: by any law enforcement. Didn't have an attorney, Timmins. You
- 16:43Speaker 1: said that earlier. Have you ever been questioned by law enforcement? Kellen?
- 16:48Speaker 1: Not until twenty nineteen, for the first time ever, Timmins.
- 16:52Speaker 1: You were not questioned by any law enforcement before twenty nineteen, Kellen,
- 16:56Speaker 1: Not a single not a single law enforcement ever twenty nineteen,
- 17:01Speaker 1: for the very first time, Timmins. Were you aware that
- 17:04Speaker 1: Epstein was considering pleading to something in an effort to
- 17:07Speaker 1: wipe away all the crimes he had committed as of
- 17:09Speaker 1: two thousand and seven, were you aware that he was
- 17:12Speaker 1: being investigated? Were you aware that there was a legal issue? Kellen, Yeah, Timmins,
- 17:18Speaker 1: and you had no knowledge that you were associated with
- 17:21Speaker 1: his non prosecution agreement Kellen, No, Timmins. Has Richard Dyke
- 17:26Speaker 1: ever represented you in any capacity? Kellen, Darrenan Dyke, Timmins, sorry,
- 17:31Speaker 1: Darrenan Dyke Kellen, not officially, but he was, Timmins. Did
- 17:35Speaker 1: he create your LLC? Kellen? He did, yes, Timmins, So
- 17:39Speaker 1: he did represent you. Has Richard Kahn ever done any
- 17:43Speaker 1: work for you? Has he prepared your taxes? Kellen? I
- 17:46Speaker 1: don't know. I did my own taxes in the beginning, Timmins.
- 17:49Speaker 1: Did you ever submit any documents to confirm for the
- 17:52Speaker 1: purpose a review? Kellen? So, I don't know if Kahn
- 17:55Speaker 1: how much he was involved, but it was another account
- 17:58Speaker 1: and redacted who took like matted all the banking for
- 18:01Speaker 1: SLK Designs and all the associations. Timmins. And you were
- 18:06Speaker 1: one of the plaintiffs that sue the estate Kellen, yeah, Timmins.
- 18:09Speaker 1: Did Indyke ever provide you any illegal advice prior to
- 18:13Speaker 1: outside the LLC? Has he ever provided you with legal advice? Kellen?
- 18:18Speaker 1: He was kind of like the liaison for hiring attorneys
- 18:21Speaker 1: for me in some of the civil cases. He basically
- 18:24Speaker 1: was like, these are your attorneys, connecting me with them.
- 18:27Speaker 1: He was the one who up schedule the dates for
- 18:29Speaker 1: my deposition. He's the one who would give me documents
- 18:32Speaker 1: to sign, not my ex attorneys who were supposedly my attorneys.
- 18:36Speaker 1: He was going to do it, Timmins, So did you
- 18:39Speaker 1: ever sign a representation agreement with Darren Endyke Kellen? No,
- 18:44Speaker 1: I remember he told me one time. I think I
- 18:47Speaker 1: don't know how I was subpoenaed for a deposition, and
- 18:49Speaker 1: he told me to get my own attorney and that
- 18:51Speaker 1: Jeffrey would pay for it. And then Jeffrey was upset
- 18:54Speaker 1: with how much it costs and he didn't want to
- 18:56Speaker 1: pay the fees. So then he sent Darren and I
- 18:59Speaker 1: an email that said, you know, can somebody tell me
- 19:02Speaker 1: we have this goofball lawyer involved at all? And Darren
- 19:05Speaker 1: replied it was my understanding that Brian required Sarah to
- 19:09Speaker 1: have her own counsel, but I never understood why she
- 19:12Speaker 1: needed her own attorney, like, of course, we can get
- 19:14Speaker 1: rid of them. And so then they didn't pay his
- 19:17Speaker 1: fees and I couldn't afford to pay his fees, and
- 19:19Speaker 1: then Darren arranged for me to have the same attorney
- 19:22Speaker 1: as Jeffrey. Timmins. I'm out of time, but I'm going
- 19:26Speaker 1: to have some follow ups. Thank you, miss Brignac, thank
- 19:29Speaker 1: you miss Kellen. That will conclude the majority's first hour
- 19:32Speaker 1: of questioning. We'll go off the record. Mister redacted, we
- 19:37Speaker 1: are on the record. I understand that one or more
- 19:39Speaker 1: members has joined us, if they could please identify themselves
- 19:43Speaker 1: for the record. Bobert Lauren Bobert question by mister redacted.
- 19:50Speaker 1: Good morning, Miss Kellen. Kellen answer, Good morning. Question. My
- 19:54Speaker 1: name is redacted, and I'm going to be doing most
- 19:57Speaker 1: of the questions today for the minority. As we proceed,
- 20:00Speaker 1: I'm going to cover some of the topics that the
- 20:02Speaker 1: Majority is covered with you in the previous round. I'm
- 20:05Speaker 1: going to do that not to make you repeat yourself,
- 20:08Speaker 1: but just to make sure that we have a clear
- 20:10Speaker 1: record as is possible. Before I proceed, I'll note that
- 20:14Speaker 1: it's possible that some of my questions today may call
- 20:17Speaker 1: for answers that identify actual or potential survivors of Jeffrey
- 20:21Speaker 1: Epstein and Glenn Maxwell, or information from which those survivors
- 20:26Speaker 1: might be identified. To the extent that my answers to
- 20:29Speaker 1: any of those questions do contain such names or information,
- 20:34Speaker 1: I'd ask on behalf of the Minority that, prior to
- 20:36Speaker 1: any public release of the transcript of the preceding the
- 20:39Speaker 1: Majority ensure that the names of any such survivors, as
- 20:43Speaker 1: well as information from which they could be identified, are
- 20:46Speaker 1: fully redacted. And with that, Miss Kellen, you spoke during
- 20:50Speaker 1: the previous hour about certain tasks that Jeffrey asked you
- 20:54Speaker 1: to perform. I think it would be helpful if you
- 20:56Speaker 1: would just get a fuller sense of the scope of
- 20:59Speaker 1: your job duties when you were working for him and
- 21:01Speaker 1: Glenn Maxwell. Could you expound on those a bit answer. So,
- 21:05Speaker 1: it was a lot of sourcing things for all the houses.
- 21:08Speaker 1: I would have to go buy. He would say, I
- 21:11Speaker 1: want new tea sets for Palm Beach, So then I
- 21:13Speaker 1: would have to be like as many examples as I
- 21:16Speaker 1: could to show it to him and get his approval
- 21:19Speaker 1: and then go buy it. I had to put music
- 21:21Speaker 1: on his MP three player I would have. Even though
- 21:26Speaker 1: he had a private chef most of the time, he
- 21:28Speaker 1: still had me make food for him. He liked the
- 21:30Speaker 1: way I made his peanut butter and jelly sandwiches or
- 21:32Speaker 1: his tomato mozzarella sandwiches. There were different projects that Glainne
- 21:37Speaker 1: would give me. They would have had binders full of
- 21:39Speaker 1: the furniture in all of the houses that listed like
- 21:43Speaker 1: where they were from, how much they cost, and where
- 21:45Speaker 1: they were located. They were constantly moving things around, so
- 21:49Speaker 1: I had to update those. A lot of interior design
- 21:52Speaker 1: work because he was always changing houses, so I'd have
- 21:55Speaker 1: to go look for fabric samples, source furniture, have things made.
- 22:00Speaker 1: He liked to personalize all of his own like sweatpants
- 22:03Speaker 1: with embroidery and American flag on it, so I had
- 22:06Speaker 1: to source those and have them embroidered. It was always
- 22:09Speaker 1: something different, like he always had different tasks recovering his
- 22:13Speaker 1: Jim furniture in a special leather like. It was very
- 22:16Speaker 1: It wasn't normal normal things. It was very over the
- 22:19Speaker 1: top and things that, like you know, weren't normal things
- 22:23Speaker 1: for people to ask for. It was just and each
- 22:27Speaker 1: day was different depending on his whim and kind of
- 22:30Speaker 1: what he required. Question. It's my understanding that part of
- 22:33Speaker 1: your responsibility included digitizing photographs, Is that right, miss Ham?
- 22:39Speaker 1: Can you speak up a tiny bit for those in
- 22:41Speaker 1: the back redacted? Sorry, go ahead, Miss Kellen, Yes, redacted.
- 22:47Speaker 1: I have just been advised that another member has joined us,
- 22:51Speaker 1: and if that member could identify themselves redacted, he just
- 22:54Speaker 1: stepped out redacted. Sorry. Question returning to the subject digitizing
- 23:00Speaker 1: photographs Kellen. Yeah, that was a project that Glayne took
- 23:05Speaker 1: on the first few years of my employment. Question, what
- 23:08Speaker 1: did those photographs contain, Miss Ham? To the extent their
- 23:12Speaker 1: photographs of yourself, you can talk about it. To the
- 23:14Speaker 1: extent their photographs of objects in the house or the property,
- 23:18Speaker 1: the designs. That's fine, Kellen. It was all of their
- 23:22Speaker 1: old photographs that Glaine had took film, Jeffrey's baby photos. Basically,
- 23:26Speaker 1: any photos that they had, they would scan in and
- 23:29Speaker 1: burn them to a disc and digitize them redacted. Were
- 23:33Speaker 1: any of those photos actually explicit Ham? You can answer
- 23:37Speaker 1: if that's true for you, Kellen, some of them contain
- 23:40Speaker 1: nude photos of myself redacted. Question. In terms of the
- 23:44Speaker 1: work that you did for Epstein and Maxwell, you spoke
- 23:47Speaker 1: during the previous round about being based in New York
- 23:50Speaker 1: for a period of time and then Palm Beach for
- 23:52Speaker 1: a period of time. Am I correct about that answer?
- 23:56Speaker 1: When you say based there, she gets cut off. You
- 24:00Speaker 1: perform your work in those locations, Kellen. I have traveled
- 24:05Speaker 1: with them everywhere, so I would have traveled to all
- 24:07Speaker 1: the homes with them. Question, just so we have a
- 24:10Speaker 1: complete list beyond New York and Palm Beach. What other
- 24:13Speaker 1: homes did you spend time at? Answer? New York, Palm Beach,
- 24:17Speaker 1: the Island, the Ranch, Paris, and London. I think that
- 24:20Speaker 1: was all of them. Question that's help, Puul. Thank you.
- 24:24Speaker 1: Did your job duties vary from property to property depending
- 24:27Speaker 1: on where you were at any given time or were
- 24:30Speaker 1: they pretty much consistent regardless of the location. Answer? It
- 24:34Speaker 1: depended on if he was working on projects at a
- 24:37Speaker 1: particular property. The Island, he was always renovating, building new things,
- 24:42Speaker 1: meeting with landscapers or interior designers, architects, so that would
- 24:46Speaker 1: have been very much geared toward design at that property.
- 24:50Speaker 1: New York was more running errands because that's almost you
- 24:53Speaker 1: could access most of the things, buying things for the houses,
- 24:57Speaker 1: and we would collect everything in this house that would
- 25:00Speaker 1: just sit and wait for the next trip to the
- 25:02Speaker 1: next house, and then I'd have to organize it, like
- 25:04Speaker 1: load the plane up with everything to take care of. Question.
- 25:08Speaker 1: I'd like to ask you some questions about conversations you
- 25:10Speaker 1: had with Jeffrey Epstein. Did he ever tell you at
- 25:14Speaker 1: any point about his relationship with other women? Answer? Not really? Question,
- 25:19Speaker 1: did he ever talk to you about his sexual activity?
- 25:22Speaker 1: With other women. Answer no. Question did he ever tell
- 25:25Speaker 1: you what kind of women were his type? Answer? I
- 25:28Speaker 1: knew he was racist. Question was that based on the
- 25:31Speaker 1: comments you heard or conversations you had with him? Answer
- 25:35Speaker 1: comments he would make. Question are you able to be
- 25:40Speaker 1: specific about that? Answer? He would always belittle, feel bad
- 25:45Speaker 1: even saying it because it's demeaning. Question it's his words.
- 25:50Speaker 1: Answer he would use the word, I believe schwatza, which
- 25:54Speaker 1: means black people. That's like a Jewish slang word for
- 25:58Speaker 1: a black folk. Question in terms of his type during
- 26:02Speaker 1: the period of time when you worked for him, did
- 26:04Speaker 1: you have any understanding that he had a type? Answer?
- 26:07Speaker 1: I mean he had a bunch of models around him
- 26:09Speaker 1: at all times. Question and were you the sort of
- 26:13Speaker 1: characteristics you observed I mean physical appearance? Age? Answer beautiful?
- 26:18Speaker 1: Question young, I mean I was twenty two. Question were
- 26:22Speaker 1: any of them to your observation? Miners under the age
- 26:25Speaker 1: of eighteen? Miss Ham, she's not going to talk about,
- 26:28Speaker 1: you know, getting into specific victims, and I think that
- 26:31Speaker 1: would get into specific victims, So she's not going to
- 26:34Speaker 1: talk about that today. I'm sorry, she's not going to
- 26:36Speaker 1: speak about you know. It's a transcribed interview it's voluntary,
- 26:40Speaker 1: and we'd like to limit her questions to her own victimization.
- 26:44Speaker 1: She gets cut off by the person doing the questioning. Understood,
- 26:48Speaker 1: And just to be clear, I phrased the question in
- 26:50Speaker 1: general terms. I wasn't really addressing specific victims. Ham. I
- 26:56Speaker 1: think it's easier for our purposes when we're trying to
- 26:58Speaker 1: make that distinction, to stop questioning on those types of topics. Question.
- 27:04Speaker 1: Did Epstein ever tell you that he liked younger women?
- 27:07Speaker 1: Answer no, not specifically in those words. Question did he
- 27:11Speaker 1: ever tell you that he liked teenage girls? Answer no, Ham.
- 27:14Speaker 1: We really have to be careful here in terms of
- 27:17Speaker 1: she can speak of her own experience with them, but
- 27:19Speaker 1: she cannot speak to the victimization of other people. See.
- 27:23Speaker 1: I don't like all of that, and I feel like
- 27:25Speaker 1: she's hiding things. Question Well, again, I understand the distinction
- 27:32Speaker 1: you're drawing. I'm carefully addressing my questions to Epstein's words
- 27:35Speaker 1: and actions rather than the experience of his victims. Question Again,
- 27:41Speaker 1: this goes to the issue of type in your observation.
- 27:44Speaker 1: How many of the women that Epstein associated with were foreign? Answer?
- 27:49Speaker 1: It was a mix. Yeah, there was foreign and American women.
- 27:52Speaker 1: Around them. Question were they Eastern Europeans specifically? Answer sometimes?
- 27:58Speaker 1: Question do you have an understanding as to why there
- 28:01Speaker 1: was a presence of Eastern European women in particular? Answer?
- 28:05Speaker 1: I didn't really think about it. All right, folks, we're
- 28:09Speaker 1: gonna wrap up right here, and in the next episode,
- 28:11Speaker 1: we're gonna pick up where we left off. All the
- 28:13Speaker 1: information that goes with this episode can be found in
- 28:17Speaker 1: the description box. What's up, everyone, and welcome to another
- 28:20Speaker 1: episode of the Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're going
- 28:24Speaker 1: to pick up where we left off with Sarah Kellen
- 28:27Speaker 1: and her chat with Congress. Question do you know of
- 28:31Speaker 1: the name Jean lu Brunell? Answer yes? Question who is
- 28:37Speaker 1: mister Brunell? Answer he was the owner of a modeling
- 28:41Speaker 1: agency and friends with Jeffrey Ngalaane. Question was that agency
- 28:45Speaker 1: MC squared? Answer yes. Question apologies, I believe another member
- 28:50Speaker 1: has entered the room. If that member could please identify
- 28:53Speaker 1: themselves for the record. Mister Garcia Representative Garcia, mister Burlison,
- 28:59Speaker 1: representative from Missouri seventh redacted. I'm sorry, Kellen, that's okay.
- 29:05Speaker 1: Question what was your understanding mister Brunell's connection to Jeffrey
- 29:10Speaker 1: Epstein answer there were friends, and I know Jeffrey invested
- 29:14Speaker 1: in his modeling agency. Question did mister Brunell, to your knowledge,
- 29:18Speaker 1: recruit women or young girls to mc squared? Answer? I
- 29:21Speaker 1: believe he was a model scout for the agency. Question
- 29:25Speaker 1: did he then make those women available to Jeffrey Epstein? Answer?
- 29:29Speaker 1: I know that he was introduced some of the models
- 29:31Speaker 1: to him. Question and did anyone, to your knowledge ever
- 29:35Speaker 1: pay Jeffrey Epstein for arranging sexual encounters or relationships with
- 29:39Speaker 1: young women or girls? Answer? Did anyone pay Jeffrey? Question yes?
- 29:44Speaker 1: Answer not to my knowledge. Question you spoke in your
- 29:48Speaker 1: opening statement about flying on Jeffrey Epstein's plane as part
- 29:51Speaker 1: of your role. Do you recall how many times you
- 29:54Speaker 1: did that? Answer? How many times I flew on the plane?
- 29:57Speaker 1: Answer or question? Yeah? Answer it was constant, so I
- 30:01Speaker 1: couldn't give a number. Question and those trips that were
- 30:04Speaker 1: part of your job duties if I understand correctly? Answer
- 30:07Speaker 1: correct question During the period of time that you were
- 30:10Speaker 1: working for Jeffrey Epstein, did he ever travel without you
- 30:14Speaker 1: or did you always accompany him? Answer? I'm sure there
- 30:17Speaker 1: were times without that I wasn't with them. Would you
- 30:20Speaker 1: say you were with them for the majority of the trips.
- 30:23Speaker 1: Answer probably the majority. Question in terms of flights that
- 30:27Speaker 1: you were on, did you ever witness sexual activity take
- 30:30Speaker 1: place on any of those flights? Answer? I was abused
- 30:34Speaker 1: on his planes. Question it's my understanding that there was
- 30:37Speaker 1: a directory that contained the names of young women or
- 30:40Speaker 1: girls who provided massages to Jeffrey Epstein. Am I correct
- 30:44Speaker 1: about that? Answer? Glen had a directory that she and
- 30:47Speaker 1: the it guy at the time she had to make
- 30:50Speaker 1: a directory that contained all their contact information. Question was
- 30:54Speaker 1: that directory a hard copy or was it stored electronically? Answer?
- 30:59Speaker 1: It was stored on an internal server that you could
- 31:01Speaker 1: access through Citrix, so all of the employees and assistants
- 31:05Speaker 1: could access it. And then Golaine would have them printed
- 31:09Speaker 1: in hard copy I think once or twice a year,
- 31:12Speaker 1: and she had a big printer and like a whole
- 31:14Speaker 1: setup with a binding machine and a guillotine to like
- 31:18Speaker 1: print them all and make them and distribute them all
- 31:21Speaker 1: around the houses. Question where was the server located? Answer?
- 31:25Speaker 1: I'm not sure. I know. The it guy was based
- 31:28Speaker 1: in Ohio. It was the same old IT guy that
- 31:30Speaker 1: worked for Les Wesner. Question what was his name? Answer?
- 31:34Speaker 1: I don't remember right now, but it may come to me. Question.
- 31:37Speaker 1: If it does, please let us know. Answer I will.
- 31:40Speaker 1: Question you said Golaine had hard copies of the directory
- 31:44Speaker 1: printed out or two times a year. Answer I remember
- 31:47Speaker 1: the name. Sorry, question that's okay? Answer Mark Lundberg question
- 31:53Speaker 1: Mark answer Lundberg. Question l U N D B E
- 31:58Speaker 1: R G. Answer yes. Question, thank you. The hard copies
- 32:03Speaker 1: of the directory that you mentioned that Glenne Maxwell had
- 32:05Speaker 1: them printed once or twice a year. Do you know
- 32:08Speaker 1: how many hard copies were generated altogether? Answer? I don't.
- 32:12Speaker 1: Question do you know where they were kept? Answer? She
- 32:15Speaker 1: had them placed by all the phones in the houses.
- 32:17Speaker 1: Question in every house? Answer every house? Question And did
- 32:22Speaker 1: the directory only contain the names of people who gave massages?
- 32:25Speaker 1: Or did it also contain the names of other individuals? Answer?
- 32:30Speaker 1: It was everybody that they knew. It was technically Glaine's directory.
- 32:34Speaker 1: She had it categorized by locations and places. Basically everybody
- 32:38Speaker 1: they knew was in that directory. Question Okay, so it
- 32:43Speaker 1: wasn't specifically a directory of massage providers? Answer no. Question.
- 32:48Speaker 1: And do I understand correctly that all of Jeffrey's staff
- 32:51Speaker 1: had access to the directory? Answer? All of like New
- 32:55Speaker 1: York assistants in the Madison Avenue office would have had
- 32:58Speaker 1: access to it. I'm not sure about the house staff.
- 33:01Speaker 1: They would have had access to at least parts, because
- 33:04Speaker 1: I think there were other things stored on the citric
- 33:06Speaker 1: server pretending to the house. Question and who added names
- 33:10Speaker 1: to the directory over time? Answer all the assistants Klane
- 33:14Speaker 1: would usually give me like a stack of names and
- 33:17Speaker 1: numbers and tell me like what category to enter them
- 33:19Speaker 1: under as part of my tasks question, I have a
- 33:23Speaker 1: few questions about the Palm Beach House and specifically the
- 33:26Speaker 1: room in which massages were performed. To the best of
- 33:30Speaker 1: your recollection, it's my understanding that there was an image
- 33:33Speaker 1: of a nude woman or a woman inside the massage room.
- 33:36Speaker 1: Is that right? Miss Ham's sorry to clarify. Is this
- 33:40Speaker 1: an image of you? You can answer the question if
- 33:43Speaker 1: it's an image of you, Kellen. There were drawings, like
- 33:46Speaker 1: pencil drawings of like anatomy of people, like there were
- 33:51Speaker 1: question women answer men and women question were they sexually explicit? Answer?
- 33:58Speaker 1: Not really. I remember it being like a torso, but
- 34:01Speaker 1: there was like a pencil drawing and I remember paintings
- 34:04Speaker 1: of nude women in the bathroom. Question, were there any
- 34:07Speaker 1: other depictions of nude women anywhere in the house? Ham,
- 34:11Speaker 1: If they are depictions of you, you can answer Kellen,
- 34:15Speaker 1: there was a nude photo of me in the gym
- 34:17Speaker 1: and Palm Beach question, and again with the respect to
- 34:20Speaker 1: the massage room, did you ever see any sex toys
- 34:23Speaker 1: or a sexual paraphernalia inside the room? Ham, I don't
- 34:27Speaker 1: think we can answer questions on that redacted. Sorry, that's
- 34:31Speaker 1: not addressed to victims. Ham. I understand the allegations have
- 34:34Speaker 1: been made, and she's not going to answer the questions
- 34:37Speaker 1: that go down that path because it could incriminate her.
- 34:40Speaker 1: That's why. That's the sole reason. Remember, she has it
- 34:44Speaker 1: positioned here as she's a survivor. But there's a lot
- 34:48Speaker 1: more to the story redacted. I think it would be
- 34:54Speaker 1: helpful if we could define the path as we proceed, Ham,
- 34:58Speaker 1: she's not going to answer questions about other victims and
- 35:01Speaker 1: questions specific to massage in pom Beach that could implicate
- 35:04Speaker 1: other victims. Question, Okay, so the entire category of massages. Hem, yes,
- 35:10Speaker 1: question Okay. I have a few questions about Zoro Ranch.
- 35:16Speaker 1: When you were talking about your responsibilities, you said mostly
- 35:19Speaker 1: it involved sourcing that was predominantly in pom Beach that
- 35:24Speaker 1: in New York it was little more errands. Is that correct? Answer?
- 35:28Speaker 1: New York was mostly running errands to buy things for
- 35:31Speaker 1: all the houses, various houses that he wanted, and working
- 35:34Speaker 1: on projects and kind of collecting things for all the
- 35:37Speaker 1: houses to when we went to the house next. So
- 35:41Speaker 1: that was mostly running errands in New York. Question what
- 35:44Speaker 1: about Zora Ranch? What were your responsibilities related to the ranch? Answer?
- 35:49Speaker 1: I remember him doing some various renovation projects as well.
- 35:54Speaker 1: He wanted one time he wanted I believe, I don't
- 35:56Speaker 1: know if he commissioned a painting or wanted like I
- 35:58Speaker 1: don't know if he already had the pain but I
- 36:01Speaker 1: just remember there was like a big project to get
- 36:03Speaker 1: like a custom made wooden frame for it, Various things
- 36:06Speaker 1: like that. I'm trying to think specifically. I mean I
- 36:10Speaker 1: was just kind of always around to do whatever you
- 36:12Speaker 1: told me to do. Question would he ever have you
- 36:15Speaker 1: travel to Zoro Ranch to work on these projects on
- 36:18Speaker 1: your own or without them? Answer? No question, Okay, so
- 36:22Speaker 1: you would only be there when you traveled with them.
- 36:26Speaker 1: Answer Mostly there were a couple of times that he
- 36:28Speaker 1: let me go there on like a vacation to use
- 36:30Speaker 1: the ranch without them? Question got it? Did you ever
- 36:33Speaker 1: book anyone else's travel to Zoro Ranch? Answer it's possible.
- 36:38Speaker 1: Question do you have any Do you have any memory
- 36:41Speaker 1: of what that might have been for? Answer? Not specifically,
- 36:44Speaker 1: question any memory of approximate timeframe? Answer? I mean he
- 36:48Speaker 1: usually went to the ranch once a year in August.
- 36:51Speaker 1: It was kind of his typical month that he would go.
- 36:53Speaker 1: Miss Ham, Can I just clarify on booking travel? Do
- 36:56Speaker 1: you mean on his aeroplane or commercial flights? Question? Either
- 37:00Speaker 1: Ham or either redacted? Question did you do either? Answer?
- 37:06Speaker 1: I arranged travel on his private plane. I was responsible
- 37:10Speaker 1: for kind of coordinating the pilots and whoever else might
- 37:13Speaker 1: be traveling with them, and the chef and the plane
- 37:16Speaker 1: snacks and loading the plane and all of that type
- 37:18Speaker 1: of thing. And he also had me book commercial flights.
- 37:22Speaker 1: Question okay, and for both the private and commercial flights,
- 37:27Speaker 1: you don't have a firm memory of who you may
- 37:29Speaker 1: be booking the travel for. I know you said once
- 37:32Speaker 1: a year in August, but you don't have a firm
- 37:34Speaker 1: memory of what yours answer for booking travel, I don't
- 37:38Speaker 1: have a specific recollection question okay, I'm going to set
- 37:43Speaker 1: those aside and the ranking member is going to ask
- 37:45Speaker 1: some questions. Mister Garcia, thank you first, thanks for being here.
- 37:50Speaker 1: I appreciate it. I know that you're going to be
- 37:52Speaker 1: You've had a series of questions that you've been answering
- 37:55Speaker 1: all day, so I appreciate that. Just a couple of
- 37:58Speaker 1: questions that I just want to make sure get asked
- 38:00Speaker 1: in this hour. I know it's been publicly reported by
- 38:03Speaker 1: the media that Jeffrey Epstein was a visitor in some
- 38:06Speaker 1: media reports, a frequent visitor Tomorrow Lago. Was this the
- 38:10Speaker 1: case when you were working for Jeffrey Epstein, Miss Kellen
- 38:14Speaker 1: in the beginning, mister Garcia, it was okay, Kellen. He
- 38:18Speaker 1: would use the gym a lot there. Garcia, Okay, you
- 38:21Speaker 1: said the Jim Kellen, yeah, Garcia, Okay. What was your
- 38:25Speaker 1: overall understanding of Jeffrey Epstein's relationship Tomorrow Lago? Kellen? I
- 38:30Speaker 1: knew that he had been friends with President Trump. I
- 38:33Speaker 1: went with Jeffrey to the gym there a few times.
- 38:35Speaker 1: I remember one of the times meeting mister Trump for
- 38:37Speaker 1: like five minutes at mar A Lago. That was my
- 38:40Speaker 1: only encounter with him during my employment. I'd seen photos
- 38:44Speaker 1: of them them together around the houses, so I knew
- 38:46Speaker 1: that they were friendly in that regard, Garcia. And would
- 38:49Speaker 1: you consider I mean, it's been reported that Donald Trump
- 38:52Speaker 1: and Jeffrey Epstein were friends. You would consider that to
- 38:56Speaker 1: be an accurate reporting, Kellen. I would assume so from
- 38:59Speaker 1: the photographs that I saw, But I only met him
- 39:01Speaker 1: the one time in my employment at mar A Lago
- 39:03Speaker 1: for like five minutes. Garcia. And the photographs you saw
- 39:07Speaker 1: the two you saw those photographs in the various locations Kellen,
- 39:11Speaker 1: Uh huh, Garcia. And what locations Kellen, Palm Beach, the Ranch,
- 39:16Speaker 1: New York. He kind of like had the same photos
- 39:19Speaker 1: a lot of the important prominent people. He would display
- 39:22Speaker 1: them in all the houses Garcia, so Zoro Ranch, Palm Beach,
- 39:26Speaker 1: and New York. Kellen, Uh huh, Garcia. Do you recall
- 39:30Speaker 1: about when Jeffrey Epstein sort of stop going Tomorrow Lago? Kelln, Yes, Garcia.
- 39:35Speaker 1: Can you give me more a little more information on that, Kellen?
- 39:39Speaker 1: It was pretty early on in my employment. I remember,
- 39:41Speaker 1: I don't know if I ever heard him like him
- 39:43Speaker 1: and Glaine talking about or how I knew, but Trump
- 39:46Speaker 1: banned him from going back because he had like hid
- 39:48Speaker 1: on a member's daughter or something along those lines. Garcia,
- 39:52Speaker 1: Uh huh, And there was I know there's been public
- 39:54Speaker 1: reporting they had some type of falling out. There was
- 39:57Speaker 1: also a falling out with a house that there were
- 40:00Speaker 1: both bidding on in Palm Beach, and I believe Trump. Well,
- 40:03Speaker 1: I know that Trump won the bid and there was
- 40:05Speaker 1: a bit of contention around that, Garcia. So involving some
- 40:09Speaker 1: kind of real estate transaction, Kellen, Uh huh, Garcia, Okay,
- 40:14Speaker 1: I know that there's been reporting on that as well.
- 40:16Speaker 1: Now it's been reported that mar A Lago was sending
- 40:18Speaker 1: spawn employees, usually young women, to the Palm Beach house
- 40:21Speaker 1: to provide massages, manicures, other services. We know Glenn Maxwell's
- 40:26Speaker 1: accused of recruiting and trafficking survivors there. This has been
- 40:30Speaker 1: public reporting. Are you do you recall this, Kellen? I
- 40:33Speaker 1: don't recall that during my time, Garcia, but you have
- 40:38Speaker 1: since then heard about the public reporting, kell and I
- 40:40Speaker 1: have Garcia. Okay, did you ever schedule appointments for any
- 40:43Speaker 1: mar A Lago employees to come to Epstein's home? Kellen, No, Garcia,
- 40:48Speaker 1: So you yourself never scheduled any employee any appointments from mar
- 40:52Speaker 1: A Lago to Jeffrey Epstein's home. Is that correct, Kellen.
- 40:55Speaker 1: Not that I remember, Garcia, but you have read the
- 40:58Speaker 1: public record. Are you aware of anyone else that scheduled
- 41:02Speaker 1: any appointments for anybody from mar A Lago to Jeffrey Epstein, Kellen,
- 41:06Speaker 1: I've read the accounts of Glene meeting Virginia at mar
- 41:09Speaker 1: A Lago, Garcia, where you will aware at the time
- 41:12Speaker 1: that Glaine had met Virginia. Kellen. I wasn't aware of
- 41:14Speaker 1: that story until I read it or heard about it
- 41:17Speaker 1: in the press Garcia. But I'm assuming that you have
- 41:20Speaker 1: met You've met Virginia at some point, Kellen. I don't
- 41:23Speaker 1: remember meeting her. I'm aware of there being two flight
- 41:25Speaker 1: logs with us on it together, but other than that,
- 41:28Speaker 1: I don't remember. Garcia. I'm going to thank you. We'll
- 41:32Speaker 1: have additional questions on this topic a little bit later,
- 41:34Speaker 1: but thank you. All right. I hope we're going to
- 41:36Speaker 1: wrap up right here, and in the next episode dealing
- 41:38Speaker 1: with the topic, we're going to pick up where we
- 41:40Speaker 1: left off. All the information that goes with this episode
- 41:44Speaker 1: can be found in the description box.
