- 0:10Good morning everyone. This is Michelle Hughes from Ageless and Timeless Today. I
- 0:15have a guest that I have been talking to for quite a while and he
- 0:18was introduced to me through a very loving friendship that I have with a gentleman
- 0:23who was on my podcast named Phil Mickens. And that's gentleman from London who
- 0:31runs a company called International Aging Systems and he is just a fabulous human being.
- 0:39And one day we were chatting and he said, I want you to
- 0:42meet James Stroll because I think you two are going to really connect and you
- 0:48have a lot of the same alignments in your thinking. And so anyway,
- 0:52he went on to give me a whole treatise on James before I ever chatted
- 0:56with him. So, James, thank you so much for coming on Ageless
- 1:00and Timeless Today and we're welcome. Well, thank you for having me.
- 1:04And yeah, Bill Phil Meekins is a great individual. WEB know him for
- 1:08I think about seven years now. Yeah, yeah, he's he. If
- 1:15you ever have a chance to listen to our podcast, it was pretty pretty
- 1:19interesting and of course he always has something to say. And I saw him
- 1:23at at the American Academy of Anti Aging in December, and I said,
- 1:26hey, Phil wanted to come over and meet me at Muscle and Fitness where
- 1:32you know, that's one of our distribution sites. And so I was at
- 1:34their booth. So he comes over and was in about five minutes. He
- 1:41was being interviewed by Rob Fletcher and his cohorts for one of their podcasts.
- 1:47So I guess that we worked well ful Phil, that he just stopped by
- 1:51and it just was secured. It was fortuitous that they were ready to do
- 1:57a show, and there he was, and so suddenly he became a movie
- 2:00star at Muscle and Fitness. But I don't think does he go to Radfest
- 2:07your your festival that fil has been several times? Oh, okay, does
- 2:10he? Does he exhibit there? Yes, he's gonna He's gonna have an
- 2:15exhibit this year. He probably won't come this year. He's got some issues
- 2:19going on, but the puppy will be represented. Okay, Well, let
- 2:23me tell our viewers a little bit about you, James, because you have
- 2:29such a fascinating background. I really didn't know of you until Phil mentioned.
- 2:35Then I did all my homework and then I spoke to you, and like
- 2:38I was completely blown away by all of your history, and we'll talk about
- 2:44that in a moment. But so so, the Coalition for Radical Life Extension
- 2:50is one of your babies, along with well you have people Unlimited rad Fest,
- 2:55which stands for Revolution against Aging and Death for anyone that wants to know
- 3:00what that means. So it's our aa D and then Fest and that's an
- 3:06annual event that happens and it will be happening in Anaheim September. Was it
- 3:12fifth to seventh? Right by eight? Yeah, so at the highest regency
- 3:17and we'll flash a little information about that on the screen during the show today.
- 3:23But anyway, so I've done a lot of homework on you, and
- 3:27the more I read about you, the more I watch you on podcasts,
- 3:30the more enthusiastic I become about what you stand for. And I know it's
- 3:37it's still in the I guess you'd say, the controversial phase of development.
- 3:44But you've been doing this for what fifty years now, So let's let's talk
- 3:49a little bit about how this all happened and start us from the beginning.
- 3:52I know you were eleven years old and your grandmother passed away and that was
- 3:55a life changing event. Why don't you take it from there and tell us
- 4:00exactly what happened and how you came from there to hear. Hey, okay,
- 4:05I'll do my best to cover that I have so so, yeah,
- 4:10you're right. I was eleven years old my grandmother passed. I was very
- 4:14close. There was my first experience, you know, with somebody close to
- 4:16me dying. I think most everybody's had this kind of experience, you know.
- 4:19For me, it was very very painful, and because she was a
- 4:25very vibrant woman, loving and you know I adored her, you know,
- 4:30as a kid, and so yeah, I saw her really suffer with cancer
- 4:35and her body just you know, fade away. And then when she died,
- 4:41I had a lot of you know, grief over that. I asked
- 4:45my mother, I said, well, we get to see you grandmother again,
- 4:46you know, And my mother said, well when when you die and
- 4:49go to heaven? And I thought, oh, well that didn't sound really
- 4:54you know, great to a kid, right when you have to die to
- 4:56go to go and and so so uh, you know, kids a lot
- 5:00of times can can simplify these matters that we adults we come, we make
- 5:05them more complex. So it's pretty simple to me. I didn't want to
- 5:10die and so I said to my mother, I said, well, why
- 5:12can't we have heaven here on earth? Yeah, you know, and my
- 5:15mother said, oh, that's a good thought. She was she was progressive,
- 5:19she was a seeker on that level, and she said, that's a
- 5:23good thought. Why don't you pursue that? So that was in my blood,
- 5:26you might want to say, for from then on. I mean,
- 5:30when I was in school, i'd write themes on this topic, you know,
- 5:34fifth and sixth grade, and I would write, you know, all
- 5:39kinds. Whenever there's an opportunity to write some theme would I'd write on this
- 5:43particular topic, how we could create a world without without death. I didn't
- 5:47know what that totally meant in that context. I just felt like that was
- 5:51kind of world we should have, that that would be the end of suffering
- 5:56of that nature. Because at an early age, like I said, I
- 6:00experienced that kind of suffering. I know many other people, not everyone,
- 6:03at some level another experienced that. I'm very conscious of that today. So
- 6:08all of that, I just kept pursuing that. That was, like I
- 6:12say, in my blood. I at the early age I was sixteen,
- 6:15I got into Intrigo yoga. The Master of the teacher was Sri or A
- 6:21Bindo, and he was like the Abraham Lincoln of India. He wanted to
- 6:26bring together all the Yogi's to use their enlightenment. He said, why why
- 6:30are we Why are we gain all this truth and knowledge and enlightenment just to
- 6:33compete with each other with it? You know, why don't we use it
- 6:38for to create a superbody. Let's join together all of us and create a
- 6:43superbody that would not die. That was his passion that really moved at that
- 6:46time, because that's that's the stream. It's it's interesting. You probably know
- 6:48this yourself. When you really have something you're passionate about, you you know
- 6:53it, you draw it, you draw it to you. Well, we're
- 6:57all energetic beings, so if you believe in something, it's gonna you're probably
- 7:00going to be energetically manifesting that, right. Yeah, So I manifested that
- 7:04opportunity. It was a great it was a great experience. I was in
- 7:08that for like four to five years. I studied in the Srear Vendo astroom
- 7:14in San Francisco. Also there's one here in Sedona, and uh, you
- 7:19know, I learned a lot about the focusing energy, you know, because
- 7:25that's what Subno was about. To focus that enlightenment and energy on creating a
- 7:29body, a human body together said, if we're all pull together, we
- 7:32can do this. Well, he wasn't really successful at uniting people from that
- 7:36level he brought. He did a lot, he created a lot of it
- 7:39made a big impact, but it wasn't you know, it's a very difficult
- 7:42thing to unite people and something that they, uh say, haven't really embraced,
- 7:47you know, on that level. So so anyway, I kept,
- 7:51you know, moving and went to college and and then I met, uh
- 7:56my partner, Bernardine and her partner and a partner she was working with at
- 8:03that time, Charles Paul Brown in nineteen sixty eight. And they were speaking
- 8:07at that time on unlimited lifespans and immortality, saying that that's the true human
- 8:11potential for people. And wow, that's great. I love this. And
- 8:18I was in college at the time, and I started going to all their
- 8:20events. They were living in Colorado, they would come, they would take
- 8:26tours through Arizona and other states. Anytime they were here in Arizona, I'd
- 8:30see them. Finally, I went to Colorado to one of their events.
- 8:33There they had over five hundred people and the event up up in Estes Park,
- 8:37Colorado. When I went up, it was a phenomenal event. And
- 8:41that was sixty eight, sixty eight. Yes, that's amazing that that movement
- 8:48was actually evolving at that early time. That was what how many years ago
- 8:52sixty eight to today? Thirty two forty two? What was it? Or
- 8:58wait, uh, it is fifty years, right, more than fifty years,
- 9:05yeah, more than fifty years. So so yeah, I was really
- 9:09really moved by them. And they were touring the states speaking about in this
- 9:15subject, and I thought, you know what, that's what I want to
- 9:16do. So I was already I was in college, I was studying business,
- 9:20but I thought, this is what I want to do. I mean,
- 9:22this is the business I want to do. So so I kept going
- 9:26to their events wherever they were, and fortunately, finally, you know,
- 9:30they asked me to And I was always you know, helping out on things
- 9:33with them and programs, they asked me to join them in a tour,
- 9:37you know, so so I did that. It was an amazing experience.
- 9:43I wasn't speaking much then. I'm more or less write my feelings about you
- 9:48know, super longevity and immortality. But then I began to you know,
- 9:52where we go to these events because because they always opened up for people to
- 9:56express themselves. And so I started speaking with those of the Gradually, in
- 10:01nineteen seventy two, we decided to work together. I had a lot of
- 10:05experience in business. My dad is a businessman. I wanted to see this
- 10:09movement accelerate. So I said, hey, look, I'm going to help
- 10:11raise money, you know, for you guys, so you can you know,
- 10:15work more full time in this. And that's what I did. I
- 10:18created a network of businesses so that you know, they could and consequently eventually
- 10:24I could uh work work full time and spreading the news on immortality and unlimited
- 10:31and the possibility of unlimited lifespans. So you know, I say that because
- 10:35immortality and life and unlimited lifespans, because in our community, you have some
- 10:41people, for example, that are really into immortality, you know, unlimited
- 10:43lifespans. That's that's me, I'm an immortalist. Then you have others that
- 10:48say they just want to live as long as they want to live, and
- 10:50they might want a many years to So I have no argument with any of
- 10:54that. Whatever people feel, but for sure we need to extend their lifespans
- 10:58and get out of this era of survival. Today's podcast is brought to you

- 11:31dot com to find out more information about these powerful methods. I'm sorry,
- 11:37James, I didn't mean to interrupt you, but that that really triggers something
- 11:41in me, which is, you know, death is and survival are negative
- 11:46emotions. I mean for some people maybe it is a blessing, but that's
- 11:50because they're still in living in that, like you said, limited mindset.
- 11:54But how do you go from the negative to the creative, which is the
- 12:01immortality? Yeah? Well, you know, to me, I mean,
- 12:07first of all, as difficult as it is because of the program that's so
- 12:13strong in our bodies, that death is inevitable and and you know you talk
- 12:18to most people, and especially back in those days, I mean we had
- 12:20a lot of great responses from people, but most people would say, oh,
- 12:22there's no scientific proof on that, that's impossible. You know, you
- 12:28guys are crazy. Of course, everybody's been called crazy, right that had
- 12:31any really advan progressive innovation invention. So that didn't stop me. But but
- 12:37you know, so what I experienced in myself was the more I began to
- 12:43open myself up, I'll say, to the mindset, lifestand uh, the
- 12:50more I felt transformations in my own body. I'm I'm been here seventy six
- 12:56years now on this planet, and I feel better than ever, you know,
- 13:03really more enthusiastic about living. I see the unlimited possibilities. Uh,
- 13:09there's no guarantee, you know, obvious, because no one's really broke through
- 13:13what I call that death barrier yet, but it will happen, right,
- 13:16I'm moving that it will happen in my time because I want to be a
- 13:20pioneer with an arrow on my back. Right. So anyway, Uh,
- 13:26then I also experienced that there is a an eight i'll say, potential that
- 13:33already lies there in our lays, there in our bodies. Uh, to
- 13:37live and unlived Iceman, That's why, that's why really people have sought,
- 13:41as you know, from the beginning of time, you know, immortality or
- 13:46the fountain of youth innately in our bodies, the desire, right, So,
- 13:52so I call that desire the immortal lineage. Okay, m h.
- 13:58We tap into that mortal lineage. Okay, Uh, there there's and and
- 14:03surrendered to that potential is there in our bodies. I used that word surrender
- 14:07because it's not something you have to fight for or struggle. We're so used
- 14:11to struggling for everything in our society. This is not something we have to
- 14:15struggle for. Uh, that's part of our survival mechanism. Something we have
- 14:18to surrender to in our own bodies. This immortal lineage is already there.
- 14:22So I had to expressed a couple of years ago of actually having a total
- 14:26surrender of that to that in my body. And it happened. Interesting enough.
- 14:31I'm not a religious person per se, and this didn't have anything to
- 14:35do for me for religion, but I was watching a story called The Chosen
- 14:43about Jesus and uh and in it at that time, I was kind of
- 14:48hungry for something more, more energy, more resilience for my own body.
- 14:50I knew that. I knew that this path that I had chosen for unlimited,
- 14:56for an unlimited lifespan, for immortality was something that was uh uh,
- 15:00a lot to be reckoned within that It's going to more strength than any of
- 15:03us really recognize or are familiar with, more resilience because of all things we
- 15:07have to face and living, you know, just you know, the time
- 15:11we're here on this planet, the things we have to face much less in
- 15:13another one hundred two hundred years, right, So there's a lot to experience
- 15:16and go through. So I knew there had to be something more. So
- 15:20I was watching this film because I was hungry for something more, and I
- 15:22just you know, I just it was a chosen The Life is Jesus,
- 15:26and I felt like energy. The actor was so good in it a way
- 15:31to portrayed Jesus. I felt a new energy in my body, and I
- 15:33went, what's that? What is it? You know? And so as
- 15:39I begin to let myself feel that, I thought, well, it feels
- 15:43good. Maybe it's just something I'm feeling, you know, right now,
- 15:46from this kind of inspirational moment. And but I woke up in the morning
- 15:50the short stories, I woke up in the morning fear feeling entirely new.
- 15:52After I watched that in my body and I thought, I thought, what
- 15:58what what happened there? And been as the days went by, I felt
- 16:02better and better all the time. And today that's two years ago. Today
- 16:06it's even stronger than me than ever. And what I got in touch with
- 16:10is that, uh, through that experience, I think Jesus was the first
- 16:15man uh like this. See, this potential has always been there in humankind,
- 16:18but I think he was the man human being to actually embrace it,
- 16:22actually takes the human body in the way it's never been embraced. Consequently,
- 16:27he awakened I use that term, this lineage in the body and enabled it
- 16:32for all of us to experience. What I was was the spirit of him,
- 16:37of that immortal energy in my body from him right. Well he was
- 16:41he was immortal, and he said we were uh, we were cast in
- 16:47his image. So at least that's what he hoped. Uh. So you
- 16:52know, his crucifixion was just hijacking. Like you once said, I think
- 16:56one of your let's say, he was hijacked by unfortunately, you know,
- 17:00by detractors who didn't that immortality. But whatever. Yeah, So the way
- 17:08I dissept that if I were trying to give somebody an explanation and lay terms
- 17:15about what happened to you, I would say, you have a spiritual awakening
- 17:18with an energetic If you want to take the science side of it, it
- 17:22was an energetic reaction, so you have both the spiritual and the physical.
- 17:30And result was, you know, a very It was a mental state at
- 17:34first, but it became it manifested into a physical state that has stayed with
- 17:40you. And how lucky do you? How lucky are you? I feel
- 17:44so blessed. I feel so blessed that and thank you. That was a
- 17:47great explanation, a graduation of the experience. Yeah, I got goosebumps when
- 17:52you said that. So that's kind of a witnessing, right of the energy.
- 17:56Yeah. I just thought that's new energy then and just grow on me
- 18:00ever since then, and I started, if you've watched my videos, I'm
- 18:03expressing about this all the time, and it's contagious. I mean, I
- 18:08have an organization here. At first when I started talking about this, they
- 18:11went like, where are you going? You know, there are people who
- 18:17you know, still believe that it's kookie and I mean the yirre eccentric that
- 18:21you know, they don't quite get the gist of the possibility, so there's
- 18:26always going to be that element. But the fact that Radfest, for example,
- 18:32has grown to what it is today from twenty sixteen. I think that
- 18:37in itself is an example of well, you know, hope, hope lasts.
- 18:44We hope that people will always hope, right and as long as we
- 18:48have hope in our lives and faith and belief systems, which you were just
- 18:52blessed to arrive at the state when you were basically eleven years old, and
- 18:57you kept, you know, getting more and more depth and involvement, but
- 19:04to find your calling in life. Do you realize how lucky you are that
- 19:10you found your calling? And some people go through life and never find what
- 19:14they were brought here for and you were given that gift at eleven years old,
- 19:18So you know, kudos to you, and kudos to the universe for
- 19:22giving you such an amazing opportunity. And here you are today that now inspiring
- 19:29with your partner Bernadette. You know other is it Bernadett or Bernadine as Bernadine
- 19:37Bernadine? Okay, sorry, but you know that you are inspiring so many
- 19:41others. So let me just ask you a philosophical question because it does relate
- 19:47to immortality and to the physical side of living forever. Uh, this gets
- 19:52into the emotional and the spiritual. How can we as human beings, if
- 19:57we are going to live a longer life, let's say, even if it's
- 20:02not immortal, but we are going to extend have an extended lifespan, how
- 20:06can we be kinder to each other? So that's the world that we're creating
- 20:11to live in for all these extra years, is a better place to be?
- 20:17That's a that's a great, great question. Thank you, Thank you
- 20:19for bringing that up. You know, well, you know, uh yeah,
- 20:23I've gone to tremendous depths about this because, as you've been saying,
- 20:29I work with a lot of people and work with him close. You know,
- 20:34that's one of the reasons I hungered myself to have a deeper experience,
- 20:40uh of connection. That's what two years ago when I began to feel what
- 20:45I did and then had the experience around Jesus. And you're right, you
- 20:49understand a lot of that because the program, even around Jesus has been so
- 20:53traumatic for so many people, you know, and really it's been you know,
- 20:57he's been used as a figure sometimes and to both uh, you know,
- 21:02inspire people and to chastise people, you know, religion and so.
- 21:06But the Jesus I'm talking about, I just want to make this clear,
- 21:08is that Jesus before, before he was hijacked and a different meaning was given
- 21:12to him. I'm talking about this human being like you and I who had
- 21:15this passion and love for the flesh. And that what I want to get
- 21:21at in your question, it's a confirmation we're never going to feel each other
- 21:26and connect with each other from an old place that we've been trying to for
- 21:29thousands of years because all separate entities, we've come from different genes. But
- 21:34but this opportunity that there's this same lineage that all of us and when we
- 21:41each tap into that, we become we become each other's lineage, and then
- 21:45there's a love for each other and the kindness that comes out that as it's
- 21:49like, you know, you're you're doing under yourself really as you do unto
- 21:55others. You do under others as you do under yourself. But there's no
- 21:59really my experience, and I've been working this for a long time, you
- 22:03know, there's no other I've been working for oneness, you might say,
- 22:06and this kind of connection you're talking about for fifty years. And that was
- 22:08part of my cry two years ago, was that how do I get a
- 22:12deeper connection than what we're happening. It's not been totally there. And that's
- 22:18when I realized that are still coming from the mortal lineage that I was born
- 22:22into, and from that mortal lineage, we're not connected. You know,
- 22:26we're in survival our family. People love their families, but they don't love
- 22:32each other. And even sometimes love their families, but the family is the
- 22:34most important thing. They don't They don't connect it with the neighbor that way,
- 22:37even though even though they in their heart maybe they want to. But
- 22:41when we realize that we're and had that surrendered to being the same lineage,
- 22:45there's automatic a communion I call it of our bodies that happens that that we
- 22:49begin to have a feeling and a passion and a virtue that pours out for
- 22:55one another that's never been before. And that's what I'm experiencing. I have
- 22:59no fire with anybody. Uh. I used to be trying to struggle with
- 23:03people all the time before this, two years before two years ago to get
- 23:06him to be immortal. I was ready to I was ready to shake him
- 23:08into it right now, accepting that's what it took, because I was so
- 23:12at such a strong conviction of it. But today I realized, Wow,
- 23:17it's not by as Jesus said, it's not by mind, it's not by
- 23:18power. But it's by my spirit, you know, by this spirit and
- 23:22love and love. Love, which is the greatest emotion of all of all
- 23:30is that of all of what you're describing. So your unconditional love for everyone,
- 23:36which you obviously discovered that that night, that you had in you,
- 23:41it has allowed you to not be uh, you know, create a version
- 23:45or you know. Basically, it's acceptance. You've accepted your place in life
- 23:49as a teacher and kind of on a way I don't want to, you
- 23:53know, make your head get swelled, but like a prophet in a way,
- 23:57and you're spreading the message of something, whether people believe in immortality or
- 24:03just say a longer health span and lifespan, even that is a great leap
- 24:10of faith because most people are programmed to believe they're going to be born to
- 24:14die, you know, and they so how do you calibrate the spiritual with
- 24:21the scientific because obviously a lot of the beliefs that you're proposing have a scientific
- 24:26basis in fact, and that's what's creating this groundswell in the last let's say,
- 24:33ten years of interest in what you're doing because science has basically caught up
- 24:40with the belief system. So how do you calibrate that? Yeah, thank
- 24:44you, good question too. So let me let me go back to the
- 24:48love thing for this one moment because I want to address up that you said
- 24:49there. As long as you're coming from immortal love, where you know,
- 24:55and you see that all the time people love each other, next next week,
- 24:57they don't, they hate each other. Focus. But when we're coming
- 25:02from this this lineage, this immortal lineage that Jesus uh captured. Okay,
- 25:07it's it's it has no bounds, endless, it's endless, it goes expands,
- 25:14it's a lie. So that's the difference immortal love that we were born
- 25:18into and immortal love that that we can be, that we can surrender to
- 25:22and and and it has no limitations. So I just want to want to
- 25:26add that now, as far as science and and the spiritual and the science,
- 25:30uh, I I have experienced that it's it's all ours. I use
- 25:37that term. Okay, the body, mind, soul are all one.
- 25:41And uh, when there's an awakening of the body, for example, Uh,
- 25:48we draw to us everything we need. I feel like, Look,
- 25:52just to be clear, what I'm talking about of the immortal lineage is is
- 25:55like a platform, is the foundation to build this new world on. It's
- 26:00not all We're gonna draw to us then the best of science, the best
- 26:04information, everything we need to complete this new world. But but it all
- 26:11so it all works together, there's no separations. Some people say, oh,
- 26:14you know, I believe in the spiritual. I don't believe in the
- 26:15science, or I believe in the science. I believe in the spiritual.
- 26:18In one sense, it's it's a big miss because we need it all.
- 26:23We need it all. First of all, we don't want to live it,
- 26:26uh, in this world forever, constantly battling with each other and with
- 26:33the threat of total annihilation, right you know. That's that's why I asked
- 26:37the environment all the time, and and there's no security in it anyway.
- 26:41It's not sustainable exactly. We want to I want a world that we feel
- 26:45there's deep spiritual connection of our bodies with each other there's there's deep passion and
- 26:51virtue and now and now that we're gonna it's a foundation for us to draw
- 26:55everything we need to build on top of that. Mm hmm. So okay,
- 27:00So let's talk about some of the specific science and and and and also
- 27:03you know, I'm an entrepreneur like you and a businesswoman, and I you
- 27:08know, always follow the media on what's happening in the longevity world. And
- 27:14you can't help noticing that some of the you know, the the tech billionaires
- 27:18are subscribing to investments, big investments in uh, these startups that are focused
- 27:26on on not so much immortality. I wouldn't say, I would say longevity,
- 27:33healthy living, healthy living. Right. So we've got Jeff Bezos,
- 27:37we have uh, Peter Theo, we have Larry Page, we have Michael
- 27:42West, we have Peter Diamandis and Tony Robbins and so on and so forth.
- 27:48So and you know some of those companies, and I'm sure some of
- 27:52them have come to your festival. Correct, Yes, some of those people?
- 27:56Okay, so, and and has has have any of them spoken at
- 28:02rat Fest? Michael West? Michael West, Okay, a couple of times.
- 28:06He's amazing he's really really amazing. You know, you know, oh,
- 28:10you're having at rat Fast this year, that is coming on my podcast
- 28:12shortly. In fact, you had the reason today that we were able to
- 28:18have you on. Is Eric Verdon. Yeah. Yeah, Eric was supposed
- 28:21to be on last week and he had to cancel, and he's coming on
- 28:26in July. But I have become good friends, and you know he's right
- 28:30next door to be's at the Buck Institute. Well, I wouldn't say he's
- 28:34one of the tech billionaires. He's certainly one of those cutting edge, out
- 28:40in front leading thinkers, along with doctor Lee Hood and doctor Brettison, they've
- 28:45all you know, basically their their motto is lived longer, Live better longer,
- 28:51so similar to Yeah. So I was so happy to see that he's
- 28:56one of your speakers because you know, he basically started as an medical doctor
- 29:02at UCSF and I actually asked him about that. I asked doctor Leehood about
- 29:06it too. I said, you two are amazing, and I know they've
- 29:08influenced each other, but they both started out as traditional allopathic providers at a
- 29:15traditional hospital in San Francisco, and look where they are today and what they're
- 29:21what they're espousing anyway, so let's go back to the question. I'm sorry
- 29:26I digress, but I just you know, I was so excited to see
- 29:29that Eric's going to be part of RATST. That'll be a Actually he's coming
- 29:36on before Radfast, so I'll make sure I talk about it on a podcast
- 29:40interview. So let's go back to the question though about science and the development,
- 29:45because obviously this isn't just pie in the sky theory. We're talking about
- 29:51actual things that are have occurred in the medical field technologically. Peter Dinamandez Saturday
- 29:59for them to years ago, that the last ten years have accomplished more than
- 30:03the last hundred years, and that AI and tel ameres and DNA and all
- 30:10these things that were not even known in the vocabulary. So these are the
- 30:15tool chests, this is the tool chess that you are relying on really for
- 30:21the theory of expanded lifespan or possibly immortality. So well, I'm so grateful
- 30:30today that these innovations now exist and there being there's more great protocols and innovations
- 30:37for longevity coming out all the time. You know, back when I first
- 30:42started speaking, you know, and working in this field in nineteen seventy two,
- 30:48there wasn't, you know, hardly any science at all. I remember
- 30:51one scientist, he was a Nobel Prize winner, Joshua Joshua Ledenbergh was his
- 30:56name, and he was speaking in Scosdale where I live here, and but
- 31:00you know, as a science agin I could you couldn't get in. But
- 31:02the next day in the paper that was back in nineteen seventy four, next
- 31:06day in the paper came out Joshua Ledenbergh said immortality as possible in nineteen seventy
- 31:11four. So yeah, So I'm so grateful today though, that we are
- 31:18where we're at, and there's really some great protocols out there now, gene
- 31:25therapies, immune therapies, s analytics, exosomes, stem cells, all these
- 31:32great different innovations and protocols that can help us get to the next step.
- 31:37I mean, when you're talking about, you know, unlimited lifespans, that's
- 31:41because that's what I'm about. That's what rat cuss is about. It's not
- 31:42about just healthy living that's about that's important, but it's about with a cutting
- 31:48edge of immortality, unlimited lifespands. That's what focus is. So so when
- 31:56you're talking about that, you know it's a. Uh, it's a foundational
- 32:00thing. Again, it's steps. It's not just like you're going to create
- 32:04one innovation and that's gonna be the magic bullet. Okay, some specific,
- 32:07great you know, uh, innovations that will take us will take us.
- 32:10I'll say a leaps, you know, like a like a like some of
- 32:14these gene therapies. Doctor Bill Andrews is working one. Now. You probably
- 32:17know him. I told you he's coming on the podcast in the about two
- 32:23I think two or three weeks. Yeah, doctor Andrews, and you and
- 32:29I talked about him when we spoke earlier. Yeah. So he he's got
- 32:34a gene therapy that can reverse aging, you know, to back to biological
- 32:38age of twenty five, if if it were completely. And he's already proved
- 32:42the concept you know, in the lab. So now just look on to
- 32:45human studies. That's that's remarkable. Can you imagine being being say ninety chronologically
- 32:50and twenty five biologically. That that's enormous. And he's just looking at funding
- 32:53to get that, to get that proven. So many others out there like
- 32:58that. That's exciting, you know. I mean I predicted the next one
- 33:01to five years, Uh, we're going to have something remarkable and that level
- 33:07it's gonna change the world. Now. In the meantime, we have all
- 33:08these great innovations that we can use. I use them. I've done set
- 33:13aletics, dim cells, extra zomes. Uh, you know, many many
- 33:16different my therapies like of that nature. Uh. It's fantastic. They're fantastic.
- 33:22And that's why I encourage people like Ray Curswell said, stay alive long
- 33:25enough to live forever, because everything is moving so fast that what we know
- 33:30today to keep us healthy next year, you know, something to take us
- 33:35to that next step, and that it is, uh step our way into
- 33:39this new world. Uh. Ray Curswell recently and in his new book,
- 33:45Uh you know, well you just put it out. It's called uh I'll
- 33:52shoot it's it's about being closer to uh this new age of immortality. Yeah,
- 34:00it'll come to me. But he speaks in the very strongly, and
- 34:04he spoke at rather fast about this last year that in twenty and thirty we're
- 34:09going to be entering into the era of immortality. I know he said that
- 34:16six years. Yeah, his predictions, and he's been very accurate in a
- 34:22lot of his predictions. So whether that whatever, that looks like at that
- 34:25time, whether it's you know, uploading ourselves into the cloud, you know
- 34:30that there'll be different steps and people are going to you know, what's kind
- 34:35of nice in one sense, I'll use this term, it's kind of nice
- 34:38that there's gonna be different options for people, depending upon their situation, to
- 34:43experience an unlimited lifespan or at least a long time to live. And because
- 34:50this time we have now on this planet is almost an atrocity really to book
- 34:57all of our lives, get seventy, you know, sixty seven years old
- 35:00and begin to ciate and everything because the fall apart, the same thing with
- 35:04people around you. It's horrible. It's horrible. You love to ciate,
- 35:10and not only that to really no one's replaceable, but you see all these
- 35:15people that we lose, right, and it just shouldn't be. And so
- 35:21that's what we're doing. So much of it is life choices, which we
- 35:24can get deeper into that because we do need to break down how some people
- 35:31do live a longer life in a healthier life while others deteriorate. And there
- 35:37are you know, very methodical things that people can do, and we've talked
- 35:43about many of those subjects on my podcast, which you know, of course
- 35:46his diet and nutrition and stress and sleep and all of that. But one
- 35:54thing I did want to say to you, and it's something that's been bothered
- 36:00me lately and I just need to put it out there. Well before before
- 36:04I get to that, though, I do want to say that Mark Twain
- 36:07said how old would you be if you didn't know how old you were?
- 36:12And I love that because so if he ask you that, what would you
- 36:15say? How do I be if I didn't know how? You know?
- 36:20I always say anyways that I'm ageless. Okay, well, that's why you're
- 36:23on my podcast, because that's how I got the name because people ask me
- 36:27all the time, Oh, Michelle, how old are you? And I
- 36:29would say I would never answer them, and I would say I'm ageless and
- 36:32timeless. And then when I came around to thinking, how do I make
- 36:36this into something that will help others because it's my belief system, that's how
- 36:40the name came about. So yeah, so you're ageless and I'm ageless,
- 36:44so we're both very lucky. Yeah, these numbers can have a power over
- 36:47you, you know, thinking and you see this all the time in our
- 36:52society. You know, twenty year old thinks he's got to be like everybody
- 36:55else that's twenty. Then same thing with the thirties, forties, and then
- 36:59pretty soon may all kind of imitate each other and they don't want to get
- 37:02out of the box because they don't want to be thought of as different.
- 37:05Many times, and then as you begin to mature and you get to say
- 37:09in your seventies or eighties or whatever, you know, people see you as
- 37:13a certain way there you're old, and they talk to you even a different
- 37:15way on the phone where they think they think you're you know, over seventy.
- 37:20They're going, Hi, honey, old person, I'm saying, what
- 37:24the hell do you want? Right exactly? Yeah, well, very lucky.
- 37:30A lot of people in James the difference between biological and chronological age,
- 37:36and I think it's really important somebody, you know, if you are not
- 37:39going to answer I'm ageless, you could certainly give a number for your biological
- 37:45age, because I'm sure you know what that is, and you know that
- 37:47it's always getting better every year because you're doing more and more experimenting. But
- 37:55it's just something that I do think people are stuck on age and chronological age
- 38:01and more than anybody now because for the first time in my life, I
- 38:07was married, you know, for forty plus years. Met my husband when
- 38:12we were fourteen, and unfortunately he passed away. So now I'm a single
- 38:17woman in the dating world, and suddenly age becomes relevant, which it wasn't
- 38:22really to me at all, because I was just every year was getting better.
- 38:25I always said I might be a year older, I've been around the
- 38:29sun another year, but I'm getting better and I'm getting younger all the time.
- 38:32So there was that belief system. You tend to manifest that reality.
- 38:37But when you're single, you know, if you're on a dating site,
- 38:40that's the first thing people want to know. It's crazy. Yeah, you
- 38:45know, we have so much age president and this was unfortunate, but well,
- 38:50but also I freed myself. I don't mind saying my age, you
- 38:52know, because I free myself from the consciousness of that. Yeah. Well
- 38:59that say, when when you when all things, when you're pure of heart,
- 39:01all things are made whole, you know, And it's something about knowing
- 39:06who you are. But I don't relate to it all the time. I
- 39:07don't think about my birthdays. I don't think it's old. I don't think
- 39:12about you know, I'm just going by and I dress how I feel.
- 39:15I don't dress like I'm supposed to age wise. That's another maybe all the
- 39:20times saying oh I can't wear that, I'm too old for that, right,
- 39:23and that's a big mistake. You got to dress that's how you feel.
- 39:28Don't care what other people think. Correct, Well, let me go
- 39:30back before I forget to go say what was bothering me? Okay? Because
- 39:36I want to be bother me? Yeah? What's bothering me is all of
- 39:40these things that you and I are both very passionate about with exo zone,
- 39:45stem cells, DNA methylation, telemere testing, you know, on and on
- 39:52and on, all the things as analytics. Uh, they're not currently affordable
- 39:59to masses, and and and I feel very what's the word, I feel
- 40:06very compromised by that because I want more insurance won't cover these things. And
- 40:10we know that our insurance industry is all about allopathic covering sickness, not health.
- 40:16So you know, how how what's your what is your thinking about?
- 40:22How to make all of these protocols available in the future so more and more
- 40:28people can be immortal? Okay? Yeah, thank you for bringing that up.
- 40:32That's a that's a big thing. Uh. And I get that question
- 40:36a lot. So as you know, I mean, these guys who put
- 40:42out, for the most part, these extraordinary protocols. It costs a lot
- 40:45of money, a lot of money to do the laboratory work. And even
- 40:49if and then if they get FDA approval on it, it's it's enormous to
- 40:52cost. Okay, unfortunately, so we have that to deal with. But
- 40:57same time, it's like a cell phone. Right when it first came out,
- 41:00you know, no one could afford it. I remember having a big
- 41:04you know, the first one, the big old thing like this you had
- 41:06to hold up. I get to like, it is not affordable. Even
- 41:12the week the weekly build on it was horrible, you know, but I
- 41:15had to use it sometimes in my business. So but anyway that the more
- 41:17people that bought that, then the more people that got out there, the
- 41:21lower prices. Now we're holding this thing that you can get for many times
- 41:24a few hundred dollars. That's the strongest computer ever made. Fifty time is
- 41:30stronger than the first computer. Is amazing, what it could just it's miraculous
- 41:32to have this thing right in our hands changed all of our lives. This
- 41:37is the same thing will happen with all these protocols now. But another thing
- 41:40that's important and that we're doing the people unlimited we're doing. We're doing collective
- 41:45purchasing. Okay, So when there's a protocol out and this is something that
- 41:51we should joint together more in our community, is right. So I for
- 41:55one hundred people, for example, all want to get say, uh,
- 42:00some particular cineletic or exosomes. In fact, in fact, uh you might
- 42:06you might have heard of this. You know doctor Kaufman. You know doctor
- 42:09Kaufman who I'm talking about? You? You and I spoke about Andrew Kaufman.
- 42:15Yeah, I mean a woman. She's a woman. Yeah. She
- 42:17was here a couple of weeks ago in Scotsdale and they did an exo zone
- 42:21plenty and because a bunch of us that wired them, they could they could
- 42:24do him for about a third of the price. Oh interesting, everybody got
- 42:29some. It was excellent. So this is how we do here. And
- 42:32I want to see that more happened at radfast Uh yeah, collecting and and
- 42:38and it benefits the provider too because more people are buying it. Consequently,
- 42:44they can lower the price, so like they're purchasing more for those who want
- 42:49to participate, right, that's bad. So how did people join People Unlimited?
- 42:54If they're interested as as you know, A, yeah, they can
- 42:59go on our site People are Limited dot Com okay, and they can come
- 43:02any time either in person or online free right now, okay, just to
- 43:07see experience it, see if it's for them. But we're creating an amazing
- 43:13community here. And one of the benefits is Whi's what I'm talking about life
- 43:15intention For example, we get all their products wholesale. I don't take anything
- 43:21from that. I just pass it onto the participants wholesale, okay, And
- 43:24this it was people to get all these things at a much cheaper price.
- 43:28That's that's one of the benefits of being a member of People are Limited.
- 43:31Come online, People Limited dot Com. They'll show you exactly there how how
- 43:37to get online. Will send you a link, or you can come in
- 43:39person, which is always better, right to be in person and you can
- 43:44see what we're really about and experience it and see if it's for you.
- 43:45Then you can join the membership. And how often do you meet? Twice
- 43:50a week? Oh twice a week? Oh my goodness, I'm serious,
- 43:53We're serious. I mean, I don't understand this thing is when if you're
- 43:59really serious about something, you know you're you're going to be dedicated to it.
- 44:02And look, we spend ninety percent of our time. I mean that's
- 44:06twice a week for total of about four hours okay, two hours of each
- 44:10event. All right. We have a weekend events, three day weekend event
- 44:15every month, and we have two week long events through the year. But
- 44:17even if you take on this the hours for that, that's only about five
- 44:22percent of your time completely. And why wouldn't we dedicate at least five percent
- 44:27of our time to unlimited life. Oh my goodness, this is so amazing.
- 44:31Well, colp me in. I'm going to ask you to tell me
- 44:35how to I just go online and I look at people unlimited it. Yeah,
- 44:37come online and you can come on. You can come right on our
- 44:40inline. We have a really great online system. You can actually participate,
- 44:45you can talk, you'll hear us really good. You can be involved with
- 44:47events. You know, see if it's for you. You know, you
- 44:50hear what we're doing. We're very you know, we're a combination of what
- 44:54you would call spiritual, inspirational, and science and great man and then we
- 45:00have all these benefits that we were all sharing, you know, information on
- 45:04and doing these protocols. Well, I love the fact that you're looking at
- 45:07the economics and that you're looking out for the population at large rather than an
- 45:14elite group of people who have the financial resources to afford this. But that's
- 45:21only about one percent of the population, and that's certainly not going to make
- 45:23a title wave in the movement of immortality if you don't reach the larger group.
- 45:31So so good for you. Yeah, I looked into joining Tony Robbins
- 45:37the Fountain of Life Life Force book after I read it, and you know,
- 45:42I spoke with them, and you know, they're opening up in Santa
- 45:45Monica this next year in twenty twenty five. But just to walk in the
- 45:49door, it's twenty five grand, you know, it's like an initiation fee,
- 45:52and then you have to pay a la carte for all the individual So
- 45:58this is this is really not for the larger population, and that that's what
- 46:04kind of turned me thinking, you know about this, And of course idea
- 46:07was all kinds of practitioners who I know, what they charge and what they
- 46:12have to charge. Like you said, it costs a lot of money.
- 46:15So yeah, it's such a this is such a powerful subject because look,
- 46:20to me, this is you know, I don't I don't begrudge you know,
- 46:22Tony, and now they what they're doing, they're doing what they're doing.
- 46:24But really, to me, this is the people's movement, all right,
- 46:28Yeah, this is a people's movement, and we did start thinking of
- 46:30each other. Everybody can benefit, you know, we don't have to.
- 46:36You know, I'll say the greedy about something, not saying they're greedy.
- 46:40I'm just saying, you know, what's really most important is to get these
- 46:45protocols to the people, to the public in an affordable way so everybody benefit,
- 46:52because then we're going to change the world. I'm so happy to hear
- 46:55you saying this. I hear you saying, yeah, if we outprice them,
- 46:59if we make them hard for other people to get on that level and
- 47:02keep it, you know, to like an exclusive club. You know,
- 47:06it can have its benefits and growing. I mean, they're going to do
- 47:07what they do. But really this is the people's movement and the people uh
- 47:14getting this and that's what they do here. People are limited. We get
- 47:16it that we by moving together and we can we create a collective energy and
- 47:22movement and an economy that everybody can benefit. So let's dissect some of these
- 47:27protocols so that people understand what is available for you know, anti world I
- 47:34don't use I don't like the word anti aging. I like longevity because anti
- 47:37just and negative negation. But however, American Academy of Anti Aging I'm very
- 47:45fond of. I've been a member there for many many years, so they
- 47:47know they have a name. But that and how how first before we get
- 47:52into the protocols, how do you distinguish yourself access from American Academy of Anti
- 48:00Aging. Well, American Academy of Anti Aging APH for M is a educational
- 48:05program start out for doctors. Yeah, aging. I think it's a great
- 48:08company, a great great business, great organization. Uh. I've been to
- 48:14it and lot friends go to it, and it's what it is for anti
- 48:17aging and more and more they're talking about longevity products. Uh. But we're
- 48:22different from the standpoint that I'm a big believer. You have to, like
- 48:27I said before, you have to have this good foundational The bet the more
- 48:30found good foundational health you've got, the better advanced protocols are Going to Work
- 48:37podcast is really about like I said, it's not about anti aging. Really,
- 48:40it's not about you know, healthy living. It's about ending aging and
- 48:45death. Because aging is a disease that can stared. I think you start
- 48:52to understand that it's not inevitable, that it's a disease just like other diseases
- 48:55that are out there, and there are ways to cure that disease. So
- 49:00that awareness creates an opening, uh and a belief system that you obviously you've
- 49:06subscribed to since age eleven. But not a lot of people, you know,
- 49:10don't understand that until later in life, if they ever do. So.
- 49:15So let's let's let's dissect some of these protocols. So let's take a
- 49:20typical day for you. When you wake up in the morning. What's the
- 49:22first thing you do? That's a good one. Okay, So the first
- 49:28thing I do is I do breathing exercises and stretches. I actually go out
- 49:36my back door here, which I'm blessed to have sunshine most every day,
- 49:39Open my arms the sunshine, you know, give give thanks for and gratefulness
- 49:45for uh, having health and being alive and having great friends. I just
- 49:49take a moment for that, and then then I go on my patio out
- 49:53here. I have some dogs. I bring them out in the patio.
- 49:55I sit down there for a little while and just kind of meditate, get
- 50:00my get myself, you know, feel the feel, the feel the spirit
- 50:04moving to my body, get in touch with that. And then I start
- 50:07taking uh my, you know, I probably take about through the day.
- 50:13I'm taking probably about it changes all the time because I rotate them. But
- 50:16I take about fifty different supplements. But they're all based on blood tests,
- 50:21right. And then I'll do more more. I'll do uh infra red sauna
- 50:29most days I have. I'll do some swimming off and on swimming, or
- 50:35I'll now it's getting hot, so I swim when it's not hot. I'll
- 50:37either ride my bountain bike or by doing something that moved my body a lot.
- 50:43Every day. I don't just sit Mike. I'll sit here with you
- 50:45for an hour, but after you go out in the back, I'll stretch.
- 50:50I might jump on my trampoline a little bit. Moving The more you
- 50:53you move, the more you're sitting, the signal to your body that you're
- 50:57going to keep moving. Okay, run the middle things. Then I'm all
- 51:00Then I'm researching. I'll spend time, uh most days researching some of the
- 51:06newest protocols. I'm I'm you know, privy to allow the doctors and scientists
- 51:08in the network. You know, they'll contact me to or send me,
- 51:12send me emails about what they're doing. So I'm privy to some of the
- 51:15newest stuff coming out. I'll look at it for myself, like one of
- 51:19the one of the things that have been around for a little while, but
- 51:22there's always being more advancement in it is a young blood exchange, and so
- 51:27a lot of doctors are working on that now I'm thinking about doing that.
- 51:31I'm still investigating that. So I'm always investigating that next best thing. And
- 51:36I'm a playing you know, risk versus benefit. Right, you don't do
- 51:44anything, okay, the risk is very high that we're going to deteriorate.
- 51:49Sometimes some of these are new things we're doing, so we have to evaluate
- 51:52and good to say, oh, okay, is this going to benefit me
- 51:54more? Then? I mean, maybe I'm going to you know, have
- 51:59loose bowel movements for a while from it, okay, from that for example,
- 52:02but as the benefit a lot a lot greater. And then and then
- 52:06when when that side effect gets over, am I going to benefit a lot?
- 52:09You know? You know is one of the big you know, challenges
- 52:13in that way because it can you know, you have great benefits on your
- 52:15body, but then it can also affect your your you know, your your
- 52:20kidneys and other things sometimes if you don't take it right. But you have
- 52:24to find out for yourself, does the risk you know, warrant the benefit
- 52:30correct? Yeah, Well, our topogy is another one of those hot buttons
- 52:36today, and particularly with what's going on with the semi glue ties and and
- 52:40the g l P one agonists. So people you know, going in for
- 52:45sugar for diabetes, but they're getting a benefit with weight loss, so but
- 52:51they're also getting many are getting cyclopedia and but many food companies are upset because
- 52:58the people aren't buying as food at the grocery store because of the autophogy.
- 53:04The you know, the people are just basically fasting without even really wanting to
- 53:08or knowing enough that they don't want to. They do, they want to
- 53:12lose weight, but sometimes they actually want to eat but they can't. It's
- 53:15very it's a very strange phenomenon what's going on with the whole I understand understand
- 53:22when I get out in line with you here, I'm going to be going
- 53:24to a company called Osteo Strong. Are you smire with them? No?
- 53:29No, this is amazing. This is amazing. It's about a fifteen minute
- 53:32exercise circuit. Four different machines that are computerized and there's that to be able
- 53:37to trigger bones, bone strength, and bone growth. Okay, and since
- 53:45I've been doing it, I've been doing it for about two years now.
- 53:47After the first three months I did, I did a bon Dincy test and
- 53:52my boneency test increased about twenty percent. Sact opinion anything your your muscle,
- 53:58your bones are what helps keep your whole structure. Scales are structure you know
- 54:01good and it's very important for muscle strength too. And so so I've been
- 54:09doing that now for two years, one day a week, that's all.
- 54:12It takes about fifteen minutes, right, have min la Okay, they're going
- 54:16now across the country. The guy who invented that has spoken at ray Fast
- 54:21a couple of times, amazing science on it. And yeah, so I'm
- 54:24just saying that too. It's a key thing for any of us as we
- 54:28mature, very important to not get osteoporosis. And if you do, this
- 54:32could also help a lot with that, a lot with that, strengthening your
- 54:37bones, getting new bone growth. And since I've been doing that for two
- 54:40years, I'm stronger than ever and I don't have any joints that ache.
- 54:45You know, another thing we face as we age is loose joints. So
- 54:49yeah, joints. Yeah, no, it keeps your tendon strong, so
- 54:54yeah, so it's great, James, how do you spell the OSTEO R
- 55:01oh E R okay r O n G Austin Bone Strength? And who is
- 55:07who is the founder? His name is oh? I leave his name now,
- 55:15shoot, I'll look it up. It's okay. He's in there.
- 55:21He'll be on the he'll be on the site. Carl. Carl is his
- 55:22first name, Carl. Okay, I might want to have him on the
- 55:27podcast. I speaker. He is a very good speaker. And this protocol
- 55:32is amazing and and and it's relatively inexpensive. It's right. Well, it's
- 55:38available for about two hundred bucks a month. Yeah, yeah, so I
- 55:45use the power play. Are you familiar with that? Yes? Yeah?
- 55:49Is that is that similar in terms of the It is similar. It's good.
- 55:54I got that too. I got one of those. I don't think
- 55:59it's as good as the actual machine results, but it's still good. I
- 56:02mean, it's good doing that well. I mean I think it's good for
- 56:07ATP right, because I don't know about I assume that would ultimately affect the
- 56:12bone strength, but the ATP of the muscles. You know, when when
- 56:15you're using vibration, you're getting far more power for the same movement that you
- 56:22might do if you were not using it. So talk about the vibration plate,
- 56:27right. Yeah, it's called the power play. I have one of
- 56:30those two. They're great. I do that every day too. Yeah.
- 56:32And I also do you have a fire infrared sauna? I use it every
- 56:37single day that I when I'm here when I'm not traveling. So I also
- 56:42have a hyperbaric chamber. Have you used that at all? Yes? I
- 56:45have. They're great. We have a really good, uh one that's opened
- 56:50up a company here in town that I musa start going to soon. But
- 56:53I've had I've done it several times, and you can buy it for home
- 56:57your home. Mine is a vertical one. I don't like the horizontal because
- 57:00you feel like you're getting into a Coston ones are really great, and that
- 57:07you can have two people in there if you want. But are pretty reasonable.
- 57:14Sorry, are the vertical ones price wise pretty reasonable? Yeah? I
- 57:17think I paid like it was. I got one from a friend who had
- 57:22used it, and then she had a clinic and she wanted to upgrade,
- 57:25so she was buying bigger ones, so I bought her a smaller one.
- 57:29But mine, I think was like used, was about eleven thousand. But
- 57:32you have to buy the concentrator. So the combination of the concentrated which which
- 57:37is where you get the oxygen, and the actual tent that you sit in
- 57:42with a mask, I think for me, so normally I think they'd be
- 57:46about seventeen thousand. I mean, it's a big investment. But you know,
- 57:52the science on hyperbarics is profound, it is sure, that's true.
- 58:00So okay, so what supplements would you not be without? Wow? Wow?
- 58:06Well, you know, Live Decision Foundations put out a really good pyramid
- 58:10regarding that, and they're recommending, you know, everybody is different, Okay,
- 58:17ones that everybody should do. That was I'm just reading that this morning
- 58:23actually, and that was C yeah, and uh an E, vitamin A
- 58:31yeah, vitamin D yeah, well mega yeah, Okay, there might be
- 58:38one more people that was slimmium maybe, but those are they everyone should do
- 58:44those. And then that pyramid goes up to the next level and everybody has
- 58:47to do the blood work to get what they should do on that next level.
- 58:52And then the third top level is all the things that you want to
- 58:55try or say do that to to advance your health. Often ways that would
- 59:00be more sometimes you know, experimental or risk versus benefit type. Yeah,
- 59:07the D on the D, I think they make sure that the D and
- 59:12K D three and K two are combined because they really are a one two
- 59:16punch and people should not be taking D three without K two because K two
- 59:22helps you get the calcium to move rather than stay in the in the hot,
- 59:28you know, which could cause calcification if you just did the D three.
- 59:32But it's funny. It's funny you didn't mention any minerals in that first
- 59:37level. All vitamins and and of course fish oils. I'm trying to think
- 59:42there was a mineral there, you know, fundamentally well, soleni solenium.
- 59:47But yes, some people uh get get a lot of their minerals from their
- 59:53food obviously, but I think that's in the second level where you do your
- 59:57blood work and mineral as you lack and you go from there. Then as
- 1:00:02it was at the bottom, right, well, I think unfortunately I wanted
- 1:00:07to go further with that because it's it's fascinating, and also with all these
- 1:00:12protocols like stem cells. You and I spoke about the stem cells and just
- 1:00:16before we close, what what what would you say is the difference between us
- 1:00:21doing stem cells and EXI zones and which would you prefer? That's a big
- 1:00:25controversy. I know who Kaufman was just here, doctor doctor Kaufman. She
- 1:00:35was saying that, you know, she likes she likes exosome She thinks that
- 1:00:37they are the you know, they're the signaling UH system of stem cells,
- 1:00:45and she thinks they're more overall effective. But then you know, obviously you
- 1:00:52talked to a stem cells specialist. They like the stem cells. H I
- 1:00:57think I think there's different you know, from my experience, of course,
- 1:01:00this is the break still out on this, there's different applications for them.
- 1:01:07I know Tony Robbins talks about a stem style treatment he got on his shoulder
- 1:01:12when he had that ski accident did amazing for him. I mean he tried
- 1:01:16everything else, right, and his father, remember he took his father.
- 1:01:22I think excell the whole body. Yeah, So anyway, I think you
- 1:01:30have to get in touch with what I'm stunt peptides, which are the new
- 1:01:32darling of the anti of the longevity movement. Right, all the is a
- 1:01:38bit confusing. We won't even go there, but before we go, I
- 1:01:42want to just let everybody know your amazingly generous gifts to our viewers. So
- 1:01:49listen up, everybody, because this is like, this is like a raffle,
- 1:01:53But thank you to James and to rad Fest and respond answers. He
- 1:02:01is providing one free pass which is worth about seven hundred dollars to Radfest,
- 1:02:09which is as I mentioned earlier in Anaheim in September fifth to the eighth,
- 1:02:15twenty twenty four at the Highatt Regency. So it does not include your accommodations,
- 1:02:21but it does include meals and the event itself. So I'm going to
- 1:02:25give you my number, and the first person that calls me after the show
- 1:02:30when it goes live will be sent over to James for processing. And so
- 1:02:38I hope somebody has pretty fast fingers, because this is really quite quite an
- 1:02:44amazing offer, So anyway, it's my phone number is area code eighth eight
- 1:02:50six three nine zero nine zero four. It's a Hawaii exchange, but I
- 1:02:58kept it from all the years that I will developing real estate in Hawaii.
- 1:03:01But I do live in San Francisco, so you can call me on West
- 1:03:07Coast time, specific time. Okay, Well, James, I don't know
- 1:03:12how you feel, but I feel like this was an amazing conversation. Michelle.

- 1:03:21I want to say is they come to rat best. It will change your
- 1:03:23life for the better, Michelle. You won't want to leave, I know.
