Cal Scolari, Oregon’s electric pitcher and West Coast Conference Pitcher of the Year, is headed to the Chicago White Sox after being selected 137th overall in the MLB Draft. Dominating the mound with a 3.32 ERA and 85 strikeouts, his fastball and slider made him a top prospect — though control issues in the postseason may push the White Sox to use him in the bullpen.
