- 00:00:00:00 - 00:00:17:10 Roland Welcome back to the Everything's allergy show. I'm your host, Roland. And today, if you've ever wondered about some of the origins of energy work, hands on body work. If you've heard of something called the Kahuna, but actually haven't known what that means. Well, we're going to talk about that and more, because today with me, I have Doctor Sandra Rose, Michael 00:00:17:10 - 00:00:20:32 Roland Thank you for being on the podcast. How are you? 00:00:20:37 - 00:00:25:07 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael It's great to be here. Of course, I always enjoy time with you, Roland. 00:00:25:16 - 00:00:25:43 Roland Thank you very. 00:00:25:43 - 00:00:31:28 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael Much. And, yeah, we can talk about, you know, I mean, the big joke is I have very big kahuna. 00:00:31:32 - 00:00:35:11 Roland And you might need to describe that a little bit more. 00:00:35:16 - 00:00:38:17 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael So we'll go we'll go down that rabbit hole a little bit. Yeah. 00:00:38:23 - 00:00:58:55 Roland We'll talk about each system. But you know everyone's heard your story of, of the inception point of when you got the information to how the technology was created in the various iterations. But you're an incredibly accomplished professional beyond just the creation of the technology for Doctor of Medicine. Natural medicine specifically. You are a kahuna. I'd like to get into that. 00:00:58:59 - 00:01:07:23 Roland And you spent many years in Hawaii teaching these things to other people, in addition to being flown around the world as a a very sought after healer. Correct. 00:01:07:25 - 00:01:08:45 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael That's right. 00:01:08:50 - 00:01:20:40 Roland So I want I want to know where you'd like to start in this journey. Like what was the compelling compulsion because you had all of this physics exposure growing up. How did that connect into healing and natural medicine? What was the interest? 00:01:20:44 - 00:01:45:31 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael You know? The head, the physics at all. I mean, the nuclear physics, all that background and growing up with Geiger counters and gyroscopes as toys. But it was also on the farm holding animals. You know, you know, the working with the animals on the farm, holding my hands up around them and then watching. I saw everything as a combination of engineering, physics and the circuitry of how energy it's all about energy. 00:01:45:31 - 00:02:11:34 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael Everything is energy and how that energy flows in like a circuitry. And I built circuit boards and all those things and understanding coherence and impedance and and those principles, it's all the same in the body. That's our light force, lifeforce energy. And so as a kid I studied that and really studied a lot of the metaphysical principles as well, growing up. 00:02:11:39 - 00:02:46:14 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael And then, went into the study of ayahuasca, studied Sanskrit for eight years. Your best books on physics are the Vedas, which means knowledge. So that was written down over 5000 years ago. But starting chiropractic, reflexology, nutrition, acupressure, acupuncture. I studied all these different principles, and techniques, with, with masters. I really found masters. And then in that so that started in 1971. 00:02:46:19 - 00:02:48:08 Roland A couple years ago. 00:02:48:13 - 00:03:00:28 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael Yeah. And lots of of research, lots and lots of study. And, in the early 70s I studied and was trained in Radiomics. 00:03:00:33 - 00:03:01:58 Roland What's radiomics? 00:03:02:03 - 00:03:36:21 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael Yeah. Radiomics is a psychotropic type device of broadcasting and a way of testing and broadcasting frequencies. Yeah. And so studied radiomics, very, very good teacher. And then the guidance was, no, you don't need to get a radiomics machine that the human body is your ultimate radiomics device. So I said radiomics right. Frequencies studied. Also photonics and health photonics relate to the body and pyramids of course. 00:03:36:26 - 00:04:03:57 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael And I did a lot of research with pyramids understanding these standing color away, you know, vortex type energy of what a pyramid could do and a lot of experiments, a lot of research. In the 70s, I was actually running spores, and I ran a power management equipment company. 00:04:04:02 - 00:04:04:10 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael Yeah. 00:04:04:18 - 00:04:09:26 Roland So you can see how those kind of come together, at least in terms of the end result. I see how that actually fits. 00:04:09:37 - 00:04:57:01 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael Into teaching nutrition and all the mechanics of the body and health and all that, you know, because like I said, the chiropractic background and all that different pieces come together in the spa industry. But also I was running a power management equipment company, you know, with, you know, yeah, it's hard to explain, but, you know, but it's how power is modulated to save money and efficiently used, efficiently directed again, clearing up the impedance and things that waste energy and create efficient use of energy for, like, large, buildings and manufacturing plants and offices and big, big applications and so power management equipment. 00:04:57:06 - 00:05:25:58 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael So I took power management equipment and I had my own spa in 1978, you know, called the Sam Salon of Health is in Pennsylvania, of all places, in 1978. And I was the third spot in the country to actually have salt blues and herbal wraps and a juice bar, all organic juice bar, organic facials, acupressure, all these different model cities for healing. 00:05:26:03 - 00:05:52:53 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael And I built my first scalar healing light chamber in 1978, in Monroeville, Pennsylvania. And my spa. And it was taking power management equipment and all this material from NASA, and all this research that I'd done. And, and it was very precisely aligned, you know, and the precision of the alignment, the precision of geometries is very, very key. 00:05:52:58 - 00:06:13:54 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael And of course, I understood all that. I was top of my state and Latin, English and math. And then also with the study of all the Vedic knowledge and all these other scientific principles. And I studied with some really, really amazing zing top secret scientists, just like my parents were top secret scientists. That's what I would study with. 00:06:13:54 - 00:06:28:55 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael And then. Yeah. So anyway, but I created this scalar healing light chamber, the first 1 in 1978. And, Michael Scalers dad is here. He's the only ones that actually witnessed that first. 00:06:28:59 - 00:06:33:48 Roland Did he, like, stand behind the walls, like, okay, just let me know when it's on. 00:06:33:53 - 00:06:46:35 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael And it was really kind of like the world's first tanning booth. Yeah. Because you could step into it. I had, you know, all this material and special lights because I had spent, studied John arts work. 00:06:46:40 - 00:06:48:17 Roland Like shaping life. 00:06:48:22 - 00:07:09:48 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael Yes. John Ott's work is phenomenal on the importance of light and hormones and vitamin D production and all these different things. And, and so we had miraculous results with that, to the point where, I mean, you know, we can't make any claims. Of course, it's illegal to cure anything on. 00:07:09:53 - 00:07:12:33 Roland Something cures anything. But it's the power. 00:07:12:33 - 00:07:40:11 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael That made the body heals the body gets back to pure straight chiropractic principle. The power. The made the body heals the body. When the body has the right environment, the right energy. And when you understand that the DNA is vital for tonic and all these different principles, you understand perfectly how it all works. And so we saw total reversals of different cancers, leukemias, lupus, autoimmune things, all kinds of things. 00:07:40:16 - 00:08:07:13 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael You know, with just the body wants to heal, wants to function perfectly. So that was some of my first work with that, although I'm really a hands on healer, and really developed that fine tune that further, as we went on from there and studied with some masters, Doctor Virgil Crane, was one of the masters, that he taught the alpha biotic process. 00:08:07:18 - 00:08:12:17 Roland I know of that. I've had someone do the alpha biotic alignment on me before. It's a remarkable experience. 00:08:12:17 - 00:08:34:52 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael I was in the very first. I was one of its very first students. I was in the very first class he ever taught. And that was in Dallas, Texas. The Alpha biotic Center there with, Doctor Virgil Crane. He is a true master. Brilliant stuff. And and and he went back also in my memories. I came in from time I was born. 00:08:34:54 - 00:08:48:07 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael I was talking about these mad Atlanteans, scientists and the abuse of power and, you know, came in with those memories. That's. And he had been my dad and Atlantis at the end of Atlantis. 00:08:48:11 - 00:08:52:00 Roland You guys had a shared past life, and you understood it in this lifetime. 00:08:52:02 - 00:09:22:10 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael Yes. And we actually have the transcript of that because, I was working out of the Alpha Biotic Center, and I was recognized, you know, very recognized for the past life regression work. And because I remembered my past sizes, easy to be able to, take people into deep meditation, to have the memories of whatever is important to pull forward as knowledge, whether you leave in past lives or not, doesn't matter. 00:09:22:14 - 00:09:47:03 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael There have been a lot of past lives on the planet, and it's all in our DNA. It's in the cell memory. So we want to call forth the wisdom of anything that's valuable to know, to help you understand your highest purpose in being here on in this body, on this planet, this time, this life. What how do we fulfill our highest mission and purpose with remembrance of who we are and all that we are? 00:09:47:03 - 00:10:11:28 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael So I was very recognized as a past life regression this and and did past life regressions with his students to take them back to where they had shared the alignment process, what I call the higher self alignment process, where they had shared it in their past lives. And I had been a high priestess of a healing temple in Atlantis, and one of the other students was actually being regressed. 00:10:11:28 - 00:10:44:23 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael This was 1985 when they did that regression with her, with the memories with, and Doctor Virgil Crane personally transcribed that, that regression, session, with all the beautiful memories back to Atlantis, preparing people for the coming cataclysmic changes, because Atlantis is the most parallel time to where we are right now on the planet. You got the same mad Atlantean scientists doing the same thing of hijacking DNA. 00:10:45:24 - 00:10:49:00 Roland Different characters. So, yes, different character, same mission. 00:10:49:00 - 00:11:20:13 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael The cloning, the different, hybrids and all these different things, you know, and and so it's very parallel. And so this time, this life is about how do we get it right, how do we create a cataclysm of consciousness rather than a cataclysm at the planet, but so that it's been these parallel times? And that was very parallel time, being high priestess in this healing temple in Atlantis, preparing people for the coming cataclysmic change. 00:11:20:17 - 00:11:49:37 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael And Doctor Virgil Crane was my dad in that life. And yeah, so it was very interesting. And there was a lot of research. I'm a really a researcher, and I loved doing the research with taking all these people back through what could be called past life, recall or memories, and getting the stories fascinating stories of history. Or rather than his story, you got the real stories. 00:11:49:41 - 00:12:01:20 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael And I was even, I was the first person to ever do past life regression live on network television in Dallas, Texas. That was a fascinating thing. 00:12:01:20 - 00:12:05:02 Roland That must have been an experience for the person on TV. 00:12:05:07 - 00:12:14:35 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael And I was so shocked. I once burnt twice, you know, 500 years of inquisition being burned at the stake or something. Once burnt twice. 00:12:14:43 - 00:12:16:07 Roland It's in the epigenetic, remember? 00:12:16:07 - 00:12:57:30 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael And of any evidence that could incriminate you. And I was just doing all these, regression sessions and healing sessions with people with, you know, going into the DNA cellular memory through the body. And the body is like a condensation of consciousness that holds the memories. And that's why what we're healing is, is about. Remember, bring remembrance of who we are, all that we are, all that we're here for, and breathing that light through those parts of self that were disconnected from these old traumas and things that have been held in the tissues, the issues in the tissues that could be called. 00:12:57:35 - 00:13:14:43 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael So people have held on to things from a judgment of fear. And the Bible says over and over, fear not. Well, that's the only way anything ever got stuck in the body was from a fear reaction pattern of the holding of the breath. That would it be here. Don't want to deal with it. Don't want to feel. Don't want to feel. 00:13:14:43 - 00:13:47:08 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael That's a big one. That God screwed out. Something's wrong. Let me out of here. What clears it is that breath. In the beginning, God breathed the breath of life into man. And that's how we reclaim those parts of herself. Because fear and God were sons and daughters of God fearing God can't share the same space. And so it's about reclaiming all those lost parts of self that have been stuck in the memory, stuck in the memory bank. 00:13:47:09 - 00:14:14:31 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael So these old traumas and being able to release and let those parts go or you love is acceptance, allowance and appreciation and appreciating, accepting, allowing those parts of yourself as soon as your present. With those parts of self we can all heal. For example, with regression work, you can take somebody back to where did this issue really begin for you? 00:14:14:35 - 00:14:40:36 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael And it might be this life, but it might be ten lives ago, and it might or it might be a memory from, you know, it's, genetic. We carry all the memories of this life, past lives and genetically. So sometimes it's what's been passed generationally. Generally it's, you know, again, the genealogy, it's all in our genes. And but ultimately, we have designer genes. 00:14:40:36 - 00:14:54:37 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael So you need to get back to you all the way back to source. And that's our source code, and that's the divine code of these bodies in our beings. Because the core of the DNA is literally the light from the stars. 00:14:54:42 - 00:15:19:59 Roland So can I ask you then, because what is so obvious to you may be entirely new to so many people hearing this. If if someone hears this and they say, well, then if my issues are in my DNA, is that the idea of epigenetic expression and transcription of not errors and making proteins because people think genes just code for proteins that the yeah, your your skin is your skin, your muscle is your muscle. 00:15:19:59 - 00:15:42:26 Roland Your body remembers that blueprint. But would it be fair to say that if someone is manifesting an illness, a disease process in this life, do you see that is stored genetic information that has to be released and healed, and they have to go through the physical expression of that illness, be it physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually. 00:15:42:31 - 00:16:07:41 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael I mean, there is a saying you got to feel it to heal it. Okay? Can't let go of something you haven't let yourself have. But you can also do a whole gestalt of things, of anything and everything that's been connected to a particular location on the body or a particular issue. Let's let go of anything and everything that's ever felt like that and in what allows instantaneous release. 00:16:07:56 - 00:16:10:09 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael So that's part of the Kahuna teachings. 00:16:10:09 - 00:16:12:20 Roland Is this the body mapping that you're talking about right now? 00:16:12:20 - 00:16:19:55 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael Yeah. And is actually very famous for what we called the body mapping, is the map of how thoughts have been stored in the body. 00:16:19:59 - 00:16:22:22 Roland Can we talk about that a little bit. This is fascinating to me. 00:16:22:27 - 00:16:37:28 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael Yeah. Yeah. Because it's very interesting and we might have for example guilt you know might be carried in the shoulder a lot of it you know. But you should the attitudes both the shoulders should. 00:16:37:32 - 00:16:39:55 Roland So the word play I love word play of all kinds. 00:16:40:04 - 00:17:04:51 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael Not because it all relates. Everything is connected and the body hears every word you think or say. And it's all very personal. And how you work with the DNA actually is in those language codings. And that's a lot of the Russians research. You know, it's a fascinating study of what allows healing. And because healing means wholeness means holiness, ultimately. 00:17:04:56 - 00:17:27:40 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael And so it's about remembering the sacredness of the body, who we are, all that we are, all that we're here for, the sacredness. But then that process means that letting go of all the desecration and violation that's been held on to, because that's not part of our divine being. And so awareness is power. And then love is our super power to make through things. 00:17:27:40 - 00:17:48:10 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael And as soon as your present with things, with love, it can all clear and present with all those parts of yourself, with love, and anybody and everybody that's ever been connected to those parts. So guilt, for example, that might mean on the body map, the higher thought that allows that to heal and clear gratitude. 00:17:48:15 - 00:17:53:18 Roland So there's a counter regulatory opposite for every negative association. 00:17:53:23 - 00:18:18:57 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael And so there's a map of how thoughts have been stored in the body. Is from listening to thousands of bodies, and tracking that. And what allows instantaneous release, you know, and the principles of instant healing as a kahuna. And of course, I was recognized as a kahuna almost 40 years ago now in Hawaii by the Hawaiian elders and by all the different lineage that's of all study. 00:18:19:02 - 00:18:39:08 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael But part of those principles of what allows instant healing is as soon as you're present with anything and everything, with love, it all heals. It's the breath that brings you present. It's about breathing into those parts of self. And as you're letting go, if you recognize anything on the way out, fine. But you don't have to stop and sort and analyze each. 00:18:39:13 - 00:18:41:28 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael Oh, this is from my lifetime, three times ago. 00:18:41:28 - 00:18:45:37 Roland Yeah, I notice you say analyze, not analyze. 00:18:45:42 - 00:18:47:20 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael That's right. 00:18:47:25 - 00:18:49:02 Roland I pick it up on the word play. 00:18:49:07 - 00:19:16:17 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael Yeah, the, you know, analyzing our old city attitudes, right. Where we where we sit on ourselves, how God should or shouldn't be. We should or shouldn't be. Others like you got a better idea than God or anybody. That's how you held on to ideas of how things should or should be. And like the the button, the coal in the shoulders of that holding pattern also relates to like the ilio cycle valve. 00:19:16:22 - 00:19:17:31 Roland And letting go. 00:19:17:35 - 00:19:39:26 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael In the colon and letting go of this old show. The attitudes and all the old stuff that's been held onto with old holding patterns. And again, that relates back to coherence and impedance. But everything is information in the body and everything is energy. And it takes breath for energy to move. 00:19:39:31 - 00:20:06:16 Roland Yeah, you mentioned breath a lot and it's interesting. Since I've been learning from you, I've started to make my own awareness of how often I hold my breath and voluntarily. And I've noticed that when I'm trying to do something with a lot of focus, I sometimes don't even know that I've momentarily stopped breathing. And from what I'm understanding is when you stop breathing, you start to fragment the nervous system and you engage these patterns of stress. 00:20:06:20 - 00:20:14:53 Roland And the system. Is that a precipitating path that you know, anyone who's listening to this, would that be maybe one of the number one things you would suggest to them? 00:20:14:55 - 00:20:35:43 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael Absolutely. Above all else, it's the holding patterns in the breathing relate to the holding patterns in the body and in your life. If you breathe more you can let go. The more you let go, the more all the power and light can flow. Right. And this is an allowance of the unlimited power and light to flow through this freely. 00:20:35:55 - 00:20:44:49 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael So it's about letting go of anything and everything that's ever dammed up or jammed up the flow of God to us, through us or as us. 00:20:44:53 - 00:20:53:23 Roland As you said that. And I took a breath out. I literally felt something wash down my whole body, down through my legs. You're doing your kahuna thing right now, aren't you? 00:20:53:28 - 00:21:17:23 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael Yeah. I mean, in the Bible it goes God breathed the breath of life into man. After that, we're in a free will zone. It's up to us whether we're continually, constantly reconnecting with that source of all infinite power and light and love and wisdom or not, God's only a breath away. Whatever. But for a kahuna, the most powerful word in the universe for kahuna is considered aloha. 00:21:17:28 - 00:21:19:38 Roland I thought that was just how you say hello in Hawaiian. 00:21:19:47 - 00:21:29:06 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael Yeah, it's hello. Goodbye. It's until we meet again. It's. We're always in oneness with the breath that will always bring us back together. We're still. 00:21:29:16 - 00:21:31:32 Roland Oh, that's the infinity wave and the. 00:21:31:32 - 00:21:56:07 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael Infinity wave of the aloha. Through the heart. You're breathing all God's love and power and light. And this whelming love into the heart that flows out infinitely. And there's nothing to hold on to in that flow. And this is that infinity wave. It's a scalar wave. But this is the big secret bit from the mystery schools. Really. From all the mystery schools. 00:21:56:07 - 00:22:30:25 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael This is the big secret. It's all in the breath. And that's a breath of life. The breath of love, that breath of love. And it's clearing those impedances, the holding patterns in the circuitry of love that our body really is this embodiment, you know, which is such a gift to be able to be in these bodies on this planet, on purpose and and for all the learnings, because this is a free will zone planet. 00:22:30:29 - 00:22:58:51 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael This is amazing time. But this this breath is that infinity wave. You see that as a scalar wave. It's an infinity wave. Is that zero point energy in God builds in the space between breath. It is what's said but that zero point. But this movement also is what allows the spiraling into the double helix of the DNA to release anything that is not of correspondence. 00:22:58:56 - 00:23:31:55 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael The core of the DNA is literally the light from the stars. And this movement allows like cellular memory arrays, like you're wiping all the slates clean with the light. And the part that's really interesting is that in the letting go, you can have full assimilation of all the learnings and all the wisdom. And so you're calling forth all the wisdom of all that's been held in the DNA in this process of that letting go and release of the breath. 00:23:31:59 - 00:23:57:49 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael And this is what's behind the energy enhancement system. This is what it's programed to emulate, is this work with the body at the DNA level itself and cellular Lee, but also with the memories through all the organs, all the parts of the body, you know. So because everything wants to be in dynamic homeostasis, you can see this infinity wave as dynamic homeostasis. 00:23:57:49 - 00:24:31:18 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael Everything wants to be in balance. In Hawaiian we say it wants to be pono, wants to be in alignment. It's this is that movement. And this is what was incorporated then with the sacred dance of life, what they called the dance of the DNA, the dance of life. And how that is applied to the body is what allows us this, this healing process, because it's letting go of anything that does not have choruses where the DNA is literally pure science. 00:24:31:19 - 00:24:56:53 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael It's the starseed. It's the stuff from the stars and prime function of DNA. Now this is the work you know, by biophysicist. It's Albert Pop Prime function of DNA is storage of photons. What are photons. This are your quantum of light. This literally are light source energy I light for life force energy. Archie is another name for it. 00:24:56:53 - 00:25:25:17 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael Our key is, you know, like in chiropractic. It's the key. But that's another name also for breath. So in so there's a whole map. This these bodies are like a condensation of consciousness. And it's all about expanding our awareness and aligning more and more fully with our higher purpose. Spinal column is meant to be that standing column of light. 00:25:25:22 - 00:25:49:06 Roland Yeah. So when you were talking about the breath, I had this vision that came in. And when people think breath, they literally think just air moving in and out of the lungs. But I almost had this, like this vision of this as the breath moves in and out of the physical body, there is a corollary action happening almost dimensionally that's moving in and out of things we can't perceive with our five senses. 00:25:49:11 - 00:26:14:54 Roland And I think that's where people get caught up because they think, well, I'll just breathe and I'll just oxygenate my body and I'll release carbon dioxide. But what you're saying is to heal the body, you have to restore the breath. That breath is the scalar energy moving in and out beyond the third dimension of the body, retuning the DNA to allow the DNA to shed all the areas that the. 00:26:14:59 - 00:26:18:03 Roland What do you call that impedance. Yeah. Is currently. 00:26:18:08 - 00:26:24:43 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael Yeah. Everything's got some patterns and I know they got held on to by the stoppage of breath. 00:26:24:47 - 00:26:47:30 Roland Because it's not just about oxygen flow. It's about that in and out into dimensionally. Most people don't realize that even in the third dimension nothing is solid. Everything is in vibration. And every second, every millisecond fraction, whatever time continuum you look at. So nothing is permanently here. It's also permanently not not here. So that's what you're talking about. 00:26:47:30 - 00:26:59:40 Roland It's this, this momentary winking in and out of reality that is happening in multiple dimensions at the same time. That's what's really being interacted with with either your healing or when someone is spending time in the system. 00:26:59:44 - 00:27:25:31 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael Yeah, because we're really transdimensional, multi dimensional, powerful, unlimited, infinite beings of light. It's like God experiencing forgetfulness of itself. Yes, yes. Oh, I forgot who I am, I, I also name so yeah, I remember who I am. I'm good though. And the more present we are, the more we're an omnipresence and omnipresence is within us. 00:27:25:36 - 00:27:28:04 Roland It is literally being in the now. 00:27:28:09 - 00:27:34:46 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael But now it's been called a lot of things. The I am presence. Yeah. You know, the great I am. 00:27:34:50 - 00:27:56:32 Roland The I and I am right. It's not the ego self, it's the that God consciousness and all of us. There's so many different directions we can go in. Right. I'm just I'm buzzing from that conversation. So in healing, in the idea of healing, I personally believe that people have a very narrow perspective of healing. They think there's something wrong with them. 00:27:56:32 - 00:28:21:56 Roland They take a pill, they do a thing, and that thing heals them. What you're saying is based upon the interacting with the person, be it you as a hands on healer or your technology, the person heals themself through figuring out what they need to restore the coherence in the body. So the body activates its own self-healing mechanisms. Is that a fair statement? 00:28:21:58 - 00:28:46:09 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael How are that made? The body heals, but how do you plug the body back into that cosmic light socket? And so by self flip all the it's binary, things are either more light or less light. They're either holding darkness in those parts and forgetfulness some parts of self or awareness and light the expansion. So it's flipping the switches literally. 00:28:46:09 - 00:29:07:19 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael So by self through the body. That's your epigenetics as well. Yeah. You know things everything wants to be turned on as per my double blond studies. Right. Because everything is life force. You know, the power that made the body heals body. When you think about the healing power of the body is really the sexual energy of the body. 00:29:07:23 - 00:29:09:53 Roland I said this before, that's the creative force. That was the. 00:29:09:53 - 00:29:13:10 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael Energy that created all bodies. 00:29:13:14 - 00:29:14:29 Roland True. Yeah. Fair. 00:29:14:34 - 00:29:43:22 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael Yeah. And so we've been taught to suppress or it's better to be spiritual than sexual or better to be spiritual than physical. Now you're healing means wholeness and holiness and being without that separation and division. And you know, you know, we don't need good out of body experience. We need good embodiment. We're here to walk the planet as the fully realized God and Goddess beings. 00:29:43:27 - 00:29:58:50 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael Christ beings, everything Christ said we're to do. I said everything he did. The more we can do, you can move mountains with a mustard seed of faith. You know I'm in that bloodline of Martin Luther, so just get the Lutheran back. 00:29:58:50 - 00:30:03:10 Roland Forget the behind him in the background, read the Bible six times. 00:30:03:10 - 00:30:24:07 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael Cover to tell everybody time is 12. And I study that. I analyze that actually at every translation I know whether they translate into what, when, where, why? Oh, you know what they do. Wait a minute. And trying to really understand that. So that is my background. And of course, you know, it's kind of in my bloodline. He he led reformation. 00:30:24:11 - 00:30:56:07 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael Well, we've been steadily at a revolution of healing. And it's just what we're here for, to share the awarenesses and the knowledge because, you know, we use the energy, use all the energy to know whatever God wants you to know. That's. And what if you what if you could know whatever there is to know. The knowing which that allows all things to heal are clear as issues in your body, your life, your relationships, and for the whole world. 00:30:56:12 - 00:31:17:46 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael Because ultimately, your life is energy and it's all information. You know, we're like an information highway. Billions of bits of light codes. Yeah, that's connected, multi-dimensional. There's so much awareness. We're, you know, we're so much bigger than we've ever been told that we are. We are the super beings. 00:31:17:48 - 00:31:22:19 Roland Our physical selves are not at all the complete picture, are they? 00:31:22:23 - 00:31:33:12 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael Yeah. And the cells are like mini batteries, you know, it's voltage, you know, cell membrane potentials, referring to cell voltage. 00:31:33:17 - 00:31:40:20 Roland And there's a certain voltage that a healthy cell needs to correct in order to be able to sustain its healthful operation. 00:31:40:20 - 00:31:41:09 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael Right. 00:31:41:14 - 00:31:43:26 Roland And what happens when the voltage drops? 00:31:43:31 - 00:32:08:30 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael Well, you know, when the voltage drops, that's where you get your the generative, the word play. Yeah. The degenerative disease. That's the generation literally the shortening of telomeres and the breakdown of the breaking of the bonds. Whether it's radiation unzips the DNA takes your energy, versus you want to put the DNA back to its original divine design. 00:32:08:30 - 00:32:21:58 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael It's unified field of fact. You know, we put it back, but it's also that importance of the act of hydrogen, because it's like alkaline batteries for that charge. 00:32:22:13 - 00:32:23:45 Roland You know, plug and play now. 00:32:23:50 - 00:32:36:32 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael Yeah. Okay. And the act of hydrogen, which is your ultimate antioxidant, you have got the oxygen. So it's not just the oxygen nation, but if you rob a cell of oxygen it'll turn cancerous. 00:32:36:37 - 00:32:39:10 Roland Because it becomes anaerobic and it becomes more acidified. 00:32:39:10 - 00:33:06:15 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael Right. Exactly. And that's, of course, the work of Otto Warburg made that very, very clear that all you have to deprive a cell of oxygen, it can turn carcinogenic. So you've got the ultimate oxygen therapy with the system because of how it creates. When you go back to the research, you know, of a cold nuclear fusion type of that creates hydro bifurcation. 00:33:06:15 - 00:33:38:59 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael You've got the act of oxygen. So you're oxygenating everything, you know, cancer and and this eases do not occur in a fully oxygenated environment. Right. And the other side of that is in alkaline environment. So the other part is the active hydrogen which is your ultimate antioxidant. But it's also the ultimate fuel for the cells. That's what fuels your your mitochondria, the ATP production, etc.. 00:33:39:04 - 00:34:00:48 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael And this is pulling the body from, you know, your work pulling body from that fear reaction patterns to being able to respond and have the energy to respond to the stressors appropriately versus getting stuck in a reaction pattern, what I call like a neurological rut of reruns about the movies, of how it reacts. 00:34:00:53 - 00:34:03:22 Roland And, you know, you're spinning your wheels, so to speak, but no forward. 00:34:03:22 - 00:34:28:38 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael Momentum right now. You have the energy when it's perfectly balanced, to be able to respond to all the stressors appropriately, but that hydrogen is a real key to that, that the DNA level, it it's the hydrogen. And besides alkaline izing the body that should power the power of hydrogen potential. Hydrogen potential. That's your page. But it's also what fuels your mitochondria. 00:34:28:52 - 00:34:40:37 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael That's the energy production in the body. And it's also what heals the covalent hydrogen bonds in the DNA itself. 00:34:40:41 - 00:34:58:36 Roland I'm trying to remember if I covalent the description of covalent was sharing a bond correct. To two elements sharing a bond. Yes. So you're basically saying those can break if the inner environment or the dysregulation of the hydrogen potential in that cell is compromised. 00:34:58:45 - 00:35:16:45 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael Right. And one of the biggest things we're dealing with, you know, is, you know, we're all dealing with extreme radiation poisoning on the planet right now. And of course, I know from my mother visioning plutonium in the lab, the whole time she's I know radiation literally from the inside out. 00:35:16:50 - 00:35:24:12 Roland Do you glow in the dark. Have you talked. 00:35:24:17 - 00:35:31:29 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael So it's been. Yeah that's been an interesting thing in itself. So you know she was working on the bomb and I came in going, how do we heal all of it? 00:35:31:34 - 00:35:36:47 Roland And it seems a little dichotomous, but I could see why one was a, catalyst for the other. 00:35:36:47 - 00:35:58:10 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael Well, and I came in, I was still pissed about those mad Atlantean scientists. And my mother was working on the bomb. My dad was doing stealth bombers. And I come in going, how do we heal all this? Well, you have to know and understand all the science of all that, to know how to create the counterpoint and how to override it all with the higher power and the power of love. 00:35:58:14 - 00:36:08:31 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael And that, you know, because that's really the only thing that'll ever work or ever save us is the healing power of love. 00:36:08:35 - 00:36:45:26 Roland What I find so interesting about your journey, Sandra, is most people who start off on the scientific side of things stay in that world. They call it a very left brained existence. Right? And in some cases, I think the classic sciences will look down on metaphysics, energy, work and healing. But it sounds like for you to figure out the left and the right brain balance, the coherence and understanding all of these things, you had to go both left and the right side and merge them back together, or at least find the commonality that is that a fair way of splitting it? 00:36:45:31 - 00:37:14:55 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael And I had, you know, the brainpower with my brainpower would get stuck in left brain. I could mental anything. But I was also extremely intuitive and extremely spiritual. But it was kind of a dichotomy. But I have more than 30 years of research or two years of research on the importance of right left brain synchronization, which metaphysically or in the temples would be called the alchemical sacred marriage, a divine union. 00:37:14:55 - 00:37:18:03 Roland Merging of Shiva and Shakti. I believe it's. 00:37:18:08 - 00:37:45:08 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael There's been many terms for it. But it's that divine union within us of both the God and goddess energies. I mean, with the rewrite of the Bible, everything feminine was translated into masculine terms. So I mean it was part of the patriarchal kind of take over and control through guilt and fear versus what happened to Christ's real teachings and what happened. 00:37:45:08 - 00:37:59:34 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael Now there's more and more people stepping up to and really an awareness coming right now more and more than ever before this year about, you know, Christ counterpoint and the Mary Magdalene's teachings. 00:37:59:39 - 00:38:02:04 Roland The feminine reciprocal. 00:38:02:08 - 00:38:18:46 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael Yeah. And and you know there's a whole interplay there of let's create the balance and bring things back together. It's really within us. And because we don't want to go from, you know, patriarchy wasn't it. Well matriarchy wasn't it either. 00:38:18:46 - 00:38:19:45 Roland Or they're both in balance. 00:38:19:52 - 00:38:26:32 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael And we just want to be in love. So how does it's not that the male or the females better than each other. 00:38:26:37 - 00:38:29:01 Roland You can't have one without the other. Then life would cease to right. 00:38:29:01 - 00:38:57:28 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael Left brain domination is domination issues. Constant compensation for imbalance is struggle. And really those parts of ourself that plays out this struggle in relationships and domination issues. But when you balance within, that's that divine union where it's an implosion of energy that radiates out and it's release of charge, so to speak. 00:38:57:33 - 00:39:02:12 Roland Have you ever seen, the moment that a sperm cell fertilizes. 00:39:02:12 - 00:39:02:22 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael And that's. 00:39:02:25 - 00:39:03:44 Roland Exactly what happens. 00:39:03:44 - 00:39:33:35 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael That's the spark of life. Yeah. Light. Force energy. God force. Light forces. That miracle. And we are. That's so by so we are that intimate core of our DNA, that light force. And when I would work with the body, it's like fireworks going off everywhere as everything lights up. And that's what I designed and created the system to emulate that work. 00:39:33:40 - 00:40:09:26 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael Because essentially the power that made the body heals body. How do you activate that light within the core of the DNA, you know, and create like cellular enlightenment? We needed it accelerated. We needed a power assist because we have so much technology being weaponized against us and the hijacking of the DNA. So we wanted to create, something that puts the DNA back into its original divine matrix, original Divine Design designer jeans. 00:40:09:26 - 00:40:12:17 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael I like to talk about designer jeans. Designer jeans. 00:40:12:31 - 00:40:15:57 Roland I talked to Calvin Klein here. 00:40:16:02 - 00:40:31:11 Roland So is the only way for someone to step into their true self? Because we hear this a lot in the spiritual community, you have to be your true self. You have to step into who you really are. Is your definition of that healing the DNA in a person? 00:40:31:16 - 00:40:37:58 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael It's all healing is from inside out. Okay. It's not outside in. 00:40:38:03 - 00:40:40:28 Roland So that's the first thing people don't understand. 00:40:40:32 - 00:40:57:29 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael Yeah. And the cells vibrate and resonate with the power of truth. But there's been a lot of suppression of us holding back our truth, not speaking truth. I know a lot of people lost their head over that. So there's issues with past. 00:40:57:29 - 00:41:01:03 Roland Life trauma back up beheaded, the guillotines. 00:41:01:08 - 00:41:27:41 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael The guillotines, all that stuff. And people literally lost their heads over. And so they've held back this life with throat issues. The throat really. You know, the neck is the illusion of separation between head and heart. Thinking versus feeling, mind versus body, or the illusion of separation of self versus source. That's all symbolized by the snack. 00:41:27:46 - 00:42:12:49 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael Yeah I used to say Nexus but but it's like how do you know how to reconnect. You know so that everything is connected. So there's no more of this, you know, cutting off of or, or expression. You know, the jaw relates also to the pelvis in the body. So this is again body mapping. And and how we've held back from our expression 500 years of inquisition, 500 years of killing women as witches or people that had I mean, it wasn't just that it was there were a lot of different in the name of God layered in this fear of persecution, fear of prosecution that's been used in the name of God under the 00:42:12:49 - 00:42:19:47 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael church for this whole enslavement through the Vatican, using Christ's teachings. 00:42:19:52 - 00:42:23:23 Roland As a weapon against us. 00:42:23:28 - 00:42:43:28 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael And really, we should be Christ. I am us, you know, it's the Christians, per se. It's we are the sons. They said. You're all the sons and daughters of God. So we have access to the infinite. Forgot the access codes. 00:42:43:32 - 00:42:46:52 Roland Most of us do. I think some are remembering them right now, especially. 00:42:46:52 - 00:43:15:10 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael And that's what Kahuna means. It means a keeper and knower of the secrets and mysteries of life. And the secrets have been held in the sacrum. That's your seat of power. So seat of power, seat of power. And that's where the whole beginning of the, you know, the Fibonacci sequence of how the cells replicate that cellular replication pattern comes from that first union of the sperm and the egg. 00:43:15:15 - 00:43:20:36 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael But it starts with that. See the power, the sacred. That's where the secrets have been held. 00:43:20:41 - 00:43:41:18 Roland Is that why, as a fertilized egg is dividing at some point, it looks perfectly like a flower of life or a seed of life. A flower of life. And then eventually, like it was an octahedron. The the sacred geometry is obvious to us, but no one really sees it because they're distracted by the the little round cells looking like tadpoles or frogs trying. 00:43:41:23 - 00:43:52:10 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael Yeah, but it's all very, precise. Precise. And on the blueprint, it's, it's, it's it's the secret science. Huna also means the secret science. 00:43:52:14 - 00:44:12:49 Roland I'm so glad you're answering this now because I wanted to ask you about the Kahuna, but we were talking about such amazing things that I think it slipped in my mind. So you brought it back perfectly. You did say something that I have committed to memory. I wanted to come back to you said that head, mind, heart, body there a separation or a severing? 00:44:13:00 - 00:44:13:55 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael The illusion of. 00:44:13:56 - 00:44:15:08 Roland Solution. The separation. 00:44:15:08 - 00:44:16:55 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael Illusion, delusion. 00:44:16:59 - 00:44:23:23 Roland So would you agree that we, especially in the Western world, are far too much in the head and not enough in the heart? 00:44:23:25 - 00:44:24:10 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael Have been. 00:44:24:24 - 00:44:25:24 Roland Have been. 00:44:25:29 - 00:44:52:36 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael Yeah, but everybody is in such deep shift, you know, and and they learning in their own ways. It's, you know, you know, grateful for all the learning, whatever it's taken for you to get do the homework you've been doing. There's a key phrase for higher self is what we found with doing regression work with so many people. A key phrase for higher self is whatever it takes for you to learn what you promise to learn or promise to do. 00:44:52:36 - 00:44:54:44 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael Coming in, whatever it takes. 00:44:54:44 - 00:45:09:40 Roland Is that like a pre agreed upon the thing that the higher self knows but the lower self is like, I'm not going to tell you this or else you wouldn't. He wouldn't agree to this. Is that why people experience like catastrophic life events and severe traumas and various other things? 00:45:09:40 - 00:45:38:00 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael Well, there's many, many reasons, you know, past life, you could call it karma, but, you know, but there's so many different aspects of what we're here to experience, to express, to learn. And but there's also the biblical principle ask and you shall receive the clear the question, the clearer the answer. It was like a commandment in there be still and know for us is shut up and listen. 00:45:38:05 - 00:45:40:03 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael It's more. The English version is. 00:45:40:07 - 00:45:41:58 Roland More succinct to it's more direct. 00:45:42:02 - 00:46:14:26 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael So do you listen to God? Do you listen to your highest guidance? Do you listen to Jesus? Do you listen to the angels? Do you listen? This is still small voice. Do you wait till it's yelling at you? Screaming at you? Wait for the two by four steamroll over the Mack truck. Eventually you learn to listen. Whatever. It's all about when you do whatever it takes for you to get the message and learn what you promise to learn this life, and you keep coming back till you get it right. 00:46:14:26 - 00:46:15:06 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael Probably. 00:46:15:06 - 00:46:16:22 Roland But okay. 00:46:16:27 - 00:46:44:34 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael But it's time for the Great Awakening. It's time for this ascension process on this planet. And you know, there are those. I mean, it's this, you know, the second coming. It's an ascension process going on on this planet. A new heaven and a new earth through us is we're in the time of revelations. The great revealing apocalypse also means the great revealing through an apocalypse without doing the whole cataclysm. 00:46:44:39 - 00:47:12:55 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael Yeah, we want accelerated evolution now. And there are those that are checking out, checking up because they're not ready for the deep, deep shift that this planet is going through, frequency wise, vibration wise. And and with the shift, it's only our light that will carry us really, the density of old judgments and holding patterns that make that shift, it's shift to get off the planet. 00:47:13:00 - 00:47:20:36 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael But God is so loving that that can can the beings can continue with their evolutionary process. 00:47:20:41 - 00:47:34:22 Roland And when you say shift or get off the planet, you're literally saying, leaving body, leaving your body because, yeah, their frequency is too discordant to where the planet is going. The realm is going because the Earth is a conscious being. People that think about this. 00:47:34:22 - 00:48:11:04 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael Planet is going into light. You know, the the planetary contract, so to speak, is that the Lucifer contract is up. Where Lucifer has had his time. And we're in the shift of the ages. It's prophesied in every culture around the world. Yeah. It's fascinating time but it's been the free will zone and you know, so we had choice and without, without that focus of negativity and that focus of darkness, there'd be no choice. 00:48:11:08 - 00:48:20:32 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael And it's the darkness allows you to appreciate the light and lighten up and quit taking things so damn serious, because that's how we dam the flow. 00:48:20:37 - 00:48:24:46 Roland So you stop breathing. I learned that today. 00:48:24:51 - 00:48:29:58 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael And holding on, you know, the the most destructive emotion in the body is anger. 00:48:30:02 - 00:48:31:02 Roland It is anger. 00:48:31:50 - 00:48:53:32 Roland I was going to ask you because before we were talking about fear or things being stuck in places, and I know that there's a reductionist approach where they'll say, oh, well, the basic is with fear. The second shark goes with guilt. But what you're saying is that's too idealistic, it's too simplistic. You can have any emotion be stuck anywhere in the body. 00:48:53:37 - 00:48:55:13 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael But you're saying it does relate to those. 00:48:55:13 - 00:48:55:43 Roland That there are. 00:48:55:43 - 00:49:10:13 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael Some injustice. Yes. Levels of experience. The it's like the colors, how the colors relate to the different chakras and the different organs and how things have been held. So anger typically is held by hot liver. 00:49:10:18 - 00:49:21:38 Roland And it's usually that would be a second or third chakra problem. But they relate to that area. But it's not exclusively there. You can have anger stuck in your neck or your hand by what you're saying. 00:49:21:42 - 00:49:51:53 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael That's right. The body is held on how it's held on to things, and you want to bring light to those parts of yourself. Bring up being truth. It's truth that sets us free, and that cells vibrate, resonate with the power of truth. Guilt is behind a lot of cancers, for example. And cancer. If we go back to the story of the voltage cancer can't exist in an alkaline system, in oxygenated system, or in a high energy system. 00:49:52:07 - 00:49:59:40 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael Cancer doesn't exist is below 20 voltage. We were meant to be at 70 to 90 voltage. 00:49:59:44 - 00:50:17:57 Roland You know what's interesting about that. What you just said cancer is not able to be manifested in cardiac cells. People don't really understand why the heart isn't in the brain. The heart is the most electrically electrically active organ in the entire body. There is no heart cancer. 00:50:18:08 - 00:50:33:48 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael And there is a torsion field, a torsion field. That tube tour is such a scalar vortex like why we use the medallions. Yeah. Because that really supports the heart. And staying strong no matter what we're exposed to. 00:50:33:53 - 00:50:35:11 Roland Like a red blood cell. 00:50:35:16 - 00:51:09:07 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael Exactly. It's the red blood cell to which are really meant to be immortal. Yeah. So it's it's very interesting how it's all this, it's dance of life and it's all interrelated and intertwined and with realization. But and I tell people with cancers shift to get off the planet, you know, and we're very, very blessed because we've had we every day I hear the stories of how the stage four cancers are. 00:51:09:11 - 00:51:48:17 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael They just can't find them anymore. They're gone. I was just on with Lichtenstein and, you know, two overnights and it's gone. Although generally it takes time. It takes, you know, when deep shift and it's layers of undoing, you know, the toxicity that's been held in the tissues, the toxicity behind the physical toxicity, you know, your life assets and all these, you know, carcinogens and heavy metals, the aluminum and all these things that are are, creating inflammation in the body. 00:51:48:22 - 00:51:52:16 Roland In addition to the mental toxins and the emotional toxins. 00:51:52:16 - 00:52:11:47 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael The high, the physical toxic and the radiation exposures, the EMF, the e.l.f. The radiation microwave, all the all the toxicity that we've been exposed to and then how those created parasitic environments because it changed the bio terrain. 00:52:11:52 - 00:52:26:44 Roland Yes. Most people don't realize the parasites and the fungus and the bacteria only come in when your body can't do the job that it's meant to. So they start picking up the slack because they can survive there, right where there's metals and and compounds, there's usually parasites and viruses and. 00:52:26:52 - 00:52:45:39 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael And then it's more acidic. And that's why, you know, the film is all and and ivermectin and things like this are really helping people because everything has a fungal or parasitic overload aspect to it. As far as with cancer, for example. 00:52:45:44 - 00:52:46:56 Roland I've heard this before. 00:52:47:01 - 00:53:05:08 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael Yeah. I mean, they you know, somebody was just talking about how 50% of cancers or was it was just putting that out. But anyway, that 50% of cancers they claim are from parasitic exacts and things like that. So there's some truth to that or it's fungal, fungal or. 00:53:05:08 - 00:53:08:17 Roland Mold. It's a mix of all of them. Some perfect storm. 00:53:08:17 - 00:53:22:58 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael In the body, right. And it's because of the toxicity and the acidification of the tissues. So it's alkaline are die. There's also the research sugar, you know, the most addictive substance, the you. 00:53:22:59 - 00:53:29:38 Roland Know, we're talking white table sugar. We're not talking honey. You're maple sirup. We're talking the artificial crap. 00:53:29:43 - 00:53:37:05 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael The. Yeah. And and wheat flour. We'll actually have more of that effect too. It's like wallpaper paste for the cells. 00:53:37:05 - 00:53:39:37 Roland It's also loaded with glyphosate and all kinds. 00:53:39:37 - 00:54:14:58 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael And it spikes the blood sugar more than the sugar even does for longer. Yeah. So these are the things that would feed the carcinogenic environments in the body or the the feed the cancers feed the organisms. Because they also found that sugar, just sugar alone won't just feed cancer cells, it'll turn healthy cells into cancerous cells. But people have been so addicted to trying to get the sweetness from outside themselves, addicted to sugar, versus knowing the sweetness of life from within. 00:54:15:02 - 00:54:33:26 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael And, you know, feed the body. Not the cancer, but food is meant to nourish. And if it's not nourishing. So it's like, what is the divine design of food? You know, that's what we need to go back to. It didn't look like, fast food. 00:54:33:31 - 00:54:54:24 Roland I mean, people are and it's I've heard this explain before, and I love this model where the vegetation on the planet concentrates the sun's light and sugar. We reverse engineer that, and we release the light that's in the food, hopefully to release the light that's in our being to the world around us. It's a beautifully interconnected. Yeah. It's kind of. 00:54:54:24 - 00:55:14:29 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael Like. So the greens, your herbal delight. The greens should be as meat. That's in the Bible. The rib of green. So the greens are very much related to your red blood cells and to carrying the oxygen, the photosynthesis from the sun carrying the sun's energy. Because the sun is our vital life force here on this planet as well. 00:55:14:34 - 00:55:31:56 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael The vitamin D from being sun exposure or the way it affects the hormones is all very, very interconnected, very important. But we're also that transducers for that energy within the mitochondria. We're solar powered cells. 00:55:32:01 - 00:55:44:46 Roland We do nuclear fusion and fusion inside of us. I think per cubic centimeter we emit more energy than the surface of the sun does because of the mitochondrial density. We just don't see it as photonic emission. 00:55:44:46 - 00:55:46:16 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael It is really cold fusion. 00:55:46:16 - 00:55:47:14 Roland It is. Yeah. 00:55:47:19 - 00:56:13:02 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael Yeah. In the cells there's the scientists, the Greek scientists I worked with, you know, Panos Papis that proved that what occurs in the cells is called fusion. That we are beings of light, we're bodies of light. And we require that, like, sphere of light isn't going to help anybody. The cancer rate skyrocketed when they started putting sunscreen and telling people to not go into the sun. 00:56:13:02 - 00:56:29:18 Roland It's never been higher, and we as a society have never used more sunscreen and use it more frequently than we have now. And it baffles me that people don't see these things and at least internally, start to say, should I think about this differently? Because you know. 00:56:29:23 - 00:56:30:51 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael It's all for our protection? 00:56:30:55 - 00:56:31:56 Roland Yeah, exactly. 00:56:32:01 - 00:56:33:40 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael Just to keep us safe, for protection. 00:56:33:40 - 00:56:48:22 Roland The sun is dangerous. Every animal and every plant, every plant on this planet is proof of that, right? They don't like to be in the sun. Ever. My dogs go out in the minute they've been inside. In the morning, they go out. They just collapse on the ground and just get enough sun until they, they they. 00:56:48:25 - 00:56:48:44 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael They. 00:56:48:44 - 00:56:58:04 Roland Secular themselves. They don't overdo it, but that's their instinct. Go in the sun, look at the direction of the sun, lie their charge up and then back inside. It's amazing. 00:56:58:04 - 00:57:02:43 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael Yeah. The steaming the sun isn't a good idea. Is that guy? 00:57:02:43 - 00:57:04:14 Roland You kidding? Messing with the planet. 00:57:04:14 - 00:57:16:06 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael The one thing with our technology to it's full spectrum. It's spanning a full range of frequencies, but it's also polychromatic. Polychromatic light therapy. 00:57:16:11 - 00:57:20:25 Roland So that's multiple light frequencies. Because monochromatic, as I say. 00:57:20:34 - 00:57:41:34 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael You've got red light. All the different. Yeah. All the all the different. You know, we've got a full spectrum of ideal optimal energy that the body then relates to and can use for healing itself. But it goes up. It's okay. Yeah I can use this. It works and. 00:57:41:34 - 00:58:14:05 Roland I'm allowed to heal. Well it's, it's so fitting because the name of this podcast is everything's energy. My definition of teaching people about health is everything is energy. And to me optimal health is energy plus adaptability. And that's really what the technology is doing for people is that it's filling up their well of adaptability. Because you said the body should be able to appropriately respond to the stresses that it's put under and get back to a place of healing. 00:58:14:10 - 00:58:49:20 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael And relax into a new place of peace and healing. But you know, all life is energy and it takes breath for energy to move. That's a breath of life. That's that aloha which is considered the most powerful word for kuna. And in that lineage, you know, the of the kahuna as I was recognized, you know, that in the fulfillment of the prophecies at the time of crisis on the planet, it's aloha that heals the world. 00:58:49:25 - 00:58:56:02 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael And that's what our technology is programed with. 00:58:56:07 - 00:59:21:28 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael Using light, breathing. Love. More light or love with every breath. Expanding all of our capacities for love as we're being aligned by the light. With the light as light has powers of love. So that's the basic principles of is in alignment with true best and highest. We want people to live the greatest life, the greatest love. No more excuses. 00:59:21:33 - 00:59:43:15 Roland And the excuses from everything that we've talked about today in many ways are from the person from themselves. And they don't even know that it's there. It's we don't need to know why people are getting sick anymore. I think we're understanding that pretty well. But what you're explaining is all the blockages that people have in the way of them stopping themselves from being able to get well again. 00:59:43:20 - 00:59:43:41 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael Yeah. 00:59:43:41 - 00:59:45:16 Roland But yeah, but. 00:59:45:20 - 01:00:10:31 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael I get off the back and the show the power is just sitting on there. Access allow that power to rise up within the spine. The spinal column. That's your Kundalini. That's that life force energy to rise up, that power rise up so we can be like pillars in the temple of God. When we stand in our power, our light and our love, God wins. 01:00:10:36 - 01:00:15:28 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael And that's where we're at. 01:00:15:33 - 01:00:39:04 Roland In your sentiments, your insights, intuition, feelings about what's coming for us as a collective, do you have a very positive feeling about the outcome? Because I know a lot of people are afraid. You know, they're hopeful, but there are people that are afraid. What would you say to people who are really experiencing a lot of tumultuous experience of life right now? 01:00:39:10 - 01:01:11:09 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael If God is all the rules, what would you be afraid of? If we have access to unlimited power, infinite intelligence, unconditional love? What's the problem? What would you ever be afraid of? If it's a matter of remembering that we have access to all of that, rather than just sitting on our access, we are that access point of, you know, really stepping into that remembrance of our selves as true sons and daughters of God and being able to access or super powers, which is love, really. 01:01:11:14 - 01:01:32:48 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael You know, awareness is our power, but love is our superpower. But there's also this thing of, if you can do regression, you can do progression. You could call this remote viewing, but, you know, ask to be shown whatever there is for you to know. The knowing which allows all things to be clear for you. I've seen the future. 01:01:32:57 - 01:01:39:25 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael I know the future now. The great mystery, however, is how do we get there from here? 01:01:39:29 - 01:01:42:25 Roland That's the fun part though. If you do exactly be a little boring. 01:01:42:29 - 01:01:51:49 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael It's like, oh my God, how do we get there? I see what's coming. I know what's coming when you know, you know, it's a cellular knowing, you know. 01:01:51:53 - 01:01:54:26 Roland You're not validating that against anyone or anything else. 01:01:54:40 - 01:02:08:07 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael It's a know, you know. But the great mystery is still how do we get there from here to the beauty of we're in very deep shift on this planet so. 01:02:08:07 - 01:02:15:08 Roland That I get. So if I boil that down to a sound bite, you're saying drop the fear. There's no need for it. 01:02:15:13 - 01:02:41:30 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael No, there's nothing to fear but fear itself. Fear in God cannot share the same space. Focus on what you want, not what you don't want. Because you whatever you focus on comes back multiplied. Whatever you share, whatever you send out comes back, multiplied. Whatever you're afraid of, you've got to create for yourself to get over it. So focus on we want the new heaven and a new earth. 01:02:41:30 - 01:02:46:37 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael Was that look like we already know what hell on earth look. 01:02:46:41 - 01:02:47:16 Roland We've gone through. 01:02:47:16 - 01:02:58:55 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael The masters at creating that. We've been masters. I'm victim has been done so creatively on this planet. We don't need more good victims. 01:02:58:59 - 01:03:00:38 Roland We don't need any victims. Actually, we don't. 01:03:00:38 - 01:03:12:21 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael Need more fancy victims. Alien invasions or fancy victims. 01:03:12:26 - 01:03:29:10 Roland So besides killing people that have no fear, let's say they're in their process of shift. What's some general sound advice? Obviously, if they have the ability, the means and the opportunity, spend some time in the system. Spend hours in the system. Don't expect to go in there once. 01:03:29:10 - 01:03:30:59 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael And yeah, I mean. 01:03:31:04 - 01:03:54:16 Roland Sure, that may happen with some people, but I haven't spent a lot of time in the system myself in various capacities. There is a physics thing happening, but I, I feel the emotional shift in there. I feel the mental aspect, the downregulation of the sympathetic part of the nervous system, the shifting of the brain waves into a more theta delta or deeper generative state. 01:03:54:20 - 01:04:12:58 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael Ideal optimal meditation states where everything can heal. Ideal optimal meditation states that's set right left brain synchronization from that state. Also that we know from our government remote viewers that that's the state from which they could remote you as well. 01:04:13:00 - 01:04:13:29 Roland Whichever. 01:04:13:29 - 01:04:32:11 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael One expands to 1 to 2. Yeah, yeah. It's not out-of-body. It's expanded awareness. You know, asked to be shown whatever is to be shown that supports you in your higher purpose. No point getting something that doesn't support you in your higher purpose. 01:04:32:16 - 01:04:56:32 Roland And that's really what's happening in the system for everyone. I've had this thought it's all someone's individual experience. That expression of consciousness is theirs entirely as an experience. So if they're going in where as someone may have had an experience and they share that with a friend, they shouldn't load any predetermined and list of expectations because they get what they need from the experience. 01:04:56:32 - 01:05:03:37 Roland Given all of the variables of the interdimensional energy. That they're being essentially interacting. 01:05:03:37 - 01:05:30:42 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael With that give the body time to heal. It's not like an yeah. If you released all of your toxins at once it would kill you on the way out. But the infinite innate intelligence of the body healings like peeling an onion. We have layers of stuff when the body has a charge. So then it can discharge whether it's the physical toxins, that's where the the salt bath is very important, but then also supports the release of the emotional behind that. 01:05:30:42 - 01:05:34:01 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael The discharge of the emotional toxicity. 01:05:34:06 - 01:05:36:52 Roland Just cleans on multiple levels. 01:05:36:56 - 01:06:00:03 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael So yeah, this is the old again, an old secret from the ministry schools that's been lost. Was that their kidneys? It's the largest organ of elimination. We call it purification rites, all that kind of stuff. The baths were very critical. It helps work with the energy through the body. The potassium, sodium pump. The salt pools, the acidity of the tissues. 01:06:00:08 - 01:06:15:19 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael You know, I learned, you know, I tell people, do a pound of salt, two cups of salt. Well, the cancer clinics in Spain. So they used two kilos of salt in the tub. So I tell people to use a minimum of two cups of salt, a pound of salt. 01:06:15:24 - 01:06:16:40 Roland Probably float after a while. 01:06:16:40 - 01:06:51:37 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael On the water. Right. But again, it's the acidity that pulls the acidity out of the tissues and the toxins and everything that's been behind that. Humility also pulls a lot of parasites. Yeah. And you want to support that. I, I love Jesus's work that was translated from the earth. The the scrolls found in Cameron, the Dead Sea Scrolls, that Jesus's original teachings in hell, the gospel of peace. 01:06:51:42 - 01:07:23:32 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael Beautiful book that talks about how, he'd have them in the river with a gourd river water into the hinder parts, casting out the demons sides. Yep. Colonics animals. Casting out the demons of the parasites, you know? So that was part of that healing. These. These were the purification rights or, you know, healing practices. And don't put anything in that doesn't make a, healthy body of bodies a temple for the soul. 01:07:23:32 - 01:07:39:44 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael So don't violate or desecrate, you know, quit paying the poison yourself. You want to stop the desecration of the sacred vessel of the spirit? Yeah. And that's a lot of what his teachings were about this gospel. Peace. Amazing. Amazing book. 01:07:39:49 - 01:07:46:45 Roland So you say let go of the fear, trust the process, spend some time in the system and allow the body time to heal. 01:07:46:52 - 01:08:10:13 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael Time to heal. And each time is cumulative. That's what you talked about to one of the aspects of scalar is reorganization to higher levels of functions. Every time you come in, the body reorganizes and goes to another level of function where you can access different dimensionality once you get through the lower garbage. 01:08:10:18 - 01:08:17:11 Roland Because most people are stuck in the bottom three chakras, they say on this planet, right. And that's why they operate from fear, shame and guilt. 01:08:17:16 - 01:08:27:54 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael Yeah. And control through fear. And that's why it's always for our protection that they've sold us all kinds of lies. 01:08:27:59 - 01:08:51:40 Roland I've often said the last few years were an IQ test, and people can interpret that however they want. So would there be anything else that your years of teaching healing wisdom besides obviously everything with the letting go of fear at the time of the system, the cleansing, the body with the salt, the not poisoning the body with the food, what else can you share with people that will help them through this time frame? 01:08:51:40 - 01:08:57:49 Roland If they've decided to stay rather than vaporize and get off because they're wanting to be part of the ride, right? 01:08:57:49 - 01:09:18:44 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael Yeah, yeah. If you get off the planet, this planet's going into the light. The question is, how many people are going with her? It's a glorious future that we have here and a golden age of enlightenment. I mean, you see it in the like in the Vedic, you know, talks about the age of Kali Yuga being the age of of chaos and confusion. 01:09:18:44 - 01:09:39:58 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael And we've been there, done that, good enough long enough. Now we're in that shift to, you know, the golden age. But they call this such an it's in every lineage, every tradition. So I like to remind people we are here. You wouldn't be hearing me. You wouldn't be here. You know, you wouldn't have your highest vision, your mission, if you weren't here. 01:09:39:58 - 01:09:43:55 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael Fulfill it. Let's get it done. 01:09:43:59 - 01:09:45:50 Roland That's in the Bible, right? Get it on. 01:09:45:55 - 01:10:10:53 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael There. It's mission oriented. Yeah. We've waited a long time for this time. It's a glorious time. That is so give thanks for this divine opportunity we have on this planet to be the light, to share the light and share that with others and be the light for others in this time of transition and keeping the love, letting go of everything else. 01:10:10:58 - 01:10:14:27 Roland So sounds like you're saying be present and enjoy the experience. 01:10:14:32 - 01:10:28:02 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael And we're here in the fulfillment of all the prayers, all the promises, and all the prophecies of all who've gone before us, our entire genealogy, all the way back to source. 01:10:28:07 - 01:10:55:10 Roland It's amazing. Sandra, thank you so much today for sharing all of your wisdom, all of these insights. This conversation has been incredible. I thoroughly enjoyed it and I hope everyone else. It was a lot. It was a lot of stuff to follow, but a lot of these things I find are really about a resonance. It's not necessarily something that's of the mind that has to make logical sense, because these things that are coming through you, it sounds like they're beyond thought. 01:10:55:14 - 01:10:59:57 Roland Beyond thought is feeling. Beyond feeling is knowing, at least as I'm knowing this. 01:11:00:04 - 01:11:37:11 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael Yeah, know the infinite innate intelligence of who we really are is cellular knowing that is the knowingness of that one. This one, you know, creation creator being in love with us, through us. I mean, there's a great piece in the Sanskrit that shouldn't be debated, talked for, I mean, similar, tenuously, one and different. We are all such unique aspects and expressions of God's love, like diamonds shine brightly. 01:11:37:16 - 01:11:41:13 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael Clear of some of the facets polished enough. 01:11:41:14 - 01:11:42:12 Roland Good to go. 01:11:42:17 - 01:11:48:12 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael Yeah. So do the inner home work. Fine. Yeah. It's always do your inner healing. 01:11:48:17 - 01:12:05:47 Roland What a what a fantastic final message to leave everyone with. I think we're going to have to do this again at some point, because that was incredible. And I know we're just scratching the surface of all the things that you've done, learned, have taught know. So I want to thank you on behalf of everyone of the ship. 01:12:05:59 - 01:12:16:22 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael I just pray that it's useful for people. And one last reminder is, no matter what happens, keep breathing. God is only a breath away. Ever. 01:12:16:27 - 01:12:17:17 Roland The wonder is. 01:12:17:17 - 01:12:39:30 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael Light. Breathe love and there's nothing to hold on to in that flow. Joy is in letting go, trusting. Be fully supported, in love with love. And that's love for all of our being here now. Thank you for letting me share. Share some of this with everybody. 01:12:39:35 - 01:12:51:31 Roland Those who need to hear it will find it will resonate with it. And I think this will be a very powerful message. So thank you for being here as well. We'll see you next time on the Everything's Energy show. Thank you everyone. 01:12:51:38 - 01:12:52:58 Dr. Sandra Rose Michael Aloha. 01:12:53:03 - 01:12:53:59 Roland Aloha.
