iniBurger, the halal-certified fast-casual burger chain founded by Afghan-American couple Abdul and Leeza Popal, is opening its sixth Bay Area location in San Jose’s Eastridge Center food court this late August — and they’ll be the only burger spot there. Offering USDA Choice Angus beef and cage-free chicken, their menu includes smash and regular burgers (B’igi and M’ini styles), plus salads, fries, onion rings, mac bites, and house-made sauces.
