🎯 Silver Price & Gold in Crosshairs: Chaos Hits Americans Hard! · SILVER / GOLD / $UFD: Surviving Global Economic Shifts | RONS BASEMENT

• 0:01
These are scary, scary times right now that we are living
• 0:05
through. I've got like six things we're
• 0:06
going to talk about that will impact directly the price of
• 0:10
gold and the price of silver. But guys, if you're feeling a
• 0:13
little scared, if you're feeling a little, I don't know, anxious,
• 0:17
I don't know what the word is, depressed.
• 0:19
You're not alone. There is so much going on right
• 0:22
now in our world. I know I come on here and I'm
• 0:25
Mr. Happy and enthusiastic and yes, I am OK and I think at my
• 0:30
heart I am. But man, right now, everything
• 0:33
that's going on just in the United States, but also in the
• 0:37
world is cause for some major, major concern.
• 0:40
And on top of that, we got our arses handed to us last three
• 0:44
days with the silver price. Let's go look at that.
• 0:46
Let's start there. And then, like I said, big scary
• 0:49
stuff going on with the presidential election, with
• 0:53
Israel, with with Ukraine. We got a lot to cover today.
• 0:56
And we're going to talk about bricks and what that means for
• 1:01
for the silver price and gold price as we head through the end
• 1:04
of the year. This could be just an epic, epic
• 1:07
year for the silver price and the gold price.
• 1:10
Let's make sure I got us on the same screen.
• 1:11
  OK? Don't shoot the messenger.
• 1:17
Excuse me, I have to turn my microphone off every once in a
• 1:19
while. Guys, I am suffering from a
• 1:21
horrific summer cold. But here, here is what's going
• 1:25
on. The last, well, let's see, that
• 1:27
was mid-May, right, $32 silver. end of May, $32 silver.
• 1:33
Just last week a triple top, I'm going to call it in silver right
• 1:37
around oh almost 303150 range and we were so excited right
• 1:44
here, right. That was the 15th.
• 1:46
I think that was Tuesday we were talking about silver needs to
• 1:49
get above 34 dollars, $32 to really make a big run.
• 1:55
And you know what guys, it did not happen that that doesn't
• 1:58
mean it's not going to happen because it is going to happen.
• 2:01
This what I'm calling a triple top right here is very, very
• 2:05
rare. So when this comes back up to
• 2:07
this level, OK, that will be a triple top at the 3250 ish
• 2:13
range. It will very likely be broken.
• 2:16
But let's look at the bad news here.
• 2:19
Let me draw this for you on this chart, if you can see we were
• 2:24
going uppity, uppity, uppity, uppity with the silver price
• 2:27
since February, right? 22 bucks an ounce all the way up
• 2:31
to $3132.00 per oz and we broke through it.
• 2:34
Now today's not shaping up much better, OK?
• 2:38
But but guys, the fundamentals are still there and there is so
• 2:42
much happening right now in the world.
• 2:44
I mean it is just absolutely crazy.
• 2:47
Let's go look at gold really quick because gold is the grand
• 2:51
pappy of the precious metals. Only down $4 in full screen.
• 2:58
Let's look at a one year chart of gold and see how it's holding
• 3:01
  up. Because gold.
• 3:02
Really. Wow, that doesn't look too bad
• 3:04
  there, buttercup. Looky, looky.
• 3:06
I didn't even look at this here. Let's draw a line on this chart.
• 3:11
OK, well, no, maybe that doesn't look so great.
• 3:15
Why is that not going all the way over there, I wonder?
• 3:19
That goes through. Here we go.
• 3:24
  What date is that? Seven.
• 3:26
That is not up to date data. We're 2400.
• 3:29
I think we're still above it though.
• 3:30
  Here. Here we go.
• 3:34
Alright, let's draw this line on here because it will give us
• 3:38
reason for optimism and we need that right now.
• 3:41
OK, there we are. OK, there we are.
• 3:45
And that's the up to the date gold futures price.
• 3:47
We are still in an uptrend for gold.
• 3:49
Don't you forget one thing, OK? Don't you forget that when it
• 3:54
comes to the precious metals, gold is the grand pappy, gold is
• 3:58
the godfather, gold is whatever the heck you want to call it.
• 4:01
Gold sets the rules. All right?
• 4:03
We know silver. We know all the reasons why we
• 4:06
love silver. But at the end of the day,
• 4:08
silver will follow gold. And as we know right, the gold
• 4:12
to silver ratio right now is getting really stretched again.
• 4:16
  I don't even I had a look, I was like 80.
• 4:18
I think we talked about that yesterday.
• 4:20
So when silver does move to catch up, it could be a really,
• 4:25
  really slingshot, slingshot type move.
• 4:29
OK, So right now what we're getting in the silver and gold
• 4:33
market is what we were supposed to get right, the summer
• 4:37
doldrums. We had a false alarm last week,
• 4:40
right when the we called it. The CPI numbers were better than
• 4:43
  expected. The employment, unemployment
• 4:47
went up. All that was favorable for the
• 4:49
Fed becoming looser with monetary policy.
• 4:53
We had a bump up in the gold and silver price.
• 4:55
We pulled back a little bit. I'm telling you guys, if we can
• 4:58
get through the summer, I said this before all that happened
• 5:02
with $27.00 silver gold at above 23 fifty, 2300, we're in good
• 5:09
shape. It could even be higher.
• 5:10
Maybe we'll get through the summer with gold at 2400, but
• 5:13
we'll be set up for that September rally that I'm
• 5:16
expecting and a lot of people are expecting, especially with
• 5:20
all this. There's some crazy, let's talk
• 5:22
about the crazy stuff going on in the world right now.
• 5:25
  OK? State of emergency chaos.
• 5:29
Silver price down 10% in three days.
• 5:33
That's just the start of it, guys.
• 5:35
The political situation we're hearing, obviously, you know,
• 5:39
you've heard it 10 zillion times.
• 5:41
President Biden dropped out of the presidential race.
• 5:44
Now let's talk about some. It's, it's insane what is going
• 5:47
  on. I'm hearing people propose
• 5:49
Hillary Clinton might be the candidate.
• 5:52
I'm hearing some people say that Michelle Obama might be the
• 5:55
candidate. I'm hearing some people say that
• 5:57
Harris is the candidate. I'm hearing some people say that
• 6:00
Harris could take on Hillary Clinton as a vice president or
• 6:04
Michelle Obama or even Elizabeth Warren.
• 6:07
I mean, is this is just absolutely crazy what is going
• 6:12
on right now. We're also hearing rumblings
• 6:14
about potential legal challenges from the Republican Party.
• 6:17
I don't really understand all that, but has to do with the
• 6:19
delegates and who knows, right? This the legal stuff that goes
• 6:23
  on. I'm not a lawyer.
• 6:24
I'm an old accountant, right? But it's just absolutely crazy.
• 6:29
And then this really got me. Susie and I were kind of
• 6:33
flipping through all the news channels last night, MSNBCCNN
• 6:37
and Fox, and they are all like, we're shocked.
• 6:40
We're shocked. I mean, were you shocked?
• 6:42
I wasn't shocked. Somebody said, Ron, you called
• 6:45
it. I mean, I called, I told Susie,
• 6:47
I don't know if I said it on a live stream, but I predicted
• 6:49
that that Biden wouldn't last through the weekend, OK?
• 6:52
I wasn't shocked. I thought I was wrong because as
• 6:55
of Sunday morning, he was saying I'm definitely running, blah,
• 6:58
blah. And then, excuse me, we get this
• 7:02
news that he's not running. I mean, we have chaos right now
• 7:06
in this country, and we're at the same time, OK?
• 7:09
At the same time, think about this.
• 7:11
Just a week earlier, we had an assassination attempt on the
• 7:15
Republican candidate, right? Missed by an eighth of an inch,
• 7:19
1/4 of an inch. I mean, is this crazy town that
• 7:23
we're living in right now, this is reminds me of like the 60s,
• 7:27
right? I mean, it's really, really
• 7:29
getting interesting on top of that, on top of that, right?
• 7:34
We're not hearing anything anymore really about the biggest
• 7:37
global IT outage in history. And it gets very interesting.
• 7:42
Now, I'm going to say I don't know any of this for sure, but
• 7:45
I'm hearing people say, I'm hearing some people say that
• 7:49
crowd strike, OK, is very involved with the US government.
• 7:53
I also heard the crowd strike was very involved with the
• 7:56
something to do with the Russia hoax, whatever Trump stuff that
• 8:00
went on that Clinton's involved. I even heard that Jeffrey
• 8:04
Epstein was involved with crowd strike.
• 8:07
That's the company that caused this major IT outage.
• 8:10
I mean, it's really, I mean, guys, the banks went down.
• 8:14
Did you try to get money out of an ATM on Friday or Saturday,
• 8:18
Right. A lot of the banks went down,
• 8:20
OK. A lot of the airlines, one of
• 8:22
our one of our greats. Hold on a second here, comments.
• 8:26
Oh, by the way, guys, hey, leave a comment, will you please.
• 8:30
It'll help get the word out to more people.
• 8:31
Leave a comment. Yes, but one of our, one of our
• 8:34
basement welders who's with us today said he just spent 10
• 8:37
hours in an airport. Airport trying to get on a
• 8:41
flight that had not been cancelled.
• 8:43
I mean, it was a mess. Just an absolute mess out there.
• 8:48
e-commerce sites were down. The 911 system is down OK in
• 8:52
some parts. St. lights, the street signals,
• 8:56
traffic signals. I mean, it was a major, major
• 8:59
  deal that happened. OK.
• 9:00
Now it gets even scarier. Think about all the political
• 9:05
assassination attempts, Joe Biden dropping out, political
• 9:09
uncertainty, okay? On top of that, we've got this
• 9:13
big issue, I'm telling you, and there's some people saying that
• 9:16
that look, this is just what people are saying potentially,
• 9:21
OK? I'm not saying I believe this or
• 9:22
that this is necessarily true, but as you and I know, a lot of
• 9:27
what happens, happens kind of below the surface.
• 9:30
I guess you would say that they might ratchet up the situation
• 9:33
in the Ukraine in the coming months as a distraction, that
• 9:38
the, that the, that the sitting politicians will ratchet it up
• 9:43
as a distraction. It can get very, very, very
• 9:47
  ugly. OK.
• 9:48
They want chaos And, and, and I don't know, you know, I mean,
• 9:53
it's, it is, it's a little scary right now.
• 9:56
  I'll admit. I'm a little scared.
• 9:58
I'm a little depressed when I look out of the world, right?
• 10:00
  I mean, it's not a good situation.
• 10:02
And let's look at what happened in Israel over the weekend here.
• 10:06
Here's the first article. OK, the whole building shook.
• 10:11
The Hooties in Tel Aviv drone, A Tel Aviv drone strikes and kills
• 10:16
1, hospitalizes 8. So the Hooties sent the drone
• 10:21
into Tel Aviv. OK, says here.
• 10:23
And what could spark a spiraling escalation?
• 10:26
This was on Friday. So then there's more to come,
• 10:28
  OK, there's now there's been a, a ratcheting up.
• 10:31
We're going to get to that. A spark, a spiraling escalation
• 10:35
of warfare between the Houthis, Hezbollah and the state of
• 10:40
Israel. A large drone struck a high rise
• 10:42
building in central Tel Aviv overnight, killing one in
• 10:46
wounding 8. OK Saudi headquartered reported
• 10:49
the Houthis fired 4 drones and a ballistic missile.
• 10:52
The missile and three of the drones were said to have been
• 10:55
shot down by U.S. forces in the region, but one of them got
• 10:59
  through unfortunately. Here.
• 11:01
Can we watch this? I don't know if we can hear.
• 11:02
Hold on a second here, guys. All right, Here we go.
• 11:07
I'm going to see if you can hear this.
• 11:11
But here's a video of what happened in Tel Aviv.
• 11:15
And we do not like. Yeah, there it was.
• 11:24
Let me know if you could hear that.
• 11:25
I don't think you could. And I know how to fix that.
• 11:28
  So. So that happens.
• 11:31
All right. And then let's see what what
• 11:33
people say about it. The whole building shook.
• 11:37
This is in Tel Aviv, OK, scenes at the moment the drone
• 11:41
exploded. Here it is, right, coming in,
• 11:47
very unfortunate. And this was actually supposedly
• 11:52
possibly shot toward the US embassy.
• 11:56
There's a picture down here somewhere.
• 12:00
OK, it's on the next article. Let's go to the next one.
• 12:02
So, so the Houthis send in a drone into Tel Aviv, The
• 12:07
Israelis shoot back yesterday I think it was.
• 12:11
Houthis warned no red lines in counter attack after Israel
• 12:14
bombs Yemeni port. OK Israel confirmed on Sunday
• 12:20
that its military forces launched a retaliatory air
• 12:23
strike air strike against the Houdida airport, a key Yemeni
• 12:26
port in the Red Sea and the second largest in the country.
• 12:30
OK, so it is still burning. See if we can play that one, you
• 12:39
  replies. OK, here we go.
• 12:41
Yeah, there it is. Massive fire.
• 12:44
Absolutely. I mean, guys, this is big stuff
• 12:47
going on. It doesn't seem to be front page
• 12:49
news. Netanyahu says if you mess with
• 12:51
us, we're going to destroy you. Of course, tonight in Iran.
• 12:57
Here we go. This is the picture.
• 12:59
There's this is Tel Aviv. This is the Iranian drone.
• 13:02
OK. And I guess it hit this building
• 13:05
that, my friends, is the US embassy.
• 13:07
So some people are are proposing that maybe this was actually
• 13:12
headed toward the US Embassy. I don't know.
• 13:14
But it is definitely an escalation that is occurring
• 13:19
right now in the world. We don't like it.
• 13:21
That's why we hold silver. That's why we hold gold, OK?
• 13:28
Is it a big opportunity for gold?
• 13:30
Let's let's hit this one, one more article that I think points
• 13:33
out what is happening in the world because is this is all
• 13:36
think about. This is all this is going on in
• 13:39
the world. What is the world thinking right
• 13:42
now? They know what's going on in
• 13:43
Ukraine. They know the US involvement in
• 13:45
that, OK? Most Americans don't understand
• 13:48
the US involvement. The world understands, they know
• 13:50
what's going on in Israel. They know the US involvement in
• 13:53
that. What do you think the world is
• 13:55
thinking right now and what do you think that has to do with
• 13:58
the price of silver and gold, right?
• 14:00
Or the value of silver and gold? This actually comes from a
• 14:03
website called Cryptopolitan, but I thought it was a very good
• 14:07
article that talks about what's going on with the bricks, OK,
• 14:12
And it talks about gold, OK, Bricks layout, the blueprint for
• 14:15
  D dollarization. Of course, there's President G
• 14:18
  and President Putin. Good buddies.
• 14:22
All right, let's go down here, Bricks.
• 14:24
It's still dead set on dethroning America and its
• 14:27
dollar is the world's reserve currency.
• 14:30
The boys added some heavy hitters earlier this year, the
• 14:32
UAE, Egypt, Iran and Ethiopia. They also sent an invite to
• 14:36
Saudi Arabia, the world's top oil producer.
• 14:39
But Mohammed bin Salman said he's still thinking it over.
• 14:42
Now. He did not officially renew his
• 14:47
petrodollar agreement, although there's, you know, some, oh,
• 14:52
controversy over whether they actually had to renew it or if
• 14:55
it was officially needed to be renewed.
• 14:57
But none the less, they didn't officially renew their
• 15:00
petrodollar. They're kind of playing both
• 15:02
sides of the of the coin. The Saudi Arabia jumps on board
• 15:04
bricks will control 42% of the global oil and gas market and
• 15:09
that could seriously flip the script on how oil deals are
• 15:12
done. OK, making it easier to go
• 15:16
outside the dollar. Vladimir Putin, Russia's
• 15:18
president, spoke about the impact, saying that, quote, if
• 15:23
oil producers in the Middle East stop using the dollar, it will
• 15:29
be the end of the dollar. And you might be asking why?
• 15:32
Why would that be the end of the dollar?
• 15:33
Because the dollar is to a large degree supported right now.
• 15:38
The demand for the dollar comes from the Petro Dollar comes from
• 15:41
the fact that almost all oil transactions over the last 50
• 15:45
years were done in U.S. dollars. Bricks wants to hit the US
• 15:50
dollar where it hurts the oil market.
• 15:52
Oh, what happened here? OK, The dollar's value relies on
• 15:56
its demand. If demand drops, so too does the
• 15:59
dollar. Bricks is calling on oil
• 16:01
producers to ditch the dollar and the strategy is starting to
• 16:05
bear fruit. OK, it's today here.
• 16:08
I just wanted to highlight this bricks, Modi and Putin, Saudi
• 16:11
Arabia, Saudi between Russia and US and Iran fully dump dumps the
• 16:16
dollar. OK, Modi was just meeting with
• 16:19
Putin. That's the Modi's the head of
• 16:21
India. Don't forget guys, India and
• 16:24
China have 1.4 billion people each, 2.8 billion people, which
• 16:29
is like 9 times that of the population, the United States.
• 16:33
This is all happening right in front of us.
• 16:37
OK, there's Putin with North Korean president Kim Jong Un.
• 16:43
OK, there's Donald Trump with Kim Jong Un.
• 16:49
Interesting. So what we have is a fast
• 16:54
evolving situation in our world right now when it comes to
• 16:59
geopolitics and it is downright scary.
• 17:02
  The geopolitical situation, right?
• 17:06
  The world ganging up essentially.
• 17:08
Can we say that? Are they ganging up on the
• 17:10
United States, right? We don't like it.
• 17:13
A lot of us are in the West, a lot of you are in Canada, United
• 17:15
States, you know, G7 type nations.
• 17:17
But is the rest of the world ganging up on the United States?
• 17:21
And what will that mean for the price of gold and silver?
• 17:25
I'm going to talk to you tomorrow in depth about the
• 17:27
unit. OK guys, there is a massive,
• 17:30
massive big news event that could, OK, could happen on
• 17:35
October 22nd, October 23rd of this year.
• 17:38
That's when they're having the big Brick Summit in Russia.
• 17:41
And there are people saying that at that summit and in the
• 17:44
meetings leading up to it, we could very likely hear about a
• 17:48
gold backed trade settlement currency that the BRICS
• 17:52
  countries could use amongst themselves.
• 17:54
We're not talking about a gold backed currency that everyday
• 17:58
citizens in those countries would use, but like a gold
• 18:00
backed currency, they could be used for trade purposes and
• 18:04
settling trade between those countries and that it would be
• 18:06
back 40% by gold. It would be on the blockchain,
• 18:10
so it would be immutable. It's not a crypto, OK, not a
• 18:14
crypto. And people are saying that it
• 18:16
could present massive a competition even for Bitcoin,
• 18:21
right? That this new unit currency
• 18:25
could could really potentially throw a wrench into the whole
• 18:28
Bitcoin thing because it will be backed by physical gold.
• 18:32
And then the other 60% will be backed by local currencies that
• 18:36
will also be required to one extent or another to be backed
• 18:39
by gold. The world, it sure feels like
• 18:42
right is they're ganging up on the United States, they're using
• 18:46
precious metals and can you blame them?
• 18:48
I mean, you know, I think they actually looked, they thought
• 18:51
about trying to use other things to back up this trade settlement
• 18:54
currency and they basically came to the conclusion like there's
• 18:58
nothing as good as gold, right? Oil's next to impossible.
• 19:01
It gets consumed. It's hard to grade.
• 19:03
There's, you know, it's flowing everywhere.
• 19:06
We, you know, whatever they they came back to gold.
• 19:10
Does it make sense, right, that the Bank for international
• 19:13
settlements, what just the basil 3 just a few years ago that they
• 19:18
made gold a tier one asset. They moved gold, physical gold
• 19:23
up to the same status as government bonds as cash.
• 19:27
OK, tier one asset. Does that make sense?
• 19:30
Does it make sense that the world central banks all over the
• 19:34
world, right? And this isn't really like front
• 19:37
page news, but the world central banks have been repatriating
• 19:41
their gold for the last, excuse me, number of years.
• 19:46
And on top of that, did you hear, have you heard that the
• 19:51
that the world central banks are also buying a lot of gold?
• 19:54
So it's going to be interesting. I'm going to dive in a little
• 19:56
deeper tomorrow on this unit subject.
• 19:59
So make sure you join me. Hopefully I'll get to feeling
• 20:04
better. I hope you're feeling better.
• 20:07
I've been sleeping with one of those C pap.
• 20:09
Oh, I forgot to. Oh my gosh.
• 20:10
I got to say thanks to the sponsors.
• 20:11
Thank you First Mining Gold for sponsoring Ron's basement.
• 20:15

• 20:17
Thank you for tuna mining, for sponsoring Ron's basement and of
• 20:21
course, our friends. Let's go check guys.
• 20:24
We haven't done this. I know it's been, it's been
• 20:26
  difficult. Let's check.
• 20:27
Press the magic pinbecks button. This is an old quote from about
• 20:31
45 minutes ago. Down $11.00 on gold, down 33
• 20:36
cents. I'm going to press the button on
• 20:37
one 2-3 and we're down more. That wasn't supposed to be like
• 20:44
that $15. Well, hey, that gives you a good
• 20:47
chance to buy some silver and gold if you're interested at
• 20:50
really good prices, sale prices as compared.
• 20:53
I mean, Can you believe silver $28.99?
• 20:57
It was flirting with $32 just like less than three days ago.
• 21:01
It feels like 3 trading days ago.
• 21:04
So if you want to get your hands on some silver, gold or
• 21:06
platinum, I like pin backs. I'll never tell you what you
• 21:10
should do, but I will say that you should at least consider
• 21:13
them, throw them into the mix because what you'll find is
• 21:16
they've got great selection, great service, great reputation,
• 21:20
it's company you can trust and their prices are always awesome.
• 21:24
It's kind of like a one stop shop for me and everybody from
• 21:26
the basement that's gone there and bought gold.
• 21:29
Silver has written me, I've gotten e-mail after e-mail with
• 21:33
people saying thank you. So I'm very confident you'll be
• 21:36
very happy. And if you ever decide to
• 21:37
convert all or part of an IRA, excuse me guys, I'm dying over
• 21:43
here to precious metals, they can help you with that as well.
• 21:46
Thanks to those guys who can't print silver.
• 21:50
  Thank you. Andy Oakley.
• 21:53

• 22:39

• 22:40

• 22:44
They sent this to me. It was very nice of them.
• 22:46
One of the basement dwellers and it's a way to test silver, but I
• 22:50
use it to ring 10 Dings of the of the silver.
• 22:53
You're going to hear some silver ringing here.
• 22:55
OK, that's for the 100 thumbs up.
• 22:56

• 23:08
What the heck? It's a special day, right?
• 23:10
All right, guys, hang in there. Things will get better, OK?
• 23:13
We're in for some good times. I know right now it is chaotic
• 23:17
  out there, right? Assassinations, presidential
• 23:20
candidates, IT outages, wars in Ukraine, wars and in Israel.
• 23:28
I mean, it's just it's crazy town, but we're going to get
• 23:31
through it. We'll get through it together.
• 23:32
