Russell Brand’s former personal assistant told a London court that his sexual appetite was “insane” and that his behaviour toward women was on another level compared with other celebrities. Helen Berger, who worked for Brand from June 2006 to February 2007, said she had seen him treat women badly and had sometimes kept his mother and girlfriend from entering his dressing room while he was having sex. Brand denies three rape charges, three sexual assault charges and one charge of indecent assault involving six women. The allegations span ten years from 1999.
